Following Obama Into Hell: California Leads The Nation In Taxing Both Its Citizens And Itself Into Mediocrity

Liberalism and the Democrat Party that stands for secular progressive liberalism NEVER fails to deliver failure; just as they never fail to deliver on demagoguery to blame others for their failure.

That has been the one constant thing about Obama’s God damn America that his spiritual mentor and “reverend” prophesied.

Want stifling regulations?  Vote Democrat.  ObamaCare was a cancer surgically inserted into the bowels of America’s health care system.  It was designed to kill that system and leave nothing behind but socialism.  In terms of regulations, the 2,700 pages of “we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it” ObamaCare have so far equalled more than 20,000 pages of sweeping new regulations.  US News & World Report told us that just six pages of ObamaCare equaled 429 pages of regulations.

And it’s supposed to be some kind of mystery that Senator Max Baucus - one of the top Democrat Senators who created this monster in the first place – is now warning that the unmitigated disaster of ObamaCare is going to be a train wreck if there ever was one.

But don’t worry, liberals.  Because Democrats – the most dishonest and hypocritical people in the entire history of the world – are already hard at work blaming Republicans for the abject failure of ObamaCare.

Obama’s regulations have been a nightmare that have added up to well over $2 trillion in hidden taxes.  And small businesses have been driven OUT of business trying to comply with the burdens Obama keeps piling on their backs.

Our economy is in a shambles.  This is THE worst “recovery” in history under Obama.  The man who looked a nation in the eye and deceitfully claimed that his stimulus would create millions of “shovel-ready jobs” – only later to joke that  ”Shovel-ready was not as … uh .. shovel-ready as we expected” –  later acknowledged in spite of his lies that there never WERE any shovel-ready jobs to begin with.

It didn’t matter.  America is like Nazi Germany now.  It doesn’t matter how many lies our Führer tells us; we still want to worship him so badly it hurts (literally!).  And so as big of a big lie as “shovel-ready” was, it was a huge buzzword for him that struck political gold.  He never had to answer for his lies because he kept shifting the blame for his promises and demagoguing somebody else.  And the liberal mainstream media eagerly participated in the lie to cover up for Obama’s past lies.

The fact of the matter is that Obama’s “American Reinvestment and Recovery Act” aka “the Stimulus” actually RAISED the unemployment rate.  The stimulus was a failure that cost America not a mere $862 billion but actually more like $3.27 TRILLION.  But after so many trillions of dollars pissed away from America’s grandchildren, who is even counting?  Or as Hillary Clinton said – in dismissing yet another Obama scandal and debacle – “what difference at this point does it make?“

And the answer, of course, is none at all.  Truth is irrelevant and facts don’t matter in God damn America.  That’s why we’re going to go down harder than any nation in history has EVER gone down.

I am reminded of the similarity between Obama and FDR that liberals themselves made in Newseek Magazine when Obama took office.  I am reminded that FDR prolonged the Great Depression by seven miserable years with all of his liberal social re-engineering and his massive government takeover of the economy.  And I am reminded that FDR was an evil man who is burning in hell right now.

Just like Obama will be.  And just like California arguably already IS (and see here).

Look over this list of taxes that secular humanist government worshipers have inflicted on the residents of California.  See how many of them are going to hit the little guy – unless little guys don’t buy cars and never buy gasoline to put in those cars – and then think of Obama promising that your taxes wouldn’t go up one DIME only to lie to you like the liar he is.

Now that they have filed their income tax returns and written their checks, many Californians are starting to realize that government greed is no laughing matter.

In November, California voters approved Proposition 30, raising the state’s top income tax rate to 13.3%, an increase of more than 29%. The state sales tax now ranges from 7.5% to 10%, the highest statewide rate in the nation.

The tax increases are supposed to raise an additional $6 billion in revenue. But that’s not enough for California politicians. They want more.

The California State Board of Equalization, for example — a government agency that collects sales, fuel, alcohol, tobacco and “use” taxes — recently approved a 9% increase in the excise tax on gasoline, raising it to 39.5 cents a gallon effective July 1. That’s a large increase in a state where businesses and workers depend heavily on their cars and gas prices already average more than $4 a gallon.

There’s more coming from the Legislature. Assembly Bill 1002 would raise the $46 basic annual vehicle registration and renewal fee by $6, supposedly to encourage greater use of bicycles, buses and other transportation modes with smaller carbon footprints than cars.

Senate Bill 700 would require Californians to pay 5 cents for every paper and plastic shopping bag they get at the store, supposedly to raise money for cities and parks.

SB 622 would tax consumers a penny an ounce when they purchase bottled tea, sport drinks, energy drinks and other beverages. That would add nearly $1 to the price of a six-pack of 16-ounce sodas. The excuse for this is to fight childhood obesity and dental disease.

SB 391 would impose an additional $75 state fee on top of existing county charges for recording various legal documents in real estate transactions, such as deeds, liens and so forth. This measure will supposedly support affordable housing.

In the war against gun violence, AB 760 would impose a 5 cents a bullet sales tax on ammunition purchases, on top of the existing sales tax. The supposed purpose of this new tax is to fund expanded mental health services.

Under SB 782, bars and restaurants that serve alcoholic beverages and offer adult entertainment, such as exotic dancing, would get slapped with a $10 a person fun tax — or is it a sin tax? These funds supposedly would be used to prevent sexual assault and provide treatment for victims.

California politicians also are intent on making it more expensive and cumbersome to operate businesses in the Golden State, even as the state’s unemployment rate stands at 9.6%, one of the highest in the nation.

SB 254, the Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act, seeks to eliminate the blight of illegally dumped mattresses. It would do so by requiring mattress manufacturers to submit recovery and recycling plans to the state, with the goal of a 75% compliance rate by 2020. The bill would require mattress retailers to pick up the old mattress when they deliver a new one, and would be funded by a “quarterly administrative fee” paid by manufacturers (which, of course, in the real world would undoubtedly be passed on to consumers).

The authors of these proposed measures are unable to predict with any certainty how much revenue they would bring in if they became law. But the proposals make it clear that the hundreds of millions of dollars that California already spends on affordable-housing, mental health and other government programs will never be enough. The politicians will always want more.

Onerous regulations, false promises of fiscal responsibility and the relentless quest for more revenue have become hallmarks of California government.

People are fleeing California like rats fleeing a sinking ship.  All the highest-taxed states have the worst deficits.  All the lowest-taxed states have the lowest deficits.  But that math is beyond rocket science to liberals for whom reality is irrelevant compared to their glorious Marxist theory.

You literally have to be demon-possessed to believe that you can tax your way into prosperity. But “demon-possessed” is exactly the state America – and the state of the leading state in God damn America – is in right now.

California deserves it.  As does every single American.  You ALL deserve to pay shockingly high taxes to pay for your emperor.  And the poorer you are, the more tax you deserve to pay for your part in this national wickedness in re-electing this wicked man.

Obama’s Economy Has Yet ANOTHER ‘Arab Spring’ As Employment Collapses To Less Than HALF What We Were Told To Expect. And The Beast Is Coming.

Why do I compare Obama’s economy to the so-called “Arab Spring”?  Think back: when the Arab world first began rioting, the liberal-dominated mainstream media coined it “the Arab Spring.”  It was a wonderful thing, they claimed.  It was the Arab world blossoming under Obama and claiming “democracy.”

We now know in hindsight that that was all a giant wave of lies coming from both the Obama White House and his Joseph Goebbels’-style media propaganda machine (see also here and then see here).  We’ve seen close historic U.S. allies topple to the Muslim Brotherhood; we’ve seen an embrace of sharia law from these “democrats”; we’ve seen blood baths of vicious war.

And of course we saw an Obama who claimed credit for that “Arab Spring” (see also here) only to blame everything else instead when it went to hell.

And that’s the way it has been with Obama’s economy.  Over and over again, he took credit for it – only to proceed to demonize the very thing he had taken credit for as he blamed Republicans for the failure of what he had promised would be a success.

Remember that term “green shoots”?  Obama promised that a turnaround was just around the corner, hyped the “green shoots” of his stimulus and promised that happy days were returning?

His false promises are now an annual event.  Let me go back to one year ago to May 2012:

Economy: It’s no wonder President Obama wants to direct everyone’s attention to far-off Afghanistan these days. The economic news here at home is looking increasingly grim.

Just 28 days after Time magazine ran an April 2 cover story boasting that “in the past few weeks, signs of economic expansion have been everywhere” it warned that “the economy might be stalling.”

The article pointed to “disappointing” news that Q1 GDP had climbed just 2.2% — below expectations — and job growth in March was 120,000, also a miss.

Now, two more troubling signs have emerged. The government reported on Wednesday that new factory orders fell 1.5% in March, the steepest drop since March 2009, when the country was still in recession.

Then ADP reported that private employment climbed just 119,000 in April — the smallest gain in seven months and also far below expectations. The April employment report comes out Friday, which economists think will show an unimpressive 160,000 job gain.

Seems that, once again, all the talk about “green shoots” and “turning the corner” and reaching “escape velocity” are just more false hopes.

Instead, we’re starting to get another round of economic reports that contain “unexpectedly” bad news.

I wrote about Obama’s bogus “green shoots” a year before that in June 2011.  And cited articles from 2010 and 2009 where Obama had made the same bull crap promises with the same economic tank coming after he made those promises.  Oh, after the mockery of his “green shoots,” he came up with a different term that meant the same thing, such as “recovery summer.”  But it’s been the same promise that Lucy keeps making to Charlie Brown.  And unfortunately the American people were as naive and as stupid as Charlie Brown in believing that Obama really would hold the economic football so we could kick it into the air.  Again.  And again.

Was sequestration to blame for the economic plunge last May?

Now we’re at a job creation level that made last year’s miserable job creation level look wonderful in comparison.  But it’s too late to do anything about it, American fools: you voted for it.  And you deserve it and a lot worse just as you’ll eventually be getting the eternity in hell that you deserve.

The liberal-owned financial world that contributed to much to Obama’s reelection (Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, JP Morgan) predicted we’d have 190,000 new jobs.  Surprise!  We got the “unexpected” dismal level of 88,000.  Which aint even HALF what they said it would be.

That 88,000 falls WELL BELOW what we needed just to keep up with population growth.  We need at least 125,000 jobs a month just to keep up with the growth in population.  We are LOSING ground under this failed presidency.

And Obama has given us a labor participation rate that is so completely godawful that if we used the same labor participation rate as that which Bush handed over to Obama, unemployment would be measured at about 14% right now.

The labor participation rate measures the percentage of working-age Americans who are employed.  And there is no question when one considers it that Obama has destroyed the American job engine (that existed in the private sector until he killed it) with his socialism, his big government crony capitalist fascist state, his war on business.

Again, I talked about that when I pleaded with the American people to NOT choose stupidity and suicide in the 2012 election:

In 2010 – and this was AFTER we supposedly were out of the recession in Obama’s “wreckovery” –  the labor participation rate was 64.5%, which was at a 25-year low (i.e., lower than it had EVER been under Bush).

In 2011, the labor participation rate dropped to 63.9%, the lowest level in 27 years.

Last year in 2012 under Obama’s failed policies it fell to the lowest level in 30 years.

And here we are today.  You’ve got to go back to the dismal failure of the Carter era in the late 1970s to get such an awful participation rate.  It’s now the worst its been in 34 years.

Stupid people can’t see it, I know, but THERE’S A REALLY BAD TREND going on under this demonic administration.

What is our actual unemployment rate if Obama didn’t get rewarded for crushing the spirits of Americans who desperately want jobs and driving them out of the job market?  It would be 14 percent.  Instead, Obama can keep taking credit for the unemployment rate going down and down even as the American people give up ever having a job.  It’s like I derisively pointed out a year ago when I wrote an article with the title: “Unemployment Rate: At ‘Rate’ We’re Going, We’ll Have 0% Unemployment But No One Will Have An Actual Job.”  And when Bush left office, people stayed unemployed less than HALF as long as they are staying unemployed today as Obama has gutted any incentive for any employer to hire anybody.

Year after year Obama has failed to deliver.  Year after year he had something else to blame,something else to demagogue, to explain away his abject failure to create the jobs he promised with his crony capitalist policies in which he appointed himself and his giant government the sole right to appoint who wins and who loses, who succeeds and who fails.

Like I said, America.  You voted for this.  You deserve it.  And the people who voted for Obama in the highest numbers: young people, black people, Hispanics and women – have the worst employment figures of all.  They are getting what they deserved.  And they deserve far worse, so Obama will give them far worse.

Now Obama is blaming the sequester for his current “green shoots/recovery summer” failure.  In spite of the fact that the damn sequester was HIS idea, which HE signed into law, and which HE swore to use his veto pen to protect when Republicans wanted to overturn it (see also here).  Oh, and the fact also is that Republicans offered Obama a way to manage the sequestration cuts so that the American people would not feel so much pain, but Obama, WANTING the people to suffer so he could falsely demonize Republicans for that suffering, refused the authority.

