The REAL ‘Obstructionists’ In Congress On Immigration Or ANYTHING Else: 357 House-Passed Bills Are Sitting On Democrat Harry Reid’s Desk In The Senate

The lies and slanders in our fascist-in-all-but-name nation are amazing.  And those lies and slanders are upheld and even propagated by the most dishonest media machine since Joseph Goebbels’ Ministry of Propaganda (and at least the Nazis called it what it actually was).

Barack Hussein Obama – our Liar-in-Chief – publicly demonized House Republicans for trying to pass a bill.  After mocking them for not passing a bill.

The dishonesty of the man is staggering.  And the media’s dishonest coverage is the only rival competing in mindboggling hypocrisy and deceit with the president.

The simple fact of the matter is that the Republican House passed a bill dealing with immigration and then went on vacation.  In fact, they passed TWO.  Versus the Democrat-controlled Senate, which did NOT pass a bill and then went on vacation.

But who didn’t do their job according to Obama?  The ones who passed the bill.  Because the ones who didn’t bother to pass a bill were his guys.

Right now, as of today, there are 357 House-passed Bills sitting on Harry Reid’s desk in the Senate.  And Harry Reid will bring them up for a vote over his dead, stinking body.

So, I mean, in an honest universe, WHICH party is the party of “obstructionism”???

Obama believes himself to be a tyrant pharaoh god-king whose will is the will of the gods.  Anyone or anything that disagrees with him is to either be ignored or demonized.

The House of Representatives is a co-equal branch of government.  According to the Constitution, the House actually has not only the right but the duty to pass bills that its members believe in.

Barack Hussein Obama is a fascist tyrant who has clearly radically departed from the Constitution.

The most amazing thing is that I don’t say that according to my standard or even according to the standards of conservatives.  I say that according to Barack Obama’s OWN standard.  I mean, Barack Obama is now literally a fascist and treasonous president according to his very own words:

During an immigration speech in San Francisco, California, President Barack Obama (D) was shouted down by a 24-year-old undocumented activist who protested the Obama administration’s deportation policy.

Minutes into the speech, Ju Hung, a South Korean, UC Berkeley graduate asked Obama to exercise executive authority to halt the deportation of all undocumented immigrants.

“Mr. Obama, I need your help. There are thousands of families being separated,” Hong said. “Please use your executive order to halt the deportation to all 11.5 million immigrants. You have the power to stop the deportations for all undocumented immigrants.”

As the Secret Service started to remove other activists who shouted, “Stop deportations,” a visibly irritated Obama told them to stay.

“Actually, I don’t,” Obama replied. “If in fact I could pass all these laws without Congress, I would do so. But we’re also a nation of laws, that’s part of our tradition. The easy way out is to yell and pretend that I can do something by violating our laws, but what I’m proposing is the harder path which is to use our democratic process, to achieve the same goals… but it requires us lobbying and getting it done.”

Obama has long maintained that exempting too many deportations “would be difficult to defend legally.” In August and again in September, Obama said that he could not unilaterally stop all deportations because he would violate federal law.

Barack Hussein Obama has ALREADY been lawless according to his own words when he “passed” the DREAM Act by act of executive tyranny.  The DREAM Act not only failed to pass in the House of Representatives, but even failed in the US Senate.  But that was okay, because we have a Nazi Führer rather than an American president.  So he just “passed” it himself by tyrannous fiat.

I laughed as I located the immediately above link because it details that as Obama flagrantly violated the Constitution and the law by his own rhetoric, he also promised his DREAM Act fiat would be “the right thing to do for our security.”

And of course everyone who isn’t a complete fool knows how that worked out.

Obama is THE most documented liar in the entire history of he human race.  When you examine the sheer number of gargantuan lies and the sheer number of times he told those lies over and over again, it is simply a fact that no human being has been documented in lying more times to more people than our Liar-in-Chief.

I reflect on this new sense to liberal Newsweek editor Evan Thomas’ now-clearly prophetic words declared on MSNBC:

“I mean in a way Obama’s standing above the country, above – above the world, he’s sort of God.”

