Obama has “lost track” of 9,500 “immigrants” whose visas were revoked because they were identified as having ties to terrorism.
In what might be the WORST thing about this new revelation is that Tashfeen Malik – the murderous Islamic terrorist who came here on a visa and gunned down 35 people (murdering 14) – was not even ON that list of 9.500 potential terrorists.
We have under Obama and because of Obama completely lost any handle, any track, any sense of the exploding problem of Islamic terrorism (that Obama won’t even acknowledge is a problem).

In case you missed it yesterday, the House Oversight Committee held a hearing about the vetting process for refugees entering the United States from terrorism hot spots.
During the hearing, officials from the State Department and Homeland Security were asked about the location of 9,500 individuals who have been stripped of their U.S. visas because of links to terrorism. They had no idea and could not say if these individuals were still in the U.S.
“The Department [State] has revoked approximately 122,000 visas for a variety of reasons including nearly 9500 with links to terrorism. Of the 122,000 revoked visas, how many of those people are still in the United States?” Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz asked Department of State Assistant Secretary Michele Bond.
“I don’t know,” she responded.
“Homeland Security, how many revoked visas are still in the United States of America,” Chaffetz asked DHS Assistant Secretary for International Affairs Alan Bersin.
“Mr. Chairman, I don’t have that,” he responded.
According to a 2014 report from ABC News, the federal government has lost track of 6,000 foreign nationals who have overstayed their student visas. Keep in mind that this is the tactic the 9/11 hijackers used.
The Department of Homeland Security has lost track of more than 6,000 foreign nationals who entered the United States on student visas, overstayed their welcome, and essentially vanished — exploiting a security gap that was supposed to be fixed after the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks.
“My greatest concern is that they could be doing anything,” said Peter Edge, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement official who oversees investigations into visa violators. “Some of them could be here to do us harm.”
ABC News found that immigration officials have struggled to keep track of the rapidly increasing numbers of foreign students coming to the U.S. — now in excess of one million each year. The immigration agency’s own figures show that 58,000 students overstayed their visas in the past year. Of those, 6,000 were referred to agents for follow-up because they were determined to be of heightened concern.
In the meantime, the White House is moving forward with plans to bring in an absolute MINIMUM of 10,000 Syrian refugees to the United States within the next two years.

Which USED to be “one nation under God” until the Democrat Party stripped God from the nation.
But let me get back to the 9,500 very-possible TERRORISTS who may very well be in our country RIGHT NOW because Obama just didn’t bother to look for them.
Add to that number the 6,000 that Obama allowed in who used the exact same trick as the 9/11 terrorists who brought down the twin towers of the World Trade Center and murdered 3,000 people.
Add to THAT number ANOTHER 122,000 CRIMINALS who are guilty of crimes as bad as rape and murder whom Obama just completely lost track of.

Barack Obama is a man who truly, passionately hates and despises America. He doesn’t give one flying DAMN about you or your family. In fact, he HOPES you suffer because he believes he can radicalize you to his ends; he HOPES you are murdered by terrorists because he can exploit your murder and incite the fools he radicalizes to further his ends. You are nothing more than an insignificant means to his pathologically demonic ends.
He has already revealed his cynical plan to use every new terrorist attack as his political mechanism to attack the American people and attack their Constitution and obliterate their 2nd Amendment rights.
There is no possible way NOT to include that Obama and Democrats aren’t doing this on purpose. Incompetence doesn’t even BEGIN to explain this.
Does Obama even BEGIN to care about the American people? Did he EVER care? The answer is not a care in hell.
And from day – wasn’t day one, it was actually day two when he started signing orders closing Gitmo, eliminating the CIA interrogation program that it was obvious he was going to do this. And he proceeded along that road. If you take a look, there is an interesting YouTube video him signing executive orders on the second day of his administration. Where he signs an executive order to close Gitmo, takes a look at it, he says do we have another order that says what were going to do with these people? And so voice off camera says we’re going to have procedures.
No, they didn’t have any plan for what to do with the terrorists they were freeing. But so what? They didn’t CARE. Obama let them go anyway. They STILL don’t have a damn plan and they STILL don’t care. It is a damn miserable fact that one in three of the “Gitmo detainees” have been DOCUMENTED to have returned to terrorism (keep in mind what I’ve shown the U.S. government CAN’T keep track of, right?). And they don’t care.
Obama is in the genre and model and mode of Adolf Hitler who first exploited the Reichstag fire to suspend the rights of German citizens and then exploited the Gleiwitz incident to take his next step into dictatorship. Obama has a proven “never let a good crisis go to waste” mentality: I submit that, given the above facts that Obama has clearly perpetrated on the American people, it is beyond entirely reasonable to believe that Obama plans to cynically exploit the terror attacks he has invited on America as his “justification” to suspend the 2016 election if it looks like a Republican could win in addition to seizing our guns that we would need to defend ourselves against his fascist tyranny.
Obama has literally INTENTIONALLY flooded America with terrorists so he can blame their terrorism – whose actual source of Islam he demonically refuses to acknowledge – on guns. It doesn’t matter to him that the attack in San Bernardino took place in a liberal state with the tightest gun laws in the country; it doesn’t matter that the immediate prior mass terror attack in France took place in a COUNTRY with some of the tightest gun laws in the WORLD. Just as it doesn’t matter to him that he is a truly wicked man for allowing all of these murderers into America to attack us.
He’s giving us another useless blathering speech today and then he’s off to Hawaii for another vacation.
Like I said, Tashfeen Malik, the terrorist monster, was NOT one of these 9,500 potential terrorists. Because Obama completely missed her in every imaginable way. She was entirely free to commit jihad murder. Obama not only didn’t do anything to stop her; he invited her in even after it should have been obvious that she was plotting jihadist mayhem.

