Narcissist-in-Chief Obama Posts A Campaign Tweet That Could Have Come From 1984’s Big Brother

Worship Big Brother.  Worship your Messiah.  Worship Obama’s Government-as-God.  Take his mark on your fight hand or your forehead:

Breitbart sums it up thus:

In other words, there are no red or blue states … just the Obama States. You have to love the narcissism of a president who posts a picture of himself at the center of America, presenting himself as greater than the country, all of which is united under his hopey-changey administration.

This is 1984-type stuff. This is the most polarizing president in American history, and he’s busy telling us that we’re all united under his auspices. War is peace. Poverty is wealth. Polarization is unity. United States is Barack States.

This shocking narcissistic chutzpah is also being decried on Weasel Zippers.

Don’t forget to worship Obama in the Temple of Barack.  You know, given that “The Party” built a Temple to him and everythingEven the left cringed at Obama’s over-the-top Barackopolis hubris.  They should have realized that it pointed to a man who was all about himself and agreed with the mainstream media’s depiction of him as “sort of God.”

Obama is sick.  His many sycophants in the most partisan and poisonous propaganda media are sick.

He’s leading us to ruin.  And demanding that we worship him for doing it.

Now don’t forget to have your Two Minutes Hate at Emmanual W. Bushstein.  Or the Obama media will find out and add you to Obama’s enemies list.

I just wanted to thank you for this blog. I like how all the articles are referenced. I onced considered myself a liberal democrat but when it cones down to it i was just uninformed. Granted i don’t agree with some things in this blog or the Republican party but at least everything is cited. Your time spent on this is greatly appreciated.

-No longer a mindless liberal drone.

  2. Michael Eden Says:

    Tim,

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment. And even MORE for being willing to be persuaded.

I don’t write my blog to try to change liberals’ minds. Others have faulted me for that – possibly rightly – but I write to provide conservatives with arguments and facts, I write to try to persuade persuadable independents, and I write simply to preserve the record of what Obama has done and how it has failed.

For the last, history has a way of being revisionist when fascists and other leftists are allowed to have anything whatsoever to do with the process. We hear today that the streets were paved with gold when Bill Clinton was president and he produced the most wonderful economy since Peter Pan beat Captain Hook. It’s not true. Number one, if things were so great, why did the Republicans end up with the greatest gains in history two years after Clinton was elected? In fact Republicans kept control of both the House and Senate throughout Clinton’s presidency from ’94 on – and any fair-minded “journalist” would give Republicans credit for the economic turnaround. And yet Republicans NEVER get credit for Clinton’s “golden years.” They NEVER get credit for balancing the budget even though balancing the budget was the TOP PLANK in their Contract with America.

I wrote about quite a bit of that here.

And then there’s the fact that Clinton left Bush with the Dotcom bubble burst that wiped out 78% of the Nasdaq valuation and vaporized $7.1 trillion in American wealth. When you combine that hole with the 9/11 disaster – which was also almost entirely Bill Clinton’s fault – and you had a recession THAT CLINTON LEFT BUSH WITH that was in most ways worse than what Obama faced when he came to office.

Bush turned his economy around; Obama has made most of the problems worse.

In the end, George Bush’s unemployment rate was virtually identical with Bill Clinton’s. But Bush gets ZERO credit for his economic performance.

Somebody needs to preserve a record of the truth.

I don’t expect you – coming from your background – to agree with everything I say. But I’m certainly glad we can agree on the major things.

Glad you took the red pill, to put it in Matrix terms:

The red pill and its opposite, the blue pill, are pop culture symbols representing the choice between the blissful ignorance of illusion (blue) and embracing the sometimes painful truth of reality (red).

The blue pill is exactly what the Democrats – whose party color actually IS blue – are selling. It’s not always easy to deal with painful realities such as staggering deficits, but here’s one Republican – whose party color is red – who will choose the truth every time.
