China Just About To Overtake God Damn America As #1 Economy Due To Obama’s Failed Policies

Here’s an interesting fact: who is more “socialist”: Barack Obama’s God Damn America Or the (communist) People’s Republic of China?

The really scary thing is that it’s not even close: Barack Obama is FAR more communist than anyone in China.

Consider that your tax rate in the People’s Republic of China is 25% vs. your top federal tax rate in God Damn America of 39%.  And those Chinese don’t pay the state taxes that we also have to pay over here in good ole God Damn America.

If you want to understand why China owns us AND gets to eat our lunch at the same time, realize that the United States has THE highest corporate tax rate on planet earth.  AND a president who keeps saying the highest on earth still isn’t high enough.

I’ve watched dozens of Democrats who argue for higher taxes get asked the question, “How much should the rate be?”   And not ONE of them has ever answered.  The reason being THEY WILL NEVER GRAB ENOUGH OF OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY OR ENOUGH POWER TO DOMINATE OTHER PEOPLE’S LIVES.

The last time this measure was taken when George W. Bush was still president, China had well under HALF (43%) the economy of America.  But under Barack Obama and under Barack Obama’s “God damn America” policies, we have tanked so fast it gives me vertigo to think about it:

China is poised to overtake the U.S. as the world’s biggest economy earlier than expected, possibly as soon as this year, using calculations that take purchasing power into account.

China’s economy was 87 percent of the size of the U.S. in 2011, based on so-called purchasing power parity, the International Comparison Program said in a statement yesterday in Washington. The program, which involves organizations including the World Bank and United Nations, had put the figure at 43 percent in 2005.

The latest tally adds to the debate on how the world’s top two economic powers are progressing. Projecting growth rates from 2011 onwards suggests China’s size when measured in PPP may surpass the U.S. in 2014, which would be years earlier than many economists had previously estimated, according to Arvind Subramanian of the Peterson Institute for International Economics.

“There’s a symbolic element to this, to China overtaking the U.S., and that seems to be happening,” said Subramanian, a senior fellow at the Washington-based Peterson Institute. The latest data “plays to the idea that China is very big and getting bigger. It’s not to be underestimated.”

In a book published in September 2011, Subramanian estimated China became the world’s largest economy in 2010. While this was too early, the International Monetary Fund’s projections in its World Economic Outlook show China will move to the top in 2019, which is too late, he said today.

U.S. Share

The U.S. share of global GDP was 17.1 percent in 2011, while China was 14.9 percent, according to the ICP figures based on purchasing power parity, which seeks to compare how far money goes in each country. PPP calculates gross domestic product using exchange rates that adjust for price differences of the same goods between nations.

Yet China was well behind the U.S. based on another comparison, which looks at GDP in U.S. dollars at market exchange rates. By that approach, the U.S. share of 22.1 percent was more than double that of China’s 10.4 percent, the ICP data show.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. prefers to use market exchange rates for its “hard-nosed business cycle analysis,” said David Hensley, the bank’s director of global economic coordination in New York. That approach “gives a better sense of the resources that a country has command over.”

While JPMorgan keeps an eye on PPP comparisons as a secondary measure, it’s a hypothetical calculation which assumes one price level across all countries, Hensley said.

Different World

“That’s not the world we live in,” said Hensley. In addition to problems in measuring PPP, it “inflates the relative size and importance and command over resources that countries like China, India, Brazil or Russia have. That can create mistakes in judgment if you’re not careful.”

Hensley estimates that based on market exchange rates, the U.S. will stay in the lead until about 2024, when China crosses over as the world’s biggest economy, he said.

Changes in methodology contributed to the speed of China’s rise, according to the ICP report. Using market rates, U.S. gross domestic product was $16.2 trillion in 2012, compared with China’s $8.2 trillion. India vaulted into third place, ahead of Japan, the latest ICP figures also show.

This is what we voted for and this is what we deserve.

According to the Bible, America either will not exist or will be so weak that it will not matter one scintilla in the last days.

And while the fascist media keeps distracting us with one bright and shiny object after another, America is NOTHING like what it was just a few years ago as Obama has gutted America giant chunk by giant chunk.

The ONLY thing that makes the United States matter today – now that Obama has dismantled America’s military and pissed away our national security prestige – is the fact that since the end of World War II, the United States has served as the global reserve currency (with all commodities being bought and sold in U.S. dollars).

I have a vision of how that is going to change: now that Obama has gutted the American military and literally made America weaker than at any time since BEFORE our enemies decided to attack us to begin World War II, and now that Obama has so pissed away American credibility with his never mind “red lines” and his feckless response to Russian aggression that eerily parallels Hitler’s aggression in Europe, why does the United States even matter?

The major economies known as the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) have all made it clear that they want to dump the US as the global reserve currency (see also here).  We have lost more than enough influence both strategically, militarily, economically and morally under Obama that it is only a matter of time before we don’t have enough people who need us relative to the growing list of countries that hate us.  Note that Obama has done EVERYTHING to cut the list of the former countries and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to reduce the number of the latter.  In every region in the world, we are very clearly in worst shape than we were in when we cursed ourselves by electing Obama.  We have distanced ourselves from our former friends and emboldened and increased our current enemies.

One day, soon, as a result of our rapid decline under Obama, the world is going to cut its losses and dump the United States as the reserve currency.  We are facing a world in which we have too few friends, too many enemies, a growing list of enemies who are gaining power over us, and not enough influence to change a damn thing.  Russia and China and India will lead the effort to dump the dollar and we won’t be able to stop it.  And we will implode as no society in the history of planet earth has EVER imploded.  Because when you have a house of cards built on more than $225 trillion dollars of debt, you are going to fall HARD when you fall.

The worst of the Great Depression will seem like a pleasant stroll along a sunny beach compared to what’s in store for God damn America.

This is a nation that voted to perish.  And it is going to get – as God damn America – exactly what it voted for.

US Army to Shrink to Pre-World War II Levels

PENTAGON — U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has unveiled the largest cuts to the U.S. Army since before World War II.

The Obama administration has for years spoken of a need for a smaller, more agile force. On Monday, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel laid out the budgetary blueprint for it.

He said this is a time for reality at the Department of Defense, which now is required to bring its budget down to $496 billion from a high of nearly $700 billion at the height of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

“This will be the first budget to fully reflect the transition DoD is making after 13 years of war, the longest conflict in our nation’s history,” he said.

But the cuts go far beyond what the Pentagon was spending before the two conflicts.

They include slashing an entire fleet of Cold War era (A-10) attack jets – originally meant for striking Soviet tanks – and trimming the number of Army troops from the post-9/11 peak of 570,000 to between 440,000 and 450,000 – the lowest since 1940.

In addition to the Army, other services including the Marines are taking cuts.

At the same time, Hagel told reporters the Pentagon wants to continue to shift its focus to the Asia-Pacific region, and to boost special operations forces and cyber defenses.

“We chose further reductions in troop strength and force structure in every military service – active and reserve – in order to sustain our readiness and technological superiority and to protect critical capabilities,” he said.

Hagel’s recommendations come despite opposition by some generals who argue the U.S. still needs the infrastructure to be able to fight two wars at the same time. Veterans groups also oppose reductions to soldiers’ benefits.

The proposed cuts still need to be approved by Congress, where Hagel is likely to encounter stiff resistance by those who argue that such deep reductions will result in a weaker military that is unable to deal with rising threats from adversaries like China and a continuing war against militants in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.

Everywhere you look at every turn you take and in every way you take it, Barack Obama has weakened and undermined America.

Barack Obama is a weak coward who is pathologically incapable as a rabid ideologue from doing anything other than issuing executive orders and fearmongering and demagoguing and demonizing his opposition.  He cannot lead.  He does not love America.  And he has FAILED.

What is Obama saying?  That he has decimated America’s enemies and made us safe?  As this Liar-in-Chief was saying he had decimated al Qaeda even as they were kicking our ass in Libya and raising the al Qaeda flag on U.S. territory around the world???

Obama has already fled like a coward from Iraq.  And he gave away EVERYTHING that American warriors earned in blood as a result.  He’s crawling away like a coward the same way from Afghanistan, where the Taliban and even Afghanistan’s own government openly mock us.  Again, everything America fought for and sacrificed for will be pissed away by Obama.  Obama issued his famous “red line” warning in Syria and he is a laughing stock and a poster boy for weakness and cowardice as a result.  Where is the famous deal Obama’s savior Putin arranged?  It’s gone nowhere.  While Syria’s dictator Assad has since murdered ANOTHER 100,000 of his own people since Obama displayed what a joke he is.  And now here we have Obama “warning” Russia not to send troops into the Ukraine – ON THE VERY DAMN DAY THAT OBAMA JUST STATED FOR THE WORLD THAT AMERICA IS A WEAKENING NATION THAT IS FLEEING.

