It’s Now Crystal Clear: If You Have Courage And Want To Fight Terrorism, Vote GOP; If You’re A Coward And Want To Be A Slave, Vote Democrat

Yesterday pretty much nailed it: John McCain and Lindsey Graham issued a joint statement way back on August 7 that said, “The President needs to devise a comprehensive strategy to degrade ISIS.”  And then Obama went on vacation and played golf.  Lots and lots of golf, prompting the liberal editorialist Maureen Dowd to point out on August 23:

FORE! Score? And seven trillion rounds ago, our forecaddies brought forth on this continent a new playground, conceived by Robert Trent Jones, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal when it comes to spending as much time on the links as possible — even when it seems totally inappropriate, like moments after making a solemn statement condemning the grisly murder of a 40-year-old American journalist beheaded by ISIL.

I mean, Obama literally left to play golf NINE MINUTES after delivering his “statement of resolve” following Foley’s beheading.

Wednesday, John McCain says what is by now beyond painfully obvious yet again:

Asked if he would want Obama to seek congressional authorization for airstrikes against ISIS in Syria, McCain said the president still hadn’t developed a strategy.

“Under the War Powers Act he can bomb and then come to Congress after 30 days,” McCain said. “But what he really needs to do is come to Congress with a strategy, with policies that implement this strategy. Does anyone on earth know what the president’s strategy is?”

Well, DOES anyone on earth know what the president’s strategy is?  When the Turd-in-Chief finally comes back from vacation even HE says, “Hell no!”  He pointed out yesterday, “Hey, I’m the fool president and even I don’t have a damn clue what the president’s strategy is.”  That’s basically what Obama said:

“I don’t want to put the cart before the horse. We don’t have a strategy yet.”

At least the fool didn’t say, “I don’t want to put the cart before the clubs.”  As in GOLF clubs.

Now, he could have gone on to say, “But don’t worry.  I will be going straight to the Situation Room and will not be coming out until America has an effective strategy to  deal with the terrorist army that I foolishly and stupidly called “JayVee” just a few months ago.”  But then he’d have to say, “PSYCH!  I’m only kidding.  I’m not going to the Situation Room.  I’m going to another damn FUNDRAISER!  I don’t give a damn about the American people.  They’re less than cockroaches to me.”

Mind you, it’s not like this terrorist army that Obama only recently was mocking as “JayVee” has been building and growing for the last four years.  Except oh, wait, it HAS been.

Obama having no strategy is a national disgrace that will cause serious damage to America.  There IS no enemy who presents a greater threat to the security of the United States than our Fool-in-Chief.  It is FAR easier to destroy a nation from within than it is from without; as Obama is proving every day.

Amazingly, Obama the coward is trying to blame both the media and the Pentagon for his being a fool without a damn plan.  It’s not the Pentagon that doesn’t have a damn plan; it’s the failed fool who is supposed to be the damn commander-in-chief.  The Pentagon has ALL SORTS of plans that are just waiting for a president to ask for them.  That’s all some top brass DO is formulate plans for every possible scenario.  The only possible crisis disaster that the Pentagon doesn’t have a plan for is what happens if a moronic thug assumes the office of the presidency of the United States.  At the same time, Obama is trying to blame the media for the stupidity of his words, as if it’s the media’s fault that they are quoting exactly what he said exactly as he said it, as if Obama views himself a hand-puppet and is accusing some reporter of forcing his lips to mouth “I don’t have a plan” as he impersonated Obama’s voice just off the platform.

That sort of moral cowardice is the hallmark of his entire presidency as he first demonized and blamed Bush for his first failed term as president and then began to blame the House of Representatives for his second failed term as president.  Every president since George WASHINGTON had a predecessor and even WASHINGTON had politicians from the other party in Congress.  Obama is the first true coward who believes that a single opponent with any power is a threat to his status as a fascist dictating tyrant.  And that’s why this malevolent narcissist is so paranoid about Republicans.

And of course what’s Hillary Clinton saying about Obama’s not having any plan?  She’s repeating her Benghazi line saying, “What DIFFERENCE does it make?”  She said in testimony about that utter and disgraceful fiasco, “With all due respect, the fact is, we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or because of guys out for a walk one night who decide to kill some Americans, what difference at this point does it make?”  And she couldn’t even provide the correct motive – a TERRORIST ATTACK – as one of her possible scenario options to consider.

We had THREE WEEKS WARNING of that attack which resulted in the murder of the first United States Ambassador since the failed Carter years in the 1970s.  But what difference does it make, indeed.

There’s a crystal-clear pattern of Democrat behavior: an inability to see or face danger which results in our being viciously caught unprepared.  It’s been the case since World War I, frankly.  World War II, happened again.  Korea, happened again.  Vietnam, happened again.

Mind you, it’s not just Hillary Clinton.  Her replacement as Secretary of State has also twisted reality into a pretzel to suit the Obama talking points spin.  A year ago they refused to arm the rebellion in Syria when the experts (and the Republicans) were urging them to, citing their fear that the weapons would fall into the hands of the more radical elements.  Until it suited their talking point to claim the EXACT OPPOSITE and argue that in fact the rebel opposition was actually somehow growing more moderate as a result of Obama’s dithering and refusing to lift a damn finger to help them.  And the facts that documented the opposite just be damned.

Now, I would submit to you that the forces of ISIS/ISIL that pretty much OWN everything that Syrian dictator Assad doesn’t rather proves the fact that John Kerry and the damn Obama regime couldn’t have been more freaking wrong.  With the result that Obama literally cemented both ISIL AND Assad to permanent power in the region.

Meanwhile, Fort Hood murderer Nidal Hasan wrote a letter asking to join ISIS/ISIL and become a “citizen” of the terrorist state.  But keep in mind according to Barack Obama, Nidal Hasan is NOT a terrorist.  He’s only guilty of “work-place violence.”  And the fact that he screamed Allah Akbar while he was murdering American servicemen after passing out business cards that announced him as a “soldier of Allah” meant NOTHING to Democrats.  Not ONE DAMN THING.  So let’s bury our heads in the sand and not call reality what it is and hope it goes away.  That’s the security platform of the Democrat Party.

Democrats are pathologically weak on national security.  And they have been ever since they hounded Lyndon Baines Johnson – who of course is to blame for the Vietnam War if ANYONE is – back in 1968 when they showed that the heart of the modern Democrat Party is VIOLENT FASCISM at the 1968 riot otherwise known as the Democrat National Convention.

There’s a reason for that.  And that reason is that the Democrat Party is completely wedded to secular humanism, and therefore to atheism, to postmodernism and to existentialism.  They don’t believe in Truth as an objective category, and therefore they do not believe in any ultimate line between good and evil.  It’s all infinite shades of gray to them.  At least unless they’re talking about homosexuality and abortion – in which they take a firm stand landing on the completely opposite side from God and His Word.

And that moral idiocy makes Democrats moral cowards.

Consider a few FACTS as I demonstrate this point and drive it home:

• Since 2010 there has been a 58% increase in the number of terror groups.
• The number of jihadist terrorists have DOUBLED.
• Al Qaeda is larger, stronger and controls more territory than at any time in history.
• “The Islamic State, which emerged from the Syrian civil war, has conquered a swath of Iraq and Syria and governs the region under an extreme form of Islamic law.”  Thursday [August 28], Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel called its threat “beyond anything we’ve seen.”
• Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel stated that ISIS “is more of a threat than al Qaeda was before the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.”
• ISIS – now the Islamic State – is in “a league well beyond anything al-Qaeda ever was or can now hope to be,” according to John McLaughlin, former deputy CIA director
•  McLaughlin also argues that the ISIS “rivalry with al-Qaeda makes a strike at the U.S. homeland more likely, because “success would contrast sharply with al-Qaeda’s inability to pull off another major attack here after 9/11.”
• The worldview of ISIS/ISIL is “apocalyptic. … This is not a group that can stop. It has to stay on the offensive,” states Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staffs Gen. Martin Dempsey
• British Prime Minister David Cameron states that “What we’re facing in Iraq now, with ISIL, is a greater and deeper threat to our security than we have known before.”

On many levels these ISIL terrorists are worse than the Nazis EVER were and a far greater threat to the world than the Nazis ever were.

Who let this happen???  If you say “Bush” you are both stupid and depraved.  By the end of 2007, al Qaeda in Iraq was routed.  In fact, al Qaeda had not only been defeated, but humiliated.  Obama kept claiming that al Qaeda was on the run while in reality he was allowing them to rebuild.  But al Qaeda truly WAS on the run when Bush left office – having been routed and humiliated in Iraq – and ISIS basically didn’t even exist yet.

It is simply a documented FACT that Barack Obama cut and ran from Iraq AFTER the United States under George W. Bush had secured victory in the form of a safe and stable Iraq that Obama and Biden BOASTED about.

It is a documented FACT that back in early 2009 we have Obama ON THE RECORD overruling his generals and his experts and deciding that he would completely abandon Iraq.  That is simply a FACT and anybody who tries to whine about Obama desperately trying to obtain a suitable status of forces agreement is a LYING FOOL.  In the same manner, we have Obama ON THE FACTUAL HISTORICAL RECORD OVERRULING HIS ENTIRE NATIONAL SECURITY TEAM AND DECIDING IN HIS OWN INCOMPETENT STUPIDITY NOT TO ARM THE PRO-DEMOCRACY REBELS IN SYRIA WHEN THEY HAD A REAL CHANCE TO ATTAIN VICTORY.

There is simply no question that Obama gave his fiasco of a “red line” warning and then did NOTHING.  Except allow Putin and Russia to step in and ensure the continued rule of Syrian dictator Assad who suddenly became instrumental because of his part in cooperating to destroy the WMD (much of which almost certainly came to Syria via IRAQ, fwiw).  And allow ISIS to spread like the cancer it is, first exploiting Obama’s weakness in failing to attack in Syria and then in Obama’s weakness in completely pulling out and abandoning Iraq.

If you ask any liberal, “Which wins wars, materiel or will?”  That Democrat will say “Materiel, of course”  They view war as pushing a button and defeating an enemy.  But to any graduate of West Point or Annapolis, that answer is WRONG.  It is WILL that defeats opponents and wins wars.  And under Obama we don’t have any will to fight.  Polls show that the American people don’t want to fight because their president has taught them his moral foolishness and cowardice.  A people need to be led; Obama has led them to the pen where they can be slaughtered like the sheep they have become.

And now we have not a terrorist group but a terrorist ARMY that is even WORSE than al Qaeda with a stranglehold over a 36,000 mile CALIPHATE that Osama bin Laden DREAMED of to show for it.  Obama’s own experts are pointing out the FACT that they are more dangerous than al Qaeda EVER was.  And it was Obama who allowed this terrorist army to metastasize.  They called themselves “ISIS” which meant Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.  But since Obama literally GAVE them Iraq and Syria, they are now calling themselves simply “IS” for “Islamic State.”  Because the more you give these monsters, the more they become hungry to TAKE.  You cannot negotiate with them.  You cannot appease them.  You can only either defeat them or bow down before them.  That is your stark, black-and-white choice.

Back in 2005, US intelligence captured a letter from the top al Qaeda leadership that put the aims of al Qaeda into four stages: 1) Drive America out of Iraq; 2) create a caliphate; 3) use that as a base to attack the United States and other countries; 4) attack Israel.  They didn’t drive us out of Iraq; Obama drove us out of Iraq when we had already secured victory.  And we have since watched them systematically succeed in their plan beyond all of the worst possible scenarios.  They’re coming right back at us and we’re now far too weary, weak and divided to fight them.

Liberals don’t believe in “black-and-white.”  Their world consists of infinite shades of gray.  There are no transcendent absolutes; there is no objective right or objective wrong.  Morality is relative, constantly changing and evolving according to Obama’s whim rather than according to God’s timeless Word.

There is no question that Obama and Democrats allowed this.  The only question is WHY did they allow it.  And here’s the answer:

Jonah Goldberg reminded us of the attacks that came from the left when George W. Bush had the narrow-mindedness to refer to terrorists as “evildoers.”  Goldberg pointed out the left’s objection to the word “evil” because to them:

it was, variously, simplistic, Manichean, imperialistic, cartoonish, etc.

“Perhaps without even realizing it,” Peter Roff, then with UPI, wrote in October 2001, “the president is using language that recalls a simpler time when good and evil seemed more easy to identify — a time when issues, television programs and movies were more black and white, not colored by subtle hues of meaning.”

A few years later, as the memory of 9/11 faded and the animosity toward Bush grew, the criticism became more biting. But the substance was basically the same. Sophisticated people don’t talk about “evil,” save perhaps when it comes to America’s legacy of racism, homophobia, capitalistic greed and the other usual targets of American self-loathing.

For most of the Obama years, talk of evil was largely banished from mainstream discourse. An attitude of “goodbye to all that” prevailed, as the war on terror was rhetorically and legally disassembled and the spare parts put toward building a law-enforcement operation. War was euphemized into “overseas contingency operations” and “kinetic military action.” There was still bloodshed, but the language was often bloodless. Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a protege of al-Qaida guru Anwar al-Awlaki, shouted “Allahu Akbar!” as he killed his colleagues at Fort Hood. The military called the incident “workplace violence.”

But sanitizing the language only works so long as people aren’t paying too much attention. That’s why the Islamic State is so inconvenient to those who hate the word “evil.” Last week, after the group released a video showing American journalist James Foley getting his head cut off, the administration’s rhetoric changed dramatically. The president called the Islamic State a “cancer” that had to be eradicated. Secretary of State John Kerry referred to it as the “face of . . . evil.”

Although most people across the ideological spectrum see no problem with calling Islamic State evil, the change in rhetoric elicited a predictable knee-jerk response. Political scientist Michael Boyle hears an “eerie echo” of Bush’s “evildoers” talk. “Indeed,” he wrote in The New York Times, “condemning the black-clad, masked militants as purely ‘evil’ is seductive, for it conveys a moral clarity and separates ourselves and our tactics from the enemy and theirs.”

