What’s Wrong With Hillary Clinton’s Economic Plan? Plenty, But Here’s The Bottom Line

So Hillary Clinton’s basic economic pitch is that she is going to “level the playing field” by punishing Wall Street and big businesses and allowing all those horrible profits to be shared by the American people.  And it will be oh, so good for us and oh, so bad for those terrible, greedy, evil Wall Street firms and corporations.

Sounds good.  At least it sounds good to people who either aren’t that honest, or aren’t that bright, or are neither honest nor bright.

For one thing, Hillary Clinton has taken more filthy, greedy money from Wall Street than ANY politician in the ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE WORLD has EVER taken.  To express it in the form of a headline, “Clinton is the Wall Street candidate based on donation figures.”  Hillary Clinton has been bought and paid for by Wall Street.   She was paid millions – a total of at least $153 million with a shocking percentage coming not only from foreign entities but from the worst rogue nations on planet earth – to give speeches and Wall Street was one of the top U.S. entities.  And recordings or transcripts those Wall Street speeches, unlike any national security secret which she treated with cavalier disdain, are top secret classified never to see the light of day.  Even the leftist-oriented Huffington Post puts it this way: “Release of Clinton’s Wall Street Speeches Could End Her Candidacy For President.”

Hillary Clinton was paid MILLIONS to tell Wall Street what her presidency would do to benefit them.  She made very sure that all reporters were BARRED from her speeches to Wall Street firms.  Why did she do that???  She allowed NO RECORDING DEVICES other than her own recording for her own use which of course is in a vault somewhere.  Why did she do that???  And lastly, when Hillary Clinton was a Senator from New York, she was “hands off” on Wall Street in spite of the fact that Wall Street happens to be in HER state where SHE should have been in control of regulating what they did in HER district.  But she never bothered.  Why do you seriously believe she will bother now when our enemies can find out every single national security secret Hillary Clinton knew, but NOBODY can find out so much as a single word she said to Wall Street in speeches that she was paid as much as $675,000 to give???  She wouldn’t even allow PLACARDS on tables for fear that a photo might leak and the American people could see an image of who Hillary Clinton was being paid MILLIONS of dollars to talk to.  Why would she do that???

A Wall Street pay-to-play player said, “It was pretty glowing about us,” one person who watched the event said. “It’s so far from what she sounds like as a candidate now. It was like a rah-rah speech. She sounded more like a Goldman Sachs managing director.”  And that’s exactly why we will NEVER hear her speeches as she betrays the American people and betrays as a lie every single thing she now says in her campaign rhetoric.

Hillary Clinton has proven herself more than any politician who has ever LIVED that she will be a crony capitalist fascist who will do insider deals with those who offer her something in return.  She will sell out the American people for a nickel if that’s the going rate.  You can absolutely trust Hillary Clinton to sell out your interests for larger, more powerful interests every single time.  That is simply the story of her life.

The notion that this candidate is going to actually reform Wall Street in a way that would benefit anyone but Wall Street is so beyond laughable that it is beyond unreal.  You literally have to be a fool to believe that.  Mind you, there ARE plenty of intellectuals who are just such fools indeed.  Famous prophetic novelist George Orwell said, “There are some ideas so absurd that only an ‘intellectual’ could believe them,” because no ordinary man was capable of being such a fool.”   And the point he was making is that these people live in a giant ivory tower vacuum and none of their ideas actually have to ever be proven or even be provable in the real world to be believed.  They live in a world of theories, not in a world of facts.  They build nothing and have no grasp whatsoever on how TO build anything.  They are nothing more than eloquent ideologues consumed by hidden agendas.  Whereas people who must face reality every single day can never be so disconnected from the truth because unlike the intellectuals they would STARVE in the COLD.  I came across a meme on Karl Marx that ought to be illustrative how such foolishness contaminates minds:

Why one earth would not merely millions but BILLIONS believe so passionately in the theories of this man, who had never in his lifetime actually produced ANYTHING in the actual, real world and whose theories have failed in every single “laboratory of reality” in which they have EVER been tried???

Karl Marx was precisely one of the fools that the great author of 1984 and Animal Farm was describing.  In  fact, both books were written by a horrified Orwell as he contemplated totalitarian socialism.  The Marxist theory continues because of the sheer, ponderous weight of all the other ivory tower egghead fools who have absolutely no grasp whatsoever of actual reality.

Hillary Clinton is another such fool.  She accomplished exactly NOTHING in spite of her so-called record of accomplishment.   Even her own State Department had to REDACT her list of “achievements.” 

But as bad as that indictment of Hillary Clinton is, that actually isn’t the “bottom line” fallacy that I am describing regarding Hillary Clinton’s economic plan.  I merely cite that to try to undercut her own claims and the claims of other fools on her behalf.  Just realize that the pile of intellectual manure that is laid out comes from the minds and the belief-systems of the very worst form of fools whom no ordinary man could ever be capable of becoming because they are forced to deal with actual real-world realities that prevent them from ever being such fools.

So what is it that I am describing about what is so truly wrong with Hillary’s plan???

It boils simply down to this: Hillary Clinton is saying she will tax and regulate and force Wall Street to be more “fair” or more “just.”  And ignorant people believe that any regulation or tax or coercion on the part of government must surely be a good thing.

That’s where the bait-and-switch takes place.

What you need to understand is that Wall Street and mega-big corporate business actually WANTS higher taxes and punitive regulations and difficult compliance benchmarks.  That sentence very likely shocks you and your mind may say, “No way!”  But let me explain and hopefully you will agree with me when I lay it out.

I googled the phrase “percentage of jobs created by small businesses” and got this result:

According to the SBA’s Office of Advocacy: “Small firms accounted for 63 percent of the net new jobs created between 1993 and mid-2013 (or 14.3 million of the 22.9 million net new jobs). Since the end of the recession (from mid-2009 to mid-2013), small firms accounted for 60 percent of the net new jobs.

So you need to simply first understand that Wall Street and mega-big business are in direct competition with small businesses.

The second thing you need to understand is the crony-capitalist mindset that invariably prefers a larger share of a smaller piece of the pie than a much smaller share of a much larger piece of the pie.  Every truly awful leader understands and exemplifies this mindset, with Kim Jong-un being possibly the very best example.

Let me show you a couple of satellite images of North Korea at night compared to South Korea at night to drive home my point:

South Korea is far more like what Republicans envision where laissez-faire free market enterprise is allowed to flourish; North Korea is far more like what the Democrats envision of a State-controlled economy.  Guess which one ends up being DARK AT NIGHT because THERE’S NOTHING.

And you say, why on earth would they want that?  Why wouldn’t they want a more open and free economy where they have less power, but far more is actually produced and it is better for all the people?  And the simple answer is, “Because they wouldn’t have as much control and as much power.”

The word “fascism” comes from the Roman/Latin word, “to bundle together.”  The image was of a bundle of sticks with an axe head protruding, the concept being that when the people are all bundled together, there is power.  And of course, who controlled that bundle?  The State, the emperor.   That is what the Democratic Party wants: they want to bundle us together like sticks, so that THEY and THEY alone can control the bundle.

There’s a line from Milton’s Paradise Lost that I always remember: when Satan says, “Better to rule in hell than to serve in heaven.”  That’s the mindset of the left: better to have totalitarian rule over a small, impoverished economy than to be a smaller, weaker part of a large, powerful economy.

That is the quintessential essence of progressive liberalism: they want the power to dictate; they want to have the power to determine who wins and who loses, who pays and who receives, who is taxed and who is tax-exempt.

And what about Wall Street and what about the giant corporate entities.  Don’t they just want more profit for their shareholders?

You need to understand: what if we allowed small business to truly flourish?  What would happen to the market share of those great big giant corporate entities and the Wall Street that I’ve already established and documented owns Hillary Clinton and flourishes off of trading those giant corporate entities???

Now let me ask you a follow-up question: which would have an easier time paying higher taxes, great big corporations or small business owners???  Think about this and ANSWER it before you go on: who has an easier time coming up with an extra ten, twenty thousand dollars???  Who is going to be hurt more: the big corporation or the little business?  Let me go on: which would have an easier time complying with a dizzying array of regulations and compliance burdens and costs???  Would the great big corporation or the small business owner have an easier time hiring a full-time compliance officer???

When you actually THINK about it, these are no-brainers.  Just as it is a historic no-brainer that tax cuts increase revenues and have ALWAYS increased revenues as businesses are allowed to keep more of their own money and expand and grow and it is ultimately good for everyone in the form of more wealth and more opportunity for all.

It is BEYOND OBVIOUS that that great big business has a considerably easier time dealing with the increased costs imposed by Democrats than the small business owner.

Small businesses are CRIPPLED by these costs.

Which is why entrepreneurship is at an all-time low because of the Obama administration.

Which is why new small business start-ups are at an all-time low because of the Obama administration.

Our labor participation rate – the measure of the percentage of working-age Americans who actually have a damn JOB – is basically at the lowest rate in history, given that in 1977 which is the last time it was as low as Obama has made it now, we had far more stay-at-home moms as dad went off to work.  A hundred million working-age Americans AREN’T.

Home ownership has declined to its lowest level in 51 years under Obama.  Which like the labor participation rate is basically in the entire history of the statistic being kept.

You find that under Obama, the rich got way, WAY richer and everyone else got poorer as the income gap soared to heights we’ve never seen.  Even Bernie Sanders got that.  And Politifact was forced to agree that under Obama things are worse than they’ve ever been going back to the damn 1920s.

HuffPo has an article titled, “Middle Class Jobs, income, Quickly Disappearing.”  The New York Times says, “Middle Class Shrinks Further as More Fall Out Instead of Climbing Up.”  MSNBC has an article titled, “The Vanishing of the Middle Class.”

These aren’t right-wing sources.  And if they WERE actually FAIR they would depict their articles the way they would if a REPUBLICAN were in the White House, a la “Obama’s War on the Middle Class: The real story behind “hope” and “change.”

This Forbes article probably best nails the dilemma that Obama and the Federal Reserve that is struggling to monetize Obama’s failed policies have placed the United States in.

These are things called facts and I am explaining to you precisely WHY they are facts.

It is like this by design.  You’ve been sold out.  Obama was bought and sold and Hillary Clinton is more bought and more sold than any human being who ever lived.

Over the last eight years, Barack Obama – and now Hillary Clinton is actually promising to do even worse for another eight years- and those under them who control the “bundle of sticks” that we all now ARE thanks to these policies have sold our collectivist souls to the devil.

Let me get back to that all-telling statistic involving entrepreneurship and new business start-ups being DESTROYED by this president like we have never seen.

Would the market share of the giant firms go up or down if the smaller businesses were allowed to actually be unleashed as they were allowed to keep more of their profits and put those profits back into their businesses and be forced to comply with fewer stupid regulations that incur thousands of hours of compliance paperwork???  And the answer is that the pie would grow larger, but the Wall Street- and the corporate-share of that pie would grow much smaller as small businesses grew and grew and grew and were ultimately large enough to become big players themselves.

So let me just quickly lay it out for you: when a Barack Obama or a Hillary Clinton – who are owned lock, stock and barrel by Wall Street and by the mega-corporations – gets into power, they create laws and taxes and regulations and compliance factors that they invite the great big giant entities to write on a pay-to-play basis.

And the biggest players write the laws to shut out their smaller competition, understanding that if they can strangle those smaller businesses and stop them from being able to build and grow and compete with them, that they will get to remain at the top of the heap for decades, even for generations.

The economic purpose of the Democrat Party is to ensure that the very biggest players remain the very biggest players and the smaller competitors are never truly allowed to compete.  The giant Wall Street and corporate dinosaurs don’t want that smarter, more agile mammal to come along and eat their eggs and finish off their road to extinction.  No.  they will continue to maintain the Democratic Party as the engine to maintain the status quo so that that new mammal can never evolve to threaten them.

If you elect Hillary Clinton, you WILL get more of the same; you WILL get a smaller pie with the largest players – who each paid the system for the privilege of remaining the largest players – having the giant share.  And you WILL get fewer jobs, fewer opportunities, and lower wages as a result.

THAT is what is wrong with Hillary Clinton’s economic plan, just as it was wrong with Obama’s economic plan.  Because it’s the same damn tired plan that is nothing more than a watered-down version of Marxism.

 

Obama And The Democrat Party Waging Brutal War On The Very People Who Most Support Them

It’s an interesting tactic that you see as the essence of all terrorist movements.  America saw it most clearly during the Vietnam War: the communist – in other words the political leftists – terrorized and killed as many people as they could in order to make the population turn against the political system so they could seize power.  Which they ultimately did.  The idea was, “Look at this horrible government; why, they can’t even keep you safe!”

Of course, it was the leftist communists who were saying that who were doing all the murdering that the government couldn’t keep the people safe from.  But that was besides the point.

Now, you might ask yourself why a people would ever allow a group of brutal murdering thugs to gain power by murdering them, but the fact is that it has happened over and over and over again.

It’s happening here in America.

My visual picture is a Democrat coming up behind an unknowing victim, viciously hitting the man in the back of the head with a baseball bat, throwing the bat near a Republican, and then shrieking hysterically, “Look what that terrible Republican just did!”