Let’s also not forget that Democrats wanted this sequester and they got what they wanted.

Was sequestration to blame for 2009?  2010?  2011?  I mean, the sequestration thing Obama is now demagoguing as being the cause for all the economic calamity didn’t even exist.  Right?

Obama is a cynical liar without shame,  without integrity and without honor.  His political brilliance is in the fact that he never underestimates the sheer stupidity of the American sheep who used to be the American people.

If you are a pathologically morally stupid human being – which based on the polls you likely are – you will decide that Obama is not to blame yet again.

I remind the world that when George W. Bush was president, he had to contend with not just a Democrat House that hated him and plotted his destruction under the rule of Nancy Pelosi, but a Democrat Senate that hated him and plotted his destruction under the rule of Harry Reid, as well.  Just in case you want to blame Obama’s failed economy on the Republican House.

Democrats are abject hypocrites year after year.  The only thing you can trust about them is that they will demagogue and slander and blame and lie.

If you want to blame the tanking economy on the sequester, at least have the integrity to demand that Obama – who again thought it up in the first place, signed it into law and then threatened to veto anything that prevented it – resign from office.  But the fact of the matter is that in spite of two months of pathologically insane Obama lies, the sequester has had so little economic impact that it has had nothing to do with anything (all the sequester did was cut the projected rate of growth – and many of the projected rate cuts don’t occur until years in the future).

If you want to know why the economy is now officially crippled again, blame Obama, blame Democrats and blame their tax hikes.

Unlike Obama, Republicans have been incredibly consistent in pointing out the historic fact that tax cuts increase economic activity and tax revenue, and that tax hikes do the exact opposite by undermining economic activity as job creators and investors have all of their incentives to grow and invest seized from them.

ObamaCare – which is an absolute catastrophic failure – was the largest tax hike on the middle class in American history (and see here).  And now even the überliberal Los Angeles Times now acknowledges that is true:

The threat of higher costs could alienate many of the policyholders the state needs to keep in the fold in order to offset the increased costs of covering sicker, poorer people who have been shut out of the system for years.

According to the state, about 1.3 million people who are middle-income or higher and already have coverage not through an employer will bear the brunt of the higher costs. These are individuals making more than $46,000 and families earning more than $94,000 annually. People below those income levels qualify for federal subsidies.

ObamaCare Killing Economic Growth And Job Expansion – And We Aint Seen NOTHING Yet!

What the hell did thinking people think would be the effect on jobs?  We’re seeing what conservatives said would happen: businesses culling their workforce to remain under that magic “fifty” number so they could escape ObamaCare hell; businesses cutting people to less than full-time so they could escape ObamaCare hell.  And NOBODY expanding their payrolls.

We TOLD you this would happen.  And it is amazing that the American people now prefer socialist and frankly Marxist LIES to the truth and to reality.  And to then reward a liar without shame to slant that truth and reality again and again as the consequences of his immoral policies rain down like the black rain in the aftermath of the nuclear bombs the fascist Japanese demanded fall on them before they would surrender.

Remember the  tax hikes Obama got in January?  Obama demanded – and got – $620 billion in new tax hikes in exchange for only $15 billion in spending cuts.  For a ratio of 41:1 in tax hikes to spending cuts.  Obama called that” balanced.”

Mind you, Obama initially demanded over $1.5 TRILLION in new tax hikes.  So you know where his heart is: punishing job creators and investors in America.

Add to that the payroll taxes that nailed the middle class.  That was another $115 billion in tax hikes just for 2013 alone.

Add to that the $800 billion in NEW tax hikes Obama is now demanding.

And explain to me why a rich person, an investor, a business, should do anything other than protect themselves against this seizure of what they worked so hard to build.  How does taxing productivity generate productivity?  How does punishing wealth production generate more wealth production?  If I beat you with a bat every time you produce, how long will you keep trying to produce?

You are getting what you voted for.  You are getting a foretaste of the hell you will one day spend the rest of your eternity in for your role in the participation in the murder of 56 million innocent babies since 1973.  You will get what you deserve for voting for the Democrat Party Platform of Romans Chapter One.

I put it crystal clear in November after the election fiasco: Congratulations, America, You Got What You Voted For: Soaring Unemployment, A Crashing DOW.  Next Comes The Beast (You’ll Be Worshiping Him Soon).  And: Obama Gives America One Of Worst Post-Presidential Market Plunges In History As Businesses And Investors Say Sayonara To Economic Growth, Jobs.

Do I look like I’ll be right or wrong???  And, again, unlike Obama – who was for the sequestration before he was against it – I’ve been consistent in explaining why America would end up in misery under this most wicked president in American history.

We are watching the world melt down.  We are watching Iran get nuclear weapons – after Democrats mocked Bush for warning of that fact - and will one day soon reap hell as Iran seeks Armageddon.  We are watching North Korea pursue a level of brinksmanship unlike anything we have ever seen.  We are watching China and Russia rise up against us and block us at every turn – while they rob us blind with no response from Obama.  Thugs know they can push us around now because of our weak and failed leadership.  And we are watching our own America become weaker and weaker as Obama has gutted American jobs – with tens of millions of jobs now vaporized as measured by the dwindling labor participation rate – even as he keeps claiming success for his nonexistent economic turnaround.  Before Obama, we could fight two wars simultaneously; now it’s a real question whether we can even fight one.

The beast is coming.  The Bible describes him as a man who will criminalize the God of the Bible while imposing the most gargantuan fascist government stranglehold on the private economy ever witnessed in human history.  In other words, he will be a Democrat.  That’s the Party that is working overtime to criminalize God even as they advance a giant welfare state to replace God.

We’ve just seen two appalling sings of the coming financial ruin: in the theft of private bank account holdings in Cyprus and in the confiscation of bondholders’ investments in the bankruptcy of Stockton, California.  The first has been compared to being a “Sarajevo moment” in which an event in a tiny country triggered catastrophic global consequences.  The cat is out of the bag; the European Union has described the confiscation of privately held bank assets as a “new template” to follow in other bailed-out nations’ financial crises.  Countries who cannot pay for all of their socialism will be encouraged to seize the assets of banking account holders.  And what spillover effect will that have in terms of confidence in the banking system?  How many people will start withdrawing their holdings fearing their savings will be targeted next?  The second has been in Stockton, California, where bondholders are going to get screwed while union pensions remain sacrosanct.  How does that do anything but discourage holding bonds in cities that could fall next?  What impact will that have on the interest rate of such future bonds?  Would you like to lose YOUR money so completely out of control union pensions can remain untouched???  How can bondholders not flee from this idiocy???  How can that not trigger more and more cities – starved of funds – from declaring bankruptcies in a domino effect???

We’re facing the collapse of the entire global financial system, folks.  And the night before it all just melts down and implodes, I promise you this: the “experts” that will be trotted out by the mainstream media will assure everybody that everything will be fine the night before the collapse occurs.  This is a house of cards that is going to catastrophically fall; and when it falls you will deserve it and your children will deserve it.  Because the Bible makes it plain that a nation suffers for the wickedness of its king.

Abject hypocrite liberals tell me I’m angry and hateful.  Only to hate me with a hate that I NEVER had for my opponents even as they self-righteously lecture me about hate.  And I AM angry: I have watched America go from walking toward the beast and ultimate collapse to running to fall at the feet of the beast and worship him.  Our real debt is not the $16.7 trillion you hear about; it is HUNDREDS of trillions.  This nation is doomed.  In the four miserable years of Obama, this nation has crossed the threshold and there is no way to avoid complete collapse and the ensuing mark of the beast.

The same people who voted so eagerly for Obama will vote for the Antichrist.  And they will get the hell they deserve both on earth and in eternity.

‘Liberalism’ Is A Synonym For ‘Hypocrisy.’ Or To Put It Another Way, Saying ‘Liberal Hypocrite’ Is Redundant.

There is a rather stunning admission of liberal hypocrisy in the following Los Angeles Times article.  Basically, if you go to the most liberal and wealthy county in überliberal California, what you will find there is a bunch of leftwing turds who are only too happy to have programs for the poor as long as a) somebody ELSE pays for it; and b) somebody ELSE has to suffer the effects of the programs that they love to impose on everybody else.

This is Nancy Pelosi’s county, boys and girls.

Do you want to know what Democrats true views of Hispanics are?  It boils down to, “I’m all for illegal immigrants.  I think everybody should own at least one.”

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. — After George Lucas abandoned plans to build a movie studio along a woodsy road in Marin County, he complained about the permitting process in a place so environmentally friendly that hybrid-car ownership is four times the state average.

His next move, some here say, was payback for what Lucas described in a written statement as the “bitterness and anger” expressed by his neighbors.

The creator of “Star Wars” and “Indiana Jones” is working with a local foundation that hopes to build hundreds of units of affordable housing on a former dairy farm called Grady Ranch, where his studio would have risen.

Now Marin County is squirming at that prospect — and it is not a pretty sight.

The issue of affordable housing in California’s wealthiest county has always brought its “green” lifestyle and liberal social leanings into conflict. No Bay Area county has more protected open space — or fewer workers who can afford to live anywhere near their jobs.

At a recent planning commission hearing, where possible sites for subsidized housing were discussed, nearly all the heated testimony had some version of: “I’m all for affordable housing, but …”

Nine days later, protesters wearing “End Apartheid in Marin County” buttons demanded that officials do something to help low-income workers find housing in a place where the median home price is $650,000 and 60% of the workforce lives somewhere else.

The irony is not lost on Thomas Peters, president of the Marin Community Foundation, the philanthropy that is collaborating with the filmmaker to build along Lucas Valley Road. The region’s environmentally conscious lifestyle, he said, is built on the long commutes of low-paid workers whose cars choke Highway 101 to the point that “you can literally see the CO2 rising.”

“The community, to some degree, has been lulled by success in its 40-year-old determination to really protect the open spaces,” Peters said. But “it is not sustainable to hold that kind of misperception that this is all beautiful and everything can stay as it is.”

With the Golden Gate Bridge as its front door and Point Reyes National Seashore in the backyard, Marin County is blessed with some of California’s most breathtaking vistas. Indeed, 84% of its land is protected as tideland, open space, parkland, agricultural preserves and watershed.

In an effort to address climate change and cut greenhouse gas emissions, the county in 2010 launched California’s first so-called community choice energy program. Marin Clean Energy purchases power for its customers from renewable sources such as wind, solar and hydroelectric projects.

But Marin is near the back of the pack in the nine-county Bay Area region when it comes to absorbing predicted population growth — and is the most unwilling, said Ezra Rapport, executive director of the Assn. of Bay Area Governments.

Every eight years, California’s 58 counties are required to come up with a “housing element.” The documents are not guarantees that units will be built, but simply a demonstration that the county is zoned so growth could happen.

After the Department of Housing and Community Development produces growth estimates for each part of the state, regional governmental agencies negotiate with their cities and counties to divide up the responsibility to zone for possible future home building.

Currently, the Bay Area must plan for 187,000 new housing units by 2022, of which 110,000 must be affordable to very low-, low- and moderate-income families.

So how much of that burden is Marin County’s?

A total of 2,292 units, of which 1,400 must be affordable. In other words, 1.2% of the total homes and 1.4% of the affordable ones.

“It’s really a small amount of the Bay Area’s housing needs …[which are] pretty enormous,” Rapport said. “I don’t think anyone’s expecting them to rezone parkland. … But Marin should be somewhat responsible for its own growth.”

The difficulty was plain to see during the March planning commission hearing in the county’s graceful civic center designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Under discussion were 16 sites that could be zoned for 30 units per acre — high density for a county that has fewer than 500 people per square mile, compared with Los Angeles County’s nearly 2,500.

Although residents were dissatisfied with all the options, Grady Ranch and a project called Marinwood Plaza near Highway 101 were among the most controversial. They also paint a stark picture of Marin County’s reluctance to build housing for its low- and moderately paid workers.

Marinwood Plaza’s location — within sight, sound and smell of the 101 — was a stumbling block for several residents who worried it would be unfair for low-income people to have to live near a source of pollution that could increase asthma rates.

“This is NOT a safe environment for humans,” said Steve and Sharon Johnson in a letter to the planning commission. “The proximity to the freeway and the particles of brake that float in the air when people put on their brakes to come down the hill will hit right where this proposed development is.”

Grady Ranch is about 31/2 miles from the 101, but that’s a problem too, said Nancy Lowry, a real estate agent who lives in the Lucas Valley area.

“There’s no public transportation,” Lowry said. “It’s 51/2 miles to the nearest grocery store, seven or eight miles from the high school. There are no buses. …You’re trying to bring in people so they can have a workforce that lives locally. But there are no services, no sewer lines, no electricity. It just doesn’t seem like the place that it should go.”

