The moment news of the Panama Papers first came out, I immediately wondered if the name “Hillary Clinton” was involved.

It wasn’t.  Just as the name “Vladimir Putin” wasn’t involved.

It turns out that neither name appears in the files, but rather that BOTH corrupt, fascist leaders have multiple henchmen who ARE in the papers.

You want to know what Hillary Clinton’s presidency would look like?  Just look at Vladimir Putin (sans Putin’s nationalistic desire to advance the power of his country).

Putin has been slammed for the Panama Paper revelations even though his name appears nowhere in them: you see statements such as “…the president’s name does not appear in any of the records” in the media reports; yet strangely Hillary Clinton has NOT been so slammed even though the same evidence that indicts Putin also indicts her.  Because FACT: Hillary Clinton has ties to the Russian bank named in the Panama Papers through several key associates.  And the reason this hasn’t EXPLODED in our media is the same damn reason Putin’s Panama Papers thingy hasn’t exploded in the Russian media: because America under Obama and the mainstream media ideological allies of Obama and the Democrat Party is every bit as much a fascist propaganda state as Russia is:

Russia’s state-run media almost entirely ignored the recent report by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ), more commonly known as the Panama Papers, despite the fact that the released documents mentioned close friends and associates of president Vladimir Putin.

Major free-to-air television networks, such as Channel One, Rossiya, Ren-TV and NTV, didn’t even mention the controversy in their news desks, while state-controlled wire services Rossiya Segodnya and TASS provided only brief discussion of the report.

Oppositionist legislator Dmitry Gudkov demanded explanations for the brief and incomplete coverage of the “Panama Papers” from the state media. Dmitry Kiselev, head of Rossiya Segodnya, responded by saying he had no intention of discussing the organization’s editorial policies with Gudkov.

Other Russian media gave the Panama Papers more coverage, but often focused on foreign personalities implicated in the controversy, including soccer player Lionel Messi and Michel Platini, former president of the European soccer governing body UEFA, rather than examining the Russian angle.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who previously spoke about “an information attack” against Russia orchestrated by the West, said at a news briefing that Putin was the main target of the Panama Papers, even though he was not directly mentioned in the released documents.

Peskov’s statement, in which he accused the West of “Putinophobia,” was widely covered by the Russian media.

Meanwhile, the pro-Kremlin English-language television network Russia Today (RT) dismissed the Panama Papers as poor quality journalism.

“Why is the West so obsessed with focusing its narrow attention span on Putin at the exception of corrupt Western leaders who only get passing mention in these hack pieces?” read a comment published on the network’s web site.

Independent newspaper Vedomosti quoted Igor Yakovenko, head of the foundation Public Examination, as saying that Russians, who have been heavily exposed to Kremlin propaganda across the media, are likely to ignore the controversy.

It’s no damn different here.  We can go back to 2009 when Pravda – PRAVDA – was hysterically laughing at the sheer ridiculousness of American media Obama propaganda.  Obama can literally weaponize the IRS against his political opponents – a truly fascist, Orwellian act that Nixon only CONTEMPLATED but Obama DID – and the media yawns.  It doesn’t matter that the IRS targeted not only right-leaning applicants, but also right-leaning groups that were already operating as 501(c)(4)s. At Washington, DC’s direction, dozens of groups operating as 501(c)(4)s were flagged for IRS surveillance, including monitoring of the groups’ activities, websites and any other publicly available information. Of these groups, 83 percent were right-leaning. And of the groups the IRS selected for audit, 100 percent were right-leaning.  It doesn’t matter that there is direct evidence proving both a political attack and the destruction of evidence to cover-up that political attack.  Hillary Clinton is SO guilty of the scandalous abandonment of US personnel in Benghazi after steadfastly refusing to answer their appeals for help before the attack and then denying it even WAS an attack in the aftermath that it is beyond ridiculous.  Just as her secret personal server created to bypass and obstruct transparency laws and which was used to transmit the most secret information in the entire American system being stored not only in a non-secure location but literally in a Colorado BATHROOM CLOSET is an obvious FELONY that ought to put her in prison.  This goes so far beyond an “email account” that it is insane; NO TOP GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL HAD EVER INSTALLED  A PERSONAL SEVER AND USED THAT PERSONAL SERVER EXCLUSIVELY TO CONDUCT ALL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS AND THEN PURGED IT TO DESTROY EVIDENCE.  Creating a secret, personal server and then using that server in a nonsecure location to transmit top secret classified material is an obvious crime.  But it won’t because as the drug cartel leaders say, “I have protection.”

The only thing Hillary Clinton can hide behind is the “intent” due to the fact that she is utterly incompetent and simply could not understand the ramifications of what she was doing.  But even there the actual evidence explodes on her: because she has been caught red-bloodly-handed ordering her staff “to take ‘secure’ information and ‘send nonsecure’.”  This incriminating event happening after she IGNORED State Department security warnings not to use her Blackberry overseas (see did what the hell she wanted no matter the risks to national security) and after she was warned that her private server was vulnerable to attacks.

Hillary Clinton told so many damn lies leading up to what we now know it is UNREAL.  Those lies began to come out when she first claimed that she set up her private server because she only wanted to use one device for convenience sake – but then was found using multiple devices so that wasn’t it.  She purged her server claiming she had personal emails with her husband (see also here).  Put ASIDE the fact that when SHE chose to combine her personal and public life her personal life thereby became public and all she needed to do was what every other official did and have two accounts.  But that got blown up when husband Bill said he had only sent two emails in his entire LIFE – and NEITHER to his wife.  The same link contains another Hillary lie, that her husband set this server up and she was therefore using a Secret-Service secured server on Secret-Service secured premises.  Only it wasn’t.  Because WHY THE HELL WAS THE DAMN THING FOUND IN SOMEBODY’S BATHROOM IN COLARADO???

Hillary’s lies are so vast and so many and so complex it boggles the mind: her initial claim was that she was using Bill Clinton’s Secret Service secured server at their New York residence.  But that wasn’t really true: because “A staffer who was on the payroll of her political action committee set it up in her home, replacing a server that Clinton’s husband, former president Bill Clinton, had been using in the house.”  Which is another way of saying the story was a lie; it NEVER WAS BILL CLINTON’S SERVER.  It was set up FOR her by someone on her political action committees’ payroll.  And then she moved the server which she installed to bypass the law offsite.

There was that moment when President Obama made a joke that really ought to expose how blatant Hillary Clinton’s entire scheme was from the beginning: “Hillary has a server in her house! I didn’t even know you could have one of those.”  Because no public official had ever gone so far to deceive before.

This woman has been a rabid pathological liar her entire adult life.  She lies about everything, little things and big things alike.  Lies are always all around her; her soul swims in lies.

Today she claims she is the living embodiment of defending women; but when it mattered she was laughing over her trick in getting the rapist of a twelve-year-old girl completely off the hook.  When it mattered she was at the head of a campaign to destroy the credibility of all the women who came forward detailing incredibly inappropriate behavior from her husband while maintaining instead that Bill’s disgusting behavior toward woman after woman was “a vast, right wing conspiracy.”

I could literally spend the rest of the article detailing nothing but one massive criminal coverup after another one.  But I’m just screaming in a hurricane.

Because we have the same kind of media here that Russia has.

Even back in the Soviet days, intelligent Russians were amazed at the US media deception and how effective it was here to a gullible public that just ate it up thinking it was actual news the way goldfish in the ponds in front of the doors of family restaurant eat up children’s spit thinking it was actual food.  “A Soviet correspondent once said of the American mainstream media, “I have the greatest admiration for your propaganda. Propaganda in the West is carried out by experts who have had the best training in the world — in the field of advertizing — and have mastered the techniques with exceptional proficiency … Yours are subtle and persuasive; ours are crude and obvious … I think that the fundamental difference between our worlds, with respect to propaganda, is quite simple. You tend to believe yours … and we tend to disbelieve ours.”

And we are therefore on the verge of electing the same sort of leader Russia has.

And the cases in point are now way, WAY beyond legion.

The Clinton System is as identical as the Putin System could possible by in the American economy.  You have 200 donors to the Clinton Foundation who were at the same time lobbying the Clinton State Department. You’ve got more than a thousand foreign donors whose names were NOT disclosed by the Clinton Foundation.  You’ve got them refilling their taxes after massive, widespread irregularities were discovered. A whopping SIX YEARS’ of tax returns.

Bernie Sanders is making the clearly accurate case that Hillary Clinton gave speech after speech to Wall Street power players who were paying upwards of a quarter of a million dollars per speech. And that if her damn speeches were that great that they were worth that kind of money, well, the world ought to hear her prices wisdom.  But don’t worry; those speeches will NEVER come to the light of day because if they did the candidate these Wall Street players bought and paid for will never get to do their bidding.  Hillary dishonestly says she’ll release the transcripts (I’d prefer the actual recordings anyway for obvious reasons) when her rivals release theirs; so her only opponent Bernie Sanders released all ZERO speeches he’s given to Wall Street.  Because Wall Street doesn’t even WANT to hear what Bernie has to say to them, let alone pay him a quarter million dollars a pop to hear it.

You want to claim that Hillary Clinton actually CARES about poor people with her reptilian heart?  Just consider the pure, unforgivable coldness she demonstrated toward the people of Haiti when her Foundation came in to save the day but in reality set up a pay-to-play system

Development banks are the butt of jokes among economists because while they claim to fight poverty they are mostly good at empire building. The same might be said of the Clintons in Haiti. A few months after Hillary Clinton became secretary of state in 2009, Bill Clinton was named the U.N. special envoy to Haiti. That gave the Clintons a lot of power over U.S. foreign-aid decisions in the small country.

They accumulated more influence after the 2010 earthquake, when Bill was named co-chair of the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission. The State Department began directing parties interested in competing for Haiti contracts to the Clinton Foundation. Being on the right side of Bill matters if you want to benefit from U.S. foreign aid destined for Haiti.

The scandals are UNREAL.  But to the extent they are even reported at all they are “reported” with an attempt to fabricate a yawn-response by the hopelessly deceived American public.

It is beyond amazing how fascist hypocrite Democrats truly are.  Bernie Sanders is running on a government for the people rather than for the big donors.  And there is literally no human being on earth today who is more FILTHY in crony-capitalist fascist self-benefitting trading of power-for-favors than Hillary Clinton.  But they will eagerly vote for the very thing they will tell you with straight faces that they claim to most despise.

The Panama Papers Are Exactly Why Hillary Clinton Can’t Be President

The revelations from the Panama Papers—leaked documents from a secretive Panamanian law firm that helps political elites hide their money—have been hitting home across the world, exposing the widespread corruption of world leaders and their hangers-on.

It ought to hit here, too, because it reminds us of everything that should give us the heebie-jeebies about Hillary Clinton.

The Panama Papers have simply confirmed everything we already pretty much knew. This is just the way things work in much of the world. Clawing your way into high political office means that you have a lot special of favors to give out, contracts to distribute, land and timber and shipping deals to approve, and so on. So you dole them out to friends, relatives, and backers—and they naturally show their gratitude by kicking some of it back to you. And if you don’t officially get rich—well, mi casa es su casa, what’s a little sharing between friends? This has long been Vladimir Putin’s method. “In 2010, US diplomatic cables suggested Putin held his wealth via proxies. The president formally owned nothing, they added, but was able to draw on the wealth of his friends, who now control practically all of Russia’s oil and gas production and industrial resources.” The Panama Papers shed light on the fortune of Putin’s old friend Sergei Roldugin, who has somehow amassed billions as an obscure classical musician. Putin knows how easy it is for corrupt officials to live like kings without officially owning anything, because that’s the way things worked in the good old days of the Soviet Union.

In most of the world, this is known and more or less accepted as the way things work. But not traditionally in the US and in the developed countries of the West, where our governments have been structured, either from the beginning or over many years of civil service reforms, to prevent corruption and conflicts of interest. So when they are exposed, it’s a major scandal. That’s why they’re pretty much ignoring the Panama Papers in Moscow, but in Iceland, crowds swarmed Raykjavik and forced the resignation of the prime minister.

