F@#king Bureau Of Incompetence: Same FBI That Cleared Hillary Keeps Clearing Terrorists Who Kill Americans And Hillary Wants To Be NEXT

Apologies for my hint of profanity above.  But the “F” in FBI has to stand for SOMETHING obscene at this point, given how degenerate they have clearly become under Obama.

The father of Ahmad Khan Rahami, the man suspected of planting bombs in New York and New Jersey, contacted the FBI two years ago claiming his son was a terrorist, but the agency determined that he was “clean” and did not place him on a watchlist.

Mohammad Rahami said on Tuesday that he called the agency twice after violent attacks by his son on members of his family.

“Two years ago I go to the FBI because my son was doing really bad, OK?” he said. “But they check almost two months, they say, ‘He’s OK, he’s clean, he’s not a terrorist.’ I say OK.

“Now they say he is a terrorist. I say OK,” he added, speaking to reporters outside of the fried chicken restaurant he owns in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Ahmad Rahami was arrested for aggravated assault in 2014 for allegedly stabbing his brother, but a grand jury declined to indict him. He had also hit his step-mother, his father said.

Mohammad Rahami said those attacks led him to call the FBI. During their conversations he referred to his son as a terrorist, law enforcement sources told US media.

The FBI opened an investigation but found no evidence that Ahmad Rahami had been radicalised, the sources said. It is unclear if he was interviewed at the time.

The agency is now focusing on Rahami’s trips to Afghanistan and Pakistan as it attempts to determine the motive behind the bombings, and whether he received training in bomb-making abroad.

He spent nearly a year in Pakistan from April 2013 to March 2014, during which time he married a Pakistani woman, it emerged on Tuesday.

Sorry, FBI, you got that one almost as wrong as you got it when you said that a woman who illegally installed a secret personal server to bypass the law and then destroyed every single email she didn’t want authorities to see using Bleachbit – AFTER receiving a lawful subpoena for those very records she purged – after smashing 13 cell phones and five iPads to smithereens wasn’t guilty of having done anything wrong in spite of the fact that she put all of our national secrets in the hands of our very worst enemies.

That destruction of evidence and obstruction of justice was so blatant even a Clinton News Network anchor simply refused to believe it had actually happened.

Oh, YES.  There is a LOT of evidence that Hillary Clinton has been “radicalized” and has been actively plotting against America.  But the Fool Bureau of Idiocy couldn’t prove it, could they.

This is NOT the first time the Obama F@#king Bureau of Incompetence had its gaze fixed on a terrorist suspect and let them go free to become a terrorist murderer; it is actually the FOURTH damn time.  The FIFTH time if you count Hillary Clinton, who already murdered Americans at Benghazi and undercover CIA assets through her hacked server and whose horrors haven’t even truly begun yet.

The same FBI that let Hillary Clinton get away scott free let Omar Mateen get away three times.  And we know how that one ended.

Hillary will end far, far worse than that.

I am still amazed that Obama’s Attorney General had a secret, illegal meeting with the husband of a suspect under active federal investigation, and that FBI agents assigned to aforementioned Obama Attorney General actually participated in the attempted cover-up of that secret, illegal meeting by ordering bystanders away and ordering them to put away their cameras and cell phones.

That was the FBI we have come to know and loathe.

It is also the mainstream media that we have come to know and loathe: they didn’t like it when Lynch and Clinton got caught red-handed rigging the system; so they just ignored it and pretended it didn’t happen.

Ignorance is bliss when Big Brother runs the show.  Because knowledge will get you sent to a gulag.

The FBI won’t start hunting down terrorists until it starts hunting down Hillary.

It is an amazing thing to watch what has happened to our justice, to our national security.  Both are contemptible jokes now under these obscene and demonic liberal progressives.

You could have said a year ago that the FBI was an unwilling and unwitting victim to this charade: after all, Obama and Hillary Clinton had crafted a system in which it was virtually impossible to actually compile enough evidence to INDICT somebody and convict them of a crime while at the same time making it impossible for our national security surveillance system to actually track anybody living in America.  But now that the FBI helped “clear” Hillary Clinton, that is simply no longer a valid argument, any more.

Another way to put it is the FBI have become the Federal Butchers of Integrity.

Instead of “investigating,” FBI agents are now being assigned to whitewash criminal and even terrorist behavior.

This is why Democrats are so ardently pushing for the replacement of all of our local police forces by rioting every single shooting of every single black suspect no matter how guilty or how much of a legitimate misunderstanding any shooting is.  It doesn’t matter that in many of these shootings of black suspects, the officer who shoots is himself black.  This crap is going on every day, and it is going on as we speak right now.  Because they want a FEDERAL police force that they can CONTROL and use as a WEAPON against their political enemies.

In this latest case I link to above, the black suspect shot by a black Charlotte Police officer had a gun near a campus and refused to drop it.  But facts simply do not matter to Democrats; they continue to chant, “Hands up, don’t shoot!” when it has been PROVEN that that alleged event did not in fact happen, that even Obama’s own rigged justice department was forced to claim it did not happen.

The mobs of Democrat activist thugs that loot and burn and ambush-assassinate police officers in the name of “justice” chant it anyway.

Are there legitimately BAD shootings of unarmed black people?  Sure there are.  There are also legitimately BAD shootings of plenty of unarmed white people, by the way.  But often times when there is a legitimately bad shooting of a black person, the cop who does the shooting is a star player for liberalism.  In Charlotte, it was a black officer; in Tulsa, it was a female officer.  Hire on the liberal “extra credit for being black or female” policy and what do you expect???  Do you want skilled police officers, or do you want politically correct police officers???

Didn’t you know that women are racists against black people???  Black people, too.  All it takes is being handed a badge and a gun and poof!  Instant racist!!!

It’s kind of an amazing end-of-days phenomena in which liberals exploit political correctness to put unqualified officers on the streets and then use the same political correctness to punish society for the result of the actions of the same unqualified officers they put on the streets.

Police departments across the nation are DESPERATE to hire black and female officers to appease a leftist machine that will NEVER be appeased until Dear Leader is running the world.

These Democrats have a political agenda that is truly terrifying.

They burn and loot and riot and beat Donald Trump supporters at event after event.  But which side is “violent”? why, the other side, of course.  How DARE Republicans stick their faces in front of Democrat fists and boots thinking they have a 1st Amendment right to peaceably assemble???

In the same way, you talk to a liberal and the war on terror was all Bush’s fault, right?  I mean, Bush invaded Afghanistan and Iraq.  But he didn’t do that on a whim; he did that because we were horrifyingly attacked on 9/11 with nearly 3,000 Americans murdered.  We know that al Qaeda spent three years of mostly Clinton presidency plotting that attack.  But we’ve actually got liberal lunatics fool enough to believe that the whole thing was masterminded by Bush in less than eight months.  And, I mean, al Qaeda didn’t start planning this attack in 1998 out of a vacuum; they did it because of YEARS of Clinton weakness and appeasement out of their view that America was a “paper tiger.”

CNN analysis said that Osama bin Laden “spectacularly miscalculated” by thinking America was a paper tiger.  But that really isn’t quite true; it’s just that the weak, gutless pathetic administration changed by the time that the attack that they were planning was ready to be carried out, and that an administration who would actually fight back had come to power rather than another Democrat puke.

We’ve watched Obama for eight years do the same things that Bill Clinton did: gut the military, make American credibility a mockery, undermine our national security in devastating ways.  And the result has been a 1,900 percent increase in global terrorism since George W. Bush left office.  I remember Bill Clinton doing the EXACT SAME THING as this article from this year points out: “US military aircraft in decay, over half of fleet unable to fly.”  If our military wants to keep one plane flying under Obama, they have to cannibalize another plane for the parts.  That’s how bad it is.  And as Obama’s reverend infamously said, our chickens have now come home to roost.  And instead of fighting these Muslim martyr-murderers, Hillary Clinton wants to bring in millions more Muslim refugees.

Because we haven’t had anywhere NEAR enough vicious terrorist attacks yet.

Meanwhile, the same party that is responsible for a one-thousand, nine-hundred percent increase in terrorism is blaming the party that has been out of power SINCE that increase occurred and is actually arguing that disarming the American people is the way to keep that people safe.  The “logic” is that the more dangerous the situation is, the less you should be allowed to have any chance of actually defending yourself.  The “logic” is that “Donald Trump” is responsible for recruiting the Islamic State terrorists that only exist today because Barack Obama first ignored their rise, then ridiculed them as “JayVee,” then did virtually NOTHING as they created the world’s worst refugee crisis in all recorded human HISTORY.  UNICEF says that FIFTY MILLION children are refugees now.  And that has exploded because of one incredibly wicked man named Barack Obama and one incredibly wicked political party a.k.a. the Democrat Party.