And a leftist “journalist” duly reports the “fact” that a Republican just viciously assaulted a poor, innocent victim.  And don’t think for a moment that poor, innocent victim will ever vote Republican.

You say, “you’re crazy.”  Democrats don’t do anything like that.  They love the poor.

Yeah, right.

I came across an article from the AP that said EXACTLY what Republicans said over and OVER and OVER again about what ObamaCare would do:

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) –  Miriam Uribe enrolled in California’s low-income health insurance program last November, and she still hasn’t found a primary care doctor 10 months later who could see her.

“Once you have (insurance), you actually still don’t have it because it’s still a struggle to find someone,” the 20-year-old college student from Bellflower said.

Uribe isn’t alone. Even though Latinos make up nearly half of California’s 12.5 million Medi-Cal enrollees, a report by the independent California HealthCare Foundation found that 36 percent of the Spanish-speaking Medi-Cal population has been told that a physician won’t take them, compared to 7 percent of the overall Medi-Cal population. Even those who speak both English and Spanish reported similar difficulty accessing doctors.

“The numbers are very, very shocking,” said Sarah de Guia, executive director of the California Pan-Ethnic Health Network, a multicultural health advocacy group.

De Guia said the study doesn’t explain why Latinos — whether they speak English or Spanish — are being turned away at higher rates, but public policy officials say the biggest obstacle is finding doctors who are willing to take the lower payments offered by Medi-Cal. Language barriers also play a role.

What did Republicans say would happen?  We said doctors would leave medicine.  They’ve left medicine in DROVES.  We said there was a giant difference between the bait-and-switch deception from Democrats that having health insurance was the same thing as having actual health care.  We said people would end up paying more and more and getting less and less.  We said that more people than EVER would end up flooding into emergency rooms because that was where ObamaCare would ultimately drive them.

All of which has happened.  Even the New York Times is forced to acknowledge the dilemma people like Karen Pineman of Manhattan face by being “Insured, but Not Covered.”  We’ve found out the hard way that “Even consumers with health insurance get hit with surprisingly large medical bills” as ObamaCare has caused deductibles to SKYROCKET.  Democrats have these incredibly false studies that claim that premiums haven’t gone up by as much as they did in the past (after Obama himself swore that his ObamaCare would bend the cost curve DOWN); but what they do is dishonestly count all the people who get “subsidies” rather than honestly dealing with all the people who are now forced to pay massively more to subsidize all those subsidies.   And of course the problem that the people who have those subsidies don’t actually have “health care” but “health insurance” that doesn’t allow them to actually see a damn doctor.

Doctors have either left the field of medicine in disgust as the following articles document: here and here and here and here and here; or they are abandoning the ObamaCare networks: 214,000 doctors is a LOT of doctors, in case you didn’t know.  It’s about 25% of all doctors in America.  And they’ve quit ObamaCare.

So what do you have BECAUSE of ObamaCare?  You’ve got fewer doctors in smaller networks.  Just as Republicans warned and tried to scream about as Democrats without a SINGLE Republican vote passed the bill that no one had even bothered to read in the middle of the night with frankly undemocratic and unconstitutional shenanigans and outright bribery.

And so – contrary to the wicked party of homosexual sodomy, abortion, godless socialism and ObamaCare – we have people flocking to emergency rooms (which Obama swore his ObamaCare would END) in numbers we’ve never seen before.  Because to be a Democrat is to be a DEMOn-possessed beauroCRAT who worships and exalts human government in place of God.  To be a Democrat is to be the very worst kind of LIAR.

But whose fault is it that the health care system has been destroyed?  The party that voted against the destruction of the health care system.

In my analogy, the Democrat came up behind an unsuspecting, unaware victim and viciously whacked him in the head.  The poor victim never saw it coming.  And then he believed the accusations as to who had committed the vicious assault, blaming everyone BUT the one who actually hit him.

That’s exactly what has happened to America.  The Democrat Party has destroyed the American Dream.  But they count on the ignorance of the people they are hurting, they count on their lies and they count on the leftist ideologues who constitute the overwhelming majority of our “journalists.”  And they’ve largely gotten away with it because we live in an age of deception just before the beast comes.

I have a very dear friend who is everything the Democrat Party says it wants to help.  She’s a woman.  She’s a Hispanic.  She’s a single mother of seven children.  She’s poor.

She’s a home care nurse who can’t get a full-time job because anyone who paid her full-time hours would have to provide health care benefits.  She’s working seven hours a day for four days a week.  That keeps her under Obama’s death-for-businesses threshold.  You really can’t blame businesses for trying to survive this wicked president.  And what we’re finding is a death of full-time jobs for the people who most need them because they aren’t making high hourly wages and therefore need to be allowed to work more hours to make more money.  The same thing of course happens when the left forces businesses to pay $15 an hour minimum wage; for those who keep their jobs it’s obviously nice, but for a lot of other people they lose their jobs and many jobs that would have been created never will be thanks to Democrats.  You really have to wonder just who the fascist hell Democrats think they are for telling workers, “You CAN’T work unless you get paid what we say you have to be paid,” and tell employers, “You better think TWICE before you create a job.”  Versus conservatives who say that people ought to be allowed to decide how much they’re willing to pay and how much pay they’re willing to receive for a given job.

Understand, it aint Republicans shutting down little kids’ lemonade stands.

Now, I understand.  Again, the left comes out with the most bogus statistics such as Obama’s “low” unemployment rate – I mean, George Bush AVERAGED over eight years what has been Obama’s best unemployment MONTH, but I guess that’s beside the point – that are based on eliminating out THE most important facts such as our plummeting labor participation rate and any measurement of those who are being underutilized in the labor force.

Under Obama, we have the fewest people as a percentage of our work force actually WORKING with JOBS than we’ve seen in forty damn years (back when men traditionally worked while their wives stayed home and took care of the household and the children).

Let’s take a real look at Obama’s unemployment rate, measured by the fuller and more accurate U-6 measurement.  Let’s compare that rate with George W. Bush’s – who sustained his OWN economic meltdown at the hands of his predecessor as Bill Clinton handed Bush his DotCom Bubble Bust that wiped out $7.1 TRILLION dollars from the U.S. economy and wiped out 78.6% of the Nasdaq stock exchange.  The Bush economy took a HEAVY blow from that, just as he took a massively heavy blow from the 9/11 attack that terrified our economy into paralysis that was also Bill Clinton’s fault as he decimated the CIA and our intelligence capability, gutted the military and emboldened a man named Osama bin Laden into calling the United States a “paper tiger” because Clinton had been a paper tiger PRESIDENCY.  But with two presidencies to compare data, let’s take a look at the following U-6 monthly rates and do the math by adding them up for each president and dividing by the number of months in office.

As of July 2015, we find that George Bush had an 8.35% U-6 rate.  Versus Obama who has a 14.54% U-6 rate.  That’s Great Depression level there, folks.

When you count the fact that our population has grown by nearly 16 million people since Obama took office.  We need JOBS for those people.  And Obama is touting monthly “job creation numbers” that aint even anywhere CLOSE to what we need just to sustain our population.

Add to that the fact that more than 93 MILLION working age Americans are NOT working – who are not even CONSIDERED in Obama’s unemployment stats – and you ought to see a giant, whopping crisis.  That 93 million figure is historic. It has NEVER happened before.

Obama promised a Workers Utopia.  He has been the devil who has delivered HELL for the American worker who needed a damn job.

Obama isn’t finished, either.  He is willing to commit economic suicide by imposing a level of global warming edicts that will GUT America’s ability to compete with other economies.  His policies will leave the world’s climate EVERY bit as dirty; but he’ll kill America in the process.

Democrats are the party of more taxes, more regulations, more laws, more punishment for job creators, more burdens to prevent them from expanding and being able to hire workers.

Obama came promising he would end the income inequality between the rich and the poor.  The funny thing is that because of his morally and economically retarded policies, WE HAVE SEEN THE WORST INCOME INEQUALITY IN HISTORY UNDER OBAMA.  To the tune of a four times greater rate of income inequality than occurred under the hated George W. Bush.

Even the reliably liberal Huffington Post was forced to acknowledge this fact:

Despite President Obama’s view that growing income inequality is hurting the nation, it’s actually gotten worse during his tenure, at least according to one measure.

The difference between America’s median and average wages grew at a rate of 0.28 percent under President Bush, while it’s grown at a rate of 1.14 percent — or about four times that — under Obama, according to The New York Times. The median wage is the midpoint of all workers’ wages, so it only ticks up when everyone is earning more. While a small group of people earning higher pay can push the average wage up.

So, as the difference between the two rises, it means that those at the bottom of the income scale are making fewer gains compared to those at the top.

This data point is one of many that illustrates that in Obama’s America the rich are gaining while the rest of us are struggling to get by. The wealthy took home a greater share of the nation’s income during the years following the recession, under Obama, than between 2002 and 2007, under Bush, according to a 2012 analysis from Emmanuel Saez, a professor at the University of California, Berkeley.

So the poor are getting screwed by this president even as he promises to be the exact opposite of what he actually is.  While demonizing the former president who in actuality is his better in every damn way under the sun.

But what if you’re black?  I mean, surely Obama has been great for black people.  I mean, right?  Things must be going just peachy for black people.

NOT.  The more a group of people – well, other than filthy rich crony-capitalist types who have ALWAYS benefited from leftist socialism and fascism – count on Democrats and Obama, the worse the lot has been for that group of people.  Which is why Obama has destroyed ANY chance of black people getting a damn job to the tune of 12 MILLION black people who are not in the labor force.

And let’s not mention that Democrats continue to support a racist entity started by Hillary Clinton’s personal hero.  Let’s not mention that that entity locates in every black neighborhood in order to literally encourage black people to participate in their own self-genocide.  Let’s not mention that Democrats are responsible for the murder of more than six out of every ten black babies conceived.

Which is why – in spite of the fact that Obama swore he would be the president who would transcend race and lead America into racial harmony – has so plummeted America into racial chaos and unrest and violence that one of the race riot sites is having a race riot to mark the anniversary of their last race riot.

It’s interesting: you’ve got to go back more than one hundred years to find the one race riot that happened while a Republican was president.  It’s DEMOCRATS who are the party of the Confederate States of America and started the Civil War because a Republican was elected president; it’s DEMOCRATS who are the party of the Ku Klux Klan; it’s DEMOCRATS who are the party of re-segregation; it’s DEMOCRATS who are the party of Klanbake; it’s DEMOCRATS who are the real party behind the resurgence of the Confederate flag; it’s DEMOCRATS who are the party of race-baiting and racial unrest.

We look at crime and violence and murders and we look at Democrats and they are responsible for basically ALL of it.  The Democrat Party demonized their own cities’ police officers and imposed policies that have eliminated the police departments’ ability to do their job and protect people.  And the people who are suffering are POOR people and MINORITIES.

Obama’s tactic is to exploit racial tension to enrage minorities to “punish your enemies.”  Just keep stirring up hate and sinking to the lowest common denominator until we collapse.

Democrats run these cities and I mean it’s just a shock that the “we gave them space to destroy” policy would backfire.  It’s amazing that stop and frisk would keep crime down and letting black gang-banging thugs with guns in their pants freely run around KNOWING they’d be safe from searches might be a bad thing.  How could anyone ever think for one second that allowing decent citizens to protect their own homes and property with guns could ever be a deterrent from people who would otherwise prey on disarmed and helpless victims???

As I said, the worst terrorist/guerilla organizations don’t wage their war against the armed soldiers who will fight them; they wage it against the population.  They count on the ignorance and fear of that population to drive a wedge of confidence between the people and the government that’s trying to keep them safe from the terrorist guerillas.  It’s an incredibly cynical and exploitative strategy that has historically worked.  And it’s working for the Democrat Party.

All the worst cities in America have had Democrat leadership for a hundred damn years.  And the misery means nothing to Democrats but a chance to inflict MORE misery and blame the Republicans for it.

As I said, Democrats count on the ignorance and frankly the stupidity of their victims to keep blaming the Republican Party for what? for it’s failure to STOP the Democrat Party from inflicting death and destruction and poverty and despair on them.

 

The Obama Economy: Bovine Fecal Matter On Ice

Well, the good news is that the unemployment rate went down to a seven-year low for Obama to 5.3%  Surely Obama must be doing an awesome job, Democrats say.

Okay.  Obama’s BEST MONTH EVER statistic-wise matches the EIGHT-YEAR AVERAGE for the Bush presidency that Democrats say was terrible. Although, technically, Bush’s average unemployment rate of 5.27% is still BETTER than Obama’s best month EVER.

During the 8 years of the George W. Bush Presidency the lowest annual unemployment rate was 4.61% in 2007, the highest annual unemployment rate was 5.76% in 2008. During Bush’s 8 years as President the average unemployment rate  was 5.27%

Which is another way of saying that “Democrat” and “disgusting, dishonest, pathological hypocrite” may not rhyme, but they sure mean the same thing.

The mainstream media are pathological hypocrites, for sure.  You can take a trip down memory lane and compare how they compared unemployment numbers even when they were BETTER for the Republican presidents.

The bad news is that twice as many people just gave up looking for a job as actually GOT a job this month.