The New York Times editorial I’m reacting to is based on two hidden underlying premises: 1) that good people should be rendered helpless; and 2) that evil people obey laws. Both premises are cockroach crap.
A third underlying premise to all liberal appeals for more gun control is this: that, like the caliphate, every new piece of ground we take, every new piece of legislation, is one more step toward total control. Democrats want to “control the people“; they’ve ALWAYS wanted to control the people. Just like the terrorists and their dreams of political caliphate who want to be able to forcibly impose their will on helpless people who would be stripped of any means to resist their tyranny. Democrats therefore want nothing less than the total confiscation of guns in America – and I’m absolutely certain that every terrorist says “praise Allah!” to that happy thought. And when you can know that there is a group of people who are committed to taking away your rights, the ONLY “right” thing to do is to fight them over every single inch of ground. Every single NANOMETER.
A fourth underlying premise is that the left desperately needs to get behind Obama’s incredibly cynical attempt to try to divert and distract attention away from his impeachable failure to protect America by demagoguing a highly partisan liberal policy posture. It basically comes down to, “Obama failed to protect America when Republicans were warning about his building failure for YEARS, but let’s just conveniently put that fact aside and just give him more of what he wants.” Because if you can’t reward liberalism and liberals for failure, how in the world can they ever expect to be rewarded given the fact that fail is all they do?
What we saw on Wednesday was a supermassive policy failure on the part of a Democrat President who has failed to protect America from terrorism at every imaginable turn. And what the New York Times in it’s front page op-ed scream is treasonously declaring is that Barack Obama ought to be REWARDED for his supermassive failure to protect the American people by giving him the uberleftist Nazi gun-control victory that his fellow fascists have been seeking for decades. It’s like Rahm Emmanuel said: every crisis is an opportunity. And therefore when Obama creates a crisis by his incompetence and his moral idiocy, it ought to be an opportunity for Obama to reward his failure by seizing the freedoms of his enemies who happen to love the Constitution he routinely urinates on with the frequency of an aging man with a watermelon-sized prostate.
Then consider that Obama has REFUSED to keep our southern borders safe, and imagine where the guns will come flooding in from when only criminals and terrorists will break the law to get them.
Gun control works for fascist governments that want to “control the people.” And it works for criminals and terrorists. It fails and ultimately murders everybody else.
Obama sent out Hilary Clinton and Susan Rice to REPEATEDLY lie about the TERRORIST ATTACK that resulted in the murder of American heroes and the first US Ambassador since 1979 to be killed like a dog. We now KNOW from Hillary Clinton’s emails that she tried to destroy that the Obama administration KNEW that the attack was a terrorist attack and NOT the result of some stupid video. But the 1st Amendment right to free speech is just ANOTHER basic American freedom that Obama and Clinton tried to destroy the way they’re trying to destroy our 2nd Amendment rights.
Last night, amazingly, Democrats are actually giving Obama credit for acknowledging that the Ft. Hood shooting was a terrorist attack. Do you know what a sick JOKE that is? When did that attack happen? Nov 5, 2009. Do you know how long it took ME to officially call that attack what it clearly was? I wrote this article November 6 the very next DAY. Let’s see, what did I already know that day? Let’s see: we already knew about his numerous internet postings espousing jihad. We already knew he got into loud arguments with co-workers declaring that “Muslims should stand up and fight against the aggressor.” That’s you, by the way, if you happen to be an American. We know that he was screaming “Allahu Akbar” throughout his murderous attack. Again, that very SAME DAY on November 6 I wrote this article titled, “Newsflash: Obama Enlisted Future Terrorist To Label Rightwing As ‘Extremist’” because Obama had actually ENLISTED Nidal Hasan to demonize conservatives and write propaganda that it was conservatives who were the real threat, not radical Muslims. It was within a matter of days that the authorities revealed that Hasan had business cards calling himself a “soldier of Allah” and had had numerous internet contacts with terrorist leader Anwar al-Awlaki.

It took Obama MORE THAN SIX YEARS TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE OBVIOUS.
Let me put it this way: today is December 7th. You know NOTHING about history if you don’t know what anniversary that is, the savage Japanese attack against Pearl Harbor. What if it had taken FDR SIX YEARS to acknowledge that we had been attacked by a foreign ideology and that we needed to go to war against that ideology. And I’ll tell you what would have happened: the eastern half of American would be speaking Nazi and the Western half would be speaking Banzai, that’s what would have happened.
For SIX YEARS Obama buried his head in the damn sand and refused to acknowledge we had a rising enemy. He STILL refuses to acknowledge that that enemy is motivated by ISLAMIC THEOLOGY.
We are sitting ducks because he did NOTHING.
Now, I just got through mentioning that just a matter of a few damn days before the terrorist attack that was eerily similar to Paris, Obama said nothing like that could happen here. Because he’s a deluded FOOL. But hey, for that matter the same hoity-toity New York Times assured us that what happened in Paris can’t happen here. Just days before it DID happen here to prove that those know-nothing fools are a bunch of know-nothing FOOLS.
How many times do these fools get to be completely WRONG? How many times do they get to LIE to us?
Now, I don’t doubt thanks to our Failed Fool in Chief that there WILL come a point when terrorists are so emboldened that they go after our police and our military by launching direct attacks on police stations and military installations. But up to this point, how many times have terrorists decided they wanted to go after a target where heavily armed people had an opportunity to defend themselves and shoot back? Fool Democrats merely want to increase the number of potential terrorist targets from thousands of “gun-free zones” to HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS.
Democrats often talk about “hunting” and say you don’t need an “assault rifle” to hunt. Of course, based on that “logic,” it won’t be long before they’ve regulated Americans to the point where the only gun they can use is a damned BLUNDERBUSS. But here’s the thing, that’s a deceitful bait and switch and anybody who knows history knows it’s a bait and switch: the 2nd Amendment doesn’t guarantee the “right to hunt”; it never mentions “hunting” at ALL. Rather, the 2nd Amendment guarantees “the right of the people to keep and bear ARMS” and declares that that right “shall not be infringed.”
Where the hell did Democrats decide that when the first grocery store or the first McDonald’s came to exist, that somehow the 2nd Amendment didn’t apply anymore because we no longer needed to hunt to live?
All an “assault weapon” is just a clever marketing ploy to make the semi-automatic rifles that have been legal in America since semi-automatic rifles were INVENTED. “Assault rifles” are defined as weapons capable of selective fire, either semi- or full-automatic. “Assault weapons” are merely semi-automatic weapons that look really cool. They are designed to look all scary and nasty, but they’re just basic semi-automatic rifles. In fact, if you actually know your history, you’ll know that semi-automatic rifles were actually in the hands of civilians BEFORE the first semi-automatic rifles (the M-1 Garand) were issued to US servicemen. American civilians were using semi-automatic rifles at least going back to 1906, a full thirty years before the military got them. So the notion that the American people shouldn’t be allowed to have these guns is just plain BULL CRAP. It is anti-American.
Actually, assault weapons are AWESOME weapons to hunt with. They are awesome ALL-AROUND weapons in that they are great for target shooting, for hunting AND for defense. When I go on my hikes, I see people shooting with them ALL THE TIME. And yet because I’m not a coward liberal I never scream and run because oh-my-god that weapon is going to take over the mind of its owner and kill me!
The 2nd Amendment exists for one reason: so the government won’t EVER have the power or ability to hunt US the way the gun-confiscating Nazis hunted down the Jews.
The 2nd Amendment was enshrined by our founding fathers as A REACTION AGAINST TYRANNY. And the tyranny that they were MOST worried about was the tyranny of our OWN government. And they enshrined the 2nd Amendment to guarantee that at some safeguarding level, the government would be forced to fear the people so that the people would not have to live in fear of their government. You know, the way they had to fear their damn government in so many places that enacted the sort of “gun control” the left wants, such as Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia.
I’m going to declare it this way: unless and until the Democrat Party officially and permanently declares that the 2nd Amendment is in fact a fundamental right for the people to keep and to bear arms and ANY attempt to infringe on that right is a federal crime subject to HEAVY prison time for ANY politician, judge, or voter who tries to usurp that right, I for one am not going to listen to their mewling about gun control.
As long as there is an Obama stenching up the White House with the moral sewer of his power-grabbing executive orders, I want what my founding fathers intended me to have to protect my life and my property from his evil.
Their hypocritical money quote is this: “No right is unlimited and immune from reasonable regulation.”
Except the right for illegal immigrants and criminals to vote without any damn ID check, of course. The New York Times will fight to its last Nazi to stop that from ever happening.
But ANY attempt to require ANY ID is met with rabid opposition and outright demonic slander. You know, from the party that says Republicans aren’t “reasonable.”
And just for the record, if Democrats have any right whatsoever to ban the American people from owning guns because of what a FEW people do, then at least they ought to be “reasonable” enough to deport every single illegal immigrant in this nation because of what a few ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS do. So you ban your guns and we’ll deport forty million undocumented immigrants. And if the latter one is insane, the former one is even MORE insane because the former one is enshrined in our Constitution and our way of life.
Now let me talk more about “voting” and the UNLIMITED and IMMUNE FROM REASONABLE REGULATION “right to vote” that the Democrat Party has enshrined without ANY constitutional support.
The Nazis were ELECTED, chump. Just like the terrorist organization Hamas was elected in the Palestinian territory. Just like the terrorist organization the Muslim Brotherhood was elected in Egypt. Just like the damn Democrat Party was elected in America.
Voting is THE most dangerous right on earth. I’ll just put it this way: a whole hell of a lot more Jews were killed in Nazi concentration camps than all the Americans who exercised their 2nd Amendment rights throughout the entire history of the world’s oldest republic COMBINED.
But the same Democrats who demand our borders remain flooded with millions of illegal immigrants – and of course illegal guns coming in with them the exact same damn way they’re serving as mules for drug cartels now – won’t allow ANY “reasonable regulation” when it comes to their “unlimited” right from illegal immigrants to be “immune” from consequences of voting in US elections.
I’ll tell you what: the right to keep and bear arms isn’t merely a “right”; it’s a constitutional guarantee and it is a fundamental basis for ALL of our freedoms. Because your freedom doesn’t mean a damn thing if somebody else wants to take your freedom away and they’ve got guns and you’ve got squat. Versus the Democrat’s cynical and self-serving partisan demand for a “right” that is UNCONSTITIONAL and frankly ANTICONSTITUTIONAL in giving illegal immigrants the ability to override the will of the American people.
It comes down to this: as we speak, the President of the United States and his entire Democrat Party establishment are playing the most cynical and partisan political games in the entire history of the republic. And if they win, the United States of America loses.
If you’ve got a gun, you better keep your powder dry, because Obama and his Democrat National Socialist Workers Party fascist thugs are DESPERATE to change the subject and they want your guns now more than EVER.
If Democrats don’t want to have guns, I’m all in favor of them not having them. I am all in favor of any law that criminalizes anyone who has ever voted Democrat from owning guns. If Democrats truly think gun control is such a wonderful idea, let them vote to take away their own damn guns and see what happens.