Weakness is the worst provocation of all.  Except for maybe a woman president to the outrage of men who force women to wear burkas from their heads to their toes with even their eyes veiled in many cases.  So this will be your future “feminist” if Hillary Clinton is actually allowed to be our president:

Realize: to every single Democrat, THIS is “peaceful”; THIS is “tolerance.”

The Curtain Of Obama Regime Corruption Pulled Wide Open, As If It Wasn’t Already OBVIOUS Obama And His Appointees Are CORRUPT

So the Attorney General had a private meeting with the husband of a suspect under criminal investigation.  And by the way, that husband is almost certainly either a suspect or at the very least a witness in that criminal investigation.

This is such a fundamental breech of common legal practice that it is tantamount in medical practice to a surgeon about to perform a surgery refusing to wash his hands or wear gloves after using the bathroom.

Anybody ever have jury duty?  Remember the judge lecturing you not to try to talk to the prosecutor or the defense lawyer or the suspect or anybody who has any-damn-thing-whatsoever to do with the case you are there for???  This is THAT damn basic.

But I am reminded of what I see from criminals and from the criminals that compose the Obama administration over and over again: the arrogance of power; the belief that we can talk our way out of ANYTHING and we have a powerful propaganda apparatus otherwise known as the mainstream media to help us do it.

Hillary Clinton thought she could and SHOULD get away with installing a personal secret server so she could be completely and entirely above the law and delete any email that proved she was a criminal or a traitor or a traitorous criminal.  She has been caught in so many documented damn lies it’s beyond unreal.  And now Loretta Lynch has joined her in the “arrogance of power queen club.”

I’m reminded of Michael Brown, the strong-arm robber who right after his strong-arm robbery, was brazenly walking down the middle of a street and blocking traffic, and then punched a police officer in the face and tried to seize his gun when that officer stopped him.  That was just beyond-stunning arrogance.  Who has that kind of arrogance that they are just simply above the law???  But Democrats proceeded to viciously riot over this turd.  In spite of the fact that Officer Darren Wilson was exonerated for any wrongdoing not once but at least TWICE.  I think of the fact that the ENTIRE Democratic Party took that vicious criminals’ side against that police officer whom even Obama’s own Justice Department was eventually forced to clear because it was so obvious that he had done nothing wrong and it was that thug Michael Brown and EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT IN AMERICA who had committed the crimes that led to Ferguson becoming a flaming riot.  And after falsely and dishonestly and deceitfully and demonically instigating a riot over a fraud in regard to Officer Wilson, the same Democrats went after police as a group and law enforcement as an institution and created what we now enjoy today as “the Ferguson Effect” in which police are terrified to do their job and emboldened criminals run rampant.  And the same pathologically demon-possessed Democrats who lied about Michael Brown being an innocent victim and lied about Darren Wilson being a racist murderer are now lying about the crippling of police officers that their rioting and false prosecuting created.

Barack Obama has openly DONE what Richard Nixon got impeached for only talking about.  Nixon deleted eighteen minutes of tapes; Hillary Clinton deleted more than 30,000 emails and Obama has deleted God-alone-knows how much.  And the only reason Nixon resigned from office was because Republicans had a level of integrity that not one Democrat on earth has.

It doesn’t matter HOW criminal or wrong their leaders are; cockroach Democrats will support them.  Because to be a Democrat is to be an individual incapable of honesty, or integrity, or decency, or virtue of any kind.

And that fact shows every day, in every way.

And so we find that the Attorney General held a private meeting on her plane for a full thirty minutes in which she instructed her FBI security detail to tell anyone nearby no pictures, no videos, no cell phones:

“The former president steps into her plane. They then speak for 30 minutes privately. The FBI there on the tarmac instructing everybody around ‘no photos, no pictures, no cell phones.’”

Then the Attorney General of the United States broke all legitimate legal and ethical protocols by refusing to disclose the meeting.  And was FORCED to acknowledge it when a small-town reporter received a tip that the meeting was going on:

Stoking suspicion about the conclave is the fact that Lynch did not disclose it until she was asked about it by local reporters at a press conference.

Why should she disclose that she has had a private meeting in the middle of nowhere with the husband of the subject of the most major investigation of her career???  Nothing to see here, folks.

And of course, when two grandparents are sharing photos of their grandkids, who DOESN’T confiscate bystanders cameras and cell phones???  I mean, every time a grandparent has ever shown me a picture of his or her grandkids, they threatened to have anyone who saw what was going on killed.  It’s just what every grandparent does when talking about their grandchildren.

Let me boldface and italicize this next paragraph, because it is the heart of what is going on here and the stakes we face:

That’s actually the thing that I most fixate on: the FBI agents ordering bystanders not to take any pictures or video or be allowed to have their cell phones out.  How did that happen?  Who gave them that order?  If Loretta Lynch ordered them to do that, there is very clearly no question whatsoever that she KNEW FULL DAMN WELL this was unethical and wrong behavior that she was trying to cover up.  She’s not a queen or a vampire or a vampire queen: she’s a public figure and people have a damn right to take pictures of somebody who gets paid with their damn tax dollars.  And if Loretta Lynch ordered that, she ought to have been fired YESTERDAY.  And if she DIDN’T order her FBI detail to demand taxpayers not be allowed to take pictures of their taxpayer-paid AG, then we are forced to the even WORSE conclusion that the ENTIRE FBI is now nothing but a political force the way the Soviet-era internal police were a brazen political force.  FBI agents have become criminal co-conspirators.  And this republic is now truly lost and it is going to take a vicious civil war to replace the whole damn rotten-to-the-core corrupt system that is now in place.

And you have to be afraid of that second possibility, given the way the FBI politicized the Orlando 911 transcripts and first redacted the terrorist’s mention of Islamic State and then replaced “Muslim” references to “Allah” with the Christian word “God.”  That was as political as it GETS.

The media is talking about the appearance of impropriety.  There isn’t any “appearance of impropriety” in this undisclosed private meeting, folks.  This is just outright IN YOUR FACE IMPROPRIETY.  It was WRONG.  Any first DAY law student would know that, let alone an attorney general of the United States and a former attorney general for the state of Arkansas.

But let’s talk about “appearances of impropriety.”  First of all there is the issue about how the media keeps talking about “emails” as if Hillary merely had a personal email account like many other officials have.  That is a lie right there; Hillary had her own secret personal private email SERVER.  That way she could maintain fascist dictatorial control and later purge her emails and wipe her server clean.  Try asking Yahoo if they’d mind you wiping their servers and see how far that gets you.  And just because YOU can delete your emails from YOUR end doesn’t mean that Yahoo doesn’t still have them all on their servers.  Hillary couldn’t have that: her criminality and her corruption and her treason were far too great to allow any public email carrier to host evidence of her crimes.  How about when Hillary Clinton told us that she set up this whole secret personal private server thing because she didn’t want to be bothered carrying two devices (one for personal and one for official use); only to be caught straight-face-LYING.  She purged 30,000 emails from her secret personal private server claiming that there were emails from her husband; until her husband stated categorically that he had only sent one email in his life – and it was NOT to his wife.  She categorically stated that there was not a single classified email on her secret personal private server; until the fact came out proving her a bald-faced liar when we learned that there were THOUSANDS of classified emails.  As of March 2 of this year, the tally is 2,079 times that Hillary Clinton shredded her credibility because that’s how many classified documents were on her secret personal private server.  So Hillary’s story changed to fit the new facts given that she’d been caught lying only to be exposed by the old facts.  Now all of a sudden it wasn’t “no classified emails,” but rather “no emails MARKED classified.”  This is a laughable distinction because material isn’t classified because it’s marked classified, but rather it’s marked classified because it is CLASSIFIED and shouldn’t be in the hands of abject FOOLS and TRAITORS like Hillary Clinton.  Arguing that information is classified only because it’s marked classified is rather akin to saying you have wings because you can fly.  No, you fly because you have wings.

It turns out that Hillary Clinton KNEW that it didn’t matter whether it was MARKED classified or not because she had a briefing on handling of classified materials and signed a Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement, known as an SF-312, which stated that “classified information is marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications.”  So her story about “nothing marked classified” is nothing but a completely dishonest and deceitful fabrication intended to deceive the voting public.

But then we get into the muck and we learn that Hillary was cavalierly sending and receiving and forwarding numerous classified documents including documents that had without any question been marked “classified” when they were sent.  We’re talking the Pentagon, the CIA, NSA, NRO, the most sensitive, classified national security secrets.  And those documents were all classified and were all MARKED classified.  And Hillary and her State Department had NO right to change the classification procedures of other branches of government.  Anyway, she gets caught red-handed AGAIN: we find more than enough instances where the classification markers had been STRIPPED.  And in fact it was clearly somebody in Hillary’s own inner circle.  And then we actually discover Hillary PERSONALLY ORDERING classification markers to be removed and the classified message sent anyway without the designator.  So in other words, her claim that the documents she was peddling in weren’t marked “classified” is tantamount to the murder suspect who just killed his parents and his entire family calling for leniency on the grounds that he is an ORPHAN.  And why is he suddenly an orphan?  The same reason Hillary’s classified documents weren’t marked “classified” any longer, that’s why.  Stripping the classification markers and then sending them is actually worse than just sending the classified emails with the markers.  It actually demonstrates an added level of conspiracy and intent.