But Peters argues that the site is more than feasible. It already is zoned for housing, he said, and contentions that it is in the middle of nowhere are “laughable.”

Grady Ranch is made up of about 1,000 acres of rolling hills and bright green grassland, studded with oak trees and patrolled by wild turkeys. In the stretch separating the ranch from Highway 101, there are several subdivisions with hundreds of houses.

More than a decade ago, Lucas donated an estimated 800 acres of the ranch property to the Marin County Open Space District. Of the remaining land, only 20 to 30 acres is “actual, buildable space,” Peters said.

County planners peg the site as appropriate for around 240 units, although no plans for construction have been submitted. That, Peters said, could happen by summer.

Grady Ranch is “a grand opportunity to address a long-standing issue,” Peters said, and anyone who thinks this is payback has never spoken to the filmmaker.

“This is George Lucas. He doesn’t need to engage in small-town pique.”

That’s right.  No rich person EVER held a grudge in his life.  Rich people are your betters, and above such petty “piques” that plague the unwashed masses.  But that isn’t my axe to grind.

Note that the liberal Democrat überrich Marin County whining hypocrites literally state that they haven’t done jack diddly to create “public transportation” for the poor as their grounds for permanently zoning the poor out of their lovely but cockroach-souled leftwing hypocrite world.  We shouldn’t build the poor the homes that we force everybody else to build because we have never built the public transportation for them that we force everybody else to build.  And so being a double-hypocrite actually cancels out our hypocrisy, you see.

George Lucas is probably a hypocrite, too.  The difference is that he is so fantastically rich he will never once in his life have to mingle with these dirty poor people unless he wants to stage a photo-op to bask in their worship of him.  All the other liberals would probably have to stand in line behind these filthy unwashed Hispanics at the grocery store.  And they don’t want to do that because they are liberals and therefore turds without shame, without integrity and without honor.

This is so damn typical of liberal Democrats.  I remember Ted Kennedy – the champion of alternative energy “solutions” – as long as it didn’t block his damn view.  But of course, if it even theoretically affected him in any way, shape or form, it was whatever the current elite libspeak for “let them eat cake” turns out to be.

Let’s call it NIMLBY: Not In My Liberal Backyard.  Liberals do dishonest abject moral hypocrisy quite nimbly, it turns out.  Or maybe PIIRB: Put It In Republicans’ Backyards.  While demonizing them with every breath, of course.

This reminds me of Al Gore, who as he was pimping his green agenda – and become a billionaire convincing others to sacrifice for the environment – flew around on the WORST pollution-emitting private jet on the planet while occupying mansions that all had gigantic carbon footprints.  Oh, and then he sold his television network to a terrorist “news” company called Al Jazeera which is largely owned by oil emirates.  And tried to structure the sale to avoid paying the higher taxes he believed others should be forced to pay.  Because Al Gore is a good person for wanting other people to pay higher fascist taxes; so he shouldn’t be expected to pay the taxes himself.

It reminds me of Warren Buffet, who – in spite of the fact that he owed the federal government over a billion in back taxes (see also here)- came out with a “tax plan” that would have made life more expensive for other rich people, but – contrary to his dishonest claims – wouldn’t have affected his OWN taxes.  It only would have grabbed “other peoples’ money.”  And he deceitfully pimped this plan (along with his greedy rich selfish buddy Barack Hussein Obama who gave virtually NOTHING to charity until he decided he wanted to be president) on the basis of a false claim that he paid more in taxes than his secretary.  As usual, liberals sold their lies by telling MORE lies.

And of course the Obamas and the Bidens go on massively expensive vacations only to return (between massively expensive vacations) to hypocritically claim that we can’t afford ANY budget cuts or they’ll gut poor people’s police and fire protection.  These are people who know damn well that they’ll never be willing to pay this kind of largesse on their own tab.  But hey, they can force other people to pay for their extravagance, and so “let them eat cake.”

Obama is a man who has personally racked up more debt – and more reckelss and immoral and unsustainable debt – than any human being in the entire history of the world.  His last four budgets were so insane and so evil he couldn’t even get a single Democrat to vote for them.  The Democrat-controlled Senate under his control went four damn years without ever bothering to even TRY to pass a budget.  But that doesn’t stop him from getting another massive dose of free air time to “teach young people how to budget resonsibly.”

I could go on and on and on and on and on, ad nauseam.  These are incredibly wicked and dishonest people.  And they are hypocrites right down to the cores of their shriveled little souls.

Marine Corps To Dishonest Harry Reid After More Obama Sequester Slander: Stop Your Demonic Political Posturing On The Backs Of Dead Marines

The sheer cynical depravity of the Democrat Party is a firehose of pure evil.

The scare tactics that Democrats from President Obama on down have employed to wring political benefit out of the sequester have apparently hit a despicable new low.  In comments made about the deaths overnight of seven U.S. Marines in a training incident in Nevada, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Dem from Nevada, reportedly suggested that we may see more such incidents because the sequester cuts put Marines at risk.

NBC military correspondent Jim Miklaszewski, appearing on Andrea Mitchell’s MSNBC show this afternoon, reported that the Marines have strongly rejected Reid’s claim, and that one Marine official accused Reid of “pure political posturing on the backs of these dead Marines.” View the video after the jump.

 Miklaszewski made his stunning remarks while speaking to Luke Russert, hosting in the absence of Mitchell, who is in the Middle East with President Obama.  I’ll be back soon with the video.

JIM MIKLASZEWSKI: Luke, you opened that segment with a sound bite from Senate Majority Leader Democrat Harry Reid expressing his condolences. But also during that statement, there was an implication there that under sequestration, when budgets are cut, that we may see more of these, that it may put the Marines and others and soldiers at risk because of the budget cuts. Now I can tell you, Marine Corps officials this afternoon are taking a strong exception to what Harry Reid implied, saying that this this exercise, for example, was planned well in advance, had nothing to do with the budget cuts. There were no corners cut. And if they couldn’t afford to have all the safety precautions into place, they wouldn’t do the exercise. And in fact, one Marine Corps told us just, one Marine Corps official told us a short time ago that he considers this nothing but pure political posturing on the backs of these dead Marines.

LUKE RUSSERT: Those are some very strong words from the Marine Corps about Senator Harry Reid.

Democrats are – even as we speak – doing absolutely everything they possibly can to create as much havoc as they can and create as much suffering as they can knowing that the most dishonest media propaganda since Goebbels’ Nazi Ministry of Propaganda will largely protect and defend them.  They’ve let out 2,000 recidivist Illegal Mexican immigrants to inflict mayhem.  They’ve shut down White House tours to hurt and disappoint little children who had the stupidity to think the White House was “the people’s house” rather than Pharaoh Obama’s palace for life.  And they are threatening to punish more children by taking away the White House Easter Egg hunt.

They’ve done this during and even AFTER being caught red-handed in so many damn lies trying to hype the sequester “cuts” (because the sequester does nothing more than BARELY reduce the rate of budget growth, after all).  Obama was all over the country on his permanent campaign tour claiming that if the sequester happened, the nation would burn out of control and no firefighters would help anyone, the nation would degenerate into the state of savagery and no police officers would help anyone, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

In point of fact, the sequester has Obama all over it.  The sequester originated FROM the Obama White House.  Obama signed the sequester into law.  And Obama even threatened to VETO anything that tried to undo the sequester several months ago.

Obama was for his sequester before he was against it.

Now Harry Reid is out being a typical Democrat: he is lying about his lies, saying that the following statement that he made on the floor of the US Senate regarding the deaths of seven Marines in a training accident -

HARRY REID: As I indicated, it was quite a big explosion. We’ll follow this news very closely. I will do whatever I can going forward to support the United States military and the families of the fallen Marines.

Mr. President, it’s very important we continue training our military, so important. But one of the things in sequester is we cut back in training and maintenance. That’s the way sequester was written. Now, the bill that’s on the floor, we hope to pass today helps that a little bit. At least in the next six months, it allows the military some degree of ability to move things around a little bit. Flexibility, we call it, and that’s good. But we have to be very vigilant. This sequester should go away. We have cut already huge amounts of money in deficit reduction. It’s just not appropriate, Mr. President, that our military can’t train and do the maintenance necessary.

These men and women, our Marines were training there in Hawthorne. And with this sequester, it’s going to cut back this stuff. I just hope everyone understands the sacrifices made by our military. They are significant, being away from home, away from families, away from their country.

Which is another way of saying Democrats are lying cowards who proceed to cowardly lie about their own lies.

The Marines were killed when a 60mm mortar exploded during a live-fire training exercise.  Apparently, that explosion couldn’t have happened had Republicans just allowed more tax hikes.

The Marines might be “jarheads,” but they clearly aren’t as stupid as Harry Reid, Barack Obama and the Democrat Party think the rest of the American people are.  NBC reported the USMC response:

When Obama tries to seize power with the massive stockpile of arms and ammunition that he clearly thinks only HE should have access to in contemptuous disregard for the 2nd Amendment, I hope the Marines stand with the people.

Businesses And Wealthy People Flooding Out Of Liberal California. The Only People Pouring IN Are Lobbyists. And Why Is That?

As a native Californian, I laughed when I first came across Murphy’s Laws and saw the one that said, “Everything east of the San Andreas fault will eventually plunge into the Atlantic Ocean.”

It’s not so damn funny now in the age of Obama when everything east of the San Andreas fault IS pretty much plunging into the Atlantic Ocean.  Especially given the fact that liberals dominate California and are plunging that state into its own special form of hell.

Then again, Murphy – never much for looking at the bright side - predicted Obama would become president in one of his darker moods.

Things were not going well for California.  People and businesses were flooding out of California.

It was 2009 when I cited an article which stated an amazing fact regarding the competition for businesses between liberal California and conservative Texas:

Don’t look now, but there’s a new War Between the States under way, and the south is winning. The most dramatic winner is Texas. The cover story of a recent (July 9) issue of The Economist compared California with Texas and implied that the Golden State is falling apart, while the Lone Star State is leading the nation out of the recession.  Then, in a mid-July issue of National Review, Kevin D. Williamson said the nation is “Going Alamo,” with new jobs and businesses tipping southward, draining California, the Midwest, and Northeast of their former economic glory.

One indicator of the trend, according to Williamson, is the cost of renting a U-Haul truck for a one-way move.  From Austin, Texas to San Francisco, California, the cost is $900, while a one-way rental from San Francisco to Austin is $3,000, due to the exodus of trucks from California.

All this makes sense.  We are a mobile nation.  People can move easily enough (especially if they rent), and capital can move even faster.  Capital, jobs, and businesses will go where they are most welcome, while capital leaves places where it is punished by higher taxes and over-regulation.

Why was it 233 percent more expensive to go from Texas to California than it was to go from California to Texas in a U-Haul truck?  Because rats were fleeing the sinking liberal ship of Statism, that’s why.

We found that the most liberal states with the highest tax rates were not only seeing by far and away the most flight as people poured out of states that simply were dead-ends for anybody wanting a damn JOB, but that it was these same liberal states that also had the highest budget deficits.  While states that were run by conservatives had the budget surpluses.

Well, of course, it got even worse for California.  In the 2010 election, California was pretty much the only state to defy the massive and historic Republican landslide as people across the nation voted against liberalism.  California actually gained power for Democrats that year.

Now where are we?

Well, we elected liberal Democrat Jerry Brown.  Jerry Brown hiked taxes.  And businesses increased their rate of flooding out of the state.

I was in a Burke’s Outlet store today.  The store in my town was almost completely empty of merchandise.  I asked the manager what was going on and he said that Burke’s – which has more than 500 stores nationwide – was leaving California entirely.

I asked him why that was and he was brutally honest: because of the new tax hikes.  There were other states that didn’t piss on their businesses the way California pisses on their businesses via the Democrat Party.

Well, I’m sure all of those Burke’s Outlet employees are thrilled to be out of their jobs.  I’m sure those tax hikes on the rich are working out just swell for those poor workers.

You don’t hear this very often, but the Los Angeles Times – in one of their incredibly few honest moments – published the fact that California has a $500 billion deficit because of their giveaways to liberal labor unions:

The staggering amount of unfunded debt stands to crowd out funding for many popular programs. Reform will take something sadly lacking in the Legislature: political courage.

The state of California’s real unfunded pension debt clocks in at more than $500 billion, nearly eight times greater than officially reported.

That’s the finding from a study released Monday by Stanford University’s public policy program, confirming a recent report with similar, stunning findings from Northwestern University and the University of Chicago.

We’re doomed in California.  And we deserve to be doomed.  Plunging into the ocean would be about the best outcome we could dream of compared to the economic collapse we’re eventually going to be unable to keep papering over with insanely bogus “math.”

And of course, other liberal states like Illinois (see also here) are just as evil and face just as awful a pension time bomb.

Liberalism is pure evil, and anybody who has a clue knows that.