Vladimer Putin has wiped Obama’s nose in his own feces every single time U.S. and Russian interests have clashed.  And Obama still thinks a weaker America will somehow give us a better bargaining position.  Because he is a weakling, a coward and a naive fool and all he understands is the rhetoric of victimhood.  And all Putin understands is the politics of strength and confrontation.

Obama’s top intelligence official James Clapper recently said this:

 “In my almost fifty years in intelligence, I do not recall a period in which we confronted a more diverse array of threats, crises, and challenges around the world.”

And what is our Fool-in-Chief’s response?  To weaken America to the most pathetic level since American weakness prompted our worst enemies to ignite a world war that cost us hundreds of thousands of dead Americans.

Russia and China, emboldened as they smell the noxious stench of Obama’s weakness, are rebuilding their militaries and modernizing their nuclear arsenals while Obama weakens our military and guts the diminishing and aging nuclear arsenal that we have.

How on earth can anybody think that we will have anything other than a diminishing influence in the world as we continue to become less and less relevant under Obama???

Obama just slapped a “kick me” sign to America’s back.  I wonder whose going to start kicking our sodomy-loving butt first?

Homosexual Sexual Assaults In Military Skyrocketing – And Also Why Sexual Assaults In Military Are Skyrocketing In GENERAL

First let’s have the news from the pages of the Los Angeles Times:

TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. — Shortly after he arrived at Ramstein Air Base in Germany in March 2012, Air Force security guard Trent Smith was at an off-base apartment when, he says, a male sergeant touched him and pressed him to go into the bedroom for sex.

“I said, ‘No, I don’t want to spend the night,'” Smith recalled. But Smith, 20, says he felt he had no choice. “I went along with it.”

For Smith, the encounter — which he reported up the chain of command three days later — began an emotional ordeal. As the months passed, his doctors say, the trim, polite airman with an engaging smile suffered bouts of anger, guilt and depression so severe that he contemplated suicide several times.

More disturbing for a Pentagon struggling to gain control of a seeming epidemic of charges concerning rape and unwanted sexual advances in the ranks, Smith’s attempts to get help only worsened his troubles. After a lengthy investigation, the military decided that no crime had occurred, and it later moved to discharge Smith on medical grounds.

The case highlights a little-recognized reality for the male-dominated military. Although members of Congress have focused their outrage on abuse of women in uniform, the Pentagon reported in May that 53% of the estimated 26,000 troops who were raped or forced into sex last year were men.

Although women are proportionally more likely to be the victim of a sexual assault — the Defense Department estimates that 6.1% of women and 1.2% of men are victims of sexual assaults — the fact that men so vastly outnumber women in the military means that the problem affects more men than women.

Only a fraction of those alleging rape or sexual assault file complaints with military police or prosecutors, as a rule, so the Pentagon’s most recent estimates are based on a confidential survey of service members. Smith was among those who did file an official report.

After a six-month criminal investigation, Brig. Gen. Charles K. Hyde, then commander of the 86th Airlift Wing at Ramstein, decided the sex was consensual, according to case records. The sergeant was admonished for an “unprofessional relationship” with a lower-ranking airman, the lightest punishment possible.

The Times is not naming the sergeant because he was not charged. He declined an interview request through a base spokesman at Ramstein. The spokesman, Maj. Tony Wickman, said the sergeant was considered an “above-average airman.”

As usual, of course, I turn out to be completely correct in my predictions from 2010:

In my “day” in the Army, soldiers in the infantry that I served in just would not have tolerated openly homosexual soldiers.  There would have been blanket parties galore, until the gay-berets got the message that they were most definitely not wanted.  I don’t know that that will happen today, but I just can’t imagine the mindset has changed that much in the years I’ve been out (by which I mean out of the military, and not, you know, “out”).

I heard a Democrat representative today say that the military is having a hard time keeping up its recruiting goals, and so therefore it’s stupid to deny thousands of gay men and women the opportunity to serve.  What that omits is the fact that there are a lot of heterosexual men and women who don’t want to be forced to shower and sleep right next to same-sex soldiers who may well want nothing more than to have “relations” with them.  There are also a lot of young men who continue to have something of that Judeo-Christian worldview who rightly believe that homosexuality is a serious moral issue, and these young men aren’t going to want to be forced to trust people that they don’t trust with their lives.

“Missile defense” is about to take on a whole new meaning.

And lo and behold, or for you French-surrender-monkey-loving liberals,  voilà.  Missile defense has taken on a whole new meaning under Obama just as I TOLD YOU SO.

Not only a  majority but a whopping majority – as in an even slightly larger majority that constituted a “landslide” for Obama in 2008 – of the rape cases involve some poor bastard who didn’t have adequate “missile defense” against some homosexual sodomy soldier (or sailor, because after all the openly homosexual Village People did sing that song, “In the Navy”).  Fully 53% of the rape cases in the military are men getting raped by other men.

The LA Times wants you to think that the 53% of cases of rape being against men is irrelevant given the ratio of male troops to female troops.  But I hasten to point out that less than 2% of the population is homosexual – and that “10% figure” is a giant load of crap that is merely a bellwether of the insane ideology of everyone reporting this easily refuted statistic as if it were even remotely true.  So we’ve definitely got the “gay military” I described back in 2008.  And if you don’t have kung fu missile defense, you’d better stay the hell out of Obama’s military unless you’re a guy who likes being the girl during your rape.  In which case you’ve come to the right place signing up for a tour of rump ranger duty.

I think of our prison system, where that less-than-2% of our population for some unknown reason (other than the biblical fact that their lifestyle is an “ABOMINATION” and “A DETESTABLE ACT”) constitute a massive percentage of our inmate population.  Go to prison or jail and you’re extremely likely to run into one of these innocent, wonderful homosexuals the media and the Democrat Party are so in love with.  To wit: if you’re entering the military or if you’re entering the prison system and you’re a heterosexual, sorry, dude.  Keep up with that “missile defense” and just do the best you can.  And remember that when they bend you over, you’re sacrificing your “virginity” for Obama’s glory.

This is the funny thing (unless you happen to be a heterosexual serviceman): sexual assaults in the military HAVE SKYROCKETED under the first “gay president” (aforementioned “gay” thing being according to überleftist MSNBC and Newsweek just in case you don’t want to take my word for it).

As an example, military sexual assault cases “skyrocketed” in 2012, according to the news reports.  Their words.  But then “there were more reported sexual assaults in the military in the first nine months of fiscal year 2013 than in all of fiscal year 2012.”  So let’s just say that the rate of the “skyrocketing” has “skyrocketed.”

And yes, that’s “rocket” as in what the poor bastard tries to protect himself from with “missile defense.”

Let me explain why it is that sexual assaults have skyrocketed under “first gay president” Obama.  It’s actually very simple: because Obama has purged “religion and morality” from the military that as “commander-in-chief” he has so much control over.  And without “religion and morality” you have NO MORALITY AT ALL.

I’ve pointed out the following point again and again:

Washington [as in George Washington, the Father of our country] said:

“Of all the habits and dispositions which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports.” — George Washington, Farewell Address

If you want your politics to prosper, the two things you will not separate will be religion and morality. If you want your government to work well, if you want American exceptionalism, if you want the government to do right, if you want all this, then you won’t separate religion and morality from political life. And America’s greatest patriot gave a litmus test for patriotism. He says in the very next sentence (immediately continuing from the quote above):

“In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars.” — George Washington

Washington says, Anyone who would try to remove religion and morality from public life, I won’t allow them to call themselves a patriot. Because they are trying to destroy the country.

George Washington said:

“…And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion…reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.” –- George Washington, Farewell Address, Sept 17, 1796

John Adams completely agreed:

“We have no government armed with the power capable of contending with human passions, unbridled by morality and true religion. Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” — John Adams

Barack Hussein and the Democrat Party that stinks of all things Hussein are traitors to America and guilty of treason according to the men who fathered America and wrote our Constitution.  PERIOD.

Why were our founding fathers so right and Obama and the entire Democrat Party so treasonously and so wickedly wrong???

