As Democrats Come Psychologically Unglued Over Judge Gorsuch, Remember What Dishonest Hypocrite Pieces Of Rat Filth They Are

As we see Democrats now going completely batpoop over an eminently qualified judge who received a unanimous confirmation vote when he was confirmed to the federal judgeship that was his stepping stone to the Supreme Court because he was so obviously qualified and so obviously a great choice, let’s take a trip down memory lane to examine whether Democrats have any legitimate moral grounds whatsoever to oppose – let alone try to block or filibuster – his nomination.

Let’s call those days “B.O.” for “Before Obama.”  Because Barack Obama brought a spirit of division over this nation that will literally likely be the death of this country.

Barack Obama is THE most bitterly polarizing, divisive force this nation has ever seen.  And now what he’s doing is being called a “government in exile.”

The Nazis called it a “Fifth Column.”  I call it “treason” against the United States and against the will of the people as expressed according to our democratic values and principles.

The Democrats are now “justifying” their attempt to sink this nation to a new, bitter, divisive, polarizing low because Republicans refused to call Obama’s pick (Judge Merrick Garland) for a full vote after the death of sitting Justice Antonin Scalia.

The Democrats would have you believe that they would NEVER EVER have EVER done anything like this.  Let’s see if that’s true, or if Democrats truly stands for “DEMOnic bureauCRATS” as I maintain it does.

I wrote this a couple of months ago.  It’s a good time to quote the actual, factual record again:

But let’s get back to Obama and the vile, vicious tactics that he inspired as our nations very first “community organizer” president.

Back in 2009 I was pointing out what a total, abject LIE the heart of the Obama promise to America had turned out to be.  This guy was so damn partisan that it was beyond unreal from the moment he took office.  And yet  The New York Times had written of Obama as candidate:

WASHINGTON — At the core of Senator Barack Obama’s presidential campaign is a promise that he can transcend the starkly red-and-blue politics of the last 15 years, end the partisan and ideological wars and build a new governing majority.

To achieve the change the country wants, he says, “we need a leader who can finally move beyond the divisive politics of Washington and bring Democrats, independents and Republicans together to get things done.”

But this promise leads, inevitably, to a question: Can such a majority be built and led by Mr. Obama, whose voting record was, by one ranking, the most liberal in the Senate last year?

Was Obama EVER a man capable of rising above partisan politics?  No.  Not even CLOSE.  Absolutely not.  As an easy example of that, as a Senator he was one of THE most radical liberal-progressives and unsuccessfully tried to filibuster Samuel Alito for the Supreme Court.  Even Obama’s own party at that point acknowledged that what Obama tried to do was way, WAY too radical.

And so:

However, the truth is that, when they were senators, Obama, Biden, and Clinton all tried to filibuster Justice Alito’s nomination to the court – and other Democratic party leaders such as NY Senator Chuck Schumer reveled in the idea that they were able to block every Bush #43 nomination to the federal courts.

But the Democratic Party went über-fascist radical, and thus the toxic, divisive, polarizing Obama became the nominee of the Democratic Party and ultimately the president.  And the similarly über-fascist radical Joe Biden became vice president; and then the likewise über-fascist radical Hillary Clinton would sure-enough be the following rabid candidate for the Democrat Party machine.

Through his press mouthpiece, Obama as president would ultimately – and cowardly – come to say he “regretted” his decision to be one of the most leftist partisan members of the U.S. Senate when his own damn tactics were brought up in his face to reveal the utter and abject moral hypocrisy that is “Democratic Party.”

So it’s morally evil now to do what Obama did, you see.  Obama ought to be able to do it and get away with it, and later on when it becomes politically inconvenient, well, Obama ought to be able to retreat behind a press secretary mouthpiece and say that he now regrets it.  Such that Republicans have no right to do exactly what Obama himself did.

Let’s go back to Joe Biden: Because We also have the example of Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden who in 1992 said when there was just a POSSIBILITY that George H.W. Bush MIGHT be able to nominate a Supreme Court Justice:

“It is my view that if the president goes the way of Presidents Fillmore and Johnson and presses an election year nomination the Senate Judiciary Committee should seriously consider not scheduling confirmation hearings on the nomination until ever — until after the political campaign season is over.” — Sen. Joe Biden, June 25, 1992

President George H.W. Bush was in office until January 20, 1993.  So Biden didn’t even say this in a presidential election year – the way it was when our Hypocrite-in-Chief Obama demanded the divine right to replace conservative Scalia with a leftist of his choice – rather Biden said the Democrat garbage tactic applied even in the year BEFORE the election year.

Only Democrats are hypocrite enough to not be able to see what abject hypocrite roaches they are.

As we talk about the Republican response to Obama’s selection of Judge Merrick Garland to replace Justice Antonin Scalia in an election year and the consequences of the Republican response today, allow me to take you on a trip down hypocrite Democrat lane from what I wrote at that time:

Democrats have a LONG history of doing the very thing they now claim is so evil:

While Democrats in the upper chamber – including Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York and former Sen. Russ Feingold of Wisconsin, both of which called for blocking former President George W. Bush’s nominations – have slammed the GOP for its decision not to consider a nominee until after a new president is elected, Democrats have not always held that stance. The Democrat-controlled Senate passed a resolution in 1960 preventing a recess appointment, much to the dismay of Republicans.

As first reported by The Washington Post – S.RES. 334, also known as Expressing the Sense of the Senate That The President Should Not Make Recess Appointments to the Supreme Court, Except to Prevent or End a Breakdown in the Administration of the Court’s Business – passed the Senate in a 48-33 vote in an attempt to prevent former President Dwight Eisenhower from filling a seat last-minute.

Democrats have frequently played this same game.   New York Sen. Charles E. Schumer, now the Senate Minority Leader and leader of all the Senate Democrats, said when a Republican was president that the Senate should not confirm another U.S. Supreme Court nominee under President Bush “except in extraordinary circumstances.”

“We should reverse the presumption of confirmation,” Schumer told the American Constitution Society convention in Washington. “The Supreme Court is dangerously out of balance. We cannot afford to see Justice Stevens replaced by another Roberts, or Justice Ginsburg by another Alito.”

And so this incredibly dishonest claim from Obama and the Democrats is so much nonsense it is beyond unreal: if anything, it IS unprecedented, other than all the damn times THEY did the very thing they now so loudly and dishonestly and hypocritically insist that Republicans would be violating sacred precedent to do.

Let me keep going from my same article on just what hypocrite pieces of dishonest roach filth Democrats are:

Here’s another thing: the Senate is now firmly in Republican hands (after disgraceful Democrats were caught being evil maybe a million times too often).  But when Democrats owned the Senate, they shoved their crap right down the Republicans’ throats and changed the damn Senate rules to do it with a process that was so toxic to the Constitution that it was called “the nuclear option.”

On November 21, 2013, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid declared that “unbelievable, unprecedented obstruction” by Republican filibusters had made the confirmation process “completely unworkable.”[1] As a result, he said, Democrats were forced to eliminate virtually all nomination filibusters. […]

For nearly all of its history, proceeding to a final vote on a matter before the Senate required a supermajority.

But not when Democrats stole the show.  No, no, no, the rules of all propriety and decency and civility go right out the damn window every damn time it pleases them.  Just like the Nazi Party and Jews, the Democrat Party calls the Republicans “evil” and then justifies the most wildly partisan and cynical “final solutions.”

Ever since the Supreme Court became a “super legislature” thanks to the wicked Democrat Party, where they ruled by imposing massive societal change by finding “penumbras and emanations” that justified whatever the HELL they wanted to do, the SCOTUS has become a political branch.  And Obama just started another vicious war while blathering dishonest words that he was somehow above doing the very thing he is clearly doing.

Who “fundamentally transformed” “nearly all of the Senate’s history”???  Don’t EVER forget it was the DEMOCRATS.  Just as it was the DEMOCRATS who invented Borking and it was the DEMOCRATS who are the ones who actually FILIBUSTER judicial appointments.  Bill Clinton and Barack Obama BOTH did NOT have a Republican filibuster.  The ONLY two judges sitting on the court who didn’t receive sixty votes are Justice Thomas and Justice Alito.  Because the Democrat Party has been the official party of Butthurt for decades.

If you want to see what “unbelievable, unprecedented obstruction” truly looks like, look at what Democrats have done since Trump got elected.  These butthurt fascists are psychologically unhinged with rabid acts of “obstruction” taking place at every corner that no, you demon-possessed liars, the Republicans NEVER did.

It’s really not the “nuclear option”; it’s the “Harry Reid option”; it’s the “Democrat Party option.”  And it is a GOOD thing Republicans are now willing to use the same tactics Democrats used against them.  And it’s an evil, wicked thing that the mainstream media is FINALLY seeing this as an “extreme tactic” given that they somehow failed to think that way when their beloved Democrat Party was using the tactic to impose their will when THEY ran Washington.

And so, in that same vein, Charles Schumer – now the leader of the Democrat minority – controls a party that literally announced they were going to object to ANYONE Trump nominated simply because on their view, anyone who doesn’t think exactly like they do is “unqualified” to serve.

Democrats actually swore they would filibuster Trump’s nominee even before Trump nominated anyone.

Democrats promise they will use the slander-tactic that they invented now known as “Borking”: This infamous Ted Kennedy slander was the worst of the slanders:

“Robert Bork’s America is a land in which women would be forced into back-alley abortions, blacks would sit at segregated lunch counters, rogue police could break down citizens’ doors in midnight raids, schoolchildren could not be taught about evolution, writers and artists would be censored at the whim of government, and the doors of the federal courts would be shut on the fingers of millions of citizens for whom the judiciary is often the only protector of the individual rights that are the heart of our democracy.”

Robert Bork was a good man and eminently qualified to sit on the Court.  But Democrats are truly breathtakingly evil and hypocritical people.

In the same manner, Justice Clarence Thomas literally faced down the Ku Klux Klan as a child who grew up as the child of a poor sharecropper in a house with a dirt floor – only to find the Democrats’ more evil and more psychotic and more dishonest.  As an example, the modern Klan monsters are BLACK Democrats who were willing to lynch Thomas for the sin of having a white wife.  And Democrats said in their vote, “You don’t get to do that and survive, uppity negro.”  They manufactured the very first “high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves” by finding a backstabbing woman who had followed Judge Thomas from job to job for YEARS only to claim that he sexually harassed her the entire time that she had willingly kept following him.

And so, all the Obama crap about it being beyond the pale for a Senate to treat a nomination to the Supreme Court this way, all I can say in response is that now you get to eat Republican fecal matter right out of the toilet bowl, you wicked hypocrite butthurt LIARS.

When Barack Obama – after trying to community organize a filibuster against Bush SCOTUS appointees – appointed two far-left liberal progressive radicals to the Court, Republicans responded by allowing their nomination to go forward and even allowing their members to vote for her in a spirit of bipartisan compromise.  Because they believed a president ought to have a right to nominate judges out of his philosophy, especially on the Supreme Court, even when they personally disagree with those judges’ philosophy of jurisprudence.