The bad news is that Obama set another record.  And not in any good sense:

Record 93,626,000 Americans Not in Labor Force; Participation Rate Declines to 62.6%

(CNSNews.com) – A record 93,626,000 Americans 16 or older did not participate in the nation’s labor force in June, as the labor force participation rate dropped to 62.6 percent, a 38-year low, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

In June, according to BLS, the nation’s civilian noninstitutional population, consisting of all people 16 or older who were not in the military or an institution, hit 250,663,000. Of those, 157,037,000 participated in the labor force by either holding a job or actively seeking one.

The 157,037,000 who participated in the labor force equaled only 62.6 percent of the 250,663,000 civilian noninstitutional population, the lowest labor force participation rate seen in 38 years. It hasn’t been this low since October 1977 when the participation rate was 62.4 percent.

Another 93,626,000 did not participate in the labor force. These Americans did not have a job and were not actively trying to find one.

Of the 157,037,000 who did participate in the labor force, 148,739,000 had a job, and 8,299,000 did not have a job were actively seeking one—making them the nation’s unemployed.

The 8,299,000 job seekers were 5.3 percent of the 157,037,000 actively participating in the labor force during the month. Thus, the unemployment rate was 5.3 percent which dropped from the 5.5 percent unemployment seen in May.

The number of employed Americans dropped from 148,795,000 in May to 148,739,000 in June, a decline of 56,000. The number of unemployed Americans also dropped over the month from 8,674,000 in May to 8,299,000 in June, a decline of 375,000.

The labor participation rate was 65.7 percent the day Barack Hussein Obama took office.

I like this article because it’s one of the first I’ve seen that actually gives you a notion of the statistical shenanigan that our “unemployment rate” truly is.  Nearly 94 million working-age people are unemployed, but our unemployment rate only considers 8 million of them.  I guess the other 86 million are silver-spoon trust-fund kids lounging around their mansions sipping champagne and dining on the finest caviar.  Either that or you’re an “abject imbecile” – another synonym for “Democrat” to go alongside “disgusting, dishonest, pathological hypocrite.”

As I’ve been trying to point out over and over again, Obama has been to the labor participation rate what stage 5 lung and bronchus cancer is to quality of life.  Obama has been absolutely devastating and toxic to American jobs.  And like the stage 5 lung and bronchus cancer sufferer, the patient that is the American economy is actually getting weaker and weaker measured in terms of the ALL-IMPORTANT measure of how many working-age Americans actually have a damn JOB.  The rate of Americans with a damn JOB – which for the factual record are LOWER PAYING JOBS with FEWER HOURS under Obama – has been sinking and sinking and sinking.  Thanks to the Obama presidency and the stage five cancer that is the Democrat Party, fewer and fewer Americans are working, while more and more of those fewer and fewer are working for less and cannot get decent full-time jobs.

And what is the Democrat strategy?  Well, further disincentivize employers by putting more and more burdens and obstacles on them.  You know, like treating that stage five lung and bronchus cancer patient with concentrated dosages of asbestos and then blaming the fact that the patient keeps getting sicker on Republicans.

I’ve listened to the smartest, smarmiest Democrats trying to explain why the labor participation rate is so shockingly low under Obama.  Here’s one example:

There are a few reasons why the LFPR has declined. First, the country is aging as baby boomers retire. An older country means a lower percent of the population will be in the labor force. This is a structural reason for the LFPR’s recent decline—it was going to happen regardless of the underlying economic conditions. That’s why many economists forecasted that the rate would slowly fall over time.

Here’s the problem, smart, smarmy Democrat: you’re exactly what the Bible foretold when it said, “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools…”  Consider the FACTS that blow the Democrat theory right out of the water akin to the way that the reality of Japanese torpedoes blew up the U.S.S. Arizona in Pearl Harbor when Democrats also didn’t have a freaking clue what the hell was going on:

Last week, though, a study by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis took on the notion that the drop is all about demographics and not a sign that the labor market is sicker than we think. The study looked at the labor force participation rate not just in the U.S. but in eight major developed countries, including Sweden, Japan, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Nearly all of those countries are facing the same demographic trends as the U.S. And Japan is currently dealing with an even more severe case of aging population. And yet, out of the eight nations, the U.S. is the only one where the participation in the labor force is declining.

So much for the Democrat theory that, well, shoot, you can’t blame Obama for the collapse in labor participation.  It was just selfish Republican white people retiring.  Because all the OTHER developed nations have the same demographic issues as America does -with Japan’s aging population FAR WORSE.  And yet somehow we’re doing worse than ANY of them in labor participation.

And for another factoid, it is striking that Democrats are trying to point at an aging demographic to explain our dismal labor participation rate:  BECAUSE THEY HAVE MURDERED SIXTY MILLION INNOCENT BABIES IN THEIR GOD DAMN ABORTION MILLS SINCE 1973 AND WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK THAT WOULD DO TO THE AVERAGE DAMN AGE OF OUR POPULATION???  It’s akin to the classic example of the child who murdered both his parents and then asked for mercy from the court on the grounds that he’s an orphan.  And so we can now document that that proverbial godawful kid is a DEMOCRAT through and through.

If you are a DEMOCRAT – which stands for DEMOn-possessed bureauCRAT – you are a liar without shame, honor, decency, virtue, or integrity of any kind whatsoever.  And one of the reasons you so worship government is that your love of lies most flourishes because the best way to lie of ALL is with STATISTICS.

The article includes a rather striking graph that shows America DEAD LAST among the top developed nations but I keep looking at it:

What I particularly noticed as I stared in horror at this graph of the demise of my country was the fact that Bush was actually bringing the baby up between 2005 and the middle part of 2008.  I checked the Department of Labor chart and the actual numbers back up the graph: the labor participation rate was actually going UP.  Clinton left office just before a TERRIBLE RECESSION PLUS THE DOUBLE-WHAMMY OF THE 9/11 ATTACK struck America as a result of Clinton’s leaving America weak and blind in the face of our enemies.  That recession was called the DotCom Bubble collapse.

Here’s an example of how I’ve pointed out these stubborn things called FACTS in the past:

The Market Capitalization of the Dow Jones Wilshire 5000 Full Cap was $16.7 Trillion as of April 30, 2008. Comparatively, the market cap at the end of Q1 in 2000 was approximately $16 trillion (only slightly smaller). However, between 2000 Q1 and Q1 2003 the index lost a stunning 43% of its valuation. In other words, $7.1 Trillion of wealth was lost. This stunning number includes the completeness of the crash.

Who was still president in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2000 when this disaster began to blow up?  It was the guy who was still president on January 20, 2001 when George Bush assumed – and dare I say “inherited” – the office of the president.

Here’s another number to think about: 78%.  Because “The Nasdaq Composite lost  78% of its value as it fell from 5046.86 to 1114.11” as it collapsed between March 11, 2000 to October 9, 2002.

Obviously, there was a problem. The first shots through this bubble came from  the companies themselves: many reported huge losses and some folded outright  within months of their offering. Siliconaires were moving out of $4 million  estates and back to the room above their parents’ garage. In the year 1999,  there were 457 IPOs, most of which were internet and technology related. Of  those 457 IPOs, 117 doubled in price on the first day of trading. In  2001 the number of IPOs dwindled to 76, and none of them doubled on the first  day of trading.

I want to know why Bush is still responsible for Obama’s entire economic mess four years later when Bill Clinton was never held responsible for so much as one second of Bush’s mess.  I want to understand why Democrats are lying, dishonest, hypocrite slime whose only talent is bankrupting America and then demagoguing Republicans for what they did.

You find out that the Dotcom bubble began to grow huge in 1995 and virtually all of Clinton’s economic “success” that didn’t have to do with the policies of the Republican House and the Republican Senate that swept into power in 1995 as a result of the historic 1994 asskicking as a result of Clinton’s and the Democrat Party’s abject failure had to do with the inflation of that damn bubble.  Clinton fanned the flames of that Dotcom bubble because he knew that it would explode on the next president’s watch and that Democrats were far too personally and pathologically dishonest to ever blame HIM for it.

And yet Bill Clinton saunters before the 2012 Democrat National Convention and gives a speech saying “You can’t blame Obama for this disaster of an economy.  Why, even I couldn’t have fixed it.”  And the liberal media listen to their former messiah absolve their current messiah and ignore the fact that Bill Clinton is a serial liar who was DISBARRED by the Supreme Court for LYING as well as a serial womanizing sexual predator who sexually abused five women and they said, “Well, that settles it.  NO one can blame ‘the One’ now; the former ‘One’ has spoken.”  And the “War on Women” party cheers.

I’ve been pointing this out over and over again recently: if you are a Democrat, you are a LIAR at home with LIES.  You are a BAD PERSON.  You have one middle finger stuck up in the air at the God of the Bible you rabidly despise and the other middle finger shoved up your rectum because you are a DEPRAVED PERVERT.

The above quote is about how Bill Clinton led America straight into the vicious  gut-punch of a giant recession that the pathologically dishonest propaganda mill that is the mainstream media refused to credit him with even though there is no question that the economy was clearly going into recession as Bill Clinton was still in office which then exploded under George Bush.  But we’ve also got to consider the knockout-punch to the head that was the 9/11 attack as a result of Bill Clinton leaving America both weak and blind and with a reputation for withdrawing from conflict.  You know, just as Barack Obama has now done to America.  Obama isn’t just the first president since Kennedy to beg for spacecraft rides because he’s pissed away our space capability; he’s now actually having to beg for ships to deploy our Marines!!!  In a time when our enemies are building up their militaries and becoming stronger, America under Obama is becoming weaker and weaker.  Which is why we’re getting bullied around – by Islamic State, by China, by Russia, by Iran, just to name a few enemies – like we have never been in my entire lifetime.

We are ripe for an attack by emboldened enemies.  And no nation has EVER deserved to be attacked more than this wretched Obamanation.

Another thing I noticed as I look at the above graph is that the liberal explanation that the labor participation rate was highest under Bill Clinton fails to consider a key fact (not including the fact that it was actually much higher under both Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush than it ever was under Bill Clinton): I notice that the labor participation rate PLUNGED under Bill Clinton for the first years of his presidency when he was playing the role of liberal president with a Democrat Congress.  But then in 1994 Clinton had his ass handed to him by the American people who put REPUBLICANS in charge of both the House and the Senate.  And Bill Clinton ultimately uttered the famous words, “The era of big government is OVER.”  And it was under the REPUBLICAN policies OF reducing the giant jackboot of federal government power that the economy managed something of a rebound.  At least until the DotCom bubble and the 9/11 attack both of which Bill Clinton was solely responsible for, which forced George Bush to build it up all over again.

I’ve patiently explained why the economy collapsed under the Bush presidency.  It was the Democrat-constructed housing bubble enacted by the Democrat-created Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (otherwise known as GSEs, which is the acronym for the blatantly leftist fascistic crony capitalist monstrosity of Government Sponsored Enterprises).  I end the second of the above articles I link to with this:

What did Democrats do with the mainstream media’s culpability?  They falsely dropped the crisis at the feet of “greedy” Wall Street.  But while examples of Wall Street greed abound, the liberal intelligentsia deliberately overlooked the central and preceding role of Democrat-dominated Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Here’s how the mess actually happened:

The New York Times acknowledged that Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs) Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac “buy mortgages from lenders and repackage them as securities or hold them in their own portfolios.”

And the Los Angeles Times on May 31, 1999 describes how this process turned into a bubble, as more begat more, and then more and more begat more and more and more:

Lenders also have opened the door wider to minorities because of new initiatives at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac–the giant federally chartered corporations that play critical, if obscure, roles in the home finance system. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac buy mortgages from lenders and bundle them into securities; that provides lenders the funds to lend more. . . .

In a nutshell, Fannie and Freddie, in their role as Government Sponsored Enterprises, bought tens of millions of mortgages, and then repackaged them into huge mortgage-backed securities that giant private entities such as Bear Stearns, AIG and Lehman Brothers purchased.  What made these securities particularly attractive to the private banking entities was that these securities were essentially being sold – and had the backing – of the United States government.  Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, again, are Government Sponsored Enterprises.

Here’s the process:

The Role of the GSEs is to provide liquidity and stability to the U.S. housing and mortgage markets. Step 1 Banks lend money to Households to purchase and refinance home mortgages Step 2 The GSEs purchase these mortgage from the banks Step 3 GSEs bundle the mortgages into mortgage-backed securities Step 4 GSEs sell mortgage-backed and debt securities to domestic and international capital investors Step 5 Investors pay GSEs for purchase of debt and securities Step 6 GSEs return funds to banks to lend out again for the issuance of new mortgage loans.

Now, any intelligent observer should note a primary conflict that amounts to a fundamental hypocritical contradiction: the GSE’s role was to “provide stability,” and yet at the same time they were taking on “significantly more risk” in the final year of the Clinton presidency.  What’s wrong with this picture?

The GSEs Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were designed to bundle up the mortgages into mortgage backed securities and then sell them to the private market.

Fannie Mae is exempt from SEC [Securities and Exchange Commission] regulation. Which screams why Bush wanted to regulate them.  This allowed Fannie Mae to bundle up mortgages, which were then rated AAA with no requirement to make clear what is in the bundle.  Which screams why Bush wanted to regulate them.