James Dawes, the director of the Program in Human Rights and Humanitarianism at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn., agreed in a piece for CNN.com. Using the word “evil,” he wrote, “stops us from thinking.”

But as Goldberg points out, it’s not the people who use the term “evil” who “stop thinking”; it’s the idiots who refuse to think in the category that clearly reflects basic human reality.

The Bible nails these people.  They are “always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.”  And “professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.”

When James Dawes says that “using the term evil stops us from thinking,” he’s not referring to himself or to his leftist ideology.  Of course not.  He’s referring to narrow-minded conservatives who think in ancient and therefore non-progressive and therefore obsolete terms of right and wrong.  He’s referring to those who in their narrow-mindedness refuse to understand morality as “colored by subtle hues of meaning” the way he does, the way Peter Roff does, the way Michael Boyle does, the way Barack Obama does.

Understand that Obama’s political rhetoric may have changed but he is still a doctrinaire liberal who continues to think like the doctrinaire liberal he is.

Obama referred to ISIS after the choreographed video of James Foley’s public beheading as a “cancer.”  But it’s just words.  If Obama truly realized the Islamic State terrorist army was a “cancer” he would order all of our resources to cut that cancer out and remove it no matter how painful that “surgery” would be.  But General Dempsey, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said with crystal clarity that the only way to defeat ISIS is to take them out in Syria:

WASHINGTON — The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria cannot be defeated unless the United States or its partners take on the Sunni militants in Syria, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said Thursday.

“This is an organization that has an apocalyptic end-of-days strategic vision that will eventually have to be defeated,” said the chairman, Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, in his most expansive public remarks on the crisis since American airstrikes began in Iraq. “Can they be defeated without addressing that part of the organization that resides in Syria? The answer is no.”

Obama’s meaningless response to ISIS in Syria makes it clear: Obama will NOT defeat ISIS.  At best, he will play patty cake with “cancer.”   Thank God Obama will eventually go, but when he [finally!!!] does, the “cancer” of ISIS will remain.  Due to the pathological weakness and cowardice of Obama.

ISIS/ISIL has been growing and building for all the years that Obama has been our failed president.  While Obama was mocking them as “JayVee” they were building up with experienced terrorist personnel, seizing territory, seizing BILLIONS of dollars, seizing a vast arsenal of military equipment such that they literally have the power of a true state, and absorbing whole networks to keep becoming more and more and more effective.  While Obama did NOTHING.

Now, understand why I call Obama a “coward” for not taking on a fight that his previous weakness and cowardice caused.  Obama doesn’t give a DAMN if our soldiers die; he’s out golfing.  What makes Obama afraid and a COWARD is that if he tries to stand up and do the right thing, his own leftist base will viciously turn on him.  Because liberals are evil and cowardly and everything that is truly contemptible.  Obama isn’t man enough to deal with his own base; THAT’S what makes him a “coward.”  And a coward he is.

This is a story of of Overseas Contingency Operations, Man-Caused Disasters and how the pathological weakness and moral cowardice of Barack Obama and the Democrat Party has inspired ad emboldened our worst enemies.

One of the things I vividly recall after the capture of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was his statement – after being waterboarded and broken – that he believed that the United States response after the 9/11 attack was so massive and so lethal and so devastating that he doubted that al Qaeda would ever dare to attack the United States again.

The terrorist mastermind was waterboarded until he was “vomiting and screaming.”  He was waterboarded and he was interrogated until he was broken.

Now, we were told by a dishonest media that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was “waterboarded 183 times.”  Which is bullcrap.  He was waterboarded FIVE TIMES, which consisted in 183 pourings of water.

Another lie of the dishonest leftist media is that Mohammed was interrogated during his waterboarding and we could somehow not trust anything he said because people will say anything you want them to say when they are being tortured.  Again, bullcrap.  For one thing, waterboarding consisted in only one aspect of his interrogation.  He wasn’t interrogated AT ALL while he was being waterboarded; the entire process was intended to acheive one thing and one thing only: to alter the terrorist’s perception and to force them to understand their new reality, that the United States of America owned them and would stop at nothing to defeat them and to crush their ideology.  Waterboarding was only one PART of that process that Obama has ENDED.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was wrong, of course, in his assessment that terrorists would never dare to attack the United States again due to the astonishing massiveness of the American response.  He was wrong because his waterboarding colored his thinking such that he failed to remember how pathologically weak the Democrat Party truly is and how inspired and emboldened the pathological weakness of the Democrat Party makes our enemies.  All it took was for one Democrat regime to get elected to re-embolden the stunned and dismayed terrorists.

It was via waterboarding and that breaking process that KSM and the other two terrorists who were WATERBOARDED gave up two key facts that ultimately led to the killing of Osama bin Laden: the name of Osama bin Laden’s courier – Maulawi Abd al-Khaliq – and the city in Pakistan -Abbottabad – where bin Laden was hiding.  Those two crucial pieces of information ultimately enabled American intelligence to track Osama bin Laden to the very house he was living in in that large city.

Barack Obama was able to boast that he got bin Laden.  But he only got him because of the very thing he demonized and criminalized.

America will NEVER break another terrorist until every Democrat has been hunted down with dogs and burned alive.  Because the platform of the Democrat Party is treasonous self-loathing and the refusal to stand up to our enemies and punch them in the mouth before you blow their smirking heads right off their shoulders.

Obama has GUTTED our intelligence capability and he was already at work doing so back in 2009.

Right now we’re seeing the fruits of Obama’s pathological weakness.  For example, when you see the images of beheaded journalist James Foley and the other captured Americans in orange jumpsuits –

A similar outfit, believed to be a jihadist symbol of the prison, was worn by Nicholas Berg, an American businessman kidnapped in Iraq in 2004 whose execution by an Islamic State precursor organization was recorded on video and posted online.

– realize that Barack Obama is very obviously far too much of a damn coward to put terrorists in orange jumpsuits (which scream GITMO), but our terrorist enemies have no such fear of putting Americans in them.

In the same manner, consider how liberals came completely unglued over “the scandal” of Abu Ghraib and terrorists being “abused” and “humiliated.”  And of course it was all Bush’s fault.  But of course the even worse scandals that happened under Obama WEREN’T his fault.  But forget about the leftist abject hypocrisy and simply contrast our Abu Ghraib with how the same people who were such “victims” act when THEY get power: they strip them to their underwear, march them humiliated into the desert and mass-execute them.  The Islamic jihadist terrorists view us as weak because we don’t have the stomach to impose our power the way THEY clearly have.  And liberals are literally morally incapable of saying which is worse – Abu Ghraib where nobody died or ISIS where they slaughter their prisoners like sheep – because their hatred of Bush is only surpassed by their hatred of Truth and Objective, Transcendent Morality.

We’ve got a very firm and clear pattern established: Republicans fight evil and liberals surrender to it.

You look at the disastrous cuts of the 1970s under Carter.  You look at the disastrous cuts under Clinton in the 1990s.  You look at the disastrous gutting of the military under Obama now.  And you realize that Democrats are pathologically stupid people because they are pathological moral idiots who cannot understand the nature of the world because at their core they do not believe in good or evil due to their abandonment of God.

We had the weak disgrace Jimmy Carter.  And then we had Ronald Reagan who had to pick up the pieces of Carter’s disgraceful weakening of America.

Then we had George H.W. Bush’s “This will not stand” contrasted with the Bill Clinton subsequent legacy of disgraceful policy toward terrorism.  Bill Clinton’s legacy was to leave America both weak militarily and blind due to his crippling of our intelligence capabilities.  As I’ve documented more than once:

Why did we get attacked on 9/11? Let’s find out in the words of the man who attacked us after Bill Clinton’s abject fiasco commonly known as Black Hawk Down in Somalia:

“Our boys no longer viewed America as a superpower. So, when they left Afghanistan, they went to Somalia and prepared themselves carefully for a long war. They had thought that the Americans were like the Russians, so they trained and prepared. They were stunned when they discovered how low was the morale of the American soldier. America had entered with 30,000 soldiers in addition to thousands of soldiers from different countries in the world. … As I said, our boys were shocked by the low morale of the American soldier and they realized that the American soldier was just a paper tiger. He was unable to endure the strikes that were dealt to his army, so he fled, and America had to stop all its bragging and all that noise it was making in the press…” — Osama bin Laden

Our military was weak as a result of Clinton’s cuts. How about our intelligence that is tasked with seeing an attack coming??? Clinton gutted that too:

Author James Risen won the Pulitzer Prize on Tuesday for his much ballyhooed New York Times report last December that revealed President Bush’s previously secret terrorist surveillance program – a revelation he uncovered while researching his book “State of War.”

In the same book, however, Risen makes an equally explosive claim about President Clinton’s relationship with the CIA – which his editors at the Times have so far declined to cover.

Upon taking power in 1993, Risen reports, the Clinton administration “began slashing the intelligence budget in search of a peace dividend, and Bill Clinton showed almost no interest in intelligence matters.”
The agency cutbacks combined with presidential disinterest took their toll almost immediately.

“Over a three-or-four-year period in the early-to-mid 1990s,” reports Risen, “virtually an entire generation of CIA officers – the people who had won the Cold War – quit or retired. One CIA veteran compared the agency to an airline that had lost all of is senior pilots . . . “
After Clinton CIA Director John Deutch cashiered several senior officers over a scandal in Guatamala, the situation got even worse.

“Morale [at the CIA] plunged to new lows, and the agency became paralyzed by an aversion to high-risk espionage operations for fear they would lead to political flaps. Less willing to take big risks, the CIA was less able to recruit spies in dangerous places such as Iraq.”

The 9/11 attack was the result of the joke that the military had become as a result of a Bill Clinton who gutted the military budget. Bush I took Reagan’s mantle and won the Cold War and defeated the Soviet-armed Iraqi regime; Bill Clinton tore that great, powerful military apart. And we paid dearly for it. And every single penny that Clinton saved by dismantling our military and our intelligence Bush had to pay a thousandfold.

As Bill Clinton turned over the presidency to George Bush, he turned over a nation that had already been infected with the 9/11 attack.  Every single 9/11 attacker was ALREADY IN AMERICA while Bill Clinton was president.  They already had most of their training.  They already had their funding.

And now we’ve got George W. Bush contrasted with Barack Obama.  Carter tore the military down.  Reagan built it back up and won the Cold War that had begun under the presidency of Harry Truman in the aftermath of World War II.  Bush II continued the military build-up to confront the new threats that were arising in the Middle East; Clinton said a strong military was obsolete and tore it down again.  Bush II built the military up because Clinton had failed America and ignored the warnings of the cancer of terrorism.  And now Obama has gutted it again.  Our military is a shambles under Obama.  Three calendar years ago I was pointing out how evil was spreading like  cancer in the Middle East under Obama.  That is simply a fact and has BEEN a fact that our enemies have noted just as they have taken Obama’s measure and noted his personal weakness.  And if you want to tell me that Obama’s putrid weakness has worked better for us that Bush’s policy of FIGHTING OUR ENEMIES, please don’t write to me, because weaklings and cowards make me sick and I’m sick of being sickened by people like you.

Bill Clinton said the right things when it was politically expedient for him to do so and then denied the very things he said when it was politically expedient for him to do so.  He stood for nothing.  And it was just hollow words, much like when Obama calls ISIS/ISIL a “cancer” and then refuses to stop its spread and kill it.

A liberal writer writing for the liberal Daily Beast and quoted by a different liberal publication framed the rise of al Qaeda from the dust of death it had been in thus:

The regeneration of al Qaeda in Iraq and its expansion into Syria is a warning to American decision makers. Few al Qaeda franchises or associated movements have ever been permanently destroyed. They can be disrupted and dismantled and yet fully regenerate once the pressure subsides. [Daily Beast]

Let me simply ask you: who kept the pressure on and who took the pressure OFF?  It was OBAMA who took the pressure off these terrorists and allowed them to rebuild.  Who on the other hand has been screaming to keep the pressure ON and been repeatedly demonized for doing so?  The Republicans who have the courage to face reality while the Democrats are COWARDS to their cores.

Which is why Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, “both close allies and military partners, acted without informing Washington, leaving the Obama administration on the sidelines.”  As they New York Times put it in describing how these two nations took matters into their own hands (because Obama was cowering in a corner when he wasn’t strutting around on a golf green) and bombed ISIS in Syria.  We are now completely irrelevant, even to our closest ALLIES in the region.  We spent the last century building our power and our alliances so that we could shape events.  And one weak, cowardly petty tyrant has squandered all of our influence and prestige and ability to project power away from us.

There is something chilling about the execution by beheading of James Foley that you need to understand:

A video posted on YouTube, later removed, purported to show the execution of James Foley after he recited a statement in which he called the U.S. government “my real killers.”

Foley gave them what they wanted.  He said everything they wanted him to say, did everything they wanted him to do.  And then they slaughtered him anyway.

You can’t appease these people.  You can’t compromise with them.  You can’t negotiate with them.  You can’t “seek to understand them.”  Tolerance is a form of suicide.

The Democrat Party has not understood that since 1968.

You either fight and defeat jihadist terrorism or you knuckle under and surrender to it.  And history has now proven again and again that Democrats will surrender to terrorism every chance they get.  Because they are moral idiots who are incapable of truly believing in good and evil and therefore have an innate tendency to seek to compromise with evil and negotiate with it and ultimately to surrender to it.

There is a simple formula of wisdom or common sense: when it comes to a strong military and reliable intelligence, would you rather have when you may not need – as conservatives have been arguing we should have since we were caught completely flat-footed and weak when we were attacked to start World War II – or would you rather desperately need when you do not have as Democrats desire?  That formula has led to disaster over and over again.  And it has led to disaster now.  Conservatives want a greater projection of strength to DETER aggression; Democrats want more welfare, more dependency, fewer people with jobs, a weaker America, an America that will bare its throat to the scimitar.

