Obama Released 68,000 Convicted Criminal Illegal Immigrants Last Year (To Attack/Udermine Americans AGAIN)

Illegal immigrants are now free indeed: free to pour across the border in giant numbers restricted only by Obama’s failed American economy, knowing that America will not enforce its own laws when those laws come to protecting the American people.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials last year released 68,000 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions, undercutting Democratic claims that President Obama has strictly enforced immigration laws.

An internal Department of Homeland Security document compiling statistics on arrests and deportations in 2013 showed that ICE agents encountered 193,357 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions but issued charging documents for only 125,478. More than 67,800 were released.

The data came from an end-of-year “Weekly Departures and Detention Report.”

The Center for Immigration Studies, a research group that favors stricter enforcement of immigration laws, estimates ICE agents released more than a third of illegal immigrants with criminal records they detained.

“ICE released 68,000 criminal aliens in 2013, or 35 percent of the criminal aliens encountered by officers. The vast majority of these releases occurred because of the Obama administration’s prosecutorial discretion policies,” Jessica Vaughn, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, wrote in a memo summarizing the DHS document.

ICE classifies illegal immigrants as criminal if they have been convicted of a crime, not including traffic offense, Vaughn noted.

Sen. Jeff Sessions (Ala.), the ranking Republican on the Budget Committee, blasted the administration’s record.

“The preponderance of the evidence demonstrates that immigration enforcement in America has collapsed. Even those with criminal convictions are being released. DHS is a department in crisis,” he said in a statement Sunday.

“Secretary Johnson must reject the president’s demands to weaken enforcement further and tell him that his duty, and his officers’ duty, is to enforce the law — not break it,” he added in reference to Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson.

A spokeswoman for ICE did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Advocacy groups on both sides of the immigration debate have fired salvos back and forth over Obama’s track record enforcing the law.

Republicans say they cannot trust Obama to enforce the law, and Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) cited that as an obstacle to passing immigration reform through the House.

Pro-immigrant groups argue Obama has enforced the law too zealously.

Janet Murguía, the president of the National Council of La Raza, called Obama the “deporter in chief” earlier this month.

Senate Democrats like Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) have called on Obama to halt the deportations of illegal immigrants who are immediate family members of U.S. citizens.

The Center for Immigration Studies reports that ICE officials moved to deport 28 percent fewer illegal immigrants from the interior of the country in 2013 than in 2012.

The group obtained the law enforcement records through a lawsuit.

Get that?  It turns out that Obama is not only not bothering to enforce American immigration law when it comes to illegal – and note they are ALL “illegal” by definition because they have ALL broken the law – but he’s not even bothering to keep the ILLEGAL immigrants who have been CONVICTED OF CRIMES TO THE TUNE OF 35% OF THE DAMN TIME.

I wonder what Democrats will think when they encounter a Republican president who ONLY enforces the laws he likes and refuses to enforce the ones he doesn’t and cites Barack Obama as his case law???

Obama says he’s “deported” more than the above figures.  But that’s because he’s a liar without shame.  It turns out that Obama has been counting all of the self-deported immigrants who simply went back home on their own as well as all the immigrants who were turned back by the Border Patrol at the border as “deported.”  Which is interesting because NO AMERICAN PRESIDENT HAS EVER COUNTED THOSE BEFORE.

And so THAT’S why Obama has “deported” so many damn illegal immigrants.

So as usual with dishonest Democrats, it ALWAYS depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is.

Think about the states like Arizona who tried to enforce the immigration law because Obama refused to.  And Obama sicked his law dog Eric Holder on Arizona.  So here border states are, forbidden to enforce the immigration law while the wicked president refuses to enforce the immigration law.  Because that’s the way “God damn America” works (or, more precisely, DOESN’T work).

Our immigration system is broken.  There’s no question about that.  It was broken by cynical Democrats like Ted Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson in the early 1960s.  Prior to that point, America had a system that allowed skilled, qualified workers who were allowed to enter and strengthen America based on our needs for hard workers who would help us build this nation as they became Americans.  Thanks to Ted Kennedy and LBJ, that system was “fundamentally transformed” to allow the entire families of immigrants to come flooding in (so they would vote Democrat and “fundamentally transform” our republic).  No longer was the immigration system based on the needs of the nation, whereby immigrants left their old lives behind and embraced the American Way; but now they brought in their whole family – including millions who had no useful skills – and brought their failed Old Way with them.

Which is why so many million immigrants today have no need to EVER become American or to learn to speak our language (which used to be “English”, btw).

Democrats are always liars who tell lies.  And one of their lies is the lie that if people like me don’t want open borders and the “right” of illegal immigrants to flood into my country, I’m some kind of “racist.”

I can only point out that every time we allow an illegal immigrant from Mexico to walk across our border, that is one more African, or Asian, or one more would-be immigrant from anywhere else, patiently waiting to play the game fairly, who is denied and denied and denied again the opportunity to become an American.

Not that they should even want it any more – because under this failed messiah citizenship aint worth squat.

Why am I a “racist” for saying that qualified Africans ought to be allowed to legal come into America and follow the law rather than unqualified illegal immigrants – especially like these 68,000 convicted criminal illegal immigrants Obama freed???

On Thursday, Vice President Joe Biden said he believes all of the country’s illegal immigrants are “already American citizens.”

“You know, eleven million people live in the shadows. I believe they’re already American citizens,” Biden, who may run for president in 2016, said while addressing the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. “These people are just waiting, waiting for a chance to contribute fully. And by that standard, eleven million undocumented aliens are already Americans, in my view.”

According to The Hill, Biden also ignored a Congressional Budget Office report that determined that amnesty legislation would lower the wages of American workers and mocked those who have expressed concerns regarding amnesty and an increase in guest workers and high-tech visas.

“So much for the horror stories,” Biden reportedly said after citing studies that said more immigration would lead to economic growth.

Tired, poor, huddled masses yearning to breathe free, you’re very likely better off wherever you are.  Because no matter how bad it is for you wherever you are, Obama is going to make it worse for ALL Americans soon.

 

Leland Yee Hypocrisy On Full Automatic: EVERY Democrat Is An Abject Hypocrite On Guns. THIS Is Why Founders Gave Us 2nd Amendment

“People want to get whatever they want to get. Do I care? No, I don’t care. People need certain things,” Yee said, according to the complaint.

State Sen. Leland Yee indicted on arms trafficking, corruption charges

SAN FRANCISCO — In a stunning criminal complaint, State Sen. Leland Yee has been charged with conspiring to traffic in firearms and public corruption as part of a major FBI operation spanning the Bay Area, casting yet another cloud of corruption over the Democratic establishment in the Legislature and torpedoing Yee’s aspirations for statewide office.

Yee and an intermediary allegedly met repeatedly with an undercover FBI agent, soliciting campaign contributions in exchange for setting up a deal with international arms dealers.

At their first face-to-face meeting in January, “Senator Yee explained he has known the arms dealer for a number of years and has developed a close relationship with him,” an FBI affidavit says, noting Yee told the agent the arms dealer “has things that you guys want.”

Yee, D-San Francisco, highlights a series of arrests Wednesday morning that included infamous Chinatown gangster Raymond “Shrimp Boy” Chow, whose past includes a variety of charges including racketeering and drug crimes. Targets of the early-morning raids appeared in federal court in San Francisco on Wednesday afternoon.

A 137-page criminal complaint charges 26 people — including Yee and Chow — with a panoply of crimes, including firearms trafficking, money laundering, murder-for-hire, drug distribution, trafficking in contraband cigarettes, and honest services fraud.

Yee is charged with conspiracy to traffic in firearms without a license and to illegally import firearms, as well as six counts of scheming to defraud citizens of honest services. Each corruption count is punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000, while the gun-trafficking count is punishable by up to five years and $250,000.

The charges are particularly shocking given that Yee has been among the state Senate’s most outspoken advocates both of gun control and of good-government initiatives.

“It seems like nobody knew this was coming, and everyone is astounded by the allegations,” said Corey Cook, director of the University of San Francisco’s Leo T. McCarthy Center for Public Service and the Common Good. “I’m just astonished… Political corruption is one thing, but this is a whole other level.”

San Francisco political consultant Keith Jackson, a former school-board president, allegedly was the link between Yee and Chow, who federal prosecutors say is the current “Dragonhead,” or leader, of the San Francisco-based Ghee Kung Tong organization, spelled in court documents as Chee Kung Tong.

Chow introduced an undercover agent who had infiltrated his organization to Jackson, who with his son, Brandon Jackson, and another man, Marlon Sullivan, allegedly sold the agent various guns and bulletproof vests. The Jacksons and Sullivan also allegedly conspired in a murder-for-hire scheme requested by the undercover agent, as well as other crimes including sale of stolen credit cards and purchase of cocaine.

An FBI affidavit says Keith Jackson starting last August told one of the undercover agents that Yee was “associated with a person who was an international arms dealer who was shipping large stockpiles of weapons into a foreign country.” At later meetings in August and December, Jackson said Yee had agreed to help set up an arms deal; the agent first gave Jackson $1,000 cash for his help, and later cut a $5,000 check from a bogus company to Yee’s campaign.

Finally, Yee and Keith Jackson met Jan. 22 with the undercover agents at a San Francisco coffee shop, the affidavit says.

“According to Senator Yee, the arms dealer is ‘low-key’ and has been trafficking weapons for quite a while,” the document says. “According to Senator Yee, the arms dealer sourced the weapons from Russia.”

“Senator Yee said of the arms dealer, ‘He’s going to rely on me, because ultimately it’s going to be me,'” the affidavit says. “Senator Yee said, ‘I know what he could do. I have seen what he has done in the past on other products and this guy has the relationships.’ Senator Yee emphasized that the arms dealer took baby steps and was very careful.”

Yee told the agent that the arms dealer had contacts in Russia, Ukraine, Boston and Southern California, the affidavit says, and the agent asked Yee for a commitment. “Senator Yee said, ‘Do I think we can make some money? I think we can make some money. Do I think we can get the goods? I think we can get the goods.'”