Obama stands above the country, above our laws, above our Constitution.  And yes, he’s “sort of God” now.  Because of the pathological evil of the Democrat Party.

Not only should Barack Obama be impeached, but the star witness against him at his impeachment ought to be none other than Barack Obama.

But let me get back to the US Senate and the real source of the obstructionism that Obama and even the Democrats keep demonically citing: it’s nearly ALL on YOU, Democrats.

The Wall Street Journal has a great piece titled “Harry Reid’s Senate Blockade” that details the TRUTH you won’t hear on any of the networks:

The U.S. Senate failed to advance another piece of popular bipartisan legislation late Monday, and the reason tells the real story of Washington gridlock in the current Congress. To wit, Harry Reid has essentially shut down the Senate as a place to debate and vote on policy.

The Majority Leader’s strategy was once again on display as the Senate failed to get the 60 votes to move a popular energy efficiency bill co-sponsored by New Hampshire Democrat Jeanne Shaheen and Ohio Republican Rob Portman. Mr. Reid blamed the defeat on Republican partisanship. But the impasse really came down to Mr. Reid’s blockade against amendments that might prove politically difficult for Democrats.

The Nevadan used parliamentary tricks to block energy-related amendments to an energy bill. This blockade is now standard procedure as he’s refused to allow a vote on all but nine GOP amendments since last July. Mr. Reid is worried that some of these amendments might pass with support from Democrats, thus embarrassing a White House that opposes them.  […]

It’s important to understand how much Mr. Reid’s tactics have changed the Senate. Not too long ago it was understood that any Senator could get a floor vote if he wanted it. The minority party, often Democrats, used this right of amendment to sponsor votes that would sometimes put the majority on the spot. It’s called politics, rightly understood. This meant the Senate debated national priorities and worked its bipartisan will. Harry Reid’s Senate has become a deliberate obstacle to democratic accountability.  […]

It is staggering for me whenever I try to comprehend the mind-blowing dishonesty that characterizes our age.  Obama passes sweeping executive order after sweeping executive order that even the celebrated LIBERAL constitutional scholar calls “the rise of an uber-presidency.”  Obama’s and Democrats’ response – being the pathological liar he and his defenders are – is to assert that he has passed fewer executive orders than other presidents.  Which therefore clearly makes him less fascist.

Okay.  I came across a claim that Obama has signed “only” 139 executive orders.  So I’m the president, and I sign only TWO executive orders as follows: 1) all power is hereby transferred to the office of the president; and 2) the Democrat Party is hereby declared a criminal and treasonous organization and every single Democrat is to be hunted down with dogs and burned alive.

And according to Barack Obama and his Democrats I would officially be sixty-nine times LESS fascist than Obama.  Which ought to tell you how incredibly and how pathologically fascist Obama truly is.

Here’s another example of the stunning dishonesty both of the Democrat Party and of the media that serves as their propagandist arm: the demonization over any suggestion to impeach Obama.  If it is so truly evil, why did Democrats do it?  The fact is that they actually called for impeachment hearings against President Bush.  But the screams of anguished outrage are unreal, in spite of the fact that House Speaker John Boehner declared, “We have no plans to impeach the President. We have no future plans to impeach the president.”   I mean, short of declaring that even if Obama were caught on video setting up an al Qaeda terrorist attack against America the House would still not vote to impeach him, what more could the man possibly say?

The Democrat resolution to impeach Bush had 11 Democrat co-sponsors – which is already far beyond what the current GOP House has done against Obama.  Here it is: House Resolution 1258, “Impeaching George W. Bush, President of the United States, of high crimes and misdemeanors.”  Please show me the Republican version of that against Obama.

If every news story describing Republicans and impeaching Obama also documented the historical fact that Democrats went even further than Republicans have – for a LOT less reason – I have a feeling there wouldn’t be so much ginned-up outrage.  But of course that would be honest.  And the media is following their dishonest president – who has repeatedly made public statements implying that he is the first president in the history of the republic to face partisan opposition and why, oh-why must there be so much Republican hate???

I can only suppose it’s for the same reason that there’s so much Democrat dishonesty and depravity.  And naked fascism.

