Voter Fraud: What Are The Odds Of A Democrat Activist Registering 583 Democrat Voters Over The Age Of 112 And 2,660 Over The Age Of 110???

October 22, 2012

You get the sense that voter fraud would be a huge issue in this country – if Republicans did it.

Please file this tale of Democrat voter registration under “Oh my GOD when the hell will somebody actually DO SOMETHING to stop these liberal Marxist thieves?”

North Carolina Registers Over 583 Democrat Votes Over the Age of 112
Elections 2012
October 21, 2012
By: Barry Secrest

There are obviously verifiable vote fraud problems in North Carolina.

In 2010 those problems surfaced meaningfully as indicated in the below voter fraud post from an earlier Charlotte Conservative Examiner article:

Perhaps in an effort to promote North Carolina as one of the healthiest States in the Nation, this latest voter twist comes to us from Susan Myrick of the Civitas Institute in North Carolina–not to be confused with Rep. Sue Myrick of NC who is unrelated.  In a radio interview with local WBT Anchor Tara Servatious, Susan reports that she has been keeping track of the number of votes in North Carolina of individuals over the age of 110 years and apparently we have quite a few, over 410 of the 110 year olds–to be exact– actually voted via absentee ballot on October the 28th. Yes indeed, now it would appear that good ole NC has the market cornered on the Centenarian vote.

At latest count, Susan has garnered a total Absentee Ballot vote of over 2,660 people over the age of 110. Someone contact the Guiness Book and warm up the Ford, the Fountain of Youth exists and its right here in lovely NC.  It’s no wonder people are moving here in droves–maybe the use of tobacco isn’t such a bad thing after all? But, on a more serious note, with all of the irregularities going on all over the place, we can now begin to wonder about a few things.

Apparently those ultra-healthy seniors over 110 have aged and are now astoundingly over 112 years old, and are still able to make it to the polls ahead of time.

According to a post originally from the Silence Dogood political blog report, there were at least 758 individuals over the age of 112 who had either risen from their respective graves, or otherwise, to vote once again for the Democrats in charge, who might apparently have also guaranteed them an ever-lasting vote for life and beyond.

In visiting the political tracking site, we later found the same story in evidence, except the number of centenarian voters had increased measurably to 832 voters over the age of 112. Of these voters, over 70% were slated as Democrats, with a diminutive 25% counted as Republicans. The rest were unaffiliated.

When peering a little more deeply at the numbers we find that an astounding 2,374 people between the ages of 94 and 100 have already voted in the NC election to date. While an even more astounding 832 votes came from those individuals aged 112. However, according to the Guinness book of world records, the oldest living person in the world, at present, lives in Japan and is 114 years old. It would seem obvious that, according to the NC vote registry, this old fellow might be nudged aside in the near future, especially considering the crop of spry 112 year-olds seemingly alive and well in the old North State.

In fact, two of the 112 year aged voters were mail-in ballots from overseas; ostensibly  vacationing to escape the now bitterly polarized political contest, and who can blame them?

But it gets worse when we note from another concerned voter, who indicated  the following explanation, which goes but one full measure further to explain what’s happening in NC during this voting season of , perhaps, persistent political zombies:

I overheard a nice lady about 70 telling her friend the following: “Yes, I voted today.”

“Going back tomorrow too.”

“They took us to a place that don’t ask names and don’t write nothing down. They give $20 each time.”

She then handed her friend a card I couldn’t see and told her friend to call the number.

This same tipster later sent a message indicating that he had, indeed, contacted the local election center, who immediately patted him upon the head graciously for being a good citizen with a promise to check on it again much later, in due course.

Obviously there is a problem, one in which voter ID might clearly provide a solution. A thing that only the Democratic party swears against at any cost, and for reasons becoming quite obvious.

There isn’t an honest Democrat alive.  And that includes all the damn 112-year-olds that Democrats have “registered.”  You can see why Democrats don’t want voter IDs: long-demised corpses simply don’t photograph very well regardless of how good a job the mortician did with the body.

Of course, given that one day soon every single Democrat will be burning in hell for each and every single one of the 55 million babies they helped to murder, maybe Lucifer – up to his old evil tricks – is giving them time away from the burning fires in exchange for voting for Obama.