And you’ve got emails that Hillary was trading like worthless baseball player cards that were SO super-secret that the FBI agents running the investigation can’t see them because they are classified at the very highest possible level the government has.

I can literally go on and on here.  What she did goes on and on.  Because yes, she didn’t bother to properly secure her secret personal private server.  WHILE she was sending out all this high-level top secret stuff putting our nation’s national security and the lives of our agents at risk.  Which is only ONE of the reasons why it is so wrong for a taxpayer-paid official to have one in the first place.   And WHY it was a CLEAR violation of the rules that she felt herself above.  And yes, we now know her server WAS hacked.  In fact, there were SEVERAL instances when Hillary’s IT guy realized her secret personal private server was being hacked and shut it down the way any boob at home would do if he got scared.  Eric Snowden, a traitor even according to Obama, is in Russia because if he came back to the US he’d be put in prison, said of Hillary:

Break classification rules for the public’s benefit, and you could be exiled.

Do it for personal benefit, and you could be President.

I’m not even scratching the damn SURFACE.  And we find that Hillary’s IT guy who installed her secret personal private server just took the 5th Amendment on the grounds that whatever he said would incriminate him at least 130 times.  Something all her aides have been doing.  Her entire inner circle refused to cooperate in any way with investigators.   And Hillary herself just refused to talk to the State Department’s own Inspector General, claiming that even Barack Obama and John Kerry are clearly out to get her.

Did you get that?  Hillary REFUSED to answer questions even with the inspector general of her own STATE DEPARTMENT run by her OWN PARTY.

Her State Department FIRED people for doing a TINY FRACTION Of what Hillary was herself doing and she had all of her inner circle doing.

There is absolutely zero question whatsoever that she broke the rules.  She very clearly believed herself to be above the law and beyond accountability or transparency.  Which is yet another lie that Hillary falsely maintained to deceive the American voting public.

And you want to talk about the “appearance of impropriety”????

And again, I could go on for PAGES about all the damn shenanigans Hillary and her staff and her depraved husband have pulled.

So yeah, you’ve got to be a stark-raving FOOL not to understand that Bill Clinton wanted a briefing from the AG on what was happening with this investigation and what Obama was doing to kill it.  Anybody who wants to believe that they spent half-an-hour chatting about grandchildren shouldn’t be allowed in public without a straitjacket and a muzzle.

There is a crystal clear pattern of political interference at the very highest levels in the Hillary Clinton CRIMINAL investigation.  We have had Obama – who told us that he was not being briefed on the investigation but somehow knew that Hillary Clinton was clearly innocent of any wrongdoing – subsequently ENDORSE her as the nominee for president AFTER it was revealed that his own Justice Department was investigating her.  And now we’ve got this meeting.

That Obama hasn’t already FIRED Lynch for her conduct just points to how pathologically corrupt HE is.

Obama will never allow a special prosecutor, because he is a wicked, dishonest, corrupt man and Hillary Clinton is even WORSE.  Even though there has never been a situation in the entire history of all planet earth that more screamed for a special prosecutor who was untainted by the stench of Obama and his lawthug Loretta Lynch.

 

 

Weasel Obama’s Pet Weasel Eric Holder Tries Blaming Bush For Operation Fast And Furious. BULLCRAP!

As a dog lover, I’ve more than a few times heard people joke that they wanted to get a dog so their dog could have a pet.  That’s kind of what Eric Holder is to Barack Obama.  Obama is a weasel, yes, but he also has his own pet weasel in the form of Eric Holder.

Eric Holder is THE most political and politicized Attorney General in American history bar none, surpassing anything we saw in the Nixon years and surpassing even the Kennedy years when the president had his own loyal-to-the-hilt BROTHER on the job.  You would have to use powerful hydraulics to pry Eric Holder’s lips out of Barack Obama’s anus.  That’s the bottom line.

Is it Bush’s fault that Barack Obama and Eric Holder implemented and initiated Operation Fast and Furious (OFF) which resulted in

This would have been my two questions to Eric Holder had he stated that Bush was really to blame for all of this in my presence: 1) How many U.S. federal agents were murdered due to guns from Bush’s Operation Wide Receiver?  And 2) How many innocent Mexican citizens were murdered due to guns from Bush’s Operation Wide Receiver?  And 3) How many guns were “lost”?  Because if we ask that question of Obama, Holder and their Fast and Furious, the answer is that two US federal agents (Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and ICE Special Agent Jaime Zapata) were murdered with guns from Obama’s and Holder’s program, with Obama’s and Holder’s guns being found on at least 11 violent crime scenes in the United States, and at least 200 Mexican citizens were killed by guns from Fast and Furious.  And 1,400 of Obama’s and Holder’s guns were completely lost to violent criminals due to Fast and Furious and it’s Obama/Holder primary operation known as Project Gunrunner which was begun in October of 2009.   Versus Bush’s Operation Wide Receiver, which had CONTROLS to monitor the guns and lost a total of a dozen guns – because OWR utilized “controlled delivery” versus just allowing guns to “walk” as Obama and Holder did.

None of the results of Operation Fast and Furious is George Bush’s fault or the fault of the program that occurred during his administration, Operation Wide Receiver. 

Furthermore, NOBODY in the Justice has been held accountable for this fiasco by Barack Obama or his pet weasel Eric Holder.  In fact, Eric Holder has PROTECTED those involved and actually given them PROMOTIONS to purchase their silence (and here).

Finally, Eric Holder is a thoroughly documented liar on Fast and Furious.  He has officially lied under oath.  He has refused to provide Congress with over 100,000 documents relating to this evil Obama operation and in particular refused to provide particular documents requested by name.  One of his most ridiculous lies is that the “Fast and Furious” in his emails have nothing to do with Operation Fast and Furious.  He simply cannot be trusted to have anything to do with this investigation and should have already been fired for his role in the cover-up (which is why Obama is involved in this crime at least in the role of assisting in the cover-up).  Nixon resigned from office for the same crime.

After a long period of resolutely ignoring Operation Fast and Furious, the bulk of the mainstream media has been dragged into covering the “gun walking” scandal by the charges of perjury directed at Attorney General Eric Holder. Flailing around for something they can spin, liberals have suddenly become very interested in Operation Wide Receiver, a gun walking program from the Bush era. Longtime observers of the Obama scandal have long been camped out on Operation Wide Receiver’s front porch with a bowl of Halloween candy, knowing it was only a matter of time before the Left showed up.

The L.A. Times, which has provided excellent coverage of the rapidly evolving Fast and Furious scandal, is curiously negligent in explaining Wide Receiver to its readers:

The Times reported from Washington on Monday that the Bush administration managed a program similar to Fast and Furious in 2006-07. Mexican President Felipe Calderon took office in December 2006.

In that program, dubbed Wide Receiver, weapons were allowed into Mexico, just as later occurred in Operation Fast and Furious in 2009 and 2010, The Times reported. About 2,000 weapons were “walked” in Mexico and later showed up at scores of crime scenes, Mexican officials have said.

The Monday report from the L.A. Times didn’t really say anything about Wide Receiver at all, beyond mentioning its name:

In the emails that the department turned over to congressional investigators, Justice Department officials last October discussed both the Fast and Furious gun-trafficking surveillance operation in Phoenix and a separate investigation from 2006 and 2007 called Operation Wide Receiver. In Wide Receiver, which took place in Tucson, firearms also were acquired by illegal straw purchasers and lost in Mexico, the emails say.

The Associated Press made a much more explicit attempt to claim Wide Receiver was essentially identical to Fast and Furious, meaning the Bush Administration was walking guns just like Obama:

The federal government under the Bush administration ran an operation that allowed hundreds of guns to be transferred to suspected arms traffickers — the same tactic that congressional Republicans have criticized President Barack Obama’s administration for using, two federal law enforcement officials said Tuesday.

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and other Republicans have been hammering the Obama Justice Department over the practice known as “letting guns walk.” The congressional target has been Operation Fast and Furious, which was designed to track small-time gun buyers at several Phoenix-area gun shops up the chain to make cases against major weapons traffickers. In the process, federal agents lost track of many of the more than 2,000 guns linked to the operation.

When Bush, a Republican, was president, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Tucson, Ariz., used a similar enforcement tactic in a program it called Operation Wide Receiver. The fact that there were two such ATF investigations years apart in separate administrations raises the possibility that agents in still other cases may have allowed guns to “walk.”