This is what allowed the toxic instruments that have been sold across the world to proliferate.  And then to explode.  It also created a situation where money institutions did not know and could not find out whether potential inter-bank business partners were holding these “boiled babies on their books, complete with a golden stamp on the wrapping,” rather than safe instruments.  This then inclined banks to a natural caution, to be wary of lending good money to other banks against these ‘assets’.  And thus banks refused to lend to one another.

And it was Democrats, not Bush, and not Republicans, who were all over this disaster that destroyed our economy in 2008.

We were led by a pathologically dishonest media to believe that Republicans had created this mess, when it fact it had been Democrats.  And so we gave the very fools who destroyed our economy total power.

Anybody who wants to see “right wing Republican policies” in that 2008 collapse is what I call an idiot.  Democrats under Jimmy Carter enacted the Community Reinvestment Act – which insanely and immorally forced banks to make loans to poor minorities who couldn’t afford to actually pay for them – that was expanded under Bill Clinton at the tail end of his presidency; and Democrats then used the expanded GSEs to pound the crack in the economic wall that the CRA fiasco created wide open.  George W. Bush tried SEVENTEEN TIMES to install sane regulations to control Fannie and Freddie, but Democrats rabidly refused to allow ANY controls for their out-of-control GSEs.  These are just FACTS.  Bush’s failure was that he shrugged his shoulders while Democrats planted a giant bomb in our economic engine; George Bush’s failure was that he failed to hunt every single Democrat down with dogs and burn them alive.

The fact of the matter is that when Clinton governed left, the economy floundered and was failing.  The American people went right, elected a rightwing Congress, and Clinton went with them for the greater part. Things that Bill Clinton gives himself sole credit for were actually platforms from the Republican Contract with America.  Now we’ve got this demonstrably false myth that Clinton was a liberal who governed as a liberal and that is why the economy flourished.

I’ve got to end somewhere, although I can literally go on all day.  Because the actual facts prove that Democrats are basically the cause of everything that is evil or ruinous in America.  So let me just end with something that George Will said a few weeks ago (when the labor participation rate merely matched the horror of 1978 rather than beat it for being even WORSE as it just did):

CHRIS WALLACE, FOX NEWS SUNDAY: We could continue this conversation and I’m sure we will, but let’s turn to the economy and some really disappointing numbers on the economy this week. Here they are. Only 126,000 jobs were added in March. That’s the weakest hiring in 15 months. Labor force participation dropped to 62.7 percent, matching the lowest since 1978. And the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta estimates first quarter growth at zero, zero percent, flat. George, what’s going on here?

GEORGE WILL, SYNDICATED COLUMNIST: Well, for the second year in a row they’ve blamed poor quarterly growth on insufficient global warming, that is on winter, on an unusually cold winter. Let your mind go back to November last year. There was job creation of 321,000 jobs and the administration said this is a miraculous achievement and a harbinger of things to come. It wasn’t a harbinger and it wasn’t miraculous. During the Reagan recovery there were 23 months of job creation over 300,000. Reagan had a month of job creation of 1 million and this was at a time when there were 75 million fewer Americans. Now, never mind zero growth. We are now being told really that two percent growth may be the new normal. If so, that’s a disaster because every day, today, yesterday, tomorrow, every day between now and 2030, 10,000 more baby boomers become eligible for Social Security and Medicare. If we have two percent growth, the crisis of the welfare state, the crisis of the private sector being able to throw off the revenues, to pay the bills for the promises we’ve made to ourselves becomes impossible.

WALLACE: Just tell again that the labor force participation stat that you have, if it were what it was at the beginning of the Obama administration.

WILL: If the workforce participation rate today were as high as it was on the day Barack Obama was inaugurated, the unemployment rate in this country would be 9.7 percent, we wouldn’t be complaining about the bad recovery because we wouldn’t call it a recovery.

The Full Horror Revealed: We Now Know How America Will Collapse COMPLETELY From Within Due To Obama’s Undermining Of Economy, Security

I’m seeing more and more articles popping up from traditionally leftist sources acknowledging the epic, total fail that is, was and has been ObamaCare.  Yesterday, the reliably liberal USA Today front page had an article which I found in the print version titled, “Ky hospitals suffocating under ObamaCare: Facilities facing layoffs – and even shutdowns.”  That article is a living, breathing demonstration that everything the Republican governors who refused ObamaCare and successfully sued to not be forced to implement loudly predicted would happen as the federal government reimbursement rates would ultimately fail to keep up with the exorbitantly expensive costs of implementing ObamaCare.  As merely one example, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal said back in 2013:

We will not allow President Obama to bully Louisiana into accepting an expansion of Obamacare.

“We have rejected Obamacare’s Medicaid expansion in Louisiana because it would cost Louisiana taxpayers up to $1.7 billion over the next ten years and move nearly 250,000 Louisianians from private coverage to Medicaid.

“The disastrous rollout of Obamacare is a case in point that we don’t need top-down, one-size-fits-all federal mandates, and instead should continue to focus on health care solutions that make sense for Louisiana.

“Obamacare needs to be repealed. The dysfunction of the website and the President’s broken promises on being able to keep your health plan are just the tip of the iceberg in regards to the problems with this law.”

A grossly biased CNN Money article still managed to at least say this much about why Republican governors “stood their ideological ground”:

A number of governors, particularly in red states, have stood their ideological ground and chosen not to expand, citing concerns about the additional financial burden. The federal government will pay for 100% of the expansion for the first three years, then gradually reduce its subsidy to 90% by 2020.

Some governors have said that expansion would involve additional costs that they couldn’t afford and enlarge a program that they consider broken. In many states, however, various analyses show that states would stand to gain millions of dollars by expanding the program, at least initially.

The article I cite above detailing the collapse of the health delivery system in Kentucky begins:

LEXINGTON, Ky. — While Kentucky has gained national prominence as the only Southern state to fully embrace Obamacare, its hospitals say the law has left them facing billions of dollars in cuts and forced them to lay off staff, shut down services and worry for their financial health and, in some cases, survival.

The Kentucky Hospital Association outlined its concerns in a report released Friday called “Code Blue,” saying payment cuts to hospitals are expected to reach nearly $7 billion through 2024. “Kentucky hospitals will lose more money under the Affordable Care Act than they gain in revenue from expanded coverage,” it said, experiencing a net loss of $1 billion by 2020.

“This report provides the real picture of what our hospitals are facing,” KHA President Mike Rust said during a press conference at the Lexington Convention Center, where the group was holding its annual convention. The Medicaid expansion has given many residents health coverage that has brought new money into hospitals, but “the rest of the story is the cuts.”

Hospitals are suffering a net loss, officials said, partly because about three-quarters of newly-insured Kentuckians signed up for Medicaid, which reimburses hospitals less than it costs to treat patients. Nationally, the Congressional Budget Office projected half of newly-insured patients would have private insurance. But Kentucky is a poor state, so most people who signed up for Obamacare — officially the Affordable Care Act — have qualified for expanded Medicaid, which covers those earning less than 138 percent of the federal poverty level, or about $33,000 for a family of four.

You just watch how the biased USA Today that wrote off Kentucky’s dilemma as being the result of being “a poor state” fails to understand how EVERY state will ultimately be a “poor state” under ObamaCare.  As an example based on something called a “fact,” consider California.  An article from Covered California – ObamaCare in California – touted that “495,073 people selected health plans during the open-enrollment period ending Feb. 22, 2015.”  It points out the fact that “Nearly nine out of every 10 new enrollees qualified for some level of financial help for 2015,” which means that SOMEBODY ELSE is going to be forced to pay for them.  But here’s the real point: versus those 495,073 people who signed up for ObamaCare by the deadline, “Meanwhile, more than 779,000 consumers enrolled in Medi-Cal from Nov. 15 through Jan. 31. Medi-Cal enrollment continues year-round.”

That means that as of March 5, Medicare accounted for 61% of the total ObamaCare coverage.  And as the article points out, that enrollment continues and therefore continues to expand and grow – all year.  Which means by the end of the year you can damn well bloody BET that the total of Medicare enrollees will be 3/4s of all ObamaCare enrollees.  And nobody is calling California “a poor state.”  Which is another way of saying that the CBO was dreadfully wrong in its horribly flawed analysis.  ObamaCare is a depth charge that will sink and explode right in the bowels of our health care system and ultimately collapse it.

It’s kind of like that line from the movie Unforgiven where a hit man says of his victims, “Yeah, well, I guess they had it coming.”  And Will Munny points out the far grimmer truth – “We all got it coming, kid.”  Under ObamaCare, we’re ALL “poor states” now.  And we’ve ALL got it coming to us.

More than 214,000 doctors will not participate in new plans under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA).

According to a survey conducted this year by the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), a trade association comprised of multi-physician medical practices, “as many as 214,524 American physicians will not be participating in any ACA exchange products.” Reasons abound as to why, but, “chief among them is the fact that exchange plans are more likely to offer significantly lower reimbursement rates than private market plans, confusion among consumers about the obligations associated with high deductibles, and fear that patients will stop paying premiums and providers will be unable to recover their losses”

This is a staggering number, considering the Kaiser Family Foundation reported there are 893,851 active physicians working in the United States.

It’s actually WORSE than doctors merely withdrawing from networks and refusing to provide treatment that would bankrupt them to provide as they lose money with every patient until they are out of business.  Doctors are getting out of medicine altogether as the Washington Times documented as early as 2013:

‘Obamacare’ health care reform ALREADY forcing doctors to close practices

We are facing a shortage of 45,000 primary care physicians, which is the choke point to all of the rest of health care.  Just for starters.  And just as conservatives like me were predicting all along as this wicked, demon-possessed monstrosity became law.

Someone has yet to explain to me how getting everybody a piece of paper that says they have “health insurance” but which means forcing hospitals to close and doctors to leave their health practices helps people get actual healthcare.  Doctors are not accepting these patients with their “ObamaCare.”  And as a result they are swamping the emergency rooms at a greater rate than ever before as the Washington Times documented –

Doctors say emergency room visits have increased since the advent of Obamacare, undercutting one of the key selling points of President Obama’s health care law, which was supposed to ensure a healthier population by pushing consumers to rely on their primary physicians rather than emergency trips to the hospital.

Three out of four ER doctors said they have seen a rise in the number of patients since January 2014, when Obamacare fully kicked in, according to a survey conducted by the American College of Emergency Physicians. More than a quarter of the doctors said they have seen a major surge, and 47 percent said the rise has been slight.

The doctors said they fear a spike in visits could overwhelm their resources: Seven out of 10 said their departments aren’t prepared for a significant increase in patient volume.

The biggest cause is a lack of primary care doctors to treat the increased number of patients with health care coverage, so the patients are turning to the emergency room instead — exactly what wasn’t supposed to happen.

– breaking Obama’s promises.  In just ONE dishonest speech for his dishonest ObamaCare takeover of our once-great health care system, Obama said:

And these stories were personal for me, because I remember my mother worrying about how she was going to deal with her finances when she got very sick.  I remember the fear Michelle and I felt when Sasha was a few months old and she got meningitis.  And we raced to the hospital and they had to give her a spinal tap.  And we didn’t know what was wrong and we were terrified, never felt so scared or helpless in all of my life.  But we were fortunate enough to have good health insurance.

And I remember looking around that emergency room and thinking — what about the parents who aren’t that lucky?  What about the parents who get hit with a bill of $20,000 or $30,000 and they’ve got no idea how to pay for it?  What about those parents whose kids have a chronic illness like asthma and have to keep on going back to the emergency room because they don’t have a regular doctor, and the bills never stop coming?  Who is going to stand up for them?

And in that same speech he again said:

All told, since I signed the Affordable Care Act into law, we have seen the slowest growth in health care costs on record.  (Applause.)

Right?  Now, the reason we do that is, when uninsured people who can afford to get health insurance don’t, and then they get sick or they get hit by a car, and they show up at the emergency room, who do you think pays for that?

AUDIENCE:  We do.

THE PRESIDENT:  You do, in the form of higher premiums.  Because the hospitals, they’ve got to get their money back somehow.  So if they’re treating somebody who doesn’t have health insurance, they jack up premiums for everybody who does have health insurance.  It’s like a hidden tax of $1,000 per family every year who has got health insurance.  So we’re saying that’s not fair.  If you can afford to get health insurance, don’t dump the costs on us.  The law also requires employers with more than 50 employees to either provide health insurance for your workers or pay a penalty.

So let me ask you Obama’s question with this twist: when ObamaCare forces millions of patients into the emergency rooms he falsely sold his ObamaCare as preventing from happening, WHO PAYS FOR IT???  Emergency room care is THE most cost-inefficient system there IS because it is designed to be for EMERGENCIES.  And when you have a surgeon who is trained to deal with traumatic amputations dealing with a kid’s runny nose, you are bankrupting the system.  You are forcing hospitals to close down or get rid of needed staff to stay in business.

And the ONLY people who have fought to keep people from having no other freaking option for health care but to go to the ermgency rooms that massively add to the cost burden of providing health care were REPUBLICANS who pointed out Obama’s lies.

Obamacare Forcing Rural Hospitals to Close

The Affordable Care act is having a devastating impact on already strapped rural hospitals, playing a role in many of them shutting their doors, The Washington Post reports.

Forty-eight rural hospitals have closed since 2010 and 283 are in danger, the Post quotes the National Rural Health Association as saying. Most of the shuttered hospitals are in the South.