The agent told Yee and Jackson he wanted any type of shoulder-fired weapons or missiles, the affidavit says; Yee asked whether he wanted automatic weapons, and the agent confirmed he did — about $500,000 to $2.5 million worth. Yee told the agent “he saw their relationship as tremendously beneficial,” the affidavit says, adding he wanted the agent and Jackson to make all the money because he didn’t want to go to jail. The agent replied he would pay Yee and Jackson hundreds of thousands of dollars over time, and more immediately would pay $100,000 for the first arms deal. “Senator Yee said ‘Alright, take care.’ The meeting ended.”

But by their next meeting on Feb. 25, Yee had grown spooked by the federal indictment of state Sen. Ronald Calderon; the two shared a desk on the Senate floor. “Senator Yee thought the other state Senator was a classic example of involving too many people in illegal activities,” the affidavit says. Pressured by the agent to arrange an arms deal, Yee encouraged the agent “to start off doing small deals with the arms dealer” with Yee as an intermediary.

“Senator Yee stated he was unhappy with his life and said, ‘There is a part of me that wants to be like you. You know how I’m going to be like you? Just be a free-agent out there,'” the affidavit says, adding Yee told the agent “he wanted to hide out in the Philippines.”

The agent met again with Yee on March 5, and Yee discussed a new potential arms dealer named Wilson Lim. The agent said his family in New Jersey wanted to support Yee’s bid for Secretary of State, to which Yee responded, “I can be of help to you for 10 months or I can be of help to you for eight years. I think eight years is a lot better than 10 months.”

Yee discussed specific locations in the Philippines and Florida that might be ideal for moving the guns, which he said would include M-16-type automatic rifles.

Yee, Jackson, Lim and the agent met again March 11; Yee said the arms deal wouldn’t be done until after this year’s elections. “Senator Yee explained, ‘Once things start to move, it’s going to attract attention. We just got to be extra-extra careful.'”

Finally, they all met March 14, where they discussed how they would break up the undercover agent’s money into legitimate campaign donations. The agent told Yee he was prepared to give Yee $6,800 cash and a list of weapons he wanted; Yee replied “he would take the cash and have one of his children write out a check.”

Yee ran for mayor of San Francisco in 2011 and now is a candidate for California Secretary of State. But the criminal complaint likely ruins his candidacy and further threatens Democrats’ efforts to restore their state Senate supermajority that already has been broken by two other lawmakers’ paid leaves of absence to deal with criminal charges.

Keith Jackson and Yee from 2011 until now allegedly solicited donations from undercover FBI agents in exchange for official acts and conspired to traffic firearms, the complaint says. Starting in May 2011, Jackson solicited an undercover FBI agent to give money to Yee’s mayoral campaign, including asking the agent for donations in excess of the $500 individual donation limit. The agent refused, but introduced Jackson and Yee to a purported business associate — another undercover agent — who they also solicited for at least $5,000.

Yee’s mayoral election loss left him with $70,000 in debt, the complaint says, and so Yee and Jackson allegedly agreed that Yee would call a California Department of Public Health manager in support of a contract under consideration with the second undercover agent’s purported client, and would provide an official letter of support for the client, in exchange for a $10,000 campaign donation. Yee allegedly made the call on Oct. 18, 2012, and provided the letter on or about Jan. 13, 2013; Jackson allegedly accepted the $10,000 cash donation on Nov. 19, 2012.

Yee had yet to appear before the judge as of 3 p.m., but earlier in the afternoon the judge ordered Chow be held without bail. Government attorneys called him a flight risk and danger to the community, citing his criminal history. Chow’s lawyer objected saying that Chow has been fighting with immigration authorities to stay in the United States.

Chow is not a U.S. citizen. He is being represented by public defender and lives in San Francisco with his girlfriend. He has been on electronic monitoring since he’s been out of prison and seeking legal immigration stays, even during the current investigation.

FBI agents and local police served arrest and search warrants throughout the Bay Area, with agents seen in San Francisco and San Mateo and Yee’s Capitol office in Sacramento. One of the searches was at the San Francisco Chinatown office of the Ghee Kung Tong Free Masons and is linked to Chow’s arrest.

Outside that building on Spofford Street — a Chinatown alley between Clay and Washington streets — FBI Special Agent Michael Gimbel would say only that “the FBI is executing numerous search warrants around the Bay Area.”

San Francisco firefighters carried a heavy rotary saw into the building late Wednesday morning; neighbors said they believe there’s a safe inside the building. Federal agents removed about 10 boxes of documents and several bags of material from the building at about 12:30 p.m., and the FBI left the scene soon after that.

Federal law enforcement officials have been chasing Raymond “Shrimp Boy” Chow for decades, branding him one of the longtime Bay Area leaders of a Hong Kong-based criminal syndicate called the Wo Hop To. Chow’s criminal rap sheet dates back to 1978, and includes federal racketeering indictments that have alleged attempted murder, murder-for-hire, gun trafficking and other crimes.

Chow was originally indicted in a federal racketeering probe that targeted the alleged leader of the Chinatown gang, Peter Chong. At one point, Chow cooperated with federal law enforcement officials against Chong, who had fled to Hong Kong after being indicted on racketeering charges but was later extradited and convicted in San Francisco federal court in a case marred by setbacks and delays. Chow’s original 1995 sentence of 24 years was cut to 11 years as a result of his cooperation, and he has been out of prison for 10 years.

During an afternoon press conference, State Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, D-Sacramento, said “Leland Yee should leave the Senate and leave it now.”

Yee represents San Francisco and a portion of San Mateo County. Before becoming the first Chinese-American ever elected to the state Senate in 2006, Yee was an assemblyman from 2002 to 2006; a San Francisco supervisor from 1997 to 2002; and had been a member and president of the San Francisco Unified School District board. While in the Assembly, he was the first Asian-American to be named Speaker pro Tempore, essentially making him the chamber’s second-most-powerful Democrat.

That power would have been exercised this year in Yee’s run for Secretary of State against state Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Van Nuys; Democrat Derek Cressman; Republican Pete Peterson; and nonpartisan Dan Schnur.

Upon pulling his candidacy papers in February, Yee issued a news release saying it was time for a Secretary of State “who will expand access to the ballot box, make our government more transparent, and strengthen California’s democracy.”

“I am committed to empowering Californians so that they can guarantee fair elections, expose special interests and prevent corruption, because it’s your California,” Yee said at the time.

Yee campaign spokesman Joaquin Ross declined to comment Wednesday morning, saying he would have to call back.

Yee is the state’s third Democratic legislator recently targeted in corruption allegations. In February, State Sen. Ron Calderon, D-Montebello, surrendered to authorities after being indicted on bribery charges. In January, state Sen. Roderick Wright, D-Inglewood, was convicted of voter fraud and perjury stemming from a 2010 indictment.

Cressman, who until last June was vice president of the nonpartisan government watchdog group Common Cause, Wednesday morning said that charges against Yee must be “a wake-up call” given other Senate Democrats’ legal problems.

“We are clearly beyond the point of looking at one bad apple and instead looking at a corrupt institution in the California Senate,” Cressman said. “The constant begging for campaign cash clearly has a corrosive effect on a person’s soul and the only solution is to get big money out of our politics once and for all.”

Schnur, a longtime GOP campaign strategist who more recently served as chairman of the state Fair Political Practices Commission and directed the University of Southern California’s Unruh Institute of Politics, said news of Yee’s arrest “is yet another in a series of reminders of why Californians have so little trust in their elected officials.

“My hope is that this will prompt the Legislature to take much more aggressive and meaningful action to fix a broken political system than they have been willing to do to date,” Schnur said.

Yee emigrated to San Francisco from China at age 3; his father was a veteran who served in the Army and the merchant marine. Yee earned a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley; a master’s degree from San Francisco State University; and a doctorate in child psychology at the University of Hawaii. He and his wife, Maxine, have four children.

Rep. Jackie Speier, D-Hillsborough, served with Yee for several years in the Legislature but was never close to him. She said the senator is innocent until proven guilty but called the allegations “regrettable.”

“It’s always sad for all of us in the profession,” said Speier, “to see individuals who lose sight of what the public trust is all about.”

I’m saying it again: ultimately Democrats will win and win big.  I know that because it’s what the Bible teaches: the Antichrist is coming and the Democrats will prepare his way by disarming America from any and all ability to resist him.

I have never come to the floor, to my recollection, and I never said a word about any of the examples that Republicans have given regarding ObamaCare and how it’s not very good.”

Not only is Harry Reid a liar, he has the voice of a neutered weasel. Cringe…

Harry Reid must be a special kind of stupid to think he would get away with this whopper.

The very fact that the FACT that ObamaCare has been so hurtful and so harmful and so damaging to so many millions of people that Harry Reid had to back away from his initial lie is itself a shocking indicator of just how bad this law is turning out to be and how panicked Democrats are over the prospect of finally being held accountable for their wickedness and their deceit.

I’ve been saying it and saying it and it’s more true now than ever: The term “Democrat” no longer has ANYTHING WHATSOEVER to do with “democracy,” because these “Democrats” are rabid fascists.  Rather, it is an abbreviation standing for “DEMOn possessed bureauCRAT.”

If you are a Democrat, you are a rabidly dishonest liar and there is simply not one shred of honor or decency or virtue or integrity in you at all.  Which is precisely why you’ve chosen Harry Reid as your Senate Majority Leader and Barack Obama as your president.

There are so many examples of Democrats just flat-out LYING going on just as we speak that it is unreal.  How about this one about March 31st being the absolute “deadline” to enroll in ObamaCare???

Consider all the other damn waivers Obama has issued in hopes of keeping his Democrats in power in the Senate. There is clearly another way around this because Obama has found another way at least 25 times when it came to protecting his Democrats from the consequences of their evil socialist health care takeover law.

Coincidentally, Schrader filed his bill the same day Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testified on Capitol Hill that, “there is no delay beyond March 31st.” Of course, that wasn’t the first, or last, time she made that claim. And, as our colleagues over at Wonkblog explain, the administration is adamant that it’s not so much an extension as an accommodation.