More Proof Of Democrat Voter Fraud: Democrat Withdraws From Maryland 1st District Race Over Having Voted In Both Maryland AND Florida

September 12, 2012

But… but… but…  This is illegal.  But don’t we need like a voter ID to stop stuff like this?

Oh, wait.  That would stop Democrats from cheating.  THAT’S why Democrats won’t allow it.  How the hell else could they ever win elections?

Democrats keep saying, “Show us ONE incident of voter fraud.”  And we’re like able to show THOUSANDS.  In fact, we’re able to show over ONE THOUSAND in one Senate race that was “won” by 312 votes in just one state and one race alone.

Then there are these other cases:

And that is only the articles that I’ve written.  There are a hundred more cases like the ones I’ve documented.

So here’s yet another example of Democrats cheating in elections because they are miserable, loathsome cheaters from the party of miserable, loathsome cheaters:

Democrat withdraws from 1st District congressional race after allegations she voted in two states
Rosen says she registered in Fla. to support friend there
By Matthew Hay Brown, The Baltimore Sun
9:50 a.m. EDT, September 11, 2012

Wendy Rosen, the Democratic challenger to Republican Rep. Andy Harris in the 1st Congressional District, withdrew from the race Monday amid allegations that she voted in elections in both Maryland and Florida in 2006 and 2008.

It was unclear, however, whether she could remove her name from the ballot with the election less than two months away. Under state law, a candidate has until 70 days before an election to remove his or her name from the ballot. The deadline for the Nov. 6 election passed on Aug. 28.

Democratic leaders — who raised the allegations, urged Rosen to step aside and notified prosecutors — said they would gather Central Committee members this month to identify a write-in candidate for the district, which includes the Eastern Shore and parts of Harford, Carroll, Cecil and Baltimore counties.

Republicans, meanwhile, said the allegations prove that voter fraud is real and called on Democrats to join the GOP in calling for reforms.

Rosen, 57, a Cockeysville businesswoman and Maryland voter, told The Baltimore Sun that she registered to vote in Florida several years ago in order to support a “very close friend” running for the St. Petersburg City Council and to vote on local issues there.

Rosen said she was able to register in Florida because she owned property there.

Under Maryland law, a voter here may not maintain registration in a second state if it allows the voter to participate in state or federal elections there, according to Jared DeMarinis, director of candidacy and campaign finance at the State Board of Elections.

State Democratic Chairwoman Yvette Lewis said an examination of voting records in Maryland and Florida showed that Rosen participated in the 2006 general election and the 2008 primaries in both states.

Maryland and Florida both held gubernatorial and congressional contests in 2006 and presidential primaries in 2008, when Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton competed for the Democratic nomination.

Asked by The Sun on Monday if she had voted in both states in the same elections, Rosen said she did not remember how she voted. Asked if she had voted twice in the 2008 presidential primaries, she declined to comment “due to possible litigation.”

Lewis referred the allegations Monday to Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler and State Prosecutor Emmitt C. Davitt.

“We believe that this is a clear violation of Maryland law and urge the appropriate office to conduct a full investigation,” she wrote. “The Maryland Democratic Party strongly believes in upholding and expanding the right to vote but, at the same time, believes there should be zero tolerance for voter fraud of any kind.”

DeMarinis, the state elections official, said there are narrow circumstances under which a Maryland voter may register legally in two places.

Some municipalities maintain separate voting rolls for local elections. These allow property owners — even those that live and vote elsewhere — to register and participate in elections for local offices and ballot questions.

Thus, DeMarinis said, a resident of Baltimore who owned a vacation home in Ocean City could legally vote in local elections there, too.

DeMarinis said he knows of no law against a Maryland voter participating in local elections in another state. But an out-of-state registration that permitted participation in state and federal elections would be illegal, he said.

A spokesman for Maryland Democrats said party leaders were told of Rosen’s dual registration by someone within the party on Friday. After verifying the details over the weekend, spokesman Matthew Verghese said, the leaders confronted Rosen on Monday.