There are TWO forms of evil that are both working in concert to destroy America today: one is the evil of ISIS terrorists and the other is the evil of the Democrat Party that has enabled them to so gain the upper hand and which continues to be the only barrier to America having the resolve to fight them and destroy them.  And interestingly both forms of evil are mutually parasitic upon the other: the terrorists cannot win without the Democrat’s movement of cowardly appeasement and surrender; and the modern Democrats need to have Republicans take a strong stand against evil so they can backstab and undermine and demagogue and demonize and fearmonger that strong resolve as they whine, “They’re going to drag you into another war if you vote for them!”

Your vote in November, in 2016 and beyond will be a historic affirmation of whether you have courage or whether you are a true coward.

There’s this narrative that conservatives and Republicans favor the big rich guy and the corporations and that liberals and Democrats favor the little, poor guy and the workers.

Allow me to preface story one by pointing out that Warren Buffett is the poster-boy for rampant liberal hypocrisy.  The man is a tax-dodging advocate for Obama’s tax and spend policies.  He’s a guy who says other people ought to pay high taxes while HE DOESN’T PAY THE TAXES HE OWES, LET ALONG THE HIGHER TAXES HE SAYS HE’S WILLING TO PAY.

The “Proud Whopper” to celebrate gay pride, will be in a rainbow wrap.

Burger King released a short film Wednesday on YouTube featuring patrons’ reactions when opening the new burger, offered during San Francisco’s Pride Parade Sunday, June 29. The burger appears different on the outside, but soon enough customers realize it’s the same Whopper the fast-food chain has been selling for years. Once unwrapped, the words “We are all the same inside” are revealed on the wrapper.

“I cried in there because I was overwhelmed,” one patron said in the video. “A burger has never made me cry before.”

“Have it your way” has been changed to “Be your way.”

God knows what that “patron” is talking about.  That sodomy burger makes Him cry, too.

I have never walked through the doors of a Burger Queen since, for the record.  If conservatives started to boycott liberal companies the way liberals target conservative businesses, there would be a truce right quick in the boycott industry.  But as it is, liberals are free to target any business they don’t like for doing anything they don’t like that business doing, while conservatives stand on the “principle” of allowing businesses to do what they want.  With the result being that our businesses are naked and exposed and quickly fold while the rest of the businesses realize that they had better get in bed with the rabid left because it won’t cost them anything to do so and it will cost them dearly if they don’t.

Burger King’s $11.4-billion deal for Canadian coffee-and-doughnut chain Tim Hortons Inc. — with a new headquarters in Canada — sparked calls for a boycott and criticism of billionaire Warren Buffett, who is helping to finance the merger..

The latest in a series of corporate offshore tax-reducing moves, known as inversions, also puts the Obama administration in a difficult spot as it tries to stem the flow of U.S. companies moving to countries such as Canada with lower tax rates.

“I’ve eaten my last Whopper,” Oscar G. Echeverría of Irvine vowed Tuesday in one of dozens of negative comments about the deal on Burger King’s Facebook page.

Alejandra Aguilar, 35, of East Los Angeles said she planned to stop going to Burger King, where she eats once or twice a month.

“If that goes through, especially if it means the loss of money and jobs in the U.S., I would definitely boycott them,” said Aguilar, who works as a distributor for a beauty company. “I would, even though I love the little burgers.”

Burger King Worldwide Inc. executives said the move to create a corporate holding company in Canada was not a tax dodge. Instead, they said, it was justified because Canada would be the new company’s largest market. They noted that Burger King would remain a stand-alone brand with its headquarters still in Miami.

The outrage over another corporation moving out of the U.S. normally would fuel President Obama’s recent efforts to tighten restrictions on inversions. But the role of Obama ally Buffett, whose firm is investing $3 billion to finance the deal, muddled the message for the administration.

Buffett has been a staunch advocate of companies and citizens paying their fair share of taxes — so much so that the administration’s proposal to force millionaires to pay the same share of their income in taxes as middle-class families is known as the Buffett Rule.

But on Tuesday, Buffett was criticized as a hypocrite even though he echoed Burger King’s comments that the move was not done to avoid paying U.S. taxes.

“It has to be twisting the White House in messaging and political knots,” said Chris Krueger, a Washington policy analyst with Guggenheim Securities.

“How can you hammer a deal for tax policies when the very person your signature tax policy — the Buffett Rule — is named after is involved and argues that [the deal] is not tax-motivated?” Krueger said.

“The White House cannot paint this as a black-and-white issue, and Buffett’s involvement shows that it is more like 50 shades of gray,” he said.

Burger King’s purchase of Tim Hortons, creating the world’s third-largest fast-food company, is one of the highest-profile tax inversions so far.

In such a maneuver, which is legal, a U.S. company buys a foreign competitor in a nation with a lower corporate tax rate and shifts its headquarters to that country. As inversions have gained in popularity in recent years, the Obama administration and some congressional Democrats have been pushing for new restrictions.

Can Supt. Deasy survive LAUSD’s iPad fiasco?

So, remember that $1-billion plan to get iPads for each and every Los Angeles Unified student the district has been working on and steadfastly defending for a couple of years now?

Forget about it. The deal is off, creating a new round of L.A. Unified chaos just as another school year begins.

The announcement came just days after the release of emails detailing Supt. John Deasy’s cozy contacts with Apple and curriculum software manufacturer Pearson before they were awarded large contracts.

Deasy, who has denied any improprieties, actually tried to put a positive spin on the long-running fiasco when he announced that the deal with Apple was kaput. The decision, he said in a memo to school board members Monday night, will “enable us to take advantage of an ever-changing marketplace and technology advances.… We will incorporate the lessons learned from the original procurement process….”

You’d think all had gone according to plan, but make no mistake:

Despite the upbeat, moving-on tone of that message, the Deasy pullback is a defining moment in his tenure. It was nothing short of a forced surrender to critics who have argued for months that Deasy charged ahead on the iPad project as if he knew best and everyone else’s job was to get out of the way.

And what did that get us? A commitment to spend tens of millions of dollars on pricey tablets and on software programs that hadn’t even been developed.

And the iPad fiasco is not the only problem bearing down on Deasy.

He’s got a newly radicalized teachers union calling for his scalp in the middle of contract negotiations. The two sides are miles apart on a range of issues, including salaries, teacher evaluations and the ever-rancorous philosophical divide over the corporate and nonprofit influences on public education.

He’s potentially lost his reliable majority on the school board with the election of George McKenna to an open seat.

He’s got the possibility of a new round of investigations into the Apple/Pearson deals by the L.A. Unified inspector general because of the emails.

And the school district, which years ago ditched a disastrous $120-million computerized student tracking system, is now trying to figure out how to fix persistent problems with the new $20-million system that replaced it. Early glitches have sent some parents and teachers into a tizzy over ridiculously large class sizes and misplaced transcripts, among other mishaps, and Jefferson High students staged a sit-in.

But getting back to iPads, Deasy’s white-flag moment follows not only the email release, but also comes in the wake of a damning report on the bidding process by an L.A. Unified technology committee. A draft, obtained last week by my colleague Howard Blume, covered what critics have been telling me and others for more than a year — that the rules of the bidding process appeared to benefit Apple and Pearson, and that there was at least an appearance of a conflict of interest on the district’s part.

And the emails really make you want to hold your nose.

“I believe we would have to make sure that your bid is the lowest one,” now-departed Deasy deputy Jaime Aquino wrote to Pearson in May 2012, two years before the contract was approved.

Aquino, if you have forgotten, had been an executive with a Pearson affiliate prior to heading up Deasy’s tech implementation plan.

Deasy — who graciously appeared in a promotional video for iPads before the contracts were awarded — later jumped in on that same email conversation.

“Understand your points and we need to work together on this quickly,” wrote Deasy, later adding he did not want to lose “an amazing opportunity.”

Deasy maintains that the emails were not about the larger, $1-billion tech plan but about “a pilot program we did at several schools months before we decided to do a large-scale implementation.”

Even if you believe that, along with Deasy’s claim that “nothing was done in any inappropriate way whatsoever,” his contact with Apple and Pearson raises countless questions about whether a legitimate bidding process was ever an objective.

“You should make every bidder think they have a slim chance of getting the job,” said Stuart Magruder, the school bond oversight committee member who briefly lost his post for asking too many questions about all of this. Deasy “didn’t do that. He created an environment where Apple and Pearson probably didn’t have to be as creative as they could have been.”

Or as thrifty. As Magruder noted, the district agreed to a far higher cost per device than what other districts were paying. Magruder also argued that he believes the main objective with digital devices has always been to facilitate more test-taking rather than better teaching and deeper, more meaningful learning experiences for students.

“There are all of these adults fighting among themselves and doing nothing to actually get the kids educated,” Magruder said. “And so many skirmishes between us seem to drive more skirmishes.”

So here we are, back to square one after a couple of wasted years, with Deasy calling for the process to begin all over again. It’s almost as if now he’s in a hurry to make everyone forget the past.

But it remains to be seen whether the superintendent, having lost a great deal of credibility, can survive the political fallout and learn enough from his blunders to lead the way more capably.

“I think that John Deasy lives by the sword and suffers by the sword of urgency,” L.A. Unified board member Steve Zimmer said. “I wouldn’t want him to not be urgent, and not be impatient, but sometimes there’s a cost to that.”

So, yeah.  An überleftist crony capitalist fascist liberal school superintendent from one of the most radically liberal cities on EARTH is caught pretty much red-handed committing about every sort of fraud known to man.  And he did it with YOUR tax dollars.  Because THAT’S what liberalism does.

You need to understand: according to liberalism, it’s evil when a business wants to keep more of its own money rather than pay it out to big government liberals in the form of the highest tax rate on the planet.  Well, unless it’s LIBERALS doing it, which they do every damn bit as much as the people the constantly demonize and slander.  But it’s perfectly FINE when liberals take that giant stash of money they looted from all the businesses they forced to pay all those taxes and “invest it” – crony capitalist fascist liberal style – on their politically-engineered boondoggle.

Mind you, those paragraphs at the beginning of the above article pretty much represent the entire disgraced presidency of Barack Obama.  Let’s just replace the name “Deasy” with the name “Obama” and try it for size:

A White House staffer present at the meeting was quoted by the source as saying, “Petraeus made the mistake of thinking he was still dealing with George Bush instead of with Barack Obama.”  Do it Obama’s way until the obvious fiasco happens and then watch him blame everybody else.  Obama overrode ALL his generals regarding his now-proven idiotic decision to completely abandon Iraq after all the work America had done to secure the country.  Just as Obama would later disregard his ENTIRE national security team when it came to abandoning Syria to terrorists who ultimately exploited Obama’s weak abandonment of Iraq and seized a 36,000 square mile caliphate for themselves.

That’s who liberals are at every turn and in every way.  In the spirit of Romans chapter one – which fits liberals to a “T” – they profess themselves to be wise, but in reality they are utter FOOLS.

And If you still think that liberals are one iota more willing to pay income taxes than conservatives, and if you’re NOT a mindless ideologically leftist moron who is as incapable of comprehending basic reality than a cockroach, just do some reading on green energy liberals and Hollywood liberals and liberals in basically every industry under the sun who lavish themselves with tax breaks at every possible turn.

I live in the California desert, and frankly if I had just one damn penny for every phone call I keep receiving from some leftist “green” business trying to capitalize on Obama green energy boondoggles to install subsidized solar energy panels “at no cost to you,” I’d be so filthy rich I’D BE THE ONE BUYING TIM HORTONS instead of Warren Buffett and Burger Queen.

The left has had a strangehold on our education system – both public schools and colleges and universities – for several generations now.  And they have made America dumber and dumber and dumber and less and less and less religious.  And now its no accident that we’re stupid enough to believe damn well anything.

When the Antichrist comes to take over what liberals started, he’ll have a ready-made population to manipulate with the same sort of lies that liberals have been beaming into the skulls of moral imbeciles since the 1960s.

And one of the core lies is and will continue to remain the lie that liberals only want to help you and conservatives only want to hurt you.  When if anything its the other damn way around.

 Update, Thursday, August 28, 2014: Yep, just one day after I wrote this, liberal Democrats just forked over $330 million to their fellow Hollywood liberal buddies in the form of “tax credits.”

Or how about this “little guy” that liberal Democrats love to give your money to: big labor unions.  The same day and again in the same Los Angeles Times there is an acknowledgement that DEMOCRATS are responsible for stacking the deck against taxpayers and loading up the pension boards with liberal union members who override and outvote the taxpayers  again and again and again while cities across the nation go bankrupt.  When Gov. Brown tried to enact a “modest pension reform measure,” the union-packed board made it meaningless and “The state’s overwhelmingly Democratic legislature refused” to prevent the outright ROBBERY of the taxpayers.

So when somebody tells you that Democrats care about the little guy, it wouldn’t be the least bit inappropriate of you to just start urinating right in their face.

U.S. District Judge Cormac J. Carney, ruled on a petition by death row inmate Ernest Dewayne Jones, who was sentenced to die nearly two decades ago.

Carney said the state’s death penalty has created long delays and uncertainty for inmates, most of whom will never be executed.

He noted that more than 900 people have been sentenced to death in California since 1978 but only 13 have been executed.

“For the rest, the dysfunctional administration of California’s death penalty system has resulted, and will continue to result, in an inordinate and unpredictable period of delay preceding their actual execution,” Carney wrote.

Carney’s ruling can be appealed to the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of  Appeals.

Carney, an appointee of former President George W. Bush, said the delays have created a “system in which arbitrary factors, rather than legitimate ones like the nature of the crime or the date of the death sentence, determine whether an individual will actually be executed,” Carney said.

In overturning Jones’ death sentence,  Carney noted that the inmate faced “complete uncertainty as to when, or even whether” he will be executed.

The “random few” who will be executed  “will have languished for so long on Death Row that their execution will serve no retributive or deterrent purpose and will be arbitrary,”  Carney said.

“No rational person,” Carney wrote, “can question that the execution of an individual carries with it the solemn obligation of the government to ensure that the punishment is not arbitrarily imposed and that it furthers the interests of society.”