Fortunately for liberals, most Americans are stunningly ignorant and depraved people.  So it’s working out great for the Democrat Party machine which has succeeded by lying to the most ignorant and stupid populations (such as young people who pretty much are the definition of ”stupid”).

Do you want to know who IS flooding in to bankrupt California right now?

Lobbyists, that’s who.  Contrary to Democrats’ lies, we’re seeing a massive increase in lobbying to the tune of a 50% increase over the evil Bush years:

SACRAMENTO — Although many of California’s cities and counties have been struggling financially, putting off road repairs, cutting back library hours and reducing police patrols, there is one way in which they have not held back: hiring Sacramento lobbyists.

Local governments’ spending on advocacy in the Capitol has surged in recent years, topping $96 million during the two-year legislative session that ended last fall — an increase of nearly 50% from a decade ago.

The sum dwarfs the lobbying bills of the state’s largest labor unions, big oil companies and other energy interests combined, according to the California secretary of state’soffice. No sector spends nearly as much trying to influence government in California as government.

And, of course, after all of his lies and slander and demagoguery and bogus promises, Obama turns out to be the worst whore for lobbyists’ money in the history of the republic as he sells out this nation like no one has ever even thought of selling it out before.

Barack Hussein Obama is the Whore-in-Chief.

It’s actually pretty easy to explain what’s happening and why: liberalism is the worship of the State.  God is dead.  The State is God.  And in liberal theology, the State as God sovereignly chooses as our God who wins and who loses, who gets Marxist redistribution and who is forced to pay higher and higher and higher taxes to pay for that Marxist redistribution.  And under ObamaCare, the State even gets to decide who lives and who dies as the death panels Sarah Palin predicted turn out to be all to damn real.

And, of course, there too, the State gets to decide who wins and who loses, as liberals grant waivers to the unions and the big corporations that most helped Obama pass his socialist takeover of what used to be the finest medical system on planet earth.

After Black Friday in 1929, just as shortly after the Titanic hit that iceberg, there was a period when things didn’t seem that bad.  As an example, after that infamous Black Friday in September of 1929, “In early 1930, credit was ample and available at low rates.”  Things were looking up.  Everything seemed swell.

Just like now.

Mind you, during the Great Depression, which FDR prolonged by seven years according to economists, we had plenty of lobbyists whoring for more government influence and government money, too.  When the government is running everything on the one hand and spending money it doesn’t have on the other, there are always dishonest whores waiting to suck it out of corrupt politicians.

All you have to do is worship Obama and take the mark of the beast, and you too can have a fancy job as a lobbyist.  But otherwise, just give up because things are a lot worse than they seem for decent people.

The way of California is the way of Cain.  And Cain is burning in hell for his wickedness just like every liberal will soon be.

Update, 3/20/13: What Democrats are doing in California and everywhere else is a firehose of evil that just keeps pouring out of the left.  I wrote this article the evening of the 18th and published it so it would come out the 19th.  When I woke up the morning of the 19th, what did I learn?  That Democrats are doing in California what socialists were trying to do in Cypruss: steal their citizens’ money by any vile means possible.

In California, Democrats actually tried to retroactively tax small businesses five years back.  California had provided a tax break for small businesses and other entrepreneurs and Democrats are whores who suck other people’s money.  Democrats not only wanted to end the tax break, but they demanded that businesses pay the socialist State BACK every single penny they had received in those tax break – complete with interest and even penalties:

California’s top-end taxpayers — already steamed over a recent hike in the  nation’s highest state income tax — are now fuming over a new $120 million  retroactive tax grab on small business owners.

In December, the state’s tax authority determined that a tax break claimed  over the past few years by 2,500 entrepreneurs and stockholders of  California-based small businesses is no longer valid and sent out notices of  payment.

“How would you feel if you made a decision, which was made four years ago,  (and) you absolutely knew was legally correct and four years later a governing  body came in and said, ‘no, it’s not correct, now you owe us a bunch more money.  And we’re going to charge you interest on money you didn’t even know you owed’,”  Brian Overstreet told Fox News from his office north of San Francisco.

Last year, Overstreet and his fellow investors sold Sagient Research Systems  and immediately reported the sale to the California Franchise Tax Board, the  state’s version of the IRS. “It was good for the shareholders, it was good for  the employees and good for those of us who founded it,” Overstreet said about  the sale of the data mining company. “We paid the tax based on the law at the  time.”

Here’s the question: how would YOU feel, not that you liberals are capable of mustering up that kind of actual empathy or anything.

The vileness of the left simply has no limits and knows no boundaries.

Barack Obama, The Liar Without Shame, Integrity Or Honor

We’ve seen Obama take a GIANT hit in his approval/disapproval polls in the last few weeks.  He is now at his lowest level of approval (and highest level of disapproval) since November 2011.

What we saw four years ago (when we voted for this turd the first time) was a man who dishonestly promised to be something completely different from what he really was.  And last year when we re-elected the same turd we now know that we fell for the same trick again.  The American people finally saw through the media filter of propaganda and saw the vile lies that were constantly drooling out of the mouth of Obama over the sequester.  And they voiced that they didn’t like what this lying fraud was doing enough that Obama changed his “war on the Republican Party” with his “charm offensive” where he finally meets with the Republicans after YEARS of refusing to meet with them.

Obama assumed his new term on January 20; it was only a month later that the American people started to turn on their Liar in Chief.

Democrats believe that they will retake the House (as well as keep the Senate) two years from now in 2014.  But they have already forgotten the historic ass kicking they suffered in 2010 when Republicans surged to historic gains both nationally and across the states.

The same thing is shaping up again for 2014.  Obama and Democrats are fascists who will go beyond both the acceptable level of restraint every single time they’re trusted with power.

On my view, it’s too late.  The beast is coming; we made certain of that in our stupid and depraved vote for Obama.  And the American people have demonstrated levels of ignorance, foolishness, wickedness, and an inability to do anything but emotionally react such that we sway from one party’s victory and then go the exact opposite direction in the very next election.

Ultimately, until the soon-coming collapse of America, the “electorate” will be increasingly composed of a people who have been sold a) the Marxist class warfare lie of a “State” that will redistribute the wealth and b) the racist and race warfare lie that black people and Hispanic people in particular will get to benefit as Democrats punish white people and buy their vote with other people’s money.  Even if they’re illegal immigrants.

When we collapse under the sheer weight of our debt and our moral stupidity, the beast will come just as we deserve.

The beast will be the fulfillment of every single big government dream that Obama ever had.  He will literally seize complete power over the economy, instituting a mark that will completely control access as to who buys and who sells.

We’ve already voted for that vision.  We’ve already voted that one day we want to take that mark of the beast as a society.

And in the ensuing collapse of America – that liberals have been dreaming about creating and exploiting for fifty years – the people will demand that the State take care of them and help them.  In doing so, they will be turning to the very thing that destroyed the economy in the first place.  But in the last days, the Word tells us that the world will be gripped by a spirit of delusion.

It’s interesting how media propaganda works.

Liberals – and even more importantly liberal “journalists” who are constitutionally required to be objective but are now nothing but political propagandists – have been telling us for YEARS how Bill Clinton created a surplus and George Bush squandered it.  They didn’t bother to tell you that we got to a “surplus” only AFTER Republicans historically took control of both the House and the Senate two years into Clinton’s presidency, or that Bill Clinton first had to admit that “the era of big government is over”, or that it had been the Republican Contract with America that brought Republicans to power that promised balanced budgets.  Liberals and “journalists” are simply pathologically dishonest people, and facts are things that must be denied or ignored altogether as they fabricate new “facts” in the place of the truth.

But it is actually even WORSE.  For years and years, Democrats have been talking about a “Clinton surplus” THAT NEVER EVEN EXISTED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

It turns out that the entire Clinton budget “surplus” was the theoretical existing-ONLY-on-paper CBO PROJECTION that was based on erroneous assumptions that resulted in a “surplus” that NEVER HAPPENED.

The CBO projected a surplus that actually became a DEFICIT.

And Democrats then perverted their fantasy “surplus” into a war against tax cuts, arguing that Clinton gave us a “surplus” with his higher tax rates and Bush gave us a deficit with his lower tax rates:

President Obama and congressional Democrats are blaming their trillion-dollar budget deficits on the Bush tax cuts of 2001 and 2003. Letting these tax cuts expire is their answer. Yet the data flatly contradict this “tax cuts caused the deficits” narrative. Consider the three most persistent myths:

• The Bush tax cuts wiped out last decade’s budget surpluses. Sen. John Kerry (D., Mass.), for example, has long blamed the tax cuts for having “taken a $5.6 trillion surplus and turned it into deficits as far as the eye can see.” That $5.6 trillion surplus never existed. It was a projection by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) in January 2001 to cover the next decade. It assumed that late-1990s economic growth and the stock-market bubble (which had already peaked) would continue forever and generate record-high tax revenues. It assumed no recessions, no terrorist attacks, no wars, no natural disasters, and that all discretionary spending would fall to 1930s levels.

The projected $5.6 trillion surplus between 2002 and 2011 will more likely be a $6.1 trillion deficit through September 2011. So what was the cause of this dizzying, $11.7 trillion swing? I’ve analyzed CBO’s 28 subsequent budget baseline updates since January 2001. These updates reveal that the much-maligned Bush tax cuts, at $1.7 trillion, caused just 14% of the swing from projected surpluses to actual deficits (and that is according to a “static” analysis, excluding any revenues recovered from faster economic growth induced by the cuts).

The CENTER of the Democrat Party’s attack against Republican Party economic policies was A LIE.

It was a lie that was reported as a “fact” by a completely dishonest and evil mainstream media again and again and again and again.  And they are STILL generating that lie as a “fact.”

I wondered about that “fact” given that liberals kept claiming a “Clinton surplus” when the debt went UP every single year of Clinton’s presidency.

I also historically documented the FACT that tax revenues have INCREASED every single time the tax rates have been CUT because allowing people to actually keep their own damn money is a powerful incentive to invest and start businesses and expand and thus grow the economy and the overall tax base.

I am somebody who interacts with the news dang near every day as well as somebody who is particularly interested in topics such as the so-called (and now we know is FALSELY so-called) ”Clinton budget surplus.”  And yet I did not see that admission that the whole thing was a “projection” that amounted to smoke and mirrors.  It is amazing how difficult it is for truth to filter through in these last days.

Other than “the devil” and “evil”, the complete dishonesty and bias of the mainstream media is probably the single leading reason that the beast will come.  You need to understand that God ordained the coming seven years of pure hell on earth called the Tribulation to judge mankind for its wickedness.  We’re smiling on homosexual sodomy marriage that produces no children while we pile the tiny carcasses of the most innocent of all human beings on the alter of “a woman’s right to choose” to burn in hell.  And we’re doing it with a defiant annoncement that it is a good thing to rebel against God.  The seven years of Tribulation is coming because the world has reached that point.  And I greive to say that the United States led the world into debauchery and open defiance against its God.  And when you’ve got these kinds of lies all around you every single day that we BELIEVE “the Clinton budget surplus” because it’s become a fact through sheer Big Lie repetition, we’re ready to receive the mark of the beast that will be sold to us the same way.  And we are seeing more lies passed off as “truth” today than ever before in this nation.  The media is leading us to hell every bit as much as the Democrat Party is; if anything the Democrat Party is the constantly shifting political wing of the cultural monster of the mainstream media.  We’re fish swimming around in the toxic brew of our culture and our gills are clogged with its muck.

Obama, of course, has repeatedly cited the “fact” that tax cuts massively increase budget deficits as the centerpiece of his Marxist class warfare demand for higher and higher and higher taxes.  And he is a liar for having seized that big lie.

We just saw Obama resort to so many outright lies in his sequester demagoguery that it was beyond unreal.  The man literally counts on the mainstream media’s ability to obliterate facts and substitute lies in their place.  Thank God that lies haven’t completely covered this land and most people KNOW Obama lied about the sequester that despite his lies was actually HIS creation in the first place.

In the same way that Obama kept talking about “balance” during the sequester debate when all he was in fact doing was drooling out one wicked lie after another instead of manifesting ANY “balance” whatsoever, Obama has also routinely said that he was personally responsible for the increase in oil production.

That’s as big of a lie as his slandering George Bush with a four trillion dollar debt over four years before Obama himself ran up SIX TRILLION DOLLARS of debt in only FOUR years.

Oil production has massively declined on the federal lands under Obama’s jurisdiction.  The only increase in production has largely occurred on private lands where Obama has little sway.  But to the extent he’s been able to, Obama has thwarted all the private oil harvesting that he could kill.  And the increase has occurred IN SPITE of his aggressive efforts to destroy oil whether we need it or not.

We know all the damn lies this liar told us to sell his damn ObamaCare fascism.