I wrote a brief response to a comment this morning that I think does a reasonable job expressing the reason why:

This gets to a far deeper problem with secular humanism: there ARE no grounds for morality.  To wit, if I am an atheist, what do I have to do such that I am not a “good atheist” the way one could easily point out that one is not a “good Christian” by comparing his or her moral behavior to the ethics of the Bible.  THERE IS NOTHING.  Stalin and Hitler and Mao were all “good atheists” even though they are responsible for way, WAY over the murders of 100 million people (and yes, for the official record, Hitler WAS an atheist, having been described as such by key members of his inner circle like Joseph Goebbels in private journals.

As an example of that last, here is the entry into Goebbels’ personal diary, dated 8 April 1941 (Tues):

“The Fuhrer is a man totally attuned to antiquity. He hates Christianity, because it has crippled all that is noble in humanity. According to Schopenhauer, Christianity and syphilis have made humanity unhappy and unfree. What a difference between the benevolent, smiling Zeus and the pain-wracked, crucified Christ. The ancient peoples’ view of God was also much nobler and more humane than the Christians’. What a difference between a gloomy cathedral and a light, airy ancient temple. He describes life in ancient Rome: clarity, greatness, monumentality. The most wonderful republic in history. We would feel no disappointment, he believes, if we were now suddenly to be transported to this old, eternal city.”

Similarly, in a 1939 diary entry, Goebbels pointed out that Hitler had “expressed his revulsion against Christianity. He wished that the time were ripe for him to be able to openly express that. Christianity had corrupted and infected the entire world of antiquity.”

Hitler said a bunch of things about Christianity, such as that Christianity was the invention of sick minds.  Hitler was an atheist who pointed out to his inner circle that “after difficult inner struggles I had freed myself of my remaining childhood religious conceptions. I feel as refreshed now as a foal on a meadow.”

Liberals are fascists who believe what Hitler said to the masses because Hitler spoke as the Führer of Big Government Socialism (NAZI standing for “National Socialist German Workers Party”) and to them Government is God.  The morality of God must be supplanted and replaced with the “morality” of the State.  They ignore the fact that Hitler was a demon-possessed LIAR who told the people one thing and told his trusted inner circle something very different (the truth).

So what does one have to do to be a “bad atheist”???  What IS morality to these people???  And the answer is as chilling as the worst of Stalinism: it is whatever the hell they SAY it is at any given moment.

So Obama was a “good liberal” when he said that marriage was the union between one man and one woman in 2008, and he was a good liberal for saying the exact OPPOSITE the moment political expediency enabled him to do so.  Because ultimately the “morality” of liberalism is dishonesty and abject personal hypocrisy.

I like the morality of the Bible better.  Because “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the Word of our God stands forever,” whereas the “morality” of liberalism is a constantly shifting thing that always and only benefits liberals and their perversions.

The reason that morality is irrelevant to liberal Democrats is the reason that Obama could swear in 2008 that “I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman” [and in fact said it on the very eve of the 2008 election to make sure we all heard him lying] and then said the EXACT OPPOSITE THING when it was convenient for him to do so.  Because liberalism stands for NOTHING but more liberalism.  It’s the same reason that your NEXT Democrat candidate for president, Hillary Clinton, did the same damn stinking lying dishonest depraved thing.

I repeat the moral lecture from a liberal to me, who said:

surely you cannot be so ignorant as to believe the eight mentions of homosexuality in the Bible are appropriate for total guidance in modern situations.

Because he prefers Obama’s and Hillary Clinton’s constantly shifting stand and just as constantly self-centered and self-serving “morality” to the eternal morality of God and His Word.

“Morality” to a liberal is whatever the hell he or she wants it to be at any constantly shifting moment in time.  And of course every single time it shifts it will reinforce the ideology of liberalism.  And every single time it shifts it will agree with Satan and his depraved world and disagree with God and His Word.

If secular humanist liberals tell us not to rape, what does it matter???  Tomorrow they’ll tell us something very different, for one thing.  And give that liberals believe in evolution, aren’t they contradicting themselves???   Because after all:

These evolutionists make it very clear that we’re rapists by evolutionary biology:

“Human rape arises from men’s evolved machinery for obtaining a high number of mates in an environment where females choose mates” (p. 190, emp. added). They further state that “[e]volutionary theory applies to rape, as it does to other areas of human affairs, on both logical and evidentiary grounds. There is no legitimate scientific reason not to apply evolutionary or ultimate hypotheses to rape” (p. 55). In their proposed “scientific” evolutionary reasons why men rape women, they suggest that in some cases heavy metals such as lead “disrupt psychological adaptations of impulse control,” which may lead to a “higher rate of criminality” (p. 58). They state, “[l]ead may account for certain cases of rape, just as mutations may” (p. 58).

Of course, in our new gay military, the male circumvents the [politically unprotected] male’s choice, too.

No lesser evolutionary authority than William Provine pointed out that atheism and evolution equals zero morality or ethics:

“Naturalistic evolution has clear consequences that Charles Darwin understood perfectly. 1) No gods worth having exist; 2) no life after death exists; 3) no ultimate foundation for ethics exists; 4) no ultimate meaning in life exists; and 5) human free will is nonexistent.”

So the facts are (according to secular humanist liberal Democrats) that: 1) there is no God and that therefore 2) no ultimate foundation for ethics exists which means that 3) Human rape arises from men’s evolved machinery.  and of course 4) the facts may change tomorrow when liberals say they changed 5) in order to suit liberals.  Oh, and 6) people vote “Democrat” because they are mindless and soulless meat puppets devoid of anything resembling free will.

And you seriously wonder why sexual assaults are flourishing in the age of Obama???

I just wonder when Newsweek will rightly put Obama on the cover as “the first buttrape president.”  I know that’s a truly crude term, but as ObamaCare rears its massively intrusive governmental ding dong and starts pushing it up their rears, that’s precisely how a lot of people who AREN’T either in the military or the prison system will feel…

US President Barack Obama’s budget office had vowed to reject the measure, dubbing it “a distraction” from difficult, ongoing negotiations on funding the US government for the rest of the fiscal year that ends September 30.

And Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid had vowed to block the measure, calling it a “fantasy” and “a non-starter.”

The bill, which cleared the House by a mostly party-line 247-181 vote, would also have funded US military operations for the rest of the year.

Republicans, relying on the measure to gain leverage in the spending cut battle, used that to argue that Democrats and the White House opposed funding for US troops in harm’s way.

Harry Reid says funding for Cowboy Poetry festivals even as we face a $1.6 trillion deficit this year, yes.  Funding for our troops, hell no.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said Friday afternoon that he is in talks with Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) to get a short-term budget deal to the floor to stave off a government shutdown.

Reid said there would be competition for what bill gets considered, with a “number of competing continuing resolution” requests on the table. Because the clock runs out at midnight, Reid would need a time agreement — what Reid referred to a “unanimous consent request” — to cut through the normal procedural red tape.

The negotiation between the two Senate leaders is in addition to Reid’s ongoing talks with the House GOP, which still are at an impasse just hours before the government is set to run out of funds.

Reid said Friday afternoon the Democrats’ proposed “clean” extension would maintain the levels of the continuing resolution set to expire Friday at midnight, a measure that contained $6 billion in cuts over three weeks. Reid added that it also would include funding through the year for the military.

Republicans in the House passed a one-week measure Thursday that would slash another $12 billion in spending and fund the Defense Department for the rest of the fiscal year.

Without securing a time agreement on any bill, stopgap or otherwise, the government is likely to shutdown because 30 hours are required between a procedural vote to open debate and a vote for final passage.

“If we’re very close [to a broader budget deal], we will figure out a way to keep the government running. If we’re very close, within an inch or two of an agreement,” Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) told reporters after a press conference featuring the entire caucus.

The Senate Democrats’ move toward a temporary bill Friday is a shift in strategy from earlier this week, when leaders insisted they only wanted a long-term deal. President Barack Obama had called the short-term approach a “distraction.”

By Thursday night, No. 2 Senate Democrat Dick Durbin placed the House-approved bill that funds the government for a week and the Department of Defense for a year on the Senate calendar while closing the floor. The formal action was taken when Reid (D-Nev.) was at the White House meeting with the president and Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio).

Now that the House-approved bill is on the docket, Reid could offer the Democrats’ bill as an amendment in the form of a substitute, essentially replacing the House legislation with his, passing it and sending it back to the lower chamber.