Natasha Minsker, a director of the ACLU of Northern California, said Wednesday’s ruling marked the first time that a federal judge had found  the state’s current system unconstitutional. She said it was also “the first time any judge has ruled systemic delay creates an arbitrary system that serves no legitimate purpose and is therefore unconstitutional.”

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge in 1995 sentenced Jones to death for the 1992 rape and killing of Julia Miller, his girlfriend’s mother. Jones killed Miller 10 months after being paroled for a previous rape.

A spokesman for Atty. Gen. Kamala D. Harris said only that her office was reviewing the decision.

Okay, so let’s understand what the liberal judge said to this point: the death penalty is “unconstitutional.”  Why?  Because the delays in jumping through all the “due process” hoops took so long that it amounts to “cruel and unusual punishment.”

Okay, so – shocker alert here – liberals don’t like the death penalty so they love to rule that it is “unconstitutional.”  It doesn’t matter that the damn death penalty was being implemented before, during and after the Constitution was written.  It boils down to this: if liberals don’t like something, that thing is “unconstitutional,” because the “Constitution” is a “living, breathing document” that only means whatever the hell a liberal wants it to mean at any given moment.  So the death penalty is “unconstitutional” for the same reason that being opposed to the MURDER of more than fifty-six million innocent babies is “unconstitutional” or being for marriage as it has been defined for all of human history up to now is “unconstitutional.”

But keep in mind that at the center of the liberal judges reasoning is that the lengthy delays in jumping through all the due process hurdles creates “cruel and unusual punishing.”  I mean, like if you could just snuff out these rabid dogs faster, it would be okay.

Okay, this will stun the hell out of you: liberals are suing on a different matter to get their way at the same moment they’re suing here.  Consider their reasoning for this lawsuit:

A coalition of immigrant rights groups have filed a lawsuit challenging the federal government’s expedited deportation process, claiming that it is unfair to women and children who flee Central America to seek safety in the US.

The groups claim the Obama administration’s new policies have created a “deportation mill” at a new government family detention center in Artesia, New Mexico.

“As the attorneys on the ground in Artesia have told us, the government is implementing a new expedited removal system which presents procedural obstacles that make it incredibly difficult for these women to even articulate their claim,” said Trina Realmuto, staff attorney at the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild.

The National Immigration Project, American Immigration Council, ACLU and National Immigration Law Center filed the suit, MSPC v Johnson, in the US district court for the District of Columbia on Friday. They claim the Obama administration’s policies are unfair and violate the Immigration and Nationality Act and US constitution.

Advocates say women in these facilities do not receive proper counsel or time to file asylum claims, which are known for taking time to process.

Okay, so liberals – who rabidly hate the death penalty because deep down they KNOW that they frankly deserve it so damn much themselves – claim that it’s “unconstitutional” because of the lengthy time to pursue all the due process hurdles.  I mean, it’s “cruel and unusual” to make somebody go through that many appeals (that liberals themselves turned into a farce that drags on for years and years).  But at the same time, since they are open-borders loons who want to overwhelm and “fundamentally transform” the United States of America using the votes of illegal immigrants to do it, they claim the very opposite thing with immigration.  “It’s taking too long to execute criminals so the death penalty is bad” becomes “it’s not taking long enough to process tens – soon to be hundreds – of thousands of illegal immigrants.

In other words, liberals will literally sue you for zigging and they’ll sue you for sagging.  You can’t win with these hypocrite demoniacs.

Liberalism is circular reasoning that begins with, “I want x” or “I don’t want y” and then plays whatever rhetorical games are needed with the law to get what it wants.

They are not decent people who are driven by any code of ethics.  The ends justify the means for them every bit as much as it did for the Nazis or for the Stalinists.  And they will twist and pervert the system any way that is needed to force it to give them what they want.  Or else they’ll violently riot.  Because in their hearts they are FASCISTS.

We’re seeing it play out in Ferguson, Missouri as we speak: liberals aren’t interested in “justice” or “fairness.”  They want what they want and damn whatever laws or regulations or Constitution that gets in their wicked way.  So the Democrat governor calls for “aggressive prosecution” of a police officer even before a grand jury determines that there should even BE a prosecution:

The governor of Missouri has become a textbook example of what a politician should not do or say during a crisis that is a racially-explosive powder keg just waiting for the fuse to be lit.

And really that’s being very kind to Jay Nixon. His words in an address on Tuesday night to Missouri residents — and therefore in this case the nation — were incredibly biased and spoken with an almighty know-it-all tone. Those words were outrageous.

Ferguson, Mo., is that powder keg because of the shooting of a young black man by a six-year veteran police officer on Aug. 9.

No one — absolutely no one — at this point can definitively say what happened leading up to the confrontation between 18-year-old Michael Brown, who is black, and officer Darren Wilson, who is white, nor can anyone relate accurately what transpired in the tragic couple minutes of the incident that claimed Brown’s life.

That’s the job of those investigating the situation, including a grand jury that convened on Wednesday.

Nixon on Tuesday night said “a vigorous prosecution must now be pursued” in the case.

That’s not even subtle. He clearly said that there needs to be an aggressive prosecution of Wilson.

Only problem right now, governor, he hasn’t been charged with anything in the case and his side of the story hasn’t even been officially heard yet.

However, the governor of Missouri has charged the police officer with his words and given marching orders to prosecutors to go after him in court with every legal weapon in their arsenal.

The loss of Brown’s life in Ferguson is simply sad and dreadful. But in the name of justice let the process run its course to a conclusion wherever it goes.

As for the governor — what an horrendous abuse of his power

Democrats are people who side with vicious thugs who grab and intimidate business owners and commit strong arm robbery before striding down the middle of the street and punching cops in the face who get in their damn way.

And to quote Eric Holders Department of Injustice, “Never bring a lawsuit against a black.”  It doesn’t matter what “justice” is.  Justice is a totalitarian witch who is only “blind” because rabid hatred and contempt for everything that stands in the way of dictatorial liberalism MAKES her blind.  And bitter and wanting to burn and loot as well.  But don’t you EVER bring a lawsuit against a black in Eric Holder’s Department of Injustice.

The left wants the prosecutor in the Ferguson, Missouri case – whose been in office for 20 years and who was just re-elected only DAYS before the shooting – thrown off the case.  Because they want to jury-rig the outcome and get what they want.  THAT’S “justice” to the left: we get what we want and we destroy all obstacles in the way of getting what we want.  Or else we riot.

They’re claiming that since St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch’s father was gunned down by a black man that he’s biased.

Well, I’ll agree that if the prosecutor had said stuff like, “This is personal to me,” or else if he’d said “I’m here for the police,” or if he’d vowed to protect white people, etc., etc., he should be tossed.

But do you know who DID say crap like that coming from the opposite direction?  Obama’s lawthug Eric Holder.

Oh, yes, this matter is “deeply personal” to Eric Holder.  So let’s throw objectivity out the door and let our biases soar:

Of Holder’s arrival, USA Today writer Kevin Johnson observes that for the AG the situation in Ferguson is “deeply personal.” Johnson quotes as having told Ferguson residents at a community meeting yesterday:

I am the Attorney General of the United States, but I am also a black man. I can remember being stopped on the New Jersey turnpike on two occasions and accused of speeding. Pulled over. … ‘Let me search your car’ … Go through the trunk of my car, look under the seats and all this kind of stuff. I remember how humiliating that was and how angry I was and the impact it had on me.

This of course is nothing new for Holder, who has made race an issue throughout his tenure as the nation’s top cop. As Jeff Dunetz reminds us, Holder has allowed his own skin color to interfere with his judgment as head of the Department of Justice, so why should his handling of the Freguson investigation proceed any differently?

Johnson has another quote by Holder, made to a group of community leaders assembled at a local community college. (As an aside, the AG certainly did a lot of speechifying on his first day in town). He said:

The eyes of the nation and the world are watching Ferguson right now. The world is watching because the issues raised by the shooting of Michael Brown predate this incident. This is something that has a history to it, and the history simmers beneath the surface in more communities than just Ferguson.

Holder is assuming, like the mobs pillaging the town nightly, that racism is involved here. That is not just premature and reckless. It is blatantly outside the scope of the law. It is reminiscent of the very revealing comment about “empathy” made in 2007 by candidate Barack Obama, who said

We need somebody who’s got the heart, the empathy, to recognize what it’s like to be a young teenage mom, the empathy to understand what it’s like to be poor or African-American or gay or disabled or old — and that’s the criterion by which I’ll be selecting my judges. [Emphasis added]

Empathy and compassion are positive traits. But they have no business in a court of law. Judges are supposed to be interpreters of the law and are sworn to render verdicts dispassionately, based on evidence and testimony. That is why justice as wearing a blindfold.

Imagine the hellstorm had Bob McColloch said the racial equivalent: “I am the Prosecutor of St. Louis County, but I am also a white man.  I can remember when my daddy was murdered by a black thug…”

The NAACP is in this racial stew up to its neck.  Just imagine if “NAACP” stood for “National Association for the Advancement of Caucasian People.”

Just imagine if our society were actually FAIR and blacks got back the racial bullcrap they’ve been pissing at the rest of America for a change.

I can’t say for sure, but I’ve got a feeling that the black community would very quickly be willing to return to Martin Luther King’s “I have a dream” vision.  You know, the one where we’re all equal and nobody gets to be treated any different than anybody else rather than the one we’ve got where blacks get to be as racist as hell is hot while denying they’re capable of racism because they’ve got the most arbitrary and self-serving definition of “racism” in the entire space-time universe.

Eric Holder says he is “here for the community.”  By which he really means the vicious mob that’s been rioting and looting and burning.  He spent HOURS with the Brown family and with the same community rabble-rousers that his boss Obama came from.  But not one nanosecond with the cop who was viciously punched in the face before he was forced to go through a life-or-death struggle for his service weapon while he laid on his back in his own squad car with a giant thug on top of him.

Just imagine how you would feel if you were in a courtroom literally fighting for your life and the judge walked over and hugged your opponent just before taking the bench and calling the court to order.  That’s what’s going on here.

So the same left that demands McCulloch resign, recuse himself, be dismissed, whatever because of the threat of bias LOVES bias.  As long as that rabid bias is distorting legal reality to suit their race agenda.

So if the left can’t get McCulloch forced out, what’s their next move?  Delegitimize the grand jury in advance and threaten to riot if they don’t get their way.

A Democrat State Senator put her call for a race riot in the form of a “prediction”:

“If you should decide not to indict this police officer, the rioting witnessed this past week will seem like a picnic compared to the havoc that will likely occur.”

Well, I mean, yeah, given the fact that you and your race-baiting pal Al Sharpton are going to go out and foment racial violence the way you do whenever you don’t get your way.

I want you to understand what’s going on here: one side – the conservatives – want a government that will basically leave them the hell alone.  They want a LIMITED federal government.  They want a federal government bound by the separation of powers.  They want laissez-faire free market capitalism, rather than liberal crony capitalist regulations that benefit one politically-chosen side and punish the other.  They want individual liberty and individual personal responsibility.  The other side wants more and more and more government.  They want a president who is “sort of God” who will run roughshod over the Constitution to impose his way by raw force.

One side wants life; the other side wants more abortion-murders than were killed on all sides, civilian and military, in the bloodiest war in all of human history combined.  One side wants marriage as all of human history has defined it; the other side wants the perversion of homosexual sodomy.  One side wants individual liberty and individual personal responsibility; the other side wants a totalitarian nanny-state that will redistribute the wealth the way they want to reward their friends and punish their enemies.  One side wants freedom according to the spirit that our founding fathers created America to be; the other side wants totalitarian government slavery in the mode of European socialist leaders like Hitler and Stalin.  And that side that wants all these evil things will break any law, violate any regulation, interfere with justice in any way, to GET their way.

The only way to have a fair fight here is if BOTH sides were out to use the raw power of government and the courts to get their way to crush and to rule over the other.  But only the rabid left is doing that.

Which is why America is doomed and which is why the Antichrist is coming just as the Bible told us the ultimate big-government totalitarian dictator would come.

Just realize that we are dealing with an ideology in the left that defines “justice” as “we get our way no matter what” and “injustice” as if we don’t get our way we’re going to start rioting.”

Venezuela proposes fingerprinting grocery shoppers

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Venezuelans could soon have to scan their fingerprints to buy bread.

President Nicolas Maduro says a mandatory fingerprinting system is being implemented at grocery stores to combat food shortages by keeping people from buying too much of a single item. He calls it an “anti-fraud system” like the fingerprint scan the country uses for voting.

In announcing the plan late Wednesday, Maduro did not say when the system would take effect, but other administration officials suggested it could be in place by December or January.

The move was met with skepticism. Critics said the new system is tantamount to rationing and constitutes a breach of privacy. Others simply wondered if anything short of a systemic overhaul of the economy could help the socialist South American country’s chronically bare shelves.

Venezuela has been grappling with shortages of basic goods like cooking oil and flour for more than a year. In the spring, the administration tried out a similar system in government-run supermarkets on a voluntary basis.

Rigid currency controls and a shortage of U.S. dollars have made it increasingly difficult for Venezuelans to find imported products. Price controls don’t help either, with producers complaining that some goods are priced too low to make a profit and justify production.

The administration blames the shortages both on companies speculating with an eye toward future profits and on black market vendors who buy groceries at subsidized prices and illegally resell them for several times the amount.

In his announcement, Maduro floated the possibility of easing some of the country’s price controls, though he did not provide specifics. Defenders of the controls say that by keeping prices for basic goods artificially low, Venezuela helps the nation’s poor lead more dignified lives.

Last week, Venezuela began closing its border with Colombia at night in an effort to cut down on smuggling, which Maduro has said diverts nearly half of Venezuela’s food.

As of January, more than a quarter of basic staples were out of stock in Venezuelan stores, according to the central bank’s scarcity index.

Evil man will NEVER turn to God.  If Government doesn’t work, obviously the only solution is still MORE Government.  Always.  Never God.  Never His ways.  Never.