The only Americans who can legitimately object to immigration are native Indian-Americans, President Barack Obama told his Chicago audience Nov. 24, as he made an impassioned ideological plea for endless immigration, cultural diversity and a big government to manage the resulting multicultural society.
“There have been periods where the folks who were already here suddenly say, ‘Well, I don’t want those folks,’ even though the only people who have the right to say that are some Native Americans,” Obama said, rhetorically dismissing the right of 300 million actual Americans to decide who can live in their homeland.
Americans should not favor other Americans over foreigners, Obama demanded. “Sometimes we get attached to our particular tribe, our particular race, our particular religion, and then we start treating other folks differently… that, sometimes, has been a bottleneck to how we think about immigration,” he said in the face of many polls showing rising opposition to his immigration agenda.
Obama denied any moral or practical distinction between native-born Americans and future migrants. “Whether we cross the Atlantic, or the Pacific, or the Rio Grande, we all shared one thing, and that’s the hope that America would be the place where we could believe as we choose… and that the law would be enforced equally for everybody, regardless of what you look like or what your last name was,” said the president….]
As always, of course, Obama speaks dishonestly, deceitfully, demagogically in warped and perverted argument that frames his opposition as being as hateful as his demonic imagination allows. “I don’t want those folks,” Obama says of people like me. BULLCRAP. Rather, “I don’t want ANY folks flooding into this country ILLEGALLY AND IN VIOLATION OF OUR LAWS.” But Obama would have a hard time slandering me if he told the truth about how I really feel, wouldn’t he???
Second, let me ask a simple question in defiance of Obama’s dishonest narratives: if I am not a “Native-American,” THEN I DEMAND LIBERALS TELL ME WHERE THE HELL AM I A NATIVE OF???
I was born in Gardena, California. My mother was born on a farm in Lone Tree, Iowa and my father was born in Oakland, Iowa. My Grandma on my dad’s side was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. But according to the demon-possessed denial of reality coming out of Democrat Party propaganda, none of us qualify as “Native-Americans” and none of us have a right to complain about Obama being more like a Führer than a president.
There are 300-plus million Americans who just learned that their “president” says their will doesn’t matter any more, but that we should get over our being “American” – or at least Obama’s “fundamentally transformed” version of an “American” – and accept our false messiah’s premise that anyone who wants to come here, no matter how illegally, is every bit as “American” as anyone else. With the sole possible exception being the pure-lineage ancestors of the Indians who greeted the Mayflower.
The American people just learned that they don’t count in Obama’s demonic calculus.
And they were. I mean, had Democrats won, Obama would have boasted that his policies had been approved by the American people and ratified by the election.
Obama once assured us that “elections have consequences,” but that was when Obama could say, “I won.” But like his opposition that turned to support for gay marriage and like his opposition that turned to support for amnesty for illegal immigrants and like his opposition against issuing a tyrant-like executive order that turned to support for acting as he had previously said would make him a king or an emperor – with both “opposition” and “support” being purely political calculations by this cynical moral monster – elections should no longer have consequences. Because Obama lost.
Fascists, for the record, have no respect for elections or democracy or anything but what their power can dictate.
And so Obama the fascist only heard the voices of the two-thirds who DIDN’T vote. Because in not voting at all their “vote” was all that mattered to Obama. And to hell with the Americans who stupidly believed that this was still a constitutional democratic republic and bothered to cast a ballot.
Anyway, elections no longer have consequences anymore. Because Obama lost this time and it’s really just all about the Nazi-in-Chief, now, silly goose.
I suppose Obama is right, in his demon-possessed way: I WAS a “Native-American,” all right. Because I was born in the United States of America and native to the land of the free and the home of the brave.
But that land has been taken away and the brave are as the buffalo that once filled the land but are now a distant memory.

I compare Obama’s America – it isn’t “the United States of America” any more, because Obama has fundamentally divided us and most of the states are now GOP strongholds that bitterly oppose his fascist tyranny, and as for the “America” part, well, just look above – to the Japanese battleship the Yamato. As America is the most powerful nation that ever existed, the Yamato, with its 18.1″ guns, is the most powerful warship that ever existed. But like the Yamato on its final voyage to its destruction, America is running out of fuel, like the Yamato, its ultimate destination is suicide. And like the Yamato, this perverted “America” will be utterly destroyed on all sides even as it collapses from within. But because of the moral stench of Obama and because of the wickedness of the party that broke this nation from “One nation, under God,” we have become a nation that is 50-percent-plus-one wicked. And because of our wickedness this “God damn America!” will go down and sink so hard and so fast and with so much suffering it will be worse than any nightmare. Because just like the Japanese fascists on the Yamato who worshiped their emperor as god, Democrats are fascists who will worship the coming Antichrist and take his mark on their right hands or on their foreheads.
So I suppose that God has allowed Democrats to shove me out of the country of my birth to prepare me for the one place that I am still a fully valid citizen of: Heaven.

