My ‘Right-Wing Racist Hatred’ Of Illegal Immigrants Continues

January 16, 2012

Ask a liberal why conservatives don’t like illegal immigration – mind you, they love to take the “illegal” part out and just say, “don’t like immigrants” – and the invariable knee-jerk response is, “because they’re racists.”

Old Faithful has got nothing on the reliability of the left when it comes to their ability to endlessly demonize right on cue.

Well, I’m going to stoke the fire to what Barack Obama labelled my “antipathy to people who aren’t like me” on account of my “anti-immigrant sentiment.”

Here goes:

A German man whas been charged with arson in connection with a rash of fires in Los Angeles over the New Year’s weekend.

Los Angeles prosecutors filed dozens of counts against 24-year-old Harry Burkhart.

Burkhart is expected to make his initial court appearance later on Wednesday. It wasn’t immediately known if he had retained an attorney.

Burkhart is suspected of setting more than 50 blazes that caused an estimated $3m in damage. He has refused to co-operate with investigators since his arrest on Monday.

Authorities said they believe he was angry over his mother’s legal troubles and went on a night-time rampage of burning parked cars a day after she appeared in court last week.

Burkhart has been put on suicide watch, a law enforcement official said on Wednesday. The official spoke on the condition of anonymity because of privacy issues.

Burkhart’s mother Dorothee said in court on Tuesday that her son is mentally ill.

Burkhart is also under investigation in his home country of Germany for a house fire north of Frankfurt in October, days before he travelled to the US.

The fire at the house, which belonged to the Burkhart family, has been ruled an arson, Marburg prosecutors’ spokeswoman Annemarie Wied told The Associated Press on Wednesday.

Burkhart, whom Wied identified only as “Harry B” in keeping with German privacy laws, has not yet been questioned in the case and no arrest warrant has been issued for him. She said she did not know how long ago he had been identified as a suspect in the arson investigation.

Burkhart was in Los Angeles by 26 October, 12 days after the Marburg area fire, according to US court papers, which say that he went with his mother on that day to the German consulate to renew his passport.

Court documents were unsealed Tuesday that revealed Dorothee has been charged in Germany with 19 counts of fraud.

Frankfurt court spokesman Guenther Meilinger told the AP that Dorothee Burkhart will go on trial for the fraud charges once she is extradited back to Germany.

“We expect and hope that the US authorities will look into the request for extradition … so that the proceedings against her can continue,” he said.

Both mother and son are being held without bail. Her next court hearing was delayed until Friday so she can hire an attorney, and charges could be filed against Harry Burkhart as early as Wednesday.

Burkhart’s non-immigrant visa is set to expire on 18 January, authorities said. His mother last entered the country lawfully in January 2007 and she left four months later, officials said.

A federal law enforcement official, speaking on condition of anonymity because the official was not authorised to discuss the case, said Harry Burkhart was present when his mother was arrested on a provisional arrest warrant, which is normally issued when there are criminal charges pending overseas against someone. Ordinarily, US authorities then obtain an arrest warrant through the State Department and the Justice Department.

Burkhart had been in court at his mother’s hearing when he launched into an obscenity-laden tirade, shouting “Fuck the United States!” said Thom Mrozek, spokesman at the US attorney’s office in Los Angeles.

Mrozek said Burkhart was detained and later escorted out of the courthouse.

He said Burkhart did not make any specific threats against anyone or property at his mother’s court hearing.

A law enforcement official, who requested anonymity because the investigation is ongoing, said authorities believe Burkhart went on the arson spree because he was angry over his mother’s legal troubles.

• This article was amended on 5 January 2012. The original headline referred to over 50 fires causing $3bn in damage. This has been corrected.

Here it comes – confession time.

I don’t like this white European Anglo-Saxon illegal immigrant.  I don’t like him at all.  I feel a great deal of antipathy toward him.  And I want his scrawny white ass out of my country.

And Obama is right: like most illegal immigrants, he’s absolutely nothing like me at all.  Because I follow this thing called “the rule of law.”  Because I wouldn’t go to their damn country and act the way they’re coming here and acting.  Yes, I have “antipathy” toward people like that.

Unlike liberals, I have this thing called “consistency.”  I don’t like illegal immigrants.  Period.  I don’t like people to sneak into my country and literally begin their careers as “Americans” by breaking the law.  And I don’t give a flying damn what color the illegal immigrant’s skin color is.

If Hispanics voted Republican, on the other hand, Democrats would be kicking down every door in the country to haul their asses out of Los Estados Unidos.  Because that’s just the kind of people they are.

And unlike liberals who are defined by racism the way they are defined by hypocrisy (whether you look at a good Democrat during the Civil War years when they were willing to fight to their deaths to protect the institution of slavery or whether you look at a good Democrat now, they have the same exact fixation on seeing absolutely EVERYTHING through the prism of their racism).  Democrats cannot follow the urging of Martin Luther King and not somehow see race the way conservatives have long thought.

