Obama’s – And Worse The Mainstream Media’s – Incredibly Vile And Dishonest Hypocrisy Over Louisiana Disaster

When I searched the internet for these exact words that I personally saw Obama speak on video from Fox News, do you know where I had to go to actually find them?  Sources like Breitbart and Rush Limbaugh.  Why???  Because the wicked, demonically hypocritical and pathologically dishonest mainstream media WILL NOT present the news fairly or honestly or accurately.

This photo of Bush was ran over and over and over again on every single mainstream media “news” site.  The mainstream media made this THE image of the Bush presidency because they WANTED to make it THE image of the Bush presidency.  It was the single thing that BROKE the Bush presidency, the image of a detached, distant commander-in-chief who couldn’t be bothered to land his plane but instead surveyed the damage from the remote heavens:

Calling the flyover a metaphor for Bush’s failed leadership, candidate Obama said, “People looked up at the roof tops for too long and all they saw was an empty sky.”

It is NEWS when a president so hypocritically excoriates his predecessor and then turns out to be stinking WORSE than the man he demonized.

Every single legitimate news agency will run this story into the ground day-after-day-after-day with a deafening drumbeat the same way they ran it thus against George W. Bush.  The problem is that not ONE mainstream news outlet is legitimate any more.  They are ALL propaganda outlets.  They are ALL pathologically dishonest political ideologues spinning and twisting and distorting the news for their socialist political party and their socialist political candidates.

Let’s look at the factual historical record that you basically have to go to Breitbart or Rush Limbaugh or Drudge to actually see.

Candidate Barack Obama, viciously and hatefully slandering and demonizing President George W. Bush in 2008:

Bush saw the disaster “from the window of an airplane.”  Obama didn’t bother to even look at it AT ALL.

How did Obama “respond in a catastrophe”???  He played more golf.  He played TEN rounds of golf while Louisiana was under freaking WATER:

Now the media is suddenly agreeing with what Bush protested at the time, that if he had landed, precious, vital emergency- and first-response resources would have either been redirected or stopped by the Bush security detail as Bush came down for what the media would have demonized as a “photo op” had he come down.  Because when you are a Republican, you can not win with the news.  They will demonize you whether you zig or whether you zag.

In 2005, Bush had a Democrat governor who failed her state so badly she got booted from office to help demonize Bush.

But in the wave of dishonest Obama propaganda, Democrats have retaken the state, so now we have this.  Look at the hypocrisy from the Democrat governor from these two stories exposed by Mediate:

Louisiana governor John Bel Edwards pleaded for aid for his state on Sunday, saying that after a week of devastating flooding, “we really need help.”

Unlike a hurricane, Edwards told CNN on Sunday, “this rain event didn’t have a name, so we have folks around the country who I think are just now realizing how significant it was.”

Days of extraordinary rainfall caused severe flooding around southern Louisiana this week, killing at least 13 people, damaging an estimated 60,000 homes and forcing thousands to the shelter of evacuation centers. More than 100,000 people had registered for federal assistance by Sunday, even as waters slowly receded and many families returned home to find furniture broken and caked in mud, walls weakened by water and early signs of mold spreading through their rooms.

“Typically by this point in a storm, I think Red Cross would be receiving a lot more donations; I think there would be more volunteers signing up,” Edwards said. “It would be very helpful for people to donate to the Red Cross, to the Baton Rouge area foundation, and also to come in and volunteer to help people get back into their homes as quickly as possible.”

In the small town of Lake Arthur, east of the Lacassine wildlife refuge, authorities barred residents from returning home as teams piled sandbags and worked pumps, struggling to keep the floodwaters out of more homes.

 In St Amanat, one of the worst-flooded towns of southern Louisiana, teams continued to go door to door in search of survivors and bodies on Sunday. “It’s much worse than I expected,” resident Sheila Siener told the Associated Press. “The water, the dirt, the smell. Water in the cabinets. Everything’s filthy. I’ve never been through a flood, so I really didn’t know.”

About 25 miles away in Denham Springs, floods unearthed graves and damaged tombs at one of at least 15 cemeteries in the region that were affected by the rains. Resident Willie Brooks III found that his mother’s vault had vanished. “The vault was completely gone,” Brooks said. “It could be down the street. It could be in the Amite River. I don’t know.”

Do presidential tours create havoc with local resources in a disaster that are badly needed to deal with the actual emergency?  WELL, IF THEY DO NOW, THEN THEY DID WHEN BUSH WAS PRESIDENT, DONTYATHINK????