In June 2012, President Obama unilaterally granted deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), allowing “eligible individuals who do not present a risk to national security or public safety … to request temporary relief from deportation proceedings and apply for work authorization.” He then argued that he had already done everything he could legally do on his own:
“Now, what I’ve always said is, as the head of the executive branch, there’s a limit to what I can do. Part of the reason that deportations went up was Congress put a whole lot of money into it, and when you have a lot of resources and a lot more agents involved, then there are going to be higher numbers. What we’ve said is, let’s make sure that you’re not misdirecting those resources. But we’re still going to, ultimately, have to change the laws in order to avoid some of the heartbreaking stories that you see coming up occasionally. And that’s why this continues to be a top priority of mine. … And we will continue to make sure that how we enforce is done as fairly and justly as possible. But until we have a law in place that provides a pathway for legalization and/or citizenship for the folks in question, we’re going to continue to be bound by the law. … And so part of the challenge as President is constantly saying, ‘what authorities do I have?’” (9/20/12)

Barack Obama should be impeached. And the star witness at his impeachment trial should be Barack Obama as his own words prove over and over and over again that he is not fit to lead in a constitutional republic.
The United States of America dies tonight. And the sort of fascist regime that was birthed when Adolf Hitler used his “legal power” to suspend the rule of law after the Reichstag fire will be born in the moment that Obama does what he says he will do tonight. That’s the “murky, uncharted territory” that the Washington Post warns about.
The next president will be a god-king emperor just like this one because Obama has “fundamentally transformed America” into genuine fascism.
I have more than once in my blog-writing claimed that Barack Obama and his Democrat Party – with “Democrat” standing for “DEMOnic bureauCRAT” – as “a firehose of pure evil.”
There’s not one thing to point at with Obama and the Demonic Bureaucrat Party; it’s more like fifty things at once. It’s an avalanche of the satanic agenda just swamping over the shores of America and spilling toxic evil into this land and into its people.
Let’s just consider some of these:
Illegal immigration, Obama’s giving 34 million green cards after the election so he and his demonic party can’t be held accountable, and the illegal immigrant “voter fraud” vote:
First, even now according to the liberal Washington Post, voter fraud is REAL and affects the outcome of elections. And Barack Obama, Eric Holder and the entire Democrat Party are demon-possessed to claim that any attempt to have an honest vote is “racist”:
Our data comes from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES). Its large number of observations (32,800 in 2008 and 55,400 in 2010) provide sufficient samples of the non-immigrant sub-population, with 339 non-citizen respondents in 2008 and 489 in 2010. For the 2008 CCES, we also attempted to match respondents to voter files so that we could verify whether they actually voted.
How many non-citizens participate in U.S. elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010.

Because non-citizens tended to favor Democrats (Obama won more than 80 percent of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 CCES sample), we find that this participation was large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections. Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) won election in 2008 with a victory margin of 312 votes. Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin. It is also possible that non-citizen votes were responsible for Obama’s 2008 victory in North Carolina. Obama won the state by 14,177 votes, so a turnout by 5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens would have provided this victory margin.
Democrats dishonestly claim there is no proof that there has ever been any voter fraud. This study shows that there were 1.2 MILLION examples of voter fraud where non-citizens illegally voted.
How extensive is voter-fraud, especially among non-citizens? Just bring up the question, or suggest we need to have voter-ID at the polls like every other advanced democracy, and the answer will be instantly supplied: You’re a racist. But as Dan McLaughlin points out over at The Federalist, Democrats seem to win a suspiciously high number of close elections, well beyond what a random statistical trial would suggest.
America is being taken over by a communist Democratic party who is winning with subterfuge. Soon there won’t be sufficient numbers in the Republican party to win elections.
That is precisely what is if not what has happened. And the most dishonest and most wicked political party in all of American history is intentionally “winning” by criminality and by annihilating the United States of America.
In the video, a female Project Veritas Action investigator claimed to be a illegal immigrant to the United States from Brazil who had been allowed to remain in the country under President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program but who was not an American citizen.
The investigator spoke with Greg Amick, the campaign manager for Democrat Irwin Carmichael. Carmichael is, ironically, running for sheriff of Mecklenburg County.
“But the only problem, you know, I don’t want to vote if I’m not legal,” she told Amick. “I think that’s gonna be a problem. I’m not sure.”
“It won’t be. It shouldn’t be an issue at all,” he told her, though he had been informed of her supposed illegal status. “As long as you’re registered to vote, you’ll be fine.”
Campaign worker after campaign worker tells the undercover reporter that she can’t get in trouble by voting. The video shows not one individual trying to dissuade her from casting her illegal vote.
Typical was the response of Martin Kelly, the father of Superior Court Judge candidate David Kelly:
“If they registered her, then she can’t get in trouble. All they can do is say no. They can’t do anything else,” he said, shrugging his shoulders.
What we’re seeing is the criminal replacement of the United States of America into a foreign banana republic communist country.
But, hey, Democrat, you future eternal citizen of hell – and rest assured that despite the fact that you encouraged illegal non-citizen behavior to get your wicked way, you will be a LEGAL CITIZEN OF HELL with God Himself making it your permanent country forever and ever and ever – you go on believing your disgraceful and dishonorable and dishonest party’s lies that there’s no voter fraud and anyone who says otherwise is a racist.