Which is just one of the many reasons Martin Luther King, Jr., was a RepublicanJust like his father was before him.

Democrats are bad people who demonize those with whom they disagree in the most intolerant of ways.  It’s never been enough for them to simply say conservatives are well-meaning but wrong; no, we’re hateful and we’re racists.

It’s easy for the left to demonize us because most of the illegal immigrants who flood into this country with the blessing of Democrats hoping to get votes are non-whites.

But that has nothing to do with why we don’t want illegal immigration.  We don’t want illegal immigration because we support the rule of law and we don’t want a wave of ANYBODY who doesn’t belong here flooding in to this country.

Obama Desperate To Save Life Of Mexican Rapist-Murderer Because Mexicans Who Hate America Vote Democrat

July 7, 2011

Personally, not only do I want this rapist-murder to face justice where he can burn in hell for the rest of eternity, but I kind of wish they’d run out of the lethal drug cocktail and the guards would carry out the sentence with baseball bats.

If Mexicans voted Republican, Barack Obama would have already sent planes to bomb Mexico the way he has done in Libya, Yemen and Pakistan.

But they vote Democrat, so every raping-and-murdering scumbag illegal immigrant executed is one less vote for Obama in 2012.  And that, of course, is a far worse crime to Obama than the one that Humberto Leal committed against that 16 year-old girl.  If you don’t think so, just scroll down the memory lane of the most recent May Day Outrage Against America event.

Mexican man’s Texas execution in rape, murder appealed by White House
Published: Thursday, July 07, 2011, 9:15 AM

HUNTSVILLE, Texas — The planned execution Thursday of a Mexican national has prompted a flurry of appeals on his behalf, including a rare plea from the White House, because of what it could mean for other foreigners arrested in the U.S. and for Americans detained in other countries.

Humberto Leal, 38, is awaiting a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court on whether to block his lethal injection in Huntsville. He was sentenced to die for the 1994 rape and murder of 16-year-old Adria Sauceda of San Antonio.

The appeal contends that authorities never told Leal after his arrest that he could seek legal assistance from the Mexican government under an international treaty, and that such assistance would have aided his defense. Leal moved to the U.S. as a toddler.

Leal’s attorneys have support from the White House, the Mexican government and other diplomats who believe the execution should be delayed so his case can be thoroughly reviewed.

“There can be little doubt that if the government of Mexico had been allowed access to Mr. Leal in a timely manner, he would not now be facing execution for a capital murder he did not commit,” Leal’s attorneys told the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles in a clemency request rejected Tuesday. “Unfortunately, Mexico’s assistance came too late to affect the result of Mr. Leal’s capital murder prosecution.”

Obama administration made request to Supreme Court last week

President Barack Obama’s administration took the unusual step of intervening in a state murder case when it asked the Supreme Court last week to delay Leal’s execution for up to 6 months. The U.S. solicitor general told the court that Congress needed time to consider legislation that would allow federal courts to review cases of condemned foreign nationals to determine if the lack of consular help made a significant difference in the outcome of their cases.

The legislation, backed by the U.S. State Department and the United Nations, would bring the U.S. into compliance with the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations provision regarding the arrest of foreign nationals.

Lower courts already rejected the pleas, agreeing with the Texas Attorney General’s office that since the legislation hasn’t been passed and signed into law, it doesn’t apply. At least 2 measures like it failed earlier in Congress.

“Leal’s argument is nothing but a transparent attempt to evade his impending punishment,” Stephen Hoffman, an assistant attorney general for the state of Texas, told the Supreme Court.

Arturo Sarukhan, Mexico’s ambassador to the U.S., wrote numerous congressional members and Texas officials calling attention to the legislation and the case and urged Gov. Rick Perry to stop the punishment.

Perry had the authority to issue a one-time 30-day reprieve but made no decision while the courts remained involved.

Leal had said he knew girls’ parents, would take her home

Prosecutors said on the night she was killed, Sauceda was drunk and high on cocaine at an outdoor party in an undeveloped neighborhood of San Antonio and was assaulted by several males. At some point, prosecutors said, Leal showed up and said he knew her parents and would take her home and explain the situation to them.

Witnesses said Leal drove off with Sauceda around 5 a.m. Some partygoers found her brutalized body later that morning and called police, prosecutors said. When officers arrived, they found Sauceda’s head battered by a 30- to 40-pound chunk of asphalt and evidence that she had been bitten, strangled and raped. A large stick that had a screw protruding from it was left in her body.

Leal, a mechanic, was identified as the last person seen with her. He was questioned and arrested.

