As Democrats Now Scream For Independent Investigations, Remember How Pathologically Dishonest And Hypocritical They Proved Themselves

I am watching in amazement as the Democratic Party and their Sin Fein to the terrorist IRA – the mainline media – joins together in an unhinged attack against the Trump Administration and the American people who elected that administration.

Meanwhile, Democrats continue to reveal in every other way BUT media coverage that they are the party of official terrorist violence, as just a few days ago, an anti-Trump Democrat terrorist publicly dove into a publicly permitted pro-Trump rally and attacked a female pro-Trump event organizer by spraying pepper spray in her face.  How did the media cover the story?  As pro-Trump protesters becoming violent, of course, as horrified pro-Trump rally attenders dealt with the fascist little Nazi thug-punk who just attacked a woman in broad daylight right in front of them.

Liberals decry “fake news” when they have relied almost EXCLUSIVELY on fake news since at least the days of the Vietnam War when liberals began to hijack our political system.

And 60 Minutes does an expose on “fake news.”  You know, the same 60 Minutes that ran a fake news story featuring a bogus and easily disproven hoax document (featuring Microsoft fonts that did not exist in the 1960s, for example) dishonestly claiming that Bush was a National Guard draft dodger in order to torpedo Bush’s election campaign for president.

Republicans screamed for independent investigations PLENTY of times, but those screams were simply not reported by the fake news media.  And now listen to the same people scream so loud its all anyone can hear!!!

But consider the following Obama scandals that never got any independent investigation whatsoever:

Liberal reporters rabidly report on Trump’s disdain for their biased journalism, with justification for Trump’s disdain for the press validated by the fact that the media ignored the unprecedented fascist steps Obama and his administration took against reporters.  In their zeal for a witch hunt against any non-Stalinist press that wasn’t on the left side of morality Obama declared a Fox News reporter as a “criminal co-conspirator” which allowed Obama’s lawthug Eric Holder to subpeona not only James Rosen’s phone calls and emails, but those of his parents as well.

From even before Obama was elected, he was as corrupt as they come and used his power as president to “reward his friends and punish his enemies.”  For example, he raised campaign money from business leaders such as those at Solyndra, and then gave them hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer money as a gift for their support.  An investigation would find that Obmama actually did this with dozens of “clean energy companies” that subsequently proved they were as dirty as they come in every other way imaginable.  Obama used a secret government bank that was off limits to any congressional oversight to fund – basically to reward – these executives that donated to his campaign.  In fact, there were at least ELEVEN more Solyndras with the same story of receiving gigantic Obama regime largesse and gave excessive bonuses to Obama-donating execs before going bankrupt and taking our money with them.  There was Beacon, Evergreen Solar, SpectraWatt, AES’ subsidiary Eastern Energy, all with political links to Obama.

But there never was an investigation, of course.  Not one.

Let’s see, there was the ATF Fast and Furious gunwalking scandal, the amazingly botched gunning-running sting that dumped illegal weapons into the hands of Mexican drug cartels that used those guns Obama gave them to murder US agents.  Obama was trying to “prove” how legal guns in the hands of American citizens was a danger, and was willing to use any means to prove what he wanted to prove including faking the proof.  And then it blew up in his face.  And then Obama exerted executive privilege to shield then-Attorney General Eric Holder from allowing any congressional scrutiny whatsoever.

Then there was that doozy of a Treasury Department scandal with the IRS being turned into a political weapon against Obama’s opponents, with Eric Holder protecting the administration from ANY investigation whatsoever.  The Obama IRS was even forced to admit that yes, they had in fact targeted Tea Party organizations and illegally prevented them from being able to receive the status that such organizations should have been able to receive under the law.  But it didn’t matter how much evidence or proof there was.  The word “whatsoever” being the best word to describe the complete lack of allowing ANY legitimate investigation into Obama’s slimepits.

Democrats apparently don’t like Russia’s involving itself in an election.  Which wasn’t such a problem for them when Obama did it to Israel and particularly to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu when Obama moved U.S. taxpayer money through his non-profits to try to defeat the sitting Israeli prime minister in a sovereign nation’s election.  The media of course never did a serious job of truly going after this.  It’s only now that Putin did the same thing Obama did that this tactic matters.

The gigantic scandal involving the Benghazi fiasco, in which the Obama Administration through Secretary of State Hilary Clinton repeatedly denied the US Ambassador’s request for security, only to have that ambassador MURDERED while the Obama Administration refused to allow the US military assets to do ANYTHING to help.  And then sent Susan Rice out to lie to every single major Sunday political program.  And then promoted her for her lies.

What about Obama’s promise that if you liked your doctor, you could keep your doctor and if you liked your insurance plan, you could keep your insurance plan.  It was called “The Lie of the Year” even by leftist-oriented “fact checkers” such as PolitiFact.  Obama went around the country spouting that easily proven lie again and again and again.  Anybody who understood ObamaCare knew it was a complete and total lie designed to sell a horribly flawed government takeover of our nation’s health care delivery system.  Did that not rise to something that should have been investigated the same way Democrats claim that Trump’s claim that he was wiretapped should be investigated???  Only if you have any capacity for honesty in your soul, which of course no living Democrat has.  Because which lie has more impact on the American people?  But Democrats and their allies don’t give one flying DAMN about the American people or what happens to them.

What about right now, as Obama very apparently used our national intelligence system as a political weapon and caught up Trump campaign officials in wiretaps and then illegally “unmasked” them and even more illegally spread their names throughout the system as a means to discredit them???  When the Republican congressional leader discovered what Obama had criminally done to his campaign team – which by the way had nothing whatsoever with Russia – Democrats and their media allies immediately falsely tied the story to Russia and screamed foul.  Because fair play IS foul to these fascists.

Now, is there or has there ever been ANY actual legitimate reason to believe that Russia actually “hacked” our election system or that Trump campaign officials in any way, shape or form colluded with Russia to discredit Hillary Clinton (by revealing ACTUAL proof of her corruption in the form of emails from her illegal secret server that she installed to bypass any actual transparency?).  No.  But hell, let’s investigate anyway and hope it turns up some other kind of dirt, right?

So let’s just remember that if we have any “independent investigation” now, it ought to be preceded by a law titled, “The Prevent Any President From Being A Thug The Way Obama Was Act.”  And until Democrats revisit what despicable vermin they are and always have been, just tell them to shut their fascist faces.

‘Death Panels’ Are REAL. They Are Simply Part of ANY Socialized Medicine Scheme (VA Now Your ObamaCare Next)

Remember when liberal economist Paul Krugman heralded the VA as the “triumph of socialized medicine“?  Maybe not so much to those who don’t inhale the contents of spray paint.

Let’s just face facts: Sarah Palin was wrong when she famously said:

The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their ‘level of productivity in society,’ whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil.”

She was wrong only in this: you don’t GET to “stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ and face the bureaucrats who decide whether you live or die.  That’s a privilege you don’t deserve in a socialized health care system.  Rather, you are just left twisting in the wind wondering where the hell your health care is while you die of medical neglect.

In other words, Sarah Palin’s description of reality under Obama – as terrifying as it was – wasn’t anywhere NEAR terrifying enough.

When you’ve got a Hitler or a Stalin or a Mao – or a true socialist ideologue dictator like Obama – running your country, the truth is almost always more terrifying than the fiction.

The Veterans Administration debacle where veterans across the country are DYING while waiting in vain with their neglect covered up by secret lists is proof that death panels are all-too real.  And that no, you don’t get to “stand” in front of them.  Because even THAT is too much work for these bureaucrats.

You’ve got to stop and think about what the Obama administration’s excuses are.  Do they say something on the order of, “You can’t possibly blame me for this given the sheer size of government.  Now please excuse me while I make the government that is clearly already too big and too out-of-control even BIGGER and even MORE out-of-control.”

Or maybe Obama wants to say something like, “The death panels that you see are not my ObamaCare death panels, but VA death panels.  Now excuse me while I go make your ObamaCare more like the socialized VA system.”

You need to understand that: the classic Democrat talking point is that the VA disaster is one that has been going on for years, so it’s nobody’s fault.  Except that Democrats – and Barack Obama in particular – have been trying to make EVERYBODY’S health care more like the VA system.  And so how is it not their fault?

If the VA is a bad system that is too socialized, too big, too bureaucratic and too bloated, then why the hell are these Democrats (i.e., “DEMOn possessed bureauCRATS) trying to make the REST of health care just like the system they say is broken and can’t be made to work?