Congressional Democrats and the White House have said emphatically and repeatedly that the House Republican short-term offering is unpalatable. It includes a policy rider limiting funds for abortions in the District, but GOP aides are quick to note that measure had been included in another omnibus package Democrats voted for when it first cleared Congress. Earlier Thursday, the administration issued an official policy advisement stating it “strongly opposed” the GOP measure and would recommend the president veto it if it were to make it to his desk. Question number one: Which party is creating a government shutdown?  The Republican Party that passed a temporary fix to keep it running, or the Democrat Party – which by the way refused to do their jobs last year and pass this budget when they had total control of the presidency, the Senate and the House – which has done nothing but demonize and doesn’t even yet have a bill to offer in place of the Republican-passed bill?

Question number two: Which party is using tricks and gimmicks?  The Republicans, who passed a bill, or the Democrats who are relying on last-nanosecond chicanery?

Question number three: Which party is making abortion the issue: Republicans, who are merely requiring language that Democrats themselves have passed themselves?  Or Democrats, who demand that that the law continue to be ignored?  It is further informative that Barack Obama voted for the language that Republicans are using now when he was a Senator, and Joe Biden voted for it seven times as a Senator.

Question number four: Which party gives the slightest damn about our soldiers, sailors, Marines and Air Force personnel?  The Republicans who funded them and provided funding for Obama’s three wars, or the Democrats who want to use our troops for leverage in their reckless game of chicken?

The Democrats’ tactics get even more ridiculous.  Harry Reid has spent the last week claiming that Republican leaders agreed to a deal, when Republicans have steadily said that no such deal had been reached.  When a legitimate deal is reached, guess what happens?  BOTH parties come out and announce it.

This is what the Republicans said: “There’s not agreement on numbers,” Boehner told reporters Thursday. “And nothing will be agreed to until everything is agreed to.”

It is frankly asinine that every single Democrat has come out rigidly adhering to their fuehrers’ talking points and claiming some deal had been reached even a full week after Republicans said no such deal had ever been reached.  Not one single Republican has said there was ever any kind of a deal; they have in fact said precisely the opposite all along.

How about this, Harry and all you Demoncrats: President “Zero” Obama and I agreed to a deal while you were getting your “deal”: we agreed that the Democrat Party would fold and Democrats would collectively (like the collectivists they are) march off a cliff in proverbial lemming fashion.  How about you stick to that made-up deal???

The week-long argument that Republicans should somehow be compelled to stick to a totally-invented “deal” that zero-point-zero Republicans have ever said occurred is simply on the level of second graders.  And that said with all due apologies to second graders for the comparison.

Democrats are demagogues and demonizers of the worst sort imaginable.  If you listen to them, Republicans want to reduce the massive deficit for no other reason than that they want poor people to suffer and slowly die.

Take Nancy Pelosi (PLEASE!).  Washington D.C. has two newspapers, the Post and the Times.  The Times leans quite conservative and the Post leans quite liberal.  Amazingly, Nancy Pelosi was such a demagogic lying witch that the liberal Washington Post gave her 4 out of a possible 4 “Pinnochios” for lying.  Nancy Pelosi just flat out lied about the effects of the Republican budget cuts.  To which even the liberal Washington Post said:

In a city with overheated rhetoric, Pelosi’s statement ranks high on this year’s list of bloviated bluster. It’s bad enough that she repeatedly mixed up 6 million meals and 6 million people — and made no effort to correct the record after her statement was reported in the media. But the figure she used appears to have been invented itself, with little basis in fact.

Listen to Harrry Reid’s shrill unabashed hate:

“Republicans want to shut down our nation’s government because they want to make it harder for women to get the health services they need,” Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said on the floor Friday. “This is indefensible and everyone should be outraged — men and women should be outraged.”

That’s right.  It doesn’t have anything to do with Democrats’ reckless and frankly immoral out-of-control spending that will necessarily cause the collapse of America and a great depression that will make the last one look like a walk in the park on a sunny day.  It’s only because Republicans hate women and want them to suffer.

Reid said:

“But Republicans are asking me to sacrifice my wife’s health, my daughter’s health and my nine granddaughters’ health. They’re asking me to sacrifice the health of women in Nevada and across America. I won’t do it.“ 

Really, Harry, you demented liar?  You despicable little twisted piece of cockroach feces?  You secretly recorded Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell demanding that you sacrifice every female member of your family to their demonic god of meanness, did you?  Y0u ought to be tarred and feathered before having your butt permanently kicked down the steps of the Capitol for that kind of outrageous vileness.

But for Democrats, that kind of over-the-top vicious lie is simply a typical negotiating tactic.

We’ve got Democrat Eleanor Holmes Norton spewing vileness and lies the way a drunk college frat boy spews vomit:

“We are absolutely outraged. This is the functional equivalent of bombing innocent civilians,” she said.

That’s right.  The only thing keeping Republicans from firebombing every single city in America is Democrats.  Because Republicans want to murder as many Americans as they possibly can.

This is actually how these people debate.

Then there’s the whole Planned Parenthood thing – which was at the heart of the evil Democrat statments above.  First of all, if Demoncrats had wanted to pass their own budget, they damn well should have done so last year when they were in total control of all three branches of government.  Instead, they played their stupid political games and refused to deal with their primary responsibility as politicians.  They didn’t want to pass a budget because it was an election year and the American people would have seen how determined Democrats seem to be to bankrupt America and turn us into a banana republic.  And now they are pathetically whining when Republicans take over to do their damn job for them in a way they don’t like.  Democrats shrilly and hysterically claim that Republicans are trying to kill people so nobody will look at the facts.  They say Republicans are trying to destroy women’s health so people won’t see how despicable they’ve been.

Here’s the thing: the “women’s health” argument is demonstrably bogus.

Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards claimed “If this bill ever becomes law, millions of women in this country are gonna lose their healthcare access — not to abortion services — to basic family planning, you know, mammograms.”  Numerous Demoncrats such as Barbara Boxer have repeated that false claim to justify continued funding of Planned Parenthood.  Boxer said, “In California alone, hundreds of thousands of women, the Democratic Senator said, use the organization’s “life-saving” services — including cancer screenings, mammograms, day-to-day health care, OB-GYN services as well as contraception and family planning.”  Liberal mainstream media took up the false claim that women’s lives are being saved with Planned Parenthood mammograms.  And:

In addition to being frequently repeated by politicans who are in Planned Parenthood’s pocket, this claim is frequently repeated at Planned Parenthood rallies, blogs, newspaper editorials, and on television (courtesy of Planned Parenthood’s CEO).

But here’s the truth: a very recent sting revealed that Planned Parenthood does NOT provide mammograms.  It was all a lie told by an organization that is based entirely upon abortion and the dishonest defenders of abortion:

In the tapes, a Live Action actor calls 30 Planned Parenthood clinics in 27 different states, inquiring about mammograms at Planned Parenthood. Every Planned Parenthood, without exception, tells her she will have to go elsewhere for a mammogram, and many clinics admit that no Planned Parenthood clinics provide this breast cancer screening procedure. “We don’t provide those services whatsoever,” admits a staffer at Planned Parenthood of Arizona. Planned Parenthood’s Comprehensive Health Center clinic in Overland Park, KS explains to the caller, “We actually don’t have a, um, mammogram machine, at our clinics.”

Consider this:

In a current advertisement a Planned Parenthood clinic director for eight years, Abby Johnson, explains why she left the organization.

“I learned that Planned Parenthood is not about women’s health care at all. Their primary profit center and their entire corporate culture is about abortions,” Johnson says in the ad. “My superiors actually instructed me to increase the number of abortions at my facility. I couldn’t take it anymore. Low income women need real health care services and it is time America knew the truth about Planned Parenthood.”

Caught red-handed in a total lie that was the basis of their demand for funding for Planned Parenthood, Demoncrats simply dismiss reality and continue their screeching screeds of demagogic hatred.

Republicans point out this is about spending at a time when we don’t have money.  They point out that since Planned Parenthood is an abortion organization in addition to being a radical leftwing outfit that DOESN’T perform the services they claim, they should get their money from somewhere other than the federal government.

Let’s say I get federal funding for encouraging children to eat their broccoli.  But when parents call me to get me to come and get their children to actually eat broccoli, I say, “I’m sorry, but I don’t provide that service.”

Should I keep getting federal funds?

In a sane world the answer would be “hell no.”  But Demoncrats do not live in a sane world; and they do not want the rest of us to be allowed to live in one, either.

If Planned Parenthood wants to provide abortions, let them.  It’s evil, and one day every liberal who advocated the murder of these fifty-two million babies will burn in hell, and decent people will continue to do everything we can to stop this monsterous Nazi practice.  But go private and get your damn money from liberals.  Don’t you dare bait-and-switch us with bogus claims that it’s all about women’s health and demand government money.  Particularly when it turns out you rat bastards were even lying about that.