Other factors are contributing to the problem, but Obamacare is cited as the main reason. The law reduced Medicare payments and how much hospitals are paid for uninsured patients.

The law assumed states would increase Medicaid to cover the gap, but many states did not.

Another factor caused by Obamacare: insurance plans with deductibles so high that people opt to skip some care they previously received. Fewer visits mean less revenue.

As goes ObamaCare, so goes the nation.  That is because health care is one-sixth of the U.S. economy.  And we are so economically weakened that you can’t collapse that one-sixth and not have the other five-sixths go into the toilet bowl with it.

Obama lied.  He sold you the lie that having some piece of paper that said you have health insurance means you have health care even though his vile system has forced doctors out of the networks, forced them to leave medicine altogether, forced hospitals to close down, forced hospitals to fire key medical staff to stay open.  He lied like a demon over and over and over again to sell you what he wanted to impose on you and damn the consequences of his lies.  But we live in the last days before the coming of the beast, and these days are marked by deception and an outright hatred of and contempt for the truth.  And so being right is actually a grave political liability these days.

Our economy is a sham.  Our undemployment rate is an outright lie.  Our unemployment rate is going down ONLY because of the dishonest way with which it is measured.  It does NOT count people who are not working; it ONLY counts people who are actively seeking jobs and using state and federal agencies and benefits.  Which is why we have the following state of affairs:

CHRIS WALLACE, FOX NEWS SUNDAY: We could continue this conversation and I’m sure we will, but let’s turn to the economy and some really disappointing numbers on the economy this week. Here they are. Only 126,000 jobs were added in March. That’s the weakest hiring in 15 months. Labor force participation dropped to 62.7 percent, matching the lowest since 1978. And the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta estimates first quarter growth at zero, zero percent, flat. George, what’s going on here?

GEORGE WILL, SYNDICATED COLUMNIST: Well, for the second year in a row they’ve blamed poor quarterly growth on insufficient global warming, that is on winter, on an unusually cold winter. Let your mind go back to November last year. There was job creation of 321,000 jobs and the administration said this is a miraculous achievement and a harbinger of things to come. It wasn’t a harbinger and it wasn’t miraculous. During the Reagan recovery there were 23 months of job creation over 300,000. Reagan had a month of job creation of 1 million and this was at a time when there were 75 million fewer Americans. Now, never mind zero growth. We are now being told really that two percent growth may be the new normal. If so, that’s a disaster because every day, today, yesterday, tomorrow, every day between now and 2030, 10,000 more baby boomers become eligible for Social Security and Medicare. If we have two percent growth, the crisis of the welfare state, the crisis of the private sector being able to throw off the revenues, to pay the bills for the promises we’ve made to ourselves becomes impossible.

WALLACE: Just tell again that the labor force participation stat that you have, if it were what it was at the beginning of the Obama administration.

WILL: If the workforce participation rate today were as high as it was on the day Barack Obama was inaugurated, the unemployment rate in this country would be 9.7 percent, we wouldn’t be complaining about the bad recovery because we wouldn’t call it a recovery

The labor participation rate measures the percentage of working-age Americans with jobs.  And I have documented year after year the rapist Obama has been to actual JOB CREATION.

But again, those are simply facts.  And facts are the most useless things in modern America.  Because we have become a bad, toxic, wicked people who prefer lies to the truth and who will not accept the truth.

We don’t have anywhere NEAR enough Americans working to support the massive and increasing-in-size tsunami of people who don’t have jobs and frankly don’t particularly care that much that they don’t have jobs because they’re parasites who demand and who have been trained by Democrats to demand that OTHER people support them even as they have been trained to blame and hate the very people who are supporting them.

Our economy is a shell game.  We face debts that can’t even be compared to a mountain anymore, they are so massive and so high and steep and so staggering and so dangerous.

We hear our debt is $18 trillion now.  Notwithstanding that Barack Obama was a truly demon-possessed hypocrite and slandering liar when he viciously attacked George Bush when it was nine trillion –

“The problem is, is that the way Bush has done it over the last eight years is to take out a credit card from the Bank of China in the name of our children, driving up our national debt from $5 trillion for the first 42 presidents – #43 added $4 trillion by his lonesome, so that we now have over $9 trillion of debt that we are going to have to pay back — $30,000 for every man, woman and child. That’s irresponsible. It’s unpatriotic.” — Barack Obama, 3 July 2008

– our actual debt is so far beyond $18 trillion it’s not even FUNNY.  Try this figure for size: $127 trillion (which is just unfunded liabilities and which doesn’t even bother to COUNT the $18 trillion):

The federal unfunded liabilities are catastrophic for future taxpayers and economic growth. At usdebtclock.org, federal unfunded liabilities are estimated at near $127 trillion, which is roughly $1.1 million per taxpayer and nearly double 2012’s total world output.

I submit that the actual figure is higher than that, northward of $222 trillion.  We are a broken nation with a broken financial system covering up its nakedness with flimsy paper that will blow away on a cold day when the wind is howling and leave us with nothing but poverty and devastation and rioting such as the world has never seen.

Even now, our interest payments on our massive debt are guaranteed to skyrocket and leave us crippled and unable to pay for anywhere NEAR the commitments we have made.  But it gets worse.

One day, soon, the United States’ status as the U.S. dollar being the Reserve Currency of planet earth will be terminated.  And we will be devastated overnight.  We can recklessly, wickedly borrow more and more and more money to finance the Democrat Party’s and Barack Obama’s socialism for only so long.  We can’t pay for it.  It’s insane that we keep doing it.  One day we will go to bed with all the talking heads saying everything will be okay and we will wake up to complete ruin.  As we speak, all the top economic nations below us – and above us, given the fact that China has under Obama topped the United States as the #1 economy – are agitating to topple that status won as a result of World War II being yanked away.  One day, soon, it WILL be.

We are a morally collapsed nation that will soon economically collapse and we will then see the true wickedness and greed and bitterness and hate come out that I see already present in this nation that was once based on “In God We Trust” as “one nation, under God” but now exists to glorify and worship homosexual sodomy and the murder by abortion of more than sixty million of our own most innocent Americans in the Holocaust-dwarfing abortion mills of the Democrat Party.

56,125,262 human beings on all sides of the war, both civilian and military, perished in the bloodiest war in the history of the human race, World War II.  And under Obama and 100 percent because of the Democrat Party Holocaust machine America has murdered more of its own most innocent human beings than that godawful, vicious, vile war could.  And God is going to hold us to account for it.  You read Psalm 139 and you tell me I’m wrong.  Because your only logical option if you want to defend abortion is to stick your middle finger up at God and declare that you WELCOME His wrath on your head and on the heads of your children.  And it’s coming.

You read Romans chapter one and you tell me that the Barack Obama betrayal on marriage and the Democrat Party’s depraved homosexual SODOMY of the marriage that was instituted by GOD isn’t the trigger for God’s wrath against a sick society.  If you bother to READ God’s Word, your only logical option if you want to defend the perversion of homosexuality is to stick your middle finger up at God and declare that you WELCOME His wrath on your head and on the heads of your children.

But that collapse isn’t merely going to be economic.  We’re seeing that now, too.

Barack Obama has utterly failed to keep America safe from the threat of Islamic terrorism, even going to the insane extent of denying such a threat even EXISTS.

Now, as Obama’s spiritual mentor and former pastor for 23 years who infamously screamed “No, no, NO!  NOT God bless America!  God DAMN America!” once put it: “our chickens have come home to roost.”

We are FAR more vulnerable to jihadist terrorism than we have ever been thanks to Obama’s lies, thanks to his “JV Team” analogy that dismissed a clearly metastasizing threat to America, thanks to his “Osama bin Laden in dead and al Qaeda is on the run” lies.

I turn to yet another dismaying recent development: the shocking, catastrophic defeat that the United States is now suffering in Iraq and will almost certainly suffer soon in Afghanistan.  Only a couple of years ago, our nation’s leaders were claiming credit for “decimating” al Qaeda and saying that the terrorists were on the run.  Since 2010 there has been a 58% increase in the number of terror groups – and the number of jihadists have DOUBLED.  Al Qaeda is larger, stronger and controls more territory than at any time in history.  And an organization that is universally recognized as being even WORSE than al Qaeda – the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or ISIS – has now created the caliphate in the heart of the Middle East that Osama bin Laden dreamed of.  Back in 2005, US intelligence captured a letter from the top al Qaeda leadership that put the aims of al Qaeda into four stages: 1) Drive America out of Iraq; 2) create a caliphate; 3) use that as a base to attack the United States and other countries; 4) attack Israel.  And we have watched them succeed beyond all of the worst possible scenarios.  They’re coming right back at us and we’re now far too weary, weak and divided to fight them.

The FBI director’s terrifying warning that yeah, they ARE coming after us in terrifying numbers:

There may be as many as thousands of people inside the United States consuming online “poison” from ISIS alone, and, “I know there are other Elton Simpsons out there,” FBI director James Comey warned today, referring to one of the men who opened fire outside of an event in Texas earlier this week celebrating artists’ portrayals of the Prophet Mohammad.

“We have a very hard task” in trying to identify and stop anyone inspired to launch an attack inside the U.S. homeland, Comey told ABC News’ Pierre Thomas and a small group of reporters.

Such efforts have become particularly challenging because ISIS has reconfigured and redefined terrorist recruitment, according to Comey. In fact, while the FBI is trying to find that so-called needle in a haystack, “increasingly the needles are invisible to us,” he said.

As recently as two years ago, someone in the United States who wanted to consume “radical poisonous propaganda” would have to seek that out on the Internet, most likely on a jihadist web forum. So the FBI focused its investigative efforts on those jihadist web forums, Comey said.

But “that has changed dramatically, especially with [ISIS] and their use of social media,” where on phones in people’s pockets they ask Americans and other foreigners “to travel to the so-called caliphate to fight” but simultaneously say, “If you can’t travel, kill where you are,” according to Comey.

“It’s almost as if there is a devil sitting on the shoulder saying, ‘Kill, kill, kill, kill’ all day long,” he said. “[They are] recruiting and tasking at the same time. … In a way, the old paradigm between ‘inspired’ and ‘directed’ breaks down here.”

And with that distinction “no longer relevant,” is it all the more challenging for the FBI to determine whether someone seeking jihadist propaganda online or even promoting themselves is “a talker or a doer,” as Comey described it.

And their talk is “fundamentally transforming” into ACTION to kill Americans wherever they are.

The sober and despicable fact that our intelligent resources are no so inadequate that a jihadist preparing to launch a violent attack against America can now openly and brazenly boast online about his mission for Allah without our now inadequate system even KNOWING about it:

The official, who would speak about the continuing investigation only on condition of anonymity, said that although Mr. Simpson had long been under F.B.I. scrutiny, he had not appeared to be preparing for violence. “There are so many like him that you have to prioritize your investigations,” the official said.

The Secretary of Homeland Security’s sober warning:

Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said America is dealing with a “new environment” in which a lone-wolf terrorist could “strike at any moment.”

Johnson said, “We’re very definitely in a new environment, because of ISIS’s effective use of social media, the Internet, which has the ability to reach into the homeland and possibly inspire others.”

“Because of the use of the Internet, we could have little or no notice in advance of an independent actor attempting to strike.”

He added, “We’re very definitely in a new phase in the global terrorist threat where the so-called lone wolf could strike at any moment. Which is why the FBI, in my judgment, has done an excellent job of getting to those who are attempting to travel to Syria, who commit overt facts in furtherance of material support to terrorism. It is a new environment, but we are not discouraging  Americans from doing the things that they do on a daily basis in our society.”

This is a pretense and a lie.  We’ve had the Internet for quite a long time now, ever since another Democrat liar named Al Gore claimed he’d invented the damn thing about 20 years ago.  This isn’t because of the internet any more than our godawful economy is the result of “inadequate global warming” a.k.a. winter; this is the result of an epic fail of a president who has placed FAR more resources into climate change than he has on the actual war while he literally claimed he’d WON the war that he claimed didn’t even exist in the first place.

The Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security points out that under Obama terrorism has grown viral:

Top U.S. officials and lawmakers on Sunday intensified concerns about the growing threat of jihad-inspired terror attacks against the United States, after last week’s attempt in Texas and the dire FBI warning that followed.

“I think there’s been an uptick in the stream of threats out there,” Texas GOP Rep. Mike McCaul, chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, told “Fox News Sunday.” “We’re seeing these directives on almost a daily basis. It’s very concerning. Terrorism has gone viral.”

Mind you, we’re not even prepared to handle actual viruses anymore as this administration continues to fail its most basic duty to its people.

Do you know what I’ve noticed?  I’ve watched snippets of the Islamic State’s recruiting videos as they’ve been presented on the news.  And I’ve noticed a striking similarity to the violent video games that dominate our culture.  The graininess, the colors, watching these Islamic State videos is like playing a video game.  They’re beaming it into the heads of American kids who otherwise stand for nothing: you can actually LIVE your video game fantasies!  Just picture yourself standing on a tank firing the machine gun, oh yes, guns a’blazing in a hail of glory.  And they don’t give a flying damn if you kill for Allah or to live out your sick, twisted and violent video game fantasies.  They just want blood.