But the ONE thing a presidential tour brings to a devastated area is attention, awareness and exposure.

The Democrat governor started out – because being a “Democrat” he is nothing but a DEMOn-possessed bureauCRAT cockroach politician – defending Obama for not coming and trying to demonize and slime Donald Trump for being the ONLY presidential candidate who actually showed up and said, “I CARE.”

But first he was forced to praise Donald Trump’s visit for creating the very awareness and attention that Barack Obama indifferently and without any compassion whatsoever refused to bother to create, and now that same governor is forced to try to say in a quiet, desperate way that Barack Obama horrifyingly let his state down when they needed him the most.

Democrat Governor Kathleen Blanco and New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin – I actually REMEMBER these names because the media made it such a giant story and made the story about Bush – both personally failed in shocking ways to do their damn jobs.  Mayor Ray Nagin allowed hundreds of school buses that were under his direct authority that could have been used to save people who drowned to sit there in the flood waters unused.  Blanco had so miserably misdirected funds that had been earmarked to reinforce the levies that broke.

And the same media that made that story about Bush and will NOT make this story about Obama should never be read or watched or viewed ever again.

We need Donald Trump for president on Obama’s logic: because when Obama couldn’t even be bothered to get on a damn plane because he wanted to play ten rounds of golf in Martha’s Vineyard, when Hillary Clinton was taking a long nap every other day between her screeching fundraising events, Donald Trump showed up at the disaster site and ALONE did the job of a president.

 

 

 

Claire McCaskill Joins the Ranks Of Hypocrite Democrat Tax Cheats

How many reasons are there to vote out Claire McCaskill at the first opportunity in 2012?

You really only need one: she was a weasel who voted for ObamaCare and then basically pretended she hadn’t:

Liberal Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill is in big trouble.

Thank goodness Claire can count on the media to help her out.
The press started spreading the rumor this week that McCaskill is questioning Obamacare even though she not only supported the plan, but also traveled the state promoting it at townhall meetings.
Jake Wagman at The St. Louis Post Dispatch reported:

With 2012 Republican opposition already circling, U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill continues to question a key component of the president’s health care plan.

Politico has McCaskill, who’s already attracted two GOP contenders hoping to unseat her, joining a band of moderate Senate Democrats exploring ways to replace the mandate portion of the health care legislation approved by Congress last year.

McCaskill told Politico writer Manu Raju that they are looking for something “less than a mandate,” such as limited enrollment periods with financial penalties for not signing up. (That’s not a mandate?)

“It may be that the mandate is the only way we can do it,” McCaskill said. “But I think we should explore it.”

Under the plan signed into law last year, individuals could eventually face a fine of up to 2.5 percent of their income for not having insurance.

Of course, they forgot to mention this…
When McCaskill had the opportunity to remove the mandate during Senate negotiations in 2010, she refused. Instead, she voted to keep the mandate in the bill by killing a Republican amendment (H.R. 4872, CQ Vote #101: Motion agreed to 58-40: R 0-40; D 56-0; I 2-0, 3/25/10, McCaskill Voted Yea).

Lloyd Smith, Executive Director of the Missouri Republican Party, said this:

“Claire McCaskill voted to keep the unconstitutional individual mandate in the health care bill, she cast the deciding vote in favor of Obamacare, and then she traveled the state in support of the law. McCaskill had plenty of opportunities to seek alternatives to the individual mandate, but instead, she sided with Barack Obama every chance she got and forced costly, burdensome, and unconstitutional regulations on every single Missourian. McCaskill’s sudden election-cycle repentance is too little, too late.”

When ObamaCare was passed via every imaginable shenanigan, it was unpopular with the American people.  And now, having had a chance to see it, to see the huge cost increases its causing, to see the thousand-plus waivers (Constitution “equal treatment under the law alert) as even LABOR UNIONS try to bail out of it, and to see even BLUE STATES trying to weasel out of it, it is more unpopular than ever.

Claire McCaskill voted for an evil and immoral law.  And that alone is enough to kick her butt right out of office.

But if that wasn’t a good enough reason, here’s another damn fine reason to get her stink out of the United States Senate:

Claire McCaskill admits to $287,000 in unpaid taxes on private plane

Missouri Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill admitted Monday that she had failed to pay about $287,000 in back taxes and will sell a private plane that has created considerable controversy as she prepares to run for a second term in 2012.