With some lawmakers predicting a sweeping executive order on immigration from President Barack Obama after the Nov. 4 elections, one federal agency is already making plans to hire a vendor to crank out up to 34 million blank green cards to accommodate an expected surge in immigrants in 2016.
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has published a draft solicitation for a contractor capable of producing 4 million cards a year for five years — and 9 million in the early stages — that would allow immigrants to live and work in the country, Breitbart reports.
One estimate suggests 34 million cards will be printed in total.
This is no joke. The union representing about 12,000 immigration officers is sounding the alarm over the orders they have received to carry out this crime against the American people.
I am so beyond outraged it is beyond unreal. I have so little confidence now in even the most formerly sacred institutions of this nation that it is beyond belief.
In five years this nation will be unrecognizable. Obama’s and his fellow Democrat Party goons’ “fundamental transformation of America” will be complete.
“In terms of a check and balance that would prevent an individual who is a non U.S. citizen from registering to vote, that doesn’t exist. There’s absolutely nothing stopping them,” said Neal Kelley, Orange County registrar of voters and chairman of the California Association of Election Officials.
One of the things that is happening before our eyes is the “illegal immigration” of Mexico and Mexican culture to the United States. This is part of what that will look like:
The discovery of so many hidden graves after the disappearance of the students was not unexpected for many here. Democrats are hard at work creating communities for which drug gangs will be able to thrive. The people who are – illegally – fleeing here might be escaping from this hell of Mexican culture, but what else are they going to bring with them but the very culture that is all they have ever known? The idea of the “melting pot” where people who come to America give up their old values to adopt the American Way is anathema to Democrats. In fact even “the American Way” is ITSELF now anathema to Democrats.
The Republican Party is the party of Americans and those who love America; the Democrat Party is the party of foreigners and those who despise America. If you’re a racial minority who is consumed with bitterness and blame toward America for not giving you enough socialist welfare or if you have an abiding hatred and contempt for America – such as Jane Fonda, William Ayers and Ward Churchill – you vote Democrat. That’s the way it’s increasingly gone since the mid-1960s. And now its going to hell.
But that’s just ONE example of a nakedly fascist president from a nakedly and criminally fascist political party.
Take Obama’s naked contempt for our Constitution and its protections of our journalist – well, the few actual “journalists” who are left who have either the courage or the integrity to honestly report the news:
Yet another journalist has come out against the seemingly unprecedented secrecy of the Obama administration.
USA Today Washington Bureau Chief Susan Page said at a White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) event on Saturday that the current administration is more threatening to press freedom than “any administration in American history.” Page said she was “really worried” about what could happen if the White House continues to prevent reporters from doing their job of telling the news and telling the truth.
“This administration has been more restrictive and more challenging to the press, more dangerous to the press, really, than any administration in American history,” Page said. “I think access to the White House has just gotten worse and worse.”
In January, former New York Times executive editor Jill Abramson called the Obama administration “the most secretive White House” she has ever encountered as a journalist. Associated Press Washington Bureau Chief Sally Buzbee also chimed in on White House transparency in September, citing daily “intimidation” tactics and firmly stating that the current administration is “significantly worse than previous administrations.”
The famous media lawyer James C. Goodale, who represented The New York Times through the Pentagon Papers case, condemned Obama for criminalizing whistleblowers and reporters who use them as sources, boldly stating that “Obama will surely pass President Richard Nixon as the worst president ever on issues of national security and press freedom.”
Glenn Greenwald, journalist and co-founder of the Intercept, noted these recurring claims Tuesday morning:
In her new memoir, Sharyl Attkisson says a source who arranged to have her laptop checked for spyware in 2013 was “shocked” and “flabbergasted” at what the analysis revealed.
“This is outrageous. Worse than anything Nixon ever did. I wouldn’t have believed something like this could happen in the United States of America,” Attkisson quotes the source saying.
She speculates that the motive was to lay the groundwork for possible charges against her or her sources.
Attkisson says the source, who’s “connected to government three-letter agencies,” told her the computer was hacked into by “a sophisticated entity that used commercial, nonattributable spyware that’s proprietary to a government agency: either the CIA, FBI, the Defense Intelligence Agency or the National Security Agency.”
The breach was accomplished through an “otherwise innocuous e-mail” that Attkisson says she got in February 2012, then twice “redone” and “refreshed” through a satellite hookup and a Wi-Fi connection at a Ritz-Carlton hotel.
The spyware included programs that Attkisson says monitored her every keystroke and gave the snoops access to all her e-mails and the passwords to her financial accounts.
“The intruders discovered my Skype account handle, stole the password, activated the audio, and made heavy use of it, presumably as a listening tool,” she wrote in “Stonewalled: My Fight for Truth Against the Forces of Obstruction, Intimidation, and Harassment in Obama’s Washington.”
Attkisson says her source — identified only as “Number One” — told her the spying was most likely not court-authorized because it went on far longer than most legal taps.
But the most shocking finding, she says, was the discovery of three classified documents that Number One told her were “buried deep in your operating system. In a place that, unless you’re a some kind of computer whiz specialist, you wouldn’t even know exists.”
“They probably planted them to be able to accuse you of having classified documents if they ever needed to do that at some point,” Number One added.
In her book, Attkisson says CBS lost interest in her coverage of the deadly attack on the US Embassy in Benghazi, Libya, and killed her stories of the federal “Fast and Furious” gun-running scandal.
When I say Barack Obama is a modern-day Nazi, I am being deadly earnest. Barack Obama and his “Democrat Party” is the Zyclon-B of democracy.

ARNOLDS PARK, Iowa — For almost 40 years, Carole Hinders has dished out Mexican specialties at her modest cash-only restaurant. For just as long, she deposited the earnings at a small bank branch a block away — until last year, when two tax agents knocked on her door and informed her that they had seized her checking account, almost $33,000.
The Internal Revenue Service agents did not accuse Ms. Hinders of money laundering or cheating on her taxes — in fact, she has not been charged with any crime. Instead, the money was seized solely because she had deposited less than $10,000 at a time, which they viewed as an attempt to avoid triggering a required government report.
“How can this happen?” Ms. Hinders said in a recent interview. “Who takes your money before they prove that you’ve done anything wrong with it?”
The federal government does.
Using a law designed to catch drug traffickers, racketeers and terrorists by tracking their cash, the government has gone after run-of-the-mill business owners and wage earners without so much as an allegation that they have committed serious crimes. The government can take the money without ever filing a criminal complaint, and the owners are left to prove they are innocent. Many give up.

The other day I was talking to a senior Obama administration official about the foreign leader who seems to frustrate the White House and the State Department the most. “The thing about Bibi is, he’s a chickenshit,” this official said, referring to the Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, by his nickname.
This comment is representative of the gloves-off manner in which American and Israeli officials now talk about each other behind closed doors, and is yet another sign that relations between the Obama and Netanyahu governments have moved toward a full-blown crisis. The relationship between these two administrations— dual guarantors of the putatively “unbreakable” bond between the U.S. and Israel—is now the worst it’s ever been, and it stands to get significantly worse after the November midterm elections. By next year, the Obama administration may actually withdraw diplomatic cover for Israel at the United Nations, but even before that, both sides are expecting a showdown over Iran, should an agreement be reached about the future of its nuclear program.
The fault for this breakdown in relations can be assigned in good part to the junior partner in the relationship, Netanyahu, and in particular, to the behavior of his cabinet. Netanyahu has told several people I’ve spoken to in recent days that he has “written off” the Obama administration, and plans to speak directly to Congress and to the American people should an Iran nuclear deal be reached. For their part, Obama administration officials express, in the words of one official, a “red-hot anger” at Netanyahu for pursuing settlement policies on the West Bank, and building policies in Jerusalem, that they believe have fatally undermined Secretary of State John Kerry’s peace process.
Over the years, Obama administration officials have described Netanyahu to me as recalcitrant, myopic, reactionary, obtuse, blustering, pompous, and “Aspergery.” (These are verbatim descriptions; I keep a running list.) But I had not previously heard Netanyahu described as a “chickenshit.” I thought I appreciated the implication of this description, but it turns out I didn’t have a full understanding. From time to time, current and former administration officials have described Netanyahu as a national leader who acts as though he is mayor of Jerusalem, which is to say, a no-vision small-timer who worries mainly about pleasing the hardest core of his political constituency. (President Obama, in interviews with me, has alluded to Netanyahu’s lack of political courage.)
“The good thing about Netanyahu is that he’s scared to launch wars,” the official said, expanding the definition of what a chickenshit Israeli prime minister looks like. “The bad thing about him is that he won’t do anything to reach an accommodation with the Palestinians or with the Sunni Arab states. The only thing he’s interested in is protecting himself from political defeat. He’s not [Yitzhak] Rabin, he’s not [Ariel] Sharon, he’s certainly no [Menachem] Begin. He’s got no guts.”
I ran this notion by another senior official who deals with the Israel file regularly. This official agreed that Netanyahu is a “chickenshit” on matters related to the comatose peace process, but added that he’s also a “coward” on the issue of Iran’s nuclear threat. The official said the Obama administration no longer believes that Netanyahu would launch a preemptive strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities in order to keep the regime in Tehran from building an atomic arsenal. “It’s too late for him to do anything. Two, three years ago, this was a possibility. But ultimately he couldn’t bring himself to pull the trigger. It was a combination of our pressure and his own unwillingness to do anything dramatic. Now it’s too late.”