Heritage provides a montage of such assurances as well as some well-deserved mockery:

No, it cannot happen. It will not happen. The Obama administration absolutely, positively will NOT extend the deadline to sign up for Obamacare.

There was no delay…until there was. The Washington Post reported last night that March 31 is not, in fact, the final word. To get more time, you tell the government that you haven’t been able to sign up yet:

Under the new rules, people will be able to qualify for an extension by checking a blue box on HealthCare.gov to indicate that they tried to enroll before the deadline. This method will rely on an honor system; the government will not try to determine whether the person is telling the truth.

My favorite there is Obama mouthpiece Jay Carney, who says, “March 31st is the deadline for enrollment. You’ve heard us make that clear.”

Yeah, guess what: they lied.  Democrats just flat-out lied like the rabid lying weasels that they are.

How about Obama just flat-out lying about the lecture the Pope gave his lying ass???  Go here for that story that the Jospeh Goebbels propaganda mill a.k.a. “the mainstream media” oh-so conveniently overlooked.  Barack Obama is beyond psychotic liar.

How about the pure hypocrite cockroach Leland Lee – who was THE leading proponent of banning guns while at the same time he was literally a gun trafficker???

Or maybe you want to – as a Democrat – parse words out and point out that Harry Reid left himself wiggle room as he lied like the cockroach that he is and said “to my recollection.”  Yeah, that gets him off about something he said just ONE MONTH AGO to great fanfare.

These Democrats are masters of giving themselves an out as they look you right in the face and lie to you.  Just like Obama did when he said this when he was trying to deceive us into electing him president:

Notice he didn’t say, “I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman AS A CHRISTIAN.”  Which of course would have been the thing that a genuine Christian would have said.  Rather, he just said “I believe that blarg blarg blarg.”  And “for me as a Christian, blarg blarg blarg.”  He gave himself an out even back then.  Because otherwise his betrayal of what he told us he believed would have literally meant he had officially turned his back on his “Christianity.”

My point is that Obama knew full damn well he was going to go back on what he said when he was elected.  Because to be a Democrat is to be an abject liar.

If you are a Democrat, you are wicked enough and frankly stupid enough to think that God loves homosexual sodomy and smiles down whenever a woman “chooses” to murder her own baby to the tune of well over 55 million acts of God smiling down while another innocent human being was torn apart in a Democrat abortion mill.  Which is another way of saying if you’re a Democrat, you are truly stupid enough and evil enough to believe ANYTHING.  So why not believe Harry “Himmler” Reid, too???

The Pope Vs. Obama: One Of These Men Is A Liar Without Shame (Dishonest Liberal Pseudo-Journalism Completely Ignores Story)

This would be a funny one, if it wasn’t so tragic and so revealing as to the dishonest character of Barack Obama and the dishonesty of liberal “journalism.”

Barack Obama requested a meeting with popular Pope Francis, hoping to ride the coat tails of the popular pope.

But it turns out the two men were never in the same room, in terms of the accounts of the talk.  One of them was in his own head with demons swirling around screaming at him and couldn’t hear a word the other said.

The über-über -liberal Los Angeles Times says Obama is their messiah-pharaoh-god-king and is incapable of deceit.  So here is their account of the story highlighted on the front page of the main section of the paper:

“Sharing hopes for the poor: At the Vatican, Obama’s first-ever meeting with Pope Francis focused on the marginalized”

The subheadline on the story on page A2 reads, “President and Pope Francis meet at the Vatican,  and mostly avoid the subject of U.S. bishops angry about ObamaCare..”

What is interesting about that subheading is that it is nothing more than the official propaganda of Obama and totally ignores the Pope’s own account of the meeting.  If you read the story carefully, you never get any sense or idea that there were two accounts of what happened.  There is only “Obama’s account” because Obama is everything to liberals and the sole arbiter of reality and morality and decency and deity.  And the Pope is merely a human mouthpiece for a false god.

President Obama’s first meeting with Pope Francis produced a little schism of its own.

The Vatican and White House gave starkly different versions Thursday of Mr. Obama’s meeting with Francis.

The president’s account downplayed the Catholic Church’s concerns about religious freedom in the United States and Obamacare’s mandate to pay for contraception.

The pontiff and the president were cordial in the televised portions of their meeting, but a subtle competition to set the agenda played out after the meeting, which went well beyond its scheduled half-hour.

“We actually didn’t talk a whole lot about social schisms in my conversations with His Holiness,” Mr. Obama said at a press conference in Rome. “In fact, that really was not a topic of conversation.”

Mr. Obama deflected a reporter’s question about the extent of his discussion with the pope on the contraceptive mandate by saying that Francis “actually did not touch in detail” on the subject. The administration has been locked in a lengthy legal and political battle with the U.S. Catholic Church hierarchy over Obamacare and issues such as abortion and same-sex marriage.

The Vatican, however, issued a statement after the meeting saying the president’s discussions with Francis and two other top Vatican officials focused “on questions of particular relevance for the [Catholic] Church in [the United States], such as the exercise of the rights to religious freedom, life and conscientious objection” — issues that have fueled divisions between Mr. Obama and the church.

Although Mr. Obama wanted to highlight his bond with Francis over questions of economic inequality and helping the poor, Obamacare’s mandate for employers to pay for birth control gained more attention.

The president clearly wanted to benefit from the global popularity of the pope. Their meeting was a highlight of Mr. Obama’s foreign trip that ends Friday in Saudi Arabia, but it was at an awkward time for the president.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments on the Affordable Care Act’s mandate requiring for-profit employers of a certain size to offer insurance benefits that cover birth control and other reproductive health services without a co-pay. Some employers object to the mandate on the grounds that it violates their religious beliefs.

On Barack Obama’s account, the Pope couldn’t care less about the fact that Obama is daily pissing in the eye of Catholicism while trying to gouge OUT the eyes of religious freedom altogether.

So who is the moral leader telling the truth and who is the dishonest Antichrist politician????  Hmmmm.  Boy is that one ever a head scratcher.  Until you realize…

One of these men isn’t running for anything; the other one is a pure politician who is desperately trying to save his political party from being held accountable for their evil in an election that is less than eight months away.

It is also worth considering that Barack Obama, with his incessant lie caught on video at LEAST 37 times.  He is THE most documented liar who ever lived on planet earth, bar none.  Adolf Freaking Hitler was not caught in so many lies as Obama has been caught in.

So if you have any decency, you know which of these men is lying.

The problem is that if you have any decency, you have NOTHING to do with the Democrat Party.

The Democrat Party has murdered well over 55 innocent million human beings.  Democrats are now more than five times more murderous than the Nazis – who “only” murdered 11 million in the Holocaust.

The Democrat Party is the Party of the Wrath of God according to Romans Chapter One.  Their worship of homosexual sodomy is the complete destruction of America, plain and simple.

What’s REALLY At Stake In The ‘Religious Liberty vs. ObamaCare’ Fiasco

When I go to the grocery store, there is frequently someone outside asking me for spare change.  When I go to a fast food restaurant, there is more than occasionally someone outside asking me for spare change (although, it’s happened quite a few times that I’ve had people INSIDE these places asking me for spare change, too).  When I get gas, there is often someone outside asking me for spare change.

Here is my response to them:

“Let me ask you a question: why should I give you anything?”

That’s a head scratcher for most of the people I deal with, I mean, beyond the pure “entitlement” mindset of, “Because you OWE me for being so wonderful.”

“Because I’m a human being,” I often hear.

“What does that mean to me?”  I demand.  “According to the theory of evolution, human beings are nothing more than a random-chance accident and you are nothing more than a slightly smarter version of a monkey.  According to Darwinism, the stronger ought to survive and the weaker ought to have the decency to perish and get the hell out of the stronger’s way.  When the lion or the wolf kills the weakest members of a herd, environmentalists point out that they’re actually doing the herd a service by winnowing out the genetically inferior members who would otherwise undermine the herd.  Frankly, according to Darwinsim, I ought to be taking what little you DO have instead of weakening my own prospects to help an inferior.

So again, why should I give you anything?”

Well, as it so happens, there is only ONE correct answer.  And here it is:

“Because I’m a human being created in the image of God, and because God loves human beings as demonstrated in His sending His Son to seek and to save me even when I’m lost.  And because Jesus cares for the poor, you should care for the poor and help me.”

And with that lesson – along with my pointing out that I am NOT giving a damn thing to you because I’m a good person, but ONLY because I’m following the example of my Savior and Lord, Jesus – I buy them food (I don’t give money to self-destructive people who will only use it to further destroy themselves with drugs and alcohol and cigarettes).

So here’s the question: is there any connection between “morality” and “religion,” or is “morality” whatever the hell Obama or the government says it is?

In my own personal case, and very definitely in the case of orthodox/genuine Christian theology, morality has EVERYTHING to do with religion.

Let me get in the face of atheists here who would interrupt me and say that they’re atheists and they’re “moral.”  Bullcrap.  And here’s why: if you are an atheist and a situation arises and a lie or doing something wrong would benefit you and you don’t think you would get caught, why wouldn’t you do what would benefit you?  And your answer as an atheist MUST be entirely subjective and completely arbitrary.  Lying, for example, is “unchristian.”  But how would lying by “unatheist?”  What IS “atheist morality” such that if you do X you are a bad atheist???  And of course there is nothing, because atheism and morality have nothing whatsoever to do with one another.  Whereas as a Christian, as a religious person, as someone who believes in God, I would tell the truth or do the moral thing in a given situation even to my own immediate harm because I BELIEVE THAT GOD REWARDS GOOD AND PUNISHES EVIL AT JUDGMENT DAY.  WHICH ATHEISTS DON’T BELIEVE.

Morality and religion are intimately connected.

Any other view on that is morally depraved.

The founding fathers had a word for the latter (non-Christian) view that Obama is taking: treason.

George Washington said, ““Of all the habits and dispositions which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports.  In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars.  And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion…reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.”

So yeah, the view that morality comes from anywhere OTHER than religion is TREASON.  Barack Obama and the Democrat Party are traitors to America according to the father of our country and our greatest American hero.