And being evil, thus the stratagem to bring us closer and closer and closer to the Mark of the Beast.  Because the Antichrist and the Mark of the Beast is ultimately what the left yearns for in this world.

The Mark of the Beast is a global economic and political system that will have profoundly spiritual implications.  In choosing it, people will be officially and permanently rejecting God and confirming that they are Government’s citizens rather than God’s people.  And they will be damned to hell forever and ever the moment they take it on their right hand or on their forehead.

What is fascinating is that the RFD chips that already are ready for implementation RIGHT NOW are going to go in the forehead (just look over the scanner) or the hand (just pass your hand through the scanner).

Coin and paper money is already largely gone with the overwhelming majority of transactions being digital.

With such money gone, and digital money all that remains to buy and sell, it ought to be obvious to anyone who isn’t a fool that all that remains is for a political system to seize control of it to exploit it to their ends.

With the mark, everything you do will be automatically tracked and monitored by the Government.  Without the mark, no one will be able to buy or sell ANYTHING.  You will be shut out of the economy.  You won’t even be able to barter.  Because if those who have taken the mark buy more food to trade you for some good you have, the Government will automatically know that someone has purchased more food than their “quota” and investigators will come to demand an official account.

We can see it happening and we can know that it’s coming.

God’s people have known about this for 2,000 years.  But the secular humanists, the liberals, the socialists, the Islamic fascists – all who worship a Government State in place of the God of the Bible and His Word – will never see it.  And so they will fall right into the most wicked scheme in the world even though that wicked scheme has been described for millennia.

Obama’s Outright, Apalling LIE As He Avoids Responsibility For HIS Appallingly Poor Decision Covered Up By Mainstream Media – But Here It Is

Obama is the most documented liar in the entire history of the human race, bar NONE.  NO HUMAN BEING in the entire history of the world has been seen by so many telling so many lies.

I stated that fact after Obama had “fundamentally transformed” America’s health care system based on lie after lie after lie after lie after lie.

But I’m going to add the word “treasonous” to “liar.”  Because when you lie about the national security of the United States of America, that’s what you are: a traitor.

It wasn’t that long ago that Barack Obama angrily denounced as a lie the allegation that he was responsible for the decision to withdraw US forces from Iraq – which of course facilitated the invasion from across Syria into Iraq by ISIS/ISIL:

QUESTION: Mr. President, do you have any second thoughts about pulling all ground troops out of Iraq? And does it give you pause as the U.S. — is it doing the same thing in Afghanistan?

PRESIDENT OBAMA: What I just find interesting is the degree to which this issue keeps on coming up, as if this was my decision. Under the previous administration, we had turned over the country to a sovereign, democratically elected Iraqi government. In order for us to maintain troops in Iraq, we needed the invitation of the Iraqi government and we needed assurances that our personnel would be immune from prosecution if, for example, they were protecting themselves and ended up getting in a firefight with Iraqis, that they wouldn’t be hauled before an Iraqi judicial system.

And the Iraqi government, based on its political considerations, in part because Iraqis were tired of a U.S. occupation, declined to provide us those assurances. And on that basis, we left. We had offered to leave additional troops. So when you hear people say, do you regret, Mr. President, not leaving more troops, that presupposes that I would have overridden this sovereign government that we had turned the keys back over to and said, you know what, you’re democratic, you’re sovereign, except if I decide that it’s good for you to keep 10,000 or 15,000 or 25,000 Marines in your country, you don’t have a choice — which would have kind of run contrary to the entire argument we were making about turning over the country back to Iraqis, an argument not just made by me, but made by the previous administration.

So let’s just be clear: The reason that we did not have a follow-on force in Iraq was because the Iraqis were — a majority of Iraqis did not want U.S. troops there, and politically they could not pass the kind of laws that would be required to protect our troops in Iraq. [link]

If you go to this recent article, I’ve got Obama’s “I got us out of Iraq” boasts ad nauseam.  And they SHOULD make you nauseous.  One of the quotes I cite is this one when Obama boasts that he is pulling out all forces from Iraq in 2011:

“I ran for this office in part to end our war in Iraq and welcome our troops home, and that’s what we’ve done. As commander in chief, I will not allow the United States to be dragged into fighting another war in Iraq. And so even as we support Iraqis as they take the fight to these terrorists, American combat troops will not be returning to fight in Iraq, because there’s no American military solution to the larger crisis in Iraq.”

So we already knew that when Barack Obama claimed that it wasn’t HIS decision to pull US forces out of Iraq and leave a vacuum for the next terrorist organization to occupy, Obama was a liar without shame, without decency, without honor, without integrity, without courage, without virtue of any kind.

Barack Hussein Obama is a pathologically wicked man.  And I believe that it is clear that he is a truly demon-possessed man.

But we have more now: which the mainstream media would have long since dug up had the president been a Republican liar rather than a Democrat liar.  We actually have Obama in a national debate specifically disavowing any status of forces agreement and arguing that he was hell bent on cutting and running and would not allow American troops to remain in Iraq:

In fact, Obama very clearly objected when Mitt Romney declared during a debate that both he and Obama would have preferred a status-of-forces agreement (SOFA) that left a residual force in Iraq:

“With regards to Iraq, you and I agreed, I believe, that there should be a status of forces agreement,” Romney told Obama as the two convened on the Lynn University campus in Boca Raton, Fla., that October evening. “That’s not true,” Obama interjected. “Oh, you didn’t want a status of forces agreement?” Romney asked as an argument ensued. “No,” Obama said. “What I would not have done is left 10,000 troops in Iraq that would tie us down. That certainly would not help us in the Middle East.”

So when Obama tries to disavow and duck his personal responsibility for his incredibly godawful, outrageous, immoral decision to pull our troops out of Iraq rather than leave a residual force that would have kept Iraq as safe and as secure as Obama and Biden BOASTED it had become after George Bush won the Iraq War after Democrats did EVERYTHING they could to thwart him and undermine him and demonize him and slander him for doing so, HE IS A LIAR.

Joe Biden said the following about the Iraq War that President Bush had won:

“I am very optimistic about — about Iraq. I mean, this could be one of the great achievements of this administration. You’re going to see 90,000 American troops come marching home by the end of the summer. You’re going to see a stable government in Iraq that is actually moving toward a representative government.”

So we have it on documented historical record that Obama and his administration weren’t just claiming credit for ending the war and pulling all our troops out; they were claiming credit for the safe, stable, peaceful Iraq that had been left behind as Bush left office.

We’ve got Obama’s own words to confirm that FACT from 2011 when he was pulling all our troops out:

“This strategy is grounded in a clear and achievable goal shared by the Iraqi people and the American people: an Iraq that is sovereign, stable, and self-reliant.”

and:

“[W]e will work to promote an Iraqi government that is just, representative, and accountable, and that provides neither support nor safe haven to terrorists.”

We also know that the military was BEGGING Obama to change his mind with his incredibly stupid, depraved and evil decision to pull all out troops out and piss away all the sacrifices we had made:

Obama’s decision to override Petraeus’s recommendation has not ended the conflict between the president and senior military officers over troop withdrawal, however. There are indications that Petraeus and his allies in the military and the Pentagon, including Gen. Ray Odierno, now the top commander in Iraq, have already begun to try to pressure Obama to change his withdrawal policy.

A network of senior military officers is also reported to be preparing to support Petraeus and Odierno by mobilising public opinion against Obama’s decision.

Petraeus was visibly unhappy when he left the Oval Office, according to one of the sources. A White House staffer present at the meeting was quoted by the source as saying, “Petraeus made the mistake of thinking he was still dealing with George Bush instead of with Barack Obama.”

Petraeus, Gates and Odierno had hoped to sell Obama on a plan that they formulated in the final months of the Bush administration that aimed at getting around a key provision of the U.S.-Iraqi withdrawal agreement signed envisioned re-categorising large numbers of combat troops as support troops. That subterfuge was by the United States last November while ostensibly allowing Obama to deliver on his campaign promise.

The generals KNEW this disaster would happen as terrorists swept back in.  But Barack Obama, reckless, demon-possessed Democrat FOOL that he is, ignored them and overrode them.

President Obama’s decision to pull all U.S. forces out of Iraq by Dec. 31 is an “absolute disaster” that puts the burgeoning Arab democracy at risk of an Iranian “strangling,” said an architect of the 2007 troop surge that turned around a losing war.

Retired Army Gen. John M. Keane was at the forefront of persuading President George W. Bush to scuttle a static counterinsurgency strategy and replace it with 30,000 reinforcements and a more activist, street-by-street counterterrorism tactic.

Today, even with that strategy producing a huge drop in daily attacks, Gen. Keane bluntly told The Washington Times that the United States again is losing.

“I think it’s an absolute disaster,” said Gen. Keane, who advised Gen. David H. Petraeus when he was top Iraq commander. “We won the war in Iraq, and we’re now losing the peace.”

U.S. troops will be vacating Iraq at a time when neither Baghdad’s counterterrorism skills nor its abilities to protect against invasion are at levels needed to fully protect the country, say analysts long involved in the nearly nine-year war.

“Forty-four hundred lives lost,” Gen. Keane said. “Tens of thousands of troops wounded. Over a couple hundred thousand Iraqis killed. We liberated 25 million people. There is only one Arab Muslim country that elects its own government, and that is Iraq.

“We should be staying there to strengthen that democracy, to let them get the kind of political gains they need to get and keep the Iranians away from strangling that country. That should be our objective, and we are walking away from that objective.”

How could Obama lie like this?  How could the Democrat Party so circle their wagons around such a clearly wicked and dishonest liar???

I submit to you that there is no possible way that Barack Obama and his Democrat Party and the media propaganda machine that protects him are all truly possessed by demons.  You cannot be that stupid, that blind, that depraved or even that dishonest without Satan owning your soul.

Barack Obama is the worst kind of coward there ever was.  He is a coward and a malignant narcissist who cannot face up to taking responsibility for his disgraceful decisions.

Now we’re back into Iraq and we can’t fight these brutally vicious people after Obama stupidly allowed them to gain a stranglehold over Iraq.

Obama’s handpicked Secretary of Defense just admitted this:

Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel dramatically upgraded the U.S. government’s estimation of the threats America faces from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) on Thursday, saying its jihadi network represents ‘an imminent threat to every interest we have, whether it’s in Iraq or anywhere else.’

ISIS is ‘as sophisticated and well-funded as any group that we have seen,’ Hagel told a group of reporters during a joint press conference he held with Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey.

‘They’re beyond just a terrorist group.They marry ideology and a sophistication of strategic and tactical military prowess. They are tremendously well funded. …This is beyond anything we’ve seen, so we must prepare for everything.’

‘And the only way you do that is that you take a cold, steely, hard look at it and – and – and get ready.’

Obama stupidly, arrogantly, narcissistically, had called this group “junior varsity.”  And they are so much better and so much stronger and so much better organized than we are – thanks to the pathological disgrace wicked, vile Democrats put in office TWICE – that it should make you want to scream and rip out every shred of your hair.

In the same article cited above, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff also gave his input on the consequences of Barack Obama’s incredibly stupid and pathologically evil decision to allow ISIS beheaders to first overwhelm Syria – which Republicans had begged Obama to contain – and then overwhelm Iraq:

Gen. Dempsey warned that America’s involvement in Iraq will continue for years to come, citing the intensity of hatred among ethnic, religious and tribal groups there.

‘The conflict against those groups – most of which are local, some of which are regional, and some of which are global in nature – that’s going to be a very long contest,’ he said.

‘It’s ideological. It’s not political. It’s religious in many cases. So, yes, it’s going to be a very long contest.’

At the same time the decorated general cautioned that the ‘required participation’ of the U.S. would remain one of coalition leadership ‘to provide the unique capabilities that we provide, but not necessarily all the capabilities’ – a suggestion that an unlimited release of military might to crush ISIS is off the table.

Dempsey added later in the briefing that ISIS can’t practically be contained in Iraq, since it also has deep roots and tremendous resources across the Syrian border.

The terror group ‘has an apocalyptic end-of-days strategic vision that will eventually have to be defeated,’ the general explained.

‘Can they be defeated without addressing that part of the organization that resides in Syria? The answer is no. That will have to be addressed on both sides of what is essentially at this point a nonexistent border.’

Do you understand this?  Obama caused this.  This is BECAUSE of Obama.  We had WON in Iraq.  We had a chance to defeat Assad in Syria and aid a pro-democracy takeover of that country.  Obama lost both for us.

Let’s go back to the could haves, would haves and should haves, to the president we COULD have had if we didn’t have demon-possessed people destroying the soul and body of America (Democrats), if they hadn’t elected a complete fool for our president (Obama).  Let’s go back to John McCain’s strategy for securing Iraq:

Then it’s fine with me, I hope it would be fine with you if we maintain a presence in a very volatile part of the world where Al Queda is training, recruiting, equipping and motivating people every single day.

John McCain rightly pointed out that having won the war – which we did – we needed to secure and maintain what we had won.  That’s what we did in Japan.  That’s what we did in Europe.  That’s what we did in Korea.  That’s what we needed to do in Iraq.

The New York Times captured the exchange in a transcript form (same link as above).  The same “EH” had previously said:

E.H.: I want to say at the outset I’m not going to be voting for you. I’m going to be voting in the Democratic primary in order to defeat the senator from new york, who I refer to as a Joe Lieberman Democrat.

I have listened to Hillary Clinton say probably a hundred times that she will end the war and I’ve heard you say we can’t leave Iraq.

And you see, the thing is that McCain was RIGHT and Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were WRONG.  We CAN’T leave Iraq.  It is stupid and in fact morally depraved to leave Iraq after we fought so hard to win there.  Weakness invites thugs, withdrawal invites and literally incites terrorists.  Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama might as well have said, “Please come in and take over and create a caliphate.”  Because that’s what their policy guaranteed.