Jonathon Turley – again, a true LIBERAL constitutional scholar, has testified that “We are in the midst of a constitutional crisis with sweeping implications for our system of government.”  The most second-cited expert on the Constitution in America – and did I mention he’s a liberal? – said what Obama is doing is “A dangerous change for our system.”

Turley proceeded to denounce the Congress for its failure to reign Obama in.  But what he fails to understand as a liberal is that Democrats WILL NOT reign in their antichrist and if the Republicans try to they will be demonized by the most pathologically dishonest media that has ever existed, bar none.

And all the while Harry Reid has fascistically warped the United States Senate while everybody blames the House that sent 357 bills to Harry Reid for “obstructionism.”  And House Democrats WHO ACTUALLY HAD A DAMN BILL TO IMPEACH BUSH are weeping in the streets and tearing their robes and pouring ash on their heads as they lament how evil the Republicans are for trying to do something they have in fact actually pointedly said they aren’t going to do.  And all the while Obama lawlessly threatens to do something via executive order with illegal immigrants that he is already on the record explaining would be utterly lawless for him to do.

And is the media reporting the truth?  Not on your life.  They’re too busy reporting that I should stop all the hating.

This is a pure fascist age that is so pathologically dishonest it screams in rage when it is named for what it is.  Which means we are ready for the OTHER “man of lawlessness,” the coming ultimate big-government beast, to be revealed.

The beast is coming.  And his Useful-Idiot-in-Chief and his gang of lawless, fascist thugs (like Harry Reid and like Lois Lerner and Eric Holder who is protecting them all) are already here.

 

 

Obama DHS Demands No Documentation Be Required To Prove Already Treasonous-To-Begin-With DREAM Act, Say ICE And Border Patrol Unions

This is flat-out insane. 

You need to understand that Barack Obama abrogated the Constitution and abrogated the law to impose this DREAM garbage as it was.  The bill had been rejected by Congress.  Congress has the authority to pass laws; NOT Obama.  But he merely – like the fascist he is – imposed his own law by executive tyranny.

Obama had once said:

“The idea of doing things on my own is very tempting. I promise you, not just on immigration reform. But that’s not how our system works. That’s not how our democracy functions. That’s not how our Constitution is written.”

But Obama looked at the polls and said, “I don’t care how our system works.  I don’t care how our democracy functions.  I don’t give a damn how our Constitution is written.”  And then acted like the fascist he is to impose the DREAM act by tyranny rather than by the Constitution.

But it gets worse.  Because Obama isn’t even following the DREAM act as he imposed it.  He’s too dishonest to even follow the dishonest rules he imposed.

ICE rep: DHS is just letting illegal aliens go (Obama’s DREAM Act)

The video below shows Chris Crane of the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council – a union representing 7200 ICE officers and employees – claiming that the orders from the Department of Homeland Security are to just release those who claim to be covered by Obama’s DREAM Act amnesty [1].

In the following, “DREAMer” refers to those who would be covered by that amnesty:

Prosecutorial discretion for “DREAMers” is solely based on the individual’s claims. Our orders are, if an alien says they went to high school, then let them go. If they say they have a GED, then let them go. Officers have been told that there is no burden for the alien to prove anything. Even with the greatly relaxed policies, the alien is not even required to prove that they meet any of the new criteria.

At this point, we don’t understand why DHS has criteria at all, as there is no requirement or burden to prove anything on the part of the alien. We believe that significant numbers of people who are not DREAMers are taking advantage of this practice to avoid arrest.

As another example, the incident in El Paso that we released publicly last week, ICE managers were provided the following details: 1. an alien was arrested by local police and placed in jail on two charges. Charge 1: assault with bodily injury to a family member, and Charge 2: interfering with that person’s attempts to call for emergency assistance. When ICE later arrest the individual for immigration violations, he attempted to escape – another criminal offense. One agent was injured during the incident, claiming the injuries were intentionally inflicted by the escapee, another criminal offense – of course, assault of a federal agent. In this case we have four possible criminal charges, two involving violence, one injured family member, and one injured officer.

