It wasn’t very long ago that the universal consensus of journalists and news reporters was that it was a terrible, evil, tragic thing that Islamic State thugs were destroying ancient monuments:

I felt sick to my stomach when I first heard the callous disregard – the hatred – for history, for where we’ve come from. I love history and archeology, and these sites were absolutely irreplaceable. And they were destroyed by rabid people who are absolutely vicious toward anyone or anything that doesn’t agree with their ideology.
Just like their American brethren, Democrats and liberal progressives, it turns out.
‘Black Lives Matter’ Vandalism Wave Strikes Confederate Memorials Around the Country
by Warner Todd Huston24 Jun 2015A rash of instances of property destruction, vandalism, and petty crimes have cascaded across the country unleashed by the “Black Lives Matter” movement as families grieve those killed by a lone gunman in a South Carolina church.
The mood was set on Sunday as “Black Lives Matter” protesters gathered to burn the US flag and hoist a black nationalist flag in Charleston, South Carolina on Saturday. A photo of the flag burning was posted to Twitter by professional race agitator DeRay McKesson.
By Tuesday statues and monuments from Maryland and the Carolina Coast down to Texas had been defaced by criminals leaving “Black Lives Matter” messages spray painted upon them.
Charleston, South Carolina itself had at least two monuments defaced. In the first case, Saturday night the Confederate Defenders of Charleston monument in White Point Garden park was defaced with a “Black Lives Matter” message.
In a second incident, on Tuesday a statue dedicated to famed legislator and seventh Vice President of the United States John C. Calhoun was defaced in Charleston’s Marion Square.
The vandalism continued elsewhere. On Monday a statue dedicated to fallen Confederate soldiers was vandalized in Baltimore, Maryland’s Bolton Hill neighborhood.
Another statue, this one in Asheville, North Carolina, was defaced on Tuesday. A monument dedicated to Civil War governor Zebulon Vance, built in 1896, was also desecrated with the “Black Lives Matter” message.
The destruction continued westward where a statue dedicated to former Confederate president Jefferson Davis was vandalized at the University of Texas at Austin.
I guess unlike those other ancient sites all of our Civil War monuments are easily replaceable. After all, what did the Civil War really cost us? It only cost America as many dead Americans as all of our other wars COMBINED.
Democrats figure they murder that many American babies in their abortion mills in less than a year, so what’s the big deal?
I particularly find fitting the comparison to the number of soldiers killed in the Civil War with abortion given the unholy outrage of the “racism” of the Confederate cause when Democrats stand for THIS:
“We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. Yeah, “colored ministers” such as the “Reverend” Jeremiah Wright, and Oh, yes: how about a a “light-skinned” African American “with no Negro dialect” community organizer?
And oh, yes, let’s not forget Hillary Rodham Clinton’s participation in this liberal progressive holy war against blacks:

Here’s a little fact about the modern Confederate Party:

Hillary Clinton’s hero spoke to a Ku Klux Klan rally. Which ought to be no surprise, given that history reveals that the Democrat Party has been so deep in bed with the Klan that the 1924 Democrat National Convention was called “The Klanbake.”
We can celebrate with Margaret and Hillary because as this headline points out:
The racist dream came true! I mean, yay! Right, liberal hypocrite pervert? The Democrat Party is EVERY BIT as treasonous and as racist as they ever were; they just found a different form of plantation and a different form of slavery for – well, let’s just call them what Barack Obama called them, NIGGERS – to enjoy. I guess if Bill Clinton can make blowjobs okay, there’s no reason Barack Obama can’t make the N-word okay for decent society. Oral sex isn’t sex when a Democrat president gets it in the Oval Office from a young female intern and the N-word isn’t racist when a Democrat president uses it, so there you go.
What is amazing is that as Democrats shrilly demand the Confederate flag – THEIR flag that THEY fought for after THEY attacked the United States of America because Republican Abraham Lincoln defeated THEIR Democrat candidate for president – are today demanding that Margaret Sanger be on the damned $20 bill. Apparently because she’s even MORE racist than Democrat Andrew Jackson who used to be on it.
I think of the recent case where a liberal progressive white woman masqueraded as a black activist to suck up benefits that were supposed to go to actual black people. But what did the black so-called “civil rights” leaders say? They said:

Which is another way of saying “‘Black’ equals ‘leftist ideologue.’ And if you don’t think the way we TELL you to think, well, we DENY what science says your DNA is.” And then we see the REAL ATTITUDE liberals have toward a black man who doesn’t want to live on their plantation: liberals say he should be put to work in the fields, or strung up. You know, because the “high-tech lynching” when the Democrat Party tried to falsely depict him as a black man – who is therefore an out-of-control sexual beast – didn’t work.
If Democrats truly want to ban racist symbols, THEY NEED TO START WITH THEIR OWN DAMNED PARTY. BECAUSE THE DEMOCRAT PARTY IS THE MOST RACIST MACHINE IN THE HISTORY OF PLANET EARTH. And it always has been.
Wouldn’t it be nice if the mainstream media – who love punching Republicans in the face at absolutely EVERY interview with gotcha questions framed to make them look evil – actually just presented these facts and demanded that Hillary Clinton respond to why she’s such a pathological racist??? As we speak, the mainstream media is hounding every Republican presidential candidate to take a position on crap that Donald Trump said when what the hell does that have to do with them? But hold Hillary Clinton responsible for her publicly expressed support for the intentionally genocidal murder of black babies by abortion? NEVER.
One of those amazing things about Democrats is that they STILL view themselves as the people and party of tolerance and broad inclusiveness when they are THE most rabidly intolerant people on the face of the earth. They used free speech and declared that they had a right to say and believe things even though they were unpopular and held those positions as sacrosanct right until the moment that they gained enough power to slam the door of freedom and free speech right in the faces of anyone who disagreed with them.
If you’re a Democrat, you’re not only WORSE than Islamic State, you’re worse than a damn NAZI. And you’re worse than these other monsters because a) you’ve murdered far, FAR more human beings than both of them put together and b) you are such cockroach hypocrites it is beyond unreal and it is a miracle performed by the devil that your damned heads don’t simply explode from all the rabid contradictions in your demon-possessed skulls.