Because of the domination of the mainstream media that is throughly and in fact pathologically dishonest and biased, and thanks to the presidency of the most vile liar that America has ever seen, we are being led by the nose and duped by lies just as has happened so many times to nations whose wicked leaders had defied God.

Why Obama’s Sequester Demagoguery Failed (Answer: He Pit Idiot Liberalism Against Idiot Liberalism)

Do you remember how evil it was when GOP Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said it was the Republicans’ goal to make Obama a one-term president?  Evil is now “good” again: because Barack Obama’s goal is to break the Republican Party.  Of course, it is always good when Democrats do something that they decry as evil.  In this particular case, Obama is trying to break the GOP one giant piece of America at a time.  The man does not WANT a fair or balanced deal; he wants to manufacture one crisis after another, offer a frankly socialist solution as “balanced,” and then fracture the GOP resolve one member at a time.  And if we go through a credit downgrade, if we get the sequester, if he get whatever hell is next, so much the better, as far as Obama is concerned: he has another chance to pour more of his hate on the Republicans and try to set that hate on fire.

This time, he may have gone too far.

It is now widely apparent and pretty much simply agreed as a fact that Obama lost the “sequestration” debate.  His approval polls took a double-digit dive in a sudden wave of disapproval that has no recent precedent during his demagogic sequestration campaigning.  And Obama signified that he agreed with that by being a president who hadn’t bothered to meet with Republicans in TWO YEARS suddenly wanting to “reach out” to Republicans who are now firmly dug in against Obama the wicked demagogue.

The Democrat-controlled Senate is promising to put a budget together for the first time in FOUR FREAKING YEARS.  That’s right: the most basic duty of governance, and a duty required by the Constitution, has been pretty much pissed on by the Democrat Party under the cancer that is the Obama presidency.  Obama’s budgets have been such unmitigated treason (I call it “treason by the trillions”) that he couldn’t even get one single DEMOCRAT to vote for his communist takeover of America.  But up to now his ability to distort and lie has been absolute.  Obama hasn’t even NEEDED a damn budget as he spent America into bankruptcy these last four years.

Something happened.

What happened is that Obama began to demonize the sequestration law and slander Republicans for being responsible for it.

And he pit his Obamatics (that’s “Obama politics” for those who don’t like people making up words without telling you what their new word means) against the also just as fascistically leftist mainstream media.  He counted on the liberal media not to blow the whistle on his liberal fascism.

It’s the exact same thing he’s successfully done on issue after issue.  The only difference is that this time, finally, a reporter who has demonstrated more integrity and credibility than any American journalist alive had been physically present at enough White House meetings to know that Barack Obama was lying to the American people.  And the only difference is that this time, a reporter adored by liberal media got his dander up.

That reporter is Bob Woodward – a.k.a. the journalist whose reporting brought down a Republican president named Richard Nixon.

Bob Woodward, as a darling of liberalism (did I mention he’s a journalist working for the liberal Washington Post and he’s THE guy who so famously brought down a Republican president?) was physically present at an event in which he heard and RECORDED the following:

“At 2:30 p.m. Lew and Nabors went to the Senate to meet with Reid and his chief of staff, David Krone. ‘We have an idea for the trigger,’ Lew said. ‘What’s the idea?’ Reid asked skeptically. ‘Sequestration.’ Reid bent down and put his head between his knees, almost as if he were going to throw up or was having a heart attack. He sat back up and looked at the ceiling. ‘A couple of weeks ago,’ he said, ‘my staff said to me that there is one more possible’ enforcement mechanism: sequestration. He said he told them, ‘Get the hell out of here. That’s insane. The White House surely will come up with a plan that will save the day. And you come to me with sequestration?’ Well, it could work, Lew and Nabors explained. What would the impact be? They would design it so that half the threatened cuts would be from the Defense Department. ‘I like that,’ Reid said. ‘That’s good. It doesn’t touch Medicaid or Medicare, does it?’ It actually does touch Medicare, they replied. ‘How does it touch Medicare?’ It depends, they said. There’s versions with 2 percent cuts, and there’s versions with 4 percent cuts.” (Bob Woodward, The Price Of Politics, 2012, pp. 326)

Where did sequestration come from?  It came from the Obama White House.  That is simply a fact of history.

Yet what did Obama falsely say about that very thing?

“The sequester is not something that I’ve proposed. It is something that Congress has proposed.”

But yes it WAS something you proposed, you lying turd.  Obama got four Pinocchios for that whopping lie – from the liberal Washington Post.

If that isn’t enough, Obama falsely also falsely stated just before the said:

Then, President Obama stated just two weeks  before the 2012 election that sequestration “will not happen.”

That’s about the six trillionth promise Obama has broken.

Obama once actually threatened to veto ANY attempt to undo the sequestration cuts.  And how can Obama issue a veto threat to PROTECT sequestration and then say the thing that he is somehow not responsible for the thing that he had just literally issued a veto-threat to protect???

And yet Obama demonically claims that sequestration is “because of a choice … Republicans made.”

How on earth could anyone be that gargantuan of a liar and get away with it?  How can anyone be arrogant enough and demon-possessed enough to try???

Now here I want you to understand the essence that is the destruction of America: if Republicans don’t vote with the Obama agenda, they are “obstructionist” and “racist.”  But in this evil age in which a Fuehrer must get his way, we find that even if Republicans DO vote with the Obama agenda, they are evil.  Obama’s position: I am responsible for sequestration: it was proposed by my White House and I signed it into law.  But since Republicans were so wicked that they voted with me on my proposed measure, they are responsible for EVERYTHING and I am responsible for NOTHING.  Because that’s the way I have “led” for the last four years.”

Obama bet the mainstream media would circle their wagons around false messiah Obama and he would win yet again even though he was the liar and his opponents were the ones telling the truth.  But he didn’t bet on Bob Woodward in essence saying, “Wait a minute.  I was there and the president is LYING.”

Woodward also documents that in fact the sequester vote had nothing whatsoever to do with tax hikes and in fact Obama took tax hikes off the table.  He is now, according to Woodward’s reporting, “moving the goal posts.”  Obama is now dishonestly double-dealing by demanding that Republicans give Obama the tax loophole eliminations Republicans proposed as part of the negotiations that resulted in Obama getting nearly $700 billion in tax hikes.  Even though Obama specifically REJECTED that offer of loophole eliminations in place of tax rate hikes and rammed through his tax rate hikes.  Let me give you an equivalent: you make an offer on the car I’m selling.  I reject that offer and keep my car – and then demand that you pay me the offer that you laid on the table.  As if you’re putting an offer on the table somehow means that you later have to pay out that offer even if I reject it.

Obama is literally demanding that he get to have his cake (tax rate hikes) and eat it too (get to have his tax rate hikes AND everything Republicans offered in PLACE of the tax rate hikes).

And Obama was counting on the entire media to circle their wagons around him and worship his talking points.

Bob Woodward threw a monkey wrench into that.  Because as incredible as it may seem, it turned out that there was ONE liberal journalist who actually had at least a scintilla of journalistic integrity.

Obama liberalism met classical liberalism.  And Obama lost.

But it turns out that there is another miscalculation that Obama made when he put is Obamatics against traditional liberal politics: he forgot the labor unions.

I like the way this guy puts what happened:

In the run up to today, President Obama resorted to a campaign of fear  mongering.  He decided to make sequestration a blunt instrument. Instead of  using his executive discretion to make careful cuts, he found ways to make the  cuts appear disastrous, spooky, and painful for the American people. In the last  week it would have come as no surprise to hear the president, given his  increasing hyperbole about sequestration, to claim it would cause both erectile  dysfunction and hospitals to finish off the infirm and elderly without so much  as a visit to a death panel.

Obama called (HIS!!!) sequestration cuts a “meat cleaver.”  He predicted hell on earth if (HIS!!!) idea went into effect.  He said that fire fighters would no longer be available to fight fires and police officers would no longer be available to stop crime and teachers would be laid off in droves.  You had lines galore like this during Obama’s endless demagogic campaigning:

With firefighters, police officers and other emergency responders standing behind him, Obama said that “people will lose their jobs” if the forced cuts are allowed to take effect.

Horrors.  No firefighters as fires erupt across the city.  No police officers as looting runs amok.  Children dirty-faced and ignorant because Republicans killed all the teachers.

Obama literally threw up his atheist secular humanist vision of hell as red meat: the hell of a world with no government to own you and control your stupid farm animal life.  You are nothing more than an environmentally conditioned meat puppet who can’t possibly survive apart from a herd mentality and a need to be dominated by the government shepherd.

But here’s the thing that Obama overlooked.  You see, when Obama was predicting that tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands of federal government workers would get furloughed or lose their jobs due to the sequestration, he forgot that union rules prohibit such a thing.

Obama failed to realize just how rabidly and crazily union workers held on to their jobs.  It is easier to scrape ten thousand leeches who are parasitically clinging to your body than it is to terminate one union job.

Obama’s fascist politics to destroy thousands of jobs so he could blame Republicans on those losses came face-to-face with unions’ politics to keep all union jobs at all cost.  Because the unions will fight to the death for every single job they control.

And Obama lost in saying all those government union jobs would be gutted due to the sequester; the unions would have tied those decisions up in the courts for YEARS and the newspapers would have to choose whether to run the union narrative or the Obama narrative.

And now the only people he is able to screw to create a fascist crisis to demagogue are the little boys and girls who can’t get a tour of the White House because of the stink of evil of its current inhabitant.  That and play dirty snotball by freeing thousands of criminal illegal aliens while whining that he is powerless to stop such shenanigans because he rejected the Republicans’ measure to give him more control over the budget.

The thing that keeps coming to me in this “debate” is the fact that Democrats love to say that things were wonderful under Clinton’s tax rates in the 1990s.  If I were the GOP, I would offer to take them up on that deal and have the same rates.  That wouldn’t be so bad, because overall, Clinton CUT taxes more than he raised them. And embracing a return to the Clinton tax structure would also, of course, outlaw ObamaCare, which was the highest tax hike on the middle class in history.

Don’t worry, Democrats.  You’ll win in the end.  History shall record that you will get your big government, your Antichrist dictator, and your big government mark of the big government beast.

Two Ways Sequestration Battle Proves That America Is A Headless Chicken Lurching Toward The Mark Of The Beast

Do you know what the absolutely most hilarious thing about the sequestration issue is? It’s that Democrats and media elites are saying, “The Republicans voted for these sequestration cuts…”  And, yes, they did vote for the bill that came from the Obama White House that had the sequestration cuts in it; as did Democrats.  But here’s the funny thing about it: if Republicans DON’T vote Obama’s way, they are “obstructionists.”  If they DO vote Obama’s way, well, they become completely to blame for the disaster that came from the mind of Obama, as far as the mainstream media and the Democrat Party are concerned.

The sequestration battle reveals two ways that the war is over, and America lost.

And it’s like that famous Pogo line: “We have met the enemy… and he is us.”

Two things going on right now blatantly show America is doomed.  There is simply no coming back from these things.

The first is the level of propaganda and lies coming from our mainstream media and from our White House.  There simply has never been a president who has ever been so in-your-face dishonest; and there simply has never been a media refusal to cover the truth like this before.

Barack Obama has now repeatedly said that sequestration – which he now says is a “meat cleaver” that would have “brutal consequences” that would destroy America - was “Congress’ idea” (with the implication that it was therefore the Republicans’ idea.  He said back on October 22:

“The sequester is not something that I’ve proposed,” Obama said. “It is something that Congress has proposed.”

But Barack Obama is a documented liar in claiming that.  Because WHO actually proposed sequestration again?

Let’s see what White House Press Secretary Jay Carney was forced to concede during an interview with Fox News anchor Brett Bair (note: I added the first remark by Jay Carney to the transcript after transcribing it from the video):

Jay Carney: Somehow, what they [Republicans] liked then, they don’t like now and they’re trying to say that it was the president’s idea.

Bret Baier: Fair to say, but it was the president’s idea… You concede that point, right?

Jay Carney: What I will concede is that we were looking and the Republicans were looking for a trigger around which to build the mechanism to get us out of default possibility and the sequester was one of the ideas yes put forward, yes, by the president’s team.

Who’s to blame for sequestration?

It is a documented historical fact that it was BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA’S White House that proposed sequestration, NOT Congress and most certainly NOT Republicans.

So, yeah, it was the president’s idea.  It was Obama’s plan that Obama put forward.  If the Republicans agreed to it in order to get something done on the last debt ceiling fight.  And after all  the time you’ve spent labelling Republicans as “obstructionists” for not agreeing with you, NOW you demonize them as evil after they DO agree with you???

Barack Obama is a documented, proven liar.  Even the überliberal Washington Post acknowledges that Barack Obama is a liar.  But the rest of the media is largely disinterested, uningaged, uninvolved in this story – aside from presenting Obama’s deceitful spin on reality as “the news.”