The above discussion took place January 6, 2008.  At that time John McCain already understood that the corner had been turned in the war – which ultimately resulted in an exultant Joe Biden claiming victory in Iraq.  And McCain pointed out:

But the fact is it’s American casualties that the American people care about and those casualties are on the way down rather dramatically.

And the option, and I’ll say this again because you’ve got to consider the option. If we had withdrawn six months ago, I’d look you in the eye and tell you Al Queda would have said we beat the United States of America. If we’d gone along with Harry Reid and said the war was lost to Al Queda, then we would be fighting that battle all over the Middle East, and I am convinced of that and so is General Petraeus as well as others.

The Washington Post fact checker – a liberal paper, mind you – documented the disgraceful lies and frankly slander that both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton made of John McCain’s clearly wise policy.

John McCain was right.  The entire Democrat Party machine – including the Senate Majority Leader who had disgracefully said, “I believe the war is lost,” and both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, were united behind the defeat of America.  It is simply a fact that in hindsight anyone who isn’t a truly demon-possessed fool can see now.

And yes, ye demon-possessed Democrat who thinks Hillary is still anything other than a fool’s choice for president, Hillary Clinton JOINED Obama in betraying America in 2008 and slandering John McCain’s common sense wisdom regarding US policy in Iraq.

You need to understand that when you vote for the Democrat Party, YOU ARE VOTING FOR EVIL TO PREVAIL.  You are voting for evil to prevail in foreign policy and national security – as is clearly documented here.  You are voting for evil to prevail in the murder of more innocent babies (already surpassing 56,662,169 and counting) than were killed on all sides, civilian and military, throughout the entirety of the worst and bloodiest war in all human history (“only” 56,125,262 killed).  You are voting for homosexual sodomy which is the rock bottom low that the Bible clearly teaches in Romans 1:18-32 is the nadir of culture and guarantees the full wrath of God on that culture.  You are voting for evil to prevail in your socialism, which is the replacement of God with your State and the death of the dignity of the human spirit as you plunge people into government dependency when they should be dependent upon God their Savior and upon His people rather than your bound-for-hell Bureaucrats.  Your precious “separation of church and state” is nothing more than a perversion of everything that this nation has stood for and is nothing short of the separation of God from America.  And it shows in everything you do and in everything you stand for.

If you are a Democrat you have radically rejected Jesus Christ and you will scream in the fire of hell for all eternity for your wickedness.  And even eternal hell will not last long enough for you to suffer for all that you did on earth for the blasphemous crimes you committed against God and against the image of God and against humanity.

 

The Greatest Crisis Facing America: The Democrat Party Represents The WRONG 90 Percent

I took my bike to the dealership to have some repair work done and – having forgotten to do so beforehand – more or less randomly grabbed a book of a shelf that struck me as the thing to read in the haste of the moment as I ran out the door.

It was The Battle For Truth” by David A. Noebel.  I’d read through it before years ago, but it was a great refresher.

Noebel accurately describes in his introduction secular humanism as both a worldview and in fact a religion that is at hostile warfare with Judeo-Christianity for the soul of America.  And then he states the following:

The influence of this Humanistic way of thinking is prevalent in every sector of our lives.  Consider, for example, the way that atheistic evolutionary thinking has become the accepted and undisputed truth within the scientific establishment and for those who are teaching the next generation of young people.  Although the overwhelming majority of Americans believe in the existence of God, 90% of the leadership of the National Academy of Sciences consider themselves to be atheists.  Their atheistic dogma reaches into every public school of America via naturalistic evolutionary propaganda.  Evolution is not treated as a theory, but as an unquestioned fact.  “In China,” writes a Chinese paleontologist, “we can criticize Darwin, but not the government; in America, you can criticize the government, but not Darwin.”  — Page ix, The Battle For Truth by David A. Ben Stein documented that last point is profoundly and terrifyingly true in his documentary Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed.  Stein documents, among many other things, a number of tenured professors who were destroyed for nothing other than committing the heresy of believing in Intelligent Design rather than in random and mindless evolution.  He specifically compares the Stalinists in their ideological purges to what we see going on today in American colleges and universities as the most intolerant people on earth impose their belief system.  Here are a couple of links to quotes from that movie – 1, 2, – to give you a flavor.  I also found this insight into the film insightful.

I submit to you that fact and that fact alone is why China is doing so much better than America and why China is rising while America is falling.

China and Russia – as evil as both nations are – don’t deserve to die.  America does.  Because as evil as both these nations are, America under the control of the Democrat Party is even MORE evil.  And as a result of Democrat Party godless fascism, we have so pissed on the vision of this nation as “one nation under God” that it is beyond laughable.

THAT is why Russia and China are both in the Bible in the last days and America is nowhere to be seen.

I didn’t used to understand this.  I mean, is America more wicked than China?  Than Russia?  After all the awful things these nations have done and the Bible says will YET do?

Now I’ve come to realize something: when you were once a nation that powerfully called upon the LORD – as America did – and then you turn your back on Him and spit in His eye and say ‘We don’t need you any more,’ you subject yourself to a FAR harsher penalty of judgment than those nations that never turned to the Lord in the first place.

As a powerful example, think back to World War II during the most critical moment of the war as the D-Day Invasion of Normandy began.  The war would have turned in an awful direction had America failed to land in Europe that June 7, 1941.

And the president of the United States turned to the Lord and prayed.

Joseph Stalin didn’t pray to the Lord for divine assistance.  Neither did Mao Tse Tung.

FDR did.  And the American people by the millions sank to their knees in factories, in offices, in shopping centers, in homes, and prayed that God would spare this nation and grant us success.

And now when America shakes its new socialist-collectivist fist at God and snarls, “We don’t need you any more!”  God says, “That’s fine.  I don’t need YOU any more, either.  And One of Us is great enough and powerful enough to live while the other one dies.

God is not mocked.  And this nation that once worshiped God but now worships abortion and sodomy and socialism is a mockery unto God.  And we will fall because of it.

The crisis facing America is that the Democrat Party is the party of the 90% of the “intelligentsia” who are atheist and who have – having gotten their foot in the door – acted like fascist thugs to purge everyone who disagrees with them from journalism, from academia, and from government bureaucracy.

The Democrat Party is the Party of the Middle Finger Salute to God.

And we like sheep have been led astray.  And sheep poorly led are invariably sheep led to slaughter.

And America is going to go pay for it.  We’re going to go down hard – in a way that even nations such as China do not deserve to go – as God “gives this nation over” to the depravity imposed by the Democrat Party that worships the murder of more babies than all the deaths of all the people on all sides killed during the entirety of World War II in addition to their worship of homosexuality.

 

Obama Administration Trying To Intimidate ISIS Beheaders: If We Catch You, We’ll Put You On Trial, Convict You, And Trade You 5-1 For Our Traitors

I had to laugh my ass off – and I don’t doubt that this is the ISIS/ISIL reaction as well – to Obama’s and Eric Holder’s gutless threats.

Obama said he’d be “relentless” on these man-caused disaster facilitators in this overseas contingency operation of his.  I mean, this turd is too scared to even call this WAR what it is and he’s going to be “relentless”???  He couldn’t even be “relentless” enough to wear a damn TIE for his announcement that, sorry, American people, but I just let the first one of many of you to come get beheaded.  And then our “relentless” president was RIGHT BACK TO THE GOLF COURSE.

Obama is saying that if he shows ISIS how “relentless” he is in pursuing his vacation, they’ll be scared, scared, scared.

I mean, ISIS BEHEADS people.  And the girlboy metrosexuals who run our country now start to puke at the thought of us waterboarding one of these monsters.

To hear our national leaders blathering, “We’re gonna put a warrant out for your arrest.  That’s right.  And one maybe one day in about ninety years we’ll catch you and we’ll put you on trial and allow you to spread your views to the whole world.  Don’t worry, we’ll make sure you get your Miranda rights and everything.  And if we get a conviction, we’ll put you in prison – but don’t worry, NOT Gitmo, because that would be mean and we’re never mean – until the day we trade you for our next Bergdahl traitor punk.  And so you’d better be scared.”

The only people who truly ought to be frightened and intimidated is the American people who are staring at our own humiliating weakness right in Obama’s eye.  Because we all ought to be realizing that we’re next.  And our leaders are pathetic, babbling cowards and fools.

We WON the war in Iraq.  All we had to do was keep some troops there and we could make that country as safe and secure and peaceful as Barack Obama and Joe Biden boasted it was after George Bush won the damn war over their whining.  But then Obama took office and cut-and-ran and called the people who would kick his scrawny little weasel ass and show him up for the fool disgrace that he is “JV.”

It is now beyond obvious to anyone who isn’t stupid who the “JV” fool is.

I used to be so proud that I was an American.  Now I’m so embarrassed it’s just unreal.

I still hang my head in abject shame that my country elected this contemptible, pathetic little turd.  TWICE.

Isn’t It Amazing How Hypocrite Democrats Indict Rick Perry For ‘Abusing Power’ While Demonizing Republicans If They Dare To Impeach Obama?

This is the “face of integrity” – at least to a Demonic Bureaucrat (i.e., a Democrat):

Rosemary Lehmberg has more “public integrity” than any other Democrat, apparently, which is why she couldn’t lose her position as head of the “Public Integrity Unit” that was created to politically persecute Republicans.  the above photo is of “Ms. Integrity” being arrested for having a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit.  She is wearing a spit mask and wearing restraints because, yep, she’s spitting, snarling, clawing, obnoxious drunk.

The Democrat District Attorney for THE most liberal county in Texas and in fact one of the most rabidly liberal counties in the entire nation had to be restrained after trying to scratch an officer.  She had to be placed in a spit mask.

Her name is Rosemary Lehmberg.  And she had a blood alcohol limit three times the legal limit.  The full video – taken because she was so uncooperative – shows her kicking the door of her holding room and screaming.  She had to be strapped down and wheeled to where they drew her blood for the test.  At one point, she mocks shooting a gun at a jailer.  That’s a violent threat, I believe.

Ms. Integrity says this to the officers:

“I am not doing this. If you want to take me to jail, take me to jail, okay. And you’re going to ruin my career, and that’s fine,” she laughs sardonically. “But I’m not drunk. … I don’t think you smell alcohol and, um, I haven’t erratically drive sic.”

“I’m not drunk,” Ms. Integrity says.  “I don’t [HIC] think you [HIC] smell alcohol,” says Ms. Integrity who later tested with her BAC three times the legal limit.  “I haven’t erratically drive,” Ms. Integrity says after endangering the lives of God knows how many innocent people on the damn road.

If you’re a Democrat, THAT is actually “public integrity” to you.

You demon-possessed bureaucrats – that’s what Democrats are – are amazing.

Cockroaches call one another “Democrat” as their lowest insult.  Because it truly is about as low as any species can get.

She is on video trying to use her position to intimidate the police into releasing her (“Do you know who I am?”).  And they’re indicting Governor Perry for abusing HIS power???

One of the things I find most amazing is that this DRUNK and OUT-OF-CONTROL woman is actually more sober than the Democrat Party.  She KNEW her career should have been OVER even when she was crap-faced drunk; not so the Democrat Party – which is owned lock stock and barrel by Satan and knows nothing that the devil doesn’t WANT them to know.

Travis County is the county that rabidly and criminally used the legal system to destroy the career of Tom DeLay.  He was ultimately cleared of ALL wrongdoing.  Not that that matters to the rabid left.  They were hoping for the same thing here as they tried to take down a leading GOP candidate for the 2016 presidential nomination.

Barack Obama has literally stated that he is above the law on mulitiple occasions.  As to the Defense of Marriage Act, which was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Bill Clinton, Obama declared that he was above that law and would not follow it.  Just as he has done on multiple occasions with illegal immigration.

Obama HIMSELF has admitted that what he has done since is lawless and unconstitutional and frankly fascist:

Now, I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the laws on my own.  (Applause.)  And believe me, right now dealing with Congress —

AUDIENCE:  Yes, you can!  Yes, you can!  Yes, you can!  Yes, you can!  Yes, you can!

THE PRESIDENT:  Believe me — believe me, the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting.  (Laughter.)  I promise you. Not just on immigration reform.  (Laughter.)  But that’s not how — that’s not how our system works.

AUDIENCE MEMBER:  Change it!

THE PRESIDENT:  That’s not how our democracy functions.  That’s not how our Constitution is written.

 MR. RAMOS: Mr. President, my question will be as follows: With an executive order, could you be able to stop deportations of the students? And if that’s so, that links to another of the questions that we have received through univision.com. We have received hundreds, thousand, all related to immigration and the students. Kay Tomar (ph) through univision.com told us — I’m reading — “What if at least you grant temporary protective status, TPS, to undocumented students? If the answer is yes, when? And if no, why not?”

THE PRESIDENT: Well, first of all, temporary protective status historically has been used for special circumstances where you have immigrants to this country who are fleeing persecution in their countries, or there is some emergency situation in their native land that required them to come to the United States. So it would not be appropriate to use that just for a particular group that came here primarily, for example, because they were looking for economic opportunity.

With respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that’s just not the case, because there are laws on the books that Congress has passed — and I know that everybody here at Bell is studying hard so you know that we’ve got three branches of government. Congress passes the law. The executive branch’s job is to enforce and implement those laws. And then the judiciary has to interpret the laws.

There are enough laws on the books by Congress that are very clear in terms of how we have to enforce our immigration system that for me to simply through executive order ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as President.

In the same town hall Obama had previously stated:

America is a nation of laws, which means I, as the President, am obligated to enforce the law. I don’t have a choice about that.

But then Obama proceeded to ultimately decide that he DID have a choice, that he WASN’T obligated to enforce the law.

One of Obama’s MANY criminal violations of the law was his imposition by executive order of the DREAM Act that even his own Democrat-controlled SENATE didn’t pass.  He just imposed it by dictate.  Barack Obama is an unconstitutional, lawless, fascist thug BY HIS OWN WORDS.

Charles Krauthammer in the pages of the Washington Post rightly called what Obama did AFTER those words “naked lawlessness.”

The law is crystal clear.  Obama’s violation of the law is crystal clear (see also here).