The Washington Post packs its spin right into the headline: “Earlier ATF Gun Operation ‘Wide Receiver’ Used Same Tactics As ‘Fast and Furious.’”

Operation Wide Receiver came to light when Rep. Darryl Issa (R-Calif.) and Sen. Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa) released new documents and e-mails this week which they said showed that although Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. told Congress in May that he had just learned about Fast and Furious, he had known for about 10 months.

That alleged discrepancy led some Republican lawmakers to accuse Holder of perjury. They have pounded on Holder over Fast and Furious, in some cases calling for his resignation.Their investigation of the program has led to the reassignment of the former ATF director and others, and the resignation of the U.S. attorney in Arizona.

But Wide Receiver, conducted in the Bush administration, has not received a lot of attention. According to Justice spokeswoman Tracy Schmaler, some of the e-mails used in the attempt to discredit Holder were referring to the Tucson case, Wide Receiver.

More specifically, Schmaler said that when the e-mails mention “guns walking,” they are referring to the 2006-07 Tucson case, Operation Wide Receiver. Schmaler said neither of the officials knew about guns walking in the Fast and Furious case.

(Emphasis mine.) Of course, “some” emails referring to Wide Receiver has absolutely no logical bearing on other emails referring specifically to Fast and Furious. I’m sure the next Republican Attorney General can count on the same kind of helpful spin and misdirection from the Washington Post.

1. Wide Receiver was less than one-quarter the size of Fast and Furious, involving about 500 guns. About 450 guns made it across the border into Mexico. Not only was Fast and Furious much larger, but it was only one of several gun walking operations launched by the Obama Administration. In fact, intrepid CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson says she has “found allegations of gun walking in at least 10 cities in five states.”

2. Unlike the Obama Administration programs, there actually was a serious attempt made to track the Wide Receiver weapons. Some of them were fitted with radio tracking devices. The cartel gun buyers figured out how to defeat the tracking system by driving around in circles, until the tracking planes ran out of fuel and were forced to return to base. Also, some of the tracking devices were damaged when ATF agents improperly inserted them into the guns.

By contrast, one of the signature features of Obama gun walking is that absolutely no effort to track the guns was ever in place. ATF agents have testified they were expressly ordered to stand down when they tried to follow the cartel straw purchasers. Whatever mistakes were made in Operation Wide Receiver, there’s no way to argue that Operation Fast and Furious was not much worse… because they should have learned from what happened in Wide Receiver.

3. And by “they” I mean “Special Agent In Charge Bill Newell.” That’s right – the same Phoenix ATF supervisor who became famous during the investigation of Fast and Furious was involved with Operation Wide Receiver. He’s also the ATF agent that originally told Congress that he mentioned gun walking in a roundabout way to his old buddy Kevin O’Reilly of the White House national security staff, who he communicates with maybe three or four times a year… only to be exposed as a liar when the same document dump that put AG Holder in jeopardy of perjury charges revealed a constant stream of emails between Newell and O’Reilly, lasting over a month.

4. Operation Wide Receiver was, by all accounts, shut down after its weapons dropped off the grid, and the ATF realized it had blundered. Operation Fast and Furious was only shut down because two of its weapons were discovered at the scene of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s murder. According to congressional testimony, the Terry shooting – along with the mistaken suspicion that Tucson mass murderer Jared Loughner might have been packing a Fast and Furious gun – panicked top ATF brass into halting its gun walking operations.

5. The Obama Justice Department cobbled together significant inter-agency co-operation for its huge gun walking programs. As Kurt Hofmann of the Gun Rights Examiner notes, “At this point, we don’t seem to have any evidence that earlier ‘gunwalking’ involved the FBI, the DEA, DHS, the State Department, the IRS, and even the White House Security Council.”

6. And, of course, there was no massive cover-up of Wide Receiver. No senior Administration officials committed perjury to distance themselves from it. The ATF was not exactly advertising the existence of the operation, or its unhappy conclusion, but that’s very different from the thick stone wall Obama and his people tried to build around their far larger and deadlier operations.

In fact, a confidential informant named Mike Detty, who participated in Wide Receiver as a gun dealer, specifically told David Codrea of the Gun Rights Examiner that the Bush Administration was not involved in the earlier gun walking program:

The AP story said that under Bush this case was never prosecuted and it took the Obama administration to find this Bush debacle and prosecute.

The truth is that the first two AUSA’s assigned to this case declined to prosecute it because ATF, ASAC, SAC and above, lied to him and told him that the guns were being followed on the other side of the border. One AUSA told me, “Why would I take this case to court when I’d have to sacrifice my integrity and professional credibility because ATF screwed up so badly?”

There you have it. It had nothing to do with Bush or even DOJ at that point. ATF decision makers made the decision to devote 3 years worth of resources on a case based on a lie.

(Emphasis mine.) In summary, Operation Wide Receiver was a small-scale botched sting operation, in which a foolish, but faintly plausible, plan to track straw gun buyers to their criminal customers went terribly wrong. The Obama Administration used this disaster as a template, radically increased its scale, and turned it into something else altogether.

Far from letting the Obama Administration “off the hook” because “Bush did it too,” an understanding of the full Operation Wide Receiver story makes the Obama scandal worse.

In 2006-2007 the ATF devised Operation Wide Receiver while Bush was in office. The purpose was to track illegal weapons into Mexico and into the hands of the drug cartels. A confidential informant, Mike Detty who was a gun dealer in Operation Wide Receiver, specifically told David Codrea of the Gun Rights Examiner that the Bush administration was not involved in the gun walking program. To me, that’s a moot point. The truth of the matter remains that we know for a FACT that Eric Holder knew about OFF and lied to congress when asked about it.

The other part that I can’t quite get a handle on is the fact that ATF and the Obama Administration resurrected a FAILED operation, made it much, much bigger than the original, ran it again and turned it into an EPIC FAILURE. Even with Bill Newell knowing that Operation Wide Receiver was a failure, he ran Operation Fast and Furious. Strike up the band, I expect we will hear a new chorus of the “this is Bush’s fault” song.

As of this date, Eric Holder says that he refuses to allow the appointment of an investigator that he cannot control and influence.  Again, Obama and Holder are criminal by Obama’s own standards:

Graham noted that as senators, Obama and Vice President Joe Biden had called for the appointment of a special counsel in past situations that involved Republican transgressions, such as White House leaks in the Valerie Plame case that revealed the identity of the CIA operative.

The current leaks were more serious, Graham argued, and Holder should do now what Obama and Biden had called for then.

These aren’t merely “Chicago thugs” holding court in Washington, as Bill Clinton himself once claimed. This is an ongoing criminal enterprise occupying the White House in God Damn America.

Barack Obama has shook his fist at God from the day he took office. And God will continue to damn this nation until the people reject him and his stink has been purged from the people’s house.

Just the facts:

On May 3, 2011, Attorney General Eric Holder appeared before Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA) and the House Oversight Committee for questioning on Fast and Furious.

During questioning, Issa asked: “When did you first know about the program…called ‘Fast and Furious?”

Holder responded: “I’m not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks”

As I’ve written elsewhere, at the very moment Holder gave this answer, it was a safe bet he was being less than completely honest with the Congressional committee. But now the evidence, having become insurmountable in just the past 48 hours, makes it crystal clear that Holder lied to Issa and the House Oversight Committee.

Proof:

Reports CBS NEWS: “[Holder] was sent briefings back as far as 2010.” Briefings on Fast and Furious that is, beginning at least as early as July 2010.” (In other words, Holder began receiving briefings on Fast and Furious “ten months before his May 3^rd Congressional testimony.)

And on October 18, 2010, documents show that Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer sent communiqués to Holder warning that indictments for Fast and Furious could come soon.

In response to this growing mound of evidence against him, Holder is now saying he “misunderstood that question from Congress [on May 3^rd], that he did know about Fast and Furious, just not the details”

This is the same tired defense others under Holder have been making – that they knew about Fast and Furious but not about “the details,” i.e. about the guns being walked into Mexico. However, this just won’t fly. It’s an insult to common sense and runs counter to the facts available to the public at large.

For example, documents show that on October 22, 2010 a Deputy Attorney General sent Holder a memo in which he basically said he didn’t expect much trouble to arise if knowledge of gun walking became public, because it was already an excepted fact that U.S. guns were being used by Mexican gangs in Mexico.

The Deputy Attorney General’s exact words to Holder: “It’s not going to be a big surprise that a bunch of U.S. guns are being used in [Mexico], so I’m not sure how much grief we get for guns walking.”

The bottom line: Holder knew about Fast and Furious at least as early as July 2010, but on May 3^rd he told the Congressional committee he had only known about it for a “few weeks.” This means he mislead Congress, a crime made even more egregious by the fact that he had received regular updates on Fast and Furious from July 2010 through May 2011.