Stephen Hayes points out that the “chicken-shit” remark is actually the LEAST of the outrage from the Obama administration.
He pointed out that Obama and his goon-thugs show more hate and contempt for this Jew-boy Netanyahu than they do any other leader, than they do for the Ayatollah in Iran or Putin in Russia or Kim Jong Un in North Korea. There is a visceral hatred for Israel that reeks from this administration which is fitting from the administration of baby-murder and sodomy-perversion-marriage. Hayes illustrates the sheer hatred of Israel with the gist of these top Obama administration officials’ boasts: why is Netanyahu a chicken-shit? Because he failed to do his duty to protect Israel by attacking Iran to stop that rabidly vicious enemy of Israel from getting the nuclear bomb when he had the chance to do so. And why didn’t he do it when he had the chance to do so? Because Obama stopped him.
Just remember that when Iran gets the bomb, Obama ensured that Iran would so succeed.
Obama is so beyond desperate for a “deal” – ANY deal – with his Iranian masters it is beyond unreal:
Deputy National Security Adviser and MFA in creative writing Ben Rhodes likened an Iranian nuclear deal to ObamaCare in a talk to progressive activists last January, according to audio obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
The remarks, made at a since-discontinued regular meeting of White House personnel and representatives of liberal interest groups, reveal the importance of a rapprochement with Iran to President Obama, who is looking to establish his legacy as his presidency enters its lame-duck phase.
“Bottom line is, this is the best opportunity we’ve had to resolve the Iranian issue diplomatically, certainly since President Obama came to office, and probably since the beginning of the Iraq war,” Rhodes said. “So no small opportunity, it’s a big deal. This is probably the biggest thing President Obama will do in his second term on foreign policy. This is healthcare for us, just to put it in context.”
Rhodes made the comparison as the White House was reeling from the botched rollout of the $2 billion Healthcare.gov. Polls continue to show that the health law, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, remains unpopular.
Rhodes also said the White House wants to avoid congressional scrutiny of any deal.
“We’re already kind of thinking through, how do we structure a deal so we don’t necessarily require legislative action right away,” Rhodes said. “And there are ways to do that.”
That is similar to what an unnamed senior administration official told David Sanger of the New York Times last week for a piece headlined “Obama Sees an Iran Deal That Could Avoid Congress”: “We wouldn’t seek congressional legislation in any comprehensive agreement for years.”
Again, the most profoundly fascist and anti-American dictator-thug who ever treasonously violated the Constitution of the United States of America is at it again, seeking to thwart and undermine constitutional oversight of his attempt to give Iran the nuclear bomb so the god of the Democrat Party – Satan – would smile down upon Obama.
The same sort of Democrat treason that resulted in ObamaCare is going to now result in Iran getting the go-ahead to build the Bomb. All the fascist arm-twisting. All the shenanigans. To get what the American people decidedly do not want anymore than they wanted the ObamaCare that these fascist shoved down our throats in spite of the fact that at no time have the American people EVER wanted it.

President Barack Obama will attend three fundraisers in Texas next week but will not travel to the border to see the crisis that many say he has exacerbated by not enforcing the country’s immigration laws and vowing to enact unilaterally more executive actions to ease deportations.
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said at Thursday’s White House press briefing that Obama is scheduled to attend a fundraiser for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in Dallas on Wednesday and two events for the Democratic National Committee in Austin on Wednesday and Thursday.
When pressed about Obama’s decision not to go to the border and the military bases and detention centers where illegal immigrant children are being warehoused, Earnest said Obama has all the information that he needs from his senior advisors.
Obama couldn’t care less. He’s after what’s really important to him: campaign money for his politics and his ideology.
A Democrat congressman from Texas is concerned the Obama administration’s handling of the immigration crisis will blow up politically, becoming Obama’s “Katrina moment.”
The crisis has been developing for months and came about because of the tens of thousands of illegal aliens – many of them children – who are making their way mostly from Central America to the U.S. border.
Their goal appears to be the benefits that are assured to those who are able to breach the U.S. border and enter the country.
The housing, medical, education and other costs of all of the illegal aliens has yet to be calculated, but President Obama already is asking Congress for nearly $4 billion to get things going.
But Rep. Henry Cuellar is worried that the issue will blow up on the president.
His remarks:
“I’m sure that President Bush thought … that he could just look at everything from up in the sky, and then he owned it after a long time,” Cuellar told Fox News’ Neil Cavuto this week. “So I hope this doesn’t become the Katrina moment for President Obama, saying that he doesn’t need to come to the border. He should come down.”
Bush was criticized intensely following the Katrina disaster for flying over the damaged region, and especially for allowing distribution of a photograph of him looking out of Air Force One at the damage.
Bush later told NBC that the release of the image was a mistake and confirmed he should have landed the jet to meet with officials about the recovery efforts following the hurricane.
Spokesmen for Obama have said he knows well what’s going on along the southwestern border regarding the crisis of illegal aliens, and he hasn’t needed to visit personally.
In fact, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said, at one point, “The president is well aware of what is happening along the Southwest border. …”
Cuellar, however, said Obama “should come down to the board and see exactly what’s happened.”
If the mainstream media had so much as a tiny semblance of any legitimacy or credibility, there would be a photograph on the front pages of the New York Times and Los Angeles Times of Obama looking out the window on the way to his FUNDRAISERS with the caption, “Bush was so much better than this failed turd it’s beyond unreal.”
Bush made the mistake that Obama will never make: Bush assumed responsibility. The buck stopped with him, unlike Obama who has NEVER accepted responsibility in his life unless “responsibility” only means “taking credit.” You know, like when he took credit for the safe, stable Iraq Bush handed him and then blamed Bush after his own failed policies of cut-and-run horrifyingly backfired on him as ISIS created a terrorist caliphate where one had never existed before prior to Obama’s failed presidency.
Obama – true to form – is blaming Bush for the massive invasion of illegal immigrant children who are flooding over America SIX YEARS INTO OBAMA’S FAILED PRESIDENCY. Obama claims that the law passed by a Democrat House and Senate and signed into law by Bush tie his hands. But that is of course bullcrap. The law had a VERY narrow intent: to reduce the sexual trafficking of children and to help child victims of sexual trafficking. It was NOT intended to force America to accept millions of children whose parents are paying coyotes thousands of dollars to bring them into America. Even Diane Feinstein – the law’s co-sponsor – has stated that Obama could end this crisis at any point if he just LED. But he doesn’t WANT to lead in any sphere that doesn’t advance his wicked and foolish ideology.
Anyway, Obama can’t be bothered to actually show up at the border and, you know, accept a little bit of responsibility for fixing his mess. But he CAN demand nearly $4 billion in taxpayer money to mindlessly throw at “the situation.”
The problem is, of course, like ALL of Obama’s “solutions,” his $4 billion “fix” does NOTHING to actually fix the problem of tens of thousands of children illegally streaming across the border.
Do you know what Obama wants those billions of dollars for? To hire more lawyers and judges to process the illegal immigrants faster.
Do you know what WOULD solve the problem? Put the National Guard on the border and simply turn these people BACK. DON’T let them enter the United States to begin with.
Let me point something out: if the money Democrats were fundraising for their precious election campaigns were what they had to use to deal with this damn crisis they created, they would be doing just that. They’d suddenly have that magical moment of reality when they realized that allowing these people to pour in and live at massive expense (if it was THEIR massive expense) was simply not acceptable. Much the same way that if you demanded all these Democrats who said “It’s America’s responsibility to take care of all of these poor people” would suddenly think differently if it were to become THEIR responsibility to provide for these illegal immigrants in their homes with their food. From now until the end of time, Democrats love to force other people and other people’s money to fund their perverted self-righteousness.
As long as Obama is allowed to spend Other People’s Money to fix his crises, you can rest assured he’ll keep creating more crises and doing nothing to fix any of them.