John Adams pointed out that the Constitution was written ONLY for people who believed in God and received their morality from Him: “We have no government armed with the power capable of contending with human passions, unbridled by morality and true religion. Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Samuel Adams put it this way: “Religion and good morals are the only solid foundations of public liberty and happiness.”

Patrick Henry had this to say: “The great pillars of all government and of social life [are] virtue, morality, and religion. This is the armor…and this alone, that renders us invincible.”

You need to understand that when it comes to ObamaCare, “morality” is quite simply whatever the hell Obama says it is.  “Morality” is a game of “Simon Says,” and Obama has appointed himself as “Simon.”

Barack Obama promised to “fundamentally transform America.”  And he’s largely done it.

If morality can be completely and fundamentally severed from religion, then what IS morality?  It is nothing more than whatever Obama or whoever is in charge of the government says it is.  And nothing more.  That ought to terrify you, if you aren’t a complete moral idiot.

Here’s another question: Can the government grant Hobby Lobby a waiver when it comes to forcing them to provide the four forms of “birth control” (read “abortifacients”) given that Hobby Lobby provides coverage for the sixteen forms of birth control that DON’T actually kill fertilized eggs (babies)???

Given that Congress passed and President Clinton signed into law the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.  The purpose of the LAW was to prevent any laws that substantially burdened a person’s free exercise of religion., doesn’t it seem like Obama and Democrats ought to do anything possible to prevent forcing people to perform abortions or fund abortions against their religiously-informed consciences?

Consider all the other damn waivers Obama has issued in hopes of keeping his Democrats in power in the Senate.  There is clearly another way around this because Obama has found another way at least 25 times when it came to protecting his Democrats from the consequences of their evil socialist health care takeover law.

Could the administration extend the deadline to buy ObamaCare beyond March 31st?  Absolutely NOT, they assured us:

Coincidentally, Schrader filed his bill the same day Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testified on Capitol Hill that, “there is no delay beyond March 31st.” Of course, that wasn’t the first, or last, time she made that claim. And, as our colleagues over at Wonkblog explain, the administration is adamant that it’s not so much an extension as an accommodation.

Heritage provides a montage of such assurances as well as some well-deserved mockery:

Until he made it clear that Obama had tooted his ObamaHorn and imperiously re-issued “morality” to say that what would be wrong was now right and what is right is no longer wrong.

Kind of like what he did with homosexual marriage.  Yes, Obama said that marriage was the union between one man and one woman.  But he hadn’t said, “Obama Sez.”  And so when he said the exact opposite, well, THAT was “morality.”

So it turns out the answer mimicked Obama’s campaign slogan: “Absolutely NOT” turned into “Yes, we can!”

And they could have protected Hobby Lobby from violating their consciences, too.  They simply chose not to do so.  Kind of like homosexuals had the right to marry whatever adult of the opposite sex who would have them and they chose not to exercise their right.  Which is another way of saying that marriage between one man and one woman doesn’t violate anybody’s “rights.”  It merely rightly defines what marriage IS.

So ObamaCare didn’t HAVE to substantially burden Christians who wanted to exercise their basic rights to form a corporation.  Obama merely wanted to violate Christians’ rights because that’s the kind of demonic man he is.

There is no question whatsoever that Barack Obama is violating the Constitution and violating the law.  He is imposing a substantial burden on religious freedom when there are very clearly ways to have avoided this fascist mess.

My point in the above is to simply demonstrate that Obama didn’t have to force Hobby Lobby to violate its conscience, either as individuals or as a corporation.  There was another way, because as Obama has now proven over and over and over again, there has been another way around EVERY ASPECT of this idiotic failed law.  And so there was a way around this too.

Here’s another thing: nobody knows what the Supreme Court is going to do on this one.  It’s basically like, “Let’s spin the wheel of chance to find out what the Constitution means today!”

Laws no longer mean what they say in this country.  Which is another way of saying they no longer mean ANYTHING.

America is no longer a nation of laws.  Obama abrogates the law as he sees fit and simply issues unconstitutional waivers and unconstitutional extensions.  It is a nation under a Fuehrer, rather than under God as we mouth in our Pledge of Allegiance.

And that’s important because that’s what Hitler did: he had his minions pledge allegiance directly to HIM.  That’s what we all might as well be doing now, under Obama and his God damn America.

This is a morally sick nation that is at this point experiencing the curse of the wrath of God according to Romans chapter one, thanks to our antichrist president.

Democrats are liars without shame, without honor, without virtue, without integrity of any kind whatsoever.  They are falsely claiming that Hobby Lobby is somehow denying women birth control when in fact they provide SIXTEEN different forms of birth control on the health insurance that they offer.  This isn’t about health care OR birth control; it is about abortion and Obama wanting to demonically force Christians to violate their faith and their conscience and fund the murder of ANOTHER 55 million innocent human beings.

What does the Bible say about abortion and where babies come from?

“For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb.  I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.  My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them.” — Psalm 139:13-16

I stand for human LIFE.  Which is another way of saying that I stand AGAINST this demon-possessed president and his demon-possessed Democrat Party and their genocide that is already more than nine times as murderous as Hitler’s.

And I stand for America as “One nation under God” as opposed to “One nation WITHOUT God” as godless Democrats are now demanding.

This also isn’t even about corporations.  Obama and his wicked, godless Democrat left have been persecuting small business owners (i.e., “individual Christian believers”) for refusing to participate in homosexual “marriage”.  They are being forced to either photograph queer “weddings” or participate in aforementioned “weddings” by making the wedding cakes against their consciences.

So, again, Democrats are demon-possessed LIARS for saying this is about a corporation not being a “person” and therefore not able to have religion.  Because it is a FACT that Democrats don’t want ANY PERSON to be able to practice his or her religion unless it is a “religion” of demons.

In fact, this isn’t even about “health care” at ALL.  What did liberal “Justice” Sonia Sotomayor and “Justice” Elena Kagan say?  These Injustices told Hobby Lobby that they could just drop ALL their employees from their generous health care plans and just pay the damn fine:

“Those employers could choose not to give health insurance and pay not that high a penalty – not that high a tax,” Sotomayor said.

Clement said Hobby Lobby would pay more than $500 million per year in penalties, but Kagan disagreed.

“No, I don’t think that that’s the same thing, Mr. Clement,” Kagan said. “There’s one penalty that is if the employer continues to provide health insurance without this part of the coverage, but Hobby Lobby would choose not to provide health insurance at all.

So how can this be about “health care” when these liberal judges are literally telling Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood Specialties NOT to provide health care, but to just dump their poor bastard employees into the sewer of ObamaCare???

The crazy thing is, as Christians, Hobby Lobby would ALSO have to violate their consciences to refuse to provide their employees health care.

Liberals are evil, pure and simple.  This isn’t about “health care.”  This is about liberals trying “to control the people.”

This is about Obama and his government having a messiah complex, pure and simple.

We’re about to lose what little is left of America.  It’s all up to the throw of the dice in the Supreme Court where a bunch of unelected judges get to sit and dictate what “religion” is and what “morality” is.

On ‘Thank You For Not Smoking’ Signs and The Polite Fascism Of Liberalism

So I’m in my DMV and go to the drinking fountain to try to wash the bad taste of government bureaucracy out of my mouth.

What do I see on a sign right above it?

THANK YOU FOR NOT SMOKING

Really, I think.  Thank you?  For not doing something that they have made illegal to do in the first place?

What would happen if I lit up a cig at the DMV and refused to put it out?  I mean, what are the odds that the police would literally drive by five bank robberies in progress to bust me?

Liberalism is a religion and smoking is one of their sins.  And don’t think that liberalism doesn’t punish its sinners.

We really ought to see more of these signs, such as:

Women can piss in the sink too, after all; it’s just more awkward for them to do so, given the whole splayed-leg balancing act they’d have to do.  But shouldn’t they still be thanked for not doing it?

But sadly, liberalism is all-too willing to permit that.

I mean, as long as they’re not SMOKING, right???  Because that would be gross, whereas a flabby middle-aged liberal pervert with his pimply and wobbly butt and his grossly inadequate private parts isn’t gross at all.  I mean, at least not according to the selfsame liberal perverts who are actually quite impressed with themselves and actually enjoy flaunting their inadequacies.  It’s part of what makes them such great whiny, pathetic victims, you see.

Oh, there really should be a sign that reads:

But we all know that liberals really don’t care about the molesting of children.  After all, going back to the days when organizations such as “The North American Man-Boy Love Association” was part of the homosexual rights movement, child molesting has never been one of the “sins” that liberalism preaches against.

In 1993, the International Lesbian and Gay Association achieved United Nations consultative status. NAMBLA’s membership in ILGA drew heavy criticism and caused the suspension of ILGA. Many gay organizations called for the ILGA to dissolve ties with NAMBLA. Republican Senator Jesse Helms proposed a bill to withhold $119 million in UN contributions until U.S. President Bill Clinton could certify that “no UN agency grants any official status, accreditation, or recognition to any organization which promotes, condones, or seeks the legalization of pedophilia, that is, the sexual abuse of children”. The bill was unanimously approved by Congress and signed into law by Clinton in April 1994.

Note that it took Republican morality to keep that relationship between homosexuals and pedophiles from blossoming.

So don’t be expecting to actually ever see any “thank you for not molesting children” signs posted on government buildings any time soon, given crap like this:

A judge in Nevada has outraged many after deciding to lower a convicted sex offender’s sentence from life in prison with the possibility of parole in 10 years to just one year in prison. The decision to lower the prison term came only one week after the original sentencing.

Washoe County Judge Brent Adams changed the sentence to one year in prison and five years probation because, as he claims, there was a clerical error in filing a signed copy of the original sentencing. Judge Adams also says that it was never his objective to give 69-year-old Isaac Onsurez that harsh of a sentence.

According to reports, Onsurez began sexually abusing a 6-year-old girl in the late 1990s, and the abuse went on for two years, finally stopping in 1999. 12 years later, the girl decided to report what happened to her, and when charges were filed against Onsurez, he admitted to his crimes. Reports claim that the man abused the young girl over 100 times in the two-year period. When Onsurez was questioned by police, he claimed that the then six-year-old was a, “curious child that wanted sex.”