There are at least two reasons why socialized medicine invariably becomes a death panel from at least two different directions.  The first is because the government can force private medical practices to jump through all kinds of hoops and impose all kinds of burdensome regulations and costs.  But when they take over health care delivery, suddenly they discover that, hell, this is EXPENSIVE, and then they begin to reduce treatment to save money.  And the second is more insidious but pervasive throughout the system: once health care is socialized, there is simply no incentive for doctors to provide the sort of care they are forced to provide in private practice.  As an example of this, it was discovered in the Albuquerque VA facility that eight cardiologists were doing the work of ONE private practice cardiologist:

There are eight physicians in the cardiology department. But at any given time, only three are working in the clinic, where they see fewer than two patients per day, so on average there are only 36 veterans seen per week. That means the entire eight-person department sees as many patients in a week as a single private practice cardiologist sees in two days, according to the doctor.

For perspective, 60% of cardiologists reported seeing between 50 and 124 patients per week, according to a 2013 survey of medical professionals’ compensation conducted by Medscape. On the low end, the average single private practice cardiologist who participated in the study saw more patients in a week than the Albuquerque VA’s entire eight-person cardiology department.

In some cases, a long wait to see a doctor is just another routine inconvenience of the sort people expect in a large bureaucracy, but other times it can be a matter of life and death.

The problem is NOT money.  The problem is a stifling bureaucracy that simply ABSORBS money like a  giant sponge and the problem is the disincentivization of salaried doctors who simply do not have the incentives to work harder and see more patients the way that private practice doctors have.

It is simply a FACT that money is not the problem, contrary to socialist progressive liberal lies to the contrary:

The backlog of claims and unnecessary delays in veterans’ care has broadened despite a 235 percent increase in the budget of the Department of Veterans Affairs between 2001 and 2013.

That finding has prompted veterans’ advocates to contend that it is a lack of accountability, not funding, that is at the root of the systemic crisis.

Budget increases at the VA have come as the total number of veterans is decreasing due primarily to the deaths of aging World War II participants.

According to figures from the Office of Management and Budget, funding for medical care, which composes 40 percent of the VA’s annual budget, increased 193 percent from 2001 to 2013.

During the same period, the overall veterans’ population declined by 4.3 million, Investor’s Business Daily reported.

As of June 2011, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs reported that an average of 1,100 veterans die every single day.  I recently heard the figure of 1,800 WWII vets dying per day – and you would expect that as the years go by and these veterans get older, the survivors would die at an increasingly faster rate.  There is simply no way that the relatively small number of younger veterans who are entering the system compared to the large number of older veterans who are dying off are overwhelming the system.  The fact is the opposite of what Democrats are saying: we have more money per veteran than EVER.  And yet we have more problems (under Obama) than we have EVER had.

Here is the bottom line: socialized or “single payer” medical systems are doomed to inefficiency.  The result is you keep paying more and more to keep getting less and less.  That is simply a fact.

ObamaCare is one giant ‘death panel’ in the making.  And with the above-mentioned caveat, Sarah Palin NAILED its essence in her “death panel” warning five years ago.

We now know that Obama – who has said in this scandal just as he has said in every other freaking damn scandal that he had no idea that it was happening and it can’t be his fault because everything is still Bush’s fault blah-blah-blah – is just a bystander-in-chief who is discovering the failures of his government by reading the damn newspaper.

At best, this turd is such a failure as a leader it is unreal.

Do you know that Obama hasn’t bothered to have a one-on-one meeting with Shinseki – where real problems could be discussed – in two damn years???  That’s a complete failure to lead.  Period.

But we also know that NOTHING about Obama is “at best.”  We know that this worthless disgrace is always THE WORST.  And so we also now know that Obama is a serial LIAR without any shame, any honor, any decency, any integrity, or any virtue.  The FACTS scream that Obama is a liar and yeah, HE DID KNOW this was going on for the six years he was doing NOTHING:

The Obama administration received clear notice more than five years ago that VA medical facilities were reporting inaccurate waiting times and experiencing scheduling failures that threatened to deny veterans timely health care — problems that have turned into a growing scandal.

Veterans Affairs officials warned the Obama-Biden transition team in the weeks after the 2008 presidential election that the department shouldn’t trust the wait times that its facilities were reporting.

“This is not only a data integrity issue in which [Veterans Health Administration] reports unreliable performance data; it affects quality of care by delaying — and potentially denying — deserving veterans timely care,” the officials wrote.

And from the Washington Post, May 20, 2014:

Robert Petzel resigned last week as the top health official for the Department of Veterans Affairs, just one day after testifying before a Senate committee that he knew VA health clinics were using inappropriate scheduling practices as early as 2010.

Whistleblowers claim the schemes continued until this year, leading to a recent wave of outrage that sent the VA and White House scrambling to correct the alleged problems and restore confidence in the department.

Petzel admitted that he knew of the issue after Sen. Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.) questioned him about the memo below, in which a top VA executive warned the directors of all VA health networks that questionable scheduling practices would “not be tolerated.”

The message summarized at least 17 tactics that VA hospitals were known to have used to hide treatment delays and give the impression they were meeting the department’s goal of seeing patients within 14 to 30 days.

Please notice that it was a REPUBLICAN who questioned the Obama administration.

So the White House comes out and says, “Oh, we’re taking measures.  Look, we’re going to fire this turd bureaucrat Petzel.”  When Petzel had ALREADY LONG-SINCE ANNOUNCED HE WAS RETIRING.

To wit: this is like every single other of Obama’s long list of scandals.  Initial professed outrage: “I’m mad as hell,” Obama’s VA turd Shinseki says.  And then not to be outdone, “Obama is madder than hell,” a top Obama aide says of his master.  And then nobody is held responsible, nobody is fired, nobody even loses their damn BONUS.

Obama – as his mouthpiece Jay Carney has been doing – is referring to the VA abominations as “allegations.”  When what has ALREADY been documented is criminal and evil.

On the “problems,” Obama said, “We have been working really hard to address them.”  He said, “Taking care of our veterans and their families has been one of the causes of my presidency.”  Which begs the question just what the hell he HAS been doing when I documented above that Obama KNEW about these “problems” for SIX YEARS and has done NOTHING to keep the crisis from growing FAR WORSE.

Obama also said that he’s not going to let this “become a political football.”  And thus as dictator and Fuehrer seized all power to investigate this so that no one can possibly hold him accountable in any way, shape or form as he deals with this scandal “the Chicago way.”

This is exactly what happened with the Fast and Furious scandal in which Obama and Eric Holder put guns into the hands of Mexican drug cartels and then let them murder a Border Patrol agent.  And did NOTHING beyond their cover-up.

This is exactly what happened with the Benghazi scandal in which Obama and Hillary Clinton sent a United States Ambassador to a Libyan hellhole, refused to provide him with security he was begging for even as every other civilized power was pulling their people out of the violence-ridden region, left him to be raped, tortured and murdered while issuing stand down orders to those who pleaded to be allowed to help him and then covered-up their fiasco by dishonestly blaming the attack on a Youtube video that had absolutely NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with the pre-planned terrorist attack they should have seen coming.  To date, Obama’s disgustingly shameful promises aside, the only person who has EVER been held responsible for this attack is the United States citizen who was slandered as the cause for this al Qaeda-sponsored terrorist attack.

This is exactly what happened with the IRS scandal in which, at the direction of Washington and specifically at the instigation of an Obama appointee, the IRS was used as a political weapon to target and punish Obama’s political opponents.

In every case, Obama relied on the fact that the mainstream media “news coverage” amounts to naked leftist propaganda.  If you want to know how the media would have treated a Republican, just google “Donald Sterling” and see the daily outrage as the media focuses in on their target and then attacks him like red meat on a daily basis until he’s destroyed.  Whereas in Obama’s case, if they even report the story, it’s treated as done and over with.  So move on.

It is the routine script for a despicable ideologue failure.  And he’s playing the same damn game again.

Everything that conservatives said would happen with ObamaCare has either happened or is happening, versus Obama who is now documented to have lied about EVERYTHING from being allowed to keep your doctor, or your health plan, to bending the cost curve down when in fact he’s done otherwise, to there being no taxes on people earning less than $200,000 when there are now all kinds of taxes, etcetera ad nauseam.

The only people in America who deserve to die slow, painful deaths of medical neglect are those who voted for Obama.  But unless Republicans take over the Senate and then take the presidency away from Hillary Clinton – who wanted socialized medicine even before Obama did – we’re ALL going to suffer death by socialism.

Veterans EARNED their health care.  By SERVING in the armed forces, and by subjecting themselves to conditions and environments that no civilian would EVER willingly experience – and by submitting to conditions in which they cannot sue the government which ordered them to do what they did – they EARNED their health care.

But the VA system – because it IS socialized, because it IS a government bureaucracy, because it IS huge – is broken.

Now Obama and the Democrats demand that every single person in America receive the benefits and care that only those who SERVED ought to receive.  And now Obama and these Democrats are breaking our health care system by letting the same government that clearly is incapable of administering the Veterans Administration run the REST of the far larger health care system into the ground.

Do you remember this statement by a stupid liberal ideologue?