We are facing national extinction in a not very distant time.  We cannot even possibly continue to spend like this.  It is insane.  It is morally and fiscally insane.  And yet Democrats WILL NOT make even trivial cuts in spending.  And any time Republicans try to make the cuts that are absolutely necessary to prevent the financial implosion and Great Depression that is guaranteed to come, Demoncrats falsely demonize them at every turn.

We don’t need to cut billions of dollars from the federal government; we need to cut TRILLIONS of dollars from the federal government.

It comes down to this: if Democrats get their way, if the American people support them with their votes, America will fall, and fall soon.

Then we will truly see which party wanted the people to suffer.

GOP Or Democrats: Who’s To Blame For the Budget, Spending And Shutdown Mess We’re Now In?

As we face an impending government shutdown, it becomes an interesting question to ask, “How did we get here?”  And why are the Democrats literally scheming to shut down the government over the Republicans’ demand to cut just 2% of our massive deficit?  Why do Democrats want to hurt our troops and their families by denying the pay of soldiers who barely make it month to month?  Especially when Republicans have passed a stopgap measure that would fund the troops for the year and keep them out of any budget squabbles?

First, let’s get one fact on the table: this entire “shutdown” mess is the result of Democrats’ pathetic failure to pass a budget when they controlled the White House, the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives last year.

What is being fought over is the FY-2011 budget.  We are now SIX MONTHS into that fiscal year thanks to Democrat incompetence.  And the reason Democrats didn’t bother to pass a budget when they were in total control of the government was because it was an election year, and Democrats didn’t want the American people to see how morally and fiscally insane they truly were.  Bottom line: if Democrats had passed the kind of reckless budget that Democrats invariably pass, the election would have gone even worse for them than it did.

You need to understand the magnitude of the Democrats’ failure last year.  It marked the FIRST TIME in the history of our republic that the party in power failed to pass a budget.  And Democrats were in TOTAL control of all three branches of government at the time.

Furthermore, as soon as the new Republican House took over, they immediately went to work on the budget for this year that Democrats had refused to bother with last year when they were supposed to do so as the most basic part of their duties.  They sent that budget to the Democrat-controlled Senate.  And Harry Reid sat on it and did nothing.

And, for the record, Senate Democrats STILL don’t have any kind of a budget whatsoever.  The only thing they’ve got is a big can of deceitful demagoguery.

Those are the documented facts.

The mainstream media – as they sharpen their knives to carve up Republicans and make them the culprits – are simply lying to you.

That’s one.

Two, let’s consider the budgets passed by the last several Congresses, and then see who passed those budgets.  Let’s see which party is responsible for the shocking deficits that now plague us:

For the record, the last budget from a Republican President AND a Republican Congress – FY-2007 (passed in 2006) – resulted in a$161 billion deficit at a time when unemployment was 4.6%.  That’s what happened the last time the GOP was in control.

What happened when the Democrats took control in January 2007?  Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi passed a FY-2008 budget that had a $459 billion deficit – nearly three times the deficit in the immediately previous Republican-passed budget.  Three times.  And this before the financial crisis that somehow “necessitated” all this massive spending.

Now, that’s a pretty crazy increase under Democrat control.  But you aint seen nothin’ yet.

The Democrats passed a FY-2009 budget with a staggering, mind-boggling, totally reckless $1.42 TRILLION deficit.

The FY-2010 budget approved by Reid and Pelosi and signed by Obama had an estimated $1.6 TRILLION deficit.

The deficit has increased from $161 billion in the last budget before Democrats took control of the Congress (FY 2007) to $1.42 trillion in the most recent fiscal year (FY 2009)—an increase of $1.26 trillion or 782%.

With three months remaining in the fiscal 2009 budget, the federal deficit just officially passed the $1 trillion mark.  Worse yet, Obama borrowed more than forty cents for every single dollar he spent.

We also suffered a budget shortfall of $94 billion in the month of June, which marks the first June in more than ten years (read, “encompassing the entire Bush presidency”).  Bush’s success in raising revenues is bookended by two Democrat presidents who failed.

And now the Democrats aren’t even bothering to pass a budget for the next fiscal year, so they can simply spend without any accountability whatsoever.

That’s your history lesson.  Anyone who wants to blame the reckless spending on Bush or Republicans is either lying, or ignorant, or an ignorant liar.

Three, we need to chop TRILLIONS of dollars in spending if we don’t want our entire nation to collapse and our children to starve in front of our eyes in a depression that will make the 1930s look like a nice day at the beach.

Consider that according to the IMF (International Monetary Fund), the United States faces an unfunded liability of $200 TRILLION dollars.

Democrats are literally fighting to the death over a few billion dollars in this FY-2011 budget that they did nothing about when they had the chance.  At the same time, they are loudly demonizing Paul Ryan’s 2012 budget (notice how, unlike the Democrats, the Republicans are actually being responsible and passing a budget?) that will save $6.2 trillion compared to Obama’s budget over the next ten years – even as it spends more than $40 trillion (as compared to Obama’s $46 trillion).  Ryan’s budget is called “The Path to Prosperity.”  Obama’s out-of-control budget is now the status quo.  Which looks better to you?

There is absolutely NO WAY the nation will do anything but collapse if Democrats are allowed to play any role whatsoever in its governance at this point.

If you vote Democrat, this is your basic posture: “I don’t care about the next generation.  I do not give one DAMN about America.  I want everything that I and my union special interests can get, and screw everybody else.”

And my response is that Democrats are a greater threat to America than al Qaeda or China.  They are a fifth column destroying America from within so our worst enemies don’t have to bother.  We must crush Democrats before they can crush America.

Four, it is an absolute LIE that Republicans are shutting down the government.  The fact is, Republicans just passed another stopgap that would fund the government for a week and fund military operations (as in Obama’s military operations that he’s now placed into three wars) for the remainder of the year.

Consider reality for a change.  From the Associated Press:

Democrats don’t want to allow the troops to be funded.  Like the terrorists whose side they routinely take, they want to hold America’s ability to defend itself hostage; they want “leverage” over Republicans.  Cave in to our demands or else we’re destroy the military.  Allah Akbar!

Obama and Democrats do not WANT to prevent a government shutdown.  Obama and Democrats are enraged that Republicans give a damn about our troops and their ability to sustain operations.

What Obama and the Democrats want is to force a government shutdown over Republican attempts to prevent one and then use the power of the most propagandist media since Goebbels ran Hitler’s “mainstream media” to blame the GOP.

Because that is the kind of vermin the Democrats have become.

Harry Reid is refusing to allow the Republicans’ stopgap to even come up for debate in the Senate – even though there is no sane alternative.  In fact, the ONLY alternative Reid proposes is a Senate measure that would require a unanimous vote of all 100 Senators.  Which is to say that Harry Reid is forcing a government shutdown.  Period.

Go back and look at the past.  Consider that, under Democrats’ leadership, the federal budget has gone from $161 billion to $1.6 trillion a year with no end in sight until we get these bloated Democrat leeches off our backs.  Understand that a “trillion” is a thousand billion.  That makes the Democrats’ $1.6 trillion deficit a hundred times worse than what the Republicans left us with the last time they controlled Congress.

Consider our present situation.  Deficits skytocketing out of control.  Two hundred trillion dollars in unfunded liabilities that we can never possibly repay.  Interest payments alone soon exceeding $700 billion a year.

And Harry Reid can’t find enough money to pay for his sacred cowboy poetry festival in a $1.6 trillion a year deficit.  And that is not a joke.  It is a dangerous mental disease called “the Democrat Party.”

And consider that Democrats are doing everything they can to shut down the government and cause as much suffering for ordinary Americans as they can with the cynical belief that their liberal mainstream media allies will report the lie every single day that the Republicans are to blame until an ingorant population believes their Big Lie.

I believe we are in the last days before the Tribulation that God forewarned us about nearly 2,000 years ago.  I believe the beast is coming – and that beast will be a big government totalitarian fascist who will be the fulfillment of everything the Democrats have been trying to push America toward for most of the last century.

God didn’t decree the coming Antichrist and the terrible hell on earth that would result from his “government as God” rule; God merely knew that in the last days of the human race we would make the kind of terrible mistakes that would cause the coming of the beast and his seven coming years of hell.  And that is precisely what we have been doing.