I’ve written about that: liberalism and secular humanism has produced a toxic, nihilistic generation that is characterized by cynicism, pessimism and a profound dislike of reality.  I wrote a nice two-part article that after you read you won’t be one bit surprised at the above popularity of American jihadism.

I’ve pointed out in past articles that our “strategy” for Islam is based on a lie that itself is based on a terrifying reality that if you follow the Qur’an and the actual teachings and life of Muhammad, YOU WILL BE A MURDEROUS TERRORIST just like Muhammad was.  I’ve also pointed out that there’s another terrifying reason why Democrats have been so determined to shelter these violent jihadists: that Democrats and Muslim terrorists alike ultimately want the same thing: a Government-as-God that has all power to decide/dictate who wins and who loses, who pays and who gets the wealth redistributed to them, who lives and who dies, who is good and who is evil.  And Democrats are actually the kind of colossal moral idiots who foolishly believe they can reason with these people, just as Obama is trying to foolishly and wickedly do with Iran over its nuclear program.

And all Obama has been able to do is blame Christianity.  After all, didn’t Christians do something like a thousand years ago?  So why mention what Muslims did last night?  Obama is a true moral coward who is only capable of pumping out moral equivocation to actually JUSTIFY jihadism for the wrongs we did to them notwithstanding the whole thousand-years-ago thing.

I have pointed out that the secular humanism of Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrat Party ultimately stand for NOTHING.  They have no transcendent moral values and no transcendent beliefs worth fighting and dying for.  They will negotiate and compromise and surrender because that’s all they have and all they ever WILL have.

And we’re seeing right now that the only people liberals WILL fight are their fellow Americans as they strive to incite every possible issue into a new reason to riot, to undermine America, to tear this nation apart on the basis of race, of gender, of sexual preference, of income class, of you name it, in their search for a political coalition that they can exploit toward more political power.

We’re going to collapse because God isn’t God if we DON’T collapse.  We’re going to collapse because our vote for Obama, our vote for homosexual marriage, our vote for the murder of sixty million innocent babies, was a VOTE to collapse.  We’re going to collapse because America isn’t IN Bible prophecy and either won’t exist or won’t be relevant in any way, shape or form in the last days.  Because unlike any other nation, we once uniquely made a covenant with God and we broke that covenant and God is going to hold us to account for our betrayal.  We’re going to collapse because the beast is coming.

But mark my words: we are GOING to collapse.  And it will be entirely from within because it was from within and the depravity within our own hearts that we destroyed ourselves.

 

This Labor Day, Demand Leftists Professors And Universities Have Their Salaries And Tuition Redistributed To Poor Working Students

I am so sick of the left.

On a daily basis, you have the left screaming for a higher and higher minimum wage, beyond what most businesses can afford to pay entry-level and unskilled workers.

The unions want it because they will then demand a wage hike for THEIR workers; after all, if that unskilled slob is now earning twice what he used to, surely that union worker ought to earn twice as much, too, right???

It doesn’t matter how much it hurts the little people who both struggle to run small businesses and struggle to find jobs as they are literally priced out of the market as it simply doesn’t pay to hire them anymore.

So I’m watching the television and there’s this leftist professor demanding higher minimum wages.

Let it come out of HER wages.  Because as a liberal professor, she represents THE most depraved money-hungry predator of ALL:

Between 2002 and 2012, prices for new textbooks rose 82%, while tuition and fees increased about 89% during that period, and overall consumer prices grew 28%, according to a 2013 report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office.

That according to the Los Angeles Times dated TODAY.

Tuition is skyrocketing.  The cost of college textbooks is skyrocketing.  And who runs that vile system lock, stock and barrel?  Cockroach liberals who say “other people ought to be forced to pay more.”

THEY ought to be forced to pay more.

I propose college tuition and books be reduced at the expense of college/university faculty and staff.

I further propose that any “living wage” increase ought to come right out of the wages of union workers who want to force other people to get gouged to pay for.

Let’s call it the “If you want it, YOU effing pay for it!” law.

Minimum wage increases invariably result in fewer employers offering the entry-level jobs that people need to begin working their way up the ladder to self-sufficiency.

Democrats WANT and in fact NEED people to be dependent on government.  That’s why they deliberately sabotage the jobs that people need to be able to succeed without them and their garbage socialism.

Democrats want the redistribution of wealth.  I’m fine with that; redistribute THEIR wealth and see how long they think it’s a good idea.

Try to understand the degree of control.

Except for the period from 1995 to 1996, the Assembly has been in Democratic hands since the 1970 election (even while the governor’s office has gone back and forth between Republicans and Democrats). The Senate has been in Democratic hands continuously since 1970.

Right now Democrats in California have a supermajority.  They can do any damn thing they want.  And they’ve DONE so.

Loss of mid-wage jobs hampers state’s growth

On the surface, California’s job market is booming.

The state has now recovered all the jobs lost during the recession, and done so at a faster pace than all but five states.

The growth, though, belies a troubling imbalance. The fastest job creation has come in low-wage sectors, in which pay has declined. At the high end of the salary scale, a different dynamic has taken hold: rising pay and improving employment after rounds of consolidation.

Most distressing, middle-wage workers are losing out on both counts.

“People talk about it like an hourglass,” said Tracey Grose, vice president of the Bay Area Council Economic Institute. “There are fewer opportunities for people in the middle.”

Economists generally consider mid-wage jobs to pay between $15 and $30 an hour in California — encompassing a third of workers in the state. Those at the top end of that range, which amounts to about $60,000 a year, earn more than 72% of Californians.

Middle-wage stagnation can damage consumer spending, dent career mobility, stall home buying and exacerbate a poverty rate that’s already the highest in the country, economists warn. Those concerns are amplified in a state notorious for a high cost of living.

As more mid-tier jobs disappear, economists fear middle-class workers will be increasingly sucked into the ranks of the working poor. And they could crowd out those already working low-wage jobs, or drive their salaries down further.

This isn’t just about Obama, although he’s made national Democrat failure what California Democrats made state government failure.

Don’t believe the lies that dishonest propagandists tell you about Democrats caring about the poor.  Democrats don’t give one flying DAMN about the poor.

Democrats are FINE with giving giant subsidies to the rich as long as the rich are liberal rich like the liberals who dominate Hollywood.

California wants 1.5 million zero-emission vehicles on the road by 2025 — more than 15 times the number now..

So the state pays buyers $2,500 per car, on top of a $7,500 federal tax credit, to help speed development and promote widespread adoption.

The effort has had mixed results. Sales of electric cars are up but remain well off the pace needed to meet state goals. And the generous subsidies are going largely to some of the state’s wealthiest residents.

Nearly four-fifths of the state rebates went to households earning $100,000 or more, according to a state survey of buyers. Nearly half of those getting rebates for Tesla’s premium electric sedan earned at least $300,000.

Now, the above article points out that there are Democrats who want to end the subsidy program for rich people, claiming that a few thousand dollars won’t affect people who earn $300,000 a year.  Let me just point out that Democrats are pathologically stupid people who keep repeating the same damn mistakes over and over and over again.

Let’s go back to something called “reality” that Democrats have thoroughly immunized themselves from and revisit this idiot mindset:

Good Riddance to the Luxury Tax

Most Americans celebrated as the ball fell in Times Square New Year’s Eve. But for auto dealers this new year is especially sweet. January 1 marked the expiration of the federal luxury tax on cars, the last vestige of the destructive luxury tax package in the infamous 1990 budget deal.

Starting in 1991, Washington levied a 10% luxury tax on cars valued above $30,000, boats above $100,000, jewelry and furs above $10,000 and private planes above $250,000. Democrats like Ted Kennedy and then-Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell crowed publicly about how the rich would finally be paying their fair share and privately about convincing President George H.W. Bush to renounce his “no new taxes” pledge.

But it wasn’t long before even these die-hard class warriors noticed they’d badly missed their mark. The taxes took in $97 million less in their first year than had been projected — for the simple reason that people were buying a lot fewer of these goods. Boat building, a key industry in Messrs. Mitchell and Kennedy’s home states of Maine and Massachusetts, was particularly hard hit. Yacht retailers reported a 77% drop in sales that year, while boat builders estimated layoffs at 25,000. With bipartisan support, all but the car tax was repealed in 1993, and in 1996 Congress voted to phase that out too. January 1 was disappearance day.

The end of any federal tax is such a rarity that it’s well worth celebrating. And the luxury tax lesson of economic damage is worth keeping in mind as politicians begin to wail that President Bush’s new tax proposals aren’t punitive enough on the rich.

Democrats GUTTED whole industries with their wicked hate-the-rich mindset and their foolish “the rich won’t notice” naiveté.  Because the rich support the economy with their purchases of the items that liberals love to drive as much as they love to hate other people being allowed to drive.  The rich stopped buying luxury items and a huge swath of our economy just withered on the vine.

The luxury tax was HORRIBLE and it HURT thousands and thousands of WORKING PEOPLE.  All because Democrats are at their core haters who constantly try to do to successful people what Hitler did to the Jews and blame them for all the woes of the world.

The Bible talks about fools’ inability to ever learn.   It talks about the Democrat platform of homosexual sodomy and says that those who advance it profess themselves to be wise but become fools.  It talks about your classic liberal elite who is “always learning but never coming to the knowledge of the truth.”  And the Democrat Party epitomizes the way of the fool.

And so Democrats – by which I mean fools – keep returning again and again and again to the same damn failed policies that failed so desperately in the past.  Like the dog that goes back to is vomit, Proverbs says.

Now, please don’t misunderstand my point with the subsidies for the “green” cars.  I’m not saying give the damn rich people their damn subsidies; I’m saying that liberal Democrats are doing nothing more than subsidizing their pet industry in a blatantly crony capitalist fascist manner.  And that Democrats are as “pro-big-business tax dodges” as ANY Republican who ever lived.  They just want to benefit THEIR people at the expense of everybody else and they want to be able to punish the OTHER people who vote Republican.  And of course I’m saying that it’s wrong to subsidize a boondoggle – which “green” energy very clearly is – and that it’s wrong to think that if you end the subsidies for the rich the rich will keep buying what they were buying BECAUSE THEY WERE GETTING DAMN SUBSIDIES.

Look, I’m not rich, God only knows.  But I actually know quite a few very wealthy people.  And I can assure you they got wealthy in the first place by counting their pennies and grabbing things when they were cheap enough to be a VALUE.  And so in this case if you take away the subsidies for these stupid cars that shouldn’t BE subsidized, any fool ought to know the rich will look for something else to buy and the program will come crashing down.

But Democrats are a special KIND of fool.  I would rather teach a cockroach geometr than try to teach a liberal ANYTHING.

Democrats demonize Republicans as only caring about the rich and giving tax breaks to filthy-rich, greedy corporations.  WHAT THEY DON’T TELL YOU IS THAT THEY DO IT DAMN MORE THAN ANYBODY THEMSELVES.

I mean, just LOOK at what Obama has done:

The Solyndra President.  Well, make that the Solyndra-EverGreen–SpectraWatt–First Solar–Solar Trust–Abound Solar–BrightSource–LSP Energy–Ener1–SunPower–Beacon Power–ECOtality–A123–Uni Solar–Azure Dynamics President.  Not to mention all the other now-bankrupt green energy crony-capitalist businesses that have stolen more than $2 billion dollars of the American people’s money.

And few Americans have any idea whatsoever how transparently corrupt Barack Obama is.

Eighty percent of all green energy loans provided by the American people’s stimulus money were given to crony capitalist-fascist Obama donors.  Obama is using the American people’s money as a political slush fund to reward his friends:

A new book by Hoover Institution fellow Peter Schweizer details the startling extent of the cronyism that has pervaded President Obama’s “green jobs” push. According to Schweizer, 4 out of every 5 renewable energy companies backed by the Energy Department was “run by or primarily owned by Obama financial backers.”

Those companies’ “political largesse is probably the best investment they ever made in alternative energy,” Schweizer explains. “It brought them returns many times over.”

Such is the inevitable consequence of large government interventions in private markets. Leaving aside the losses associated with transfers of funds from self-sustaining industries to ones that rely on government support, such interventions also encourage unproductive business activities by making “subsidy suckling” far more profitable than run-of-the-mill business expansions or product improvements.

Doug Ross spotted the relevant excerpt of Schweizer’s book (h/t Ben Domenech’s Transom):

When President-elect Obama came to Washington in late 2008, he was outspoken about the need for an economic stimulus to revive a struggling economy… After he was sworn in as president, he proclaimed that taxpayer money would assuredly not be doled out to political friends…

…But an examination of grants and guaranteed loans offered by just one stimulus program run by the Department of Energy, for alternative-energy projects, is stunning. The so-called 1705 Loan Guarantee Program and the 1603 Grant Program channeled billions of dollars to all sorts of energy companies…

…In the 1705 government-backed-loan program [alone], for example, $16.4 billion of the $20.5 billion in loans granted as of Sept. 15 went to companies either run by or primarily owned by Obama financial backers—individuals who were bundlers, members of Obama’s National Finance Committee, or large donors to the Democratic Party. The grant and guaranteed-loan recipients were early backers of Obama before he ran for president, people who continued to give to his campaigns and exclusively to the Democratic Party in the years leading up to 2008. Their political largesse is probably the best investment they ever made in alternative energy. It brought them returns many times over.