“It was the harshest sentence he could impose, and that was the justice we were looking for,” said the girl’s mother of the original sentence. “Then two days later we get a phone call.”

Well, the mother’s outrage and pain only makes it all the sweeter for liberals.  After all, mom should have aborted that child.  If she had just murdered her kid when she was in the womb none of this would have happened, right?  Her outraged agony serves her right.  And that’s the sort of “justice” that liberals love the most: when the vile people win and the decent people lose.

Signs like “Thank you for not smoking” is really liberal fascism at its finest.  It’s their hoity-toity, self-congratulating way of saying, “Thank you for not doing something that your elite liberal masters frown upon.”

Really, the only other sign mentioned above that has any chance at qualifying as enough of a “sin” under liberalism to actually get posted is the one about peeing in the sink.  Maybe that’s the only common ground decent people have with the left.

What they’d really like to post is a sign that reads, “THANK YOU FOR NOT VOTING REPUBLICAN.”  Because that’s the very worst sin of all according to liberalism.  That and supporting the NRA, anyway.

If you can think of any other signs that should be posted in government buildings “thanking” you for not doing things that are literally against the law to begin with, please feel free to post them here.  Who knows, maybe a liberal bureaucrat will decide what you meant in jest is a great idea.

 

 

Neville Chamberlain Strategy: Obama Fighting WWII All Over Again By Giving Up Czechoslovakia (Georgia) And Then Poland (Ukraine)

Was Russia’s seizure of Ukraine’s territory (Crimea) a big deal?

The NATO Secretary-General thinks it is:

(CNSNews.com) – Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine and annexation of its Crimea region is “the most serious security crisis since the end of the Cold War,” NATO secretary-general Anders Fogh Rasmussen said on Wednesday.

“We have seen Russia rip up the international rule book,” Rasmussen told an audience at Georgetown University in Washington DC. “Trying to redraw the map of Europe, and creating in just a few weeks the most serious security crisis since the end of the Cold War.”

The Ukraine crisis is the worst in Europe since the fall of the Berlin Wall and diplomacy is now essential to avoid military escalation, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said on Monday.

Russia’s intervention means “the threat of a division of Europe is real again,” Steinmeier said as he arrived for an emergency meeting of EU foreign ministers.

This ought to be a much worse crisis – and a much bigger deal – than it actually is: because the fact of the matter is that we signed a treaty to protect Ukraine and to keep this very thing from happening.  And we are more obviously weaker now than we have ever been now that we have dishonored ourselves by abandoning our commitment.

Every nation on earth will start to scramble to acquire nuclear weapons to protect their borders and there will be NOTHING we can do to persuade them to give up those weapons.  Because we have now proven that our word is no good and we will ultimately renege on whatever we promise we’re going to do.

This is a crisis that will continue to build and build long after Ukraine leaves the media’s ADD-style attention span.  You know, while the mainstream liberal media is micro-fixated on that Malaysian airliner that nobody has any idea whatsoever happened to.

But please don’t think Barack Obama did anything stupid while all this was going on: he still spent his usual countless hours formulating his NCAA brackets.

Of course the same Democrats who had demonized George Bush just for playing golf while there was a war going on only to hypocritically shrug their shoulders while Barack Obama has played more than seven times more golf than Bush did (164 rounds compared to Bush’s 24).

I noted in my obtaining of the above facts on presidential golf that the U.S. media that criticized Bush so heavily for golfing have been strangely silent about Obama’s “love for the game.”  It has been the FOREIGN media that has attacked Obama for his golfing as the classic evidence of an absentee president who fiddles around on the golf course while the world is burning.

When we compare Vladimir Putin to Barack Obama we get a bare-chested man riding a stallion compared to a weasel-thin, dumbo-eared metrosexual riding a bicycle while wearing mom jeans and a geeky helmet.

And don’t think the world – and particularly all of our enemies – haven’t noticed what the man who has gutted the American military is: weak.

I have on numerous occasions compared Barack Obama to Neville Chamberlain.  Chamberlain was, like Obama, a ruthless tyrant when it came to domestic policy.  Because of the power of his office, he could simply dictate.  And dictate he did.

But when it came to dealing with aggressive and even hostile foreign governments, the world sat in stunned horror as Chamberlain proved himself to be an empty suit.  He couldn’t dictate to Hitler with an executive order.  So he did nothing while Hitler grew stronger and stronger and bolder and bolder and more and more aggressive.  Until it took a war to stop him.

That’s where we’re at now.

Democrats want to tell us that Putin invaded Georgia and seized their territory when Bush was president.  And that is true.  But please consider two things that make that meaningless: 1) George Bush TRIED to avert the Russian seizure of Georgia in April of 2008 when he proposed that Georgia AND UKRAINE be allowed into NATO.  That move would have stopped Putin dead in his tracks.  Don’t tell me that Bush didn’t wisely see what completely blindsided Obama coming.  But weak, cowardly, gutless liberalism is weak, cowardly, gutless liberalism both here and in Europe.  And liberals wouldn’t tolerate such a “provocative move.”  Oh, no.  The spirit of Obama is the spirit of weakness and appeasement.  If we bare our throats and demonstrate to our enemies by our nakedness that we are not a threat, their reasoning goes, we will avert war and live in a Utopia of peace and harmony.  You’re seeing more of the same as we speak with Obama’s giveaway of the internet to countries that are hostile to us.  And 2) Putin seized Georgia with less than three months left in Bush’s presidency – and you tell me if you have any honesty whatsoever what Democrats would have done had Bush moved aggressively to respond to Putin after Obama and Democrats had spent basically eight years demonizing him as a warmonger.

What was Obama’s response to Putin over Georgia once he got into office?  Did he stand up to Putin?  Did he push for the rest of Georgia not yet seized and Ukraine that had not yet had its territory seized to become part of NATO like Bush had done?  Nope.  He was pretty good at spending time with his NCAA brackets between rounds of golf then, too.

Bush TRIED to solve the problem in Georgia and Ukraine before either happened.  What did Obama do???

In fact what Obama did was issue his infamous “reset” button with Russia.  He and Hillary Clinton, being as incompetent as they are morally stupid, botched that horribly, of course.  But it sent a crystal-clear message to Putin: America under Obama is weak.  They will let me get away with murder.  And so murder I will.

More evidence (and more conservatives who saw Putin’s aggression coming): Sarah Palin:

Remember what a bimbo the mainstream media made Sarah Palin out to be (remember, it’s OKAY to trivialize a woman as long as it’s liberals doing it to a conservative).

But in 2008, Sarah Palin predicted something in which she turned out to be right and every liberal on earth turned out to be a morally idiotic jackass.

She predicted that if coward and fool Barack Obama were elected president, it would embolden Russia into invading Ukraine given the kind of idiocy and naïve weakness he displayed when Putin invaded Georgia:

“After the Russian Army invaded the nation of Georgia, Senator Obama’s reaction was one of indecision and moral equivalence, the kind of response that would only encourage Russia’s Putin to invade Ukraine next.”

Of course, the mainstream media savaged her for that.  What else is their mission if not a fools’ mission???

And Mitt Romney:

In their third presidential debate, President Obama ridiculed Mitt Romney when he said that Russia remained a threat to the United States. Here’s what Obama said in the debate:

PRESIDENT OBAMA: “Governor Romney, I’m glad that you recognize that al-Qaida’s a threat because a few months ago when you were asked, what’s the biggest geopolitical threat facing America, you said Russia — not al-Qaida, you said Russia. And the 1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back because, you know, the Cold War’s been over for 20 years.

“But, Governor, when it comes to our foreign policy, you seem to want to import the foreign policies of the 1980s, just like the social policies of the 1950s and the economic policies of the 1920s. You say that you’re not interested in duplicating what happened in Iraq, but just a few weeks ago you said you think we should have more troops in Iraq right now.“And the — the challenge we have — I know you haven’t been in a position to actually execute foreign policy, but every time you’ve offered an opinion, you’ve been wrong.”

Here’s how Mitt Romney responded. Notice how Obama tries to cut Romney off before he can make his point:

MR. ROMNEY: I’ll respond to a couple of the things you mentioned. First of all, Russia, I indicated, is a geopolitical foe, not —

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Number one —

MR. ROMNEY: Excuse me. It’s a geopolitical foe. And I said in the same . . . paragraph, and Iran is the greatest national security threat we face. Russia does continue to battle us in the U.N. time and time again. I have clear eyes on this. I’m not going to wear rose-colored glasses when it comes to Russia or Mr. Putin, and I’m certainly not going to say to him, I’ll give you more flexibility after the election. After the election he’ll get more backbone.

Mitt Romney didn’t have “rose-colored glasses” when it came to Russia and Putin.  History records that Barack Obama had the most asinine-looking rose-colored glasses ever devised when it came to them.  And Democrats have the naked dishonesty to stupidly try to argue that nobody could have seen Putin’s seizure of Ukraine coming.

And, oh, yeah, that “flexibility” thing.  Remember that?

Obama’s open-mic moment with Russia:

Obama: This is my last election…After my election I have more flexibility.

Medvedev: I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir

And what do we have now?  The “worst crisis since the end of the Cold War” being played out after Obama has “more flexibility” to appease our enemy whom Obama went very much on the record to say was NOT our enemy at all.

How “flexible” are you feeling now, I wonder, Obama, you jackass?

So here’s the deal now that Obama has pulled America’s pants down and bent over for Russia and begged to have our national security and our prestige butt-raped: just like in World War II, we’re going to have to fight a world war to get our prestige that our weak, cowardly, gutless puke pissed away.

Obama’s “strategy” – if you could call his doing nothing a “strategy” – is this: where the world became outraged after Hitler’s second violation of a sovereign nation, what if instead of fighting the world had done NOTHING?  What if we’d just allowed Hitler to have what he wanted and not do anything about it?