Also, Holder has maintained he had no knowledge of guns walking into Mexico via Fast and Furious, but the October 22, 2010 memo proves he not only knew, but was told not to worry about it because no one would be surprised at U.S. guns in Mexico.

What is House Speaker John Boehner doing today? If it’s anything other than initiating impeachment proceedings against Holder, then he’s wasting our time.

Article II of the Constitution gives Congress the power to impeach “the president, the vice president and all civil officers of the United States.” And it’s time to use that power.

Holder lied, and hundreds died via Fast and Furious.

The Obama administration is dishonest and evil.  Between their blatant corruption and rampant disregard for the law (here’s just TODAY’S example that Obama is a full-fledged fascist), Obama ought to be impeached and forced out of office.  And his little lapdog Eric Holder too.

The White House is in full freak-out mode over this massive scandal in which hundreds of people were literally MURDERED because of their policies.  They are literally screaming at reporters.  And this isn’t “Fox News,” mind you, but mainstream media entity CBS.  It’s never pretty when you confront a liar with his lies.

Barack Obama Needs To Resign NOW: U.S. Government Gunwalking Scandal Blowing Sky High

This scandal makes Watergate and Iran-Contra look like nothing.  Innocent Americans are DEAD because of this scandal.  A great many Mexican civilians are DEAD because of this scandal, including the tortured and murdered brother of a Mexican state attorney general.

And the end to American deaths from this Obama administration scandal is nowhere near at an end.  Guns from this incredibly stupid program are turning up in U.S. cities.  They are being found in the hands of murderous Mexican gangs operating in the U.S.

This is a DEADLY serious matter.  People need to go to jail.  People need to be impeached.  Gory severed human heads of U.S. government officials need to be put on pikes as a reminder to anyone else who would try something this utterly stupid.

And Obama has been basically acting like, “How DARE you question your god?”  Because at this point it’s becoming readily apparent he’s got some kind of Goa‘uld snake-thingy controlling him.

The [Obama] Justice Department blocked senior ATF leaders from cooperating with Congress in its investigation of the “Fast and Furious” weapons operation, ordering them not to respond to questions and taking full control of replying to briefing and document requests, the agency’s top boss told congressional investigators.

More accurately and specifically:

The Obama Administration has denied, obfuscated and is refusing to cooperate with the Congressional inquiry into the Project Gunrunner/Operation Fast and Furious scandal where the US Government facilitated the sale of over 2,500 firearms and ‘countless hundreds of thousands of rounds of rounds of ammunition’ to Mexican narcotics cartels.

Here’s the result:  Republican House Committee Chairman Darrell Issa asked the head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives [ATF], “Who authorized this program that was so felony stupid it got people killed?”:

Chairman Issa started off the interrogation of Weich by holding up one of the pages that the ATF had provided his committee. It was completely blackened, one of hundreds that had been totally redacted by the agency. Issa told Weich that this was unacceptable and that he was tired of the lack of cooperation at the Department of Justice.

Issa also caught Weich in a lie by pointing to a letter in which he denied any knowledge of Fast and Furious, when we now know that Weich did know about the program

I don’t know what they call that on your planet, but where I come from they call this “stonewalling.”  We also use terms like “cover-up.”  It’s bad here.  We’ve actually impeached people for pulling crap like this.

When Mexico found out about this operation of lethal weapons coming into their country, they asked the Obama administration about it.  And the administration denied that there was any such operation:

[Mexican deputy assistant attorney general Jorge Alberto Lara Rivera] “Lara said Friday that as soon as Mexico heard of reports regarding operation Fast and Furious, U.S. officials contacted their counterparts in Phoenix to ask them about it and that they denied that the operation included the movement of weapons.”

It’s time to impeach Barack Obama.  He is a fool, a failure and a fraud.  That’s the only way we’re going to be able to spray the big giant can of Raid into the cockroach nest Obama has planted in the Department of Justice.

Let’s go back to the Obama administration demonizing America for trafficking guns to Mexico:

Communist revolutionaries and Islamic terrorists share a common feature with the “Chicago Thug” Obama administration: what they do is attack the very institution that they intend to replace in order to undermine confidence in it and thus seize absolute power as the people lose confidence in their institutions.

They create a crisis, and then use that crisis to get what they want.  Or as former Obama chief of staff Emanuel put it, “Never let a serious crisis go to waste.”  Particularly when your the one who started it in the first place.

Send thousands of guns illegally to Mexico, and then crack down on American gun rights because, My God, THERE ARE U.S. GUNS IN MEXICO!!!

That’s what this rat bastard sonofabitch Obama did, and he needs to seriously burn for it.

So far, the only one Obama has gone after is the righteous ATF agent who blew the whistle on this demonic program.

Obama has denied any knowledge, as has his attorney general, as has his Homeland Security Director.

But somehow this MASSIVE operation that was going on without ANYBODY knowing about it included the FBI and the DEA as well as the ATF and the Justice Department.  Sssshhhh, it’s a secret!

Reporting from Washington—The embattled head of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms has told congressional investigators that the FBI and Drug Enforcement Administration kept his agency “in the dark” about their dealings with Mexican drug cartel figures linked to a controversial gun-trafficking investigation.Kenneth Melson, the ATF’s acting director, has been under pressure to resign over the agency’s handling of the gun-trafficking operation, known as Fast and Furious. But in two days of meetings with investigators, Melson disclosed that other law enforcement agencies had a connection to the operation. His statements sharply ratcheted up the affair, and strongly suggested that House and Senate investigations, as well as an internal review by
the Justice Department, will widen.

“Our investigation has clearly expanded,” one source close to the investigation said Wednesday. “We know now it was not something limited to just a small group of ATF agents in Arizona.”

The only possible reason NOT to believe that some senior White House figure – who would necessarily have been briefing the president – did not know about this is because THIS administration is actually incompetent and irresponsible and stupid and naive enough to be so utterly and completely clueless as to what was obviously going on all around them.

And, I mean, how was the Obama Department of “Justice” supposed to know about anything when they were actually far too busy looking at child porn at work instead of doing their jobs???

And guess what?  It’s not blatant enough yet, because it’s ACTUALLY EVEN MORE BLATANT THAN THAT: we’re finding out now that there was a SIMILAR federal gunwalking operation going on in Tampa (that’s more than 2,000 miles apart from Phoenix, fwiw). This one was sending guns to criminals in Honduras.

But noooooooobody was directing this fiasco.  It all just happened.  It was just like a couple of chemicals evolving into Albert Einstein, or, you know, a thousand monkeys randomly typing until they’d written the complete works of Shakespeare including all the thees and the thous.

I look around at America with the same appalled outrage of jailed journalist Stephan Laurent who looked at Nazi Germany:

“I am writing this from cell 24. Outside a new Germany is being created. Many millions are rejoicing. Hitler is promising everyone precisely what they want. I think when they wake to their sobering senses, they will find they have been led by the nose and duped by lies.”

One day people are going to wake up and see the ruins of their once-great nation, and wonder what the hell happened.  And I write this blog to keep a record of the hell that is Barack Hussein Obama and his demonic cockroach minions.

How Obama Managed To Screw Up Even The Killing Of Osama Bin Laden

It’s really quite amazing: Barack Obama is a near-total failure even when he finally manages to get something right.

Obama’s disasterous bungling of the aftermath of the killing of bin Laden makes me think about that proverbial idiot who managed to kill the goose that laid the golden eggs.

The past few days have seemed like an extended amateur hour in the White House as unforced error after unforced error has been made in the handling of the US Government’s message about the killing of bin Laden.

We should not forget the bottom line in this: bin Laden was justifiably and legally killed by brave and skilled US Navy SEALs. The operation was audacious and meticulous in its planning and execution. President Barack Obama made the call to carry out the raid and his decision was vindicated in spades.

Having said that, the messiness since then has taken much of the sheen off this success, temporarily at least. Here’s a summary of what went wrong once the most difficult bit had been achieved:

1. It took nearly three days to decide not to release the photographs. I think there was a case for not releasing the pictures, though on balance I think disclosure would have been best. But whichever way Obama went on this, the decision should have been made quickly, on Monday. By letting the world and his dog debate the issue for so long and then say no made the administration look indecisive and appear that it had something to hide. It will fuel the conspiracy theories. And the pictures will surely be leaked anyway.

2. To say that bin Laden was armed and hiding behind a wife being used as a human shield was an unforgiveable embellishment. The way it was expressed by John Brennan was to mock bin Laden as being unmanly and cowardly. It turned out to be incorrect and gave fuel, again, to conspiracy theories as well as accusations of cover-ups and illegality. Of all the mistakes of the week, this was by far the biggest.