We COULD do the right thing and avoid the hell that awaits us.  But we won’t.  And, amazingly, America will be the nation that starts the “beast” ball rolling; when America catches a cold, they say, the rest of the world catches the flu.  And because of the morally and fiscally insane policies of Democrats, America now has flesh eating disease.  You can already see the clear “last days” signs that have resulted from Obama’s wicked and foolish policies.

The beast is coming.

A Nobel For Wikileaks? Nobel Prize Worth About A Cup Of Horse Crap These Days

Jimmy Carter got one (maybe it was for abandoning a key US ally in the Shah and inviting in the Ayatolloahs?).  Al Gore got one for being a global warming propagandist.  Barack Obama got one for being nothing but a slick-talking socialist.

Ronald Reagan, who won the Cold War that had plagued the world for nearly fifty years, and who turned around an economy that was on its way down the toilet, didn’t get one.

So clearly being an ideological partisan liberal is a prerequisite for “winning” a Nobel Prize.

Murderer Yassar Arafat got one.  So maybe being a terrorist or at least being someone who is good at destabilizing world peace is a prerequisite, too.

And, of course, one of the few people who actually deserve the award was languishing in a Chinese prison while the Chinese who were crushing the human spirit were sipping champagne with Barry Hussein in the Obama White House.  So I guess hypocrisy and moral cowardice are probably criterions, also.

The background for giving that dissident – Liu Xiaobo – the Nobel Prize, is itself rather revealing.  Basically, in giving it to Obama for doing nothing beyond being a leftist, the Nobel committee felt pressured to give the 2010 award to somebody who actually deserved it.  If this was a Pee Wee Baseball umpiring deal, the dirty umpire would make sure his kid’s team won every single game but the one where league officials came to monitor his calls.

All that said, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange would seem to be a perfect choice for the award.

A cup full of horse crap stuffed in his face would be a pretty good choice, too.

There’s also the complicity of Wikileaks in possible torture and death, but who cares about that? Wikileaks callously released the names and whereabouts of Afghan informants helping US troops drive out the Taliban — a truly corrupt, murderous, terrorist regime — putting not only the lives of the informants in danger, but also the lives of their families. (Even Amnesty International was disgusted by this.) Julian Assange doctored a video of an Apache shooting insurgents in Baghdad, calling it collateral murder, but his little act of exposure in Afghanistan could lead to real collateral murder. The “courage” of the Wikileaks document drop also put the lives of US citizens and troops in danger, but hey, maybe that’s why they’re being nominated.

Julian Assange also admitted that Wikileaks was responsible for a Kenyan massacre that followed one of their document drops, but who cares? The Kenyans were informed before they were slaughtered. I’m sure that, were they alive, they would totally say it was worth it.

Even the flagship of liberalism The New York Times acknowledged that Assange and Wikileaks altered video to falsely demonize the US military:

By the time of the meetings in London, WikiLeaks had already acquired a measure of international fame or, depending on your point of view, notoriety. Shortly before I got the call from The Guardian, The New Yorker published a rich and colorful profile of Assange, by Raffi Khatchadourian, who had embedded with the group. WikiLeaks’s biggest coup to that point was the release, last April, of video footage taken from one of two U.S. helicopters involved in firing down on a crowd and a building in Baghdad in 2007, killing at least 18 people. While some of the people in the video were armed, others gave no indication of menace; two were in fact journalists for the news agency Reuters. The video, with its soundtrack of callous banter, was horrifying to watch and was an embarrassment to the U.S. military. But in its zeal to make the video a work of antiwar propaganda, WikiLeaks also released a version that didn’t call attention to an Iraqi who was toting a rocket-propelled grenade and packaged the manipulated version under the tendentious rubric “Collateral Murder.” (See the edited and non-edited videos here.)

Too bad those Reuters journalists decided to pal around with armed terrorists.  And too bad that Wikileaks released what was clearly propaganda that edited that little detail out of their Nobel-Prize-winning effort.

But propaganda is FINE with the political left, as long as it’s propaganda that demonizes conservatives, Republicans, America or the US military.  And just as is the case of Al Gore, the fact that Julian Assange is a documented propagandist who falsifies stories really doesn’t much matter in whether or not he should get a big fat award.

The New York Times, which of course helped Assange get his America-undermining pile of secrets to the world, was rather petty in its treatment of Assange.  After all, they were the arrogant elitists, and Assange wasn’t even a “real journalist.”  So after benefitting from his story, they turned on him like cockroaches eating their own:

So maybe really lousy personal hygiene habits are desirable for winning a Nobel Prize, too.

John Stossel pointed something out in an interview with Bill O’Reilly.  O’Reilly mentioned all the awards Stossel had won as a journalist, including 19 Emmys and 5 awards for excellence by the National Press Club.  But John Stossel noted that he wouldn’t be winning any more such awards.  Because he went to Fox News.  And the field of journalism is largely comprised of radical leftwing ideologues who are simply far too biased to recognize that the same great journalist who won all those awards is still the same great journalist doing the same great work.  But the field of American journalism doesn’t care about that; as far as these ideologue propagandists are concerned, John Stossel is persona non grata.  It’s just the way the roll.

And frankly, John Stossel is a better journalist than he’s ever been, because he cares more about the truth than he cares about playing these sick people’s game to win their stupid awards for leftwing bias.

The only reason the Nobel Prize award gets any coverage at all any more is because it is clearly lagely a far leftist award, and the media that gives us “the news” are a bunch of far leftists who think their fellow leftists (and only fellow leftists, mind you) deserve accolades.

Gay Military: Something America Needs Like A Massive WikiLeak

Well, what would have been absolutely freaking unthinkable to our first commander-in-chief, George Washington, has finally happened: we’ve got a gay military now.

I feared this from the outset of the Obama presidency and wrote it up in tones of irony and as much derision as I could muster:

Heck, I’ve got an even better idea.  Liberals have thought excluding gays from the military was so danged unfair and discriminatory.  Why don’t we “swing the other way,” and have a “Gay All The Way!” military?  Maybe – in the name of tolerance – you might allow a few token heterosexuals in as long as they don’t reveal that politically incorrect sexual orientation of theirs.  It’s time to gear up for battle, Rump Rangers; you’re going to need to feed a lot of red meat into the grinder once the world’s dictators realize that the President of God Damn America is an appeasing weakling.  You can use those superior compromising skills of yours to deal with Iran unleashing terrorist hell once your Messiah-President does nothing while Iranian President Ahmadinejab develops nuclear weapons so they can launch terrorism-by-proxy strikes on us with impunity.

The new God Damn America could augment its “Gay All The Way!” status with women who believe that being excluded from being able to do anything a man can do is discriminatory.  They can start walking sustained patrols while carrying a hundred pounds of extra weight in 110 degree heat, and be the ones who try to keep all their body parts intact while running and dodging with fifty pound combat loads.  Good luck with that, girls.  The guys carry that; surely you can do it too.  And don’t worry; you won’t have any heterosexual males around who would let that insulting and patronizing chivalry of theirs get in the way of your NOW-feminist-style equality.  You’ll get the chance to develop that upper body strength of yours digging your own fighting positions out of the rock hard clay.

It is absolutely stunning that we have these disastrous leaks revealing literally hundreds of thousands of pages of US government secrets at the hands of a homosexual soldier, and the very next thing we do is provide for the creation of another hundred thousand Private Bradley Mannings.

I would have thought the theft and release of 250,000 top secret documents would have made the “intelligentsia” pause about the wisdom of recruiting homosexuals who have a documented history of super-massive hissy fits.  But nope.  That would be the sane thing to do; and we can’t have that.  Onward ye proverbial lemmings!  Mush!  Mush!!!

Irony aside, and Bradley Manning aside, I thought this article from Townhall nailed the biggest reasons why this thing is going to be a disaster:

With the passage of the law to repeal the Clinton-era legislation commonly referred to as “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” President Obama enters into a new reality. In one last blaze of defiance of the American people, and expressly those who serve in our nation’s armed forces, President Obama was able to shove social engineering into pretty much the very corner of American culture where we have no business doing so.

Upon his signature President Obama will begin a process that will at the very least disrupt operations, and at the very worst see the eventual weakening of our armed forces.

Throughout the entirety of this debate I’ve had questions, none of which seemed to be answered or even asked in the congressional sessions dealing with the matter.

From a purely pragmatic standpoint perhaps someone could answer them now, since I’m especially sure that President Obama wouldn’t push for such a fundamental transformation of our military without good answers to them.