You see, THAT’S “peace” to a liberal.  There is no war because we won’t fight.  No matter what.  And no matter what Hitler – or Putin – or any other thug does, we won’t fight.  So we have “peace.”

Here’s the really funny thing about this: I’ve been reading liberals’ op-eds on this Russia-Ukraine thing, and the consistent theme is that Republicans don’t really have a solution now, either.  So you can’t blame Obama for being weak because Republicans don’t want to go to war, either.

DAMN THESE PEOPLE ARE PATHOLOGICALLY DISHONEST.

Here’s the simple fact: as I already documented above, the “Republican response” would have begun going on six years ago back when we truly could have DONE something short of going to world war three.  The “Republican response” would have began with Sarah Palin’s wisdom – and then after that Mitt Romney’s wisdom – that Russia and Putin were true threats.  Which is something our failed Disgrace-in-Chief STILL doesn’t understand.

The “Republican response” would have been NOT to gut America’s military so that we are clearly too damn weak to do a damn thing about much of anything.  That probably would have stopped Putin right there.

The “Republican response” would have been to follow through on what Bush started and LEAD by insisting that Georgia and Ukraine become protected by NATO membership.  That DEFINITELY would have stopped Putin.

We never would have BEEN in this situation had there actually been a “Republican response.”

There comes a point when idiots have so destroyed something that it cannot be made right again.  And don’t try “spin” reality such that Republicans who CLEARLY saw this disaster coming and SAID it was coming wouldn’t have done anything different to avert it.

Now the same media that literally mocked Sarah Palin for seeing the Russian threat and mocked Mitt Romney for “stealing a [functioning] national security policy from the 1980s is dishonestly trying to say that Republicans should have to fix the world that Obama has damn-near singlehandedly broken beyond repair.

Remember Obama boasting of how he would restore America’s prestige?  Where is it now after Obama has repeatedly issued “red line” warnings and then done NOTHING and countries like Russia push us around like we’re the pussies that we have become under Obama?

It aint over.  Putin gave a speech justifying what he did in Crimea by talking about his duty to protect ethnic Russians wherever they may be.  And the thing is that following the collapse of the former Soviet Union – whose territory Putin wants to reclaim for Mother Russia – there are “ethnic Russians” all OVER the place.

Putin gave himself the carte blanche right to invade and seize virtually every single country in eastern Europe.

And now he’s massing Russian troops in a very possible move to invade Ukraine and seize the rest of it.

And Obama has already promised that there is no possible way that he will respond militarily.  Because he is a weak and stupid man who lays all his cards down on the table to make sure his enemies know his vulnerabilities in advance.

You wonder what Hitler would have done had Neville Chamberlain said, “Do whatever you want.  I won’t stop you.”  Probably nothing good.

Here’s one on that: Vladimir Putin has built his new hegemony primarily upon his exporting of Russian oil and natural gas and his ability to shut the tap on any European state that would oppose him.  What has Barack Obama done to counter this hegemony?  Has he promised to increase American oil and natural gas exports and essentially taken Putin’s power away without firing a shot?  That would counter his “oil is evil” philosophy, wouldn’t it?  And so while Putin is lording it over Europe and Europe is cowed into refusing to go along with any tough sanctions against Russia as a consequence, Obama STILL won’t allow the Keystone oil pipeline which he has kept shut down for YEARS.

This isn’t even about going to war – although Obama was nothing short of a FOOL to simply take war completely off the table and signal Putin his abject weakness in advance – it’s about simple reality and Obama’s inability to understand it.  OIL IS REALITY; Obama’s alternative energy is magical unicorn fairy dust.  Obama’s refusal to harness reality makes him a weak fool.

Meanwhile, China, which like Russia and very much unlike America has also been strengthening its military, ALSO has territorial ambitions.  Because weakness is the ultimate provocation.

And like Russia, they know we will do NOTHING.

World War II was the result of European and American weakness.  World War III will result from the same liberal weakness in Europe and America.

And you can lay the blame for that coming global war ENTIRELY on Obama’s and the Democrat Party’s feat.

A nation that allows tyrants to become emboldened has a death wish.  And America proved that it has a death wish when it stupidly elected and then even more stupidly re-elected Barack Obama.

I have long marveled at the precision of Bible prophecy in the last days.  The Bible rightly predicted that Israel would miraculously and against all odds be regathered as a nation.  It foresaw the rise of Russia as a world power which it had never been in history.  It described a last days confederation of countries led by Russia and Iran (Persia) that EXACTLY matches the Islamic states relative to their enmity to Israel today.  It anticipated the coming together of a European union which had never in history happened.  It knew that one day China and the kings of the east would be able to assemble an army of 200 million soldiers when at the time the prophecy was given there weren’t two-hundred million human beings on the entire planet.

The Bible prophecies all of these things and many, many others which have come to pass in these the last days of human history before the coming of the Beast.

But it never once mentions America.

That used to bother me greatly: how could it be that the mightiest nation in the history of the world isn’t even mentioned in Bible prophecy?

The answer is terrifying: the United States isn’t mentioned because it either won’t exist at all – having catastrophically imploded – or it will be so weak and so irrelevant that it won’t matter at all in the last days.

When you voted for “God damn America,” you voted to go extinct like the Dodo bird.

In the end, a leader will come in fulfillment of every Democrat’s and every liberal’s and every socialist’s fondest dreams.  His government will so take over the world that literally no one will be able to buy or sell anything without the government’s approval.  He will promise a Utopia but deliver the whole world into hell on earth.

And Barack Obama – along with the Democrat Party and everyone who supports them – is his useful idiot.

You won’t be able to stop him politically because Democrats and liberals all over the world will vote for him.  You won’t be able to fight him because liberals will take away all of your guns.

The coming of Antichrist and his mark of the beast didn’t have to happen, but the God who knows the end from the beginning knew 2,000 years ago – knew in fact before the foundation of the world – that the terminal generation of Americans would be a stupid and depraved one.

 

 

Democrats Have Already Largely Seized Your Rights With Their Twisted, Hypocritical Rationales

If you want to know the point of this article in a nutshell it is this: liberals LOVE to call conservatives “fascists” because they are shameless liars.  The truth is brutally simple: fascism is impossible in any society where there is an armed citizenry free to resist it.  Fascism becomes inevitable ONLY when the wicked get their way and abolish the people’s ability to resist fascism.  And if you want to understand where liberals got their trick, turn in your Bible to the place where Jesus’ enemies accused Him of getting His power from Satan rather than from God.  The liberals tactic is as old as the devil.  Did Hitler want an armed people capable of resisting his small, limited government or did Hitler want a giant all-powerful State ruling supreme over a disarmed people?  The founding fathers made the armed people the champions and the government that wanted to take away their arms the oppressor; liberals twist it around to make the government that wants to disarm the people the champion and the armed people the oppressor.

We’re rapidly heading for a truly fascist America, and the people who are taking us there are doing so by twisted, hypocritical rhetoric.

Let me give you some examples.

TalkLeft found this quote regarding the fundamental presumption of innocence of an American citizen in our system:

“The principle that there is a presumption of innocence in favor of the accused is the undoubted law, axiomatic and elementary, and its enforcement lies at the foundation of the administration of our criminal law“

Okay.  That’s been the principle around which the liberal ACLU has represented pure, unadulterated scumbags.  Liberals LOVE enabling crime and thereby undermining society by wrapping themselves in a sacred principle only to pervert that principle.

But let’s see if these same liberals are consistent when we attempt to apply this reasoning to another fundamental constitutional principle, such as the 2nd Amendment: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.  That’s the guarantee.  It’s better that ten people with nefarious intent get guns in their hands than that one innocent American lose his right to keep and bear arms in a free nation.

Now, I’ve never been convicted of a single crime.  In fact, I’ve never even been CHARGED or ACCUSED OF committing a single crime.  But when it comes to my ability to actually exercise my constitutionally-guaranteed right to keep and bear arms, well, let’s just throw that “presumption of innocence” liberals claim to love out the window.  Because there AINT any.  I am presumed to be a potential mass-murdering psychopath who needs to have my rights stripped away for the good of the people.  The presumption of guilt is mine.  And liberals will not even LET me prove my innocence.

It’s the Constitution that liberals ultimately presume is truly guilty.  And where the Nazis failed trying to destroy it from outside, fascist liberals have largely succeeded by destroying it from within.

A rape victim – after literally being berated by a Democrat for her audacity in thinking she should have a right to protect herself with a gun – put it this way:

“How does rendering me defenseless protect you against a violent crime?”

For all their “war on women” bullcrap, Democrats presume women who have been violently raped to be guilty and to be unworthy of having one of the most central rights that the U.S. Constitution guaranteed: the right to keep and bear arms, to defend yourself and your property, without being infringed upon by the State.

The very last thing the Democrat Party wants is for a woman who is about to be raped shoot her would-be rapist.  They would MUCH prefer that she be raped and then become a whiny pathetic victim demanding that other women be raped by taking away their rights to defend themselves and prevent their rapes.

The Democrat Party IS the party of fascism.  They’ll talk about people’s “rights” to take sodomy up their rear ends and to murder their babies and to be a welfare parasite for life.  But they don’t give one flying DAMN about your actual rights guaranteed by the Constitution such as your gun rights and your religious freedom.  Far from it.  They want to take your actual constitutional rights away and give you their sodomy rights right up your ass whether you like it or not.

When you read the writings of the founding fathers, there is absolutely no question in the mind of anyone with the IQ of at least a ripe tomato that they intended the 2nd Amendment to be the people’s protection against government tyranny.  And you demon-possessed liberals read those quotes from our founding fathers and try to argue that they were on the side of those who wanted to take guns away from the American people.

But Democrats have been insidiously usurping our rights to have guns in every way imaginable.  Most of us have no idea how Democrats have already largely taken away your gun rights.

Here’s another example: wind turbines kill about 40 million birds – including endangered birds – every year.  Democrats don’t mind that one bit; it’s the small price of their insane “green” hatred of fossil fuels – and they frankly don’t care how many human beings they hurt with high energy prices any more than they give a damn about the millions of birds they kill.  But when a few birds die because they ate a carcass that had been killed with a lead bullet, well, we just have to take away your right to use bullets, don’t we???  It doesn’t matter how expensive it is or how hard it is to get the bullets they allow you to have.  The harder and the more expensive it is, in fact, the better.