We also have Barack Obama’s very own words to examine regarding the automatic spending cuts of the sequestration his White House proposed:

“I will veto any effort to get rid of those automatic spending cuts,” said Obama from the White House’s briefing room, adding “the only way to get rid of those cuts is to get Congress to come together and work on a deal.”

We literally have him saying it on video:

Obama has said the same thing again and again:

“Already some in Congress are trying to undo these automatic spending cuts. My message to them is simple: No,” Mr. Obama said from the White House briefing room Monday evening. “I will veto any effort to get rid of those automatic spending cuts to domestic and defense spending.”

Barack Obama is a documented liar and slanderer and demagogue and fearmongering demonizer for all the world to see.

When he now says:

“Would they rather put hundreds of thousands of jobs and our entire economy at risk just to protect a few special interest tax loopholes that benefit only the wealthiest Americans and biggest corporations?” Obama asked of the GOP during a White House event.

What he is actually saying is that it was actually HIS idea to “put hundreds of thousands of jobs and our entire economy at risk just to protect a few special interest tax loopholes that benefit only the wealthiest Americans and biggest corporations.”   You DO know that GE – which paid zero taxes last year – is a liberal and pro-Obama corporation, don’t you?  You DO know that Facebook – another liberal pro-Obama corporation - is not only not paying federal income taxes but is actually getting a huge tax refund of nearly half a billion dollars in tax money???

When Obama now says:

At one of his countless anti-sequester events, Obama warned that the budget cuts will “gut critical investments,” “weaken America’s economic recovery” and “weaken our military readiness.” He said tens of thousands of parents will scramble to find child care, and hundreds of thousands will “lose access to primary care and preventive care.”

Whenever you hear Obama explain how the sequestration cuts are absolutely evil and would basically kill everybody in his current slandering fearmongering, realize that Obama is the source of that evil and is responsible for all the evil things he says will happen.

And do you REALLY want to talk about the cronyism of the Obama administration????  Obama is literally SELLING access to his White House to the highest bidder.  Obama’s mindset is to be the most shameless peddler of chutzpah the world has ever known, to demonize and slander his opponents while actually doing far WORSE than the opponents whom he is routinely demonizing.   While the media dishonestly “reports” whatever the hell their Führer wants them to.  And I say “Führer” because you’ve got to go back to Joseph Goebbels’ Ministry of Propaganda to see this kind of shameless media dishonesty.

What Barack Hussein Obama is actually saying is that to whatever extent the sequestration cuts are evil, HE is evil.  To whatever extent that sequestration will hurt the economy, HE is the one who hurt the economy.  And to whatever extent sequestration cuts will hurt the American people, HE is the one who hurt the American people.  Obama is literally on the record having said that he would not allow ANYTHING to undo the spending cuts that he today dishonestly says is demonically evil.

But the world doesn’t CARE that Barack Obama is a slandering liar and a pathologically dishonest and dishonorable human being.  And that’s largely because the mainstream media are a bunch of pathologically dishonest and dishonorable human beings who now rely almost exclusively on propaganda rather than “news” or “journalism.”

It’s an inconvenient truth that the sequestration cuts that Barack Obama is now fearmongering and demonizing came from Obama.  It is an inconvenient truth that Barack Hussein Obama actually threatened to VETO ANY EFFORT TO UNDO THE SEQUESTRATION CUTS THAT HE NOW SAYS ARE SO DAMN EVIL and will be so damned harmful to the American people.  So the media doesn’t report the inconvenient truth.  And instead reports Obama’s slandering lies and fearmongering in PLACE of the truth.

When a nation is as blinded by lies and as willing to participate in lies and deceit as the American people now are, it is time for that nation and that people to go the way of the Dodo bird to extinction.  But it’s more than just extinction, because we face divine judgment: any nation that is so deluded by lies that it would vote for a liar without shame, without honor and without decency in 2008 and then vote to re-elect that shameless liar four years later deserves the Antichrist, deserves to worship him, deserves to take his mark and deserves to burn in hell for all eternity.

And that is coming because of what we have done.  That end is coming because when we needed to be confronted by the truth, the American people were the sort of people who preferred lies and slander and demagoguery and fearmongering.

The truth no longer matters in America.  And God DAMN America for that, to quote Obama’s racist reverend Jeremiah Wright.

What I point out above isn’t the only Obama lies regarding sequestration.  Like I said, this man is a liar without shame or honor or decency.  And literally everything that drools out of his mouth is a lie.  Bob Woodward also documented that Barack Obama, in demanding tax hikes (“revenue”), is not only dishonestly moving the goal post but in fact shamelessly reneging on a deal he made:

In fact, the final deal reached between Vice President Biden and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) in 2011 included an agreement that there would be no tax increases in the sequester in exchange for what the president was insisting on: an agreement that the nation’s debt ceiling would be increased for 18 months, so Obama would not have to go through another such negotiation in 2012, when he was running for reelection.

So when the president asks that a substitute for the sequester include not just spending cuts but also new revenue, he is moving the goal posts. His call for a balanced approach is reasonable, and he makes a strong case that those in the top income brackets could and should pay more. But that was not the deal he made.

Again, that is the reporting of Bob Woodward, one of the most famous journalist’ alive whose reporting brought down Nixon, stated from his access to the White House during the very time the sequestration deal was going through.

But again, the mainstream media and the wicked American people will not allow Barack Obama to be held responsible for his shameless lies or his constant deceit.  So the fact that Obama’s constant demand for “common-sense” “balanced approach,” he is in fact saying he should be rewarded for making promises, agreeing to deals, and then dishonestly reneging on those promises and deals.

Anyone who negotiates with such a dishonest man as Obama is is a fool who deserves his own destruction.  Which is why the Republican Party is in such terrible shape as they’ve tried to compromise again and again with a shameless, craven, dishonest liar.

They have gone down this path again and again and again.  Obama makes a deal only to break his own deal.  And then demonize and slander the Republicans whose sin was trying to deal with a devil:

The book, “The Price of Politics,” on sale Sept. 11, 2012, shows how close the president and the House speaker were to defying Washington odds and establishing a spending framework that included both new revenues and major changes to long-sacred entitlement programs.

But at a critical juncture, with an agreement tantalizingly close, Obama pressed Boehner for additional taxes as part of a final deal — a miscalculation, in retrospect, given how far the House speaker felt he’d already gone.

Who killed that infamous Grand Bargain deal in which Boehner had agreed to concede higher taxes in exhange for spending cuts?  Obama killed it by having a deal and then demanding even more concessions after he had already agreed on a deal.  And dishonest Democrats, which pretty much is all of them, have perverted the truth ever since by falsely claiming Boehner walked away from a deal.  All Boehner walked away from was the destroyed engine of a deal after Obama dishonestly threw a monkey wrench into it after they’d already agreed to a deal.

When Barack Hussein Obama pissed on the deal and killed it, he and his vast army of lying cockroaches were ready to point the finger at the victim of Obama’s dishonest dealing.

Democrats are every bit as happy to go off the fiscal cliff of sequestration as the most right wing Republican.  And Obama has been doing a whole lot of moving the goalposts while he dishonestly goes back on agreements he made.  But the dishonest media refuses to report the truth.  Because the truth is the first thing to go before God truly begins to judge a nation for its wickedness.

That’s one.  The dishonesty of the American people in their leader, in their dishonest, false messiah are alone enough to constitute God Damn America until this nation fades away from its status as a world power in humiliation and shame.

But the sequestration debate reveals a far more dangerous cancer at the dishonest, wicked heart of Barack Hussein Obama and the American people he leads to their damnation.

The other fact is the fact that there will NEVER be anything remotely CLOSE to true spending cuts as long as there is one Democrat who has not been hunted down with dogs and burned alive.

Do you know what the sequestration fight is really over?  Of course you don’t, if you get your “news” from the mainstream media!  It is over a 2.4% reduction in the rate of projected spending:

How much is to be “cut”? $85 billion on a budget of $3.6 trillion. That’s 2.4%. As of August household income was down 8.2% under Obama and the country had to make do. Now Obama tries to tell us that government can’t do with 2.4% less? Seriously?

He has been lying about the sequester since the debates.

And:

Federal spending will explode from $3.6 trillion to $6 trillion over the next 10 years, but the much-maligned sequester will cut only 2.4 percent of this spending.

Sequestration represents a relatively small cut in projected spending. So why are so many in Washington wringing their hands over a two-and-a-half percent reduction?

Do you know that the coming budget will spend more than last years budget EVEN WITH the sequestration “cuts”???  Because the fact of the matter is that we will actually be spending $110 billion MORE in this budget even when the sequestration “cuts” are factored in.

I want you to understand: Democrats are literally becoming hysterical and rabid over the fear of not a 2% cut that ANY bureaucracy ought to be able to easily make – but a 2.4% cut in the rate of growth of that spending.  This is another way of simply pointing out the fact that we can’t make ANY cuts of ANY kind at all.

The sequestration “cuts” are mindless, stupid and evil – which is exactly what I for one would expect from anything coming out of Obama’s White House as these sequestration cuts did – but Republicans are beginning to express a willingness to “go off the cliff” with sequestration simply because it is now glaringly obvious to anyone possessing a faculty for comprehending reality that Barack Obama will NEVER allow any other spending cuts of any kind during the next four years.  And if Republicans want ANY cuts to the budget, the deficit, or the debt at ALL, this is their only chance to get them.

That’s the fact.

And the fact is that Democrats – in spite of their frequent lip service to reducing spending, reducing the deficit, reducing the debt – are shameless liars who say one thing and keep doing another.  They will NEVER allow ANY spending cuts.  Period.

Obama slandered George Bush for his $4 trillion debt over eight years.  He has now presided over $6 trillion more in debt in only four years.  Which is to say that the nation’s crushing, bankrupting, extinction debt is tripling under Obama beyond what Obama demonized Bush over.

Again, Barack Hussein Obama is a pathologically dishonest man.  And this hellbound world longing for the Antichrist loves him for it.

What Obama did was load up the 2008 federal deficit with TRILLIONS of dollars in his own spending, then slanderously and dishonestly hold Bush responsible for Obama’s own wicked spending.  As if it was Bush who imposed the Obama stimulus, and Bush who imposed the Obama Omnibus bill, etc.  The deficit that Bush handed Obama for 2008 was $400 billion.  And what Obama did was deceitfully assert that HE ended the war in Iraq – which Bush actually ended and signed the final status of forces agreement for – and that somehow without Obama the Iraq War would have gone on forever and so Obama should somehow be credited with eternal savings for ending a war that Bush actually won and ended.

And that is why this nation is utterly doomed.  Either money is nothing – in which case nobody needs any more of it and Democrats are idiots for trying to redistribute the wealth like the Marxists they truly are – or money matters and our $228 trillion fiscal gap will bury us and smother this nation to death.  It’s one or the other.

Our true fiscal gap was documented by the International Monetary Fund at $222 trillion as of August of last year.  It is growing by nearly a trillion dollars every month.  Which means it is now well over $228 trillion in unfunded liabilities that will bankrupt this nation.

And Obama is literally coming unglued at saving $84 billion in cuts not in our spending but only in our rate of growth - which is a drop of piss in a giant ocean of bloody-red debt???

Democrats won’t allow America to cut its spending in any way, shape or form.  And America is going to die because of that.

The Democrat Party stands for the extinction of America.  It is crushing America with lies and crushing America with debt.  And America cannot survive with either scourge, let alone both.

So it should be no surprise that the same Obama administration that has gone so completely deranged predicting national disaster and even holocaust if the sequestration that Obama proposed, that Obama signed into law and that Obama threatened to use his veto to protect was put into effect is also the administration that is about to intentionally try to make those cuts as painful to as many Americans as they possibly can.

Want an example?  Obama cabinent appointees are already releasing a wave of CRIMINAL illegal immigrants as a way to inflict harm with the sequestration cuts in order to say the Republicans did what in fact OBAMA did.  I say “criminal” not just because it is a damn CRIME to enter the United States without going through the legal immigration process, but because the “immigrants” being released are “immigrants” who have already been convicted of crimes in Los Estados Unidos.

So basically, what Obama is saying is that you either agree with my new deal after I broke my word with you on our last deal, or else I’ll threaten you with huge numbers of criminal illegal immigrants.  And according to Obama, that’s a “balanced compromise” rather than terrorist extortionism.

Republican Majority Leader Eric Cantor put it this way:

“President Obama has said that unless he gets a second tax hike in eight  weeks, he will be forced to let criminals loose on the streets, the meat at your  grocery store won’t be inspected and emergency responders will be unable to do  their jobs,” Cantor said in his statement.

“These are false choices. We are faced with the negative effects of the  sequester because Democrats have not been able to take even the smallest step  towards controlling spending.”

False choices have been all we’ve had for Obama’s entire presidency.