1. What happens to housing, on base and in theater?

If it is morally questionable to have men and women housed together because of the sexual tension that exists between primarily men who would be predatorily interested in the women they might shower with or frequently be seen in the act of dressing and undressing on a regular basis, why is it any different if you have identified the predatory homosexual male who might have an unrequited “thing” for a fellow service member? If it is proper to keep men and women housed separately do we now go to four sets of housing. Men who don’t engage in homosexual activity, Men who do, Women who don’t, Women who do? Practically speaking Mr. President how do you get past the fundamental sexual tension that will be present the minute some make it known?

2. Do you expect the military system or the civilian courts to deal with the influx of phony sexual harassment cases to follow?

Consider this issue a prediction of sorts, but take it to the bank that those who engage in open homosexuality will feel the freedom if not the need begin to portray themselves as victims of harassment pretty much anytime something doesn’t go their way. And it may not require anything all that severe to trigger it. A drill instructor gets a little too rough in his language while trying to beat the “sissy” out of a recruit in basic training or Officer Candidate School and the backlog will commence.

3. Will base commanders be required to host “pride” events that allow for similar conduct to the x-rated displays that go on in the nation’s cities each year?

There was much discussion in the Senate and House hearings about the issue of morale, the breakdown of structure, the significance of discipline and the ability to command respect and a readied force. Nothing related to any “pride” event ever held comes close to anything resembling respect, discipline, or structure. There is a reason our best volunteer to serve their nation, and it has nothing to do with speedos, bump or grind.

4. Will all other sexual conduct be made legal as well?

It is still a crime to commit adultery in active military duty, and even more so for officers. How can you possibly be allowing for the flamboyancy of effeminate male soldiers to engage in sexual conduct and their notorious ever wandering lust for the new on one hand, and hold court martial for those who have discreetly hidden their sexual escapades while destroying their families?

There are many legitimate reasons why the military is not the place to run experiments on the restructuring of the society at large.

For the leftist idiots who will scream the meme that, “every other nation on the planet already does it,” shut up!

None of those military forces are the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines.

I know the progressive elites in the nation awake this morning feeling better about what has been done to the U.S. Military in this vote. I know this President has never served and likely barely knows anyone who has. I know that the godless in our nation think this is all a tremendous step forward.

In the hundreds of conversations I’ve had with those that serve in our nation’s armed forces, from Naval F-18 aviators to Army Rangers, Marine specialists to Air Force pilots of B2 stealth bombers, C130s, and military drones, the view of the military is clear. They serve to focus on the mission at hand, not because they may or may not display pictures of their romantic interests in the living quarters.

I know that our military has been the best in the world, and that they deserved to be listened to when they spoke clearly from the four branches to the President. The head of each branch clearly made the case for not allowing the military to become a place where the focus of our troops was placed on when and how they can have sex, instead of achieving their mission.

But now that reality has been thrust upon us. It is a focus of magnificent distraction, and in terms of operational priorities it is of miniscule importance.

It was President Obama’s doing, and the results that follow will be laid at his feet.

In my “day” in the Army, soldiers in the infantry that I served in just would not have tolerated openly homosexual soldiers.  There would have been blanket parties galore, until the gay-berets got the message that they were most definitely not wanted.  I don’t know that that will happen today, but I just can’t imagine the mindset has changed that much in the years I’ve been out (by which I mean out of the military, and not, you know, “out”).

I heard a Democrat representative today say that the military is having a hard time keeping up its recruiting goals, and so therefore it’s stupid to deny thousands of gay men and women the opportunity to serve.  What that omits is the fact that there are a lot of heterosexual men and women who don’t want to be forced to shower and sleep right next to same-sex soldiers who may well want nothing more than to have “sexual relations” with them.  There are also a lot of young men who continue to have something of that Judeo-Christian worldview who rightly believe that homosexuality is a serious moral issue, and these young men aren’t going to want to be forced to trust people that they don’t trust with their lives.

“Missile defense” is about to take on a whole new meaning.

It will be interesting to see if the infantry units – you know, the guys who basically do all of the fighting and most of the dying – are going to see significant drops in enlistment.  The Marine Corps will be an interesting place to look, since “infantry” enlistment figures are hard to find.

One thing I definitely don’t expect to see is huge swells in enlistment, as all of those homosexuals suddenly join up and fill the ranks.  If I’m wrong, you’ll see – based on statistics homosexuals offer – that the US military will suddenly have 143,000 more enlistments, as that 10% of the population that are homosexual suddenly rush to join up.  The thing is that these people didn’t want a gay military so they could join it; they wanted a gay military so they could ruin it.  Just like marriage.

The liberal ideologues whom we just appeased are not the people who will serve.  The people who will serve just got served an in-your-face insult.

The same people who want homosexuals in the military are the same people who think WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is a rock star for publishing every stolen classified American document he can get his filthy paws on.

This was a terrible and an immoral decision, which is all the more terrible and immoral for occurring during time of war.

The left always points to Europe or “other countries” and say that we should do what they do.  A few things are wrong with that: one of them emerges from Thomas Jefferson’s words, “With all the defects in our Constitution, whether general or particular, the comparison of our government with those of Europe, is like a comparison of Heaven with Hell.”  To wit: why on earth would we want to be like Europe?  Another emerges from the question, “WHAT PART OF EUROPE ARE YOU FROM? THE PART WHOSE ASS WE SAVED, OR THE PART WHOSE ASS WE KICKED?” To wit: why on earth would we want to be like Europe.  And yet another emerges from the question why European nations aren’t bothering to stand up and fight for freedom?  Europeans aren’t sending troops to Afghanistan; the troops they do send don’t fight; and most European Union nations are failing to spend even the minimum 2% of their GDP on defense, as required.  To wit: why on earth would we want to be like Europe?

Now we’re way down the path to becoming useless, pathetic and apathetic Europe, only with deodorant.

If homosexual men and women really wanted to serve their country – rather than further break down our nation and its social structures more than they already have – then they would have continued to volunteer and serve their country, rather than imposing their rabid homosexual agenda onto those who just want to defend their country.

Election Fraud: If You Vote Democrat, You Are A Corrupt Dishonest Cheat By Proxy

Everyone could see it right in front of them on live television.  Florida Democrat gubernatorial candidate Alex Sink was caught red-handed cheating in a debate.  Her excuse?  She blamed her Republican opponent (i.e., “blame Bush!).

Corrupt Democrat voter machine ACORN never truly dies.  It just changes its name.

In previous elections, any race that was close would be stolen from Republicans by Democrat cheating.  As Al Franken being elected on the illegally-cast votes of incarcerated convicts serves to demonstrate.

But that is no longer the case.  Now, Democrats are behind by larger margins due to their incredibly failed and incredibly fascist policies.  So they have to cheat bigger than ever before to steal elections.

There are all kinds of other examples to show that the Democrat Party is the party of cheating and corruption.

There are the strange goings-ons inside the voting machines in Nevada, which have a mysterious tendency to prompt voters to select Harry Reid.

Add to that the SEIU pro-Democrat voter-stuffing shenanigans, with clear evidence of massive fraud.

Add to that the 250 absentee ballots the Republican candidate tracked to a vacant lot.

Add to that an Ohio public high school that bussed students during school hours to vote after being given a ballot that ONLY had Democrats on it.  After which they were treated to ice cream.

Add to that the evidence in Bucks County, Pennsylvania that the Democrat candidate is flooding the voter registration office with fraudulent applications for absentee ballots.

Add to that voting machines in North Carolina which are “voting” for Democrats even when that is the exact opposite of what voters intend.  Which is simply the icing on the cake of all kinds of other fraud going on there.

Add to that Chicago, where Republicans are being disenfranchised of their right to vote by corrupt Democrat organizations.

Add to that still more corrupt Democrats in Pennsylvania who created a fictitious “Pennsylvania Voter Assistance Office” to commit voter fraud.

Add to that a public state university in Wisconsin that illegally urged students and faculty to get out and help the Democrat cause.

Add to that a woman who is literally under criminal indictment for past voter fraud with liberal A.C.O.R.N. now heading up yet another corrupt liberal voter fraud group.

Add to that Democrat Sen. Barbara Boxer both illegally and immorally requesting public high school teachers to send public school kids to volunteer for her campaign.

Add to that a Democrat organization in Virginia “shocked” that their free beer in exchange for votes was actually criminal.

Add to that the woman named Gabby Mercer with the Republican “Jan Brewer for Governor” sign painted on the rear window of her car getting a big rock thrown through that window in a clear act of political intimidation.

Add to that Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee committing voter fraud at a polling place.

Add to that First Lady Michelle Obama, who had committed voter fraud in the same way.