And that confronts us with a question: do we want Panama here?

Because a couple of other names pop up in the Panama Papers, including those of a few well-known associates of Hillary Clinton: longtime Democratic Party fixers John and Tony Podesta and Clinton sycophant Sydney Blumenthal. And why not? Hillary Clinton has been up to her neck in crony deals from the very beginning. All the way back in 1978, for example, she indulged a sudden mania for trading cattle futures, from which she made just shy of $100,000 in less than a year—a lot more money back then than it is now, and a whole lot for a young couple like the Clintons. She has shown no interest in commodities trading since, which is surprising considering how successful she was at it. But maybe not so surprising when you consider that her trades back then were made under the guidance of an attorney who worked for a large company that just happened to be regulated by her husband. Gee, that almost looks like a bribe.

That’s the kind of thing that’s all over the Panama Papers, and it’s what Hillary Clinton has been doing forever. It’s how the Clintons suddenly made $100 million in the first few years after leaving the White House, with nothing to offer the business world but their political connections. It’s why the Clinton Foundation got massive donations from Russian businessmen with deals that required State Department approval.

The problem is wider than Hillary Clinton, of course. Donald Trump has openly bragged about his role in this system from the other end, as the businessman who buys the influence of politicians. Even Bernie Sanders, who has been making hay from the Panama Papers, advocates a much bigger role for government, particularly in regulating international trade—which is precisely the kind of playground for corruption revealed by the Panama Papers. Only Ted Cruz, despite playing footsie with protectionism during the South Carolina primary, advocates a smaller role for government in picking winners and losers in the economy.

The fact is that the reason official corruption is rampant across much of the world is not just that they have insufficient civil service reforms. It’s because their governments have vast, arbitrary powers. Hillary Clinton is one of the most visible reminders of this kind of wheeling and dealing among the global elites—and she presents us with the prospect of bringing the whole sordid system back from Panama and straight into the Oval Office.

As bad as Bernie Sanders would be – Barack Obama didn’t just enrage the American people beyond capacity that he gave us Donald Trump; he broke any and all confidence in the entire system that he gave us OPENLY SOCIALIST Bernie Sanders as well – if the GOP doesn’t win, I hope Bernie does.  Because Hillary Clinton is just nakedly evil in absolutely everything she thinks and does.

I see Hillary Clinton’s campaign slogan –

– And viscerally see that a vote for the Democrat Party isn’t a vote for “Hil,” it’s a vote for HELL.

Hillary Clinton is the very same sort of paranoid, power-hungry, fascist thug that Vladimir Putin is.  She has manipulated her entire life lusting for the power that Putin has.  And she’s on the verge of that power because to be a Democrat today is to be the same sort of pathologically dishonest hypocrite that their mistress has revealed herself to be.

Obama’s reverend for 23 years summed it up beautifully: “God DAMN America!”  You just keep voting for it, America.  Because God Almighty will see to it that you get everything you voted for and then some.

If Democrats Weren’t Dishonest Hypocrites, They Would Spread The Orwellian Body Camera Wealth To All THEIR Sacred Cow Jobs

I came across this article and the sheer, common-sense logic and the gigantic hypocrisy of the left flabbergasted me:

Body cameras have become the solution of the day for stomping out discriminatory behavior against minorities by police officers. Cameras provide a neutral record of events, so we have a better idea what happened during an encounter. Some research even suggests that the presence of body cameras steeply reduce the use of force by officers and the number of citizens’ complaints.

But that raises a question: what’s to limit this type of solution only to police officers? It’s a slippery slope to an Orwellian future, where Big Brother could be watching all of us — for our own good, of course.

Consider health care, another interaction which produces potentially life-or-death outcomes. In general, African Americans and other people of color receive inferior medical treatment, leading to higher death rates. David R. Williams, a professor of public health at Harvard, who has researched this issue writes that blacks and other minorities receive fewer diagnostic tests, fewer treatments, and overall poorer-quality care — even after adjusting for variations in insurance, facilities, and seriousness of illness.

Leaving aside patient outcomes, there are also highly credible accusations that medical staff have groped and sexually abused sedated patients. Body cameras on doctors and nurses might well prevent such incidents, or provide evidence if they did occur.

If the doctor’s office is off-limits, what about the classroom?

U.S. Department of Education data shows that black students are suspended or expelled at rates three times higher than whites, even though no studies examining the relationship between race, behavior and suspension have proven that black students misbehave more often. Currently, parents who insist their children are innocent or are being excessively punished for minor offenses have no evidence.

Make teachers wear body cameras, and parents would see and hear exactly what the teacher heard and saw. An overreaction? Keep in mind, a growing body of evidence shows that school punishments do long-term damage Students who are expelled or suspended are less likely to graduate, and more likely to end up involved with the criminal justice system.

Perhaps even our politicians should be required, by law, to wear body cameras at all campaign and fundraising events while they’re in, or running for, office. If that sounds unnecessary, recall that it was only because of a surreptitious recording that voters found out that 2012 GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney thinks there are 47% of Americans who “are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it.”

But this isn’t partisan. Personally, I’d welcome video or audio of what Hillary Clinton has to say to the people paying $353,000 to sit next to her and George Clooney at an upcoming fundraising dinner.

Sure, the officials, professionals or politicians could simply turn off their cameras — but that break in the recording log will be interpreted as evidence that the person was hiding something, and probably up to no good.

A recent article in an American Bar Association magazine summed up the legal landscape: “The battle for workplace privacy is over; privacy lost.” Employers have a right to monitor employees (provided the employees are aware of it) to measure productivity, prevent theft, promote workplace safety and so on. Advances in digital technology that vastly reduced the cost of cameras just accelerated this trend. Mass monitoring has begun where the need is critical (e.g., police stops) but also where the workers are least able to resist (sanitation workers, truck drivers, Amazon warehouse employees, and so on).

Higher-paid professionals mistakenly assume increased workplace surveillance will be confined to the hoi polloi. In reality, given the technology is available (and improving) all it may take is a high-profile incident or two. Imagine something analogous to the police shooting an unarmed person happening in a school or hospital, and how quickly that could trigger for demands for wider personal surveillance like body cameras. Already the ubiquity of smartphones has made ad hoc recording by employers, customers or colleagues almost effortless.

I simply state this as a categorical fact: IF you are a Democrat, YOU PERSONALLY are a pathologically dishonest hypocrite liar, because you support Hillary Clinton who is the FIRST government official to do all her “business” on a secret private server and then PURGED thousands of emails so that no one could see what she was up to.  But because you are just flat-out hypocrite depraved, it’s “Body cameras for thee, but never for me.”

You want cops to wear body cameras?  I want to know what Hillary Clinton is up to such that this hyper-secretive, paranoid fascist witch resorted to a secret server: I don’t just want her to wear a camera that reveals everything she’s typing, everything she’s hearing and everything she’s saying, I want a body camera shoved right up her A$$ so I can know her proctologic status 24/7.  I want to know what is going on inside “the vast, criminal conspiracy” otherwise known as the Clinton Foundation.

So since you Democrats love Orwellian fascism so damn much, let’s go for it.  Just be honest and consistent for ONCE in your miserable, loathsome lives and apply the same damn “logic” to everyone that you apply to your enemies.

Which is why we have Donald Damn Trump right now.  Donald Trump’s core support comes from liberal and moderate factions.  His strongest supporters are REGISTERED DEMOCRATS.  In fact, the primary indicator of whether or not you support Donald Trump is whether you love the AUTHORITARIAN approach of people who believe that government ought to become more powerful and be used in a more activist manner.  Because Democrat crap is going to ultimately coat absolutely everything.

So wear your cameras, Democrats.  So we can start seeing how utterly evil and vile you are.

Why Hillary Clinton’s Email Scandal Makes Her Unfit To Even Be CONSIDERED For President

Update, 9:35 pm Pacific Standard Time: So the FBI is reporting the following:

(Bloomberg) — The FBI has recovered personal and work- related e-mails from the private computer server used by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state, according to a person familiar with the investigation.

Further down the article I read:

Once the e-mails have been extracted, a group of agents has been separating personal correspondence and passing along work- related messages to agents leading the investigation, the person said.

Well, here’s the thing about that: this yet again proves that Hillary Clinton was LYING.  She claimed she turned over ALL of her work-related emails.  She claimed that the ONLY emails she deleted were PERSONAL.  But here we are finding work-related emails that she didn’t turn over and went to the lengths of deleting.  She lied because she’s a liar and that’s what she does.

The Fox News version of this article – because Fox News is the only news program that is still worth watching any more – points that fact out:

Ed Henry reported on “The Kelly File” that if the FBI has indeed recovered work-related emails, it would be a “game-changer.”

He explained that Clinton has long claimed that she only deleted 30,000 personal emails from the server, so if the FBI recovers work-related emails, that would suggest that Clinton was not telling the truth.

Frankly, anybody who believes that Hillary Clinton is even CAPABLE of telling the truth is an idiot. [End update].

The bottom line comes down to this, Democrat voter: aside from the FACT that Hillary Clinton treated the national security of the United States like toilet paper by REPEATEDLY sending and receiving classified emails on an open system that most security experts say HAD to have been penetrated by foreign governments, my question is simply whether or not you would be all right with every single Republican politician and appointee having his or her own private server that he or she could wipe without anyone knowing what had been on it the way Hillary Clinton tried to do.

If your answer is, “I absolutely wouldn’t mind the people I most viscerally disagree with having the ability to wipe the records of their criminality,” then you’ve got terrible judgment, but at least you aren’t an abject moral hypocrite the way the rest of the 99.999999% of your party is.

But ever since this story first came out, it has been an amazing act of pure political chutzpah.

Hillary Clinton intentionally and deliberately from the very outset of her tenure as Secretary of State made herself completely unaccountable to transparency laws like Freedom of Information Act requests:

What can Hillary Clinton have been thinking? On January 13, 2009, she — or, more likely, someone on her staff — registered a new domain: clintonemail.com. And for her entire term as secretary of state, she would use private e-mail instead of government accounts for all her electronic correspondence. She never even got a government e-mail address, which must have taken some doing, because in most organizations, those e-mail accounts are created before the new employee even arrives.

As Politico points out, keeping Clinton’s e-mails off government servers means that they were invisible to Freedom of Information Act requests about her communications with anyone outside the State Department. Her staff has turned over e-mails from the private account, but this is not the sort of job that should be performed by someone personally employed by Hillary Clinton. Decisions about what to turn over and what to keep private should be made by career government lawyers whose job comes from the agency, not Hillary Clinton.

It’s difficult to avoid the conclusion that this was an attempt to avoid transparency and accountability for whatever it is she wrote. Such manipulations should severely hurt her presidential aspirations. Odds are, however, that Democrats will rally around her, because what choice do they have?

A spokesman for Clinton says that her actions comply with the “letter and spirit of the rules.” To put it kindly, this seems to be complete nonsense. Federal officials are not supposed to have private e-mail silos that are their sole means of official digital communication and are reviewed only by their personal staff. And that should apply doubly to the holder of one of the most important cabinet roles. Moreover, the fact that she never even got a State Department address certainly gives the impression that this was a deliberate attempt to avoid the public eye. She didn’t just sloppily default to her own personal e-mail address, as many people do; she also made sure that it was not possible to accidentally send her an e-mail on a work account that government oversight groups could access.

Even more troubling is the fact that a large number of people in the White House and the State Department must have known that she was using a private address that wouldn’t leave copies on government servers. Why didn’t any of them gently suggest that this was not OK?

For the official record, the SAME people who allowed her to bypass the government accounts “that are automatically created before the new employee even arrives” and the SAME people who HAD to have known that Hillary Clinton had created a system that would NOT leave copies on government servers are the ones “investigating” her now.  The only hope for justice being done to Hillary Clinton by the Obama “Justice” Department is if top FBI officials have sworn they will resign en masse if the West Wing interferes in any way, any shape or any form from the obvious criminal indictment that ought to have already fallen like a ton of bricks on top of Hillary Clinton’s head.