Rosen was seen as the underdog to Harris, a 55-year-old physician from Baltimore County who is serving his first term in Congress. The district that has grown more solidly Republican since Harris ousted Democratic Rep. Frank Kratovil in 2010.

Still, she mounted a highly visible effort to promote her candidacy in July at the annual J. Millard Tawes crab feast in Crisfield.

At the time, she told a reporter she believed Harris was vulnerable to a challenge because of unpopularity among voters.

She traveled to Charlotte, N.C., last week for the Democratic National Convention. At a Maryland Democratic party luncheon at that city’s Mint Museum, she stood up to be recognized and receive applause.

Rosen edged Chestertown physician John LaFerla in the Democratic primary in April by just 57 of the more than 25,000 votes cast.

She withdrew from the general election in an email to party leaders.

“I have been proud to serve as the Democratic Congressional Candidate of Maryland’s 1st Congressional District for the last five months, so it is with great regret, and much sorrow that I must resign,” she wrote. “Personal issues have made this the hardest decision that I have had to make.”

Harris campaign manager Kathy Szeliga said Rosen’s withdrawal “must not delay our troops serving oversees from getting their ballots and exercising their right to vote in such an important presidential election.”

Rosen’s withdrawal comes during an election season in which Republicans across the country have cited voter fraud to push for new identification requirements at the polls.

Democrats say voter fraud is virtually nonexistent, and describe voter ID laws as a pretext to make it more difficult for the poor, minorities and other traditionally Democratic-leaning groups to vote.

The Maryland Republican Party said Monday it was “happy to see Maryland’s Democrats publicly agree that voter fraud is wrong.”

“Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi should not only investigate but also prosecute Wendy Rosen to the fullest extent of the law,” David Ferguson, the executive director of the state party, said in a statement.

Given that the state Democratic Party was “willing to push one of its own candidates out of the race due to voter fraud,” Ferguson said, “I’m sure this means they will join us in an effort to purge the rolls across Maryland of illegal immigrants, the deceased, and those otherwise unqualified to vote.”

Gov. Martin O’Malley, a Democrat, commended the “swift and decisive action” of Democrats to demand Rosen’s withdrawal.

“The action taken today by the Maryland Democratic Party sends a clear message to Marylanders — we will not tolerate any violation of election laws,” he said.

Sun reporters Michael Dresser, John Fritze and Annie Linskey contributed to this article.

The next time a stupid vile Democrat tells you that we’ve got a right to vote and therefore voter ID is immoral, you point out what a dumbass hypocrite that fool is.  Because there is ZERO QUESTION that people have a right to keep and bear arms without being “infringed,” and yet there are gun registration laws up the whazoo that have mostly been passed by DEMOCRATS.  And given the fact that the damn NAZIS were elected, it is a frightening fact that the right to vote is a responsibility that can easily be perverted.  And in this nation where races – even for the presidency – can be decided by a handful of votes in a handful of states, WE HAVE A RIGHT AS AMERICAN CITIZENS TO GUARANTEE THAT ONLY LEGITIMATE VOTES ARE CAST AND COUNTED.

I say it again.  The Democrat Party is the Party of genuine evil today.

Lunatic Liberals And Their Dumbass Argument Against Voter ID Laws

August 15, 2012

Al Sharpton explained why checking the ID of voters is tantamount to putting black people in chains and selling them into slavery:

Al Sharpton: Protecting the Voting Rights
Casting a ballot is a right, not a privilege. New laws restricting that right are wrong.
By Al Sharpton
August 7, 2012

A voting rights march in the Alabama town of Selma in 1965 was broken up by baton-wielding police. (Associated Press)

The American Revolution, which created our nation, was a fight for self-governance.

The American Evolution, which delivered the promises of democracy to all Americans, was a longer struggle, requiring countless protests, marches, sacrifices and even lives lost, all of which led to the Voting Rights Act of 1965. This landmark legislation became the great equalizer, bringing about the end of discriminatory practices of voter disenfranchisement. It was a victory for justice and for all Americans.

Now we face a new threat: that of an American De-volution, which could reverse nearly 50 years of progress since the Voting Rights Act.