A witness testified Leal’s brother appeared at the party, agitated that Leal had arrived home bloody and saying he had killed a girl. Testifying during the trial’s punishment phase, Leal acknowledged being intoxicated and doing wrong but said he wasn’t responsible for what prosecutors alleged. […]

For the record, Humberto Leal was NOT “denied” access to his consulate, so the claim by his attorney wailing that “if the government of Mexico had been allowed access to Mr. Leal in a timely manner…” is utterly bogus.  At worst, the state of Texas is guilty of not bending over far enough to make sure that a scumbag murderer of a little girl was aware of all the possible ways he could use to escape justice.  By analogy, I should go into your home and then claim that you kidnapped me on the grounds that you didn’t specifically tell me I could leave.

If the slimeball wanted his consulate, all he had to do was ask.  But we live in a society in which liberals believe that if a stupid person is stupid, some intelligent person somewhere must surely be responsible for it.

The Supreme Court said Obama was full of crap and ruled that the execution could proceed on schedule.  Hopefully he’s enjoying his life sentance in the fire of hell by now.

The Lesson Behind Meg Whitman’s Destruction: Don’t EVER Hire A Hispanic Again

October 4, 2010

I’m sorry to have to point this out.  The real lesson behind the attack and destruction on Meg Whitman is very simple: don’t ever hire a Hispanic again.  Even if they give you documentation that they’re legal.

Does your Hispanic job applicant show you a Social Security card?  Does he or she show you a valid state driver’s license?  You had better not accept them as valid; and you had better not trust that Hispanic person.  Just look at what’s happening to Meg Whitman.

Meg Whitman would have been breaking the law and committing discrimination if she had questioned Nicandra Diaz Santillan’s citizenship:

Had Whitman questioned Diaz’s legal status after Diaz presented documents when she was hired, Whitman again would have exposed herself to discrimination violations.

“Not only is (accepting the documents) all the law required her to do, but there’s a counterbalancing anti-discrimination law that keeps her from probing further or demanding different documents,” said Crystal Williams, executive director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association in Washington.

That’s the way it works in our increasingly out-of-control society today.  Nicandra Diaz Santillan produced a valid  Social Security card and and a valid California Driver’s License.  So Meg Whitman’s real “crime” was in hiring a Hispanic, not hiring an illegal immigrant.  Meg Whitman did not break the law in any way, shape, or form.  Nevertheless, she was put in a no-win situation by immoral liberals who would see Nicandra Diaz Santillan destroyed in order to advance their liberal political agenda.

If Meg Whitman had had a policy – never spoken to anyone out loud – that “I will never hire a Hispanic no matter what” – she would be completely fine right now, and would probably have been elected governor as the only candidate who knows anything about actually creating jobs.

Instead she made the tragic and terrible mistake of hiring a Hispanic.  Who lied to her, who fraudulently represented herself, who broke the law and committed multiple felonies to get a job in Whitman’s household.

Meg Whitman made a simple mistake that no American should ever make again: she employed a Hispanic, and believed that the Social Security card and the state drivers license which said Hispanic provided were legitimate.  From this point forward, every American should be on record and realize that hiring Hispanics – even if they have apparently valid documents – is a mistake that can come back to boomerang on them.

The lesson that is coming out of this – that Jerry Brown and Gloria Allred are implicitly advancing – is that we should never hire Hispanics even if they give you documents to “prove” that they are legal.  Because you must be afraid that Hispanics are liars and frauds – just as Nicandra Diaz Santillan has proven herself to be.  They will deceive you, and then they will attack you and try to destroy you down the line – just as Nicandra Diaz Santillan has done to Meg Whitman.  And liberal Democrats like Jerry Brown and his lackey Gloria Allred will come after you for being stupid enough to trust a Hispanic – just as liberals are doing now because Meg Whitman decided to trust Nicandra Diaz Santillan with a job.

Meg Whitman and her husband gave Nicandra Diaz Santillan a job.  And they trusted her.  According to Jerry Brown and Gloria Allred, those were both wicked things to do.

Realize this.  Had Meg Whitman fundamentally distrusted Nicandra Diaz Santillan in spite of the Social Security card and the California Driver’s License, she’d be fine today.

And remember that it is Democrats who have created a world in which you must think this way.

If You Favor Open Borders, Vote For Jerry Brown

October 4, 2010

Gloria Allred put out her client for all to see.

Nicandra Diaz Santillan is in the State of California illegally.  She has falsified, in addition to her Social Security card, her California Drivers License.

And she is on television for hundreds of millions of people to see.

Which is to say that she is an openly-acknowledged felon, walking around freely for all to see.  Right in front of the face of current California Attorney General Jerry Brown.

If you would like to see a massive increase in illegal immigration in the State of California, vote for Jerry Brown.

Jerry Brown doesn’t give a damn about protecting the citizens of California from illegal immigrant felons.