So Democrats never had to exploit their own Harry Reid-invented “Democrat option” – a.k.a. the nuclear option – to get a vote for Obama’s SCOTUS picks because Republicans respected the process in a way that Democrats have now proven over and over again they are not capable of respecting.  It was Democrats who invented and then repeatedly used the politics of personal slander-destruction against Republican nominees.

Democrats are not human beings worthy of the name; they have abandoned as a matter of wicked philosophy any concept of the imago dei.  Democrats are evolved bugs, and they only capable of bug morality.  You could rescue a cockroach, nurture it back to health, feed it, but the moment it was time to reciprocate, that roach would happily EAT YOU ALIVE.

So what goes around comes around, Democrats.  What went around a few months ago – when Republicans refused to consider replacing the most conservative justice with an Obama-picked liberal that would overthrow the balance of the SCOTUS in an election year when the will of the people as expressed in the presidential vote was the best way to determine what the balance of the court should be – went around BECAUSE YOU DEMOCRATS STARTED IT.  Just like every other outrage, YOU did it FIRST.  Republicans didn’t do anything relating to Judge Garland that Democrats didn’t announce that they were going to do.  So let what you said you would do be done according to your word, Democrats.  Only it’s NEVER fascism when a fascist does anything, is it?  And what is now going around is the nuclear option that your side invented to use against the Republicans who are using your damned “Democrat option” now.

There is NOTHING worse than hypocrisy.  And Democrats prove every nanosecond of every day that they are the living, breathing embodiment of abject moral hypocrisy.

We are now watching Democrats across the country openly defying the laws of our land, which makes them by definition “lawless.”  If Democrats like a law, then they demand everyone else be compelled to follow that law.  Consider the Christian baker and the Christian wedding photographer who were bankrupted by Democrats because they didn’t believe in homosexual marriage and didn’t want to be forced to participate in it or endorse it.  Democrats rabidly threw EVERYTHING that hate could throw at those people whose crime was trying to live according to their faith that was the foundation for America from day one.   Consider the county clerk who refused to certify gay marriages: this woman was literally put in JAIL by Democrats for following her conscience.  Consider the Arizona law and Obama suing the state and saying immigration was the jurisdiction of the federal government and states and lower districts simply don’t have a right to interfere with the president’s federal policies.  Remember the Democrats’ argument back then that federal law PREEMPTS state law and that the federal government had the right to impose its will onto the states when it came to immigration enforcement.  Remember all that?  And now look at Democrats turn on all of that with a feral, rabid snarl when it comes to illegal immigration and our LAWS and say that they should have a right to have sanctuary cities and sanctuary states and that Donald Trump should be compelled to give them federal money in spite of their defiance of the law.

We are either a nation of laws or we are not.  The same liberals who say that Christians have no right whatsoever to a religious conscience in spite of the 1st Amendment very clearly saying something different now say that the ONLY right one can have is based on a LIBERAL conscience.  Or what I call a cockroach conscience.

Democrats are more than just genocidal baby-murdering sexual perverts today: they are true fascists who are as rabidly and even violently intolerant of anyone or anything they disagree with as the Nazis were.  They now claim that they have the right to “safe-spaces” which amounts to anyone who disagrees with them having the right to cease to exist.  Meanwhile they show up at rally after rally with VIOLENCE even as they cry that they are the victims of “intolerance.”  Because they are the very worst hypocrites in the history of the world.

Use the nuclear option.  Seat Justice Neil Gorsuch.  And next time, understanding that we are in a war to the death with liberals in this country, that we are literally fighting over whether this nation WILL survive and whether this nation even DESERVES to survive, next time get a far-rightwing pick who will truly be to the right what ACLU hero Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been to the left.  The next judge should believe that the Constitution is a living, breathing document subject to change, believing that a judge ought to be the determiner of whether our society changes or not, and impose his hard right conservative Republican will on the law.  Because, after all, he’s a judge, and the law is after all whatever the hell a judge says it is.  And we should keep forcing judges like that now until the left finally understands that the only hope for this nation is a return to what our founding fathers demanded from judges: that they interpret the law according to the unchanging standards of the Constitution of the United States unless and until the Congress amends it according to the system the founders provided, rather than cite “penumbras” and “emanations” as their basis for imposing their preferences onto the law of the land.

Could Donald Trump Actually Be A Great President? A Few Thoughts On A Man I’ve Dumped All Over.

Before I get to Trump let me reflect on the Obama presidency.  I’ve said it more than once.  And I actually openly PREDICTED it in June 2012: that OBAMA was the #1 engine of destruction of the Democratic Party because he governed as a fascist emperor rather than as a president representing an intentionally divided democratic republic.  When Obama won election in 2008 and the Republicans came to him hats-in-hand willing to compromise, Obama wouldn’t have it.  Instead he said, “Elections have consequences, and at the end of the day, I won.”  And that was his tone for the remainder of his presidency.

ObamaCare was crafted behind closed doors as a poison pill for Republicans such that not one single Republican – even the moderates – could not vote for it.  And that was Obama’s ONLY actual legislative accomplishment.  At the time ObamaCare passed, Democrats held the White House, had a MASSIVE majority in the House, and actually held a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate.  As a direct result of the bitterness and already-perceived-failure of ObamaCare, Republicans regained control of the House in 2012 and then took over the Senate in 2014.  And the same Obama who said that elections have consequences dismissed the two massive midterm election victories for Republicans.  And Obama governed as a tyrant king through executive orders and never got anything accomplished.  And now all those sweeping executive orders are going to be blown away like fartgas in the hurricane and Obama’s legacy will come to nothing aside from the fact that he took his party from riches to rags.

What did Democrats do after their 2012 shellacking?  Did they listen to reason?  Nope; instead Harry Reid and Senate Democrats went nuclear and imposed their “nuclear option” by changing the Senate rules to favor themselves and squelch the voices of the people who elected Republicans to represent them.  And Democrats proceeded to use the nuclear option as an everyday tool to impose sweeping changes in the EPA rules that would NEVER have passed muster in any kind of decent Congress.  And so in 2014 Republican voters rose up in righteous rage and took the Senate away the same way we took the House away in 2012.  After the Democratic Party proved its name was the ultimate oxymoron and these fascists had nothing whatsoever to do with democracy.

In the current election just past, Democrats had everything in their favor particularly in terms of taking over the Senate, with 24 out of 34 Senate Seats that were up for grabs being held by Republicans and with many of those seats in purple or even blue states.  Everyone predicted that the Democrats would retake the Senate because Democrats would be able to ride anti-Trump sentiments to victory.  And they utterly failed.  In the House they were expected to take twenty seats and a BAD night would be only twelve seats; and what happened?  They took only six seats, which is HALF of what would have already been a bad night for them!  What was supposed to be a huge night for Democrats was a huge night for Republicans – and it’s all on Obama and the Hillary Clinton candidacy that ran as Obama’s third term.

Democrats lividly told us that it was the Republicans’ duty to get completely in line and abandon their platform and their values and do things the way Obama wanted.

Let’s watch these people prove that they are NOTHING but the very worst kind of naked hypocrites as they insist that it is only right, only decent, that Donald Trump compromise with them the way that Barack Obama NEVER ONCE compromised with Republicans as he shoved one poison pill after another after another down our throats and inspired the most bitterly partisan and divided climate in American history.

That’s history now.  Literally.

Today is a new day, a new opportunity for America.

One element that has to go if we are to have any chance of moving successfully forward is racism.  And I’m NOT talking about “racism” the way hypocrite Democrats keep falsely framing it.

I am one of tens of millions of Americans who are beyond disgusted and nauseated by the Democrats open embrace of naked racism as the fundamental core of their electoral and governing strategy while demonizing white people for even THINKING about doing what they brazenly do.  It was perfectly okay for Democrats to encourage – “incite” is actually a better word – blacks and Hispanics to vote on a nakedly racial basis AS a race; but these same hypocrites went apoplectic at the thought that Donald Trump would actually encourage white people to do what Democrats had encouraged THEIR races to do for YEARS.

Democrats long ago opened the floodgates of racist politicking.  And for once that flood swept over them as tens of millions of white people began to realize, “We have children too.  We have plans for the future, too.  We have dreams and thoughts and feelings, too.  And WE’RE going to vote for OUR rights and OUR survival!”

We USED to all be human beings, created in God’s image.  But abortionist Democrats crushed that in every way it could BE crushed.  Now we are the things that were lucky enough to make it out of the womb, lucky that our parents for whatever reason decided NOT to murder us and rip our bodies apart and suck us out of mommy’s womb with a medical vacuum cleaner.  And those same Democrats turned us into black and Hispanic against white and cynically demagogued and exploited every difference.

That history is all still very much with us.

And the question is, can Trump do better?

I haven’t said very much that is positive about Donald Trump.  If you were to read every article on my blog, you would notice that the ONLY things I’ve said about him were NEGATIVE.  But I realized that as bad a leader as Donald Trump might be, Hillary Clinton had ALREADY proven that she would be a vastly WORSE leader.  And I always viewed this as a binary choice between two unfortunate alternatives.

But now that Donald Trump actually did it, I ask myself in some hope for the future, what if I was wrong?

COULD Donald Trump actually be a good president?  If we’re lucky, even a great one?

Two things have come to my mind:

The first is that Donald Trump, in spite of the idiotic crap that more than occasionally came out of his mouth, actually has a history of surrounding himself with good, capable, competent people.

Now, having said that, you would never believe it reading the media accounts.  They say the OPPOSITE.

But let’s face it: WHAT THE HELL DO THESE POMPOUS TURDS KNOW?  Just keep in mind that these pseudo-intellectual fools just got proven wrong in absolutely EVERYTHING they confidently told us.

Donald Trump has actually built a huge, successful empire.  That is simply a fact.  He has been a major force in business for four decades.  How many businessmen can you name where everybody knows his or her name the way you can say “Beyoncé,” “J Lo,” etc.  Not many.  And if you believe as most on the left believe that he is some kind of dumbass, he clearly must have done it by riding the coattails of all the good people he picked to be his sub-chiefs.

As one example, Donald Trump groomed his children to succeed him not by giving them silver spoons for pacifiers, but by putting them to work beginning at the very lowest levels of his businesses and forcing them to be exposed to every facet of his operations from the very ground up.  That’s NOT the act of a self-entitled, spoiled-rotten fool.

Donald Trump did not like the direction his campaign was going and made a decision that began with Trump’s “infamous” “You’re fired!” and ended with Kellyanne Conway who became THE FIRST WOMAN TO SUCCESSFULLY RUN A VICTORIOUS PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGNShe had NEVER BEEN the manager of a major campaign before.  The man who is despised as THE worst misogynist who ever lived chose THE FIRST WOMAN to EVER run a Republican presidential campaign.