I used to reload ammunition to cut down on costs.  I have a press and a number of dies to reload various cartridges.  They are nearly useless now, thanks to Democrats following the pattern of the Nazis to strip away guns and the ability to actually use them.

In order to buy just four ounces of gun powder (not very much, I assure you!) I have to fill out a form with the ATF in Democrat-owned California.  I have to state why I need gun powder and describe which guns I need gun powder for.  And then I have to wait for (at least!) twenty days.  And I have to do that every single time rather than just once and have my paperwork on file.

That’s a giant roadblock.  But there’s another, even bigger problem: I can’t even GET primers any more (see here too).  You just can’t buy them.  Anywhere.

And if you don’t reload, not only has your ammunition gone up massively in price, but try to even find it.  It’s like ObamaCare where you pay more and more to get less and less.  And I’m not talking about “dangerous” handgun or assault weapon ammunition: I’m talking about stuff like .22 plinking ammunition or – because Democrats have assured me that they’re not trying to take away my right to hunt – 30/30 Winchester (which has taken down more deer than any cartridge in America) ammunition.

Go to a store and try to buy it.  Good luck.  Hunting ammunition.  Again, even .22 ammo!  Democrats have so regulated it and so undermined ammunition in so many ways that you just can’t get it.  I spent six months in vain trying to buy 30/30 ammo at Wal-Mart and finally managed to snag three boxes.  As I was leaving, a guy went to the counter and asked if there was any 30/30 ammo.  And I heard the clerk say that guy just bought the last one.  And every single time I’d been in Wal-Mart for the previous six plus months I’d gone to that ammo shelf and looked for it in vain.

It’s not that you can’t buy it.  It’s just that it’s ALWAYS “out of stock” in Obama’s God damn America.  Which is another way of saying “you can’t buy it.”  Not in Obama’s God damn America.

Democrats’ hypocrisy is simply stunning.

Fascists are always hypocrites.  The two go together hand in steel government gauntlet.

In effect Democrats are saying, “You have a right to your gun – as long as your gun is nothing more than a paper weight.  At least until we can take your paper weight gun away from you, too.”

Think about that logic: if I take away your cell phone carrier but allow you to keep your phone knowing full damn well your phone is USELESS, have I not taken away your cell phone???  You’re damn right I took it away when your phone is nothing more than a paper weight like people’s guns are these days.

Again, where’s my damn presumption of innocence that ought to allow me to exercise my constitutional rights in peace, you know, without being “infringed.”  Democrat fascists took it away from me.

To be a Democrat is to be a DEMOn-possessed bureauCRAT, I keep saying.  And here’s your hypocrite-without-shame-without-honor-without-decency-without-integrity-without-honesty-and-without-virtue-of-any-kind alert: let’s consider another example of Democrats blatantly contradicting themselves by their own twisted rationales with the right to vote.

Democrats tell me that to require ANY form of ID or ANY limitation whatsoever that would restrict people from voting such that only people who are lawfully registered to vote can vote ONCE is somehow a violation of the Constitution.  They tell me that ANY RESTRICTION AT ALL is a barrier to people’s constitutional rights.  You can’t ask for ID; that would be immoral.  You can’t require a voter ID card that has any cost to it even if you have subsidize the price of the card for the poor; that would be evil.

Apply that to my constitutional right to keep and bear my arms and try to stop laughing at the massive hypocrisy.   In order for me to even have a CHANCE at exercising my constitutional right to keep and bear arms, I have to pass so many ID checks I feel like Big Brother lives with me and then I have to pay right out my ass for the privilege of his constant companionship.

The right to vote is actually a dangerous thing: the NAZI Party was ELECTED.  You get more death and more evil electing evil leaders than you will EVER get with people being allowed to defend themselves.  The communists murdered more than 100 million people in peacetime.  The Democrats have so far murdered more than 55 million innocent babies by applying the same moral “logic” that the Nazis used to murder Jews and the Democrats leading up to the Civil War used to enslave blacks (they’re not really “human” so we can do what we like with them).

Do you know why Democrats cited that principle about preferring the guilty to go free rather than have one innocent person punished by the system?  It wasn’t that they give one flying damn about protecting the rights of the innocent – far from it as I have just PROVED.  It was rather that they wanted to create a crisis so they could “Never let a crisis go to waste.”  They wanted to deliberately destabilize the system (see here and here for examples).  They wanted to inflict America with millions of guilty people who would turn the nation upside down so that they could exploit the chaos and unrest created by the guilty to seize more and more power for their beloved fascist State.  In the same way that they want to inflict millions of illegal immigrants on America to overwhelm our system, to inflict millions of welfare parasites on our social support system, to inflict millions of sick people who won’t pay for their health care on our health system.  That’s all they wanted.  It was like ObamaCare: they wanted “to control the people.” Period.  Or to put it in Obama’s dishonest terms when he promised that you could keep your health plan and/or your doctor, “I guarantee it.”  “Period.  End of story.”

It takes integrity to be consistent.  And Democrats just don’t have any of either.

So they’ll implement their fascism in one area with one rationale.  And then they’ll implement their fascism in another area with a different rationale that blatantly contradicts the first rationale.  And they’ll do it over and over and over again until they have all the power and all the guns and the people have no power and no guns to resist them.  Because that’s who they are.

Democrats have been building toward a plan and a purpose for decades now: they want the Antichrist and the Mark of the Beast and they won’t be satisfied until they get the Antichrist and the Mark of the Beast.  They want a big-government liar who will literally be worshipped and they want a fascist State that is so powerful that it can literally take over complete control of all purchases such that no man or woman can buy ANYTHING unless that person has been approved by the State.

We may win in 2014.  I hope – but doubt – that we may actually get our way in the next presidential election as the sheer horror of the Democrat’s fascism begins to be felt (at least the parts that Obama hasn’t waived and waived again to try to cynically protect Democrats from the consequences of their policies on millions of Americans as they lose their health care, get dumped into inferior ObamaCare, and pay huge premiums and suffer amazingly high deductibles for the privilege.  But the same Bible that doesn’t mention America in prophecy because we’ve economically and militarily and politically imploded due to Obama’s incompetent fascism also assures us that the beast is coming and Democrats will deliriously cheer him and receive his mark.  They will ultimately get their way – and they will burn in hell for it.

And thanks to Democrats, you won’t have any guns or ammunition to protect yourself from his tyranny with when he comes.

Product Review: Sportline Digital Distance Tracker Pedometer

A little about myself: over the past two years, I’ve lost about a hundred pounds, going from an obviously unfit 330+ pounder to an obviously fit 230+ pounder.  Obviously (seems like a good word), I’ve had to make a few changes to accomplish that.

I joined a gym and have worked out hard.  But even before I joined the gym, I was working toward losing weight – and it was that previous exercise routine that enabled me to have the courage to join a gym.  What was that “previous exercise”?  Walking.

I live in the California desert, and started heading out with my dog every day for a walk.  At first it was hard to psych myself up for it.  But it became easier and easier as I made it a habit.  And those walks are now the highlight of my day.

One of the things I discovered that really helped me transform my walking is a pedometer.  By keeping track of how far you’ve walked, you 1) know how many calories you’ve burned and 2) know how far you went yesterday so you can challenge yourself to go further today and further yet tomorrow.

I wear mine everywhere I think I’m going to do a fair amount of walking.  I wear it shopping, for instance.  And there’s something about seeing those step numbers go up and then click over to the distance and see that I’ve gone x.xx miles that makes me want to go just a little bit further.  If I’ve gone nearly a mile, something in me makes me want to keep walking until I’ve gone that full mile.  If you think that’s crazy, all I can say is that it’s really nice to finally use my crazy to my benefit for a change.

But then there’s the question: which pedometer should I buy?

Well, I’ve bought four of them.  And the first three weren’t very good.  The last one has been so good I’m singing its praises.

I bought it at Wal-Mart for about $15.  It is a “Sportline Digital Distance Tracker” (UPC 095121107035).

The units I bought prior had the advantage of being cheaper.  But they had the disadvantages of being far more fragile, far less accurate, far less easy to attach to yourself, and frankly far less easy to use.

Let me take those in order:

The Sportline Digital Distance Tracker has been durable.  I’ve actually screwed up and let the thing go through the washing machine.  I was sure it was destroyed.  But believe it or not, I removed the battery, kept the compartment open, actually took the thing on a walk just to wave it around so it would have a chance to air out, and when I put the battery back in the thing came on and worked perfectly.  Since that mishap, I check all my pants and shorts pockets for pedometers before they go into the washing machine.  I’ve also dropped it a couple of times, which was more than enough to kill one of my cheaper units.  I mean, don’t do that stuff, but this unit has proven to be a pretty durable gadget for me.

The Sportline Digital Distance Tracker has been more accurate.  It has what they call “3 axis digital accuracy.”  And since I walk out in the desert, up and down hills and over uneven terrain, I discovered that cheaper units simply don’t record all of your steps if you don’t walk in such an even-stride manner that makes them happy.  As an example, I walked up a steep hill with another unit and was depressed to note that it hadn’t recorded a single step after all that work.  This unit has been by far the best at keeping count of my steps no matter where those steps have been.  Whatever unit you buy, I strongly suggest you get one that has that 3 axis deal.

The Sportline Digital Distance Tracker has been easier to attach to myself.  It’s part of the “3 axis” thing.  Most units will clip to your belt or tie to your shoelace.  And this one will do that, too.  But you can also just stick it in your pocket.  Which is what I do.  Warning: if you’re absent-minded, you run the risk of accidentally throwing it in the washing machine.  Please don’t do that – although my unit did come back to life.

The Sportline Digital Distance Tracker has been easy to use.  I remember one unit that was so awkward to use I practically needed to have the manual with me for the first month.  And by the time I figured out how it worked, it wasn’t working any more.  This unit is REAL easy to use.  Once you have programmed your stride length, you only need to click ONE button to go from your total step count to your distance walked to your calories burned to your time spent walking and back to your total step count.