“Children just aren’t going to know what snow is.”

That ridiculously stupid and proven to be thoroughly false statement was made by Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia.  The selfsame University of East Anglia also being THE hub of “global warming” which morphed into “climate change” which is also the site of one of the most dishonest scientific frauds of all time.  “Doctor” Viner threatened the planet by “warning” us that “within a few years winter snowfall will become ‘a very rare and exciting event’”.

Where is that idiot now?  He’s doing fine, I assure you.  Which begs the question, how can you be a “principal advisor for climate change” and an “internationally recognized expert” and be a completely disproven and frankly disgraced idiot at the same time?  Or is being a completely disproven and disgraced idiot a resume enhancer for the aforementioned accolades???

This wasn’t the only time Gore made his ice-free prediction. Gore’s been predicting this since 2007. That means that this year the North Pole should be completely melted by now.

Junk scientist Al Gore also made the same prediction in 2009.

For the official record, those of you who are clutching your chests in fear because Al Gore said it and it therefore must be true, North Pole ice is actually doing just fine.  The arctic ice actually GREW by 29% this year.

Speaking of idiot liberals being completely wrong over and over again and never having to suffer for it, Gabriel Malor tweeted out a long list of journalists who have made their careers by falsely branding the enemies of Marx, Stalin and Obama.

And I must mention who just won the “Lie of the Year” award.  But like Benghazi (the planned and coordinated terror attack that resulted in the deaths of the first US ambassador murdered since the failed Carter Years along with three other American heroes that was falsely blamed on a Youtube video to cover Obama), like Fast and Furious (where the Obama administration placed guns into the hands of Mexican drug cartels which used them to murder an American Border Patrol agent), like the IRS (where Obama thug bureaucrats illegally targeted conservatives for “anti-Obama rhetoric”) and many other situations, Obama has held NOBODY accountable.

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sabelius promised Congress that the ObamaCare website would be up and running and ready to go by the October 1 deadline (see here for a more complete version of history).  Where is she?  Still at her lousy job, that’s where.  Despite the fact that this wicked woman has been caught red-handed lying over and over again.

Now of course we’re finding out that Obama deliberately delayed implementing rules he KNEW would screw up the universe and jeopardize his re-election.  And we can now realize that the reason so much disaster is happening is because in making politics rule over governance there simply wasn’t TIME to implement all the damn laws.  But don’t worry, nobody will be held accountable for that deceit.

Because being a liberal, being wrong, and not being held accountable for being wrong, goes hand in hand.

Being a brain-dead ideologue liberal “academician” or “journalist” and being proven to be completely wrong and completely idiotic only to get away with it because liberals are pathologically dishonest people utterly divorced from truth or reality goes hand in hand.

SECAUCUS — For the second time this week, the Walmart at Harmon Meadow plaza was evacuated Thursday afternoon after a bomb threat was called in to the store, police said.

A caller phoned in the threat at 1:41 p.m., said Detective Sgt. Dominick DeGennaro of the Secaucus police. Store employees called police, and officers and firefighters searched the store without finding anything, DeGennaro said. The store was allowed to reopen after about an hour, he said.

A nearly identical scenario played out at the same Walmart store on Monday. About 700 people, including customers and employees, were evacuated after a threat was called in to the store at 1:45 p.m., police said.

In Secaucus on Monday, K-9 units from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office and the NJ Transit and Jersey City police searched the store for more than two hours before determining there was no bomb, authorities said. The store was allowed to reopen at 4:15 p.m., he said.

Authorities also searched for a link to at least a dozen similar threats that were called in to Walmart stores in Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma over the weekend.

Who do ya think is behind these???  This is your cue to look in a mirror, point a finger at it, and say, “YOU are, you fascist scumbag!” at yourself, liberal.

It’s a cheap, cowardly way to “punish your enemies.”  And if your enemies bring a knife, you bring a gun.  If those enemies bring a gun, you call in a bunch of damn bomb threats.

Fascists Democrats are uniting behind their Fascist-in-Chief messiah.  And they will either burn this country to the ground or we will take it away from them come November.

Democrats are people who demand a circular firing squad to kill any businesses that don’t tow their liberal line.  They constantly seek to drive WalMarts out in spite of the tax base and jobs those stores create just as they sought to drive out Chick-Fil-A and literally state “We don’t need their tax dollars” in spite of the fact that each of those restaurants create nearly a hundred long-term jobs along with paying taxes to those cities.  You’d think this was suicidal behavior, but it really isn’t for those who lead “the cause.”  People like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton show up and rouse the rabble with their demagoguery, prevent a business from opening, get shake-down/extortion concessions for themselves in the form of “donations” to their causes in exchange for finally leaving, and then walk away from the communities that will now get NO jobs because of their “leadership.”  In the case of Occupy, there is giant Soros money funding the cause.  George Soros is a Nazi and an enemy of the United States and has always BEEN a Nazi and an enemy to the United States, but that doesn’t matter to these people.  The organizers of those OWS protests get their Judas wages for sabotaging businesses and thereby sabotaging the communities that needed those businesses.

I mentioned Chick-Fil-A.  Yes, the Democrat Party viciously attacked Chick-Fil-A in the form of three fascist Democrat Mayors who threatened that business with government power over daring to hold their own views whether those views are protected by the First Amendment or not.  Yes, in response Chick-Fil-A benefited from the largest sales in their entire history as hundreds of thousands of people stood in line for as long as three hours to buy their products in response to that fascism.  Yes, the left held their own day – a homosexual “kiss-in- that got virtually NOBODY to show up.  But they did manage to pull off still another example of fascist liberal intolerance:

On a day that some gay-rights activists are planning a “National Same-Sex Kiss Day,” a Chick-fil-A in Torrance was vandalized overnight with hateful graffiti.

Chick-fil-A employees were greeted Fridays morning with the words “Tastes like hate” scrawled in large black lettering mimicking the chain’s advertising across the back wall of the restaurant at 182nd Street and Hawthorne Boulevard in Torrance.

With media helicopters hovering overhead and police officers on the scene, one employee said, “I’m just trying to sort everything out.”

Chick-fil-A has been at the center of media scrutiny and public debate ever since the company’s president publicly expressed his opposition to same-sex marriage.

On Friday, some gay-rights activists are encouraging same-sex couples to go one of the chicken restaurant’s locations and take a photo or video of themselves kissing.

It remains unclear whether this protest will generate the huge crowds that turned out Wednesday for “Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day,” when tens of thousands waited through long lines in a show of support for the executive.

The privately held company declined to give specific sales figures but released a statement to the Los Angeles Times confirming that frenzied sales of chicken sandwiches and cross-cut waffle fries had made for a record-setting day.

“We are very grateful and humbled by the incredible turnout of loyal Chick-fil-A customers on August 1 at Chick-fil-A restaurants around the country,” said Steve Robinson, executive vice president of marketing, in the statement. “While we don’t release exact sales numbers, we can confirm reports that it was a record-setting day.”

Who pulled off that victory for liberalism?  It was a fascist Obama-voting demon-possessed cockroach, that’s who it was.

And as much media attention surrounded that “kiss-in,” only about thirty damn liberal homosexuals showed up to disgust people with one man sucking the face of another.  USA Today provides an example of the embarrassed silence surrounding this fizzle:

By Friday afternoon reports from restaurants around the country showed the number of protesters was low compared to the hundreds of people from around the country who turned out Wednesday for a “Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day.”

It was of course hundreds of thousands of people nationwide, and “the number of [kiss-in] protestors was nonexistant in comparison.  Not that the facts should actually matter or anything.  “Facts” and “truth” and “reality” only matter to rightwingers, and if you care about such idiotic concepts you are a racist homophobic bigot.

We’re living in a day when Nazi Democrats like Harry Reid openly deploy Orwellian tactics to demonize their opponents.  It doesn’t matter if Harry Reid refused in a vote to release his OWN damn taxes; it doesn’t matter if just a few weeks ago his president was protected by his party when Obama declared executive privilege and refused to provide ANY records surrounding the FACT that the Obama administration put 2,000 guns into the hands of Mexican drug cartel murderers who used those guns to murder at least one US Border Patrol Agent and which likely murdered an American ICE agent as well.  How is it that Democrats can surround an act of clear presidential obstruction of justice on the one hand and then turn around and demand records right after refusing to allow any records to be turned over?  And do so with such appalling pseudo-self righteousness?

Here are Harry Reid’s tactics:

“I don’t think the burden should be on me,” Reid said. “The burden should be on him. He’s the one I’ve alleged has not paid any taxes. Why didn’t he release his tax returns?”

Reid said, “the word’s out that he [Romney] hasn’t paid any taxes for 10 years.”  The “word is out” because and ONLY because Harry Reid PUT the word out by making two false and recklessly unsubstantiated statements on the Senate floor while making numerous statements to the press.