Across the country, states have passed or have proposed new rules for voting, such as photo ID requirements and restrictions in early and absentee voting. The laws are new, but to many of us they’re just the same old tricks. I remember when tactics like these were called Jim Crow.

According to the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University, 10 states now have highly restrictive photo ID laws that require citizens to produce specific types of government-issued documents to vote: Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kansas, South Carolina, Alabama and Texas.

Alabama’s law won’t take effect this year, and others face legal scrutiny, but it’s possible that the restrictive rules will affect 127 electoral votes — almost half of the 270 needed to win the presidency in 2012.

And who are the voters who will be affected? As the Brennan Center reports, more than 1 in 10 eligible voters in the U.S. do not possess the kind of IDs required by those 10 states. More specifically, 1 in 4 African Americans, 1 in 6 Latinos and 1 in 5 Americans over age 65 lack the requisite ID.

Though it may be difficult for some of us to imagine, many of these people simply do not drive or cannot afford a vehicle and therefore don’t possess a driver’s license. And the process of obtaining a valid ID — even when the states issue them for free — can be costly to those on fixed incomes or for those who must take time off from work, lose wages and find the means to travel to a government agency. Often they must produce copies of items such as birth certificates, which not only cost money to reproduce but may take weeks to process.

If these added difficulties weren’t discouraging enough, in Wisconsin, Mississippi and Alabama, fewer than half of all ID-issuing offices are open five days a week and none are open on the weekends. And many have irregular operating hours. The Brennan Center documented an office in Mississippi open only on the second Thursday of the month, and in Wisconsin, only on the fifth Wednesday (only four months in 2012 have five Wednesdays).

Those championing tough new voter ID laws say they are concerned about voter fraud. I’ve heard their arguments: “What’s wrong with requiring voters to have an ID? After all, you need a state-issued ID to drive, to get on an airplane, to write a check. Why not to vote?”

Here’s why. On a fundamental level, that argument confuses privileges with rights. No American has a constitutional right to drive, fly or pay by check. We do not have constitutionally protected rights to rent cars or to use credit cards. That some people think these activities are comparable to voting is alarming — and revealing.

[Me: it’s at this point that Al Sharpton literally refutes himself if we just consider ONE fact that he refuses to mention]

Every American 18 or older has the right to vote. Poor Americans, black Americans, Americans who live in rural areas, Americans of every background. For decades we have recognized this truth, making it easier to vote, expanding options for casting ballots and improving access to registration. These new ID laws take us backward; they truly are nothing more than modern-day poll taxes and literacy tests.

We’re watching history repeat itself.

Why now? For the same reason partisans demanded to see President Obama‘s birth certificate. For the same reason some whisper that the president is a Muslim: to de-legitimize those with whom they disagree. The new voter suppression movement has taken off since the game-changing 2008 presidential race, when minorities and young voters turned out in record numbers.

Most of these first-time or occasional voters cast their ballots for Obama. Very quickly, Republicans began doing their best to stop them from voting again. Even a few hundred thousand votes not counted or cast in battleground states such as Pennsylvania and Wisconsin could make a big difference in November.

I’ll be in Los Angeles on Thursday to keynote the Western Baptist State Convention. The focus of the convention this year will be on systematic voter disenfranchisement. We as a nation must realize the suppression is spreading. According to the Brennan Center, since the beginning of 2011, at least 180 restrictive bills have been introduced in 41 states, and 19 states have cut back on voting rights in various ways.

Millions of voters are at risk, and wherever we live, we must combat voter disenfranchisement nationwide. The ability for Americans to participate in the process was won by all; we now must join together once again to ensure that it stays that way.

The Rev. Al Sharpton is the president of National Action Network and the host of “PoliticsNation” on MSNBC.

I want you first to consider the picture.  If you support voter ID laws, you’re one of those thugs who are literally beating black people for trying to vote.  You ought to be ashamed of yourselves; you probably clubbed little baby black children, too.  Well, at least the forty percent of black babies that escape Al Sharpton’s abortion holocaust.  Consider that Planned Parenthood was caught on tape agreeing with the statement of being “against blacks in college.” Why? Because “The less black kids out there the better.” And consider that Al Sharpton is all for more killing of black babies.