Let me go not to a leftist side but to the “Anyone-But-Trump” fiasco that National Review became in describing the choice of Kellyanne Conway.  When Trump picked Conway, they came to the conclusion that he wasn’t even actually TRYING to get elected.

Trump chose well.  Everyone else chose … poorly.

Again, now that all the “experts” and all the damn liberal “intellectuals” who sold you a bunch of lies have been proven WRONG, WRONG, WRONG by this election, please allow your mind to be expanded by listening to somebody for once in your life who was NOT just refuted by reality.

If Donald Trump surrounds himself with quality leaders, he can have a truly great presidency IN SPITE OF HIMSELF.  Because, yes, he can come out and publicly say something stupid that really doesn’t mean anything aside from a chance for the liberal mainstream media to attack him; but behind the scenes good policies are being intelligently implemented by capable administrators.  And that latter thing will ultimately matter far, far more for the nation than the former thing.

The second thing that gives me hope about Trump is the way he won.

You tell me who predicted it.  Besides me – and my pointing out that the polls were POOP – and a very few people like me.  The “conventional wisdom” was that Trump was raw meat and Hillary Clinton was a hungry pit bull.

I for one never knew what would happen, but what I DID know was that liberal progressives never reflect reality; rather, they seek to IMPOSE it by framing a false narrative and then getting people to buy into their bogus false manufactured narrative.  They go from “There is no reality, only perception” to “perception is reality.”  And through media, through Hollywood, through the music industry, through the liberal universities, through mass culture, THEY are the ones who get to frame our perception.  And “political correctness” is their tactical weapon whereby people are not even allowed to THINK in terms that would undermine their false narrative as any thought outside of their box is demonized and slandered.

And I have said time and time again, BULLCRAP to that.

It boiled down to who was going to actually show up and vote, and in what numbers different groups of people who had been pitted against each other mobilized.

And the thing that now impresses me about Donald Trump is that he relied on his gut instincts – whereas Hillary Clinton has no instincts whatsoever and relied on focus group and an army of staffers and researchers and pollsters – to successfully identify his voter base and then personally communicate to those voters.

And that’s impressive.  Especially when you consider the massive and enormously successful political machine that Hillary Clinton had at her disposal.

Hillary Clinton had an ENORMOUS infrastructure advantage.  Her staff MASSIVELY DWARFED Trump’sHillary outspent Trump $2-$1.

In August, Hillary outspent Trump on ads $52 million to $0 as she tried to Blitzkrieg her way to the presidency by framing Trump as a vile, horrible, hateful caricature.

Donald Trump had NO ground game, no turnout operation.  Whereas Hillary was busing people to the polls in droves and using every turnout gimmick known to mankind – even Beyoncé and JZ – to get people to vote for her.

Hillary Clinton had every single advantage there was by any measure of any previous campaign.  And Trump still managed to kick her ass in the states that most mattered.

What Donald Trump pulled off is THE biggest political upset in American history.  What the Chicago Cubs did in their 1-3 comeback to win the World Series for the first time since 1908 wasn’t even CLOSE – at least in terms of sheer national importance OR surprise.

Hillary Clinton decided to hold her victory party at a venue featuring a glass ceiling.  Because, after all, she was the first woman to shatter it.

And her instincts were COMPLETELY WRONG.  As her own top advisors lamented in their emails that we know about courtesy of WikiLeaks.

“We’ve taken on a lot of water that won’t be easy to pump out of the boat. Most of that has to do with terrible decisions made pre-campaign, but a lot has to do with her instincts,” Mr. Podesta wrote.

“You know I’m not a sycophant to you by any means. But the thing that makes me most confident she will prevail is that you are there,” Ms. Tanden, now the the co-chair of Clinton-Kaine Transition Project, responded. “Almost no one knows better [than] me that her instincts can be terrible.”

Do you seriously wish THAT creature was making the most important decisions in the world, do you???

Democrats ran a campaign based on the fallacy of the false analogy.  Donald Trump is Hitler, that sort of crap.  No he’s NOT, you stupid dumbasses!  And the ONLY candidate who actually PROVED she would do horrible things and make horrible decisions in high office is Hillary Rodham Clinton.  Democrats ran a campaign of slander suggesting that Donald Trump was all of these horrible leaders of the past and it’s an obvious lie; whereas if you want to talk about PRESENT REALITY, consider that whereas Hitler murdered six million innocent human lives in the gas chambers, Hillary murdered SIXTY million innocent human lives in the abortion mills.

Trump’s entire political career is FUTURE and HASN’T HAPPENED YET.  Hillary’s entire political career is DEMONSTRATED PAST REALITY and it is OVER.  And we all – Republicans and Democrats alike – ought to be singing, “Ding-dong the witch is dead!”  Because she was nothing but an anchor and a political albatross on not only the Democratic Party, but on the United States of America.

There is absolutely no legitimate question right now whether Donald Trump has powerful instincts.  And unless you believed all along that he would win, he’s got better damn instincts than YOU.

And he certainly has better damn instincts than ANYBODY in the political class; he proved that positively by being right and by winning and they proved it negatively by being wrong and by losing.

This dig isn’t misogyny: I GLADLY would have voted for Carly Fiorina over Donald Trump if I had had the chance.  But Hillary Clinton ran on “the war on women” and she was probably the world’s worst mouthpiece for that slogan.  Her ENTIRE CAREER was derivative on men; first on Bill Clinton who propelled her into politics and then on Barack Obama whose machine she inherited and whose presidency she ran on.  On paper she was this and she was that; in reality she never accomplished one single damn thing.

I’ll take Donald Trump instead.  And I’m not even TALKING about her corrupt and frankly criminal behavior; I’m merely identifying her “terrible instincts” and her “terrible decisions” that her left even her own campaign manager smacking his forehead.

I assure you, America.  No matter what happens, WE ARE FAR BETTER OFF THAN WE WOULD HAVE BEEN.

If you have ANY fear of God at ALL, I suggest you PRAY for Donald Trump.  Pray that he have the humility of spirit that his predecessor appallingly lacked.  Pray that he have the wisdom that his predecessor appallingly lacked.  Pray that he is able in these next sixty days to assemble capable leaders and administrators who will be able to push and pull America back on track.  Ultimately it is GOD who is sovereign over the affairs of men:

A Los Angeles Times Article Displays How Cravenly Cynical And, Yes Racist, Democrats Truly Are About Racism

Before reading this article, just to provide you with some context for what you’re learning, realize the following information about Los Angeles County as reported by the Los Angeles Times:

When Democratic attorney general nominee Kamala Harris opened a South Los Angeles campaign headquarters earlier this month, she picked a spot on Crenshaw Boulevard right next door to the site of one of Barack Obama’s satellite offices during the historic 2008 presidential campaign.

Harris, the San Francisco district attorney, can only hope that Obama’s political magic in Los Angeles County — where he won a whopping 69% of the vote — will drift down the sidewalk.

Voter-rich Los Angeles County represents a sure-fire victory for most Democrats on Tuesday’s ballot, but it’s anything but assured for Harris. Her GOP rival, Steve Cooley, has won three consecutive elections as the county’s district attorney despite Democrats outnumbering Republicans 2 to 1 in the county — and, a recent poll shows, he has the edge this time too.

“If Kamala Harris loses L.A. County, she won’t win,” said Allan Hoffenblum, whose California Target Book handicaps California political races. “L.A. County is to the Democratic candidates what the Central Valley and Inland Empire are to Republican candidates. You have to be strong where your party is strong.”

History records that Kamala Harris is the attorney general of California.  Which apparently means Los Angeles County’s “sure fire victory for most Democrats” won out for her, too.

Latinos want US to sue over LA supervisors’ board

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration is aggressively pursuing lawsuits over minority voting rights in Texas and North Carolina, but the Justice Department has not moved on evidence that the latest round of redistricting in Los Angeles County unfairly reduces the influence of Latino voters.

Nearly half the 10 million people in the nation’s largest county are Latino. But political boundaries redrawn in 2011 make it possible for Latino voters to elect just one of the five supervisors.

The administration has resisted calls to sue the county, despite the county’s history of discrimination against Latino voters in earlier redistricting efforts.

The inaction rankles some Latino activists who count themselves as strong backers of President Barack Obama.

‘‘I support the Obama administration and the president, but frankly, Obama and the top people around him seem to be unaware on this issue. Obama is somewhat blind to the issues of Latinos,’’ said Cruz Reynoso, a former California Supreme Court justice and member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Reynoso said the administration seems more attuned to voting rights complaints of African-Americans.

He said the administration also appears reluctant to pursue a complaint against a jurisdiction that is dominated by Democrats. ‘‘Most of the folk in Los Angeles have been supporters of the president, so why make them unhappy despite the fact that, from my point of view, there is great injustice going on,’’ he said.

In the wake of a stinging U.S. Supreme Court defeat in June that rendered useless an important enforcement provision of the Voting Rights Act, the administration has focused its voting rights resources on Southern states that are controlled by Republicans.

The Justice Department has initiated or joined suits targeting voter identification laws and redistricting plans in North Carolina and in Texas, where Republican Attorney General Greg Abbott began moving to put the state’s tough voter ID law into effect just hours after the high court’s decision.

The suits were filed under other provisions of the voting rights law that were not part of the Supreme Court case.

The situation in Los Angeles County predates the high court decision and the passage of the laws now being challenged in North Carolina and Texas.

The Justice Department acknowledges it is looking at the situation in Los Angeles, but otherwise declined comment.

‘‘We have received significant amounts of information from the county and others about the issue and the matter is still under review,’’ said Justice Department spokeswoman Dena Iverson.

Matt Barreto, a political science professor and voting rights expert at the University of Washington, said the evidence against the county is overwhelming and includes a history of racially polarized voting that has hurt Latinos.

‘‘My perspective is that this is one of the easiest cases to be made nationally,’’ said Barreto, who has worked for the group of Latinos that includes Reynoso. Barreto also served as a consultant to the California Citizens Redistricting Commission, a voter-approved independent board that draws the state’s congressional and legislative districts.

Counties, though, retain the authority to devise their own districts. Nowhere is there more power and money at stake than in Los Angeles, where each of five supervisors represents nearly 2 million people and the county’s annual budget tops $26 billion.

Following the 2010 census, the board adopted districts in 2011 that made relatively few changes even though two supervisors cautioned that their colleagues were exposing themselves to a voting rights lawsuit.

Gloria Molina, the only Latina ever elected to the board, and Mark Ridley-Thomas, the board’s lone African-American member, supported maps that would have created a second district with a majority of Latino residents. But the two members could not persuade their three white colleagues to join them.

‘‘Today this board had an opportunity to make history, not repeat it, but all signs indicated that they would repeat history, and unfortunately, they did,’’ Molina said in 2011.