This is the new system that Democrats are demanding: they get to make assertions with zero evidence documented by nothing.  And the burden of proof is on whomever they accuse.  That is pure Nazi bullshit and the Democrat Party is the Nazi Party unless and until they drive Harry Reid into retirement for crap like that.  Every Democrat is a fascist for allowing a fascist like Harry Reid to remain in office.

It wasn’t a week ago now that the same Democrat president who was for gay marriage before he was against gay marriage before he was suddenly for gay marriage again pulled that same fascist hat-trick with guns.  He joined the crowd of Democrat fascists in trying to take away our constitutionally guaranteed right to keep and bear arms.  There is absolutely zero question that our founding fathers are firmly on one side and Democrats like Obama are on the other.  And to whatever extent America is going-out-of-control with violence it is ONLY because Democrats have “fundamentally transformed” America into a moral cesspool with their evil fascist policies that revel in evil and oppose what is good.

But Obama wasn’t finished with fascism; he is NEVER finished with fascism.  So the man who likes to call himself “the commander-in-chief” literally sued to keep the troops under him from being allowed to have a chance to vote his skinny fascist weasel ass out of office.  You want to talk about “equal protection under the law?”  I’M a victim of unequal protections; I have an ID legally issued to me by the government; the people that Obama and Holder demand be able to vote DON’T have such ID.  I’m a US citizen; there’s no reason to believe that the people Obama and Holder demand be able to vote share that distinction.  Barack Obama is a cynical fascist weasel who is trying to unconstitutionally stack the deck in his favor by rewarding illegal immigrants who vote overwhelmingly for him and punishing American soldiers who vote overwhelmingly AGAINST him.

Obama is the fascist who said to the racist Hispanic group that literally translates to “The Race”: “The idea of doing things on my own is very tempting. I promise you, not just on immigration reform. But that’s not how our system works. That’s not how our democracy functions. That’s not how our Constitution is written.”  And then Obama did the very thing that he himself had legitimately declared to be Un-American, un-democratic and unconstitutional.  And as a result of his fascism, it was just a WEEK AGO that Obama dictated to the Border Patrol and to ICE that they are no longer to have any ability to detain any illegal immigrant who essentially says, “I can come in because Obama says so.”

All of that pure fascism happened in the Democrat Party between 7/27 and 8/3/2012.  It is truly amazing how wicked this party has become.

Still another thing that has happened during that period has been the Democrat Party’s decision to make homosexuality part of their official party platform.  Read Romans chapter 1 and tell me that the Democrat Party hasn’t just reached the very bottom of the moral sewer.

America is doomed if the Nazi Party of 54 million innocent babies murdered – fully NINE TIMES the death toll of Hitler’s Holocaust – be allowed to continue to bring down the wrath of God on this nation that was once “One Nation Under God.”  Not that liberals haven’t been vocal in demanding that even that shred of God-fearing decency be removed, too.

That’s right.  The only thing Harry Reid loves more than Viagra is sexually molesting boys.  I’ve got that from a “very reliable source.”   The source says that the boys are brought to him from Mexico, and Harry Reid has prevented any effort to stop illegal immigration because he wouldn’t have any more boys to molest.   But of course I can’t tell you who that source is.

Sounds solid. Mitt Romney, who’s been running for political office for 20 years now, decided he’d gamble those prospects and risk time in a federal pen for tax evasion in order to save a few million dollars that he doesn’t need.

And he made this decision year after year, for 10 years.

By the way, some random guy on the Internet told me Obama was born in Kenya. Now, do I know that’s true? Well, I’m not certain. But let me just toss it out there.

“His poor father must be so embarrassed about his son,” Reid said, in reference to George Romney’s standard-setting decision to turn over 12 years of tax returns when he ran for president in the late 1960s.

Saying he had “no problem with somebody being really, really wealthy,” Reid sat up in his chair a bit before stirring the pot further. A month or so ago, he said, a person who had invested with Bain Capital called his office.

“Harry, he didn’t pay any taxes for 10 years,” Reid recounted the person as saying.

“He didn’t pay taxes for 10 years! Now, do I know that that’s true? Well, I’m not certain,” said Reid. “But obviously he can’t release those tax returns. How would it look?

“You guys have said his wealth is $250 million,” Reid went on. “Not a chance in the world. It’s a lot more than that. I mean, you do pretty well if you don’t pay taxes for 10 years when you’re making millions and millions of dollars.”

No surprise that Reid would smear Romney so casually. He specializes in these tactics during presidential campaigns. In 2008, he made more noise about McCain’s temper being a sign of possible derangement than any other major Democrat. (He also insisted that he couldn’t stand McCain as part and parcel of the demonization effort, even though the two had been known to socialize.) He’s an unusually nasty character, even by normal political standards, when he wants to be; gratuitously accusing George Romney of being disappointed in his son is simply S.O.P. But he does have a strategy here: Pull an accusation of criminality straight out of his ass and hope it gets enough media play that Romney feels obliged to respond. Either Mitt will start to sweat and release his returns, as Democrats have demanded, in order to disprove Reid’s charge or he’ll sit tight and the smear will circulate online, with Romney’s refusal to disclose the documents taken as “proof” that Reid is right. In that respect, it’s not that different from Birtherism. It just so happens that you’ve got the Senate majority leader pushing this, not some commenter at dKos or wherever.

Exit question via Philip Klein: “How would ‘a person who had invested with Bain Capital’ know about Romney’s personal tax returns anyway?”

Harry Reid’s now obviously proven child molestation aside, this universe has something to take real “pride” (maybe even “pedophile pride” in): there aren’t very many possible worlds in which an administration that invoked executive privilege to avoid providing any records over the Fast and Furious scandal in which guns were literally sent by the Obama administration into the hands of Mexican drug cartel killers would turn around and say that Mitt Romney’s not releasing his personal records amount to “proof” of tax evasion.  Because by that standard Barack Obama is clearly guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors and should be impeached with every single Democrat voting guilty.

It’s a fascinating world in which a lie becomes the truth and then that truth becomes a lie all over again.

Harry Reid’s charge and the tactics that he is using are openly fascist and blatantly Orwellian:

That should scare the damn bejeezus out of any decent American – especially given what also happened this very week as the Democrat Mayors of Chicago, Boston and San Franscisco said that businesses that exercise their free speech rights ought to be punished by the power of the state.  The Democrat Party is the party of open fascism, pure and simple.

Then there’s the blatant hypocrisy factor to go along with the fascist factor.  Because the same party that is using the above tactic is allowing Barack Obama to use executive privilege from answering any questions whatsoever about how 2,000 guns from his programs ended up in the hands of Mexican drug cartel killers who murdered two US law enforcement officers with them.

The only report we’ve got about Fast and Furious – because Obama sure as hell aint investigating it – gives us this:

According to a copy of the report obtained Monday by The Times, the investigators said their findings are “the best information available as of now” about the flawed gun operation that last month led to Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. being found in contempt of Congress for failing to turn over subpoenaed documents.

Two more final reports, they said, will deal with “the devastating failure of supervision and leadership” at the Department of Justice and an “unprecedented obstruction of the [congressional] investigation by the highest levels of the Justice Department, including the attorney general himself.”

No one, to my knowledge, ever accused Richard Nixon of being a Watergate burglar.  His crime was in trying to cover it up; rather like what Obama is doing now.  And of course the fact that Barack Obama has declared executive privilege and covered up the evidence PROVES he is a criminal and Harry Reid should be busy setting up Obama’s trial rather than making idiot statements about Mitt Romney.

But why would anybody trust a proven child molester like Harry Reid to pursue justice???

And of course the media will circulate Harry Reid’s charges all over the planet.  Because it’s just like them to do a child molester’s bidding, isn’t it?

As just one other proof that Harry Reid is a hypocrite slime bag without shame, honor or decency, he is in fact one of the overwhelming number of politicians in “Congress who has voted against releasing his OWN tax returns.

Here’s Nancy Pelosi floundering over the name of Brian Terry.  She had very clearly never bothered to speak his name before that moment.  Here’s White House mouthpiece Jay Carney having an even BIGGER problem recalling the name of the annoying little insect that Eric Holder’s guns to Mexican drug cartels murdered.  Democrats do not give one damn about Brian Terry or his grieving parents.

Democrats promised that they would not rest until every single person responsible for all of this, no matter where they are, were brought to justice.  Now we know the truth: they will not rest until every single fact and every single document are obstructed and buried and every single Democrat involved has been protected from justice.

Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, Elijah Cummings and all but 17 Democrats in Congress have not done a SINGLE thing to get to the bottom of this criminal and frankly criminally insane operation also known as Fast and Furious.