But I digress.  Let me continue on the point I had been making about transparency and how the Democrat Party is as “transparent” as fecal matter: Hillary Clinton likely violated THREE transparency laws with her paranoid fascism:

First, she may have violated the Federal Records Act. Even in 2009, this law required Clinton to “ensure that Federal records sent or received” on her private email “are preserved in the appropriate agency record keeping system.” Clinton claims to have fulfilled this law by turning over 55,000 pages of emails to the Department of State, but the full truth cannot be known until and unless investigators are able to access her private email server. The penalties for violating the Federal Records Act include fines, jail time or disqualification from holding any office under the United States.

The second law Clinton may have violated is Section 1924 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code, which forbids federal employees from retaining classified information in an unauthorized manner — such as in a personal email. A 2009 Executive Order by President Barack Obama has a similar ban on such activity. Clinton has sought to address this problem by claiming that her emails never dealt with classified information, yet this is highly unlikely given her role as Secretary of State.

And finally, Clinton may have violated the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). By utilizing a private email server beyond the control of the State Department, her email records will never be subject to FOIA requests — the most basic tool in keeping Washington transparent. In fact, Clinton may have used a private email server precisely to evade FOIA.

Given Clinton’s intransigence and unwillingness to give investigators access to her private email server, we cannot yet know with full certainty whether she broke these three laws.

And yes, Hillary Clinton is THE quintessential moral hypocrite par excellence.  When she became Secretary of State, she sent out a memo to all of her State Department employees on FOIA that read, “”Preserving the record of our deliberations, decisions, and actions will be at the foundation of our efforts to promote openness.”  And then she proceeded to disregard everything she said and document for all time and for all history that she is a hypocrite without shame, honor, integrity, virtue, honesty or decency.

The USA Today article that points out Hillary’s above-mentioned FOIA communique points out:

So much for that. Today, we know that Clinton took extraordinary steps to prevent any record of her “deliberations, decisions, and actions.” During her entire tenure as Secretary of State, she exclusively utilized a private email account run through servers located at her home in Chappaqua, New York. This arrangement prevented the federal government from maintaining any record of her email communications — a slap in the face to anyone who cares about government transparency and an obvious example of hypocrisy given the memo Clinton sent to her staff in 2009.

Clinton has since attempted to address this crisis of transparency by selectively releasing the emails which she claims pertained to her work as Secretary of State. Of the 62,320 emails she has admitted to sending between 2009 and 2013, she has handed over 30,490 — in the form of 55,000 printed pages which may have been edited — to the Department of State. The remaining emails — nearly 32,000 — were apparently destroyed.

Hillary Clinton and her henchmen have gone out and repeatedly claimed that Hillary did nothing wrong, broke no laws, violated no policies.  Bullcrap.  A State Department official testified that Hillary Clinton’s practices were NOT acceptable and employees were warned against what she did.  As Politico reports:

A senior State Department official testifying at the first congressional hearing focusing on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email account for official business called such an arrangement “not acceptable” and said other employees have been warned against it.

“I think that the action we’ve taken in the course of recovering these emails have made it very clear what people’s responsibilities are with respect to recordkeeping,” Assistant Secretary of State for Administration Joyce Barr told the Senate Judiciary Committee. “I think the message is loud and clear that that is not acceptable.”

A federal judge went even further when he blatantly stated that Hillary Clinton had violated government policy:

A federal judge has added fresh fuel to the incendiary controversy over Hillary Clinton’s email, asserting during a hearing Thursday that she violated government policy by storing official messages on a private server when she worked as secretary of state.

“We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,” said U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, apparently referring to Clinton, during a hearing on one of the many Freedom of Information Act lawsuits seeking access to her records as secretary of state.

If you vote for Hillary Clinton, Democrat, you are a criminal, a fascist, and a soon-to-be occupant of hell.  That’s the bottom line.  There is simply no excuse for what she did other than she had to hide her crimes because she is a criminal exploiting her high-level government position to enrich herself and her husband via secret deals made through their foundation.

And either Hillary should go to prison or government officials should be completely above the law for all time until America collapses under the weight of its corruption.

One of the funny things is how the Clinton team loves to point out that other officials – you know, Republican ones – have had private email accounts.  Without ever bothering to mention the vast gulf of difference between having a private email account as most Americans do and HAVING YOUR OWN PRIVATE SERVER THAT ENABLES YOU TO PURGE AND DELETE ALL RECORDS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE EXIST.  That said, I laughed at this NBC article because it never mentioned the PRIVATE SERVER, but it still demonstrates that NO, Hillary, NOBODY ELSE HAS EVER USED PRIVATE EMAILS THE WAY YOU DID:

Hillary Clinton’s Personal Email Use Differed From Other Top Officials

Hillary Clinton’s exclusive use of a non-government email account to send messages to her staff during her time as Secretary of State is a break from what other top officials have done, raising concerns from both Democrats and Republicans about the propriety of the practice.

Aides to former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and former President George W. Bush said neither official routinely sent e-mails to staffers while they held those posts. Rice “did not use her personal e-mail for official communication as Secretary” and instead exclusively used her State Department account, according to a top aide who did not want to be quoted publicly.

Again, what Hillary Clinton did was UNPRECEDENTED for a government employee:

WASHINGTON (AP) — The computer server that transmitted and received Hillary Clinton’s emails — on a private account she used exclusively for official business when she was secretary of state — traced back to an Internet service registered to her family’s home in Chappaqua, New York, according to Internet records reviewed by The Associated Press.

The highly unusual practice of a Cabinet-level official physically running her own email would have given Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate, impressive control over limiting access to her message archives. It also would distinguish Clinton’s secretive email practices as far more sophisticated than some politicians, including Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin, who were caught conducting official business using free email services operated by Microsoft Corp. and Yahoo Inc.

Most Internet users rely on professional outside companies, such as Google Inc. or their own employers, for the behind-the-scenes complexities of managing their email communications. Government employees generally use servers run by federal agencies where they work.

Hypocrite?  We can go back to June 20, 2007 and see where Hillary Clinton demonized the Bush Administration with this and under HER OWN STANDARDS PROVE SHE IS THE WORST HYPOCRITE WHO EVER LIVED:

“We know our Constitution is being shredded. We know about the secret wiretaps. We know about the secret military tribunals, the secret White House email accounts. It is a stunning record of secrecy and corruption, of cronyism run-amok. It is everything our founders were afraid of, everything our Constitution was designed to prevent.”

I remind you, I have already PROVEN for the factual record that Hillary Clinton has far and away surpassed ANYTHING that ANY Bush official did when it came to emails.  And she set out to do it IMMEDIATELY the MOMENT she came into her Secretary of State job.

At this point I have conclusively proven and documented and established that Hillary Clinton is a paranoid fascist.  She is “paranoid” because of her UNPRECEDENTED secrecy and sheer rabid determination to place herself beyond any transparency.  And she is a “fascist” because of her equally rabid determination to place herself above the laws that she herself imposed on the people under her who were not in her fascist inner circle.

What Hillary Clinton did and intentionally set out to do reveals her character, and her character is that of a paranoid fascist, period.  Just based on the above, no one who supports or votes for Hillary Clinton is a true “democrat” because you simply cannot support or vote for Hillary Clinton and give one rat’s hairy backside about “democracy.”  Not when your candidate went to such obvious lengths to sidestep and thwart “democracy.”

Just acknowledge what you truly are, Democrat Party: you are FASCISTS.

But now we get to the real criminality and incredible disregard for the national security of the United States of America.  Now we get to the FACTS that 1) Hillary Clinton now without any question sent and received emails that were clearly classified in violation of the law; and 2) that foreign hostile governments almost without any question have intercepted those emails and now know far better than the American people what Hillary Clinton actually thought about the world and the secrets she stupidly shared to the world’s worst governments.

Before I do that, let me first address Hillary Clinton’s constantly “evolving” email excuses (otherwise known as “lies”):

Back at the start, she claimed there was “no classified material” on the thousands of messages sent to and from her private server. Now the State Department has flagged more than 300 e-mails as containing classified information.

Her next explanation: “I did not send classified material, and I did not receive any material that was marked or designated classified.”

But even that excuse — the material was only classified later — doesn’t hold water.

Reuters reports that its careful examination of the “classified” stamps shows the e-mails are filled with information that, by State Department rules, automatically count as classified — whether or not they’re so marked.

At least 30 e-mail threads hold confidential information from foreign officials — material the former director of the Information Security Oversight Office says is “born classified.”

Sorry: As head of the State Department, Hillary should have known this. Indeed, she’s stressed that she was “certainly well aware” of classification requirements. Yet that “ridiculous rules” tweet still went out.

You see why The Washington Post’s Bob Woodward said this week that the whole mess “reminds me of the Nixon tapes.”

And:

McClatchy  reported in late July that classified information from five US intelligence agencies were found on Hillary Clinton’s unsecure email server, contradicting her claim that “there is no classified material” on the server. Team Clinton adapted their talking points to say that the server didn’t contain anything that was classified at the time, allowing that retroactive classifications had occurred. Two independent Inspectors General said otherwise from the beginning, then Reuters debunked the updated spin conclusively last week, concluding: “[Emails on the server] are filled with a type of information the U.S. government and the department’s own regulations automatically deems classified from the get-go.”

And so, yeah, when it comes to Hillary Clinton or her cronies trying to claim that she didn’t do anything wrong, when it comes to her constantly shifting stories, well, it just depends on what the meaning of the word “is” is, the way Bill Clinton made his integrity a joke while denying he’d had any kind of “sexual relations with that woman” until his sperm somehow happened to end up on his intern’s blue dress.  It’s who Democrats are.  They’re bad people.  They are liars who support people who lie.

So Hillary Clinton is claiming that she didn’t send any classified material specifically MARKED classified at the time.  After she was first proven to be a liar when she claimed that she hadn’t sent classified material when in fact oh, yes, she HAD, and then she was proven to be a liar again when she said that none of the emails were classified at the time she sent or received them when, oh, yes, they WERE.  Then she pivoted to this esoteric and arcane argument (that legally is irrelevant, say the experts because it’s not classified because it’s MARKED classified; it’s marked classified because it is CLASSIFIED.  It’s classified because it is sensitive information that should remain highly restricted.  Which means it is CLASSIFIED whether it is marked classified or not.) that she never sent or received anything that was actually marked “classified” at the time it was sent.  But understand how that state of affairs was the case in those emails.  From the Los Angeles Times:

The Department of Justice said it is weighing whether to launch its own investigation after the inspector general for intelligence agencies notified the agency that classified information that went through the account appeared to have been mishandled. Administration officials and investigators declined to share details about the emails. But in a separate memo to lawmakers, the inspector general said that a review of just 40 of the 30,000 emails from the Clinton server found that four had information that should have been marked and handled as classified.

Clinton has made many assurances in recent months that she did not send or receive classified information on her personal server. Her campaign says the material in question had not been specifically marked as classified and, thus, Clinton broke no rules. The inspector general disputed that characterization in a statement late Friday, saying that the information in the emails was classified at the time, even if it wasn’t marked as such, and shouldn’t have been transmitted on a personal email system.

Even so, the revelation was an uncomfortable one for the candidate. And national security experts said the disclosure that that material that should have been marked classified made its way to Clinton’s personal email account at the very least fuels legitimate speculation about how the server was used.

“It tells us why this was such a bad idea,” said Stewart A. Baker, a former general counsel to the National Security Agency now in private practice. “It raises questions.”

Among them, Baker said, was whether staffers deliberately avoided marking sensitive emails to Clinton as classified so they could sidestep the bureaucrats who handle transmission of such material.

“She skipped the government circles and nobody was overseeing this and nobody was saying, ‘This info should not be on this system,’” Baker said. “If anything, there was an incentive for people to cross the line without making clear they were doing so.”

What happened?  Somebody in Hillary’s inner circle of witches and warlocks stripped the classification markers from the emails so Hillary Clinton could have just such a “plausible deniability.”  No matter how implausible it truly is:

The latest revelations about top secret information traversing Hillary Clinton’s private email server have triggered accusations that someone in her “inner circle” likely stripped the classification markings, illegally.