Obama is a criminally lawless thug who has RELEASED 68,000 criminally convicted illegal immigrants to prey on American society again and again.

Democrats accuse Republicans of being “obstructionists,” utterly and rabidly ignoring the 357 bills that the GOP House passed that are all sitting on Harry Reid’s desk.

Barack Obama and Democrats are liars without shame.

The people who support this fascist monster Obama’s myriad abuses of power had the chutzpah-hypocrisy to indict the governor of Texas.

Rick Perry had absolutely every right in the world to do what he did.  Unlike our Fascist-in-Chief.  The law is clearly on Governor Perry’s side.   He clearly has the right to use his veto power.  The only issue is that the demon-possessed Democrats in Travis County don’t like it.  They claim he’s using “political coercion.”  And they’re using WHAT exactly????

Democrats snarl that Rick Perry was being somehow partisan when he insisted that a public official in charge of a “public integrity unit” ought to at least HAVE some “public integrity.”

Republicans should cite this as a classic example of how impeaching Obama is no more “partisan” or “political” than what the Democrats do fifty times every day by breakfast time.

 

If Conservatives Were Like Liberals, They Would Riot, Burn And Loot In Every City Until The IRS Thug-in-Chief Nixon-Waved And Resigned

I was watching the news as I rode my exercise bike/hamster wheel and heard a “journalist” on CNN lecture the space-time universe that in spite of the fact that blacks were violently rioting, looting, burning, throwing Molotov cocktails, etc., etc., etc., there was no “racial pathology” involved and to think otherwise was itself “racist.”  After all, there have been other riots.  And he proceeded to cite riots that were caused … by liberals in every single case.  I mean, we’ve got our violent World Trade Organization protestors (liberals); we’ve got our violent Occupy Movement protestors (liberals); we’ve got our violent union thug protestors (liberals); we’ve got our violent May Day protestors (liberals).  And of course we can go back to the violent gay riots in Stonewall or violent black riots in Watts.  Liberals, all.  Always liberals.

Watts – excuse me, I meant what – we DON’T have is conservatives rioting in Republican cities.  Never, ever, ever.  Nope.

It’s liberals who riot, because it is liberals who are pathologically – to cite that CNN commentator’s term – vicious, violent fascist goon-thugs.

I watched a brilliant Wall Street Journal editorialist take apart Obama’s “neutral” stance on Ferguson (as in no “If I had a son, he’d be just like that strong arm robbery thug, Michael Brown”) by pointing out that in addition to Obama being wrong about his application of moral equivalence, he was even MORE wrong about his diagnosis of the problem being discrimination and poverty in black communities.  The Wall Street Journal editorialist pointed out the inconvenient truth for the left that the black crime rate was far, FAR lower in 1960 before the Great Society, the New Deal or the Civil Rights era.

Who is lying?  Is Obama lying now when he claims that the skyrocketing black crime rate is due to discrimination and poverty, or is it that Democrats have been demonically lying for going on fifty years as they claimed they were making things better for blacks when in reality they were creating even MORE discrimination and poverty for blacks and other minorities???

So either in fact black rioting and violence DOES have a “racial pathology,” or its not the color of their skin that is at issue, but rather the color of their communist red liberal ideology that is pathologically violent.

I actually agree with that CNN commentator: it’s not because they’re black that they’re vicious and evil; it’s because they’re liberals that they’re vicious and evil.  All liberals are fascists who want to impose their fascist totalitarian government on people who don’t want it.  That’s the problem.

So, here’s the deal.  They say they want “justice” in Ferguson, Missouri, do they?  Well, damn, so do I.  I want JUSTICE in Obama’s use of the IRS as his own personal “Internal Revenge Service” against conservatives.

Somebody might say, “Well, you don’t have proof that Obama did anything wrong.”  Well, other than the fact that we’ve got 500 times more proof than the protestors in Ferguson have.  After all, we’ve got 500 conservative organizations that were singled out versus one black punk who was shot.  And we’ve got every bit as much if not MORE proof that Obama was the one who wanted “anti-Obama rhetoric” officially attacked by the IRS than they’ve got proof that that cop did anything criminal.

I want JUSTICE.  I want a damn special prosecutor.  No way Obama’s lawthug Eric Holder “investigates” this fairly, given what we’ve already seen as most of the organizations that were victimized and had their civil rights flagrantly violated by Obama’s criminal IRS were even INTERVIEWED.

Michael Brown’s family defines “justice” as the police officer arrested, prosecuted and convicted.  Okay.  That’s what justice looks like: Barack Obama arrested, convicted and prosecuted.  Nothing short of that is anything close to “justice.”

If conservatives were like liberals, we’d have been violently rioting and burning and looting in every damn city in America until Obama did his Nixon wave and resigned from office like the disgrace he is.  And they would keep tearing America apart and burning the rest until Obama was behind bars.

But the fact remains that we’re not like liberals.  We’re not fascist.  We want justice but we rely on our words and our reason.  Which of course the brainwashed left – hat tip to truthunites – is pathologically incapable of responding to.

All we have is violence and thuggery against the Thug-in-Chief and his criminal co-conspirator Eric Holder.

Here’s another great recent example: Governor Rick Perry got criminally indicted by THE most liberal county in Texas and one of the most flagrantly liberal counties in America.  Why did they do it?  Because they could.  They already illegitimately nailed one Republican – Tom DeLay – and destroyed his career without anything more than rabid liberal hate.

But do Republicans have the right to do the same thing?  Nope.  If they impeach Obama – even thought they have EXCELLENT constitutional grounds to impeach that fascist – there will be hell to pay.  Which is why Republicans wouldn’t DARE do what Democrats are doing as we damn well speak.  So we sit back aghast and appalled as Democrats seek to take down by nothing more than their rabidness one of our front runners for president in 2016.

I’ve made this point before: we aren’t like the left, which is why we’re losing.  The left employs violence and cheating and every nasty, vile tactic there is to ensure that they win and we lose so they get to pick the winners and losers.  If conservatives lose elections, we get regulated and taxed and criminally prosecuted by liberal union thugs using the power of government as a punitive instrument; if liberals lose elections, they get left alone by a smaller, more limited government.  So the way things are framed, either they win or we lose.  Meanwhile, the right is sadly not all that “right” anymore.  It’s like what was said of the so-called Moral Majority movement in the 1980s: we are neither moral, nor a majority.  If we were truly powerfully righteous, it would be one thing.  But we are sadly much more like the Laodicean Church from Revelation chapter 3 than we are like anything else.  So instead of being inflamed for righteousness – as we should be – or inflamed for wickedness – as the left is and has been – we could fight.  But as it is, all we do is hunker down while the left keeps agitating toward the day when they get their beloved Anitchrist to take total government power as they have been dreaming of for sixty years now.

So if you’re a conservative, I know where I WON’T be seeing you.  At the next riot.

As I close, I can’t not cite the following fact: Russia, China and Iran are pointing fingers at America and lecturing us for our criminality and our human rights violations.  And you know who agrees completely with our worst enemies?  Liberals, that’s who.

We keep hearing from the news media that is terrified of being labeled as “racist” that it’s only a “few” bad people “from out of town” who are coming in.  Don’t blame the residents of Ferguson.  Don’t blame black people for what we CLEARLY see BLACK PEOPLE doing.  That’s bullcrap.  Let me tell you something that is simply a fact: if there weren’t those thousands of people out there night after night, the so-called “few outsiders” wouldn’t be there burning and looting.  If those mobs of people weren’t out there at night, the police would easily be able to get control of the situation and crack down on the so-called “few” who are doing all the rioting.  Which is why every single person who is out there is participating in the violence and rioting and looting.  Because it’s only happening because YOU’RE there to give the rioters and looters the distraction and the cover that they need.

Update: we are now getting in the actual facts of what happened to Officer Darren Wilson before the fatal shooting.  In short, Michael Brown assaulted him, punched him hard in the face, and there was a struggle for the officer’s gun.  Officer Wilson fired at Brown and Brown began to run away, but then bum-rushed the officer who – already dazed and beaten from the beating he had just endured – fired and kept firing until Brown was down.

Now, if conservatives were like liberals, we wouldn’t CARE about any evidence that proved Barack Obama wasn’t guilty in the criminal conspiracy to use the IRS to target hundreds of conservatives and violate our civil rights.  Nope.  We would be driven – like the left in Ferguson – entirely by our hatred, our bitterness and our viciousness.  And we would continue to demand “justice,” which means we would continue to demand Obama’s head.  Whether he was actually guilty or not.

 

Just One More Of The Many Ways Liberalism Has Screwed Up America: A Nation Of Out-Of-Control Crime

Buried in the body of a recent article in the Los Angeles Times is an indictment of what ought to be the CRIME of liberalism:

Fresno County logs show the jail is releasing criminals convicted of crimes that used to rate prison time: fraud, forgery and trafficking in stolen goods.

Law enforcement officials say that criminals have been emboldened by the erratic punishment.

“Every day we get guys who show up in the lobby, stoned out of their minds,” said one parole agent who did not want to be identified because he was not authorized to speak about the issue. “I’ll have 15 arrested, and 12 to 14 will be released immediately.”

“We are, for lack of a better term, completely impotent,” he said.

For law enforcement agents, the jailhouse revolving door is frustrating.

Leopoldo Arellano, 39, was in and out of custody at least 18 times from 2012 to 2014 for violating parole, criminal threats and at least four incidents of domestic battery, according to Los Angeles County jail logs.

San Diego County let parolee Demetrius Roberts go early 12 times; mostly for removing or tampering with his GPS tracker, which he was required to wear as a convicted sex offender.

Here was a statistic from the same article that ought to be utterly shocking to you:

From a relatively stable population of less than 25,000 in the 1970s, the number of state prisoners rose to a high of 174,000 in 2007.

For the record, the prison population in California was 287,444 in 2010, according to page one – the “CDCR Population Highlights” – of the California Prisoner and Parolees report provided by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation as of 2010.

That, for the record, is a 1,050 percent change from that stable population we used to have just a few short decades ago.  And we aint seen nothin’ yet.

My God, what the hell happened?  By which I mean, how did this HELL happen?

I want you to note carefully which political ideology is COMPLETELY AND ENTIRELY responsible for this shocking moral travesty:

Except for the period from 1995 to 1996, the Assembly has been in Democratic hands since the 1970 election (even while the governor’s office has gone back and forth between Republicans and Democrats). The Senate has been in Democratic hands continuously since 1970.

What we’re seeing in Obama’s incredibly stupid and liberal foreign policy regarding the treatment of thug regimes and terrorism we are similarly seeing in liberalism’s incredibly stupid and depraved domestic policy regarding the treatment of thug criminals: abject moral weakness inspires evil and savage brutality.

Under Obama, the number of terrorists has DOUBLED.  Even the liberal Politifact has been forced to acknowledge this FACT.

The Associated Press reports that al Qaeda groups have surged and that terrorism has spiked under Obama.  And just since Obama was re-elected in 2012, there has been “a 43 percent increase in the number of terrorist attacks in 2013 from 2012, according to statistics provided by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism.”

Obama mockingly called the ISIS terrorists “JV” and declared that the Islamic caliphate they wanted to create was a “feckless delusion” “that is never going to happen.”  But it was OBAMA who was “JV” and the terrorists now have the caliphate that Osama bin Laden DREAMED of all because of Barack Obama’s liberalism – by which I mean Barack Obama’s foolishness, depravity and moral cowardness that define liberalism.

Sarah Palin predicted that a Russia emboldened by a weak Obama would seize Ukraine.  Under Obama, Putin DID it.

The shambles and wreckage of Obama’s disastrously failed foreign policy is as amazing as it is humiliating.

The outgoing head of the Defense Intelligence Agency testified under oath that the threat of terrorism is worse than it’s ever been.

I still remember the left going utterly batpoop over Bush Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld’s observation that “you go to war with the army you have—not the army you might want or wish to have at a later time.”  See here, here and here for a few examples of that batpoopage.  The thing was, that statement was simply necessarily factually TRUE as any FOOL should know.  I mean, hell, do liberals believe that Democrat Woodrow Wilson didn’t go to war with the army he had in World War I?  Is it their belief that Democrat FDR didn’t go to war with the army he had in World War II?  Do these sick fools think that Democrat Harry Truman didn’t go to war with the army he had in Korea?  Do they actually think that Democrat LBJ asked the communists to please allow him to go to war with a more prepared army in Vietnam???  Liberals are morally sick and morally depraved and therefore as a result they are intellectually idiotic.  And they are nothing but naked hypocrites and liars without shame or honesty.

That’s why conservatives have for DECADES been arguing that America needs to have a powerful military and project the powerful willingness to use that power so that our enemies will fear us and not want to push us into a war that they will lose.  But liberalism is abject moral cowardice and abject moral evil.  And so they weaken us every chance they get – from when Bill Clinton gutted the military before 9/11 and therefore emboldened Osama bin Laden to attack an America that he called a “paper tiger” to when Barack Obama gutted the military to the weakest levels since BEFORE World War II and emboldened pretty much EVERY thug to do whatever his evil heart desired.

When you project strength and resolve, you win.  When you let an Obama lead from behind, you lose and lose bigger and bigger until the fool is gone or until you’ve imploded and collapsed.

What we see in Obama’s foreign policy is the same identical weakness that we’re seeing at home.  Obama ROUTINELY releases criminal illegal aliens who are guilty of crimes including murder and rape.

Our criminal justice system is a sick joke.

And liberals want to disarm the American people and leave them helpless to every criminal thug so they can also be ultimately helpless against their fascist government dictatorship.

And yet I note that it was – AGAIN  as ALWAYS – morally depraved and morally idiotic liberalism that beginning in the 1960s began to decide that it was somehow immoral to confine mentally ill people against their will.  And now we are completely helpless against our lunatics because we can’t put them away.  Just as I note that if you are black, or Hispanic, or a young person – by which I mean if you are a damned LIBERAL according to the statistics of who votes Democrat – you are so many more times likely to murder somebody with a gun than somebody who is likely to vote Republican it isn’t even funny.