3. It was a kill mission and no one should have been afraid to admit that. Bin Laden was a dead man as soon as the SEAL Team landed. There’s nothing wrong with that but the Obama administration should have been honest about it rather than spinning tales about bin Laden having a gun, reaching for a gun (the latest) and resisting (without saying how he resisted).

4. Too much information was released, too quickly and a lot of it was wrong. When it made the administration look good, the information flowed freely. When the tide turned, Jay Carney, Obama’s spokesman, clammed up completely. I’m a journalist; I like it when people talk about things. But from the administration’s perspective, it would have been much better to have given a very sparse, accurate description of what happened without going into too much detail, especially about the intelligence that led to the compound (an account which is necessarily suspect).

5. Obama tried to claim too much credit. Don’t get me wrong, he was entitled to a lot of credit. but sometimes less is more and it’s better to let facts speak for themselves. We didn’t need official after official to say how “gutsy” Obama was. Far better to have heaped praise on the CIA and SEALs (which, to be fair, was done most of the time) and talked less about Obama’s decision-making. And a nod to President George W. Bush would have been classy – and good politics for Obama.

6. Proof of death was needed. The whole point of the SEAL operation, rather than a B2 bombing that levelled the compound, was to achieve certainty. The administration has DNA evidence, facial recognition evidence and photographic evidence. Some combination of that evidence should have been collated and released swiftly. It’s not enough to say, effectively, “Trust me, I’m Obama” – especially given all the misinformation that was put out.

7. The mission should have been a ‘capture’ one. Notwithstanding 3. above and the legitimacy of killing bin Laden, I think a capture of bin Laden was probably possible and, in the long term, would have been better – not least because of the intelligence that could have been gleaned from interrogating him and the couriers. My hunch is that Obama didn’t want him alive because there would have been uncomfortable issues to address like whether he should be tried, where he should be held (it would have been Guantanamo – obviously) and the techniques for questioning him.

8. Obama’s rhetoric lurched from jingoistic to moralistic. During the initial announcement, Obama said that by killing bin Laden “we are once again reminded that America can do whatever we set our mind to”. If Bush had said that, he would have been mocked and laughed at, with some justification. But by today Obama was all preachy and holier than thou saying: “It is important for us to make sure that very graphic photos of somebody who was shot in the head are not floating around as an incitement to additional violence or as a propaganda tool.  That’s not who we are.  We don’t trot out this stuff as trophies.”

9. Triggering a torture debate was an avoidable own goal. Following on from 3. by discussing the intelligence, the administration walked into the issue of whether enhanced interrogation techniques yielded important information. That was certainly something they could have done without. Politically, it gave something for Republicans to use against Obama.

10. The muddle over Pakistan. Everyone I talk to with knowledge of these things tells me that Pakistan had to have given the green light for the raid in some form. But the Pakistanis, for good reasons, would not want this made public. Rather than say it would not comment on whether Pakistan had harboured bin Laden or was playing a double game, the White House poured petrol on the flames by encouraging criticism of Pakistan. That might have been deserved, but in terms of managing the region it was impolitic. The Pakistanis are clearly riled and the contradictions between the US and Pakistani accounts, again, fuel the conspiracy theories.

All this has meant that this week’s media story has become one about Obama and the White House more than one about the SEALs, the CIA and what killing bin Laden means. That’s exactly the wrong way round.

It’s not enough to say that Obama arrogantly and falsely took too much credit, or even that Obama didn’t give Bush and the programs Bush developed enough credit: Obama personally demonized programs that were essential to finally getting Osama bin Laden, and even launched a vendetta to destroy the professionals who gave us the vital information via his attorney general.

Waterboarding and “enhanced interrogation” were absolutely vital to nailing bin Laden.  Even the career Democrat who was Barack Obama’s handpicked man to run the CIA openly acknowledged that:

Asked by NBC-TV’s Brian Williams about the information obtained from detainees that led to the bin Laden takedown, Panetta replied:  ‘We had multiple series of sources that provided information with regards to this situation.  … Clearly some of it came from detainees [and] they used these enhanced interrogation techniques against some of those detainees.”

When Williams asked whether “waterboarding” was one of those techniques, Panetta replied:  “That’s correct.”

General Michael Hayden, the career intelligence professional who had directed the CIA prior to Leon Panetta, speaking about the CIA program Obama terminated on his second day as president, had this to say:

Michael Hayden said there is no question the CIA program including waterboarding laid the foundation for bin Laden’s capture.

MICHAEL HAYDEN, FMR CIA DIRECTOR ON FOX NEWS RADIO (via telephone): That database was kind of like the home depot of intelligence analysis. You know, it was incredibly detailed stuff.

HERRIDGE: As for its role in identifying this compound in Pakistan —

HAYDEN: It would be very difficult for me to conceive of an operation like the one that took place on Sunday that did not include in its preparation information that came out of the CIA detention program.

It is a well-documented fact, confirmed by both the Republican- and Democrat-appointed Directors of Central Intelligence, that waterboarding led to the breakthrough that finally resulted in nailing Osama bin Laden.

Barack Obama wants to demonize the people and procedures that led to Osama bin Laden’s killing even as he takes credit for what could not possibly have happened without the people and procedures that he demonized.  It is a disgrace.

And Obama is STILL continuing to persecute the CIA professionals who got us the intelligence that got bin Laden via his attorney general attack dog.  He won’t even so much as talk to Holder about his rabid attack dog’s rabid determination to criminalize the professionals whose work led to the result Obama is taking credit for.  And that makes Obama a disgrace.

Then there’s the fact that so many of the events surrounding Barack Obama were staged propaganda.

Of the famous photo supposedly showing Obama and his national security team monitoring and directing the SEAL Team that got Osama bin Laden, we now know that:

Leon Panetta, director of the CIA, revealed there was a 25 minute blackout during which the live feed from cameras mounted on the helmets of the US special forces was cut off.

A photograph released by the White House appeared to show the President and his aides in the situation room watching the action as it unfolded. In fact they had little knowledge of what was happening in the compound.

In an interview with PBS, Mr Panetta said: “Once those teams went into the compound I can tell you that there was a time period of almost 20 or 25 minutes where we really didn’t know just exactly what was going on. And there were some very tense moments as we were waiting for information.

“We had some observation of the approach there, but we did not have direct flow of information as to the actual conduct of the operation itself as they were going through the compound.”

Which is to say that much of the hubub of Obama as commanding figure was simply staged.  It wasn’t real.

Nor were the photos of Obama’s speech announcing that Osama bin Laden had been killed.

And while a liberal might argue that what Obama did has been done before, my response is that there are times when you’ve got to be real and not propaganda, and this was clearly one of those times.

In light of what George Bush did to create programs, build special operations capabilities capable of performing the Pakistan mission that got bin Laden, and even what Barack Obama said during his campaign for president, the decision to capture or kill Osama bin Laden was a no-brainer.

I mean, just imagine the fecal matter that would have struck the rotary oscillator had it emerged that Barack Obama had known for at least six months where Osama bin Laden was – and refused to get him????

That said, the man acted brainless before the decision to get Osama bin Laden, and he’s clearly returned to his brainless form since.

Attorney General Holder Talks About ‘My People.’ American People, White People, Need Not Apply For Justice

Let’s see if there’s any such thing as fairness in the world when liberals are involved.

“While he may have had the best of intentions, Ross Perot rubbed many Blacks the wrong way during his recent address at the NAACP national convention in Nashville when he referred to Blacks as ‘you people.'”

And just how dare he?

Well, then there’s Eric Holder, a.k.a. Moses, calling those same blacks “my people.”  Which is to say that “his people” are not the American people, and they SURE aint “white people” or “Asian people.”  Racism is fine – as long as it’s liberals being racists while simultaneously getting to constantly throw out the race card.

Despite the lack of interest by the mainstream media, the revelation that New Black Panther maniacs who intimidated voters were not prosecuted because of a Justice Department policy of only enforcing civil rights laws if the plaintiffs are not Caucasians will not go away. Eric Holder, who denounced the USA as a “nation of cowards,” has stuck his foot in his mouth once again by revealing that his loyalty to his race comes long before any loyalty to the law or America:

Attorney General Eric Holder finally got fed up Tuesday with claims that the Justice Department went easy in a voting rights case against members of the New Black Panther Party because they are African American.

Holder’s frustration over the criticism became evident during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing as Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas) accused the Justice Department of failing to cooperate with a Civil Rights Commission investigation into the handling of the 2008 incident in which Black Panthers in intimidating outfits and wielding a club stood outside a polling place in Philadelphia.

The Attorney General seemed to take personal offense at a comment Culberson read in which former Democratic activist Bartle Bull called the incident the most serious act of voter intimidation he had witnessed in his career.

“Think about that,” Holder said. “When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, and to compare what people were subjected to there to what happened in Philadelphia — which was inappropriate, certainly that… to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line, who risked all, for my people,” said Holder, who is black.