And no, you Democrat liars: there is no connection between Operation Wide Receiver began and terminated under Bush and Operation Fast and Furious which has left hundreds of people MURDERED.  There is no connection between Bush’s Operation Wide Receiver which did not lose guns and Obama’s Operation Fast and Furious which lost some 2,000 guns.  There is no connection between Bush’s Operation Wide Receiver which controlled and tracked deliveries and Obama’s Fast and Furious which had totally uncontrolled deliveries.  There is no connection between Bush’s Operation Wide Receiver which tracked every gun involved in that operation and Obama’s Operation Fast and Furious which did not bother to even TRY to track ANY of the guns.

Please stop lying.  Please stop obstructing justice.  Please stop obfuscating the truth.  Please stop walking on the graves of Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata and get to the bottom of this no matter where the truth leads.

The Obama Presidency And Fast And Furious: Now We Know Why The Oval Office Is Shaped Like A Toilet Bowl

Two federal agents are dead after the Obama Administration literally put guns in the hands of Mexican drug cartel murderers.  More than 300 Mexican citizens are DEAD.  For two years, Obama’s weasel at the Department of Injustice has stalled and obstructed and flat-out LIED to the American people.

We know for a fact that Eric Holder and his Injustice Department directly and repeatedly lied in a letter that Holder later retracted after numerous statements were demonstrated to have been materially false:

Under fire for losing track of weapons that turned up at crime scenes along the Southwest border, the Justice Department has taken the extraordinary step of formally withdrawing an inaccurate letter about the episode that it sent to Congress earlier this year.

The February 2011 letter said that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives makes “every effort” to interdict weapons that have been purchased illegally before they cross into Mexico. It added that the allegation that the ATF had “sanctioned or otherwise knowingly allowed the sale of assault weapons” to suspicious people was false.

Both those statements turned out not to be true in the Fast and Furious operation, which targeted people who moved weapons to the violent Sinaloa, Mexico drug cartel during the Obama administration’s tenure. Republican lawmakers want to know who wrote that letter and have demanded “accountability” for government lawyers who allegedly misled them.

It is also a fact that no one at the Holder Injustice Department has ever been fired or even disciplined for lying to Congress.

And that is hardly the only outright lie coming out of the Holder Injustice Department.  And this lie directly proves that Eric Holder is a political ideologue who cannot be trusted to do anything other than cover his and Obama’s guilty-as-sin asses.

Let me summarize the fact-citing article below: the “Bush did it” claim is a lie.  It was ALWAYS a lie.  From an out-of-control administration that has NEVER ONCE accepted any kind of responsibility for ANYTHING for going on four full years now:

In a second major retraction over its version of the the gun-walking scandal, the Justice Department has retracted Attorney General Eric Holder’s charge in a hearing last week that his Bush administration predecessor had been briefed on the affair.

In a memo just released by Sen. Chuck Grassley, the Iowa senator reveals that Holder also didn’t apologize to former Attorney General Michael Mukasey for dragging him into the Fast & Furious scandal that is headed for a major legal clash and likely contempt of Congress charge against Holder.

According to Grassley’s memo, Justice said that Holder “inadvertently” made the charge against Mukasey in a hearing.

The Justice Department has retracted a second statement made to the Senate Judiciary Committee. During a hearing last week, Attorney General Eric Holder claimed that his predecessor, then-Attorney General Michael Mukasey, had been briefed about gunwalking in Operation Wide Receiver. Now, the Department is retracting that statement and claiming Holder “inadvertently” made that claim to the Committee. The Department’s letter failed to apologize to former Attorney General Mukasey for the false accusation. This is the second major retraction the Justice Department has made in the last seven months. In December 2011, the Department retracted its claim that the ATF had not allowed illegally purchased guns to be trafficked to Mexico. Sen. Chuck Grassley’s letter and the Department’s response can be viewed here-1.

In addition, the Justice Department released only one page of additional material prior to the Attorney General’s meeting on Capitol Hill on Tuesday. It is a page of handwritten notes by a public affairs specialist for the Deputy Attorney General, which the Department says it “just recently discovered.” The notes indicate that when Deputy Assistant Attorney General Jason Weinstein met with senior ATF officials on April 28, 2010, regarding the problem of gunwalking in Wide Receiver, the Deputy Attorney General’s public affairs specialist also attended the meeting. These notes can be viewed here-2.

The notes indicate that Fast and Furious was also a topic discussed at the meeting, in addition to Wide Receiver. These notes further corroborate contemporaneous emails in 2010 that show Criminal Division Chief Lanny Breuer and Weinstein seemed to have been more concerned about the press implications of gunwalking than they were about making sure ATF ended the practice. (These emails can be viewed here-3.) The notes also undermine the claim that senior DOJ officials failed to “make the connection” between the gunwalking in Wide Receiver–which Breuer admitted to knowing about–and gunwalking in Fast and Furious. In fact, both cases were discussed by senior Department leadership and senior ATF leadership.

Grassley made the following comment on these developments.

“This is the second time in nearly seven months that the Department has gotten its facts wrong about gunwalking. Attorney General Holder accused Attorney General Mukasey, without producing any evidence, of having been briefed on gunwalking in Wide Receiver. The case Attorney General Mukasey was briefed on, Hernandez, is fundamentally different from both Wide Receiver and Fast and Furious since it involved cooperation with the Mexican government. Attorney General Holder’s retraction should have included an apology to the former Attorney General.

“In his eagerness to blame the previous administration, Attorney General Holder got his facts wrong. And his tactic didn’t bring us any closer to understanding how a bad policy evolved and continued. Bad policy is bad policy, regardless of how many administrations carried it out. Ironically, the only document produced yesterday by the Department appears to show that senior officials in the Attorney General’s own Department were strategizing about how to keep gunwalking in both Wide Receiver and Fast and Furious under wraps.”

Claiming that Holder inadvertently blamed Muksey is like arguing that Obama inadvertently blamed Bush.  Bullcrap.  These weasels lie about their lies.

The Bush-era program involved and cooperated with the Mexican government, whereas Obama’s program did not so much as even notify the Mexican government that Obama was sending thousands of guns into their country; 2) The Bush-era program diligently attempted to electronically track every weapon involved and utilized “controlled delivery” of the guns to further monitor them.  A total of a dozen guns could not ultimately be accounted for.  Whereas the Obama program made ZERO attempt to track the guns in any way, shape or form.  Consequently, more than 1,400 guns were “lost” (i.e., were handed to drug cartel murderers) in UNCONTROLLED DELIVERIES; 3) Two U.S. federal agents (Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata) were MURDERED with guns that Obama put into said drug cartel murderers’ hands.  And 300 Mexicans citizens have been murdered with the guns that Obama handed out to drug cartel murderers.

In between the time on February 4, 2011 when Eric Holder’s Department of Injustice lied in his letter and the period in December 2, 2011 when Holder retracted his lying deceitful letter, numerous memos and emails were sent too and fro totalling about 1,300 documents.  We now know that there was a cover up that occurred at the highest levels including Barack Obama – who just issued an executive order to protect his cover up.

Interestingly, Obama had previously issued a statement that neither he nor Eric Holder had any knowledge or involvement with Fast and Furious.  So on what grounds is Obama now claiming privilege?

If the documents are revealed, Barack Obama will be impeached from office the way Nixon was.

But even after the Republicans dramatically narrowed the scope of their search to the cover-up of what is now openly and obviously a documented lie, Obama asserted executive privilege.

In 2007, our current Liar-in-Chief had this bit of pathological hypocrisy:

President Obama criticized former President George W. Bush for trying to “hide” behind executive privilege in 2007, after the Bush administration refused to turn over subpoenaed documents over the controversial firings of nine U.S. attorneys.

In an interview on CNN’s Larry King Live, Obama said there’s been “a tendency on the part of this administration to try to hide behind exec privilege every time there’s something a little shaky that’s taking place.”

“I think the administration would be best served by coming clean on this,” Obama said, after Bush claimed executive privilege on the issue.”

“I think” if Obama revealed his part in the murder of a federal agent and the murder of 300 Mexican citizens he would be impeached and possibly end up in prison.

There is no question that this administration and its Department of Injustice is pathologically dishonest.

As I said, not one individual at the Department of Injustice has ever been disciplined in any way, shape or form for documented lies to the Congress of the United States.  Who HAS been punished?  The agents who alerted the world to the fact that Obama was putting guns in the hands of criminals after American agents had been murdered with those guns, that’s who.

What pisses me off the most about this Obama program – you know, aside from all the people that Obama and Holder murdered by proxy – is the fact that Obama was FORCING gun dealers to sell guns to Mexican criminals over their objections while at the very same time demonizing gun dealers for illegally selling guns to Mexicans.  Which is to say that Obama wanted to force American guns into Mexico so that he could use the American guns in Mexico to overcome the Constitution’s 2nd Amendment protection of guns in America.