Without any questioning, without any investigation, the alien was released as a DREAMer. No criminal charges, to immigration charges, no nothing. He’s a DREAMer, release him. Incidents like this around the nation lead us to believe that the new policies will be ineffective in terms of providing for public safety.

A top union official for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers said Thursday that President Barack Obama’s administration has ordered ICE agents to blindly — and without any evidence — believe illegal immigrants if they claim they qualify for Obama’s administrative DREAM Act.

Chris Crane, president of the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council, explained at a press conference on Capitol Hill Thursday afternoon how the new selective immigration law enforcement policy Obama announced during a White House Rose Garden speech in June is affecting the officers he represents.

“As we still wait on detailed guidance from the administration, it’s impossible to understand the full scope of the administration’s changes, but what we’ve seen so far concerns us greatly,” Crane, said. “As one example, prosecutorial discretion for DREAMers is solely based on the individual’s claims. Our orders are: If an alien says they went to high school, then let them go. If they say they have a GED, then let them go.”

“Officers have been told that there is no burden for the alien to prove anything,” he continued. “Even with the greatly relaxed policies, the alien is not required to prove that they meet any of the new criteria.”

ICE officers are often called in after local and state law enforcement officials arrest a person and find that he or she is an illegal immigrant. ICE officers also conduct their own investigations and detain suspected illegal immigrants independent of other law enforcement. Normally, if the immigrant is found to be in the country illegally, ICE would bring federal charges against him, possibly leading to deportation.

Under the new orders, however, illegals can escape federal charges simply by claiming — whether it’s the truth or not — that they meet the DREAM Act rule’s requirements issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Crane did not specify who has given his officers these new orders.

The new directive would contradict Homeland Security’s own words in announcing the policy, which said that “only those individuals who can prove through verifiable documentation that they meet these criteria will be eligible for deferred action.

Homeland Security announced in June that it will not go after illegals who came to the U.S. under the age of 16 and are not more than 30 years old; have lived in the U.S. for five straight years; are currently in school or have graduated high school, obtained a GED or been honorably discharged from the military; have not been convicted of a felony or significant misdemeanor and are not a threat to public safety.

“At this point, we don’t understand why DHS even has criteria at all as there is no requirement or burden to prove anything on the part of the alien,” Crane added. “We believe significant numbers of aliens who are not DREAMers are taking advantage of this practice to avoid arrest.”

“The lawlessness must end,” Alabama Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions, whose office organized the presser, said.

“They’ve handcuffed and muffled those charged with protecting the public safety and the integrity of our borders,” Sessions said. “Such action has not only weakened our security but our democracy. All Americans, immigrant and native born, will have a better future if our nation remains unique in the world for its special reverence for the rule of law and fairness in our immigration system.”

George McCubbin, the president of the AFL-CIO-backed National Border Patrol Council, said Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano’s claim that the border is more secure than ever are downright untrue.

“She conveniently forgot to ask the men and women on the front line if indeed that were true, but rather she relied on the information and statistic provided to her by those in positions of interest of having her reflect whatever position the administration wants her to reflect — in this case, that’s a safe and secure border,” McCubbin said. “When you surround yourself with people who always say ‘yes,’ you will get the answer you are seeking.”

McCubben hasn’t yet gone to Department of Homeland Security leadership with his concerns about Obama’s new administrative DREAM Act program yet because he and the 17,000 agents he represents still have no clue what they’re supposed to do and what they’re not supposed to do. “I’m still waiting to get instructions from our own agency,” he said in response to a question from The Daily Caller. “Actually, our own agency was caught off guard when this came out.”

Crane said efforts to get a fair hearing with Napolitano, ICE Director John Morton or other administration officials have been futile.

“We’ve spent the last three-and-a-half years trying to work with this administration from Director Morton to Secretary Napolitano, who won’t meet with us,” Crane said. “We’ve actually been to the White House and tried to talk to those folks — and, basically, they don’t want to hear our concerns. They don’t want to work with us at all.”

“The only groups that they will work with are the NGOs, the immigrant advocacy groups,” Crane said. “Whether it’s the security protocols for our detention centers or our law enforcement practices out in the field, those are being driven by wish lists from immigrant advocacy groups with no input from law enforcement officers in the field.”