In other words, it’s okay to chase Whitey away from the polls with clubs, because His People endured worse in past generations.

That Obama would appoint an Attorney General with known terrorist sympathies was the height of arrogance. Every day that he fails to fire him is another finger poked in America’s eye.

Let me rephrase Holder’s words into a slightly different argument to show how morally idiotic it is:

“Think about that.  When you compare what women endured in Afghanistan in the last few years to try to get the right to be treated as human beings, and to compare what women were subjected to there to what happened in California to Jaycee Dugard – which was inappropriate, certainly, that… to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to heroic Afghani women who put their lives on the line…”

Thank you, Attorney General Eric Holder.  Now I’m finally free to find myself as many sex slaves to kidnap as I can fit in my trunk.  Because those women in Afghanistan clearly had it even worse.  And therefore how DARE you uphold that law against stopping American women from being turned into sex slaves.  I mean, both girls were obviously repeatedly raped, but the Afghani girl got her nose and her ears cut off as well.  So let’s not uphold the law against the rat bastard piece of moral filth who ruined Jaycee Dugard’s life.  Because he wasn’t as bad, you see.

Let me refresh your memory about the views of one of the New Black Panthers who was trying to disenfranchise white voters:

Here’s the new political correctness that is perfectly okay in AG Holder’s mind.  These are the words of the New Black Panther who was intimidating white voters:

SHABAZZ:  “I hate white people.  All of them!  Every last iota of a cracker, I hate him!  You want freedom? You’re going to have to kill some crackers! You’re going to have kill some of their babies.”

That certainly isn’t all that the guy Obama and Holder wanted to protect said:

Samir: “We didn’t come out here to play. There is to much serious business going on in your black community to be sliding through south street with white, dirty cracker whores on your arms. What’s a matter with you black man, you got a doomsday with a white woman on your arm.”
……
“We keep begging white people for freedom. No wonder we’re not free. Your enemy can not make you free fool. You want freedom you’re going to have to kill some crackers. You’re going to have to kill some of their babies.

Let us get our act together. It’s time to wake up, clean up, and stand up.”

“I can’t wait for the day that they’re all dead. I won’t be completely happy until I see our people free and Whitey dead.”

“When you have 10 brothers in uniform, suited and booted and ready for war, white folks know these niggas ain’t their niggas. We kick white folks asses. We take it right to the cracker.”

That attitude is just FINE in Barack Obama’s and Eric Holder’s twisted vision of America.  It’s only all white people who are to be permantly deemed guilty for what a few did back before I was born.

If you’re going to kidnap a sex slave for yourself, just make sure she is a white, dirty cracker whore.  Because “her kind” especially shouldn’t count.

Eric Holder is the Attorney General of the United States.  He is the person responsible for upholding the laws of the land.  And he is a shockingly stupid moral imbecile, appointed to his position by another shockingly stupid moral imbecile.

If you have so much as a single functioning moral cell in your body, you do NOT say you don’t give a damn about upholding the law because something worse happened fifty years ago.  Or five years ago, for that matter.

I can now say that Obama is not my president, because he’s not from “my people.”  Nor do I have to follow the laws of the land, because they’re being administered by someone who isn’t one of “my people.”  And when I say that, I am actually backed up by the words of the highest law enforcement offical in the land.  It is absolutely disgraceful and despicable.

Barack Obama and Eric Holder are two truly evil men who are too morally stupid to know that they are truly evil men.

This is God damn America, plain and simple.  And in God damn America, “justice” only works for whomever the tyrant regime wants it to work for.

The Worm Is Beginning To Turn On ObamaCare

Things are rapidly getting out of hand for ObamaCare.

The House just voted to repeal it with a bipartisan vote of 245-189 (with three Democrats joining all the Republicans).

For the record, the vote in favor of repealing ObamaCare was far higher than the vote to pass the damn thing (219 – barely above the minimum necessary for passage).

26 states are now officially on board with Florida to challenge ObamaCare in federal court.  The Florida State Attorney General said last night on Fox News’ “Greta” program that 2 more states have promised that they will be on board, and she has been in talks with several other states.

More than half the states now want ObamaCare tossed into the trash where it belongs.

Democrats and the mainstream media have routinely sneered about what a useless and time-wasting “symbolic” gesture this vote was.  One can only wonder: during the dark and dreadful reign of Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat majority during the last two years, more than 400 bills were passed that were not taken up in the Senate.  And that was during a period in which Democrats RAN the Senate.  Did the Democrats and the mainstream media come unglued over those “time wasting gestures”????  I don’t think so.

Americans for Tax Reform has compiled a long list of new tax hikes that ObamaCare is burdening the US economy with – in direct contradiction to Obama’s incredibly deceitful promise that “your taxes won’t go up one dime.”

These taxes include:

And new studies are demonstrating that ObamaCare is a job murderer:

Congressional Budget Office (CBO) Director Douglas Elmendorf recently spoke at the University of Southern California about the economic impact of Obamacare. He predicts that Obamacare will further depress the nation’s employment picture.

CBO’s analysis of Obamacare predicts that it will reduce the amount of labor being used in the economy by roughly half a percent. Elmendorf states that this impact will be small, but in reality the impact is small only in relative terms. For instance, a half-percent loss in jobs in the American economy today would translate into about 750,000 additional Americans losing work.

And the NFIB estimate is even more dismal:

Just as serious for the economy is the fact that Obamacare will cause significant job losses for the U.S. economy. A study by the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) found that the employer mandate  could lead to the elimination of 1.6 million jobs between 2009 and 2014, with 66 percent of those coming from small businesses.

And the Democrats loaded up ObamaCare with so many faulty assumptions that the actual numbers of jobs destroyed will undoubtedly be worse.

Democrats played all kinds of gimmicks to get a CBO score that created the illusion that ObamaCare will reduce the deficit.  Because Democrats in office agree with fellow liberal Bill Maher’s take on the American people:

“Or take the health care debate we’re presently having: members of Congress have recessed now so they can go home and “listen to their constituents.” An urge they should resist because their constituents don’t know anything.”

But even “stupid” people are smart enough to know that claiming that ObamaCare will ADD 35 million people to the health care rolls and actually cost LESS MONEY is itself a stupid claim.  They may not understand just how despicably deceitful Democrats were in manufacturing the numbers to get the CBO score (such as taxing ten years and only giving benefits for 6 years; such as double counting savings from revenue sources such as Medicare and Social Security; such as imposing all kinds of taxes that nobody knew about when this monstrosity was passed; omitting the so-called “doctor fix”, etc.), but they know something is very wrong.

Most Americans also know what the overwhelming majority of doctors know:

Nearly two-thirds of U.S. doctors surveyed fear healthcare reform could worsen care for patients, by flooding their offices and hurting income, according to a Thomson Reuters survey released Tuesday.

The survey of more than 2,900 doctors found many predict the legislation will force them to work harder for less money.

“When asked about the quality of healthcare in the U.S. over the next five years, 65 percent of the doctors believed it would deteriorate with only 18 percent predicting it would improve,” Thomson Reuters, parent company of Reuters, said in a statement.

The worm is indeed beginning to turn on ObamaCare, indeed.

And maybe the worm is beginning to turn inside Obama’s scrawny gut, too.

Listen To Mark Levin Utterly Destory Gloria Allred Over Her Despicable Exploitation Of Her Illegal Client

Two things come out of this radio interview of Gloria Allred by Mark Levin:

1) The peculiar form of mental retardation that is endemic in even the most brilliant liberals.  Listen to Gloria Allred repeatedly use every form of rhetorical jujitsu in order to make herself some kind of offended victim instead of just answering the damn question.  It is simply amazing, and frankly demented, how a liberal can go on a program and talk and talk and talk all the while complaining that she isn’t being allowed to talk.

Add to that the fact that Gloria Allred bizarrely becomes self-righteously indignant and refuses to use the term “illegal alien” even though Mark Levin spoke as a lawyer himself and was using “illegal alien” as a recognized legal term, which any lawyer worth cat feces would recognize.

2) The fact that Gloria Allred deliberately put this woman, who is, yes, AN ILLEGAL ALIEN, in direct legal jeopardy just so that Gloria Allred can pursue an ideological vendetta against a candidate for governor.

Now, two things should happen.

1) Gloria Allred’s client should be criminally prosecuted because of her fraudulent criminal falsification of documents in order to illegally obtain a job.  Then, after serving time in jail, she should be deported as a criminal illegal alien.  And why should these things happen?  Because Gloria Allred revealed the criminal activities of her client just to political attack a Republican candidate for governor.  Had Gloria Allred NOT revealed the criminal activities of her client, her client would have been able to get another $23-an-hour housekeeping position.