Illegal immigrants are now free indeed: free to pour across the border in giant numbers restricted only by Obama’s failed American economy, knowing that America will not enforce its own laws when those laws come to protecting the American people.
And in the flying face of his false rhetoric, it shows:
Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials last year released 68,000 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions, undercutting Democratic claims that President Obama has strictly enforced immigration laws.
An internal Department of Homeland Security document compiling statistics on arrests and deportations in 2013 showed that ICE agents encountered 193,357 illegal immigrants with criminal convictions but issued charging documents for only 125,478. More than 67,800 were released.
The data came from an end-of-year “Weekly Departures and Detention Report.”
The Center for Immigration Studies, a research group that favors stricter enforcement of immigration laws, estimates ICE agents released more than a third of illegal immigrants with criminal records they detained.
“ICE released 68,000 criminal aliens in 2013, or 35 percent of the criminal aliens encountered by officers. The vast majority of these releases occurred because of the Obama administration’s prosecutorial discretion policies,” Jessica Vaughn, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, wrote in a memo summarizing the DHS document.
ICE classifies illegal immigrants as criminal if they have been convicted of a crime, not including traffic offense, Vaughn noted.
Sen. Jeff Sessions (Ala.), the ranking Republican on the Budget Committee, blasted the administration’s record.
“The preponderance of the evidence demonstrates that immigration enforcement in America has collapsed. Even those with criminal convictions are being released. DHS is a department in crisis,” he said in a statement Sunday.
“Secretary Johnson must reject the president’s demands to weaken enforcement further and tell him that his duty, and his officers’ duty, is to enforce the law — not break it,” he added in reference to Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson.
A spokeswoman for ICE did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Advocacy groups on both sides of the immigration debate have fired salvos back and forth over Obama’s track record enforcing the law.
Republicans say they cannot trust Obama to enforce the law, and Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) cited that as an obstacle to passing immigration reform through the House.
Pro-immigrant groups argue Obama has enforced the law too zealously.
Janet Murguía, the president of the National Council of La Raza, called Obama the “deporter in chief” earlier this month.
Senate Democrats like Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) have called on Obama to halt the deportations of illegal immigrants who are immediate family members of U.S. citizens.
The Center for Immigration Studies reports that ICE officials moved to deport 28 percent fewer illegal immigrants from the interior of the country in 2013 than in 2012.
The group obtained the law enforcement records through a lawsuit.
Get that? It turns out that Obama is not only not bothering to enforce American immigration law when it comes to illegal – and note they are ALL “illegal” by definition because they have ALL broken the law – but he’s not even bothering to keep the ILLEGAL immigrants who have been CONVICTED OF CRIMES TO THE TUNE OF 35% OF THE DAMN TIME.
I wonder what Democrats will think when they encounter a Republican president who ONLY enforces the laws he likes and refuses to enforce the ones he doesn’t and cites Barack Obama as his case law???
Obama says he’s “deported” more than the above figures. But that’s because he’s a liar without shame. It turns out that Obama has been counting all of the self-deported immigrants who simply went back home on their own as well as all the immigrants who were turned back by the Border Patrol at the border as “deported.” Which is interesting because NO AMERICAN PRESIDENT HAS EVER COUNTED THOSE BEFORE.
And so THAT’S why Obama has “deported” so many damn illegal immigrants.
So as usual with dishonest Democrats, it ALWAYS depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is.
Think about the states like Arizona who tried to enforce the immigration law because Obama refused to. And Obama sicked his law dog Eric Holder on Arizona. So here border states are, forbidden to enforce the immigration law while the wicked president refuses to enforce the immigration law. Because that’s the way “God damn America” works (or, more precisely, DOESN’T work).
Our immigration system is broken. There’s no question about that. It was broken by cynical Democrats like Ted Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson in the early 1960s. Prior to that point, America had a system that allowed skilled, qualified workers who were allowed to enter and strengthen America based on our needs for hard workers who would help us build this nation as they became Americans. Thanks to Ted Kennedy and LBJ, that system was “fundamentally transformed” to allow the entire families of immigrants to come flooding in (so they would vote Democrat and “fundamentally transform” our republic). No longer was the immigration system based on the needs of the nation, whereby immigrants left their old lives behind and embraced the American Way; but now they brought in their whole family – including millions who had no useful skills – and brought their failed Old Way with them.
Which is why so many million immigrants today have no need to EVER become American or to learn to speak our language (which used to be “English”, btw).
Democrats are always liars who tell lies. And one of their lies is the lie that if people like me don’t want open borders and the “right” of illegal immigrants to flood into my country, I’m some kind of “racist.”

On Thursday, Vice President Joe Biden said he believes all of the country’s illegal immigrants are “already American citizens.”
“You know, eleven million people live in the shadows. I believe they’re already American citizens,” Biden, who may run for president in 2016, said while addressing the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. “These people are just waiting, waiting for a chance to contribute fully. And by that standard, eleven million undocumented aliens are already Americans, in my view.”
According to The Hill, Biden also ignored a Congressional Budget Office report that determined that amnesty legislation would lower the wages of American workers and mocked those who have expressed concerns regarding amnesty and an increase in guest workers and high-tech visas.
“So much for the horror stories,” Biden reportedly said after citing studies that said more immigration would lead to economic growth.

Election Law Center has learned that 1,100 Florida voters will not be able to participate in today’s state primary because of snafus by the government. 300 absentee voters in Martin County (FL) and 800 in Indian River County (FL) did not receive their requested absentee ballots in time to participate in today’s important primary election because the United States Post Office treated the bulk absentee ballot mailings as third class mail. The ballots were deposited by Martin and Indian River County election officials with the United States Post Office nearly three weeks ago, but the USPS office in Jacksonville treated the absentee ballot mailings as third class mail.Some of the voters just today received their absentee ballots by mail, and today is the day of the election. According to attorneys knowledgeable with Florida election law, these ballots may not be faxed, emailed or otherwise returned electronically. That means 1,100 voters who sought to participate in the election will not be allowed to participate.Who is running? There are primaries for United States Senate, Alan West vs. Robert Crowder, State House, County Commissioner, Sheriff, School Supervisors, and other Congressional offices. Examine a sample ballot here.

