The Party Of Genuine Evil And The Destruction Of America: In 39 States, Democrat Welfare Pays Better Than A Secretary’s Job

If you are a Democrat, you despise religion, despise Judeo-Christianity, and despise Christian values and vote for these things to be criminalized.  If you are a Democrat, you are WORSE than a mass murderer.  Literally, you have participated in the murder of nine innocent human beings – totaling a death toll of over 55 million human lives – for every single Jew that Hitler had exterminated in the Holocaust.  If you are a Democrat, you are a celebrator of degenerate sodomy who demands the destruction of marriage and the destruction of the family.  If you are a Democrat, you oppose law enforcement and benignly smile as criminals oppress innocent – and thanks to your policies, completely helpless – citizens.

And if you are a Democrat, you have an unrelenting hostility toward the work ethic and seek the destruction of America in favor of the creation of a Marxist welfare State.  If you are a Democrat, you read the Cloward and Piven article – detailing a plot by the left to overwhelm the social support structures of the United States as a means to implode the United States so that our free “one nation, under God” could be replaced by communism or something even worse (and DON’T think that strategy isn’t alive and well today in the hearts and minds of the left).

Welfare pays.  Thanks to Obama, thanks to the Democrat Party, welfare pays well.

It’s WORK that doesn’t pay anymore.  And if you have a job and pay your taxes, you are a sucker.

One day every single Democrat will stand before a just and holy God as fire and smoke pour out of the chariot wheels of His increasing wrath and they will have to give an answer for their murderous, depraved lives and what they did with them.

Welfare now – in the age of Obama’s “fundamental transformation of America – pays more than the minimum wage in 35 states.

Amazingly, given the fact that welfare benefits average MORE THAN $15 an hour in non-taxable income, welfare pays better than a job that “pays” $21 an hour in the private sector.  And that doesn’t, by the way, include the cost of transportation to that job or the cost of purchasing clothes suitable for a job.

Which is why in 39 states, welfare “pays” better than the starting salary of a secretary:

The authors found that in 11 states, “welfare pays more than the average pretax first-year wage for a teacher [in those states]. In 39 states, it pays more than the starting wage for a secretary. And, in the three most generous states a person on welfare can take home more money than an entry-level computer programmer.” — Wall Street Journal, “Work or Welfare: What Pays More?”, August 19, 2013

It’s why in liberal Democrat New York City, welfare “pays” better than a starting teacher’s salary.

Hell, in 47 states, according to Cato, welfare “pays” better than what a janitor “earns.”  Which is why so many liberal welfare parasites sneer at the foolish unwashed janitor who is a sucker because unlike them, he is honest and actually works for his check.

This “one nation, under Obama” is doomed.  It’s too late.  We’re finished.  And we DESERVE to be finished.

Our actual debt now exceeds $200 trillion.  And what the Fed did two days ago, keeping up their “QE Forever” because Obama has so gutted the economy that we can’t ever get away from running the money printing presses day and night forever guarantee our well-deserved destruction.

My husband and I were talking just last night about this. He said if he could get by on welfare, he wouldn’t work either. But alas, we are the white low income family working hard just to get by.

  3. Robby Says:

    Democrat welfare. So true!

  4. Michael Eden Says:

    genomega1,

Thanks again for your work presenting the truth.

    1wanderingtruthseeker,

I had to switch gas stations because I was too disgusted with one that featured a dozen panhandlers at every damn pump. There is one “man” – in quotes because he aint no “man” at all – who stands out.

This guy comes up asking for money to buy food. I say I won’t give him money but I’ll buy him something to eat (you know, because I’m a heartless conservative). And he says he’s got diabetes and can’t eat the food at the gas station.

Well, this prompted an explosion from me. I pointed out that my FATHER has type II diabetes and I happen to know for a FACT that this liar can eat quite a few of the things that the AM/PM sells. I pointed out the fact that maybe he needed to eat in moderation, but he could eat damn near anything in that stupid store. I pointed out that beggars who are choosers frankly deserve to be beggars who get zilch. And I also mention that this happened to be the THIRD TIME I’ve run into this lying degenerate. As in three strikes and you’re out. I ran into him once outside of a K-Mart and I offered him some of my pizza after he asked for “money to buy food.” And I ran into him outside of a Vons grocery store and offered to buy him food. And all three times he said he couldn’t eat any food – even in a damn grocery store – because of his “diabetes.”

And what a degenerate loser you’ve got to be to lie like this, and what a bottom-muck of hell you’re one day going to be in for making decent people cynical to try to help poor people who are actually in NEED.

The thing about this guy was that even after I told him off, he wouldn’t get the message. He just hung around me, mumbling about how much he needed “money to buy food” while refusing my offer to give him some FOOD.

I’m now driving to a gas station that costs more and is further away because I’d burst a damn blood vessel in my neck trying to explain to so many Obama parasites that no, I CAN’T afford to buy your booze and your cigarettes and your drugs for you, and no, you are NOT entitled to my damn money, and that you are frankly disgusting for hating work so much that you spend your day being a shameless parasite trying to lie your way to your next handout.

So, yeah, I understand your point:

I WOULD RATHER BE DEAD THAN BE THAT KIND OF A SHAMELESS LOSER.

P.S. Another guy was sitting at the entrance pretending to read a Bible (that he’d gotten “free” of course) and asking people to give him money in the name of Jesus. I pointed out to him that he was “reading” his Bible upside down and the message might make more sense to him if he turned it around.

  6. 1wanderingtruthseeker Says:

I know!! Would take gas station perhaps be a Mapco? I’ve got one about 4 blocks from me and I don’t ever go there because of the bums. My husband gets mighty steamed about it too. He told one bum that asked him for money, “Man, I’m married. I don’t have any money.” We go to different stores because of this problem. they are aggressive. Pretend Christians are mean.