The claims come after the Clinton campaign stuck to the argument that the Democratic presidential candidate, while secretary of state, never dealt with emails that were “marked” classified at the time.

“Hillary only used her personal account for unclassified email. No information in her emails was marked classified at the time she sent or received them,” campaign Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri said in a statement to supporters Wednesday.

But a State Department official told Fox News that the intelligence community inspector general, who raised the most recent concerns about Clinton’s emails, made clear that at least one of those messages contained information that only could have come from the intelligence community. 

“If so, they would have had to come in with all the appropriate classification markings,” the official said. 

The official questioned whether someone, then, tampered with that message. “[S]omewhere between the point they came into the building and the time they reached HRC’s server, someone would have had to strip the classification markings from that information before it was transmitted to HRC’s personal email.” 

This top secret, classified information came from the CIA, it came from the NSA, it came from the FBI, etcetera, and it was classified and it was MARKED as such.  But somehow by the time it got to Hillary Clinton’s private email server that was NOT legally allowed to have such sensitive, classified information, those classification markers were somehow gone.

This amounts to the orphan who brutally murdered his parents pleading for mercy because after all, he IS an orphan.

Now you need to understand the sheer, blasphemous magnitude as to just how incredibly cavalier Hillary Clinton and her team were regarding your national security and the lives of your children.

Hillary Clinton selected a private firm to maintain her private server. She made the choice out of political ideology, not competence or qualification. The company she chose was NOT legally authorized to possess or in any way, shape or form handle or deal with classified intelligence information. The company was so indifferent to security that they kept Hillary’s server in a BATHROOM CLOSET:

The IT company Hilary Clinton chose to maintain her private email account was run from a loft apartment and its servers were housed in the bathroom closet, Daily Mail Online can reveal.

Daily Mail Online tracked down ex-employees of Platte River Networks in Denver, Colorado, who revealed the outfit’s strong links to the Democratic Party but expressed shock that the 2016 presidential candidate chose the small private company for such a sensitive job.

One, Tera Dadiotis, called it ‘a mom and pop shop’ which was an excellent place to work, but hardly seemed likely to be used to secure state secrets. And Tom Welch, who helped found the company, confirmed the servers were in a bathroom closet.

It can also be disclosed that the small number of employees who were aware of the Clinton contract were told to keep it secret.

The way in which Clinton came to contract a company described as a ‘mom and pop’ operation remains unclear.

However Daily Mail Online has established a series of connections between the firm and the Democratic Party.

Well, this sounds safe to Democrats, I’m sure.  These ARE demon-possessed people who are incapable of reason or decency, after all.

But not in actual factual reality,  After pointing out the protections her emails WOULD have had if she had used the government account she shunned because she is a paranoid fascist who wanted to be above transparency, we learn:

Clinton’s email wouldn’t have the benefit of any of that expensive government security. If she had hosted her email with Google or even Yahoo! or Microsoft, there might be an argument that those private companies’ security teams are just as competent as the those of the feds. But instead, according to the Associated Press, Clinton ran her server from her own home. Any protection it had there—aside from the physical protection of the Secret Service—would have been limited to the Clintons’ own personal resources.

A more specific threat to Clinton’s private email relates to its domain name. Unlike the State Department’s State.gov domain, Clinton’s Clintonemail.com is currently registered with a private domain registrar, Network Solutions, as a simple Whois search reveals. The domain Clintonemail.com (and thus its registrar) was certainly known to at least one hacker: The notorious celebrity hacker Guccifer first revealed it in 2013 when he spilled the emails of Clinton associate Sydney Blumenthal.

Anyone who hacked Network Solutions would be able to quietly hijack the Clintonemail.com domain, intercepting, redirecting, and even spoofing email from Clinton’s account. And Network Solutions is far from the Internet’s hardest target: Hundreds of its domains were hacked in 2010, a year into Clinton’s tenure at the head of the State Department.

Even if Clinton used the account only for personal messages rather than those of international importance (say, something along the lines of: “Let’s go ahead and drop those bombs, Bibi”) the notion that they could be both intercepted and spoofed through a common hacking vector is particularly troubling. “Even the most mundane of communications can be interesting to an intelligence service,” says the ACLU’s Soghoian. The NSA, he points out, thought it was worthwhile to monitor German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s personal cell phone, for instance.1

And therefore:

Looking at it this way, a “homebrew” server was the worst possible choice. Even using a webmail system like Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo would have been better because those companies have the expertise and capability to meet at least some of the threat this class of information would face.

This is the most important point. You can liken this to the CFO of Chase taking billions of dollars in cash home and storing it in the mattress. It’s so inadequate to meeting the risks that it would be laughable if it weren’t so serious.

Unless we learn that this server was being protected by the government using the same levels of protection that official servers are, we have no choice but to assume that this server has been compromised by foreign intelligence agents. And let’s be clear, this isn’t just hostile governments: if the Snowden disclosures have shown us anything (reminded us, really) it’s that everyone spies on everyone, friend and foe alike. To put this in the starkest terms: we have to assume the Russians, the Chinese, the Israelis have had access to the Secretary of State’s official email.

And in point of fact we’ve learned it WASN’T.  In fact, there was a significant period of time where Hillary’s secret server wasn’t protected AT ALL.

It had absolutely NO encryption for the first three months whatsoever:

Venafi, a Salt Lake City computer security firm, has conducted an analysis of clintonemail.com and determined that “for the first three months of Secretary Clinton’s term, access to the server was not encrypted or authenticated with a digital certificate.” In other words: For three months, Clinton’s server lay vulnerable to snooping, hacking, and spoofing.

And when Hillary finally got around to bothering to install any security whatsoever, she screwed the pooch and ended up with a “misconfigured encryption system.”  I mean, it was kind of like her criminal incompetence with Benghazi, only with her own damn server that she installed so she could delete the evidence of her crimes and make her Orwellian disappearances of the factual record permanent.  And just like Orwell’s Oceania, Hillary couldn’t have cared less what the rival global power Eurasia and Eastasia that Oceania was at constant war with knew: her cover up was only against her OWN people.

Just like with the Iran Nuclear Deal and the secret side-agreements, Democrats have made it so that all of our enemies know everything; it’s the American people who are the mushrooms in all of this.  As in “KITDAFOHS”: an acronym that stands for being “Kept In The Dark And Fed On Horse Shit.”  Manure and fascism is all you’re ever going to get from now on by voting Democrat.

What Hillary did was tantamount to having your firewall and your anti-virus software turned off while you browsed the Internet.  Only she put us ALL at risk with her stupidity and selfish fascist paranoia.

In other words, it was completely open to foreign intelligence services and was undoubtedly penetrated.  Bob Gourley, former chief technology officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency, states that “I have no doubt in my mind that this thing was penetrated by multiple foreign powers, to assume otherwise is to put blinders on.”

And:

Former Deputy CIA Director Michael Morell said that he believes some foreign intelligence agencies possess the contents of Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

“I think that foreign intelligence services, the good ones, have everything on any unclassified network that the government uses,” Morell said Friday in an interview on the Hugh Hewitt Show.

And:

Hillary Clinton’s mushrooming email scandal will not end well no matter what conclusions are reached, Gen. Michael Hayden, former director of the CIA and NSA, tells Newsmax TV.

“I would simply say that the sin in all of this is the original sin,” Hayden said Wednesday to J.D. Hayworth, host of “Newsmax Prime.”

“Frankly, there is no way to make this come out happy if you comingle your government and your private emails and then put all of them on a private server as opposed to a government server.

“You’re just setting in motion a whole series of things and it doesn’t require anyone to be stupid or malevolent. If you set it up that way, it’s going to end up in a bad place and that’s the bad place we’re in now.”  […]

Does Hayden believe Clinton’s emails had a high probability of ending up in the hands of foreign intelligence services?

“I won’t give you a number, but a foreign intelligence service of some merit, if they were interested in those emails, I would give them a high probability of success that they would be able to penetrate that system,” he said.

And:

The unfolding national security scandal involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the leading Democratic candidate for president, is expected to produce evidence of foreign intelligence service involvement in the compromise of U.S. secrets placed on an unsecure email server.

That’s the conclusion of a senior State Department official who told me at least three foreign intelligence services – the Chinese, Russians and Israelis – almost certainly were able to hack into the private email server used by Clinton from 2009 to 2013.

The day Hillary Clinton is sworn into office as President of the United States of America is the day that Russia, China, North Korea, and most of the rest of our worst global enemies, will notify her that they will expose her and she will go to prison for life if she doesn’t turn traitor.  We’ve had high-level traitors before, but this would be the first time a sitting president did so.  That’s what Democrats are itching to vote for.  These are people who literally cannot wait to take the mark of the beast on their right hands or on their foreheads.  They want to get the Antichrist ball rolling down the slope now.

Why did Hillary do all this?  It’s actually very simple:

Hillary designed her server with privacy and the ability to purge evidence of her criminality rather than security:

A week before becoming secretary of state, Hillary Clinton set up a private e-mail system that gave her a high level of control over communications, including the ability to erase messages completely, according to security experts who have examined Internet records.

“You erase it and everything’s gone,” Matt Devost, a security expert who has had his own private e-mail for years. Commercial services like those from Google Inc. and Yahoo! Inc. retain copies even after users erase them from their in-box.

There are so many damn shady deals involving Bill and Hillary Clinton, their half-million-dollar speeches and their corrupt Clinton Foundation.  Hillary Clinton sold access and corrupt, crony-capitalist-fascist “deals” to the highest bidder in situation after situation.  There were the “donations” made AFTER Hillary resolved a Swiss bank’s tax issues to their liking; there was the sale of a fifth of America’s uranium to Russia that Clinton was neck-deep in.

Hillary Clinton doesn’t belong in the White House; she belongs in the Big House.  She belongs in PRISON for her CRIMES against the national security of the United States of America.  General David Petraeus, a war hero who saved countless American servicemen’s lives with his heroic and skilled leadership in Iraq and Afghanistan, was CONVICTED of a crime for mishandling ONE classified record; Hillary Clinton mishandled classified material on HUNDREDS of occasions.

On August 17, 2015, we had a count of 305 classified emails that somehow found their way onto Hillary Clinton’s secret private server.  On September 1, 2015, still another 150 were added to that list of classified emails.  So with a long way to go sorting through her emails, she’s already more than four-hundred times more guilty than Petraeus was.  And that’s not even counting the more than 30,000 emails that she decided she didn’t want us to see and purged as she tried to wipe her server.

In the case of Richard Nixon, 18-and-a-half minutes of tape “somehow” got erased.  Out of more than 2,800 hours.  Hillary Clinton purged 32,000 of her emails, refused to turn over her server, wiped it AFTER having been served a lawful subpoena for it.  She claimed she had not been subpoenaed, but she lied.  And she only turned over the 55,000 emails after she and her staff screened them.  She falsely claimed that she had turned over ALL of her government emails and that she only deleted personal emails.  That is another proven lie: she got caught red-handed having NOT turned over relevant emails related to Libya.  We may never know how many official emails she purged.  Richard Nixon is the most moral man who ever lived standing next to Hillary Clinton.

That’s why Hillary Clinton installed a secret server in such reckless violation of national security.  Because she’s a horrible human being who cynically exploited her position in the most corrupt way imaginable.

We have multiple stories of military servicemen who went to PRISON for doing a tiny fraction of what Hillary Clinton did just for their petty violations of national security that don’t come CLOSE to what Hillary Clinton did.  And NONE of them had the corrupt, cynical, selfish and frankly fascist motives that Hillary Clinton had when she was doing far worse than what sent these men to prison.

Look, I’m not trying to reason with Democrats.  Democrats are horrible people who will all soon be burning in hell after they worship the beast and take his mark.  Democrats are not people who are capable of any degree of virtue or honesty or integrity or decency.  Any roach crawling around on your kitchen floor is a more moral being than a Democrat these days.  I am trying to reason with anybody who has so much as a shred of decency or honesty, who can look at the facts and realize that voting for Hillary Clinton is EVIL and ONLY an evil person would even consider doing so.