President Barack Obama‘s decision not to deport some arrested illegal immigrants has enabled a crime wave — but no American or immigrant victims have been publicly identified, and GOP politicians have mostly remained mute.
Illegal aliens who have been released from custody between 2008 and mid-2011 have been charged with 16,226 subsequent crimes, including 19 murders, 142 sex crimes and thousands of drunk-driving offenses, drug-crimes and felonies, according to a new report from the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service.
“Rather than protect the American people he was elected to serve, President Obama has imposed a policy that allows thousands of illegal immigrants to be released into our communities,” said a statement from Rep. Lamar Smith, the chairman of the House judiciary committee.
The criminals “were in the government’s custody, were identified as illegal immigrants and then let go because this administration has refused to request the resources to hold them and deport them,” said Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies.
The White House press office did not respond to The Daily Caller’s questions.
The CRS study uses data subpoenaed from the federal government by House Committee on the Judiciary. The data details 159,286 cases where legal and illegal immigrants were arrested, identified via FBI databases and then let free, said the report.
Over a 33-month period, from October 2008 and July 2011, roughly one-sixth of those let go were later arrested for crimes.
The data shows that 26,412 of the 159,286 released legal and illegal immigrants were arrested later for 57,763 crimes, said the CRS.
The CRS found the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency “likely” had authority to deport only 7,283 — or 40 percent — of those repeat offenders. The other 19,129 had some form of legal status, and would not be liable for deportation until after conviction in a civil court.
After being released, the 7,283 deportable aliens were later charged with 16,226 crimes, including 19 murders, 142 sex crimes — such as rape or child molestation — almost 1,000 other major criminal offenses or violent crimes, plus 489 cases of theft, 551 traffic violations, 1,929 DUI violations and 156 parole violations.
Together, the released 26,412 illegal and legal immigrants were charged with 59 murders, 542 sex crimes, 6,270 drug crimes and up to 5,342 “major criminal offenses … [or] other violent crimes.”
“It is amazing to me there hasn’t been more fallout … [but] it is the Messiah’s administration [and] the media isn’t making a fuss,” Krikorian said. “It’s appalling.”
So far, the GOP “is cowed and scared that Hispanics won’t vote for them if they highlight illegal-alien murders” of Hispanics, he said. “It is so ridiculous, because the victims of immigrant gang-members are other immigrants.”
Chairman Smith, however, has pushed the issue. Obama’s “unwillingness to enforce immigration laws puts our communities at risk and costs American lives. We elect leaders to protect us — not put us in danger,” he said.
The new data about crimes committed by released legal and illegal immigrants comes as the administration rolls out a variety of new measures to boost the administration’s support among Hispanic voters. (RELATED: Obama immigration policy loosens work permit requirements)
The administration has also boosted welfare programs for legal and illegal immigrants and has redefined nearly all welfare programs to bypass laws barring welfare-receiving immigrants from residency or citizenship.
The Internal Revenue Service has also rolled back oversight of fraud in a program intended to handle immigrants taxes and refunds, according to an investigation by the IRS inspector general. The program provided $6.8 billion in refunds to immigrants, said an Aug. 8 report in The Washington Times.
Illegal immigrants were fraudulently given $4.2 billion in 2010 child-support tax credits, according to a July 2011 report by the Treasury Department’s inspector general. In 2012, that illegal claims likely will reach $7.4 billion, said the report.
In 2012, top Senate Democrats blocked a reform of the refund process.
Administration officials have rolled back enforcement of immigration laws, and have directed immigration-officers to release illegals, including some who have been approved by judges for deportation.
In recent months, the administration has offered what conservatives call a de-facto amnesty to an estimated 1.76 million illegal immigrants, including an estimated 350,000 illegals with little or no high-school education. The policy will more easily grant work permits, and will allow them to compete for jobs against 23 million unemployed or under-employed Americans.
The two-year amnesty, dubbed “deferred action,” is being offered free to illegal immigrants, including people also schedule for deportation. However, the illegals will have to pay the standard cost of $465 for the work permit.
The amnesty will not include convicted felons, drunk drivers or people who committed a series of felonies.
However, immigrant officers will not try to find out if amnesty applicants have committed crimes, such as identity theft, an administration official said Aug. 6. “We want to maximize participation.”
Don’t you DARE try to enforce immigration laws now, the Border Patrol and ICE are discovering. Rather, if the illegal immigrant tells you he or she had been in the U.S. prior to turning 16 whether they can prove it or not, that assertion is to be treated like the Gospel.
One official suggested in the draft paper that the relevant agencies could “adopt a different definition of misdemeanor” for childhood arrivals. Existing guidelines that were published on the CIS website last week stated that for government officers reviewing these applications, “the absence of the [applicant’s] criminal history…or its presence, is not necessarily determinative, but is a factor to be considered.”
And it seems that no application will be rejected outright. “If the case is to be processed for a denial,” the DHS draft stated, “the case is routed to the Background Check Unit…where the case will undergo supervisory review before the denial is issued.”
What is going on is genuinely evil. It is the most cynical and most depraved and most self-serving policy we have ever seen in this country.
And that aint nearly enough for Obama and for the Democrat Party. When they can get an overwhelming majority of Americans – or at least “Americans” – utterly dependent on their socialist giveaways, they will finally get the goose-stepping power they’ve always wanted.
It’s not like Barack Hussein Obama – a “constitutional scholar,” we were told – gives one slimy cockroach crap about the U.S. Constitution. Recently, before deciding that his government would not follow (i.e. that the Obama regime would BREAK) federal immigration law and refuse to deport hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants who had had their day in court and LOST, Obama told a Hispanic group the following in explaining why he couldn’t do what they wanted:
“The idea of doing things on my own is very tempting. I promise you, not just on immigration reform. But that’s not how our system works. That’s not how our democracy functions. That’s not how our Constitution is written.”
And then a few weeks later Obama did the very thing he himself had categorically stated was both undemocratic and unconstitutional.
So it doesn’t surprise me whatsoever that he rammed a despicable undemocratic and unconstitutional takeover of the health care system. He has PROVEN that he doesn’t give a damn about the Constitution or the rule of law.
HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — The requirement in the national health-care overhaul law that individuals buy health insurance is unconstitutional, a federal judge in Pennsylvania ruled Tuesday in a question that the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to settle.
The suit decided by Judge Christopher C. Conner in Harrisburg is one of more than 30 lawsuits nationwide that have been filed over the 2010 law that is President Barack Obama’s signature initiative.
Conner, who was appointed to the federal bench in 2002 by President George W. Bush, said the individual mandate is an unconstitutional extension of authority granted to the federal government under the Constitution’s commerce clause.
“The nation undoubtably faces a health care crisis,” Conner said. “Scores of individuals are uninsured and the costs to all citizens are measurable and significant. The federal government, however, is one of limited enumerated powers, and Congress’s efforts to remedy the ailing health care and health insurance markets must fit squarely within the boundaries of those powers.”
But Conner rejected an argument by the plaintiffs — a York County couple, Barbara Goudy-Bachman and Gregory Bachman — that the mandate is “disastrous to this nation’s future, such as the Bachmans’ prediction of America evolving into a socialist state. These suggestions of cataclysmic results … are both unproductive and unpersuasive.”
While most of the massive law can remain intact, Conner said, certain provisions are linked to the health insurance requirement and must also be struck down. Those provisions are designed to guarantee that insurance companies cannot discriminate against or deny coverage to the sick or people with pre-existing conditions.
Separate lawsuits have already reached appeals courts in Richmond, Va., Atlanta and Cincinnati, with one of those courts ruling against the mandate.
But at the moment I’d like to talk about another way. Because this threat is with us and at the moment is more imminent.
One of the traditional methods of imposing statism or socialism on a people has been by way of medicine. It’s very easy to disguise a medical program as a humanitarian project. Most people are a little reluctant to oppose anything that suggests medical care for people who possibly can’t afford it.
Now, the American people, if you put it to them about socialized medicine and gave them a chance to choose, would unhesitatingly vote against it. We had an example of this. Under the Truman administration it was proposed that we have a compulsory health insurance program for all people in the United States, and, of course, the American people unhesitatingly rejected this.
The polls overwhelmingly demonstrated that what was true in Reagan’s day is every bit as true today. The American people never wanted this vile and un-American monstrosity.
It is unconstitutional. It is an unconstitutional TAKEOVER meant to impose socialism. Obama knows it; that’s why he will NOT let this come before the Surpreme Court where it would be overturned. Rather, he has done everything he could to delay that day of reckoning.
Which is paralyzing businesses who need to know their cost if they are going to take the risk of hiring workers.