Molina was elected after a federal court documented political discrimination against Latinos dating back to the 1950s and drew a map to ensure Latinos would be represented.

Yet since that vote, Molina has not aligned herself with the loose association of activists and voting rights experts who are pushing for greater Latino representation. Her spokeswoman, Roxane Marquez, said Molina continues to back two majority Latino districts, but otherwise had no comment on possible Justice Department intervention.

Ridley-Thomas told Bill Boyarsky, a columnist for LA Observed, that he wants the Justice Department to get involved.

The map Ridley-Thomas proposed in 2011 would have increased the chances of making the Los Angeles board more diverse, said redistricting consultant Alan Clayton. Ridley-Thomas’ map would have preserved his district, created a second district likely to elect a Latino and increased the odds that an Asian-American candidate could be elected, Clayton said.

The first thing you learn from reading this article and understanding the facts is that Barack Obama and his vicious lawless law dog Eric Holder don’t give a flying DAMN about “racism”; they only care about the Democrat Party having total power.  If Obama and Holder were considering race or racial equality, they would look at the racial suppression of Los Angeles County and see “one of the easiest cases to be made nationally” and they would do something about it.  But it’s DEMOCRATS who are doing it, so no harm, no foul.

And why are these whitey Democrats screwing Latinos?  So they can keep their elitist and racist white paws on that $26 billion rather than “redistributing their wealth” to the dirty little brown people.

The second thing you see is that Mayor Bob Filner as the representative of the “war on women” party  is no fluke at all.  Not only is Bob Filner a Democrat, but he actually CO-FOUNDED the Progressive Caucus with Nancy Pelosi.   And the party who declared that the Republican Party was the party of “the war on women” protected this vile misogynist serial woman abuser and harasser for years.  Because to be a Democrat is to be the worst kind of hypocrite there ever has been or ever will be.  And you get another glimpse into the soul of a Democrat: what I demagogue at thee does not apply to me.

It’s not war on women when we do it; it’s not racist when we do it.  And in the quite recent case of Democrats who demonized the Republicans as Nazis for CONTEMPLATING to end the filibuster rules that had survived for 235 years when it was DEMOCRATS who actually DID the evil and vile and treasonous and anti-democratic deed, t’s not fascist when WE do it.

Democrats in the latter case decry Republicans as blocking judges.  IT WAS DEMOCRATS WHO STARTED THAT WAR WHEN THEY WERE THE FIRST PARTY TO BLOCK REPUBLICAN NOMINEES IN THE MODERN ERA.  HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THE DAMN TERM “BORKING????  Up until that day, it had never been done.  And then Democrats tried to do it again with one of the most vicious campaigns ever waged against Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas.

The same is even MORE true on race.  The Democrat Party was the Party that waged a brutal Civil War to continue black slavery with a United States led by Republican President named Lincoln.  The Democrat Party was the Party that spawned the Ku Klux Klan as its terrorist wing of the Democrat Party.  The Democrat Party under Woodrow Wilson actually RE-segregated the US Military and government service (after Republicans had de-segregated them and allowed blacks to serve).  The Democrat Party in 1924 was SO completely dominated by the Ku Klux Klan that the Democrat National Convention was called “Klanbake.”    The Democrat Party under FDR and their New Deal was rife with racism and unions and Democrats used it to prevent blacks from getting jobs.  The Democrat Party continued to be THE Party of hard-core racism for the entire history of the republic.  The racist horror story of “Mississippi Burning“ was OWNED by Democrats from the Governor right on down.  In fact, the state Democrat Party in Mississippi was limited to whites only.  And the fact is that a FAR higher percentage of Republican Congressmen and Senators voted for the 1964 Civil Rights Act than Democrats.  Democrats were the Party of keeping the black man down until they cynically – incredibly cynically – saw that there was another way to keep exploiting black people to keep them on their plantation and keep them down.

The cry of Democrat blacks today is “Give us welfare or give us death.”  But the two amount to the same thing as blacks have given in to bitterness, hopelessness and a spirit of entitlement rather than trying to actually fulfill the American Dream for themselves.  You can either wait for your damn check to come off the work of other people or you can go out and work your ass off to make your world and your kid’s world a better place.  And because of the Democrat Party, blacks have pursued the former and abandoned the latter.  These are people who have fallen prey to the belief that whitey is out to get them and there isn’t any hope of a fair deal – so why try?  And the only reason that is true is the same Democrat Party who told them that are the very same white people who have actually been the ones keeping them down with promises of welfare for nothing forever.

And now the same Democrat Party that spent its history betraying blacks is betraying Latinos.

The Democrat Party is the Party of genuine evil in America; just as it has ALWAYS been Democrats who have ALWAYS been the Party of genuine evil in America.

Today we mourn the assassination of John F. Kennedy – a conservative who believed in a) low taxes and b) a strong and in-your-face military that contrary to Democrat cowardice confronted evil – by a leftist/communist/Stalinist thug.

It is ironic that while we mourn the murder of one of our greatest presidents, we also mourn the murder of our democracy after Senate Democrats with Obama’s Stalinist approval invoked the “nuclear option” to “fundamentally transform” the American political system.

Please note that the Republicans DID NOT invoke the nuclear option when they could have done so when they faced the exact same situation from Democrats who were doing the same thing they now demonize Republicans for doing.  The Party of Lincoln stepped back from the fascist precipice that Democrats just dived over – amazingly right after they were caught in the most massive lie and the most massive socialist conspiracy ever to threaten our Republic via the ObamaCare meltdown.

Cumulatively, recent developments surrounding the rollout of Obamacare strengthen the most damaging conservative portrayals of liberalism and of big government – that on one hand government is too much a part of our lives, too invasive, too big, too scary, too regulatory, too in your face, and on the other hand it is incompetent, bureaucratic and expropriatory.

And The Hill citing a bunch of Democrats:

“Here we are, we’re supposed to be selling this to people, and it’s all screwed up,” one chief of staff ranted. “This either gets fixed or this could be the demise of the Democratic Party.

“It’s probably the worst I’ve ever seen it,” the aide said of the recent mood on Capitol Hill. “It’s bad. It’s really bad.”

And what do Democrats do during this crisis?  They do what Hitler and Stalin did: they seize dictatorial power.  At the very moment that non-Nazis would have recognized their failure and stepped back.

So what are Nazi Democrats doing?  They are in their “Hitler-in-his-bunker” mode and they want as much damn  Nazi control as they can get.  Because only unelected “judges” that Obama can appoint thanks to their invocation of nuclear warfare in the U.S. Senate to further warp and pervert the meaning of our democracy and our Constitution can save their sorry fascist asses now.

Democrats are, for the official record, the party that BEGAN the vicious partisan warfare over judicial nominations when they invented the term “Borking” to prevent a good man from being a judge.  Now they’re furious that Republicans would dare to do what they started.  So they invoke the nuclear option – which I guarantee you they will decry when Republicans ensure that Democrat tyranny becomes the new national norm.

This is a rule that had endured for 200 years.  And Democrats have just “fundamentally transformed” America’s political system into one of pure lawlessness.  And a lawless hypocrite president endorsed it because he knows that this is his one chance to impose his agenda before the American people have a chance to vote.

Democrats are fascists.  To paraphrase Obama, they are fascists “period.”  “End of story.”  And “no one will be able to take the stink of naked fascism away from the Democrat Party, no matter what.”

We just had the White House Correspondents’ Association and 37 different news organizations decry Obama’s Stalinist propaganda and essentially scream to Obama’s promise of “transparency” that he is a naked liar.  The  American Society of News Editors and the Associated Press Media Editors sent a letter to the White House that underscores the fact that they are finally becoming aware that they’ve spent the last five years as the useful idiots of a genuinely evil man.  “We must accept that we, the press, have been enablers,” the letter says.  “You are only seeing what they want you to see,” we learn.  Which is the essence of Stalinist propaganda.

‘Unconscionable’ Worm Harry Reid Demonizes Republicans For 60 Vote Requirement: READ REID’S OWN PREVIOUS WORDS

Harry Reid is a worm.  He can’t be negotiated with or compromised with because he is a pathologically dishonest hypocrite who can’t be trusted.

Here is Harry Reid demonizing Mitch McConnell for not allowing his smoke-and-mirrors bill to have a straight up or down vote.  Never mind that Reid had just got through tabling not one but TWO Republicans bills without allowing a vote at all.  And just how in the hell does that foster anything but a bitter and poisonous climate?

“It’s fair to say that the engagement there is not in any meaningful way,” Reid said. “Republican leaders still refuse to negotiate in good faith.” […]

He suggested that delaying tactics being exercised by his Republican colleagues are preventing a measure from advancing in the upper congressional chamber to raise the debt ceiling. The Democratic leader spelled out the word f-i-l-i-b-u-s-t-e-r to make his case.

“You can put lipstick on it, a nice suit, even a skirt on it sometimes, it’s still a filibuster,” Reid said in comments directed at McConnell. The Nevada Democrat suggested that it’d be “unconscionable” for Republicans to use the maneuver to prevent a bill from passing to avert default.

Filibusters (requiring 60 votes)_ are “unconscionable,” are they?  Let’s see how Harry Reid applies that to, oh, Harry Reid.

Sometimes the rules get in the way of efficiency. The Senate was established to make sure that minorities are protected. Majorities can always protect themselves, but minorities cannot. That is what the Senate is all about. For more than 200 years, the rules of the Senate have protected the American people, and rightfully so. The need to muster 60 votes in order to terminate Senate debate naturally frustrates the majority and oftentimes the minority. I am sure it will frustrate me when I assume the office of majority leader in a few weeks. But I recognize this requirement is a tool that serves the long-term interest of the Senate and the American people and our country. I don’t have to quote some Republican to show that Harry Reid is an “unconscionable” dishonest little hypocritical worm.  All I have to do is quote Harry Reid at a slightly earlier time.

Or how about simply point out what Harry Reid is actually doing RIGHT NOW while he himself filibusters even as he demagogues filibustering?

Democrats enforce filibuster against their own debt bill

Senate Republicans want a 60-vote threshold for a debt-limit bill to pass the chamber, but it’s actually Democrats who are enforcing the filibuster on their own legislation, insisting on delaying a vote until 1 a.m. Sunday morning.

Republicans offered to let the vote happen Friday night, just minutes after the chamber voted to halt a House Republican bill. All sides expect Democrats’ bill will fail too, and the GOP said senators might as well kill both at the same time so that negotiations could move on to a compromise.

“We would be happy to have that vote tonight,” Sen. Mitch McConnell, Republicans’ leader, offered.

But Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid objected, even though the vote would occur on his own bill. He instead said the chamber would have to run out the full procedural clock, which means a vote in the early hours Sunday morning.

He said he would be willing to move up the vote if Republicans didn’t insist on a 60-vote threshold, which has become traditional for big, controversial items to pass the Senate. But the GOP held firm on that demand, so Mr. Reid said he would insist on the full process, which he said would show the country that Republicans were being obstructionist.