It’s Not Just That Hillary Clinton Doesn’t Belong In The White House; She Belongs In The BIG HOUSE. She Is A DISHONEST CORRUPT CRIMINAL.

As big of a clown show as the Republican nomination process is with Donald Chump blabbermouthing all over the place, the Democrat process is actually an even BIGGER joke.

Donald Trump is a reality television-trained clown; Hillary Clinton is a Clinton Incorporated-trained crook.

At least under a Trump the Chump we wouldn’t have the unending cancer of an “It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is” presidency.

This is a politician who insists that her emails on her private server that she installed are “my personal property.”  You know, EXACTLY the same way Richard Nixon installed a voice recorder system in his office and claimed the Watergate tapes were HIS personal property.  The problem is that history proves this is an argument for a fascist thug rather than a true leader.  If you compare these two incredibly secretive, paranoid, vindictive and dishonest thugs to one another, you will see parallel after parallel.  I suppose this is the Democrat Party’s way of humbly apologizing to Nixon: because they  clearly want his reincarnation back.

One of our greatest modern-day war heroes who saved thousands of American lives and literally figured out a way to win unwinnable wars and a Marine intelligence officer who desperately tried to save American servicemen’s lives by sending an email warning that an Afghan security chief was a terrorist ended up being destroyed over their not-completely perfect treatment of classified material.  Hillary Clinton is a criminal and Barack Obama is a criminal for not treating her like a criminal the way he treated David Petraeus like a perp-walked criminal.  But this is trageically the most dishonest and partisan administration in the entire history of the world’s oldest republic.

As I understand it, that Marine officer ended up in prison for just ONE improperly handled email.  Hillary Clinton is ALREADY in worse shape – and it’s going to get a hell of a lot worse than that as they keep finding more and more emails.  If Hillary Clinton does NOT END UP IN PRISON, it is ONLY because the Democrat Party has become the institutional party of political crony fascism and corruption.

I pointed out months ago that Hillary Clinton’s secret email system was grounds for her automatic disqualification: To wit, the obvious question to ask her and to ask every Democrat who supports her is whether every single Republican or Republican political appointee ought to be able to install their own private servers, selectively purge their communications, and be completely above all law and all transparency the way Hillary Clinton has been.  If they say no, then Hillary Clinton isn’t fit to be president; if they say yes, then call them the fascist they are right to their face.  And I wrote that before it was revealed that she was treating top secret emails like soup recipes over the internet.

If the media had any credibility whatsoever, every single question that every single reporter or journalist asked her would be about what kind of paranoid fascist autocratic dictatorial walking-talking sociopathic narcissistic personality disorder which her emails prove that she clearly is.

You need to understand how much of a LIAR Hillary Clinton’s current email scandals have with crystal clarity already revealed her to be (with MANY more shoes or fascist jackboots to drop).  She has been one – the historical record proves – over the course of her entire LIFE.  I want you to see Hillary Clinton’s email scandal for what it is – the longstanding continuation of the lies of a pathological liar.  I want you to first see the dishonest and frankly evil woman who is basically saying, “Everyone needs to implicitly trust me.  Even AFTER I wiped my server clean to purge the evidence.”

So let’s start with some history of the pathological liar a.k.a. Hillary Rodham Clinton before pointing out that the following “lying, unethical, dishonest lawyer” who has “conspired to violate the Constitution” all her life.  Then we’ll move on to her current scandal where she has proven still further what a by-nature pathological corrupt fascist political Jezebel she truly is:

As a 27-year old lawyer Hillary Clinton was fired from her position during the Watergate investigation for “lying, unethical behavior.” And worse. And you already see the pathologically twisted mindset.  Let me set this up for you:  You have a LIFELONG Democrat supervising Hillary.  But this supervisor came to realize that Hillary Clinton was playing a game with an incredibly dishonest and unethical agenda.  This was supposed to be a process about JUSTICE, but Hillary Clinton was, is and always will be a pure political vicious animal.  Her agenda was to KEEP Nixon in the White House so her political patron Ted Kennedy would have a clearer shot at the White House; and at the same time to cynically abuse the process of justice to protect Kennedy from the record of history “that would have made Watergate look like a day at the beach.”  In short, Hillary Clinton from the very start of her career revealed herself to be “an unethical, dishonest lawyer” who “violated the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”  Hillary Clinton is a dishonest piece of fascist trash, and she always HAS BEEN a dishonest piece of fascist trash:

Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation … one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.

Why?

“Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

How could a 27-year-old House staff member do all that? She couldn’t do it by herself, but Zeifman said she was one of several individuals … including Marshall, special counsel John Doar and senior associate special counsel (and future Clinton White House Counsel) Bernard Nussbaum … who engaged in a seemingly implausible scheme to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation.

Why would they want to do that? Because, according to Zeifman, they feared putting Watergate break-in mastermind E. Howard Hunt on the stand to be cross-examined by counsel to the president. Hunt, Zeifman said, had the goods on nefarious activities in the Kennedy Administration that would have made Watergate look like a day at the beach… including Kennedy’s purported complicity in the attempted assassination of Fidel Castro.

The actions of Hillary and her cohorts went directly against the judgment of top Democrats, up to and including then-House Majority Leader Tip O’Neill, that Nixon clearly had the right to counsel. Zeifman says that Hillary, along with Marshall, Nussbaum and Doar, was determined to gain enough votes on the Judiciary Committee to change House rules and deny counsel to Nixon. And in order to pull this off, Zeifman says Hillary wrote a fraudulent legal brief, and confiscated public documents to hide her deception.

The brief involved precedent for representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding. When Hillary endeavored to write a legal brief arguing there is no right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding, Zeifman says, he told Hillary about the case of Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, who faced an impeachment attempt in 1970.

“As soon as the impeachment resolutions were introduced by (then-House Minority Leader Gerald) Ford, and they were referred to the House Judiciary Committee, the first thing Douglas did was hire himself a lawyer,” Zeifman said.

The Judiciary Committee allowed Douglas to keep counsel, thus establishing the precedent. Zeifman says he told Hillary that all the documents establishing this fact were in the Judiciary Committee’s public files.

So what did Hillary do?

“Hillary then removed all the Douglas files to the offices where she was located, which at that time was secured and inaccessible to the public,”Zeifman said. Hillary then proceeded to write a legal brief arguing there was no precedent for the right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding … as if the Douglas case had never occurred.

The brief was so fraudulent and ridiculous, Zeifman believes Hillary would have been disbarred if she had submitted it to a judge.

How was this ethical fiasco “resolved”?

Zeifman says that if Hillary, Marshall, Nussbaum and Doar had succeeded, members of the House Judiciary Committee would have also been denied the right to cross-examine witnesses, and denied the opportunity to even participate in the drafting of articles of impeachment against Nixon.

Of course, Nixon’s resignation rendered the entire issue moot, ending Hillary’s career on the Judiciary Committee staff in a most undistinguished manner. Zeifman says he was urged by top committee members to keep a diary of everything that was happening. He did so, and still has the diary if anyone wants to check the veracity of his story. Certainly, he could not have known in 1974 that diary entries about a young lawyer named Hillary Rodham would be of interest to anyone 34 years later.

But they show that the pattern of lies, deceit, fabrications and unethical behavior was established long ago – long before the Bosnia lie, and indeed, even before cattle futures, Travelgate and Whitewater – for the woman who is still asking us to make her president of the United States.

So someone might read the full account and say, well, Zeifman didn’t remember every single fact completely clearly and blah blah blah.  But let’s continue to check Hillary Clinton’s honesty:

There was William Safire’s 1996 article that documented Hillary Clinton as a “congenital liar.” Which was being nice.  He concluded she was “congenital” for stuff like this:

Remember the story she told about studying The Wall Street Journal to explain her 10,000 percent profit in 1979 commodity trading? We now know that was a lie told to turn aside accusations that as the Governor’s wife she profited corruptly, her account being run by a lawyer for state poultry interests through a disreputable broker.

She lied for good reason: To admit otherwise would be to confess taking, and paying taxes on, what some think amounted to a $100,000 bribe

We could look at TravelGate and Hillary Clinton’s determination that “We need those people out and we need our people in.”  We could look at how even liberal newspapers like the Los Angeles Times acknowledge that Hillary Clinton lied under oath in that particular scandal.  We could likewise look at the long lists of other Clinton scandals that were pretty much all over everywhere in those days.  But there are literally just way too many lies to even wave a stick at.

But I mean, it has just gone on and on.

There was Hillary Clinton telling the bogus story that she was named after Sir Edmund Hillary.  When in fact she was born six years AFTER anyone heard of the man.

There was Hillary Clinton falsely claiming that ALL of her grandparents were immigrants.  When only one actually was.  In other occasions, Hillary Clinton specifically lied about the grandparents who WERE NOT immigrants.  Why lie?  Because she is a compulsive, serial liar who just can’t help herself.

There was Hillary Clinton who when running for president told the fake story that she had “dodged” sniper fire in Bosnia. When the record shows her walking placidly down the ramp of an Air Force plane and an 8-year old Bosnian girl giving her flowers.

There was Hillary Clinton who boasted that she was “instrumental” in the Northern Ireland peace process. Which would have been like awesome if she’d actually even BEEN there or had anything whatsoever to do with it. But she lied.

Don’t think that anyone can-out 9/11 victim Hillary Clinton.  On September 17th 2001, Hillary told Jane Pauley on NBC’s dateline that Chelsea had gone on “what she thought would be a great jog” and that she was going to go around the towers of the World Trade Center.   “And then the plane hit,” Hillary stated.

Senator HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON: She’d gone what she thought would be a great jog. She was going down to the Battery Park, she was going to go around the towers. She went to get a cup of coffee and–and that’s when the plane hit.

PAULEY: She was close enough to hear the rumble.

Sen. CLINTON: She did hear it. She did.

PAULEY: And to see the smoke…

But wait: it turned out that none of that was true: Chelsea did NOT go for a jog around the towers – great or otherwise – she did NOT get a cup of coffee, she did NOT hear the rumble and she did not see the smoke.  In fact, Chelsea was safely watching the attack on television from her Union Square apartment.  The left can try to spin it into some subtle nuance, but this was just another episode of Hillary Clinton pulling a Brian Williams and falsely and routinely imposing herself or her family into events of history.

These were simply transparent, easily falsifiable lies.  Hillary has lied like this her entire life.  The only reason she hasn’t been completely destroyed by her dishonesty is her place (by marriage) in the Democrat Party, the protection from her political cronies and the fact that Democrats are simply dishonest people as a whole who frankly as dishonest liars don’t CARE that Hillary is a dishonest liar.  When you add the fact that the media has become every bit as partisan and as ideological and as propagandistic as any communist country, you have the very class that is supposed to EXPOSE a Hillary Clinton actively trying to PROTECT her.

You want another angle of Hillary Clinton?  Hillary Clinton is the kind of hypocrite monster who plays up some “war on women” the same way she played up the “vast, rightwing conspiracy” that somehow managed to insinuate her husband’s semen on an intern’s blue dress.  But she is the very monster who WARS on women, at least according to the pedophile rape victim who testified that “Hillary Clinton took me through hell.”  Among other things Hillary Clinton did to destroy a female child rape victim was to SMEAR her with her vicious lies.  And so the victim says on the record, “she lied like a dog to me.”  Hillary Clinton’s strategy was in fact quite literally to “war on women” as she viciously attacked the credibility of her innocent 12-year-old victim.  Hillary Clinton absolutely KNEW her client was completely guilty. She said among numerous other stunning admissions: “‘I had him take a polygraph, which he passed – which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs,’ she says with a laugh.”

I’m just going to put it bluntly here and now.  Anyone whose faith is not forever destroyed in Hillary Clinton is simply a venal, vile, wicked demoniac.  She has been a vile, morally obscene creature all her life and she is more of all of the above now than ever.

It’s not enough for me to say I wouldn’t trust Hillary Clinton with my child or even that I wouldn’t trust her with my dog.  No freaking way.  But I wouldn’t even trust Hillary Clinton with a rabid rat, because she’d torture it just for laughs and then let it go to hopefully bite people.  She’s proven that all her life.