Could Obama lay off his scheduling secretary so he’d have a harder time going on a golfing vacation with Tiger Woods just before coming back to say that what clearly wasn’t a big deal before he went on vacation is suddenly about to kill America if he doesn’t get his way?  Yes, but it’s so much more fun for Obama to fire firefighters and police officers instead.  Because that’s just the kind of wicked man he is.

When the beast comes, there is not a doubt in my mind that he will honor Barack Hussein Obama as the man who made his arrival possible.

And the American people will burn in hell for all eternity as a result of both of these wicked men.

What I See Coming As ObamaCare Unfolds: The Holocaust Of The Elderly As Democrats Abandon Elderly And ‘Pivot’ To Young Voters

I want to point out something that I believe I’m going to see increasingly confirmed.

Just a couple of days ago I offered this prediction near the end of an article I titled, “Even ObamaCare Backers Now Finally Admit To Seeing Shocking Premium Hikes Coming Due To The Evil Mark-Of-The-Beast ObamaCare Law“:

You want to know what else I’m predicting, since I’ve been dead solid perfect in all my forecasts about how a truly evil and demonic Democrat Party would destroy our health care system and murder millions of helpless Americans?  Try this one on for size: as we all know, elderly people tend to vote Republican, while younger people tend to vote Democrat.  And here we have these young Democrats left holding the bill for an incredibly costly ObamaCare fascist takeover.

And the costs are going to go up because of all that expensive treatment of the elderly – who tend to vote Republican.

So you just watch while the most wicked political party since the Nazis – and if there were an “National Socialist American Workers Party” the way we had a “National Socialist German Workers Party” (Nazi Party) you can bet your farm that it would be the same socialist cockroaches filling its ranks – begins to treat old people like Jews and tell them they need to die so that the young generation can live.

The Democrat Party is ultimately going to “pivot” to the young and turn on the elderly.  And treat them like Hitler treated the Jews and like Obama has treated the rich.

Mind you, they won’t admit they’re going to do that now; just like they wouldn’t admit that ObamaCare would drive up the cost of healthcare when they were lying to you to sell their abomination.

ObamaCare started out as a 2,000 page monstrosity.  It has now grown like a cancer to well over THIRTY THOUSAND PAGES as the regulations are being furiously written and added in to this demonic legislation.

When we voted for Obama, we literally voted for the coming beast whose useful idiot Obama is.

It’s interesting what the Democrats who imposed ObamaCare on us are starting to ADMIT:

They’re admitting they slandered Sarah Palin and that she was right and they were lying when she predicted ObamaCare would amount to “death panels.”

They’re admitting that ObamaCare costs MASSIVELY more than they dishonestly said it would.  We’re finding out that the cheapest ObamaCare plan for parents with three children will be a crushing $20,000 a year.

They’re admitting that 30% of doctors are now abandoning medicine as a direct result of ObamaCare after demonizing us for predicting that reality.

And of course the very Democrats who helped pass ObamaCare are now turning on it and saying it is an abomination – just like we said it would be.

Anyway, I also was out there predicting that ObamaCare would end up being a Holocaust for the elderly, such as here and here.

I predicted a year ago:

In a nutshell, as you get older, you start having more health problems requiring more trips to the doctor and more medical care.  But ObamaCare understands that you’re probably retired and you’re a useless eater and it’s time for you to shove off and die with dignity.  So fascist Democrats want to cut off spending on the elderly and apply it to younger proletariats who are working for the sake of Dear Leader and are therefore eligible to continue to live.

Clinton economist and Obama advisor Robert Reich had already said this on the record about the future of ObamaCare:

“Thank you. And by the way, we’re going to have to, if you’re very old, we’re not going to give you all that technology and all those drugs for the last couple of years of your life to keep you maybe going for another couple of months. It’s too expensive…so we’re going to let you die.”

Obama regulatory czar Cass Sunstein wrote:

“I urge that the government should indeed focus on life-years rather than lives. A program that saves young people produces more welfare than one that saves old people.”

He wrote:

“Other things being equal, a program that protects young people seems far better than one that protects old people, because it delivers greater benefits.”

I documented how Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel - the brains behind ObamaCare as Obama’s health-policy adviser at the Office of Management and Budget and a member of Obama’s Federal Council on Comparative Effectiveness Research - described how the system would systematically deny resources to the elderly in order to focus on younger people:

“When implemented, the Complete Lives system produces a priority curve on which individuals aged between roughly 15 and 40 years get the most substantial chance, whereas the youngest and oldest people get chances that are attenuated… The Complete Lives system justifies preference to younger people because of priority to the worst-off rather than instrumental value.”

“Attenuated” means, “to make thin; to weaken or reduce in force, intensity, effect, quantity, or value.”  Attenuated care would be reduced or lessened care.  Dare I say it, in this context it clearly means, “rationed care.”

Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel included a chart with his work (available here), which shows how he wants to allocate medical resources under a government plan:

When you’re very young, or when you start reaching your 50s and 60s, you start receiving less and less priority.

So, I understood what the Democrats would in fact do – because ObamaCare was an abomination for the elderly from the very start.  But I didn’t understand the political mechanism.  I didn’t understand how the VERY SAME PEOPLE who gave the elderly all these unsustainable healthcare benefits (via Medicare and Medicaid) would be able to viciously and barbarically turn on those people who voted for them and ultimately gut the health care benefits that they depend on to live.

I didn’t understand politically how Democrats could spend seventy years erecting unsustainable benefits for the elderly, and then turn on the very elderly they had supposedly erected all these benefits for and actually continue to get re-elected.

I do now: Democrats have a new coalition to win.  They have the young.  And since the elderly have started increasingly voting Republican as they start to see what’s coming, they can throw the old under the bus to be crushed by the wheels.

The young who now support Democrats are demanding affordable healthcare.

And the only way for that to happen is for the elderly to be cut off.  Because it is simply a fact that people use up most of the healthcare resources they will ever need when they get old.  And now that Democrats have brought all of these costs into “government,” they have to reduce the cost burden in order to stave off obvious bankruptcy and national implosion.

So what’s going to happen is Democrats are going to increasingly begin to argue that inexpensive healthcare is a moral imperative.  But that the elderly are useless eaters who have already produced all the benefit for society that they ever would in their time and that it is time for them to die with dignity so the next generation can have access to have the same access to healthcare that the elderly once enjoyed (before the Democrats who gave them all these benefits decided it was in their cynical political benefit to take those benefits away).

And as I have documented, we’re already seeing that mindset come out of ObamaCare.  It’s what ObamaCare always was for those with ears to hear.

How do Democrats pay for the massive and unsustainable costs of ObamaCare for the young when they have already created massive and unsustainable costs for caring for the old with Medicare and Medicaid?  Answer: they turn on the cost of the previous programs that they created when demagoguing those previous programs was the way to lie and pander to their last voter constituency.  They plunder the care for the old that they previously promised to pay for the care for the young that they are promising now.

So now – as Democrats continue to solidify their young electorate – you will start to see Democrats increasingly disparage “the greatest generation” as being people who are frankly unworthy of all the healthcare resources they are consuming.

So when I heard career liberal and Democrat strategist Bob Beckell say the following on Bill O’Reilly’s program last night, I took notice (at the 00:09:55 mark of the program)

00:09:55 Last night about this great america in the 50s, we were dragged into fighting the Nazis.  Somehow you made this myth about this last generation.   You and Tom Brokaw, the greatest generation.  The fact is –

00:10:07 Bill [O'Reilly]: You’re ranting now.

And, yes, of course he was ranting.  But he was plainly stating his belief that old people aren’t that great and they shouldn’t get any credit for rising up and defeating the Nazis.

As long as the elderly are “the greatest generation” Democrats can’t turn on them.  But dehumanize them, say they didn’t do anything great, that they aren’t any more deserving than anybody else, and that they are now a burden and that they should die with dignity – that’s the ticket.

And that’s what you will increasingly see as Democrats “pivot” to the young and abandon the elderly.

Watch for a lot more of that to happen.

Years ago, the great preacher D. James Kennedy prophetically warned:

“Watch out, Grandma and Grandpa!  Because the generation who survived abortion will one day come after you!”

We have now aborted more than 56 million innocent babies in America.  Democrats are responsible for every single one of those lives – and one day they will burn in hell for a trillion years to the trillionth power of years for every single nano-second of every single one of those lives that thse babies would have lived if they hadn’t been snuffed out in the womb.

And this same, depraved, barbaric wickedness that characterized the Democrat Party’s hatred for babies will be applied to their hatred for the elderly very, very soon.

And now we’re about to see the most wicked generation of Democrats in history cynically abandon their promises to one group who depended on their promises in order to appeal to a different group who haven’t experienced the wickedness of Democrats so they can stay in power.

This is what the Bible predicted about the final generation before the beast came:

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.  People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God–having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them. — 2 Timothy 3:1-5

This wicked generation of youth who vote Democrat after surviving Democrats’ attempts to murder them in their wombs will vote to turn on their own parents in a way completely unprecedented in all of human history.  And the Democrats will enable them to do it unlike any previous generation in history.

It will take a generation this wicked to believe in the Democrat Party’s lies even as the very same Democrats prove once and for all what demonic liars they were all along.

Paul warns godly people to “have nothing to do with them.”  But the Democrat Party that is the party of genuine evil in America not only want everything to do with them, but to exploit them to erect the new abominations of their party platform to advance the political ideology of Romans chapter one.

You know, I have an opportunity to speak in a lot of venues. This is my fourth speech this week. and I have an opportunity to talk to a lot of people. And I’ve been asking people what concerns you? What are you most concerned about in terms of the spirituality and the direction of our nation and our world? And I’ve talked to very prominent democrats, very prominent republicans. And I was surprised by the uniformity of their answers. And those have informed my comments this morning. now, it’s not my intention to offend anyone. I have discovered, however, in recent years that it’s very difficult to speak to a large group of people these days and not offend someone. [laughter]

And people walk away with their feelings on their shoulders waiting for you to say something, ah, did you hear that? The pc police are out in force at all times. I remember once I was talking about the difference between a human brain and a dog’s grain, and a man — and a dog’s brain, and a man got offended. You can’t talk about dogs like that. [laughter] People focus in on that, completely miss the point of what you’re saying. [laughter] And we’ve reached reach the point where people are afraid to actually talk about what they want to say because somebody might be offended. People are afraid to say Merry Christmas at Christmas time. Doesn’t matter whether the person you’re talking to is Jewish or, you know, whether they’re any religion. That’s a salutation, a greeting of goodwill. We’ve got to get over this sensitivity. You know, and it keeps people from saying what they really believe.

You know, I’m reminded of a very successful young businessman, and he loved to buy his mother these exotic gifts for mother’s day. And he ran out of ideas, and then he ran across these birds. These birds were cool, you know? They cost $5,000 apiece. They could dance, they could sing, they could talk. He was so excited, he bought two of of them. Sent them to his mother, couldn’t wait to call her up on mother’s day, mother, mother, what’d you think of those birds? And she said, they was good. [laughter] He said, no, no, no! Mother, you didn’t eat those birds? Those birds cost $5,000 apiece! They could dance, they could sing, they could talk! And she said, well, they should have said something. [laughter] And, you know, that’s where we end up, too, if we don’t speak up for what we believe. [laughter] And, you know, what we need to do — [applause] what we need to do in this pc world is forget about unanimity of speech and unanimity of thought, and we need to concentrate on being respectful to those people with whom we disagree.

And that’s when I believe we begin to make progress. and one last thing about political correctness, which I think is a horrible thing, by the way. I’m very, very come — compassionate, and I’m not never out to offend anyone. But pc is dangerous. Because, you see, this country one of the founding principles was freedom of thought and freedom of expression. and it muffles people. It puts a muzzle on them. And at the same time, keeps people from discussing important issues while the fabric of this society is being changed. And we cannot fall for that trick. And what we need to do is start talking about things, talking about things that are important.

Things that were important in the development of our nation. one of those things was education. I’m very passionate about education because it’s made such a big difference in my life. But here we are at a time in the world, the information age, the age of technology, and yet 30% of people who enter high school in this country do not graduate. 44% of people who start a four-year college program do not finish it in four years. What is that about? Think back to a darker time in this our history. Two hundred years ago when slavery was going on it was illegal to educate a slave, particularly to teach them to read. Why do you think that was? Because when you educate a man, you liberate a man. And there I was as a youngster placing myself in the same situation that a horrible institution did because I wasn’t taking advantage of the education. I was a horrible student. Most of my classmates thought I was the stupidest person in the world. They called me dummy. I was the butt of all the jokes. Now, admittedly, it was a bad environment. single-parent home, you know, my mother and father had gotten divorced early on.