“There is now another filibuster. That’s what this is. It’s a filibuster to stop us from moving forward,” he said.

Mr. Reid complained that if the House had been held to the same super majority rules the Senate often operates under, Republicans’ proposal never would have passed over there earlier in the day….

I will always wonder how Democrats’ skulls don’t literally explode from trying to contain all the massive hypocritical contradictions that so quintessentially define them.

Then there’s something that I actually didn’t realize: the so-called “Boehner plan” was actually a compromise between Republican leaders, Harry Reid and Barack Obama.  Until Democrats cut and ran and pulled out the rug from their own damned compromise:

In other words, this was the negotiated plan that Reid worked out and then promptly voted to table as dead on arrival when it finally arrived in the Senate.

You see, a compromise would totally go against Obama’s Cloward-Piven plan to bring everything crashing down around America.
 
That story line is becoming more and more convincing as more facts are unearthed.

Boehner didn’t get ONE single Democrat vote (fact: he got FIVE Democrat votes for the MUCH more conservative cut, cap and balance bill that Senate Democrats trivialized, demonized and tabled) for this compromise plan due to the hard-core partisianship of the Democrats.  Boehner stuck his neck out a mile to compromise with Democrats and his reward was a Democrat chopping block.  Because Boehner couldn’t get any Democrat support for his compromise bill, he had no choice but to “conservative-it-up” to get enough Republicans to pass it.

This entire debt ceiling fiasco is quintessential Democrat hypocrisy.

In demonizing George Bush and then voting “NO” on a debt ceiling increase, Barack Obama lectured:

“The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure,” he said. “It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. … Leadership means that ‘the buck stops here.’ Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better. I therefore intend to oppose the effort to increase America’s debt limit.”

And since we were talking about the personal dishonesty and hypocrisy of Harry Reid, what did Harry Reid say when Bush was president and he was the same vile piece of rotten filth Senator he is now?

REID: “If my Republican friends believe that increasing our debt by almost $800 billion today and more than $3 trillion over the last five years is the right thing to do, they should be upfront about it. They should explain why they think more debt is good for the economy.

How can the Republican majority in this Congress explain to their constituents that trillions of dollars in new debt is good for our economy? How can they explain that they think it’s fair to force our children, our grandchildren, our great grandchildren to finance this debt through higher taxes. That’s what it will have to be. Why is it right to increase our nation’s dependence on foreign creditors?

They should explain this. Maybe they can convince the public they’re right. I doubt it. Because most Americans know that increasing debt is the last thing we should be doing. After all, I repeat, the Baby Boomers are about to retire. Under the circumstances, any credible economist would tell you we should be reducing debt, not increasing it. Democrats won’t be making argument to supper this legalization, which will weaken our country.”

WHY DON’T YOU ANSWER YOUR OWN DEMAGOGIC QUESTIONS NOW, HARRY REID?!?!?!

Republicans are standing firm for a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution which would require both Republican and Democrat administration and Congress ALIKE to spend within their means.  And Democrats – who constantly deceitfully TALK about cutting spending and having balanced budgets – are willing to fight to the death to avoid allowing EITHER.

Democrats are actually opposing a plan that would entail just a one percent spending cut a year for six yearsJUST ONE PERCENT!!!  So you can rest assurred that everything they say about cuts is nothing more than a lie, and all their bills that claim to “cut” are smoke-and-mirrors lies that rely on bogus premises and meaningless rhetoric and non-binding resolutions and promises of future cuts that future Congresses are in no way bound to uphold.

Meanwhile, the United States is borrowing 43 cents out of every single dollar that it spends.  And Democrats refuse to do anything to even slow it down.

Medicare is going to go bankrupt in less than five years.  And Democrats refuse to do anything other than lie and demagogue and demonize to stop that from happening.  They will not cut spending and make it possible to extend the life of these programs in any way, shape or form.  Meanwhile, they just outright lie about the Republican agenda.

The Democrats are dishonest by definition at this point. The entire party is the party of “God damn America,” the party of hell.

Thanks for “fundamentally transforming” our economy, Barry Hussein!

We’re constantly being told that Obama has done a great deal to make our economy stronger.  Because who wouldn’t rather have 9.1% unemployment than that 7.6% that Obama started out with.

The thing that most killed the US economy in 2008 was the sheer weight of godawful subprime mortgages that Democrats imposed on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and all the other mortgage lenders in order to create more “fairness” and allow everyone (especially racial minorities) to have “the right” to own a home whether they could actually afford to do so or not.  Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were “Government Sponsored Enterprises,” all the investors knew.  So even as Fannie and Freddie began bundling together thousands of riskier and ever riskier mortgages into giant mortgage backed securities to advance Democrat-enacted policies, large investment houses continued to gobble them up.  After all, this was an arm of the United States Government – and the United States Government ALWAYS pays its debts.

Like all scams, it worked for a while.  But as soon as there was a correction in the dramatically overvalued housing market, the whole boondoggle began to implode.  And since Fannie and Freddie had bundled all kinds of bad mortgages in with the good ones, there was absolutely no way for anyone to know how much risk was contained in any of these giant investment vehicles all these giant private banking houses found themselves holding.

And suddenly the perception that Government Sponsored Enterprises Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were “safe investments” turned into a “misperception.”  And the fecal matter began to hit the rotary oscillator bigtime.

Fannie and Freddie were the first to collapse.  The big private players who had played ball with them shortly followed.

President George Bush tried SEVENTEEN TIMES to reform Fannie and Freddie when there was actually a chance to do something.  Go back to what the New York Times stated in 2003:

WASHINGTON, Sept. 10—  The Bush  administration today recommended the most significant  regulatory  overhaul in the housing finance industry since the savings  and loan  crisis a decade ago.

Under the plan, disclosed at a Congressional hearing today, a new   agency would be created within the Treasury Department to assume   supervision of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the government-sponsored   companies that are the two largest players in the mortgage lending   industry.

The new agency would have the authority, which now rests with   Congress, to set one of the two capital-reserve requirements for the   companies. It would exercise authority over any new lines of business.   And it would determine whether the two are adequately managing the risks   of their ballooning portfolios.

Republicans were demonized for “deregulation” by the dishonest Democrat Party machine.  But they TRIED to regulate what needed to be regulated.  Democrats stopped them.

Many Republicans like John McCain literally begged Democrats to do something before it was too late.  But Democrats threatened to filibuster any bill that in any way prevented Fannie and Freddie from continuing the reckless economy-killing policies.  Conservative economists such as Peter Wallison had been predicting the Fannie and Freddie boondoggles would cause an economic collapse since at least 1999.  Wallison had warned back then:

 In moving, even tentatively, into this new area of lending, Fannie Mae is taking on significantly more risk, which may not pose any difficulties during flush economic times. But the government-subsidized corporation may run into trouble in an economic downturn, prompting a government rescue similar to that of the savings and loan industry in the 1980′s.

From the perspective of many people, including me, this is another thrift industry growing up around us,” said Peter Wallison a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. ”If they fail, the government will have to step up and bail them out the way it stepped up and bailed out the thrift industry.”

But rigid opposition from Democrats – especially Democrats like Senator Barack Obamawho took more campaign money from Fannie and Freddie and dirty crony capitalism outfits like corrupt Lehman Bros. than ANYONE in his short Senate stint – prevented any “hope and change” of necessary reform from saving the US economy.

The timeline is clear: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were giant behemoths that began to stagger under their own corrupt weight, as even the New York Times pointed out:

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are so big — they own or guarantee roughly half of the nation’s $12 trillion mortgage market — that the thought that they might falter once seemed unimaginable. But now a trickle of worries about the companies, which has been slowly building for years, has suddenly become a torrent.

And it was FANNIE and FREDDIE that collapsed FIRST before ANY of the private investment banks, which collapsed as a result of having purchased the very mortgaged backed securities that the Government Sponsored Enterprises SOLD THEM.  It wasn’t until Fannie and Freddie collapsed that investors began to look with horror at all the junk that these GSE boondoggles had been pimping.

The man who predicted the collapse in 1999 wrote a follow-up article titled, “Blame Fannie Mae and Congress For the Credit Mess.”  It really should have read, “Blame DEMOCRATS.”  Because they were crawling all over these GSEs that they had themselves created like the cockroaches they are.  But Wallison is nonpartisan.

That same New York Times article that said President Bush was trying to reform Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac ended with this demonstration of Democrats standing against necessary reform:

These two entities — Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac —  are not  facing any kind of financial crisis,” said Representative  Barney Frank of Massachusetts, the ranking Democrat on the Financial Services  Committee. ”The  more people exaggerate these problems, the more  pressure there is on  these companies, the less we will see in terms of  affordable housing.”

Representative Melvin L. Watt, Democrat of North Carolina, agreed.

”I don’t see much other than a shell game going on here, moving   something from one agency to another and in the process weakening the   bargaining power of poorer families and their ability to get affordable   housing,” Mr. Watt said.

Why was Barney Frank deceitfully claiming that Fannie and Freddie weren’t facing “any kind of financial crisis”?  BECAUSE REPUBLICANS WERE RIGHTLY WARNING THAT THEY WERE.

Only about a month before the whole Fannie and Freddie boondoggles Democrats had fiercely protected collapsed – taking the entire US economy with it – Democrat Barney Frank was on the record saying THIS:

REP. BARNEY FRANK, D-MASS.: “I think this is a case where Fannie and Freddie are fundamentally sound, that they are not in danger of going under. They’re not the best investments these days from the long-term standpoint going back. I think they are in good shape going forward.”

So we blew up nearly COMPLETELY BECAUSE OF DEMOCRAT POLICIES.  But Democrats along with an ideological mainstream media that is the worse since Joseph Goebbels was the Nazi Minister of Propaganda were ready.  They ran on a platform that it happened while Bush was president, and that therefore Bush was entirely responsible for the thing he tried over and over again to fix while Democrats used their power to block those efforts.

Let me just say “Franklin Raines.”  Raines as Fannie CEO presided over Enron-style accounting policies and got $90 million in his account because of those corrupt policies.  But Raines was the first BLACK CEO of Fannie Mae.  And even though he was a Democrat and a Clinton guy, President Bush lacked the courage to push the “first black Fannie Mae CEO” out.  Which of course is the same reason that the “first black Fannie Mae CEO” didn’t do hard time in prison where he belonged.  “Political correctness” is a demonic device by which liberals protect themselves – usually from going to prison where they ought to go.  He got a sweetheart deal basically so Republicans wouldn’t be accused of being racists by
Democrats who of course call them racists no matter what they do.  My main point is simply that it was Democrats, Democrats, DEMOCRATS who did this to us.

Fannie Mae was well politically-connected Democrats went to make millions as they bounced back and forth between “public” employment where they developed contacts and “private” crony capitalism to get rich.