Grassley, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said the policy is nothing more than a political stunt by Obama to deliver on a campaign promise he has thus far failed to fulfill.

“The president campaigns in 2008 that, in the first year, he’s going to have immigration issues solved,” Grassley said. “At this point, after three-and-a-half years, we have not seen any bill whatsoever. So, then as is a core pattern in this administration, you got to blame somebody else, so it [the administration] comes up with this statement: ‘if Congress won’t, I will.’”

In God damn America, a tyrant who is un-American, un-democratic and unconstitutional by his very own rhetoric is undermining American national security and the US economy left and right merely in order to cynically win votes.

A nation that allows this is not a nation that is fit to survive and it won’t survive for much longer under this fascist fool.  That’s the essence of God damn America.

Sen. Sessions wants answers as ICE agent faces suspension for illegal immigrant arrest

Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., is demanding answers after a report surfaced that a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent is facing punishment for arresting an illegal immigrant.

The unidentified agent could face a three-day suspension after he arrested a 35-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico who had as many as 10 traffic violations.

The agent was ordered by supervisors to release the individual because he was not a “priority target.” When the officer balked, he was threatened with a three-day suspension and the illegal alien was let go.

“The actions that it appears were taken by your agency send a message to agents in the field that they will be punished for doing their duty and enforcing the law,” Sessions wrote in an letter to ICE Director John Morton and obtained exclusively by Fox News.

After Supreme Court Rules Arizona Law Immigration Checks Valid, Obama Orders Federal Government NOT To Accept Lawfully Arrested Illegal Immigrants

Barack Obama and Democrats had TWO FULL YEARS to pass legislation to legally deal with illegal immigration and the 12-20 million illegal immigrants who are “occupying” America.  Democrats not only had overwhelming control of the House of Representatives, but they even had a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate.  It was politically inconvenient for Obama and the Democrats to lift so much as a pinky finger to deal with the issue, so Barry Hussein broke his word to the Hispanic community and left them twisting in the wind.

The above is all 100 percent true.

Obama also told Hispanic organizations that he could not simply issue an executive order to enact the dream act by dictate.  How did he put it?

That’s right.  Obama told them that such an executive order was “not how our system works” (i.e. it would be un-American for him to issue such an order).  He said it was “not how our democracy functions” (i.e. it would be anti-democratic to issue such an order).  And he said it was “not how our Constitution is written” (i.e. it would be unconstitutional for him to issue such an order). 

And then Obama did the very thing that he said would be un-American, anti-democratic and unconstitutional for him to do.  So when I point out the fact that Barack Hussein Obama is a fascist tyrant, I’m merely judging him by his very own criteria.

The thing about Obama is that only Obama matters to Obama.  The rest of you can burn for all he cares.  So when his election prospects started looking weak, well, it was suddenly time for Obama to pretend he gave a damn about Hispanics again. 

So the Supreme Court issues its decision yesterday on the Arizona Law.  It was kind of a wash: three components of the law were struck down, but the MAJOR provision of the law that allowed police to question those whom they reasonably suspected were illegally in the United States was maintained in a unanimous decision.  And many argue that provision that passed was the real guts of the law.

Well, as I pointed out, Barack Obama is a fascist.  He views himself like a king who is above the law, above the states, above the separation of powers and the rest of the Constitution, above the Congress and above the Supreme Court.  So what did he do?

As soon as the Supreme Court issued its ruling, Obama ordered Homeland Security to suspend all immigration agreements with the state of Arizona:

The Obama administration said Monday it is suspending existing agreements with Arizona police over enforcement of federal immigration laws, and said it has issued a directive telling federal authorities to decline many of the calls reporting illegal immigrants that the Homeland Security Department may get from Arizona police.

Administration officials, speaking on condition they not be named, told reporters they expect to see an increase in the number of calls they get from Arizona police — but that won’t change President Obama’s decision to limit whom the government actually tries to detain and deport.

It amounts to a giant Obama middle finger to the Supreme Court and to the state of Arizona and every legal citizen of that state.