My mother got married when she was 13. She was one of 24 children. Had a horrible life. Discovered that her husband was a bigamist, had another family. And she only had a third grade education. She had to take care of us. Dire poverty. I had a horrible temper, poor self-esteem. All the things that you think would preclude success. But I had something very important, I had a mother who believed in me, and I had a mother who would never allow herself to be a victim no matter what happened. Never made excuses, and she never accepted an excuse from us. And if we ever came up with an excuse, she always said do you have a brain? And if the answer was, yes, then she said then you could have thought your way out of it. It doesn’t matter what John or Susan or mary or anybody else did or said. And it was the most important thing she did for my brother and myself. Because if you don’t accept excuses, pretty soon people stop giving them, and they start looking for solutions. And that is a critical issue when it comes to success.

Well, you know, we did live in dire poverty, and one of the things that I hated was poverty. you know, some people hate spiders, some people hate snakes, I hated poverty. I couldn’t stand it. [laughter] But, you know, my mother couldn’t stand the fact that we were doing poorly in school, and she prayed and asked god to give her wisdom, what could she do to to to make her sons understand the importance of wisdom? God gave her wisdom. At least in her opinion. It was to turn off the tv, let us watch only two or three programs during the week, and read two books apiece and submit to her written book reports which she couldn’t read, but we didn’t know that. [laughter] She put check marks and highlights and stuff — [laughter] But, you know, I just hated this. And my friends were out having a good time. her friends would criticize her. they would say you can’t make boys stay in the house reading books, they’ll grow up and hate you. and i would overhear them and say, you know, mother, they’re right. but she didn’t care.

You know. [laughter] after a while, I actually began to enjoy reading those books because we were very poor, but between the covers of those books I could go anywhere, I could be anybody, i could do anything. I began to read about people of great accomplishment, and as I read those stories, I began to see a connecting thread. I began to see that the person who has the most to do with you and what happens to you in life is you. You make decisions. You decide how much energy you want to put behind that decision. And I came to understand that I had control of my own destiny. And at that point I didn’t hate poverty anymore, because I knew it was only temporary. I knew I could change that. it was incredibly liberating for me, made all the difference.

To continue on that theme of education, in 1831 Alexis de Toqueville came to study America. The Europeans were fascinated. How could a fledgling Nation, barely 50 years old already be competing with them on virtually every level. This was impossible. De Toqueville was going to sort it out and he looked at our government and he was duly impressed by the three branches of government – four now because now we have special interest groups, but it was only three back in those days. He said, WOW, this is really something, but then he said, but let me look at their educational system and he was blown away. See, anybody who had finished the second grade was completely literate. He could find a mountain man on the outskirts of society who could read the newspaper and have a political discussion, could tell him how the government worked.

If you really want to be impressed, take a look at the chapter on education in my latest book, America the Beautiful, which I wrote with my wife – it came out last year, and in that education chapter you will see questions extracted from a sixth grade exit exam from the 1800′s – a test you had to pass to get your sixth grade certificate. I doubt most college graduates today could pass that test. We have dumbed things down to that level and the reason that is so dangerous is because the people who founded this Nation said that our system of government was designed for a well-informed and educated populace, and when they become less informed, they become vulnerable. Think about that. That is why education is so vitally important.

Now some people say, ahhh, you’re over blowing it, things aren’t that bad, and you’re a doctor, a neurosurgeon. Why are you concerned about these things? Got news for you. FIVE doctors signed the Declaration of Independence. Doctors were involved in the framing of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, in a whole bunch of things. It’s only been since recent decades that we’ve extracted ourselves, which I think is a big mistake.

We need doctors, we needs scientists, engineers. We need all those people involved in government, not just lawyers…I don’t have anything against lawyers, but you know, here’s the thing about lawyers…I’m sorry, but I got to be truthful…got to be truthful – what do lawyers learn in law school? To win, by hook or by crook. You gotta win, so you got all these Democrat lawyers, and you got all these Republican lawyers and their sides want to win. We need to get rid of that. What we need to start thinking about is, how do we solve problems?

Now, before I get shot, let me finish. I don’t like to bring up problems without coming up with solutions. My wife and I started the Carson Scholars Fund 16 years ago after we heard about an international survey looking at the ability of eight graders in 22 countries to solve math and science problems, and we came out No. 21 out of 22. We only barely beat out Number 22 – very concerning.

We we’d to to these schools and we’d see all these trophies: State Basketball, State Wrestling, this, that and the other. The Quarterback was the Big Man on Campus. What about the intellectual Superstar? What did they get? A National Honor Society pin? A pat on the head, there, there little Nerd? Nobody cared about them. And is it any wonder that sometimes the smart kids try to hide? They don’t want anybody to know they are smart? This is not helping us or our Nation, so we started giving out scholarships from all backgrounds for superior academic performance and demonstration of humanitarian qualities. Unless you cared about other people, it didn’t matter how smart you were. We’ve got plenty of people like that. We don’t need smart people who don’t care about other people.

We would give them money. The money would go into a Trust. They would get interest on it. When they would go to college they would get the money, but also the school gets a trophy, every bit as impressive as a sports trophy – right out there with the others. They get a medal. They get to go t a banquet. We try to put them on a pedestal as impressive as we do the All-State athletes. I have nothing against athletics or entertainment. I’m from Baltimore. The Ravens won. This is great – okay. But, but – what will maintain our position in the world? The ability to shoot a 25 foot jump shot or the ability to solve a quadratic equation? We need to put the things into proper perspective.

Many teachers have told us that when we put a Carson Scholar in their classroom, the GPA of the whole classroom goes up over the next year. It’s been very gratifying. We started 16 years ago with 25 scholarships in Maryland, now we’ve given out more than 5,000 and we are in all 50 states, but we’ve also put in Reading Rooms. These are fascinating places that no little kid could possibly pass up. And uh, they get points for the amount of time they spend reading, and the number of books they read. They can trade the points for prizes. In the beginning they do it for the prizes, but it doesn’t take long before their academic performance begins to improve.

And we particularly target Title One schools where the kids come from homes with no books and they go to schools with no libraries. Those are the ones who drop out. We need to truncate that process early on because we can’t afford to waste any of those young people. You know, for every one of those people we keep from going down that path – that path of self-destruction and mediocrity, that’s one less person you have to protect yourself and your family from. One less person you have to pay for in the penal or welfare system. One more taxpaying productive member of society who may invent a new energy source or come up with a cure for cancer. Why is it so important that we educate our people? Because we don’t want to go down the pathway as so many pinnacle nations that have preceded us. I think particularly about ancient Rome. Very powerful. Nobody could even challenge them militarily, but what happened to them? They destroyed themselves from within. Moral decay, fiscal irresponsibility. They destroyed themselves. If you don’t think that can happen to America, you get out your books and you start reading, but you know, we can fix it.

Why can we fix it because we’re smart. We have some of the most intellectually gifted people leading our Nation. All we need to do is remember what our real responsibilities are so that we can solve the problems. I think about these problems all the time, and my role, you know, model was Jesus. He used parables to help people understand things. And one of our big problems right now, and like I said, I’m not politically correct, so I’m sorry, but you know – our deficit is a big problem. Think about it. And our National Debt – $16.5 Trillion dollars – you think that’s not a lot of money? I’ll tell you what! Count one number per second, which you can’t even do because once you get to a thousand it will take you longer than a second, but…one number per second. You know how long it would take you to count to 16 Trillion? 507,000 years – more than a half a million years to get there. We have to deal with this.

Here’s a parable: A family falls on hard times. Dad loses his job or is demoted to part time work. He has 5 children. He comes to the 5 children, he says we’re going to have to reduce your allowance. Well, they’re not happy about it but – he says, except for John and Susan. They’re, they’re special. They get to keep their allowance. In fact, we’ll give them more. How do you think that’s going to go down? Not too well. Same thing happens. Enough said.

What about our taxation system? So complex there is no one who can possibly comply with every jot and tittle of our tax system. If I wanted to get you, I could get you on a tax issue. That doesn’t make any sense. What we need to do is come up with something that is simple.

When I pick up my Bible, you know what I see? I see the fairest individual in the Universe, God, and he’s given us a system. It’s called tithe. Now we don’t necessarily have to do it 10% but it’s principle. He didn’t say, if your crops fail, don’t give me any tithes. He didn’t say, if you have a bumper crop, give me triple tithes. So there must be something inherently fair about proportionality. You make $10 Billion dollars you put in a Billion. You make $10 you put in $1 – of course, you gotta get rid of the loopholes, but now now some people say, that’s not fair because it doesn’t hurt the guy who made $10 Billion dollars as much as the guy who made $10. Where does it say you have to hurt the guy. He’s just put in a billion in the pot. We don’t need to hurt him.

It’s that kind of thinking – it’s that kind of thinking  that has resulted in 602 banks in the Cayman Islands. That money needs to be back here, building our infrastructure and creating jobs – and we’re smart enough – we’re smart enough to figure out how to do that.

We’ve already started down the path to solving one of the other big problems, health care. We need to have good health care for everybody. It’s the most important thing that a person can have. Money means nothing, titles mean nothing when you don’t have your health, but we’ve got to figure out efficient ways to do it. We spend a lot of money on health care, twice as much per capita as anybody in else in the world, and yet not very efficient. What can we do?

Here’s my solution. When a person is born, give him a birth certificate, an electronic medical record and a health savings account [HSA], to which money can be contributed, pre-tax from the time you are born, to the time you die. When you die, you can pass it on to your family members so that when you’re 85 years old and you’ve got 6 diseases, you’re not trying to spend up everything. You’re happy to pass it on and nobody is talking about death panels. That’s number one. Also –

For the people who are indigent, who don’t have any money, we can make contributions to their HSA each month because we already have this huge pot of money instead of sending it to bureaucracy – let’s put it into HSAs. Now they have some control over their own health care and what do you think they’re going to do? They’re going to learn very quickly how to be responsible. When Mr. Jones gets that diabetic foot ulcer, he’s not going to the Emergency Room and blowing a big chunk of it. He’s going to go to the Clinic. He learns that very quickly – gets the same treatment. In the Emergency Room they send him out. In the Clinic they say, now let’s get your diabetes under control so that you’re not back here in three weeks with another problem. That’s how we begin to solve these kinds of problems. It’s much more complex than that, and I don’t have time to go into it all, but we can do all these things because we are smart people.

And let me begin to close here – another parable: Sea Captain, and he’s out on the sea near the area where the Titanic went down. And they look ahead and there’s a bright light right there – another ship he figures. He tells his signaller to signal that ship: deviate 10 degrees to the South. Back comes the message, no you deviate 10 degrees to the North. Well, he’s a little bit insensed, you know. He says, send a message, this is Captain Johnson, deviate 10 degrees to the South. Back comes the message, this is Ensign 4th Class Reilly. Deviate 10 degrees to the North. Now Captain Johnson is really upset. He says send him a message, this is a Naval Destroyer. Back comes the message, this is a Lighthouse. Enough said.

Now, what about the symbol of our Nation? The Eagle. The Bald Eagle. It’s an intereting story how we chose that but a lot of people think we call it the bald eagle because it looks like it has a bald head. That’s not the reason It comes from the Old English word Piebald, which means crowned with white. And we just shortned it to bald. Now, use that the next time you see somebody who thinks they know everything. You’ll get ‘em on that one.

But, why is that eagle able to fly, high, forward? Because it has two wings: a left wing and a right wing. Enough said.

And I wanna close with this story: two hundred years ago this Nation was involved in a war, the war of 1812. The British, who are now our good friends thought that we were young whippersnappers. It was time for us to become a colony again. They were winning that war and marching up the Eastern Seaboard, destroying city after city, destroying Washington D.C., burned down the White House. Next stop Baltimore. As they came into the Chesapeake Bay, there were armadas of war ships as far as the eye could see. It was looking grim. Fort. McHenry standing right there. General Armisted, who was in charge of Fort. McHenry, had a large American flag commissioned to fly in front of the Fort. The Admiral in charge of the British Fleet was offended, said take that flag down. You have until dusk to take that Flag down. If you don’t take it down, we will reduce you to ashes.

There was a young amateur poet on board by the name of Francis Scott Key, sent by President Madison to try to obtain the release of an American physician who was being held captive. He overheard the British plans. They were not going to let him off the ship. He mourned. As dusk approached he mourned for his fledgling young Nation, and as the sun fell, the bombardment started. Bombs bursting in air. Missiles, so much debrie. He strained, trying to see, was the flag still there? Couldn’t see a thing. All night long it continued. At the crack of dawn he ran out to the bannister. He looked straining his eyes all he could only see dust and debrie.

Then there was a clearing and he beheld the most beautiful sight he had ever seen – the torn and tattered Stars and Stripes still waving. And many historians say that was the turning point in the war of 1812. We went on to win that war and to retain our freedom and if you had gone onto the grounds of Fort. McHenry that day, you would have seen at the base of that flag, the bodies of soldiers who took turns. Propping up that flag, they would not let that flag go down because they believed in what that flag symbolized. And what did it symbolize? One Nation, under God, [applause] indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. God Bless.