Here’s the conclusion of New York Times financial markets writer Gretchen Morgenson about DEMOCRAT Jim Johnson:

Morgenson focuses on the managers of Fannie Mae, the government-supported mortgage giant. She writes that CEO James Johnson built Fannie Mae “into the largest and most powerful financial institution in the world.”

But in the process, Morgenson says, the company fudged accounting rules, generated big salaries and bonuses for its executives, used lobby and campaign contributions to bully regulators, and encouraged the risky financial practices that led to the crisis.

And of course DEMOCRAT Jim Johnson who got rich plundering Americans was an OBAMA Democrat.

Morgenson – again a New York Times writer and not someone from Fox News – said of Fannie Mae on Larry Kudlow’s CNBC program on Monday, June 13: “Whatever Fannie Mae did, everybody else followed.”  And of course they all followed right into an economic Armageddon created by Democrats for Democrats.

But who got blamed?  Republicans, of course.  George Bush and Republicans were to Obama and the Democrats what Emmanual Goldstein was to Big Brother in 1984.  George Bush and Republicans were what the Jews were to Adolf Hitler.  Fascists always need a bogeyman.  And so the people who were truly to blame turned the people who tried futilely to stop them into the scapegoats.  All with the mainstream media’s complicity.

The analogy would be holding the police officer who tried but failed to catch the rapist for the rape of the woman rather than holding the actual rapist who raped her responsible.  But it was easier to say “This is the result of President Bush’s failed Republican policies” than it was to actually explain the facts to an enraged Attention Deficit Disorder-ridden ignorant pop culture – particularly when virtually no one in the biased mainstream media had any intention whatsoever of telling the truth.

Barack Obama – the ACORN community organizer who pushed these very America-killing policies – ran a demagoguing campaign promising to fix everything.

But has he?

How about a great big giant “NOT”???

What has Zero Obama done to fix that housing market that he helped collapse?  How about NOTHING???  After nearly three years of Obama, housing isn’t the worst since 2008; it’s gotten WAY WORSE than 2008 and is the worse since the Great Depression!!!  Obama started out with a terrible plan.  And we have terrible results to show for his terrible plan.  And yet this disgraceful fool actually keeps claiming he’s made things better!!!

When adding in all of the money owed to cover future liabilities in entitlement programs the US is actually in worse financial shape than Greece and other debt-laden European countries, Pimco’s Bill Gross told CNBC Monday.

Much of the public focus is on the nation’s public debt, which is $14.3 trillion. But that doesn’t include money guaranteed for Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, which comes to close to $50 trillion, according to government figures.

The government also is on the hook for other debts such as the programs related to the bailout of the financial system following the crisis of 2008 and 2009, government figures show.

Taken together, Gross puts the total at “nearly $100 trillion,” that while perhaps a bit on the high side, places the country in a highly unenviable fiscal position that he said won’t find a solution overnight.

“To think that we can reduce that within the space of a year or two is not a realistic assumption,” Gross said in a live interview. “That’s much more than Greece, that’s much more than almost any other developed country. We’ve got a problem and we have to get after it quickly.”

Gross spoke following a report that US banks were likely to scale back on their use of Treasurys as collateral against derivatives and other transactions. Bank heads say that move is likely to happen in August as Congress dithers over whether to raise the nation’s debt ceiling, according to a report in the Financial Times.

The move reflects increasing concern from the financial community over whether the US is capable of a political solution to its burgeoning debt and deficit problems.

“We’ve always wondered who will buy Treasurys” after the Federal Reserve purchases the last of its $600 billion to end the second leg of its quantitative easing program later this month, Gross said. “It’s certainly not Pimco and it’s probably not the bond funds of the world.”

Pimco, based in Newport Beach, Calif., manages more than $1.2 trillion in assets and runs the largest bond fund in the world.

Gross confirmed a report Friday that Pimco has marginally increased its Treasurys allotment—from 4 percent to 5 percent—but still has little interest in US debt and its low yields that are in place despite an ugly national balance sheet.

“Why wouldn’t an investor buy Canada with a better balance sheet or Australia with a better balance sheet with interest rates at 1 or 2 or 3 percent higher?” he said. “It simply doesn’t make any sense.”

Should the debt problem in Greece explode into a full-blown crisis—an International Monetary Fund bailout has prevented a full-scale meltdown so far—Gross predicted that German debt, not that of the US, would be the safe-haven of choice for global investors.

America is going down because her stupid citizens wickedly voted for corrupt dishonest Democrat fools – the very fools who imploded our economy – to have complete power.  Nancy Pelosi took over dictatorial control in the House of Representatives, and Harry Reid took over the US Senate, in 2006.

Thanks to Obama, America is now worse off than Greece.  But that didn’t stop Obama from offering to bail out Greece.  Maybe it’s because George Soros is Greek; maybe because the American left has always adored the European-style socialism in spite of Thomas Jefferson’s warning that “the comparison of our governments with those of Europe is like a comparison of heaven and hell.”  Maybe because Obama simply WANTS hell for America.  But there you have it.

Republicans acknowledged they failed to live up to their values and spent too much.  But the last Republican budget (Fiscal Year 2007) passed in 2006 had only a $161 billion deficit.  The very next Democrat budget for FY 2008 had a deficit of $459 billion – nearly three times larger than the one they’d demonized Republicans for.  Then their FY-2009 budget dwarfed that deficit with a black hold of red ink deficit of $1.4 TRILLION.  That was more money than any government in the history of the world had ever contemplated.  But Democrats dwarfed that the very next year with a FY-2010 budget with a $1.6 trillion deficit.  And as for FY-2011, the Democrat Congress simply refused to perform its most basic duty of governance and didn’t even bother to pass a budget.  Republicans are now forced to do the last disgraced Democrat-controlled Congress’ job for them – and Democrats are demonizing them for it.

That’s how this game is played.  Democrats are fascist demagogues who shrilly launch into Republicans as they try to save the American people from unparalleled future suffering.  They are people who ROUTINELY demonize, demonize, demonize until THEY are the ones forced to call for the very things they demonized and tried to prevent from happening.  But by the time they react this time, just as before, it will be too late.

Try this on for size: our actual debt isn’t the $14 trillion we constantly hear about; it’s more like $200 trillion.  And even THAT gargantuan number doesn’t take into account the massive debts that all the liberal labor unions have amassed in state pensions (e.g., California’s public pension system has unfunded liabilities of $500 billion).  We cannot possibly hope to pay this – and yet Democrats demand more and more and more, and demagogue Republicans for even trying to cut millions when we need to cut TENS OF TRILLIONS or collapse.

Democrats run ads showing a look-a-like of Republican Rep. Paul Ryan pushing an old lady off a cliff; but they want every single senior citizen to die terribly as the Medicare system completely collapses while they refuse to do anything to fix it – as even Bill Clinton openly acknowledged.

We are going to end like the PIIGS – Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece and Spain- because we elected Democrat swine to ensure we perished like pigs.

Greece just got downgraded to the point where they are the lowest-rated currency in the history of the planet.  And it happened yesterday.

When that happens to us it will be the worst nightmare in history.  300 million Americans are going to go into an insanity of panic – and of course the violence will begin with the left.  If you don’t have an arsenal, someone will kick down your door and murder your whole family just to eat the food in your house.  And that hell on earth will be entirely because you trusted Democrats like Anthony Weiner to run your health care, your pension, your economy, your life.

I hope you vote in 2012 like your very LIFE was at stake in these elections.  Because this time it truly is.

It Aint Just The Tea Party: CNN Poll Shows 56% Say Obama Government A Threat To Citizens’ Rights

Barack Obama and the Democrat Party, demagogues that they are, have tried to marginalize and demonize the Tea Party demonstrations from the very outset.

Well, the Tea Party is now 56% of the country on the issue of the threat that the Obama administration poses to freedom and liberty.

Washington (CNN) – A majority of Americans think the federal government poses a threat to rights of Americans, according to a new national poll.

Fifty-six percent of people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Friday say they think the federal government’s become so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens. Forty-four percent of those polled disagree.

The survey indicates a partisan divide on the question: only 37 percent of Democrats, 63 percent of Independents and nearly 7 in 10 Republicans say the federal government poses a threat to the rights of Americans.

According to CNN poll numbers released Sunday, Americans overwhelmingly think that the U.S. government is broken
– though the public overwhelmingly holds out hope that what’s broken can be fixed.

The CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll was conducted February 12-15, with 1,023 adult Americans questioned by telephone. The survey’s sampling error is plus or minus 3 percentage points for the overall survey.

Sean Curnyn makes an excellent point about the issue of Democrats and independents and a “partisan divide”:

“While it says, “only 37 percent percent of Democrats” believe this, I would rephrase that as “even 37 percent of Democrats” feel this way. When you’re losing independents to the tune of 63 percent on this issue, you sure can’t afford to also be losing over a third of Democrats.”

This view that an overwhelming majority of the people – even Democrats – now feel that the government under Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid is out to trample their rights dovetails with an article I wrote last August entitled, “Health Care Debate: As Charges of Nazism Abound, Which Side Is Right?

In that article, I begin with the following:

Nancy Pelosi upped the ante in the health care debate when she responded to a media question in the following manner:

Interviewer: Do you think there’s legitimate grassroot opposition going on here?

Pelosi: “I think they’re Astroturf… You be the judge. “They’re carrying swastikas and symbols like that to a town meeting on healthcare.”

That being in addition to her reference to town hall protesters as “simply un-American.”

And now 56% of Americans are “simply un-American” on Nancy Pelosi’s view.

I’ve always got to point out the fact that “Nazi” stood for “National Socialist German Workers Party.”  And when the aforementioned National Socialist German Workers Party attacked the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics during World War II, it was a war of the left fighting against the left.

How do such leftists think?  They think in Marxist or fascist, totalitarian terms.  It’s just who they are.

You should think about that when you have uber-liberal Bill Maher articulating what essentially amounts to the Democrat reconciliation strategy for health care in an August 24 interview on NBC’s Conan O’Brien program:

“You know, they’re talking about 60 votes they need,” Maher said. “Forget this stuff. You can’t get Americans to agree on anything. Sixty-percent? Sixty-percent of people don’t believe in evolution in this country. He just needs to drag them to it.  Like I just said, they’re stupid. Just drag them to this.”

You stupid morons who believe that you have rights.  Screw you.  You should be FORCED to comply with the liberal elitist intelligentsia.

Only 11 days ago Maher was at it again on CNN’s ‘Larry King Live’:

“But what the Democrats never understand is that Americans don’t really care what position you take, just stick with one,” Maher said. “Just be strong. They’re not bright enough to really understand the issues. But like an animal, they can sort of sense strength or weakness. They can smell it on you.”

Maher isn’t an elected politician – which is precisely why he can say what he’s saying.  But he is attempting to articulate the rationale behind forcing the American people to accept an ObamaCare boondoggle that they absolutely do not want.