If the American people knew the truth about this, we would have our own Tahrir Square movement, in which hundreds of thousands of beyond outraged Americans were mobbed outside the White House demanding that Barack Obama be put in prison for his crimes against the American people.

You have to wonder why Obama let this process go on for two damn years before shielding his administration’s crimes and cover-up with executive privilege.  It’s like playing a game to the last move and then ending the game – and declaring victory – just before the other team can hit the winning shot.  But it’s no wonder he did.  Because the day we see those records is the day Obama will be forced out of office.

The biggest problem is that Democrats are liars and dishonorable people.  Consider the statement once made by Democrat Congressman Elijah Cummings about Fast and Furious:

“…I promise you, we will not rest… we will not rest until every single person responsible for all of this, no matter where they are, are brought to justice… I promise you, we will not fail you.”

What he meant by that was that Democrats would not rest until every single person responsible for Fast and Furious was protected and shielded by Democrats.  Because he’s now on the record refusing to hold ANYBODY accountable for ANYTHING.  He and all the other Democrats are in lock-fascist-step ensuring that no one will EVER be held accountable for Fast and Furious. 

It is the fact that Democrats are dishonorable liars and hypocrites without shame that Obama is counting on.  Nixon never would have resigned if Republicans had been one-tenth as determined to protect him as Democrats are to protect Obama.

Weasel Obama’s Pet Weasel Eric Holder Tries Blaming Bush For Operation Fast And Furious. BULLCRAP!

As a dog lover, I’ve more than a few times heard people joke that they wanted to get a dog so their dog could have a pet.  That’s kind of what Eric Holder is to Barack Obama.  Obama is a weasel, yes, but he also has his own pet weasel in the form of Eric Holder.

Eric Holder is THE most political and politicized Attorney General in American history bar none, surpassing anything we saw in the Nixon years and surpassing even the Kennedy years when the president had his own loyal-to-the-hilt BROTHER on the job.  You would have to use powerful hydraulics to pry Eric Holder’s lips out of Barack Obama’s anus.  That’s the bottom line.

This would have been my two questions to Eric Holder had he stated that Bush was really to blame for all of this in my presence: 1) How many U.S. federal agents were murdered due to guns from Bush’s Operation Wide Receiver?  And 2) How many innocent Mexican citizens were murdered due to guns from Bush’s Operation Wide Receiver?  And 3) How many guns were “lost”?  Because if we ask that question of Obama, Holder and their Fast and Furious, the answer is that two US federal agents (Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and ICE Special Agent Jaime Zapata) were murdered with guns from Obama’s and Holder’s program, with Obama’s and Holder’s guns being found on at least 11 violent crime scenes in the United States, and at least 200 Mexican citizens were killed by guns from Fast and Furious.  And 1,400 of Obama’s and Holder’s guns were completely lost to violent criminals due to Fast and Furious and it’s Obama/Holder primary operation known as Project Gunrunner which was begun in October of 2009.   Versus Bush’s Operation Wide Receiver, which had CONTROLS to monitor the guns and lost a total of a dozen guns – because OWR utilized “controlled delivery” versus just allowing guns to “walk” as Obama and Holder did.

None of the results of Operation Fast and Furious is George Bush’s fault or the fault of the program that occurred during his administration, Operation Wide Receiver. 

Furthermore, NOBODY in the Justice has been held accountable for this fiasco by Barack Obama or his pet weasel Eric Holder.  In fact, Eric Holder has PROTECTED those involved and actually given them PROMOTIONS to purchase their silence (and here).

Finally, Eric Holder is a thoroughly documented liar on Fast and Furious.  He has officially lied under oath.  He has refused to provide Congress with over 100,000 documents relating to this evil Obama operation and in particular refused to provide particular documents requested by name.  One of his most ridiculous lies is that the “Fast and Furious” in his emails have nothing to do with Operation Fast and Furious.  He simply cannot be trusted to have anything to do with this investigation and should have already been fired for his role in the cover-up (which is why Obama is involved in this crime at least in the role of assisting in the cover-up).  Nixon resigned from office for the same crime.

After a long period of resolutely ignoring Operation Fast and Furious, the bulk of the mainstream media has been dragged into covering the “gun walking” scandal by the charges of perjury directed at Attorney General Eric Holder. Flailing around for something they can spin, liberals have suddenly become very interested in Operation Wide Receiver, a gun walking program from the Bush era. Longtime observers of the Obama scandal have long been camped out on Operation Wide Receiver’s front porch with a bowl of Halloween candy, knowing it was only a matter of time before the Left showed up.

The L.A. Times, which has provided excellent coverage of the rapidly evolving Fast and Furious scandal, is curiously negligent in explaining Wide Receiver to its readers:

The Times reported from Washington on Monday that the Bush administration managed a program similar to Fast and Furious in 2006-07. Mexican President Felipe Calderon took office in December 2006.

In that program, dubbed Wide Receiver, weapons were allowed into Mexico, just as later occurred in Operation Fast and Furious in 2009 and 2010, The Times reported. About 2,000 weapons were “walked” in Mexico and later showed up at scores of crime scenes, Mexican officials have said.

The Monday report from the L.A. Times didn’t really say anything about Wide Receiver at all, beyond mentioning its name:

In the emails that the department turned over to congressional investigators, Justice Department officials last October discussed both the Fast and Furious gun-trafficking surveillance operation in Phoenix and a separate investigation from 2006 and 2007 called Operation Wide Receiver. In Wide Receiver, which took place in Tucson, firearms also were acquired by illegal straw purchasers and lost in Mexico, the emails say.

The Associated Press made a much more explicit attempt to claim Wide Receiver was essentially identical to Fast and Furious, meaning the Bush Administration was walking guns just like Obama:

The federal government under the Bush administration ran an operation that allowed hundreds of guns to be transferred to suspected arms traffickers — the same tactic that congressional Republicans have criticized President Barack Obama’s administration for using, two federal law enforcement officials said Tuesday.

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and other Republicans have been hammering the Obama Justice Department over the practice known as “letting guns walk.” The congressional target has been Operation Fast and Furious, which was designed to track small-time gun buyers at several Phoenix-area gun shops up the chain to make cases against major weapons traffickers. In the process, federal agents lost track of many of the more than 2,000 guns linked to the operation.

When Bush, a Republican, was president, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Tucson, Ariz., used a similar enforcement tactic in a program it called Operation Wide Receiver. The fact that there were two such ATF investigations years apart in separate administrations raises the possibility that agents in still other cases may have allowed guns to “walk.”

The Washington Post packs its spin right into the headline: “Earlier ATF Gun Operation ‘Wide Receiver’ Used Same Tactics As ‘Fast and Furious.’”

Operation Wide Receiver came to light when Rep. Darryl Issa (R-Calif.) and Sen. Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa) released new documents and e-mails this week which they said showed that although Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. told Congress in May that he had just learned about Fast and Furious, he had known for about 10 months.

That alleged discrepancy led some Republican lawmakers to accuse Holder of perjury. They have pounded on Holder over Fast and Furious, in some cases calling for his resignation.Their investigation of the program has led to the reassignment of the former ATF director and others, and the resignation of the U.S. attorney in Arizona.

But Wide Receiver, conducted in the Bush administration, has not received a lot of attention. According to Justice spokeswoman Tracy Schmaler, some of the e-mails used in the attempt to discredit Holder were referring to the Tucson case, Wide Receiver.

More specifically, Schmaler said that when the e-mails mention “guns walking,” they are referring to the 2006-07 Tucson case, Operation Wide Receiver. Schmaler said neither of the officials knew about guns walking in the Fast and Furious case.

(Emphasis mine.) Of course, “some” emails referring to Wide Receiver has absolutely no logical bearing on other emails referring specifically to Fast and Furious. I’m sure the next Republican Attorney General can count on the same kind of helpful spin and misdirection from the Washington Post.

1. Wide Receiver was less than one-quarter the size of Fast and Furious, involving about 500 guns. About 450 guns made it across the border into Mexico. Not only was Fast and Furious much larger, but it was only one of several gun walking operations launched by the Obama Administration. In fact, intrepid CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson says she has “found allegations of gun walking in at least 10 cities in five states.”

2. Unlike the Obama Administration programs, there actually was a serious attempt made to track the Wide Receiver weapons. Some of them were fitted with radio tracking devices. The cartel gun buyers figured out how to defeat the tracking system by driving around in circles, until the tracking planes ran out of fuel and were forced to return to base. Also, some of the tracking devices were damaged when ATF agents improperly inserted them into the guns.

By contrast, one of the signature features of Obama gun walking is that absolutely no effort to track the guns was ever in place. ATF agents have testified they were expressly ordered to stand down when they tried to follow the cartel straw purchasers. Whatever mistakes were made in Operation Wide Receiver, there’s no way to argue that Operation Fast and Furious was not much worse… because they should have learned from what happened in Wide Receiver.