2) Gloria Allred should be disbarred for exploiting a client rather than representing that client’s best legal interest.  As attorney Mark Levin points out:

“When you represent a client, you have to make sure you are not exposing that client in other ways.  So I’m asking you: are you aware that your client forged or falsified a Social Security document?  Yes or no.”  Levin goes on to say, “I am accusing you of putting your client in legal jeopardy.  How do you respond?”

Gloria Allred “responds” by saying, “You know, even though my client is a housekeeper, and some people don’t respect a housekeeper, I happen to respect housekeepers.”

At this point, Levin impatiently says: “Aren’t you swell.  Now answer my question.”

Gloria Allred stupidly says, “I’m answering your question” [which she clearly isn’t].

Levin now explodes:

“You put your client in legal jeopardy!  I don’t need a lecture from a liberal about housekeepers!  I asked you about your client, and the legal jeopardy that your client is in now.”

And Allred proceeds to go on yet another morally insane lecture in which she self-righteously presents herself as standing up for the truth, and how Mark Levin – who is practically screaming for Gloria Allred to stop grandstanding and provide the facts – is afraid of the facts.  She mentions that her client – who was paid an incredible $23 an hour to do a menial job – was not reimbursed for all of her travel expenses.

Levin asks, “So you are aware that she falsified and forged a Social Security document.”

Allred pathetically says, “You want to attack a housekeeper.  You don’t want to deal with…”

Levin interrupts the – excuse my language – lower-lip-high bullshit.  And says:

“No, no.  I want to deal with YOU.  I want to deal with you as a fellow member of the Bar.  My question: 42 United States Code 408A18.  It’s a federal felony to forge or falsify a Social Security document.  And you’re telling me that your client came forward and said, “Okay.  Expose me to possible deportation.  Expose me to up to five years in prison,  I want my travel money?”

And Allred again self-righteously and pompously states that she would never tell anyone the conversation she had with her client.  Because it’s attorney-client privilege.  Which Gloria Allred apparently interprets as being allowed to destroy her client’s life at will and use her client’s destruction to advance liberal political partisan politics.

Levin says:

“It is absurd for you to say that you filed a complaint because she didn’t get reimbursed for her travel or what have you.  Yesterday, as a matter of fact, you filed it.  And you and the immigration attorney have exposed your client in my humble opinion to very, very serious matters which could cost her her liberty.  And your answer is that I don’t like housekeepers!  It’s you who apparently don’t like housekeepers.”

Gloria Allred repeatedly states that Mark Levin is afraid of the facts, and doesn’t want to deal with the facts – even though Levin is determined to get to them, and even though Allred is equally determined to whine about anything and everything BUT the facts.

And Gloria Allred refuses to disclose whether she is being paid by a third party – say, for example, the Jerry Brown for Governor campaign.

And what are the facts?  Other than the fact that Gloria Allred would be willing to watch her client get tortured and then burned alive if her screams and her ashes would help keep a Republican from being elected governor?

Meg Whitman relied on an employment agency that guaranteed to her that the housekeeper they sent was in the country legally.  She has a copy of Nicandra Diaz Santillan’s Social Security card and her California Driver’s license – which both indicate that Santillan was a legal resident.

In other words, it wasn’t that Whitman didn’t bother to check her housekeeper’s legal status: it was that she CLEARLY DID CHECK HER HOUSEKEEPER’S LEGAL STATUS, and an examination of the official state documentation provided by Santillan showed that Santillan was in fact legal.

So who is the criminal here?  It most certainly was not Meg Whitman; it was CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN Nicandra Diaz Santillan.  It was Santillan who committed felonies by using fraud to criminally obtain official government documents.

In exposing these facts about her client, Gloria Allred is all but guaranteeing that said client will be criminally prosecuted for multiple felonies, and then deported as a CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN.

And why does Gloria Allred destroy her client’s future?  Because she thought she had a “gotcha” document in the form of a letter sent by the Social Security Administration.  The letter was allegedly signed by gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman’s husband (Dr. Griffith Harsh), who had written on the letter, “Nicky (i.e., ILLEGAL ALIEN Nicandra Diaz Santillan who had criminally falsified her documents to get the job in the Whitman household), please look into this.”  And given the letter to the ILLEGAL ALIEN housekeeper.  And, of course, “Nicky” (did I mention she’s a criminal illegal alien) sat on the letter.  Until giving it to Gloria Allred.

Now, why does Meg Whitman’s husband write, “Nicky, please look into this”?  Because he was duped by a criminal.  He had no idea that this housekeeper had criminally falsified documents including a bogus Social Security Number in order to get the job which she had held for three years prior to the letter.

The letter, which Gloria Allred says proves that Meg Whitman knew she was employing an ILLEGAL ALIEN, in fact only proves that Meg Whitman’s HUSBAND (i.e. NOT Meg Whitman) was in fact ignorant that “Nicky” was an ILLEGAL ALIEN.  There is absolutely no evidence that Meg Whitman had ever seen the letter, or that her husband had informed her about it.

Which is to say husband Dr. Griffith Harsh assumed it was a minor paperwork issue BECAUSE HE TRUSTED A CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN WHO HAD SWINDLED THE COUPLE.

Here’s what Dr. Harsh says:

“While I honestly do not recall receiving this letter as it was sent to me seven years ago, I can say it is possible that I would’ve scratched a follow up note on a letter like this, which is a request for information to make certain Nicky received her Social Security benefits and W-2 tax refund for withheld wages,” he said. “Since we believed her to be legal, I would have had no reason to suspect that she would not have filled it in and done what was needed to secure her benefits.’‘

Harsh also wrote: “The essential fact remains the same, neither Meg nor I believed there was a problem with Nicky’s legal status and I certainly don’t recall ever discussing it with my wife, nor did I ever show her any letter about it. The facts of this matter are very clear: Ms. Diaz broke the law and lied to us and to the employment agency. When she confessed her deception to us last year, we ended her employment immediately.”

So much for the “smoking gun.”  It actually proves that the Dr. Harsh and Meg Whitman did NOT know that their housekeeper was in fact an ILLEGAL ALIEN.

Apparently, the heart of Gloria Allred’s case is that Meg Whitman should have known that all Hispanics are liars and criminals.  And even if a Hispanic has come from a legitimate employment agency, and even if that Hispanic has documents, that Meg Whitman should have realized that simply to be Hispanic is to be both a liar and a criminal.

So everyone should immediately fire any Hispanic under employment.  Because having documents means nothing.  You know that “those kind” will criminally produce fraudulent documents and then lie about it.

Liberals don’t give a leaping damn about Hispanics.  They would destroy them in a heartbeat if they voted Republican.  Just as Gloria Allred will destroy Nicandra Diaz Santillan in order to illegitimately demonize Meg Whitman.

And, as I’ve said over and over again, the quintessential element of a liberal is massive hypocrisy.  The same liberals who have done everything they can to cynically aggrandize themselves to criminal illegal aliens – including making it impossible to verify their illegal status – are now trying to crucify a Republican political candidate for not being able to do what liberals have spent years trying to keep them from doing.  All the while condemning as racist anyone even trying to do it to begin with.

I will always wonder how liberals’ heads don’t simply explode from trying to contain all the massive contradictions.

As a final note, if the media were even remotely fair in its coverage of this Glorai Allred political stunt, they would be asking the other gubernatorial candidate a question: given that Jerry Brown is the California Attorney General, why hasn’t he arrested Nicandra Diaz Santillan?

Obama Administration Puts Voting Rights Of Criminal Felons Over Our Soldiers

The Obama administration is tipping its hand as to whom it regards as its friends, and whom it regards as its enemies.

Obama Justice Department outrages never cease. The politically charged gang led by Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. is more interested in helping felons vote than in helping the military to vote. Sen. John Cornyn, Texas Republican, has put a legislative hold on the already troubled nomination of James M. Cole to be deputy attorney general until the attorney general ensures full protection for voting rights of our military (and associated civilian personnel) stationed abroad. The senator is right to raise a ruckus.

Mr. Cornyn co-authored a 2009 law mandating that states mail absentee ballots to military voters at least 45 days before the election. Yet, as former Justice Department lawyer Eric Eversole first reported in The Washington Times last week, the department seems to be encouraging states to apply for waivers so they won’t have to follow that law. More than 17,000 Americans serving overseas were denied the vote in 2008 – but, presumably because military personnel are thought to lean conservative, the liberal Obama administration is in no hurry to correct the situation.

The Justice Department is so unenthusiastic about military voting that its website still lists the old requirement for a shorter 30-day military voting window, rather than the current law mandating 45 days. On the other hand, the Justice Department has no legislative mandate whatsoever to involve itself with helping felons to vote, but its website devotes a large section – 2,314 words – to advising felons how to regain voting privileges.

Obama understands that the Democrat Party is the type of corrupt organized criminal enterprise that attracts criminals to vote for it.  Just as he understands that the men and women who put their lives on the line for America’s freedom are not folks he wants to encourage to vote.