But let’s continue.

There was the Hillary Clinton who assured us all that she and Bill were “dead broke when we left the White House.”  She’s just like YOU.  Hillary KNOWS what it’s like to be poor.  Mind you, she also knows what it’s like to cynically exploit her crony-fascist ties to spin her political connections into pure gold and make $12 million that year.

Hillary tells us she’s just like YOU.  Oh, yes, because who among us doesn’t “earn” half a million dollars for a speech that was arranged on the basis of a crony fascist corrupt deal that Hillary exploited her State Department job to arrange?  I mean, who among us hasn’t sold America out to a Swiss bank?  Who among us hasn’t sold America’s stockpile of uranium to our most deadly enemy Russia?  Who among us hasn’t had a taxpayer-funded chauffeur and hasn’t driven a car in 20 years?  Who among us isn’t currently worth something on the order of a quarter billion dollars?

But then there were all of Hillary Clinton’s godawful lies surrounding Benghazi.  The reason her private server became an issue was that one singular event.  It began when Hillary and her boss Barry Hussein decided to cover their incompetent asses with the lie that an obvious terrorist attack in which Americans heroically died striving to save the life of a United States ambassador was in fact merely a protest over what? the free-speech of an American.  It wasn’t anybody’s fault, it was just one of those things that happened.  And the fact that it happened on the anniversary of 9/11, the fact that a trained mortar crew happened to have brought their heavy mortar with them, the fact that this aforementioned trained mortar crew that happened to bring their heavy mortar had also happened to calculate the firing coordinates of key locations in advance of the mortar attack, was nothing but the result of a peaceful protest taken too far.

Well, actually it began weeks before that.  It began when Hillary Clinton first started turning a totally deaf ear to the murdered ambassador as he pleaded with her for additional security that Hillary Clinton couldn’t have bothered to give a flying damn about.  In fact rather than provide greater security Hillary Clinton’s State Department actually REDUCED security.  Pleas for additional security were coming from the professional staff as well.  Hillary was too busy purging her private server, I guess.

Those pleas for help that never came continued hour after agonizing hour as Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama ignored Americans under fire and dying trying to protect American soil.  And what did this “lying, unethical, dishonest lawyer” Hillary Clinton do?  She deceitfully manufactured a cover-up story, she blamed the attack not on terrorists and on her own pathetic and apathetic incompetence to prevent what the specialists on the ground TOLD her was coming, but on an AMERICAN and on FREE SPEECH itself.  She falsely blamed a terrorist attack on a Youtube video and continued to hold to that line along with her equally corrupt and dishonest and fascist president.  Everything including all the witnesses from BOTH sides of the terror attack confirm that the attack had NOTHING whatsoever to do with that damn video, contrary to Hillary Clinton’s fallacious lies.  Our people say it, their people say it.  Our intelligence that conservative organizations had to fight to get released from Obama’s and Hillary’s cover-up proves that the Administration KNEW the attack was planned IN ADVANCE rather than being the “spontaneous demonstration” over a video they dishonestly claimed.

You consider the timeline of what Hillary Clinton in her capacity as Secretary of State did and did not do prior to that terrorist attack that resulted in a U.S. Ambassador being murdered like a rat and Hillary Clinton should be in prison for that alone.  Now the same woman who said, “What difference does it make?” says she won’t “dishonor the memories of those we lost.”  And you can understand why she doesn’t want to talk about them because she as much as killed them herself with her gross if not malicious incompetence.

We know that Hillary Clinton not only lied but lied UNDER OATH about numerous facts surrounding Benghazi.  We know she manifestly LIED UNDER OATH about the United State’s involvement in procuring and transferring weapons out of Libya to Turkey.  Her lie is a matter of factual public record.

We know that Hillary Clinton, while running for president last time back in 2007 (on June 20, 2007, to be precise) “We know our Constitution is being shredded. We know about the secret wiretaps. We know about the secret military tribunals, the secret White House email accounts. It is a stunning record of secrecy and corruption, of cronyism run-amok. It is everything our founders were afraid of, everything our Constitution was designed to prevent.”

This from the woman who the very first moment she got power, she had a super-secret personal email system installed in her home to bypass all security and all accountability and all transparency so she could purge any communications that proved her to be the lifelong criminal that she is.  And how can anyone not see what a pathologically dishonest hypocrite of the very worst and lowest sort Hillary Clinton truly is?

And to just add to that, this is a woman who is now claiming that all the criticisms of her OWN “stunning record of secrecy and corruption, of cronyism run-amok” that is “everything our founders were afraid of, everything our Constitution was designed to prevent” is all somehow merely what?  “The same old partisan games.”  You know, the same way it was a “vast, rightwing conspiracy” for Bill Clinton to receive blow jobs in the Oval Office from an intern.

Well, obviously you know what “the same old partisan games” look like, don’t you, Hillary Clinton, you political Jezebel if there ever has been one since the wicked original?  BECAUSE YOU’VE PLAYED THOSE COCKROACH GAMES ALL YOUR MISERABLE LIFE.  And in fact you played them against the very last Republican administration that wasn’t guilty of a tiny fraction of the very same crimes you’re trying to deflect NOW.  And now people are supposed to rise to your defense because you’re hanging from your own petard.  So Hillary Clinton now shrilly yells, “I won’t get down in the mud with them. I won’t play politics with national security.”  You mean the same way YOU climbed into that same mud like the obscene political pig you are and wallowed in it the last time a Republican was in office???  Hillary Clinton is an insult to integrity and an insult to intelligence and the only question to ask of anyone who supports her is whether he or she is more wicked than stupid or more stupid than wicked.  An d that is a proven fact according to Hillary Clinton’s own current dishonest rhetoric vis-à-vis her own previous dishonest rhetoric.

Now we finally get to her current fiasco with her emails.  You know, the private server she installed under the mindbogglingly transparent lie that she did so so she wouldn’t have to carry multiple devices:

the Associated Press has obtained documents conclusive proving that “Hillary Rodham Clinton emailed her staff on an iPad as well as a BlackBerry while secretary of state, despite her explanation she exclusively used a personal email address on a homebrew server so that she could carry a single device.”

This same Hillary Clinton who said “I won’t play politics with national security”?  Yeah, she played politics with national security to such an astonishing degree that she is the VERY FIRST American public official to do all of her national security business ENTIRELY through a private email server that had no encryption whatsoever.

You see, one of Hillary Clinton’s ocean of trillions of lies is that the private server was installed for her husband Bill and had Secret Service safeguards.  That is manifestly untrue.  That server was in fact SPECIFICALLY installed for HER and had ZERO Secret Service safeguards.  It had absolutely NO encryption for the first three months whatsoever:

Venafi, a Salt Lake City computer security firm, has conducted an analysis of clintonemail.com and determined that “for the first three months of Secretary Clinton’s term, access to the server was not encrypted or authenticated with a digital certificate.” In other words: For three months, Clinton’s server lay vulnerable to snooping, hacking, and spoofing.

In other words, it was completely open to foreign intelligence services and was undoubtedly penetrated.  Bob Gourley, former chief technology officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency, states that “I have no doubt in my mind that this thing was penetrated by multiple foreign powers, to assume otherwise is to put blinders on.”

Hillary designed her server with privacy and the ability to purge evidence of her criminality rather than security:

A week before becoming secretary of state, Hillary Clinton set up a private e-mail system that gave her a high level of control over communications, including the ability to erase messages completely, according to security experts who have examined Internet records.

“You erase it and everything’s gone,” Matt Devost, a security expert who has had his own private e-mail for years. Commercial services like those from Google Inc. and Yahoo! Inc. retain copies even after users erase them from their in-box.

We are now finding out that Hillary Clinton’s email firm – a firm she chose out of political ideology rather than either competence, qualification or even the lawful right to in any way handle, possess or manage classified information – kept its own servers in a bathroom closet.

This is an abject disgrace and Hillary Clinton BELONGS IN A PRISON CELL doing hard time.

When Hillary finally got around to bothering to install any security whatsoever, she screwed the pooch and ended up with a “misconfigured encryption system.”  I mean, it was kind of like her criminal incompetence with Benghazi, only with her own damn server that she installed so she could delete the evidence of her crimes and make her Orwellian disappearances of the factual record permanent.  And just like Orwell’s Oceania, Hillary couldn’t have cared less what the rival global power Eurasia and Eastasia that Oceania was at constant war with knew: her cover up was only against her OWN people.

But, no, this shrew Jezebel would NEVER “play politics with national security,” would she?  No politics with a secret private server that she installed specifically for her ability to control and purge any and all communications that she didn’t want anyone but FOREIGN FREAKING GOVERNMENTS to see.

So let’s get real here: my argument is that Hillary’s installation of a private server in her own home -WHICH NO NEITHER COLIN POWELL OR CONDOLEEZA RICE EVER DID AND ANY CLAIM TO THE CONTRARY IS SIMPLY A LIE – is a demonstration of the manifestation of Hillary Clinton’s pathological fascism and narcissism.  The simple fact of the matter is that we have NEVER seen ANY top public official abuse the email system the way Hillary Clinton did.

Previous top officials used the government secure system for their business and a private email account – BUT NOT A PERSONAL SERVER MEANING THAT THEY COULD NOT WIPE AND PURGE THEIR EMAILS – for private communications.  Hillary Clinton is the FIRST and ONLY top public official to use an entirely private server to send and receive top secret classified intelligence as well as emails from her husband.  Oh, wait a minute: her husband exposed that last one as yet another Hillary Clinton lie:

Bill Clinton doesn’t use email.

At a press conference on Tuesday, Hillary Clinton said the server that housed her emails while she was secretary of state (that was reportedly housed at her home in New York) was set up for President Bill Clinton. She also said that some of the “personal” emails she deleted were between her and her husband.

But just before Hillary began the press conference at the United Nations building, the Wall Street Journal reported that Bill Clinton does not use email.

“The former president, who does regularly use Twitter, has sent a grand total of two emails during his entire life, both as president, says Matt McKenna, his spokesman,” WSJ reported. “After leaving office, Mr. Clinton established his own domain that staff use — @presidentclinton.com. But Mr. Clinton still doesn’t use email himself, Mr. McKenna said.”

One of Bill’s emails was to astronaut and former Sen. John Glenn, the other was to U.S. troops.

But Hillary said during her press conference that her email server “contains personal communications from my husband and me.”

Hey, it’s understandable that Hillary Clinton would believe there were just all kinds of personal communications from her husband when in fact there wasn’t so much as a single one.  Just like it’s understandable that she had no idea where her daughter was on 9/11 or that no her grandparents WEREN’T all immigrants or that no she actually was NOT named after Sir Edmund Hillary or that gosh it sure seemed like explosions were rocking her as she raced across the tarmac frantically clutching her daughter’s little hand when in fact the only “sniper” was an 8-year-old girl holding flowers rather than a rifle.  And that it seemed like we were dead broke because we only had millions of dollars with hundreds of millions more hanging on the vine.  All honest mistakes, I’m telling ya.  Every single one.

Why on earth would anyone EVER believe ANYTHING this liar says???  I mean, okay, we know that there were in fact ZERO emails between Hillary Clinton and her husband.  So the only reason that she purged and wiped her server is because what?  Her “yoga routines” got a little too hot and heavy???  Who tries to wipe a server WHILE IT WAS UNDER A SUBPOENA claiming her yoga schedule had to be protected?

It takes a giant set of extra-hairy brass elephant balls to wipe your server clean AFTER being subpoenaed and being so pathologically dishonest she even lied about having BEEN subpoenaed and then claim you’re a victim of a political attack.  So private server aside, let’s just stipulate for the record that we do NOT EVER want to look at what Hillary Clinton is hiding in her pantsuits.  Because it would instill an episode of Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome that the world would still be appalled over millennia from now.

Hillary Clinton’s lies just over her server and her emails are now LEGION.  She claimed (falsely) that all of her emails were being “immediately captured and preserved” to State Department archives.  That was flat-out stated by the State Department NOT to be true.  In fact the State Department didn’t even have the means to do that until AFTER Hillary Clinton left.  And it’s easy to understand WHY a pathologically dishonest and secretive Hillary Clinton would not have such a system installed during her tenure.