3. And by “they” I mean “Special Agent In Charge Bill Newell.” That’s right – the same Phoenix ATF supervisor who became famous during the investigation of Fast and Furious was involved with Operation Wide Receiver. He’s also the ATF agent that originally told Congress that he mentioned gun walking in a roundabout way to his old buddy Kevin O’Reilly of the White House national security staff, who he communicates with maybe three or four times a year… only to be exposed as a liar when the same document dump that put AG Holder in jeopardy of perjury charges revealed a constant stream of emails between Newell and O’Reilly, lasting over a month.

4. Operation Wide Receiver was, by all accounts, shut down after its weapons dropped off the grid, and the ATF realized it had blundered. Operation Fast and Furious was only shut down because two of its weapons were discovered at the scene of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s murder. According to congressional testimony, the Terry shooting – along with the mistaken suspicion that Tucson mass murderer Jared Loughner might have been packing a Fast and Furious gun – panicked top ATF brass into halting its gun walking operations.

5. The Obama Justice Department cobbled together significant inter-agency co-operation for its huge gun walking programs. As Kurt Hofmann of the Gun Rights Examiner notes, “At this point, we don’t seem to have any evidence that earlier ‘gunwalking’ involved the FBI, the DEA, DHS, the State Department, the IRS, and even the White House Security Council.”

6. And, of course, there was no massive cover-up of Wide Receiver. No senior Administration officials committed perjury to distance themselves from it. The ATF was not exactly advertising the existence of the operation, or its unhappy conclusion, but that’s very different from the thick stone wall Obama and his people tried to build around their far larger and deadlier operations.

In fact, a confidential informant named Mike Detty, who participated in Wide Receiver as a gun dealer, specifically told David Codrea of the Gun Rights Examiner that the Bush Administration was not involved in the earlier gun walking program:

The AP story said that under Bush this case was never prosecuted and it took the Obama administration to find this Bush debacle and prosecute.

The truth is that the first two AUSA’s assigned to this case declined to prosecute it because ATF, ASAC, SAC and above, lied to him and told him that the guns were being followed on the other side of the border. One AUSA told me, “Why would I take this case to court when I’d have to sacrifice my integrity and professional credibility because ATF screwed up so badly?”

There you have it. It had nothing to do with Bush or even DOJ at that point. ATF decision makers made the decision to devote 3 years worth of resources on a case based on a lie.

(Emphasis mine.) In summary, Operation Wide Receiver was a small-scale botched sting operation, in which a foolish, but faintly plausible, plan to track straw gun buyers to their criminal customers went terribly wrong. The Obama Administration used this disaster as a template, radically increased its scale, and turned it into something else altogether.

Far from letting the Obama Administration “off the hook” because “Bush did it too,” an understanding of the full Operation Wide Receiver story makes the Obama scandal worse.

Two wrongs don’t make a right, learn from other’s mistakes and don’t point fingers when you are in trouble are the mantras that most people hear from their moms. The Obama administration has broken all three of those in the ongoing scandal of Operation Fast and Furious (OFF).

In 2006-2007 the ATF devised Operation Wide Receiver while Bush was in office. The purpose was to track illegal weapons into Mexico and into the hands of the drug cartels. To me, that’s a moot point. The truth of the matter remains that we know for a FACT that Eric Holder knew about OFF and lied to congress when asked about it.

The other part that I can’t quite get a handle on is the fact that ATF and the Obama Administration resurrected a FAILED operation, made it much, much bigger than the original, ran it again and turned it into an EPIC FAILURE. Even with Bill Newell knowing that Operation Wide Receiver was a failure, he ran Operation Fast and Furious. Strike up the band, I expect we will hear a new chorus of the “this is Bush’s fault” song.

As of this date, Eric Holder says that he refuses to allow the appointment of an investigator that he cannot control and influence.  Again, Obama and Holder are criminal by Obama’s own standards:

Graham noted that as senators, Obama and Vice President Joe Biden had called for the appointment of a special counsel in past situations that involved Republican transgressions, such as White House leaks in the Valerie Plame case that revealed the identity of the CIA operative.

The current leaks were more serious, Graham argued, and Holder should do now what Obama and Biden had called for then.

These aren’t merely “Chicago thugs” holding court in Washington, as Bill Clinton himself once claimed. This is an ongoing criminal enterprise occupying the White House in God Damn America.

Barack Obama has shook his fist at God from the day he took office. And God will continue to damn this nation until the people reject him and his stink has been purged from the people’s house.

Third Scandal Drags on Obama Campaign

“The optics of a Solyndra default will be bad… The timing will likely coincide with the 2012 campaign season heating up.”

— Prophetic Jan. 31 email from an official in the White House Office of Management and Budget released Thursday by the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

First there was Fast and Furious, then there was Solyndra and now there is LightSquared — three high-level scandals that involve allegations of cover-ups inside the Obama administration.

For a president who is already dragging an unpopular agenda and low marks on his handling of the economy along the campaign trail, this scandal troika is seriously bad news.

Obama is working desperately to prove to voters that he’s more interested in getting results than playing politics. He took a break from his series of campaign stops in battleground states (Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, back to Ohio next week) on Thursday and was wooing big-dollar donors in Washington. He explained that while it might look like he is engaged in his own re-election campaign, his is merely involved in “governance” by working to pass a new stimulus package.

“There’s a time for governance and there’s a time for making a political case,” Obama told donors. “My hope is, is that we’re going to keep on seeing some governance out of Washington over the next several months, because the American people can’t afford to wait for an election to actually see us start doing something serious about our jobs.”

This is a central part of Obama’s 2012 political pitch: That he is above politics, while his adversaries are unpatriotically grubbing for votes.

It takes chutzpah to make that case in the midst of a swing-state tour and at a dinner for political donors, but it’s an argument that Obama relied on during his remarkable political rise. It is understandable that he would want to use the same tool now that he is seeking to revive his fortunes.

The scandals, though, make the task harder.

The latest one involves confidential testimony from Gen. William Shelton, head of the Air Force’s Space Command, whom congressional sources say told a House Armed Services subcommittee that he was pressured to change his prepared remarks in a way that would benefit a major Democratic donor.

Philip Falcone is one of the big backers of LightSquared, a telecommunications company that wants to develop a nationwide satellite phone network. Falcone is a billionaire hedge-fund manager who is known as “the Midas of misery” for his skills at exploiting economic failure. He is also a big political campaign contributor, usually to Democrats.

His LightSquared venture requires federal authorization because of concerns that it would interfere with the satellite-driven GPS system that guides the U.S. military. Shelton reportedly said he was pressured to change his conclusion that the LightSquared plan was too risky. If the plan is nixed, Falcone and his partners stand to lose big.

A motive for trying to get Shelton to shade his testimony might also be found in the fact that the Obama administration has long been pushing for the idea of a national wireless broadband system, the very thing that Falcone and Co. are selling. If the generals say no to LightSquared it could permanently derail the pet project. But the involvement of a Democratic donor casts the pall of cronyism on the whole mess.

Only three entities review a general’s prepared testimony: Department of Defense, the White House, and the Office Management and Budget, so Shelton’s accusation is potent stuff.

This comes as new emails reveal that White House officials who were supposed to be vetting failed solar panel maker Solyndra, also run by a major Democratic donor, for a half-billion-dollar subsidized loan were very much interested in “optics” and political ramifications of their decisions.

Politics were at play when the White House revived the idea that had been tabled during the Bush administration and at play again as Obama officials fretted over how to manage the firm’s collapse in the least damaging way for the president’s re-election.

As evidence piles up in the Solyndra case, new details continue to emerge on the Fast and Furious probe that show a much larger scale for the Justice Department’s botched gunrunning sting, which encouraged illegal gun trafficking to drug gangs and then lost track of the weapons.

Here, there is no claim of cronyism, but there is the strong allegation from Republicans in Congress that the administration has withheld details of the operation now linked to the murder of a Border Patrol agent and other crimes in order to spare the administration further political embarrassment.

As Obama works to revive his brand as a man beyond petty politics, these three slow-burning political scandals will continue to undercut his claim.