It’s not just the polls that prove the American people don’t want the Democrats’ health care agenda; it’s the incredible victory of Scott Brown turning Camelot Republican by promising to be the 41st vote stopping it.  In voting for Scott Brown, the citizens of even one of the most liberal states in the country were effectively telling the Democrats, “We don’t want what you’re trying to impose; we’re taking away your filibuster-proof majority to stop this from happening.”

But the Democrats don’t CARE that you don’t want it.  They believe you are simply too stupid to be allowed to make such a choice for yourselves.  They are going to exercise raw, totalitarian power over you for your own good.

Let’s see what reconciliation is:

  • It is “a change in the Senate rules” that “would change the  character of the Senate forever.”
  • It is “majoritarian absolute power” which is “just not what the founders intended.”
  • It is “the precipice of a crisis, a constitutional crisis.”
  • It evaporates “the checks and balances which have been at the core of this Republic.”
  • It is “almost a temper tantrum.”
  • It is the abandonment of the concept of “a check on power” and an     abandonment of that which “preserves our limited government.”
  • It is something that “will turn the Senate into a body that could have its rules broken at any time by a majority of senators unhappy with any position taken by the minority.”
  • It “is ultimately an example of the arrogance of power.”
  • It “is a fundamental power grab.”
  • It “is a tyranny of the majority.”
  • It is “where the majority rules supreme and the party of power can dominate and control the agenda with absolute power.”
  • It is a “naked power grab.”
  • It is to “change the rules, break the rules, and misread the Constitution so that they will get their way.”
  • It is “The Senate … being asked to turn itself inside out, to ignore the   precedent to ignore the way our system has worked, the delicate balance   that we have obtain that has kept this Constitution system going, for immediate gratification of the present President.”
  • It is “the way Democracy ends. Not with a bomb but with a gavel.”

If reconciliation is what these statements say it is, it is truly a fascist tactic that would only be employed by the most fundamentally unAmerican of totalitarians.

Only a genuinely evil and depraved political party would use such a despicable tactic.

Who said this about reconciliation?

Every single statement comes from Democrats as a result of Republicans merely discussing using the tactic to overcome a filibuster of a Bush judicial nomination.  Every single one.

Interestingly, Dianne Feinstein describes a progression which would start from a bad thing to an incredibly bad thing:

Dianne Feinstein 5/18/2005: The nuclear option if successful will turn the Senate into a body that could have its rules broken at any time by a majority of senators unhappy with any position taken by the minority. It begins with judicial nominations. Next will be executive appointments and then legislation.

The current batch of Democrats skipped the executive appointments and went straight for the legislation where they could most directly impose their will upon the American people.

Americans are stupid, you see.  And the rules shouldn’t matter when it comes to overcoming the objections of hundreds of millions of dumb animals, as Bill Maher calls us.

Cows are herded.  Whether they are milked or slaughtered, it isn’t their choice.  They don’t get to choose.

And don’t think this isn’t the pervasive Democrat attitude toward the American people.

At one point during the health care summit Barack Obama said the following to cut down a Republican:

“Point number two, when we do props like this — stack it up and you repeat 2,400 pages, et cetera — you know, the truth of the matter is that health care is very complicated. And we can try to pretend that it’s not, but it is.”

This referring to Rep. Eric Cantor, who had and was reading and referring to the very Democrat Senate bill that ostensibly was the very subject of discussion.

It’s not a “prop,” Obama.  It’s the bill representing the boondoggle you are trying to cram down our throats.  And while you might think of us as a bunch of stupid animals – just like Bill Maher does – who can’t possibly understand health care, we understand it just fine.  You don’t like Rep. Cantor reading it because you don’t want the American people to be able to actually know what you are trying to impose on us.

But it’s too late, Mr. Elitist-in-Chief.

A solid majority of the American people now understand that you, your administration, and everyone who thinks like you in government represents a clear and present danger to our rights and our freedoms.

The Democrats now want to use “the nuclear option” in a way that no Congress has ever even TRIED to use it before.

They think we’re dumb like animals.  But even the dumbest of animals can bite back after they’ve suffered enough abuse.

The scent of blood is in the air.

Democrats Suddenly Realize Filibuster Wrong After Scott Brown Victory

Do you remember all those Democrats denouncing the Senate rules that they were using to shove ObamaCare down our throats when they held absolute power?

Neither do I.

But I can show you a bunch of hypocrite weasel Democrats who suddenly are bothered by the filibuster immediately after Scott Brown entered the picture and took back a little of the total (as in ‘totalitarian’) power the Democrats had amassed.

From the Huffington Post:

Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) suggested that the Senate abolish the filibuster in recent interview with Air America Radio.

“It is time to shut it down,” Frank said. “God didn’t create the filibuster, it’s part of the Senate rules.”

He continued: “We have a serious constitutional problem. There has been a de facto amendment of the U.S. Constitution in an anti-small-D democratic direction.”

“It is outrageous,” Frank said. “It tends to be, in many cases, the senators from those smaller states that aggregate to get up to be the 40 .” Less populous states, he argued, end up with a disproportionate amount of power.

Frank wasn’t the only politician to speak out against the filibuster recently. Vice President Joe Biden made mention of the 60 vote requirement during a Florida fundraiser on Sunday:

“As long as I have served, … I’ve never seen, as my uncle once said, the constitution stood on its head as they’ve done. This is the first time every single solitary decision has required 60 senators,” Biden said. “No democracy has survived needing a supermajority.”

I’ll just briefly point out that a guy from tiny little Massachusetts who talks smack about “those smaller states that aggregate to get up to be the 40” amounts to the kind of naked chutzpah that I expect from Barney Frank.

Joe Biden is a rank liar without shame.  He doesn’t deserve to be a small town mayor, let alone the Vice President of the United States.

An LA Times article about how Democrats want to change the rules regarding filibusters points this out:

Democrats have used the filibuster against Republicans when the GOP was in the majority, most recently from 2001 to 2006. Back then, Democrats were great defenders of the right to filibuster Bush’s judicial nominations. At one point in 2003, Reid spent more than eight hours on the Senate floor protesting the fact that Republicans spent so much time on four disputed judges instead of on joblessness. Reid read six chapters from a book he’d written about his tiny hometown of Searchlight, Nev.

Today, Reid is the Senate majority leader and complains bitterly about GOP delaying tactics.

Which is another way of saying that hypocrisy and disingenuousness are the hallmark characteristics of the current crop of Democrats.  And every single Democrat who has ever advocated or participated in a filibuster (and that includes YOU, Barry Hussein) should be ridiculed for the empty suits they truly are, now.

For what it’s worth, Obama has filibustered more than once to poke Republicans in the eye.  But how DARE they use the same tactic to rain on HIS parade.

I despise such people.  I utterly despise them.

I believe that a few Republicans in the past likewise wanted to ban the practice of filibustering when THEY were the party in power, and when THEIR ox was being gored by the practice.  So it’s not necessarily a “party” thing.

It’s just a “hypocrite” thing.

But the lowest, nastiest, dirtiest, most loathsome hypocrite is the one who’s in your face pimping his obscene double-standard at the moment.

And these days, nobody but nobody does hypocrite better than Democrats.

The Backlash Is Coming: An Informative Analysis Of The Brown-Coakley Senate Race

The Backlash Is Coming! The Backlash Is Coming!
People in Massachusetts think they’re at the leading edge of politics. That’s not good news for Democrats.

With characteristic hubris, people in this state like to think they’ve been at the leading edge of American politics since the “shot heard ’round the world” in 1775. And in the past few years, we’ve given the nation a preview of Barack Obama’s presidential campaign with Deval Patrick’s successful 2006 bid for governor; provided a critical boost for Mr. Obama’s candidacy in the form of an endorsement by Edward Kennedy; and enacted a health-care law that is a template for ObamaCare.

But hubris has yielded to shock here at the possibility that the next political trend the Bay State might foreshadow is a voter backlash against the Democratic Party.

After Kennedy’s death in August, few imagined there would be any problem replacing him with another Democrat in the U.S. Senate. It’s been 16 years since Massachusetts elected a Republican to a congressional seat, 31 years since the last Republican senator left office. Gov. Patrick appointed a former Kennedy aide as the interim senator, and Democratic primary voters chose the well-regarded state Attorney General Martha Coakley as their nominee for the special election.

That election, which will be held on Tuesday, was widely seen as a formality. Ms. Coakley coasted through the holiday season while the GOP challenger, little-known state Sen. Scott Brown, scrambled for traction.

The new year, however, brought polls showing the race tightening. This week a Rasmussen Reports poll gave Ms. Coakley a slim 49% to 47% advantage; a Suffolk University survey has Mr. Brown with a narrow lead. Independents are breaking for Mr. Brown by a three-to-one margin, Rasmussen finds. And many people do not realize that independents outnumber Democrats—51% of registered voters in the state are not affiliated with a party, while 37% are registered as Democrats and 11% as Republicans.

“Around the country they look at Massachusetts and just write us off,” longtime local activist Barbara Anderson of Citizens for Limited Taxation and Government told me. “But people around here are really not happy with the extremes in the Democrat Party.”

Those extremes are cropping up as issues in this race. One is giving civilian legal rights to terror suspects, which Ms. Coakley supports. Mr. Brown, a lieutenant colonel in the Massachusetts National Guard, hammered her for that even before Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab tried to blow up a Detroit-bound flight on Christmas Day. That incident has tried the patience of an electorate normally known for its civil libertarianism. Rasmussen’s most recent survey found that 65% of them want Abdulmutallab tried by the military.

Another issue is taxes. Mr. Brown has scolded Ms. Coakley for supporting a repeal of the Bush tax cuts, for entertaining the idea of passing a “war tax,” and for proclaiming in a recent debate that “we need to get taxes up.” Ms. Coakley says she meant that tax revenues, not rates, need to rebound. Nonetheless, Mr. Brown’s critique resonates with voters who are smarting from a 25% hike in sales tax last year.

Gov. Patrick’s approval ratings have also crashed, fertilizing the soil for Mr. Brown’s claim in a radio ad that “our government in Washington is making the same mistakes as our government here in Massachusetts.”

But nothing excites Mr. Brown’s supporters more than his vow to stop ObamaCare by denying Democrats the 60th vote they would need in the U.S. Senate to shut off a GOP filibuster. The Rasmussen and Suffolk polls report that once-overwhelming statewide support for the federal health reform has fallen to a wafer-thin majority.

Support for the state’s universal health-care law, close to 70% in 2008, is also in free fall; only 32% of state residents told Rasmussen earlier this month that they’d call it a success, with 36% labeling it a failure. The rest were unsure. Massachusetts families pay the country’s highest health insurance premiums, with costs soaring at a rate 7% ahead of the national average, according to a recent report by the nonpartisan Commonwealth Fund.