Now, let me say something about the stride length.  My advice: don’t worry about it being hyper-accurate with your stride length.  The first time I started using pedometers, I was as hung-up with precisely measuring my stride length as a sprinter coach is about his stop watch.  But what I’ve learned is that the key to using these things is to keep pushing yourself to go a little further and then a little further.  And as long as you don’t keep monkeying around with the stride length, it will be the same from walk to walk to walk and you’ll know how far you’ve gone relative to your previous walk.  That bit of wisdom came to me as I pondered my walks: when I walk uphill, my stride length is one thing, when I walk downhill it is another, and when I walk on soft sand or over an uneven trail it is another thing yet.  But while my pace is uneven, I still have a much better idea of how far I’ve gone than I would have without the darn thing and I definitely have a good idea of how far I’ve gone today relative to yesterday as I hike different trails.

If you want to lose weight or just get your heart and lungs in better condition, I urge you to get off your butt and start walking.  And I advise you to start out with a small, manageable walk – don’t tell yourself you’re going to start walking ten miles a day because it will be too much for you and you won’t be able to keep it up – and then build your body and your schedule and your desire to keep going up so that you go further and further.

Oh, a dog helps, too.  It is nice to have a buddy to walk with.  And nobody loves going for a walk more than a dog!

The Real ObamaCare Battlefield: Godless Liberals DETERMINED To Impose Their Atheist Secular Humanist Values On America

I noticed an op-ed in the Los Angeles Times that basically reads thus: religious values ought to be private, whereas atheism is public.  You are “free” to be as “religious” as you want – provided that you never dare try to emerge from the tiny little black box we liberals force you into.  And whether you know it or not, everyone who forms a corporation has to abide by the tenets of secular humanist atheism and is literally immoral for trying to live out their religiously-informed moral values in any way, any shape or any form if they in any way run contrary to liberalism.

I have to ask the question: if liberals hadn’t taken these incredibly intrusive steps “to control the people” (the REAL purpose of ObamaCare), would our society be in this situation in which “a dangerous precedent is created” to allow the constitutional freedom of religion?  The obvious answer is “NOT.”  But of course religious people should really be viewed as the bad guys because when godless liberal fascists punch us in the mouth before they stab us in the heart we dare to try to defend ourselves.

Are secular, for-profit corporations free to violate the rights of their employees by claiming that the law violates their corporate religious conscience? That’s the big question at the heart of the two blockbuster challenges to a key provision of Obamacare that will be heard by the Supreme Court next week. In its 225-year history, the Supreme Court has never held that secular, for-profit corporations are entitled to the free exercise of religion. It should not start now.

Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood claim in their lawsuits that the Affordable Care Act’s requirement that employers’ health insurance plans cover preventive care for women, including the full range of FDA-approved contraceptives, violates their right to the free exercise of religion. Houses of worship and other religiously affiliated employers already are entitled to a religious accommodation. Some secular businesses, such as Hobby Lobby, claim that they too exercise religion and should be exempted from the obligation to pay for contraceptive coverage for their employees.

Corporations have a number of constitutional rights, mostly connected to property rights and commerce, but the free exercise of religion has never been one of them. The Constitution’s protection of religious liberty always has been seen as a personal right, inextricably linked to the human capacity to express devotion to a god and to act on the basis of reason and conscience. In this respect, the free exercise right shares much in common with the 5th Amendment’s privilege against self-incrimination, which too safeguards dignity and conscience and does not protect corporations.

Corporations lack the basic human capacities — reason, dignity and conscience — at the core of the free exercise right. Corporations cannot pray, do not express devotion to God and do not have a religious conscience. The fundamental values at the heart of the free exercise right simply make no sense as applied to corporations.

Corporations are created so business owners can take advantage of the special privileges of the corporate status, such as limited liability. What Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood are seeking is to have their cake and eat it too: to be treated as a corporation to receive special privileges, but then be treated as an individual for the purposes of the fundamental protections our Constitution guarantees to secure freedom of conscience and human dignity for all Americans. Corporations should not be permitted to game the system in this way.

Extending free exercise rights to corporations would undercut the rights of actual living, breathing Americans. At stake in this lawsuit is whether corporate chief executives are entitled to impose their religious beliefs on their employees and deny important federal rights to those employees. Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood hire workers of all religious faiths and persuasions, but refuse to respect that many of their employees may have a different set of religious views and want and need access to the full range of contraceptives.

Far from vindicating the Constitution’s promise of religious liberty, a ruling that corporations have the same right to the free exercise of religion as individuals would be a grave setback for the rights of Americans in our nation’s workplaces. It would also create a dangerous precedent with dramatic implications far beyond the Affordable Care Act.

A business run by Christian Scientists might refuse to pay for healthcare at all, other businesses run by devout individuals might refuse to pay for the costs of stem cell therapy, or refuse to extend family leave to same-sex married couples, or even fire employees for engaging in activities, such as terminating a pregnancy, that do not conform to the religious code of the company’s owners.

The justices should reject the notion that a corporation is a person that exercises religion.

I never realized that no religious person ever formed a business, but that every single business that ever became a corporation was inherently “secular” (i.e. defined as having no part with ANY religious values)?

I’ve never actually formed a corporation before, so maybe I’m wrong and every time – dating back to the days of our VERY RELIGIOUS founding fathers – people formed a corporation they had to sign some kind of statement agreeing to surrender their constitutional rights to their freedom of religion.

I note the wording of Gans, who says, “The Constitution’s protection of religious liberty always has been seen as a personal right, inextricably linked to the human capacity to express devotion to a god and to act on the basis of reason and conscience.”  And, again, having never formed a corporation, I can’t say with certainty that a “human” or “humans” have ever formed a corporation before.  Maybe only robots devoid of any “human capacity” have the right to form corporations.

I wonder who forms corporations.  Apparently, it’s NOT human beings.  But then again, liberals DO view what they colloquially refer to as “human beings” as soulless meat puppets.

According to Gans, the expression of “reason and conscience” are forbidden to corporations or to anyone who works for a corporation.  He asserts, “Corporations lack the basic human capacities — reason, dignity and conscience…”  Well, that actually explains a LOT.  Because, for example, THAT allows you to understand why GM – which of course is protected by the bankruptcy Obama bequeathed upon it – should be allowed to knowingly sell a car with a faulty ignition switch that may at any moment may stall the car causing death or disaster.  God – oops, I’m sorry, that’s been banned – I mean Obama forbid that any corporate officer should be allowed to have moral conscience (that only humans should be allowed to have and never corporations) which would keep him or her from making a decision purely based on the “property rights” and “commerce” that liberals say they should be restricted to having.

If you’re atheist, you have rejected the imago Dei – the image of God – in you.  It is the recognition OF the image of God in the souls of human beings that makes morality possible – unless you think cockroaches and the rest of the beasts have “morality.”  We can consider the fruits of atheism in the reigns of officially state atheist regimes such as the USSR and the other communist countries to see how depraved, perverted and IMMORAL atheism truly is in the murder of at least 100 million of their own citizens even during peacetime.  And then we consider Japan (the most atheist nation on earth) and the Bataan Death March and demonic acts such as what Unit 731 perpetuated on living (screaming) human beings.  We think of the Nazis and their proven atheism.

So please don’t lecture me that you atheists are going to hold corporations “morally responsible” when you simultaneously deny those selfsame corporations the very foundation for what makes morality possible.

It is for this reason that our founding fathers wrote, “Of all the habits and dispositions which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports.  In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars.”  It is for this reason that our founding fathers wrote, “We have no government armed with the power capable of contending with human passions, unbridled by morality and true religion. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Basically, what Gans is asserting is that no religious person ought to be allowed to form a corporation if they want to be allowed to practice their values; only atheist, secular humanist liberals ought to be allowed to incorporate.  Which George Washington pretty much directly stated was an act of treason.  Oh, you could look at it this way (with liberals playing the part of the Pharisee’s Temple guard punching Jesus in the mouth and mocking Him by saying, “Prophesy, who is the one who hit You?”). On this view, Hobby Lobby should have prophetically KNOWN when they chose to incorporate back in 1972 that one day demon-possessed liberals would force them to abandon and betray their Christian moral values and decided not to incorporate.

The alternative is to suggest that Christians and other religious people really have no business forming a business and should not have the right to incorporate unless they agree to abide by the moral values of Hitler, Stalin and fascist liberals.

Why is it that if I form a corporation I don’t have any right to imprint it with my values, but must instead bow down to Obama’s values?

I ask who died and made liberals “god”?  Because one thing is crystal clear: they HAVE made themselves God such that they can depose God’s moral values and install their own rival values in place of God’s values.

You need to understand what is happening and why.  Back in 1972 when Hobby Lobby incorporated, none of this crap was an issue.  What has happened since is that godless liberals have seized more and more and more dictatorial power for their fascist Government-as-God and have put God and those who value Him and His values into a smaller and smaller little box.  And what liberals are saying today is that we won’t take away your “freedom” to believe in your stupid little “god” – as the overwhelming majority of Americans still do – provided you live your life as if you DON’T believe in God.

I think about the Little Sisters of the Poor who oppose having the atheism of ObamaCare abortion murder forced upon them.  Oh, they can get out of it – providing they undergo a “Pontius Pilate-esque” ceremony in which they sign a form “washing their hands” of the babies who would be killed on their behalf by an insurance company.

And in this age of atheism as the official policy of the United States, how dare these nuns not play the part of Pilate?

Religious people have no right to impose their moral values; that is a right that only godless liberal Nazis ought to have.

The sad thing is that very soon the Antichrist – the beast prophesied in the Books of Daniel and Revelation – will take power.  And these liberals will have their way.  But you can see it coming today if you have eyes to see and ears to hear.

The beast is coming.  And after liberals vote for him to impose the mark of the beast, by which no man or woman may participate in the economy unless they worship the beast and take his mark upon their right hands or their foreheads, believe you me that “religious values” will NOT be legitimate grounds to escape.