All Obama gives a flying damn about is demagoguing this issue to temporarily grab the Hispanic vote.  After that, he’ll screw them the moment it is to his advantage to do so.

Republican Senator Marco Rubio had been working to do the very thing that Obama imposed illegally by tyrannical dictate.  Had Senator Rubio been allowed to advance his legislation, Hispanics could have had their status by permanent legally enacted process:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama’s surprise decision to halt U.S. deportations of young illegal immigrants has all but killed a Republican effort to fashion legislation that could have won political points with Hispanic voters in November’s elections.

Republican Senators, including Marco Rubio, had been working behind the scenes for months on a bill that would have allowed some children of illegal immigrants a chance to stay in the United States legally while pursuing college or military careers.

But Obama’s announcement has effectively made the Rubio plan moot, further complicating Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s search for an immigration policy.

CNN contributor Ruben Navarrette wrote an article with the title “GOP version of DREAM Act holds promise.”  He pointed out that:

San Diego (CNN) — You may have heard that a group of Republicans in Congress — including GOP rock star and possible vice presidential pick Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida — are getting ready to introduce their version of the DREAM Act.You also may have heard that Democratic lawmakers and liberal advocacy groups despise the Republican alternative and derisively label it “DREAM Act Lite.”

As someone who has written about immigration for more than 20 years and hammered Democrats and Republicans (including Rubio) when appropriate, I call the GOP approach to the DREAM Act something else: A common sense solution. It could break a stalemate and improve millions of lives. And it could only be opposed for ugly partisan reasons.

Marco Rubio pointed out n an interview I saw on Fox News that his work had been demonized by Democrats – as echoed by Navarrette above.  And Rubio noted that when Obama imposed by executive tyranny basically the VERY SAME THING that Rubio’s legislation would have done legally and legislatively according to the Constitution, suddenly the same thing they’d demonized when it was a Republican’s idea was wonderful.

Democrats are that dishonest and that hypocritical.

Here’s what Obama pulled off – he stopped the legislative process to help Hispanics dead in its tracks just so he could exploit them:

No surprise here, as killing Sen. Marco Rubio’s proposed DREAM Act was exactly the point of Obama’s announcement on Friday. But it certainly is interesting that the same guy who took to the pages of Time today to urge Congress to pass comprehensive immigration reform is the same guy who has been frantically working behind the scenes to spike Rubio’s legislation. Mission accomplished:

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio said Monday that President Barack Obama’s move last week to block deportations for some young illegal immigrants in the U.S. has likely derailed his own similar efforts, at least until after the election.

“People are going to say to me, ‘Why are we going to need to do anything on this now. It has been dealt with. We can wait until after the election,’” Sen. Rubio said in an interview. “And it is going to be hard to argue against that.”

“The game changer here was Marco Rubio,’’ said Ali Noorani, executive director of the National Immigration Forum, one of a number of groups that has been pushing the White House on reform. “He was a legitimate conservative trying to find a solution to the broken immigration system … and the administration realized they had to do something.’’

So here’s Republicans trying to work within the system to do something that dishonest, lying Democrat demagogues dishonestly say Republicans won’t do.  And what happens?  The Fascist-in-Chief Obama stabs Marco Rubio in the back and kills an effort to help Hispanic kids in order to politically benefit in the short-term even though it is going to cost Hispanics in the longer term.  Nothing is going to happen now, thanks to Obama.

And just in case you don’t yet understand what a stinking pile of quivering slime Obama truly is, let’s go back to the way Obama just abandoned the entire state of Arizona and made sure that their illegal immigration crisis would fester and rot.  Arizona Senator John McCain, who at least has the virtue of being a grown-up, notes that Obama’s response is nothing short of the action of a spoiled child.  This is the condition Arizona is now in thanks to Obama: their own state is no longer theirs because now it belongs to Mexican drug cartel killers:

If that isn’t enough, this state that is so overwhelmed by illegal immigration BY MURDERING DRUG GANGS that the federal government is literally posting sings that say, “This part of the state is simply off limits to American citiziens because Barack Obama benefits politically from refusing to enforce the law,” there’s an additional level of chutzpah.  The same day that the Supreme Court ruled in a way Obama didn’t like that gave Arizona the right to pursue illegal immigrants as they enter the Arizona police system, the same day Obama refused to allow Arizona to receive to have any information by ICE or Homeland Security to check the status of illegal immigrants, Obama essentially put a warrant out on any police officer in Arizona who in any way, shape or form tried to enforce the law that the Supreme Court just found constitutional.  Obama yesterday implemented a hotline for any illegal immigrant to complain about the way a police officer dared to question him/her.