Doubt about the Massachusetts health-care reform “does not necessarily translate into opposition to the federal bill,” cautions veteran local Democratic strategist Stephen Crawford, who is not working for any candidate in the Senate race. “I don’t think opposition to the plan is going to be a make-or-break issue.” That’s a far cry from the once widely-held belief here that the Democratic nominee would be hustled into office by voters eager to pass ObamaCare. But it reflects a conviction among local Democratic elites that antitax and anti-big-government politics are “a tired strategy, the same old Karl Rove playbook,” as Mr. Crawford puts it.

On Tuesday, we’ll have a reading on whether that complacency is justified. It may not be definitive; barely two in 10 voters voted in the primaries, and turnout, especially if it is short on independents, could render the outcome a road test for each party’s get-out-the-vote machinery. Here that’s akin to a drag race between a Democratic Cadillac fueled with high-octane labor support and a GOP go-kart driven by pedal power. But the long-range weather forecast for the Election Day is clear. There are anecdotal reports of brisk absentee voting, a practice often driven by the state’s small but aggressive pro-life faction. And the polls show a sharp enthusiasm gap in Mr. Brown’s favor.

Tellingly, the usually-demure Ms. Coakley has been scorching Mr. Brown with a tired strategy out of the Obama campaign playbook, linking him to “the failed policies of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney.” Mr. Brown counters by linking Ms. Coakley to Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Deval Patrick—people actually in power.

Are we in for another shot heard ’round the world? Perhaps. More likely, listen for the sound of horse hooves on the pavement, and a modern-day version of Paul Revere’s historic warning—the backlash is coming.

The bottom line is this: a high turnout of voters, particularly independents, very likely spells doom for Martha Coakley and the ObamaCare agenda.

Harry Reid Invokes Slavery To Attack Republicans: The Real Story

Another day, another profoundly dishonest and immoral Democrat lie.

The Democrat Senate Majority Leader had this to say about the Democrats’ health care agenda and its relationship with wanting to own slaves:

“All Republicans can come up with is this: Slow down, stop everything and start over. If you think you have heard these same excuses before, you are right,” Reid said on the Senate floor Monday. “When this country belatedly recognized the wrongs of slavery, there were those who dug in their heels and said, ‘Slow down, it is too early, let’s wait. Things are not bad enough.’ “

As Republicans erupted into outrage at the ugly and utterly despicable tactic – and presumably after Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele called on Reid to apologize for his “disgraceful statement” – Harry Reid spake again through his spokesman:

“Today’s feigned outrage is nothing but a ploy to distract from the fact they have no plan to lower the cost of health care, stop insurance company abuses or protect Medicare.”

Harry Reid conveniently forgets that his Democrat party is trying to strip Medicare of $460 billion in funding at a time when it needs those funds the most, against unanimous Republican objection.  But facts don’t really amount to much with hard-core liars.

Let me try Harry Reid’s trick:

“All Democrats can come up with is this: tell lies, make stuff up and use deception to make the cost of their bills look different than it really is. If you think you have heard these same excuses before, you are right.  When this country belatedly recognized the wrongs of child molestation, there were those who dug in their heels and said, ‘Slow down, buggering little boys is fine, it’s discrimination to go after them. Things are not bad enough.’ “

And if Democrats become outraged at being compared to being a bunch of child molesters over their takeover of the health care system, I’ll just trot back out and say:

“Today’s feigned outrage is nothing but a ploy.”

Because, after all, when I slander you with the most hateful demagoguery, how DARE you respond in outrage?

I tell you what: Joseph Goebbels is just so freaking happy listening to Harry Reid from his special place in hell.  Every demagogue in history has got to be dancing.

If I really wanted to continue with the Democrat tactics, I would make sure that everyone knew that this was hate speech that would incite black people to begin murdering Republicans.  And the moment I found any registered Republican killed by a black guy, I would immediately cite the event and decry Harry Reid as a blood-faced murderer.

Harry Reid wants to talk about slavery.  So let’s talk about slavery.  Democrats fought the bloodiest war in American history to keep blacks in bondage; Republicans under the leadership of Abraham Lincoln won the emancipation of black slaves at the cost of their own lives and limbs.

During the 1860 presidential election, Democrat candidate Stephen Douglas supported the doctrine of popular sovereignty: allowing settlers in each territory to decide for themselves whether abortion – oops, I mean slavery – would be allowed.

On October 13, 1858, During Lincoln-Douglas debates, U.S. Senator Stephen Douglas (D-IL) stated: “I do not regard the Negro as my equal, and positively deny that he is my brother, or any kin to me whatever.”

An article entitled “The African Civil War” has a very simple entry as to how the Civil War began:

Abraham Lincoln was against slavery. When he was elected President in 1860, seven Southern states left, or seceded, from the United States. They formed the Confederate States of America

The Democrat Party: the Party of slavery.

The above-cited article entitled, “The Democrat Race Lie,” goes on with numerous entries detailing well over a century of Democrat opposition to racial equality, to match their support of the institution of slavery.

So in other words, Harry Reid is accusing Republicans of being so vile, so hateful, so ugly, so despicable, so depraved, so morally evil, that they have become like Democrats.

And those are fighting words.  Because as bad as Republicans are, there’s no way they are THAT loathsome.

After the Civil War, the Democrats formed the Ku Klux Klan as a violent terrorist organization which

resisted Reconstruction by assaulting, murdering and intimidating freedmen and white Republicans.

So you can understand why I would be deeply offended and appalled that Harry Reid would say that I’m such a nasty piece of work as a Republican that I’m somehow like a Democrat in wanting to continue slavery.

Let’s move ahead to 1924, to see how the Ku Klux Klan still owned the Democrat Party:

The 1924 Democratic National Convention, also called the Klanbake,[1] held at the Madison Square Garden in New York City from June 24 to July 9, took a record 103 ballots to nominate a presidential candidate. It was the longest continuously running convention in United States political history. It was the first national convention in which a major party had a woman, Lena Springs, placed in nomination for the office of Vice President. It was also known for the strong influence of the Ku Klux Klan.

That’s why Martin Luther King, Sr., a major civil rights figure before his son took his mantle, “had been a lifelong registered Republican, and had endorsed Republican Richard Nixon.”  And that’s why Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., registered as a Republican in 1956.

The section entitled, “The Modern Civil Rights Era,” from an article, “Republicans for Civil Rights,” is worth reading:

During the civil rights era of the 1960’s, it was the Democrats who Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the other protestors were fighting. Democrat Public Safety Commissioner Eugene “Bull” Connor in Birmingham let loose dogs and turned fire hoses on black civil rights demonstrators. Democrat Georgia Governor Lester Maddox famously brandished ax handles to prevent blacks from patronizing his restaurant. In 1963, Democrat Alabama Governor George Wallace stood in front of the Alabama schoolhouse chanting, “Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever”. In 1954, Democrat Arkansas Governor Orville Faubus tried to prevent desegregation of a Little Rock public school. It was Republican President Dwight Eisenhower who established the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, enforced the desegregation of the military, sent troops to Arkansas to desegregate the schools (using the 101st airborne), and appointed Chief Justice Earl Warren to the U.S. Supreme Court which resulted in the 1954 Brown vs. Board of Education (which ended school segregation). Eisenhower also supported the civil rights laws of 1957 and 1960.

Little known by many today is the fact that it was Republican Senator Everett Dirksen from Illinois, not Democrat President Lyndon Johnson, who pushed through the civil rights laws of the 1960’s. In fact, Dirksen was key to the passage of civil rights legislation in 1957, 1960, 1964, 1965 and 1968. Dirksen wrote the language for the 1965 Voting Rights Act. Dirksen also crafted the language for the Civil Rights Act of 1968 which prohibited discrimination in housing.

Conveniently forgotten today are significant facts about the 1964 Civil Rights Act. The law guaranteed equal access to public facilities and banned discrimination by any establishment receiving federal government funding. The law was an update of Republican Charles Sumner’s 1875 Civil Rights Act which had been stuck down by the Democrat-controlled US Supreme Court in 1883.

In-fact, Democrat Senators Sam Ervin, Al Gore Sr., William Fulbright (credited as Bill Clinton’s political mentor) and Robert Byrd (a former Kleagle for the Ku Klux Klan), filibustered against the bill for 14 straight hours before the final vote. Former presidential candidate Richard Nixon lobbied hard for the bill. When the bill finally came to a vote, the House of Reps passed the bill 289 to 124. 80% of Republicans voted for the bill VS only 63% by Democrats. The Senate vote was 73 to 27 (21 Democrats voting no VS only 6 Republicans voting against). Simply put: Republicans are responsible for the bill being passed, not Democrats as they’d lead you to believe.

Equally important was the 1965 Voting Rights Act that abolished literacy tests and other tests used to prevent blacks from voting (a right granted by the 15th Amendment). With images of violence against civil rights protestors led by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. shaping the national debate, Democrats in Congress finally decided not to filibuster the Voting Rights Act of 1965. When the bill came up for a vote, both houses of Congress passed the bill. In the House of Representatives, 85% of Republicans and 80% of Democrats voted for the bill. In the Senate, 17 Democrats voted no, and only one Republican voted no.

Democrat President John F. Kennedy is championed as a civil rights advocate. In reality, Kennedy voted against the 1957 Civil rights Act as a senator along side Democrat Senator Al Gore Sr. After he became president, John F. Kennedy opposed the 1963 March on Washington by Dr. King that was organized by A. Phillip Randolph who was also a black Republican. President Kennedy, through his brother Attorney General Robert Kennedy, had Dr. King wiretapped and investigated by the FBI.

In a historic apology, issued unanimously on January 20, 2007 by the North Carolina Democratic Executive Committee, composed of over 700 party leaders and activists from 100 counties, resulted from the1898 Wilmington Race Riot Commission Report of May 31, 2006. The report concluded that the Democrat Party was solely responsible for that 1898 murderous rampage against blacks.

“The Democrat Party was soley responsible” become the overarching theme.

The Democrats’ record regarding slavery is a record of abject shame and moral evil.

Democrats might point out that Strom Thurmond filibustered the 1957 Civil Rights Act signed by Republican President Dwight D. Eisenhower.  But they should also recognize that he was a member of the Democrat Party when he did it.  And then they should account for the fact that their very own Robert Byrd – who continues to serve as a Democrat Senator today – not only filibustered the 1964 Civil Rights Act, but actively served the Ku Klux Klan in the leadership positions of “Kleagle” and “Exalted Cyclops.” And this now revered Democrat wrote a letter to Senator Theodore Bilbo that said:

I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side… Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.”

And for Harry Reid to lecture Republicans, using slavery as an example, is an insult to history, in addition to generation after generation of Republicans trying to win first emancipation and then individual liberties for blacks against the bitter and steadfast opposition of the Democrat Party.

How dare he?  How DARE he?

Harry Reid should not only apologize, he should frankly resign in disgrace.  He won’t, only because the Democrat Party wallows in disgrace like pigs wallow in mud.