Consider that liberal heroine Margaret Sanger said “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.”

Liberal Ruth Bader Ginsburg agreed and explained, “Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”

Reverend Sharpton says “Amen to that!”

Apparently, there is something truly wrong with black children that Al Sharpton knows about.

Anyway, in an article about seeking laws that require that somebody be who they claim they are when they’re voting, Al Sharpton and the LA Times throw in a picture of black people being beaten.  Because it is a well-documented fact (as per MSNBC) that absolutely every single person who wants Voter ID laws has physically taken a bat and beaten a black person into a coma.  So that’s why the picture is so appropriate.

This is the point where Al Sharpton either reveals he is a truly stupid man or that he is an incredibly dishonest one:

Those championing tough new voter ID laws say they are concerned about voter fraud. I’ve heard their arguments: “What’s wrong with requiring voters to have an ID? After all, you need a state-issued ID to drive, to get on an airplane, to write a check. Why not to vote?”

Here’s why. On a fundamental level, that argument confuses privileges with rights. No American has a constitutional right to drive, fly or pay by check. We do not have constitutionally protected rights to rent cars or to use credit cards. That some people think these activities are comparable to voting is alarming — and revealing.

Put on your thinking caps, boys and girls: is there a “right” that liberals LOVE to regulate and routinely flat-out try to deny and take away?

Hey, “Reverend” Al.  Have you ever heard about this thing called the 2nd Amendment?  Yeah, it’s pretty neat: it says, “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”  It even says “right” right there!

It’s kind of interesting how you forgot about that right, Reverend Al.  But I guess I can understand why: it turns that whole article of yours into something truly idiotic.

Al Sharpton has frequently protested guns.  Al Sharpton’s partner in slime Jesse Jackson actually protested guns shops to try to shut down people from being able to buy or sell the guns that the Constitution says we’ve got a RIGHT which shouldn’t be INFRINGED.

It’s kind of convenient and interesting that Al Sharpton somehow forgot a RIGHT that he has dedicted himself to undermining while he is simultaneously arguing that such rights are sacrosanct.

This is why people like me use terms like “hypocrite” to describe people like Al Sharpton.

If Al Sharpton had so much as a microscopic particle of credibility, he would be out there demanding that everybody ought to be able to help themselves to a giant pile of guns.  And anybody who tries to check or inspect the IDs of those who want to exercise their RIGHTS to keep and bear arms in any way, shape or form is tantamount to a club-weilding fascist thug beating on the head of some poor victom.

That’s right.  If Al Sharpton and his idiot left were consistent in any way, shape or form, they would be loudly demanding that “ID checks” be immediately suspended for anyone trying to get his or her hands on a gun.  Either that, or these hypocrite slimebags would be affirming that, you know what, yes, some rights carry responsibilities.

It isn’t that we refute the lunatic left with our arguments for voter ID laws; they refute themselves with their own idiotic arguments.

For the historical record, Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Party was ELECTED to rule Germany.  Voting can be every damn bit as dangerous as guns – unless you’re fine with another Adolf Cockroach Hitler.

Either we have a damn RIGHT to demand that everybody voting be able to document who they say they are in order to prevent elections from being stolen or the left doesn’t have a right to check the ID of anyone who wants to get his or her hands on a gun.  Period.

I write as somebody who views the right to vote and the right to keep and bear arms as require some level of inspection.  Criminals shouldn’t be able to own guns; but criminals shouldn’t be able to VOTE, either.  They shouldn’t be able to vote twice or ten times.  They shouldn’t be able to vote in other people’s names.  They shouldn’t be allowed to steal elections as they clearly did in the case of Al Franken.  In other words, I write as somebody having something called “integrity” that Al Sharpton has never had and probably never will have.

As we speak, the same Democrats who are so loudly standing up for the right of undocumented people to vote because those who cheat vote Democrat are at the same time disenfranchising legitimate Floridian voters and military voters.