Even Obama’s own city of Chicago is suffering terribly due to Obama’s policies.  Not that he gives a damn: he knows that liberals will continue to vote for him no matter what.

It is also now known to be a fact that inventive security experts have come up with an inexpensive way to guarantee border security – but Obama doesn’t WANT border security.  Obama literally WANTS more illegal immigration.

Obama will sell this nation out if it will help him get the Hispanic vote and get re-elected.

It is beyond amazing how genuinely evil this turd Obama truly is.

Barack Obama has this in common with Hitler: he has absolutely no decency whatsoever and ultimately every single group who keeps fighting for him is going to ultimately be betrayed.

Mega-Gigantic Democrat $1.3 Trillion ‘Spend America Into Bankruptcy’ Bill Melts Under Republican Opposition

Dear Republicans,

Soon the reinforcements the American people voted to send you will arrive.

Until then, please keep fighting the monsters with the troops you’ve got.

WASHINGTON – Democrats controlling the Senate abandoned on Thursday a huge catchall spending measure combining nearly $1.3 trillion worth of unfinished budget work, including $158 billion for military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Facing a midnight Saturday deadline when a stopgap funding measure expires, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he would work with Republican leader Mitch McConnell to produce a bill to keep the federal government running into early next year.

The 1,924-page bill collapsed of its own weight after an outcry from conservatives who complained it was stuffed with more than $8 billion in homestate pet projects known as earmarks.

Reid, D-Nev., gave up on the bill after several Republicans who had been thinking of voting for it pulled back their support. McConnell, R-Ky., threw his weight against the bill in recent days, saying it was “unbelievable” that Democrats would try to muscle through in the days before Christmas legislation that usually takes months to debate.

“Just a few weeks after the voters told us they don’t want us rushing major pieces of complicated, costly, far-reaching legislation through Congress, we get this,” McConnell said. “This is no way to legislate.”

The turn of events was a major victory for earmark opponents like Sens. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Tom Coburn, R-Okla., who for years have been steamrolled by the old-school members of the powerful Appropriations Committee.

The spending barons saw their power ebb in the wake of midterm elections that delivered major gains for Republicans — with considerable help from anti-spending tea party activists.

“We just saw something extraordinary on the floor of the United States Senate,” a grinning McCain said.

Harry Reid, true to his demagogic form, blamed Republicans for stonewalling even given the fact that he never even TRIED to bring up a budget or numerous appropriations bills that led to this last-minute fiasco.

Because when you are an incompetent disgrace from a party of disgraceful incompetents, you can always blame somebody else no matter how badly you failed to attend to the most basic agenda items.

So spend two years wasting the people’s time passing legislation like ObamaCare that the overwhelming majority of Americans did not want and continued to not want, and then at the last minute throw out a 2,00o page pork bill filled with 6,714 earmarks.  Because your spineless president will pontificate about how he’s opposed to signing bills laden with earmarks, and then sign the Democrat bill loaded up with earmarks.  The last time, Obama signed an omnibus bill loaded up with 9,000 earmarks.  In spite of his crystal-clear promise not to sign such a bill.

That’s been the Democrats’ plan.

No one’s been able to read the bill, (but remember what Nancy Pelosi said, you pass these things first so you can see what’s in them, like buying mystery meat in a neighborhood deli where dogs and cats keep turning up missing).

And it would have worked again, too.  Except the American people handed Democrats the largest “Up Yours!” message to a political party in 72 years, and Republicans have actually developed something approaching a spine.