“I have convinced my husband to sell the damn plane,” McCaskill told reporters on a conference call Monday afternoon. “I will not be setting foot on the plane ever again.”

McCaskill and her husband, Joe Shepard, co-own the eight-seat, two-engine plane with other investors. They bought it in July of 2006 through Sunset Cove Associates, an LLC her husband incorporated in 2002.

The tax revelations are the only the latest problem for McCaskill involving the plane,however.

In the wake of a Politico report that had billed the government for her travel on the aircraft, she quickly reimbursed taxpayers for the trips, hoping to avoid a protracted political problem.

But, it was then revealed that she had billed taxpayers for a purely political trip — deepening her potential exposure on the issue.

On the conference call, McCaskill said that after she discovered the political trip on the plane she conducted an extensive audit of all the times she used it. That search turned up the fact that she had not paid personal property taxes on the aircraft totaling $287,273. (Not all states charge these taxes, and because planes are not registered with the state or the county, she was never billed.) The senator said she understood that Missourians would be confused about how this happened, but insisted it was an honest mistake. “I’m being held accountable, like I should be,” she said. “I made this mistake.”

Republicans, not surprisingly, have had a field day with McCaskill’s plane problems. The Missouri Republican Party has filed an ethics complaint against her while the National Republican Senatorial Committee is demanding she release tax records for the company that leases the plane, along with more information on each of the flights she took.

“This raises very serious questions for Senator McCaskill’s re-election bid because if there are two things voters don’t like, it’s a hypocrite and a tax cheat, and Senator McCaskill just admitted to being both,” said NRSC executive director Rob Jesmer. The NRSC is also circulating a web video that features the incumbent saying: “If my walk doesn’t match my talk, then shame on me and don’t ever vote for me again.”

McCaskill, herself, acknowledged the trouble the plane issue has caused her on today’s call. “It sounded like a good idea, but it’s very expensive and its very complicated,” she said. “I think it does complicate things for the public.”

ANY public official who doesn’t pay their income taxes deserves to be hunted down with dogs and then burned alive.

But when that public official is a Democrat who literally makes a living saying other people “need to pay their fair share,” they should be tarred and feathered before they’re let loose so the Rottweilers can hunt them down.

I couldn’t be more sick and tired of self-righteous hypoctire liberal rat bastard filth Democrats making “honest mistakes” as they fail to pay their taxes.  You know what I’d like to see?  A Democrat make an “honest misktake” and finally for once in their lives making an ACTUAL honest mistake and paying TOO MUCH in the taxes they loudly demand everybody else pay.

Charlie Rangel – who sat on the House Ways and Means Committee and in fact was the CHAIRMAN of that committee that writes our damn tax laws – made an “honest mistake” in assuming that he somehow should be REPEATEDLY exempted from the laws he expected everybody else to follow.

John Kerry – who was the 2004 Democrat candidate for president of the United States – made an “honest mistake” when he decided he should screw his state in taxes he owed on his yacht and instead acted exactly like the corporations that move jobs offshore that people like him constantly demonize.  Because he damn sure moved his yacht offshore to avoid paying his taxes.

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is smart enough to run our nations entire financial system, but too damn stupid to avoid making that “honest mistake” that would have meant paying his taxes.

They’re hardly alone.  And they are just two examples of Democrats whose vile party and whose wicked electorates will never hold them accountable for their lies and their frauds.

Hopefully, Claire McCaskill will be different as the people of Missouri say “hell no!” to her kind of weasel politician less than 20 months from now.

Lest We Forget: OBAMA Is America’s Sputnik Moment

Obama talked about America facing a “Sputnik moment” last night.  For the record, “Sputnik” was a Soviet successful satellite that stunned America out of its complacency.  America entered the space race with a vengeance, and won it by a knockout.  Obama exploited that moment,  pointed out that America is watching the world go past us, and says we need to be competitive by pursuing massive government spending oops I mean “investment.”

But he did evoke a huge defense issue from a half-century ago—the signal wake-up security call that marked the years of transition from Dwight Eisenhower to John F. Kennedy, the single word that has symbolized ever since the fear of slipping behind in a dangerous world: Sputnik.

“This is our generation’s Sputnik moment,” Obama said. As a result, we need to fund “a level of research and development we haven’t seen since the height of the space race.”