It’s not really just “three” scandals.  ObamaCare itself and the 1,200 waivers of this unconstitutional takeover – whatever happened to equal treatment under the law? – as well as  its highly likely overturning as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court is a scandal; Obama’s treasonous reaction to that likely decision is a scandal; Obama’s tendency to demonize the other co-equal branches of government like a fascist dictator thug wannabe is a scandal; Obama’s close relationship with Jon Corzine and MF Global and over a billion dollars stolen by crony capitalist vultures is a scandal; skyrocketing gas prices are a scandal; Obama’s shocking labor participation rate and the 88 million Americans who have given up trying to find work under his failed regime is a scandal;  Obama’s incredibly failed and despicable budgets are a scandal; the fact that housing is the worst since the Great Depression and the poor have been utterly screwed by Obama’s failed policies is a scandal; the fact that poverty is the highest in the fifty-two years it has been measured is a scandal; the fact that that just ONE MONTH of Obama’s deficit is FIFTY PERCENT HIGHER THAN THE ENTIRE YEARS’ DEFICIT UNDER GOP RULE is a scandal;  the fact that it has now been 1,086 days since the Democrats have bothered to pass a budget is a scandal; the fact that Obama’s real unemployment rate is actually over NINETEEN PERCENT is a scandal; the fact that Obama has destroyed jobs and will CONTINUE to destroy jobs is a scandal; Obama’s demonizing George Bush over his debt ceiling extension before demanding the THREE LARGEST DEBT CEILING HIKES IN HUMAN HISTORY is a scandal; Obama’s demonizing George Bush over his debt when Obama has now spent far more in far less time is a scandal; Obama cutting and running from Afghanistan after all of his bogus promises is a scandal; Obama’s inflation is a scandal; the fact that Obama’s $862 billion stimulus ended up being an abject failure resulting in his demanding yet ANOTHER FAILED STIMULUS is a scandal.  Obama’s promise to transcend the political divide only to become the worst demagogue this nation has ever seen is a scandal; Obama promising unprecedented transparency only to actually give us unprecedented cover-up and secrecy is a scandal.

Which amendment to the Constitution is Obama’s very favorite?  Clearly the 5th, which allows his fascist cronies to deny responsibility for all the crimes they committed doing Obama’s thug bidding:

Oh, and Obama’s numerous Abu Ghraib moments are scandals; particularly given that there is a new Abu Ghraib moment today.  Obama’s unconstitutional power-grab in making “recess appointments” WHEN THE SENATE WAS NOT IN RECESS is a scandal that is now coming back like one of Jeremiah Wright’s chickens to roost.

But who’s counting???  Certainly not the mainstream media propaganda machine.

Let’s just keep letting the man who promised America that he wouldn’t make excuses to continue to make more excuses:

“Yes We Can” implode America.  And blame Bush for it even four years after Bush last had anything to do with the White House.

Obama Keeps Governing By Crisis; Used ‘Fast And Furious’ As Ploy To Take Away Our Right To Keep And Bear Arms

First of all, it is simply a fact that Barack Obama has been seeking to take away our constitutionally-guaranteed right to guns.

I pointed out in April of 2009 that Obama was using a crisis that we now know that HE CREATED to abolish guns.  What did I say back then???

So the obvious question is, why is the American media, and why are Democratic politicians, blaming America and blaming American guns for the problems in Mexico?

And the answer is as obvious as it is disturbing: because they despise the American Constitution, and in particular they despise the 2nd Amendment which guarantees the rights of citizens to keep and bear arms.

Barack Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, is just one among many Democrats citing the situation in Mexico to impose gun controls in the United States. Fortunately, a small cadre of Democrats have joined Republicans in their opposition to using the lies over the deteriorating situation in Mexico to impose anti-Constitutional laws on American citizens.

We need to point the finger at Obama, at his attorney general, at his secretary of state, and at every other politician who is demagoguing and lying to take away our Constitutionally-guaranteed rights and freedoms.

We have recently had a series of terrible mass murders involving guns, and many liberals will invariably cite these as proofs that we should take away gun rights from Americans. I know three things: 1) that the founding fathers guaranteed the right of citizens to keep guns as a deterrent against tyranny, and that – given the unprecedented power-grabbing of this government – this right is more crucial than ever; 2) that taking away guns from law-abiding citizens will merely ensure that only criminals have them to terrorize the innocent; and 3) that the unarmed victims of the shooting rampages wished they had weapons when the psychopaths came in shooting. Wishing that the psychopaths didn’t have guns is as much wishful thinking as wishing that there weren’t any psychopaths to begin with. In times of danger and uncertainty, Americans don’t need wishful thinking; they need the means to defend themselves and their homes and families.

This was an Obama-regime manufactured crisis, we now know.  Barack Obama, Erick Holder and Hillary Clinton – among numerous other Democrats and members of the Obama administration – demonized gun dealers for selling guns that ended up going to Mexico.  But what we now know for a documented FACT is that the same people who were demonizing those gun dealers were in point of fact the ones who were making them do the very thing they subsequently demonized them for doing.

The logical extension of Rahm’s famous remark about never letting a serious crisis go to waste. If a grave problem is an opportunity to push your agenda, imagine how much farther you can push it by making the problem graver.

Another F&F bombshell from CBS’s Sharyl Attkisson:

ATF officials didn’t intend to publicly disclose their own role in letting Mexican cartels obtain the weapons, but emails show they discussed using the sales, including sales encouraged by ATF, to justify a new gun regulation called “Demand Letter 3″. That would require some U.S. gun shops to report the sale of multiple rifles or “long guns.” Demand Letter 3 was so named because it would be the third ATF program demanding gun dealers report tracing information.

On July 14, 2010 after ATF headquarters in Washington D.C. received an update on Fast and Furious, ATF Field Ops Assistant Director Mark Chait emailed Bill Newell, ATF’s Phoenix Special Agent in Charge of Fast and Furious:

“Bill – can you see if these guns were all purchased from the same (licensed gun dealer) and at one time. We are looking at anecdotal cases to support a demand letter on long gun multiple sales. Thanks.”

On Jan. 4, 2011, as ATF prepared a press conference to announce arrests in Fast and Furious, Newell saw it as “(A)nother time to address Multiple Sale on Long Guns issue.” And a day after the press conference, Chait emailed Newell: “Bill–well done yesterday… (I)n light of our request for Demand letter 3, this case could be a strong supporting factor if we can determine how many multiple sales of long guns occurred during the course of this case.”

Follow the link and read the e-mails from a participating gun dealer to the ATF asking for a letter affirming that he was only selling these weapons at the agency’s behest. He was worried that the sales were shady and wanted legal cover in case the bureau later turned around and decided that the dealers were “irresponsible” or whatever in making the sales — which was awfully prescient given the ATF’s subsequent political opportunism. But then, none of this is surprising: Congressional Democrats and even Eric Holder himself have already used F&F as a pretext to call for more gun control. I thought the sleaziest bit of White House scandal spin we’d see this year was the Energy Department asking Solyndra to hold off on layoffs until after election day in 2010. Nope: Per the new F&F e-mails, they’re actually using their own scandals now as a pretext for greater regulation. Says Dan McLaughlin, “Obama Administration once again lives down to every paranoid caricature of itself.”

Darrell Issa said today he’s going to press Holder at tomorrow’s hearing to “clean house” at the DOJ. Chuck Grassley, for one, knows just where to start.

What does the 2nd Amendment say?

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Democrats – who frankly don’t give one flying damn about the Constitution – have fixated on the word “militia” and ignored the words “the people.”   They claim that only a “militia” can keep and bear arms.

But since the 2nd Amendment also clearly includes the words “the right of the people,” it seem obvious to me that we should take away other rights given to “the people” and only apply those rights to a militia, such as the right to peacebly assemble (we’ve already seen what damage liberals do when given such rights at the Occupy Movement disasters anyway, right?) or to petition the government for the redress of greivances (1st Amendment).  Or to have the right not to have their persons, papers and effects unreasonably searched (4th Amendment).  And of course I could go on.  Only militia members should get such rights.  Only THEY count as “the people” according to Democrats’ understanding of the 2nd Amendment.

Basically, Democrats should have all of their rights and freedoms denied to them, because if only a militia has the right to keep and bear arms, then only a damn militia has the right to do anything ELSE “the people” have a right to.

We could have a “Hunt Every Democrat Down With Dogs and Burn Them Alive Act,” and then allow our rightwing militias to exercise that duty.  Because only such militias count as “the people” by the Democrats’ own dumbass reasoning, and it’s way past time we were finally consisitent, isn’t it???

Meanwhile this same son of a bitch who is trying to take away our 2nd Amendment rights is trying to take away our 1st Amendment rights even as he demands rights for militant homosexuals.

I am beyond sick of Obama and his “govern by crisis” fascism.

Jonah Goldberg nailed it in his Liberal Fascism, which was published before Obama took power and which describes his style of governance to a ‘T’:

“The utility of terror was multifaceted, but among its chief benefits was its tendency to maintain a permanent sense of crisis.  Crisis is routinely identified as a core mechanism of fascism because it short-circuits debate and democratic deliberation.  Hence all fascistic movements commit considerable energy to prolonging a heightened state of emergency.” — page 42

I am beyond sick of Obama creating one crisis after another as one after another of his policies totally fails, and then demanding that because of all the failures he’s created we should do even MORE to destroy our country.

This is and will continue to be God damn America until this weasel and everyone who thinks like him is out of our government for good.