Add to that forged ballots and illegals registering to vote for Democrats via groups such as Mi Familia Vota, Border Action, and Faith.Hope.Vote!  Which all have ties to the SEIU.

Add to that a staffer for a long-time Arizona Democrat who was caught stealing the yard signs featuring his Republican opponent (see also here for the KGUN 9 story, at least until they delete it).

Add to that illegal immigrants who are actively working to undermine the vote in Washington State for Democrats.  Even as liberal Democrat bastions such as San Fransisco are currently seeking to undermine the sanctity of citizens and the vote altogether.

Add to that Democrat states such as New York and Illinois disenfranchising military service members – who vote heavily Republican – of the right to vote in violation of the law.

Add to that campaign ads by Democrat candidates such as Rep. Alan Grayson which so shockingly and deliberately misrepresent the truth that even MSNBC are taking them to the woodshed for their gross lies.

Add to that Democrat Rep. Barney Frank, accepting campaign contributions in clear violation of his own promise from banks that his committee regulates.

Add to that the incredibly vicious and misogynist attack against Republican Christine O’Donnell, as a man was paid to smear her with allegations of a one-night stand (i.e., “feminists” despise successful conservative women).

Add to that the earlier clear election corruption by the Obama administration in offering Democrats Joe Sestak and Andrew Romanoff jobs not to run against candidates preferred by the regime in clear violation of the law.

Nancy Pelosi falsely promised to “drain the swamp.”  Instead, her party is swimming in it.

But it’s not just in campaigning that Democrats are pathologically dishonest frauds; it is in governing.

There was the Generational Fraud Act otherwise known as the stimulus that was sold as preventing unemployment from rising above 8%.  What is it now?

There was the “sales pitch” that promised all sorts of “shovel-ready jobs.”  The problem is that there NEVER WERE any such jobs.  And now we have the admission that there never WERE any “shovel-ready jobs” coming right out of the lying mouth of the liar-in-chief himself.

There was the “sales pitch” that ObamaCare would bend the cost-curve down; that if you liked your health plan you could keep it; that the mandates weren’t a tax; etcetera.  And every single one of those promises was just an obscene lie.

Lately we see the Obama administration playing all kinds of monkey games with the TARP program finances, according to the TARP inspector general.

That’s just the way the party behind fifty-two million dead babies rolls.  I suppose you just shouldn’t expect baby killers to be decent people.

To be a Democrat today is to support institutional cheating, fraud and lies.  If you are a Democrat, you are a despicable cheating liar by proxy.  Just embrace it.  It is what you vote for.  It is what you support.  It is who and what you are.  And shame on you.

Way To Go: GOP Blocks Ideology-Laden Defense Bill

When I heard that the Democrat leadership was playing politics by inserting the amnesty-granting DREAM Act into a bill ostensibly to fund our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, I hoped Republicans would block it.  And then the Democrats decided they weren’t being ideological enough in their partisan politics, and added a provision forcing the military to embrace homosexuality whether it hurt national security or not.

What Democrats wanted to do was force Republicans to either vote for the bill, or be the side that “opposed funding our troops.”

And the fact that Democrats started a game of political chicken with our troops’ lives would get conveniently overlooked by the mainstream leftwing media.

Thank God, our Republican Party stood up to this vile game and said no to frankly vile measures that had nothing to do with troop funding.

Republicans block bill to lift military gay ban

WASHINGTON – Senate Republicans on Tuesday blocked an effort by Democrats and the White House to lift the ban on gays from serving openly in the military, voting unanimously against advancing a major defense policy bill that included the provision.

The mostly partisan vote dealt a major blow to gay rights groups who saw the legislation as their best hope, at least in the short term, for repeal of the 17-year-old law known as “don’t ask, don’t tell.”

If Democrats lose seats in the upcoming congressional elections this fall, as many expect, repealing the ban could prove even more difficult — if not impossible — next year. The Senate could take up the measure again during a lame-duck session after the elections, but a spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he hasn’t decided whether to do so.

“The whole thing is a political train wreck,” said Richard Socarides, a White House adviser on gay rights during the Clinton administration.

Democrats included the repeal provision in a $726 billion defense policy bill, which authorizes a pay raise for the troops among other popular programs. In a deal brokered with the White House, the measure would have overturned the 1993 law banning openly gay service only after a Pentagon review and certification from the president that lifting the ban wouldn’t hurt troop morale.

But with little time left for debate before the November ballot, the bill had languished on the Senate calendar until gay rights groups, backed by pop star Lady Gaga, began an aggressive push to turn it into an election issue.

Reid agreed to force a vote on the bill this week and limit debate, despite Republican objections. A Nevada Democrat in a tight race of his own this fall, he also pledged to use the defense bill as a vehicle for an immigration proposal that would enable young people to qualify for U.S. citizenship if they joined the military.

Republicans alleged that Reid was using the defense bill to score political points with the Democratic base.

“This is not a serious exercise. It’s a show,” said Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky.

You read it right.  The intellectual and moral power behind the Democrat Party is Lady Gaga.  The Democrat Party reached the sewer, and just kept right on digging.

I don’t doubt for a second that Republicans have done this themselves in the past.  But it is vile.  And it is the kind of thing that any party that is worthy of the title “reformers” will pledge to stop doing and then never do again.

The funding for our soldiers – and most especially during time of war – should be off-limits to anyone who would politicize it.  Because every time a soldier is wounded or killed in action, he is wounded and killed for every American; not merely Democrats or Republicans.

And our politicians damn well better start respecting that.

You want your ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ repeal?  Then have the simple integrity to vote for it straight up.  Because otherwise, you are nothing more than an evil, vile weasel.  And the same thing applies with leftwing OR rightwing immigration proposals.

Both Democrat proposals would transform our society.  And to try to sneak them through under the guise of supporting our soldiers is undemocratic and in fact un-American.

‘Corpse Man’: Commander-in-Chief Reveals Shocking Ignorance Of Military

Today the President of the United States – and the Commander-in-chief of our armed forces – betrayed a shocking ignorance of the military he ostensibly commands:

There is not a single Sailor, Marine, or soldier who does not know what a “corpsman” is – or how to pronounce the title.  Certainly, any wounded Sailor or Marine – who would yell “Corpsman!” if wounded – knows how to pronounce the title of the guy he’d call to come over and save his life.

When George Bush showed his West Texas side in his pronunciation of the word “nuclear,” you would have thought that automatically categorized him (to quote Obama chief of staff Rahm Emanuel) as “f-ing retarded.”

Liberals constantly pointed out that George Bush was just such an imbecile.

You want to see the imbecile we’ve got now?

With no respect due, Barack Obama makes George Bush look like Einstein’s smarter brother.

Just the other day Barack Obonehead attacked Las Vegas for the second time after the first attack cost the city and the people who live there a couple of hundred million dollars.  Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman summed it up well when he said that “This president is a real slow learner.”

A real slow learner as in, “Fell out of the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down.”  As in, “An intellect rivaled only by garden tools.”  As in, “Has an IQ of room temperature.”  As in, “Any dumber and he’d have to be watered twice a week.”  As in, “The wheel is turning but the hamster is definitely dead.”

But Obama’s error in pronunciation isn’t just an indication that he’s every bit as stupid as liberals constantly said George Bush was.  It goes deeper.

Barack Obama just got a grade from the bipartisan Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction, Proliferation and Terrorism: and they gave him a flat ‘F’ in the field of keeping the country safe.

The military is confused as to how to carry out Obama’s contradictory policies.  For some incomprehensible reason, they want to actually have rules of engagement that allow them to kill the enemy and survive themselves.  Which is to say we either need to replace our 1.4 million member military with smarter soldiers or else replace our failure-in-chief.

For the record, I say we keep the soldiers and dump the failure-in-chief.

Obama’s total failure to comprehend the military – or its terminology – rather flies in the face of an Associated Press article that gushed over Obama’s diligence in pronouncing the names of foreign leaders and places to show respect.

The audience laughed, but Obama takes pronunciations quite seriously.His aides know that this is an area where the president wants to be right. In Obama’s view, pronouncing someone’s name or hometown correctly is a simple way of showing respect, they say. It’s a sort of baseline diplomacy. That’s particularly so in foreign relations, where aides say the president will privately practice pronouncing a leader’s name a number times before saying it publicly.

Alas that Obama doesn’t bother to show that same respect for the trained courageous professionals who save Sailors’ and Marines’ lives on the battlefields that Obama sends them to fight and die on.

The difference between “corpsman” and “corpse man” is the difference between life and death.