She claimed (falsely) that ALL of her work-related emails had been turned over.  Until a man she’d hired in spite of being specifically ORDERED not to hire by the Obama White House – because Sidney Blumenthal is a vicious, rabid rat even by Obama standards – turned over his emails which proved Hillary Clinton had lied when she claimed she’d turned over all of hers.  Again, Hillary Clinton was caught red-handed in a manifest LIE.

Mind you, this incredibly fascist and dishonest woman had refused to be bothered with following the law or White House guidelines from day one.  The White House had given “very specific guidance” that members of the Obama administration use government e-mail accounts to carry out official business.  Not that rules or laws matter to a pathologically dishonest lying crook like Hillary Clinton.

Hillary began by claiming that she most certainly had never used her private email server – you know, the one that she dishonestly said she installed so she wouldn’t have to use multiple devices and which she dishonestly and unethically purged because of her lie that it contained private communications between her and her husband – to EVER send or receive ANY classified material whatsoever:

“I did not e-mail any classified material to anyone on my e-mail. There is no classified material,” Clinton declared at her March press conference.

But holy crap, what an unholy lie that proved to be.  Keep in mind, Hillary PURGED or aborted 32,000 emails from her server without ANY third party being allowed to see them so that everyone would have to trust ENTIRELY on the word of honor of a proven LIAR and graciously allowed 30,00 of her email babies to survive the womb of her private server system.  But of those:

Among the 30,490 e-mails that Clinton handed the State Department last December, the inspector general for the intelligence community (ICIG) sampled 40 and discovered that four (or 10 percent) were classified. Of these, two (or 5 percent) “when originated” were designated “TOP SECRET//SI//TK//NOFORN.”

So out of a random sample of forty emails that were examined, it turned out that two or five percent were not only classified but classified at the very highest level of classification.

And holy MOSES, just that five percent of truly TOP SECRET emails alone amounts to FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWO-HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE EMAILS of top secret emails if that five percent figure were to be a representative sample.  Hillary Clinton doesn’t play political games with national security???  Seriously????

So Hillary’s bait-and-switch lie now baits-and-switches to this disingenuous version:

“Most importantly I never sent classified material on my email and I never received any that was marked classified,” Clinton said at one point in her press conference.

“The State Department has confirmed that I did not send nor receive material marked classified or send material marked classified,” she said a moment later.

“I am repeating the facts and the facts are I did not send nor did I receive material marked classified,” she then said.

But why is that?  Because Hillary somehow had all the classification markers stripped from the emails for sake of her plausible deniability.  Consider how the hardly conservative-friendly Los Angeles Times put it:

The Department of Justice said it is weighing whether to launch its own investigation after the inspector general for intelligence agencies notified the agency that classified information that went through the account appeared to have been mishandled. Administration officials and investigators declined to share details about the emails. But in a separate memo to lawmakers, the inspector general said that a review of just 40 of the 30,000 emails from the Clinton server found that four had information that should have been marked and handled as classified.

Clinton has made many assurances in recent months that she did not send or receive classified information on her personal server. Her campaign says the material in question had not been specifically marked as classified and, thus, Clinton broke no rules. The inspector general disputed that characterization in a statement late Friday, saying that the information in the emails was classified at the time, even if it wasn’t marked as such, and shouldn’t have been transmitted on a personal email system.

Even so, the revelation was an uncomfortable one for the candidate. And national security experts said the disclosure that that material that should have been marked classified made its way to Clinton’s personal email account at the very least fuels legitimate speculation about how the server was used.

“It tells us why this was such a bad idea,” said Stewart A. Baker, a former general counsel to the National Security Agency now in private practice. “It raises questions.”

Among them, Baker said, was whether staffers deliberately avoided marking sensitive emails to Clinton as classified so they could sidestep the bureaucrats who handle transmission of such material.

“She skipped the government circles and nobody was overseeing this and nobody was saying, ‘This info should not be on this system,’” Baker said. “If anything, there was an incentive for people to cross the line without making clear they were doing so.”

In other words, what Hillary Clinton did was set up a system to DELIBERATELY SIDESTEP THE CLASSIFICATION BUREAUCRACY and strip the classification markers from the emails she sent and receive so she could later walk out and claim that there was nothing marked classified.  Which is full-lawyer-mode given her proven lie that she never had any classified material to begin with.  But she’s the Jezebel shrew who set up the bypassing system in the first place.

So Hillary Clinton is no different from the murderous thug-punk who viciously wipes out her entire family and then claims she shouldn’t be prosecuted because after all, she’s an orphan, isn’t she?  And in this age of “the war on women” that Hillary Clinton viciously waged against a 12-year-old girl who was raped by pedophiles, I mean, have you no heart at all?

And, I mean, which Secretary of State HASN’T sold the office to foreign entities such as nation-state enemies like Russia or foreign corporations like UBS???  You can’t PROVE she did anything!!!  At least not without all those tens of thousands of emails she deleted or that server she wiped clean AFTER having been subpoenaed with the proven-false excuse that they contained private communications with her husband that they in actual fact did not contain.

Truly, there has never breathed a soul more dead than Hillary Rodham Clinton.

And there has never breathed an American more historically proven to be unfit for president.

 

 

 

 

Why Hillary Clinton Installed A Private Server And Purged Half Her Emails

This line from CNN’s coverage of Obama being “funny” says a lot:

“Think about how things have changed since 2008. Back then, I was the young tech-savvy candidate of the future,” Obama said. “Now I’m yesterday’s news and Hillary has got a server in her house.”

“I didn’t even know you could have one of those in your house,” he continued. “I am so far behind. Did you know that? I would have gotten one.”

As Obama’s joke rather crystal-clearly demonstrates, it’s not NORMAL to have a private server in your home.  It’s way, WAY, WAY beyond abnormal.  It takes world-class chutzpah to do something like this when you’re masquerading as a senor-level “public servant” (which under Obama means another way to say “lord and master”).

Hillary Clinton isn’t “tech-savvy.”  She’s just an old pathologically dishonest and corrupt political shrew with a multi-multi–MULTI-million dollar slush fund to buy tech-savvy people to pull this crap for her so she can wheel and deal with your money using the very latest in criminal thug technology.

Of course, what this also proves is that as corrupt and as dishonest as Barack Obama has proven himself to be, even our current resident Liar-in-Chief is just no Slick Willy.  As giant of a liar and cheat as Barack Obama’s cancerous presidency has been, even HE can only dream of attaining the level of corruption that the Clinton’s have degenerated into in their forty-plus years as political whores.

You can’t blame Obama for not ever thinking of installing a private server to hide your internet tracks.  I mean, How many of us ever thought of that?  Because in the entire history of the republic, NO public official has EVER had their own email server in his/her home before.  Rather, previous Secretary’s of State have used private email accounts such as provided by Yahoo or AOL.  Which of course had control over and preserved all emails.  Simply far too much transparency for a pathologically dishonest shrew like Hillary Clinton.

The Democrat Party are to dishonesty, deceit, corruption, and crony-capitalist fascist quid pro quos what the Wright Brothers are to flying.  I mean, maybe they didn’t invent political corruption in the same manner that the Wright Brothers didn’t really invent the first airplane, but they sure somehow ended up owning all the rights to political corruption on a level that no human being has ever seen before.

A recent article shows us why Hillary installed her very own personal email server and then purged a massive percentage of her emails and ONLY released the rest after YEARS of vetting by her handpicked staff of priestesses.  The following article ran in the print edition of the California Section of the Los Angeles Times under the title, “Emails tie Sony, Ridley-Thomas” (for the official record, Ridley-Thomas is a career Democrat).  Hillary Clinton set up her own private server and purged tens of thousands of her emails so she wouldn’t open the newspaper to see this sort of story about HER criminality:

When Michael Lynton, chairman and chief executive of Sony Pictures Entertainment, sat down for lunch last July with L.A. County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas, each wanted something.

Lynton is a trustee of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, which needed Ridley-Thomas’ support to secure $125 million in county funding for a major expansion.

Ridley-Thomas wanted Sony to donate to a “super PAC” he had founded, which was supporting an aide’s campaign for a seat on the Los Angeles school board.

In September, Sony wrote a check to the PAC for $25,000. Two months later, Ridley-Thomas joined in a unanimous vote by the county supervisors to fund the LACMA expansion.

The lunch meeting, the PAC donation and discussions surrounding them are described in internal Sony emails, which were stolen by hackers and recently posted online by WikiLeaks. The Times reviewed the emails in collaboration with ProPublica, the nonprofit investigative newsroom.

The messages show how LACMA’s leadership courted Ridley-Thomas and how Sony, concerned about appearances, delayed the PAC contribution until a few weeks after the school board election.

A Sony official, Ridley-Thomas’ top aide and LACMA Director Michael Govan all said there was no connection between the contribution and the vote on county funding.

“We would never conduct ourselves in such a manner,” said Keith Weaver, Sony’s executive vice president for worldwide government affairs.

At the time, the museum was lobbying county officials for $125 million to help pay for a $600-million renovation and expansion of its Mid-Wilshire campus.

Govan, in an interview, recalled that in the months before the vote, he was confident he had the support of one county supervisor, Zev Yaroslavsky, but said he was “nervous” about the other four.

Among those, Ridley-Thomas was considered critical, Govan said. Other supervisors could be expected to defer to him because the new building would jut into his district.

Lynton also had a role to play in promoting the museum project. Sony’s studio complex in Culver City is in Ridley-Thomas’ district, and Lynton is “the only person on my board who had regular dealings with the supervisor,” Govan said.

According to the emails, Lynton held a meeting on May 21, 2014, with Weaver and Govan. The subject was Ridley-Thomas; the emails provide no further detail on the meeting.

Weeks later, Sony gave $5,000 to the PAC founded by the supervisor, campaign records show. Sony had made five previous contributions in the same amount since 2007.

In July, Lynton, Ridley-Thomas and two of their aides scheduled a lunch.

When Govan learned of the lunch, he sent two emails to Sony urging Lynton to press the LACMA matter.

The first message, sent to Weaver on July 16, the day before the lunch, and forwarded to Lynton, listed points to be made in support of the museum expansion and said that “this won’t happen if the Supervisor doesn’t support it.”

In the second message, Govan said the timing of the lunch was “perfect and critical.”

In separate emails to Lynton, Weaver noted that the Ridley-Thomas-founded PAC was spending heavily in support of the supervisor’s education advisor, Alex Johnson, in the Los Angeles school board race.

The PAC — the African American Voter Registration, Education and Participation Project — spent nearly $600,000 in support of Johnson’s campaign, according to state records. Johnson was seeking to represent District 1 on the L.A. Unified School District board.

There are no dollar limits on contributions to super PACs as there are for direct donations to candidates.

Vincent Harris, Ridley-Thomas’ chief deputy, said in an interview that the supervisor asked Lynton for a PAC contribution during the July 17 lunch. Harris said the LACMA funding was not discussed, adding that Ridley-Thomas knows better than to “mix fundraising with any public policy-related work.”

Weaver said he wasn’t sure if the group discussed the museum expansion.

After the lunch, Lynton had reservations about making another contribution to the PAC. According to emails between Lynton and Weaver, the Sony chief executive worried that a donation might create the appearance of a conflict because his wife, Jamie Alter Lynton, is executive editor of LA School Report, a news website that covers L.A. Unified.

Weaver wrote that he had talked with Ridley-Thomas’ office and asked for “options” for addressing Lynton’s concern. A few hours later, Weaver wrote Lynton outlining how to make “a direct contribution in a way that helps the effort, but avoids the perception/conflict issues.”

“You could contribute $25k AFTER the election,” he wrote in a message dated July 31.

That’s what Sony did, writing a $25,000 check that landed in the PAC’s coffers on Sept. 10, nearly a month after a school board runoff, which Johnson lost.

Campaign finance experts said that promising to make a donation and then timing it to delay public disclosure until after an election could be illegal, if there was an enforceable agreement between the two sides.