You can mock God all you want, fool liberal.  But His Word is truth and it will ultimately echo in your ears from the fires of hell as your folly is manifest to all men.

Now, as a caveat, my godly mother is more likely to vote conservative than I am.  But she is not the face of women anymore; the liberal entitlement-whore and, yes – for what its worth – slut, Sandra Fluke is.  And the feminist of today desperately wants evil on top of evil.

Liberalism is powerless against evil primarily because it IS evil and wants evil to spread like the cancer that evil is.

Jesus Ysasaga had been arrested multiple times and ordered by the court to keep away from his ex-girlfriend. Two parole boards sentenced him to nearly a year in jail for stalking, drunkenness and battery..

But the Fresno County jail would not keep him.

Four times in the summer of 2012, authorities let Ysasaga go, refusing two times to even book him. The jail had no room.

Ysasaga’s attorney, Jerry Lowe, said the parade of convicted offenders being turned away from the jail was common. “It became quite a joke,” he said.

Across California, more than 13,500 inmates are being released early each month to relieve crowding in local jails — a 34% increase over the last three years. A Times investigation shows a significant shift in who is being let out of jail, how early and where.

The releases spring from an effort begun in 2011 to divert low-level offenders from crowded state prisons to local jails. The move had a cascade effect, forcing local authorities to release their least dangerous inmates to make room for more serious offenders.

“It changes criminal justice in California,” said Monterey County Chief Deputy Edward Laverone, who oversees the jail. “The ‘lock them up and throw away the key’ is gone.”

State and local officials say that they are making every effort to ensure the releases pose little danger to the public, freeing those believed to be the least risky convicts, usually parole violators and those convicted of misdemeanors.

But an analysis of jail data has found that incarceration in some counties has been curtailed or virtually eliminated for a variety of misdemeanors, including parole violations, domestic violence, child abuse, drug use and driving under the influence.

In Stockton last year, a furor erupted over the repeated releases of Sidney DeAvila, another convicted sex offender. He had been brought to the San Joaquin County jail 11 times in 2012 and 2013 for disarming his GPS tracker, drug use and other parole violations.

He was freed nearly every time within 24 hours, even when he was brought to the jail by the state’s Fugitive Apprehension Team.

Days after being let out early in February 2013, DeAvila went to his grandmother’s house, raped and killed the 76-year-old woman, then chopped her body into pieces. He was found later that day with the woman’s jewelry around his neck.

The family is suing the state and San Joaquin County for negligence. DeAvila pleaded guilty to murder and rape last month and was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison.

Assemblywoman Susan Talamantes Eggman (D-Stockton), a former City Council member, said the parole system has no teeth. “It’s justice by Nerf ball,” she said. “We designed a system that doesn’t work.”

The problem stems from the huge increase in the number of state prisoners over the last four decades, spurred by increasingly harsh sentencing laws passed during the war on drugs. Felons could serve decades behind bars for repeat convictions of drug use and other nonviolent crimes.

From a relatively stable population of less than 25,000 in the 1970s, the number of state prisoners rose to a high of 174,000 in 2007.

Crowding reached dangerous levels, leading federal judges to rule in 2009 that the conditions were unconstitutional. When Gov. Jerry Brown took office in 2011, the state was under orders to cap prison counts at 110,000.

Brown’s solution, called “realignment,” shifted the responsibility for parole violators and lower-level felons to the counties, putting inmates closer to home and potentially improving their prospects for rehabilitation.

Lawmakers tried to ease the load on counties by expanding credits for good behavior and jailhouse work, cutting most sentences in half. Even with that, state officials concede, they knew jails did not have enough room.

The shift flooded county jails, many of which already were freeing convicted offenders under a melange of local court rulings, federal orders and self-imposed caps.

“If you’ve got a prison population and a jail population, if you’re going to release anywhere, you might better release at the lower level,” said Diane Cummins, Brown’s special advisor on realignment and criminal justice policy.

The number of prisoners released from county jail because of crowding has grown from an average of 9,700 a month in 2011 to over 13,500 a month today, according to state jail commission figures. In October, those records show releases surged to over 17,400.

Jailers are struggling to decide whom to let go.

Monterey County simply reduces everyone’s sentence by five days. Jailers call it the “five-day kick.”

Fresno County uses a ranking system that considers the type of crime, the sentence and other factors. Each day, the first to be released are those at Level 1: unconvicted individuals accused of misdemeanors. Several times a month, the jail releases those at the top of the scale, Level 11: sentenced felons.

Kern County Sheriff’s Lt. Greg Gonzales said the jail he manages hits its maximum capacity two or three times a week. When that happens, inmates must go, 20 to 30 at a time. Parolees and those who have served the most time on their sentences leave first. Those who have committed violent crimes or molested a child stay the full term. The county is experimenting with a risk-assessment system that tries to gauge the likelihood an offender will commit future crimes.

Gonzales does not pretend the decisions are foolproof. “Every release is a bad release,” he said. What happens after “is a crap shoot.”

In counties with crowded jails, the releases have lowered the penalties for a host of misdemeanors, such as drunk driving, parole violation and spousal abuse.

In Fresno County, misdemeanor offenders were sentenced to an average of three months in jail but served 19 days, according to an analysis of jail logs. Drunk drivers got an average of 60 days but served 16.

In Los Angeles County, those convicted of child endangerment had sentences averaging six months but served 74 days.

Contra Costa County went decades without releasing a single inmate early, but had to start doing so in 2013. “We still have capacity for misdemeanors, DUI,” said Undersheriff Mike Casten, but minor “drug possession? Not in jail.”

Law enforcement authorities and other officials say that releasing prisoners has raised safety issues, although there have been no studies on the effect.

At a shelter for battered women in Stanislaus County, where the jail releases more than 500 inmates early each month, caseworkers are convinced that decreasing sentences has emboldened abusers.

“They say, ‘Go ahead and call the police, because nothing is going to happen to me anyway,’ ” said Belinda Rolicheck, director of the Haven Women’s Center.

Jail records show the average sentence in Los Angeles County for disobeying a restraining order was 108 days, but violators were free in 28.

Last month in Fresno County, a domestic batterer was returned to jail on a one-year sentence for a probation violation after ignoring court orders to stay away from his partner. He was freed in nine days.

Time served varies considerably around the state — a situation that UC Berkeley law professor Barry Krisberg called “justice by geography.”

That is especially true for parole violators, who used to serve their time in state prison. Now they are locked up in jails and are frequently the first to be released, or not booked at all.

State logs obtained under California’s public records law show the time served for parolees jailed for spousal abuse ranged from 80 days in Placer County to 17 in San Joaquin and seven in Shasta.

Krisberg said stopping the early releases would require a fundamental change in California’s criminal justice system. Just “shifting the location of incarceration” from prisons to jails doesn’t change much, he said.

The Little Hoover Commission, an independent state policy agency that released a report last year that was critical of early releases, has recommended that California reform its complex sentencing laws, which have overwhelmed prisons with long-term inmates.

The commission has also recommended reducing bail so more inmates can afford to leave. State records show nearly two-thirds of the space in county jails is occupied by suspects awaiting trial.

But even political supporters of such reforms say the issue is an electoral land mine likely to stir campaign accusations of being soft on crime.

Sheriffs have launched their own silent reform by letting out prisoners when there is no room.

“We actually have a de facto sentencing commission in our sheriffs,” said Carole D’Elia, acting executive director of the Little Hoover Commission. “You have a crazy system of ‘Is the jail full today?’ “

San Joaquin County Superior Court Judge Richard A. Vlavianos said that allowing jailers to override judges “does nothing but undercut integrity.… It loses public confidence. You lose integrity with the defendants.”

“All the way around, it is a bad thing,” he said.

All the way back in 2008 when I first began blogging as I saw the true evil and true danger of liberalism I provided an example of what we’re seeing documented in this Los Angeles Times story of what would happen as liberalism corrupted the police departments and law enforcement tactics and the criminal justice system in general:

A family is rudely awakened in the middle of the night by a gang of violent predators. They tie up the father, and then take turns repeatedly raping the wife and daughter until dawn, and then they take all the valuables and leave. The next day, the father hears that the thugs have been captured. He storms into the police station shouting, “Where are they?” And the police say, “We let them go.”

“You let them go? Didn’t you have any evidence?”

“Oh, yes. We confiscated several of the articles that were stolen from your home, and DNA from the men matches the semen found in your wife and daughter.”

“Then why did you let them go?”

“Because we’re a loving police department, that’s why.”

You tell me that isn’t happening now as you re-read the opening words of the LA Times story:

Liberal feminist women can keep declaring they’re opposed to rapes and beatings all they want; but they keep voting for rape and for the rapists who rape and abusers who abuse to be freed over and over and over again.

Nihilistic elf-destruction is the essence of liberalism, just as it is the essence of evil.  The fact that everything you people want and everything you people do will ultimately lead to your burning in hell forever is the proof of that.

That’s why liberals keep demanding policies that will ultimately destroy lives as they seek to impose a big government totalitarian system that will result in the coming of the god they truly yearn to worship, a.k.a. the Antichrist.

I tried – in vain, I’m sure – to explain this to a liberal in my comments (see here as an example) from this article that the founding fathers predicted that his precious antichrist “separation of church and state” (i.e. the separation of God from America) would lead to America’s destruction as bad people overwhelmed the system and seized control of a country that would no longer be good as it kicked out God.

Liberals have booted God out of America.  And hell has moved into our house to take the place He used to have.

As I pointed out a couple of days ago regarding the trumped-up race-bating vicious destruction going on in Ferguson, Missouri, it is LIBERALS who are violently rioting.  Just like it is ALWAYS liberals who are violently rioting because the real essence of liberalism is ugly fascism.

And of course the liberal, secular humanist media that favors everything godawful is writing feverishly to foment as much fury in the shooting in Ferguson while steadfastly refusing to report on the fact that violent black-on-black gun crime has skyrocketed BECAUSE a liberal refused to implement the successful conservative stop and frisk policing technique that WORKED in reducing violent crime.  Nor do they seem to have the stomach to report on the massive systemic black-on-black gun crime in liberal thug Democrat bastion Chicago that are rampant AS WE SPEAK.

We were told that the shooting victim in Ferguson was a victim of racism.  Seriously, other than the fact that the police officer was white, what evidence do we have to believe that?  If a black police officer shoots a white perp, are white people entitled to erupt in racist rage knowing for certain without any other evidence beyond the officer’s color that he killed that poor, innocent white boy entirely because of his race?  You ought to have an inkling just how EVIL liberals are for that kind of thinking.  But that’s exactly how they think all the damn time.  We were told that Michael Brown was shot in the back.  That’s what the witnesses the breathless leftist media kept interviewing.  False, we now know.  He was shot in the front.  That’s a rather huge difference, isn’t it?  We were told that Michael Brown was an innocent angel and shown pictures from five years ago just like what they did with a punk we later learned was a brutal thug by the name of Trayvon Martin.  False.  He was a 6’4″, 290-lb thug who physically assaulted a store owner during the commission of a strong arm robbery that took place just before the shooting.

In other words, everything the media told us up to this point was a lie.

We now have the report of what almost certainly took place.  The thug had his hands up in feigned surrender, but bum-rushed the officer who was forced to shoot and keep shooting as the thug kept running at him.

But thug liberal vicious, violent fascists riot in Ferguson and that’s the story.  No matter how false the story is.  And the fact that their story is pure bunk has nothing to do with anything; because to be a “liberal” is to be a LIAR.

Every time a new piece of evidence or information comes out that disconfirms the liberal race-baiting lies, the liberal roach-thugs in Ferguson violent riot.  Because liberals are fascists who hate truth.  I think of Acts 7:57 when I think of the left in Ferguson.  Truth is hate to those who hate the truth.  And Jesus may just as well have been thinking of the Democrat Party when He told the first Christians, “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated Me first.”  Every time an effort is made to provide peace – every crowd control measure, every request for the National Guard to come in – and the liberal-roach thugs violently riot.  Because liberals are fascists who despise peace unless it’s the “peace” of militant Islam where they have all the power and get to impose all THEIR laws by brutal force.

And then Obama comes on television and presents a false moral equivalence between the violent fascist mobs who keep rioting and the police who are doing everything they can to somehow keep law and order in a lawless town of leftist mob thugs.  Just as Obama’s White House within just the last few days repeatedly presented a false moral equivalence between Israel for trying to protect itself from attack and the terrorist group Hamas that kept attacking Israel.

Obama claims that the black crime rate is the result of poverty and discrimination.  Which is a LIE.  The black crime rate today is CONSIDERABLY higher than it was in 1960 before the Great Society and the War on Poverty and the Civil Rights era.  So my question to you, liberal, is which is it?  When were you lying?  When you claimed that your Great Society, your War on Poverty, and your Civil Rights was helping rather than hurting, or now in the words of your wicked Fool-in-Chief???  Because either your last forty years was a complete lie or your Obama is a lie.  Or they were BOTH lies.  Which is correct???

The question comes to this: should the entire modern Democrat Party be impeached, or should Barack Obama be impeached?  Because at least ONE of them is viscerally dishonest.  And I for one am beyond sick of the lies and the false race-baiting bullcrap that is such a huge part of the Democrat Party’s playbook to divide America along with their gender divide, their wealth divide and their age divide that they’ve also created as partisan political gimmicks.

To be a progressive liberal is to be a demon-possessed moral lunatic who yearns for more baby genocide, more homosexual sodomy, more perversion of marriage and the family, more societal breakdown, and therefore more crime while they race-bait and lie their way to more and more fascist government thuggery as a tool of political vengeance against the opponents of liberalism.

But God knew that this would happen and told us all about it in His Word.  Just as He told us that the ultimate hero of liberalism – the Antichrist – was coming to take over the control of government and “fundamentally transform” it into the godlike state that the Democrat Party has been dreaming about since the mid-1960s.