…The Government Accountability Office has been highly critical of the way guaranteed loans and grants were doled out by the Department of Energy, complaining that the process appears “arbitrary” and lacks transparency. In March 2011, for example, the GAO examined the first 18 loans that were approved and found that none were properly documented. It also noted that officials “did not always record the results of analysis” of these applications. A loan program for electric cars, for example, “lacks performance measures.” No notes were kept during the review process, so it is difficult to determine how loan decisions were made. The GAO further declared that the Department of Energy “had treated applicants inconsistently in the application review process, favoring some applicants and disadvantaging others.” The Department of Energy’s inspector general, Gregory Friedman, … has testified that contracts have been steered to “friends and family.”

…These programs might be the greatest—and most expensive—example of crony capitalism in American history. Tens of billions of dollars went to firms controlled or owned by fundraisers, bundlers, and political allies, many of whom—surprise!—are now raising money for Obama again.

So it really doesn’t matter to Obama whether these crony capitalist boondoggles go bankrupt or not; what matters is that he gets a percentage of the billions of dollars of the American people’s money in the form of campaign contributions.

And that’s THE ONLY thing that matters: Obama providing all kinds of self-righteous rhetoric while he racks up more special interest campaign monies than ANY cynical and corrupt politician in the history of the entire human race.

This is a slick weasel who has now held more fundraisers THAN THE PREVIOUS FIVE PRESIDENTS COMBINED.

Notice that article dates to when he ran for re-election.  Obama was the worst crony-capitalist fascist sugar-daddy who EVER LIVED.  That’s just something called a “fact.”  And what did the hypocrite do but demonize Mitt Romney for doing a tiny fraction of what he himself had been doing???

Now, there’s a method to my madness here.  The two sections – the first on the income disparity between rich and poor and the second on the subsidies for the rich and crony capitalism – come together as we start to understand how an Obama or a liberal Democrat “create wealth” for a few at the expense of the many.

It’s easy: you demonize the rich and impose high taxes, high fees, high regulatory burdens, high bureaucracy costs and the like.  And then all you have to do is give your cronies, friends and allies special breaks.  They get rich and fund your campaigns so you can lie to the people whose jobs you destroyed about how wonderful you are and it was the Republican who had no power to do anything who destroyed your job not Obama.

What Democrats have wanted for decades now can best be described in Democrat Dingell’s description of the purpose of ObamaCare:

“it takes a long time to do the necessary administrative steps that have to be taken to put the legislation together to control the people.”

Democrats want CONTROL.  Period.  They want to make themselves indispensable to your life by controlling your life.  They want to get to decide who wins and who loses.  They want to decide who succeeds and who fails.  They want to be able to decide who regulates and who gets regulated.  They want to decide who gets redistributed to and who gets redistributed from.

Democrats want to have the power and the control to decide and dictate who gets to become rich.  Democrats don’t mind the rich; far from it.  They just want to have the power to dictate who GETS to become rich and then they want their cut of the loot.  And if that process destroys a lot of jobs and creates a lot more poor, well, that works for them too as they indoctrinate and propagandize and just flat lie to create more ignorant people to vote for more redistributionism so they can seize still more power until that vicious cycle becomes the ONLY cycle.

California has been OWNED by Democrats for all but a couple of years since 1970.  And what they have produced is an environment of stagnation and the death of the middle class and the end of the last chance of most Californians to ever escape to a higher income level and standard of living.  Unless they MOVE.

It was an interview with Joel Kotkin, a renowned demographer, and self described Truman Democrat.  He was also a guest on Jim’s show this past week.  You can read the entire article here, and I encourage you to do so as I cannot do it justice in one post.

California’s population has increased by some 3 million people according to the last census, but, that doesn’t tell the entire story.  According to Mr. Kotkin, California is rapidly becoming a state with only three classes of people…the very rich, middle class public employees and those on welfare.  Middle class private sector workers, as well as businesses, are being driven out and relocating to other states for an assortment of reasons.  Nearly 4 million more people have left the state for other states over the past 20 years than have moved into California from other states.  Here is what Mr. Kotkin found.

It’s a horrible way to do business.  Which is why so many businesses either leave or just go out of business.

In the same way, most large urban cities have been Democrat bastions for DECADES.  And what has the Democrat Party brought them?  Joblessness, decay, crime, gangs, drugs, a garbage life.  And a conditioning process that would make Pavlov jealous as poor, ignorant people were “progressively” conditioned to salivate on command whenever the word “welfare” is mentioned.  Yet the ignorant people will keep voting Democrat until the day they die – and the only poetic justice is that they will die a whole hell of a lot sooner because they voted Democrat in the first place.

Why is our stock market flourishing to the extent it is?  One reason and one reason only: our sick Federal Reserve policies that were implemented to deal with the amazingly morally idiotic Obama administration policies.  They have been pumping on average well over a trillion dollars into the stock market every single year.  And the rich people have been eating it up and widening the gap between the rich and more at the expense of poor people, elderly people, and basically anyone who tries to save rather than spend.  Meanwhile, the Democrats who created this boondoggle called the Federal Reserve and want more and more and still MORE government control over the economy demonize the free market system when it is their damn giant government that is the real cause of the massive divide between the rich and the poor.

You can’t be anti-job-creator and pro-job, which is what Democrats ARE when you examine their rhetoric.  But that’s only true to the extent that you can’t be anti-wealth gap while creating a bigger wealth gap than ANYBODY.  All you have to do to prove it is cite the Obama slogan: “Yes we can.”

When you contemplate the true extent of our debt – which is now nearing $250 trillion when you do the math – you should realize that America has screamed “yes we can!” beyond the point of lunacy to the worst economic collapse in the history of the entire human race.

And do you know whose going to suffer the most?  The very people the Democrat Party promised the most to, that’s who.

 

Nearly HALF Of All Small Businesses Have Curbed Their Hiring As A Result Of ObamaCare

WASHINGTON, April 24-Today, the Wall Street Journal reported that the 2014 U.S. Bank Small Business Annual Survey found that, “In January, nearly half of small-business owners with at least five employees, or 45% of those polled, said they had had to curb their hiring plans because of the health law, and almost a third – 29% – said they had been forced to make staff cuts, according to a U.S. Bancorp survey of 3,173 owners with less than $10 million in annual revenue that will be released Thursday.” (Sarah Needleman & Angus Loten, “Small Businesses Find Benefits, Costs As They Navigate Affordable Care Act,” Wall Street Journal, 4/23/14)

This research aligns with a November 2013 study conducted by Public Opinion Strategies on behalf of the International Franchise Association and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which found that 31 percent of franchise businesses have already reduced worker hours.

Both pieces of research support bi-partisan efforts to return to the traditional definition of full-time employment under the ACA. This month the House of Representatives passed the Save American Workers Act, sponsored by Rep. Todd Young (R-IN). Similar legislation was introduced in the Senate by Senators Susan Collins (R-ME) and Joe Donnelly (D-IN).

Below are highlights of the study:
U.S. Bank Small Business Survey Finds “Owners Remain Skeptical Of The Long-Term Impact Of The Affordable Care Act On Their Business” With More Than 60 Percent Saying It Will Be Negative For Their Business. “The 2014 U.S. Bank Small Business Annual Survey found that “slightly more than six in 10 owners now say the long-term impact of the Affordable Care Act will be negative on their business.” (2014 U.S. Bank Small Business Annual Survey, U.S. Bank, 4/24/14)

Additional Findings:

Nearly half of businesses with at least five employees (45%) say it has forced them to decrease forecasted new hires and almost one-third report it has led to cuts in staff (29%).

Larger businesses are more likely to have cut employee benefits or shifted the cost burden of higher benefits to employees as a result of the legislation.

The smaller the business the more likely they say the implementation of the Affordable Care Act has caused them to postpone or cancel planned investments in their business.

At least three out of five owners with a minimum of $1 million in revenue or five employees say the new healthcare law has resulted in higher premiums for their business.

Local Business Owner Tim Cain Argues That The Health Law Raises Operating Costs And “The Timing Couldn’t Be Worse.” “…if the number of enrollees in his health plans increases to 70 percent of his workforce, Mr. Cain estimates his costs could swell to more than $500,000. Further, The POS Survey Found That More Than Half Of Businesses With 40 To 70 Employees Plan To Make Personnel Changes To Mitigate The Impact Of ACA. “Among businesses with 40 to 70 employees, 59 percent of franchise and 52 percent of non-franchise businesses plan to make personnel changes to stay below the 50 full time equivalent employee threshold. Obama keeps assuring us that his fascist takeover of health care has reduced costs.  His evidence?  An idiot study by the CBO that revised a previous idiot study.  (Let’s conveniently forget the fact that the CBO said costs would be lower than previously projected because people will get FAR crappier “health care” under ObamaCare than they had thought).  The problem is that the real world doesn’t march to the goose step of either Obama or the idiots at the CBO.  And actual businesses with actual employees who are on the verge of actually gutting their workforce to pay for this demonic law are screaming as their costs “necessarily skyrocket.”

Democrats are whining about a “war on women” – forget the fact that by their own rationale Obama is warring on women as his own administration pays women cents on the dollar earned by men – to distract people from their party’s WAR ON JOBS.

Obama has created a holocaust on jobs, which is why our labor participation rate – measuring the percentage of working-age adults who actually have a damn job in America – is at a historic low under his regime.  It now stands as the worst it has been in 37 years.  And Obama’s response is that it’s somehow Bush’s fault because it’s racist to hold him responsible.

The liars who gave us ObamaCare lied about EVERYTHING.  Obama lied when he assured us it would get more popular over time; it has become LESS popular.  He lied when he said it would bend the cost curve down (which he’s STILL falsely claiming); ObamaCare is MASSIVELY adding to the cost of healthcare – which is why businesses are faced with cutting hiring to pay the huge costs of this socialist mess.  He lied when he said if you liked your doctor you could keep your doctor.  And he lied when he said if you already had health insurance and you liked your plan you would be able to keep your plan rather than be forced to accept Obama’s damn plan.

This country is going down the toilet.  The liberal socialist elites – who preach “redistribution of wealth” but mean, “redistribute THE PEOPLE’S wealth to US” by means of manipulating markets, interest rates, federal reserve policies and government regulatory burdens – are ensuring it.

 

 

 

Obama Gives 95% of Wealth Increase To Top 1% During His Regime Even As He Dishonestly Demagogues ‘Income Inequality’

Do you understand this, you stupid liberals???  Obama handed 95% of the wealth gains in America to the very richest one percenters.  Even as he publicly railed against the very thing he was doing in private:

But since the recession officially ended in June 2009, the top 1 percent have enjoyed the benefits of rising corporate profits and stock prices: 95 percent of the income gains reported since 2009 have gone to the top 1 percent.

That compares with a 45 percent share for the top 1 percent in the economic expansion of the 1990s and a 65 percent share from the expansion that followed the 2001 recession.

The top 10 percent haven’t done badly, either. Last year, they captured 48.2 percent of income, another record. Their biggest previous take was 46.3 percent in 1932.

So let’s see: 65 percent under Bush vs. 95 percent under Obama.  That means that the income gap rose by 46.15% under the very same dishonest slandering demagogue who is now trying to distract the public from his colossal ObamaCare failure and all the lies he told about that fiasco.

My gosh.  It sounds like Obama demonizing Bush over national security abuses only to commit far worse abuses himself (yes he did SO do that!).  Under our fascist-in-chief, we are now a police state and Big Brother status (the Bible prophesied the coming of this Antichrist beast) is just around the corner.  It sounds like Obama demonizing Bush over the national debt only to explode the national debt at three times the rate that Bush did.  It sounds like Obama demonizing Republicans over refusing to raise the debt ceiling just like Obama refused to raise it when HE was a Senator and Bush was the president.

President Obama may talk a big game about economic fairness, but his record on the issue doesn’t quite match up.

There are lots of reasons to think so — and we’ll touch on several in just a minute — but the most recent comes from Matt Stoller, blogging at Naked Capitalism, who points us toward a recent bit of number-crunching from Emmanuel Saez, a professor at the University of California, Berkeley.

Saez, who’s known for his work on the income gap, has highlighted a surprising and discouraging fact: during the post-recession period of 2009 and 2010, the rich snagged a greater share of total income growth than they did during the boom years of 2002 to 2007.

In other words, inequality has been even more pronounced under Obama than it was under George W. Bush.

So how does the man who made the wealth gap worse than EVER and certainly worse than BUSH demonize Republicans and claim to be a voice for the very people he most hurt (and at a time when OBAMA’S DEMOCRATS had lock-step control over all three branches of government)???  It’s easy: Obama is a liar without shame, without honesty, without decency, without virtue and without integrity of any kind.  He just keeps on making dishonest promises – and when reality exposes one of his dishonest promises, he just lies again and then again as he slanders his opponents as being responsible for what HE as president did and led.

Meanwhile, of course, the rabid slanderer-in-chief has destroyed the American middle class.  Under Obama’s crony capitalist fascism where he rewarded his friends and punished his enemies, workers are taking home the smallest slice of U.S. income – EVER.  Inequality has WIDENED.  The job market is a gaping hole (with a record 100 million Americans not working).  The poverty rate hasn’t budged under Obama and is the worst since LBJ’s bogus “war on poverty” in the early 1960s.  More Americans are reduced to food stamps under Obama than EVER.  Obama’s war on business has forced business and particularly manufacturing business to move out of the country.  And we’re losing ground in global trade.