Stephen Kaufman, an attorney for the PAC, said that there was no such agreement, and that the PAC did not increase its spending during the school board race in anticipation of receiving a donation from Sony later.

Jim Sutton, a San Francisco-based attorney who has represented a number of prominent California politicians, said that even if the contribution doesn’t violate the letter of the law, it appears to violate the spirit of state statutes. “The purpose of the law is giving voters information about supporters before the election,” Sutton said.

Weaver declined to comment on the timing of the donation.

Asked why Sony gave the PAC more money than usual last fall, Weaver said: “There’s always a push for a year-over-year increase. This year we felt inclined to do so.”

Govan said he doesn’t believe there was any connection between the contribution and the supervisor’s support: “I know I’m being romantic, but I believe in politicians.”

In November, two days before the county supervisors were scheduled to vote on the LACMA project, Govan emailed Lynton with some good news.

“Just got an email from MRT,” he wrote, referring to Ridley-Thomas. “I think we’re good! Thank you Michael.”

You see, Hillary avoided the mistake of Sony.  She 1) installed her own personal server in her home; 2) purged all the emails that would have criminally convicted her; 3) had THE most dishonest and secretive and frankly thuggish administration in history run constant interference for her wrongdoing.  I mean, there’s “not a shred of evidence” if all the actual evidence has been shredded.  Which is EXACTLY what Hillary Clinton did with HER incriminating emails that she set up to have complete control over in spite of every rule of government accountability and oversight and appearance of wrongdoing and appearance of conflict of interests to the contrary.

We just had four cancer charities that are easily documented to be abject scams.  James T. Reynolds II, the leader of one of these along with his scumbag dad, issued the following statement that really reminds of the Clinton excuse:

Here are some facts about the Clinton Foundation as a “charity” that Hillary Clinton was full-time pimping while simultaneously falsely serving America as Secretary of State:

Charity watchdog: Clinton Foundation a ‘slush fund’

The Clinton Foundation’s finances are so messy that the nation’s most influential charity watchdog put it on its “watch list” of problematic nonprofits last month.

The Clinton family’s mega-charity took in more than $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013 but spent just $9 million on direct aid.

The group spent the bulk of its windfall on administration, travel, and salaries and bonuses, with the fattest payouts going to family friends.

On its 2013 tax forms, the most recent available, the foundation claimed it spent $30 million on payroll and employee benefits; $8.7 million in rent and office expenses; $9.2 million on “conferences, conventions and meetings”; $8 million on fundraising; and nearly $8.5 million on travel. None of the Clintons is on the payroll, but they do enjoy first-class flights paid for by the foundation.

In all, the group reported $84.6 million in “functional expenses” on its 2013 tax return and had more than $64 million left over — money the organization has said represents pledges rather than actual cash on hand.

Some of the tens of millions in administrative costs finance more than 2,000 employees, including aid workers and health professionals around the world.

But that’s still far below the 75 percent rate of spending that nonprofit experts say a good charity should spend on its mission.

Charity Navigator, which rates nonprofits, recently refused to rate the Clinton Foundation because its “atypical business model . . . doesn’t meet our criteria.”

Charity Navigator put the foundation on its “watch list,” which warns potential donors about investing in problematic charities. The 23 charities on the list include the Rev. Al Sharpton’s troubled National Action Network, which is cited for failing to pay payroll taxes for several years.

Other nonprofit experts are asking hard questions about the Clinton Foundation’s tax filings in the wake of recent reports that the Clintons traded influence for donations.

“It seems like the Clinton Foundation operates as a slush fund for the Clintons,” said Bill Allison, a senior fellow at the Sunlight Foundation, a government watchdog group where progressive Democrat and Fordham Law professor Zephyr Teachout was once an organizing director.

Gosh, the Clinton Foundation is exactly the same as the above cancer “charities.”  The Clinton Foundation exists to benefit the Clintons, their family members (example, their daughter Chelsea and Hillary’s low-life brother), their friends (such as long-term Clinton crony Sidney Blumenthal), and those they paid off in exchange for more influence.

Well over a thousand foreign donors weren’t even LISTED as having given to this slush fund that, among other things, sold America’s uranium to our historically worst enemy in exchange for $500,000 for a Bill Clinton speech (paid directly to the Clintons) and a $2.35 million “donation” (read “kickback”) to the Clinton Foundation Slush Fund that was never disclosed by the Clintons in spite of their agreement with the Obama Administration when Hillary took her job as Secretary of Swindle.

And there are literally DOZENS of corrupt deals like this that Hillary purged the details of from her private server.

We are just now learning that Hillary Clinton failed to report $26 MILLION is speaking fees that came from banks and foreign governments and leftist universities (you know, the kind of “free-thinking institutions” that purge all conservative speakers or shout them down if they’re invited).

At best, this woman wants to be president and run the economy of the nation and the planet and she’s clearly not even competent to run a damn foundation.  That if she’s NOT an outright criminal – which she sure is – who belongs in THE BIG HOUSE rather than the White House for her crimes.

It took Hillary Clinton TWO YEARS after leaving as Secretary of State to comply with ANY release of her emails from her private server.  Because it took that long for her acolytes to purge all the thousands of criminal emails.  If there’s not a shred of evidence, it is ONLY because she SHREDDED all the evidence.

And all the while, as she was serving as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton’s Temple Priestesses kept a fascistically Nazi-tight reign over public documents that should have been required to be released by law.

While we now learn that the Clinton Foundation has played fast and loose with the law and concealed foreign donations to the tune of MILLIONS that they are now having to acknowledge by amending previous tax returns.

Hillary Clinton has been exposed as a liar for her pathetic “reason” why she elected to go with a private server-grounded private email account so she would only need to use one device (she regularly used at least four).

She’s been caught lying about the fact that she actually used AT LEAST TWO private email accounts rather than what she first claimed through her liars I mean lawyers.

But what can we do?  Our national media is dominated by obvious propagandist hacks like George Stephanopoulos, incredibly a.k.a. ABC News’ chief political anchor when it was beyond obvious twenty freaking years ago that this guy was a biased turd rather than any kind of legitimate journalist.  As one example all the media are falling all over themselves like a dozen puppies all trying to get to the food bowl at once whether Republicans would have still gone to war in Iraq “knowing what we know now.”  How about asking every Democrat, “Would you still have cut-and-ran from Iraq and abandoned everything our troops sacrificed so much to win the way Obama did “knowing what you know now” about Islamic State now OWNING what we surrendered to them???

Maybe James T. Reynolds, Sr. or his corrupt kid should run for president and vice president on the Democrat ticket, given the Democrats love of fascist crooks.

Here’s the thing: just because Obama is keeping the American people from seeing what kind of a crook his successor-thug is doesn’t mean that foreign governments won’t be able to blackmail a President Hillary Clinton.  The fact of the matter is that foreign governments – including all of our very most dangerous enemies – were able to easily penetrate Hillary Clinton’s private server upon which she stored so many vital American national secrets, says the CIA.  And says the Defense Intelligence Agency.  And they’ve got the dirty laundry on Hillary that Obama and his lawthugs like Eric Holder have been doing their best to keep from the American people.

So if you vote for Hillary in 2016 and later wonder why your Traitor-in-Chief betrayed you for the obvious interests of a foreign government, well, you just should have known, fool.

The ONLY Thing Worse Than Hillary Clinton’s Fake Concern For ‘Everyday Americans’ Is The Media’s Blatant Bias And Propaganda-as-‘News’

As you probably know, Hillary Clinton has announced that she is running for president.  Why?  Because she cares so deeply about “everyday Americans.”

Some synonyms of “everyday” according to any Thesaurus: commonplace, mundane, prosaic, dull, dime-a-dozen, lowly, unexceptional, unimaginative, unremarkable.  But hey, when Democrats insult you, the media celebrates it.  Just thank God Ted Cruz didn’t use the same term, because one of the synonyms is “vanilla.”  And as we all know, that’s code for white, which means he’s a racist.  I know, even if his parents were Cuban.

Oh, well, let’s move on.  After all, as Hillary put it on a separate issue: “What difference can it possibly make” if she insulted the American people and suggested that we’re all dime-a-dozen in her vision of dull socialist Utopia?

The important thing is that Hillary loves us “lowly” people, you see.

Or DOES she?

Not so much, given how she actually treats her “everyday Americans” on what she has the elephant balls to call her “LISTENING TOUR“.  I mean, who the hell was she “listening” to in her closed door meeting where those pesky “everyday Americans” barely got an opportunity to so much as glimpse their future imperial god-queen:

I Am An ‘Everyday Iowan’ And Here Is How Close I Got To Hillary Clinton Today

That’s the same place that Hillary Clinton visited on her first campaign stop to my state. I went there to see if I could meet Hillary. Here is Hillary’s press release:

I arrived about an hour before the event and all I could find were reporters.

Lots of reporters.

Which is funny, because all they had to stare at was an empty Iowa field.

Anyway, some protesters trickled in.

These guys were funny. They were called the ‘Nerd Squad.’

They wanted to ‘fix Hillary’s server for free.’

I also found some Hillary supporters.

It was getting close to the time when she would arrive so I tried to enter the college. I was told ‘Sorry, press only,’ by a Hillary staffer.

So I took a selfie.

Then someone shouted “She’s coming!” And everyone started running. So I ran with them. Here is my point of view:

 [You have to go to the site to see this video, but it’s worth it to see all the reporters running like school girls who just heard the Beatles were nearby giving away kisses.  As you watch it, tell me that you’ve seen anything like that from a Republican who just announced that he or she is running for president while refusing to answer ANY questions from the media]

Here is how close I got to Hillary when she arrived:

She snuck in the backdoor and reporters were complaining that they were ‘here for hours’ and she wouldn’t even ‘let them see her.’

I noticed students pressed up against the glass in their classrooms so I took this photo. I learned later that they had been locked down for Hillary’s arrival.

Then everyone just waited like kids staring over a fence.

I wandered around and found this awesome guy who shared some of my sentiment.

I take that back.

The guy in orange pants was taking a break after all of the running when someone yelled “There she is!”

Look closely: There she is!  People asked her what it’s like to be back in the game. She said, “Great!” Waved and got in car and left.

Then she drove right by me in her black van.

This is as close as this ‘everyday Iowan’ got to Hillary. Her van zoomed right by me, though I could not see her.

“Goodbye Hillary!”

And that was my experience as an Iowan trying to see Hillary.

This is all you need to see to know that the media is and will continue to be pathologically unfair and biased in their reporting of Hillary Clinton vis a vie any Republicans challenger(s):

Which corresponds to precisely what our “everyday” – i.e., “lowly,” “unexceptional,” “unimaginative” Iowan accurately reported when she tried to get a glimpse of her royal majesty.

The ONLY time the mainstream media would EVER swarm after ANY Republican presidential candidate is if that candidate was in the middle of a terrible scandal and the media were desperately trying to be the first to get in that Republican’s face with a microphone and wipe some mud in that hated enemy party’s candidate’s face.

Hillary Clinton doesn’t give one flying damn about anybody and she will stick a knife in the back of anybody who in any way, shape or form tries to interfere with her ambition to be the next imperial emperor after the emperor pharaoh god-king Barack Obama.

Meanwhile, the ONLY question I have for Hillary Clinton is that she say whether she is in favor of every single Republican or Republican appointee to enjoy the communications privilege which SHE enjoyed, whereby she ONLY shared communications that she and her staff deemed to be harmless, such that no Republican or Republican appointee ever again need to obey a freedom of information act request, or any subpoenasfrom Democrats, or be forced to share ANYTHING that could indict or impeach them????

We find out that Republicans legally subpoenaed Hillary Clinton’s private email account back in 2012.  And what did this fascist do?  Purge half of them and then wiped her private server clean to destroy evidence.

Does Hillary Clinton authorize that behavior from all future Republicans, such that no Republican or Republican appointee ever need to release any communications they don’t want to release ever again?  Or was Hillary Clinton anti-democratic and anti-American????

Hillary Clinton is a rabid fascist and to be a Democrat today is nothing short of being a fascist.  But that’s okay, because so is the mainstream media that so utterly adores her.