Well, at the heart of Obama’s State of the Union speech were many contradictions.  And I’ll get to them.  But his “Sputnik moment” thing was the worst one of all.

And to make sure you realize how pathetically laughable Obama’s analogy is, let’s make sure we understand that Sputnik was a Russian threat, and then let’s make sure we understand how Obama has helped undermine American interests to advance the Russians with yet another title:

That one documents how Obama has undermined America’s missile defense program.  And the actual Sputnik moment was all about dealing with Russian missiles.

This guy’s talking about our Sputnik moment?  Seriously?

Conservatives had already debunked many of Obama’s lies last night before he even told them.  I’ve debunked those lies right here.

This is why Senator Jim DeMint said after Obama’s latest speech, “It’s hard to take the president seriously.”

But sadly we must take Obama seriously.  Because Obama’s real political genius comes down to one simple thing: he realized that the people who support him are stupid and ignorant, don’t know a damn thing that the incredibly biased media machine doesn’t tell them, and that he can therefore spit out anything and not get caught by much of America in his deceit.

Obama is our Sputnik moment.  By which I mean, this turd-in-chief and his policies are the reason that we are failing and falling behind while other nations around us rise up and overtake us.

One of the other major contradictions of Obama’s speech are that he is essentially acting as if the previous two years didn’t happen.  “Nothing to see over there, folks, now if you don’t mind looking this way.” Obama is saying that we need a major new “investment” (which is a tidy euphemism for yet more government pork), when in fact he has already “invested” well over a trillion dollars with absolutely nothing to show for it but more debt and more deficits than this nation has ever seen before.

Which is why DeMint said:

When asked about President Obama’s statements about government investments, DeMint said, “Now the president is promising more spending, which he calls investments, when the time is to cut spending in Washington.. The president needs to tell the American people the truth.. That its time for the federal government to do less.”

Let’s look at Obama’s trillions in “investment” and see what effect it has had on our “competitiveness”:

In other words, there is an inversely proportional comparison to Obama’s stimulus and American “competitiveness.”

And US government spending has little or nothing to such competitiveness.  Take a look at our education spending:

That dates back to 2003.  Look before that, look after that, and the results are the same.  We spend and spend and spend while our kids get dumber and dumber and dumber.  To the extent that right now only a third of our kids are considered proficient in major subjects.

Here’s the problem: liberals call for more and more and more spending, but liberals make sure that all the largess goes to them, and goes to their politically connected interests.  Like the liberal teachers unions that are the REAL reason our country is falling behind in education.  And to the extent we spend more, we only feed the beast that is the REAL source of our dilemma and help build it into an even BIGGER problem as it uses its vast resources to protect the status quo.

Obama wants to spend billions on “green energy.”  What that means is that he wants to subsidize incredibly expensive and NON-Competitive energy sources while our rivals continue to run circles around us with cheap and efficient oil and coal.  And the more and the faster we spend, the more and the faster we fall behind.

The real sputnik moment, epitomized in the person of Obama himself, is this: America is spending itself into extinction.  It is not wise spending, because we are sucking money out of the efficient private sector, giving to an incredibly inefficient and wasteful federal government, and then doling it out on the basis of political patronage rather than common sense.

I’ll end with this: Obama is using a “mangled multiplier” as his basis for the need for more government spending.  On Obama’s and the Democrat Party’s distorted view, for every dollar the federal government spends, we get a $1.55 “bang for our buck.”  But it isn’t true.  Unless you really think building tunnels for turtles, bridges to nowhere and studying cow flatulence is going to make America great.  On the International Monetary Fund model, which just makes more sense in addition to being less ideologically biased, we only get back 70 cents for every dollar spent.  See this article for the documentation on that, and check out this graph:

In his SOTU speech, Obama provided an airplane metaphor that went:

“Cutting the deficit by gutting our investments in innovation and education is like lightening an overloaded airplane by removing its engine. It may feel like you’re flying high at first, but it won’t take long before you’ll feel the impact.”

On Obama’s metaphor, government is the engine that flies our economy.  And if you reduce government spending, you eliminate the engine and the plane crashes.  But that simply isn’t true; it is PRIVATE spending that flies our economy.  And sucking money out of the private sector to create more government bureaucracy and more pork-barrel spending is foolhardy.  It is actually OBAMA who is actually removing the engine from our economy.

If we really want to experience a “Sputnik moment” and surge back to greatness, what we need to do is wake up and vote out Obama and the Democrat Party.