The labor participation rate has plunged like an anvil in a duck pond under Obama.  Every single year of his presidency fewer and fewer and fewer Americans have jobs.  And it keeps getting worse and worse.  You deserve this, America.  And you are going to get worse if you don’t get a whole lot smarter real quick in time to utterly reject fascist Democrats in 2014 and then resoundingly reject them again in 2016.  Because otherwise President Hillary Clinton will be saying, “What DIFFERENCE does it make?” to a  whole lot more tragic government incompetence and incredibly cynical political cover-ups.

It is now a documented FACT that the Pentagon knew within fifteen minutes of the Benghazi attack that it was a TERRORIST attack.  And yet for WEEKS afterward a dishonest President Obama and his dishonest administration and a dishonest Hillary Clinton and her dishonest State Department perpetuated an outright lie and fraud in order to cover-up for their failure.  For Obama, he had deceitfully boasted to the American people that he had decimated al Qaeda and that it was no longer a threat because of his policies.  That was a lie.  And Hillary Clinton had to cover-up for one of the worst acts of incompetence imaginable.  So they both lied to the American people.  Period.  End of story, to quote the liar-in-chief.

If you are a Democrat today, you are a liar, you are a hypocrite, you are a fascist.  You give giant rewards to rich liberal crony capitalist fascist boondoggles even as you demonize your opposition – in frankly the most intolerant and most race-baiting and most fascist way possible – for doing the very thing YOU’RE DOING WORSE.

You Democrat mass-murdering genocidal baby-killing sodomite worshipers are nothing short of pure evil in absolutely every single thing you stand for.  It’s all a bunch of lies intended to fool the gullible and the depraved so you can steal more power and use it to punish your enemies and reward your friends.  All you have to do to see that is watch how Obama used power to either criminally attack his enemies that he wanted or used the IRS as a weapon to punish them for him.

Barack Obama is a cynical, dishonest slandering demagogue.  His core promise – according to the liberal New York Times – was to “transcend the political divide.”  But no president in American history has EVER been so nakedly partisan or has dived more deeply into the sewer of political division than Barack Obama.

The Singularity Of ‘Solutions’ Proposed By Liberal Thinkers Is Only Surpassed By Their Abject HYPOCRISY

I made the mistake of searching for intelligent life in the Los Angeles Times’ editorial section and found this gem:

I never cease to be amazed at the singularity of economic solutions proposed by conservative thinkers. When arguing taxes, conservatives insist that cutting them will encourage small businesses to create jobs, providing a broader taxpaying base, while increasing taxes will reduce jobs and therefore reduce the amount of taxes going to government.

In his article, Michael Tanner argues that if benefit payments were lower than wages for entry-level jobs, it would encourage the poor to seek work.

Why not increase the minimum wage instead? Would that not also encourage the poor to seek employment?

Let’s just put the first hoity-toity, sanctimonious, self-righteous sentence together with the very last to see what’s wrong with this argument:

Oookay.  Apparently, Mr. Berens is astonished at the “singularity of economic solutions” proposed by conservatives.  Which is a fancy way of accusing conservatives of thinking alike.

So what does Mr. Berens proceed to do, you know, after displaying his naked contempt for “the singularity of conservative thought”???  Why, prove that all damn liberals think alike and document the “singularity of economic solutions proposed by liberal thinkers,” that’s what.

Increase the minimum wage.  Why, no lefty has ever proposed THAT novel concept before.  THAT’S not demonstrating “the singularity of liberal thought,” now, is it?  As long as you’ve got the IQ of a poached egg it’s not, anyway.

For the record, the LA Times published six responses to the Tanner editorial.  One of them was from a conservative (actually five liberals’ to one conservative is about as “fair” as the LA Times is capable of ever getting, so there’s not much point complaining about that).  So five liberals write in – and four of the five call for higher wages.  And the fifth had a couple of other “singular” liberal economic solutions in demanding more government intrusion into education, more government intrusion into child care and more government intrusion into transportation.  So I think I have good grounds just in the LA Times editorial section in pointing out that this Jack Berens is revealing the singularity of economic solutions proposed by liberals even as he attacks the very same thing from conservatives.

The biggest problem with liberals isn’t that they are completely wrong (although that is a major problem with them); the problem is that liberals are abject hypocrites who routinely demonize conservatives for doing the same damn thing that they are doing even when they are at that very moment doing that thing themselves as Jack Berens does here.

Actually, if one were fair or honest (liberals being incapable of either), one would realize that the “singularity of solutions” thing is rather absurd.  Of COURSE there’s a singularity of thought among conservative thinkers… THAT’S WHY WE CALL THEM CONSERVATIVES!!!  If they DIDN’T have the same solutions, they wouldn’t be conservatives anymore than if liberals didn’t have the same damn solutions, they wouldn’t be liberals.  Do you see my point???

I mean, what a dunderheaded argument the LA Times saw fit to print.

Jack Berens’ problem is that he’s a hypocrite who can’t help shaking his fist in the mirror and shouting, “YOU are an idiot!”

I just despise that king of self-righteous hypocrisy.

Here’s another thing that’s wrong with Berens’ “solution”: How do you increase the minimum wage?  By using the raw, naked power of government to FORCE businesses to pay a higher wage.

Now, let’s see: are liberals doing a real good job creating jobs?  Well, if you’ve got that poached egg IQ, I’m sure you think they are.  The rest of us aren’t seeing a whole lot of jobs being created.  And then we’re further stunned to learn that seven out of every eight jobs Obama has “created” in his presidency are part-time jobs rather than the full-time jobs people need to actually earn an actual living.  And ObamaCare has massively accelerated that terrible trend.  And will continue to do so.

Hell, even ObamaCare shills are only hiring their workers part-time so they won’t have to pay the cost of health care that ObamaCare would force them to pay if they didn’t hire part-time.  The damn irony is just too thick here.

Who is going to be forced to pay workers more?  Does Jack Berens believe that every single employer in America is a “conservative economic thinker”???  Does he not realize that plenty of LIBERALS who hire people are paying their workers the same revolting wage that Jack Berens demonizes conservatives for paying???

Why are liberals paying this despicably low wage?  They could pay as much as they want to pay.

The reason is pretty damn simple, kids: both conservatives and the liberals who actually have to live in the real damn world alike are paying what they can afford to pay to retain the quality of help that they need.

Jack Berens is basically saying, “I think other people ought to pay more.”  Which is the PROTOTYPICAL “economic solution proposed by liberal thinkers.”  Let’s force other people to spend their money the way we liberal fascists think they should spend it.  Never heard that line of reasoning before.  Boy, this Jack Berens fellow is anything BUT an example of liberal “singularity,” aint he???

Just how in the world do you think forcing businesses to pay higher wages will incentivize them to hire more workers???  And if employer X and employee Y both agree on a certain wage, then just who the hell made liberals’ Adolf Hitler by giving them the power to interfere with that agreement and say, “Nein!  Employers must be forced by government socialism to pay MORE than they are willing to pay!”

I can document that I put my money where my mouth was in this minimum-wage-employement debate.  In that 2009 article, I made a prediction: I predicted that increasing the minimum wage would decrease the number of minimum wage jobs.  And I was right, right, RIGHT just as liberals were wrong, wrong, WRONG.  As I proved.

This idea that liberals can use the raw fascist power of a totalitarian state to dictate what businesses and individuals do is as naïve as it is evil.  Businesses have a way of doing whatever the hell they can to not be the social experiment stooges that liberals continuously want them to be.  Frankly, the lower-skilled a job, the less valuable a worker is to his/her employer, and therefore the smaller the margin that an employer can pay for what is by definition a marginal job to begin with.  The job simply isn’t worth enough to an employer to want to – or be able to afford to – pay more.  And if government tries to force them to pay more, they will simply not offer the damn job.

And of course, the Tanner article was precisely about the fact that liberals really don’t WANT jobs to begin with: they want to be parasites.  They want to be freeloaders.  The want to be entitlement suckers.  They want to be welfare/food stamp addicts.  And they want government to have the fascist, dictatorial, totalitarian power to decide who wins and who loses, who pays and who doesn’t pay, who has to be forced to pay for ObamaCare and who gets a damn waiver from ObamaCare, and that sort of thing.  So it frankly doesn’t bother them if they kill jobs and hurt poor people who want to work.

Which, of course, is precisely what is happening now as businesses are tripping over themselves to kill the idea of “full-time employees” in order to avoid the ObamaCare hell mandate (i.e., the mandate to go to hell mandated by ObamaCare).

Liberals Lying To Liberals: More Than Half Of All Lawyers From Libturd Law Schools Can’t Find The Jobs They Were Promised They’d Be Able To Find

There was that funny joke: what do you call a million lawyers rotting on the bottom of the ocean?  A good start.

Millions of lawyers rotting in the bottom of their parents’ basements would be an even better joke – other than the fact that many of them took out federal school loans and will never pay them back.  That takes some of the haw-haw factor out of this story.

Liberals OWN the law schools.  The bar associations overwhelmingly lean to the left.  That, on top of the fact that liberals dominate the university system in general, kind of makes the issue facing these law school graduates liberals’ fault, doesn’t it?

Given the fact that lawyers give over 90 percent of their political contributions to Democrats, what this pretty much is is institutional liberals lying to young liberals.

Only when liberals get screwed, they do what most other liberals do and sue.

One of the things that surprised me is that the legal profession apparently JUST discovered that there was something called “computers” or “the internet.”  Most of us, of course, have been aware of this stuff for twenty years or so.  So either lawyers seriously need to update their understanding of the actual world, or the excuse you see below is a version of Obama’s “the bad economy isn’t my fault; it’s everybody and everything else’s fault.”

Class action: Law school grads claim misleading reports of success

SAN FRANCISCO — Dozens of law graduates across the nation have joined class-action lawsuits alleging that law schools lured them in with misleading reports of their graduates’ success.

Instead of working in the law, some of the graduates were toiling at hourly jobs in department stores and restaurants and struggling to pay back more than $100,000 in loans used to finance their education. Others were in temporary or part-time legal positions.

Michael D. Lieberman decided to enroll at Southwestern Law School after reading that 97% of its graduates were employed within nine months. He graduated in 2009, passed the bar on his first try but could not find a job as a lawyer. He worked for a while as a software tester, then a technical writer, and now serves as a field representative for an elected official.

Lieberman, who earned his undergraduate degree at UC San Diego, believes his law degree may still be a “useful tool,” but he and other graduates said a suit they filed was intended to combat “systemic, ongoing fraud prevalent in the legal education industry” that could “leave a generation of law students in dire financial straits,” according to the complaint.

Nearly 20 lawsuits — five of them against California schools — are being litigated at a time of dim employment prospects for lawyers. Much of the work once done by lawyers can now be done more quickly by computers.

Online services have made law libraries largely unnecessary, allowing corporations to do more work in-house. Software has sped the hunt for information needed in discovery and other legal tasks, and Web-based companies offer litigants legal documents and help in filling them out. Even after the economy improves, some experts believe the supply of lawyers will outstrip jobs for years to come.

Although lawyer gluts come and go, “I don’t think any of them rival the situation we are seeing today,” said Joseph Dunn, chief executive of the State Bar of California, which regulates the state’s 230,000 attorneys. “The legal community in all 50 states is being dramatically impacted.”

New and inexperienced lawyers, unable to find jobs at law firms, are opening private practices, potentially putting clients at risk, according to a California bar report issued in February. To confront “serious issues of public protection,” a bar task force has recommended requiring practical experience as a condition of a license. The California Supreme Court would eventually have to approve the new rules.

Besides Southwestern, alumni have sued San Francisco’s Golden Gate University, the University of San Francisco and San Diego’s Thomas Jefferson and California Western schools of law. Each school charges about $40,000 a year in tuition.

But not everyone shares the dismal outlook. Erwin Chemerinsky, dean of UC Irvine Law School, said his students are finding full-time jobs as lawyers even during this slow economy.  “It is not the same across all law schools when you look at employment prospects,” he said.

Rudy Hasl, dean of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, said the retirement of baby boomers also would open up jobs.

Both deans said there was huge unmet demand for legal services for the poor and middle class, and the next generation of practitioners might be able to fill that demand. The state bar agrees.

“Across the country, the need for legal services among those who cannot pay or have limited ability to pay has never been higher,” the bar report said.

We’re starting to find out what liberals truly think about education, aren’t we?  It’s called “How to exploit stupid people.”  And Democrats are masters in that art.

I submit that “the law” has degenerated into a system whereby cowards get to harass, intimidate and destroy people with virtually no risk to themselves.  Just as “higher education” has degenerated into a system whereby leftist professors get to harass, intimidate and bully students with propaganda in place of where the truth ought to be.  The “legal services for the poor and middle class,” of course, include cars filled with people working for trial lawyers who cut off helpless drivers and then slam on the brakes so they can sue, and disabled people who work for attorneys by going to business after business hoping to find one that isn’t fully enough complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act so they can sue.  It’s not a shame at all that these liberal cockroach predators upon society have overbred themselves.  The problem is that after eating their own, the surviving lawyers will keep feeding on the rest of us.