  7. Anonymous Says:

Man o man! Aggressive panhandlers at the gas station! I have encountered that but I think maybe not as bad as you guys.

There is a fine line between aggressive panhandling and strong arm robbery.

I went to a station outside of my normal region and got the aggressive panhandler. He was bigger than me and “in my space.” You probably know what I mean. I asked him if he wanted to see my gun. He backed off.

In CA you don’t get to say that..

  8. Truth Unites... and Divdes Says:

Michael, it wouldn’t surprise me if a significant percentage of folks in your church are Democrat voters.

  9. Michael Eden Says:

    Truth Unites… and Divdes,

Actually, in my particular church, it is OVERWHELMINGLY Republican. We have a “Republican Women’s” group (I’ve spoken before them) in our area. You go there – and it’s pretty much just like being in our church because it’s the same women. And most of the most prominent women IN our church have senior leadership positions in the Republican Women.

But there ARE a few Democrats in my church. And every time I come across one, I wonder what went wrong with their brains that they vote for homosexuality, vote for baby murder, vote for socialism that replaces God with the State – and say they believe in the Bible.

  10. Michael Eden Says:

I asked him if he wanted to see my gun. He backed off.

In CA you don’t get to say that..

    Anonymous,

In California the person who carries a gun is generally considered worse than a child molester. And I don’t mean just a little bit worse, either…

  11. Michael Eden Says:

    1wanderingtruthseeker,

I’m a big enough guy that my “no” pretty much means no. But I can imagine how many women in particular would be intimidated by these losers – and how many of these losers KNOW that and target women with more intimidating tactics as a result.

It hurts a store’s business. And of course the “laws” prevent them from being able to do much about it.

I just get worn down by the fact that I know that every single time I go to a gas station or some fast food place, I’m going to have at LEAST one person wanting me to buy his or her beer for him/her. You just get to the point where you decide to go somewhere else and you pay more for the increasingly rare privilege of not being harassed.

There is an increasing brazenness to these people that I see. They are “entitled,” after all.

  12. Truth Unites... and Divdes Says:

I’m envious that youre in a church with such great numbers of moral-politically wise people.

  13. Michael Eden Says:

    Truth Unites… and Divdes,

It really is a truly great church. It is a decidedly older congregation. And most of these people have accumulated the wisdom to understand what is happening.

  14. Ayyaf Tugopupu Says:

A few things the Cato Institute forgot to mention:
    1. Virtually no-one is going to qualify for all eight of the benefits they look at.
    2. Even if you do qualify for more than one benefit, some of them offset others: for example, if you have Section 8 and you start receiving TANF, your housing subsidy will be reduced since it is income-based.
    3. TANF, food stamps and other benefits don’t instantly cut off when you start working.

There’s also the curious case of your commenter “1wanderingtruthseeker” whose husband would quit his job if he could get by on welfare. Yet he DOESN’T quit his job, presumably because he knows full well he WOULDN’T be able to get by on welfare.

Myths and legends. This blog seems to be fond of them.

  15. Michael Eden Says:

You want “myths and legends” do you?

Let’s start with the “myth” – I think LIE is a better word – you tell about Michael Tanner’s CATO article. Here’s a QUOTE to prove you wrong:

Of course, not everyone on welfare gets all seven of the benefits in our study. But, for many recipients — particularly the “long-term” dependents — welfare clearly pays substantially more than an entry-level job.

Tanner acknowledges that not all poor people qualify for all eight benefits. BUT THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO DO such that:

The federal government funds 126 separate programs targeted towards low-income people, 72 of which provide either cash or in-kind benefits to individuals. (The rest fund community-wide programs for low-income neighborhoods, with no direct benefits to individuals.) State and local governments operate more welfare programs.Of course, no individual or family gets benefits from all 72 programs, but many do get aid from a number of them at any point in time.

Tanner IS able to consider “the typical welfare recipient in each of the 50 states.”

How about the myths that YOU tell??? I sourced every single thing I said to substantial sources such as, yes, CATO and THE WALL STREET JOURNAL (which has a far better reputation and frankly HASN’T GONE BANKRUPT unlike all the sources you would likely cite).

YOUR source, on the other hand, is your own snotty opinions.

If you’re saying that there aren’t any families collecting Medicaid, welfare, food stamps and housing subsidies (i.e., the biggest programs) for example, you are simply a raving idiot.

I mean, even raving liberal fascist Alan Grayson acknowledges that you are wrong and that sure enough poor people collect these big bennies. And liberal politifact, believing its slamming Wal Mart, agrees that you stand refuted. We have in that article Medicaid, welfare, food stamps housing and other benefits specifically mentioned. So I suppose it’s true that people get these benefits when it works for the left but they somehow DON’T get them when it might help the other side.

Every time I’m in the damn grocery store, I see somebody using their EBT card buying expensive meats that I can’t afford.

And every now and then I find myself watching somebody who just used their EBT card to buy groceries getting into a car that I can’t afford to drive.

And I think of Charlie Rangel of all people having FOUR rent-controlled properties and I realize that you are a truly naïve lunatic to think it’s so damned hard for RICH people let alone poor people to qualify for.

You are clearly neither intelligent enough or morally decent enough to realize that SOME PEOPLE WOULD RATHER WORK THAN COLLECT WELFARE EVEN IF THE WELFARE DOES PAY BETTER. That is because these people have something no one around you has ever had: character.

You can go away now, because somebody who tells me I’m fond of “myths and legends” but somehow doesn’t feel any need whatsoever to document or source ANYTHING he asserts is simply not worthy of my time.