This Congress has tried to pass the DREAM Act which would let illegal immigrants go to college ahead of American kids, and then reward them for going to college with citizenship.  They’re on their way to passing a bill that would end Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell which would force homosexuality onto our military during a time of war when maybe social engineering should take a back door (pun intended).  They’re vowing to push a bill that would nationalize all police and firefighter unions and impose the union agenda no matter how much it isn’t wanted.

Because Democrats are loathsome, vile and utterly contemptible.

This is THE most repudiated Congress in the history of Congress.  But that doesn’t stop them from trying to sneak or ram all kinds of immoral garbage onto the country rather than let the Congress that the people just elected take over the people’s business.

Keep fighting the monsters, Republicans.

For Harry Reid, I suggest a crucifix and a silver blade.  For Nancy Pelosi, you’ll need a flamethrower.

 

 

Way To Go: GOP Blocks Ideology-Laden Defense Bill

When I heard that the Democrat leadership was playing politics by inserting the amnesty-granting DREAM Act into a bill ostensibly to fund our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, I hoped Republicans would block it.  And then the Democrats decided they weren’t being ideological enough in their partisan politics, and added a provision forcing the military to embrace homosexuality whether it hurt national security or not.

What Democrats wanted to do was force Republicans to either vote for the bill, or be the side that “opposed funding our troops.”

And the fact that Democrats started a game of political chicken with our troops’ lives would get conveniently overlooked by the mainstream leftwing media.

Thank God, our Republican Party stood up to this vile game and said no to frankly vile measures that had nothing to do with troop funding.

Republicans block bill to lift military gay ban

WASHINGTON – Senate Republicans on Tuesday blocked an effort by Democrats and the White House to lift the ban on gays from serving openly in the military, voting unanimously against advancing a major defense policy bill that included the provision.

The mostly partisan vote dealt a major blow to gay rights groups who saw the legislation as their best hope, at least in the short term, for repeal of the 17-year-old law known as “don’t ask, don’t tell.”

If Democrats lose seats in the upcoming congressional elections this fall, as many expect, repealing the ban could prove even more difficult — if not impossible — next year. The Senate could take up the measure again during a lame-duck session after the elections, but a spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he hasn’t decided whether to do so.

“The whole thing is a political train wreck,” said Richard Socarides, a White House adviser on gay rights during the Clinton administration.

Democrats included the repeal provision in a $726 billion defense policy bill, which authorizes a pay raise for the troops among other popular programs. In a deal brokered with the White House, the measure would have overturned the 1993 law banning openly gay service only after a Pentagon review and certification from the president that lifting the ban wouldn’t hurt troop morale.

But with little time left for debate before the November ballot, the bill had languished on the Senate calendar until gay rights groups, backed by pop star Lady Gaga, began an aggressive push to turn it into an election issue.

Reid agreed to force a vote on the bill this week and limit debate, despite Republican objections. A Nevada Democrat in a tight race of his own this fall, he also pledged to use the defense bill as a vehicle for an immigration proposal that would enable young people to qualify for U.S. citizenship if they joined the military.

Republicans alleged that Reid was using the defense bill to score political points with the Democratic base.

“This is not a serious exercise. It’s a show,” said Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky.

You read it right.  The intellectual and moral power behind the Democrat Party is Lady Gaga.  The Democrat Party reached the sewer, and just kept right on digging.

I don’t doubt for a second that Republicans have done this themselves in the past.  But it is vile.  And it is the kind of thing that any party that is worthy of the title “reformers” will pledge to stop doing and then never do again.

The funding for our soldiers – and most especially during time of war – should be off-limits to anyone who would politicize it.  Because every time a soldier is wounded or killed in action, he is wounded and killed for every American; not merely Democrats or Republicans.

And our politicians damn well better start respecting that.

You want your ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ repeal?  Then have the simple integrity to vote for it straight up.  Because otherwise, you are nothing more than an evil, vile weasel.  And the same thing applies with leftwing OR rightwing immigration proposals.

Both Democrat proposals would transform our society.  And to try to sneak them through under the guise of supporting our soldiers is undemocratic and in fact un-American.