Let me just say one more thing: Al Sharpton cites the Voting Rights Act of 1965.  For the historical record, I want you to note the Republican-Democrat voting tallies:

Senate: 77–19

  • Democrats: 47–17 (73%-27%)
  • Republicans: 30–2 (94%-6%)

House: 333–85

  • Democrats: 221–61 (78%-22%)
  • Republicans: 112–24 (82%-18%)

It is a FACT that Republicans supported the Voting Rights Act by a higher percentage in BOTH branches of Congress than did Democrats.  I point this out because a lot of people are stupid and ignorant of the truth, having been indoctrinated by media propaganda lies.

Republicans are all FOR valid civil rights, just as they were when they fought a Civil War against Democrats to free the slaves.

Update, 8/15/12: Thank God a federal judge just ruled that Pennsylvania’s voter ID law can go forward.

The Party Of Voter Fraud: ‘Democrat’ Is A Truly Oxymoronic Name For A Party That is Utterly Opposed To Actual Democracy

Watch the video:

O’Keefe Strikes Again–in North Carolina
by Tony Lee
March 15, 2012

James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas exposed how easy it was for someone to walk in to a polling place and get Attorney General Eric Holder’s ballot, and now it has released another video that shows how easily non-citizens–and even dead people–can vote in North Carolina, a crucial 2012 swing state.

In the video, William Romero, an apparent non-citizen, is shown to be registered to vote in North Carolina. According to jury refusal records obtained by Project Veritas, Romero was recused for being a non-citizen. Yet when a researcher from Project Veritas went into the polling station, he found that not only was Romero still on the voting rolls but the poll workers were also more than willing to give him Romero’s ballot.

The video finds that another alleged non-citizen in Durham County, North Carolina, was on the voter rolls–and apparently voted in 2008 and 2010–even though he had been categorized as “code 7” in jury recusal forms, which means he had been excused as a non-citizen.

In another crucial swing state, Florida, elections officials fear as many as 180,000 non-citizens may be registered to vote. In Colorado, during the 2010 midterm elections, 5,000 non-citizens may have voted.

Project Veritas’s video also shows how easy it is for a person to obtain the ballot of a dead person, and features a potential election judge who says he will “mostly support the Constitution of the state of North Carolina” because he now thinks it encourages bigotry after the passage of Amendment One that banned gay marriage.

He jokes that “we need somebody to run over [Supreme Court Justice Antonin] Scalia,” and later jokes “you should get him and [Justice Clarence] Thomas at the same time.”

Later in the video, on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a student who tells a professor that he illegally voted in Ohio and North Carolina is told by the professor to hope “no one will figure that out,” as the professor laughs. Another person on the campus compares voting fraud to speeding.

These are yet more examples of how much the country would be well-served by voter-ID laws.

Obama is to “democratic voting” – defined as one person actually legally entitled to vote, one vote – what Hitler was to Judaism.

Voter fraud is real.  And Democrats are the party of anti-democratic elections.

Voter Fraud Is Real: And Barack Obama, Eric Holder And EVERY Democrat In America Is A Dishonest Cockroach

March 14, 2012

Project Veritas put out an undercover video showing how easy it is to get a ballot and vote under someone else’s name without showing any photo ID:

That video is part of a series of investigative articles on voter fraud and how easy it is to undermine the democratic process.  I accessed it through this one:

Project Veritas Investigates: Voter Fraud
January 11, 2012

Dead men tell no tales, but as Project Veritas found in New Hampshire, they can still vote.

On New Hampshire Primary Day, Project Veritas sent a team of investigators into polling places with a list of deceased voters to see if they would be permitted to vote.

We tested more than a dozen polling places, simply walking up and stating the name of the deceased, and in all but one instance — where an alert poll worker actually knew the recently deceased — we were handed ballots.

While our investigators cast no votes and returned the ballots, there was nothing stopping our team, or anyone else, from illegally influencing the outcome of a presidential primary.

In fact, as shown in the video, Project Veritas investigators insisted on presenting identification in order to vote, but were told repeatedly, “you don’t need it.”

With the 8 vote margin in the 2012 Iowa Caucus, it is clear that voter fraud can influence the outcome of an election. It is important to note that Project Veritas’ team had the ability to cast more than a dozen votes in this latest investigation.

Watch the video for yourself here.

More to come . . .

(Unlike the establishment media, Project Veritas works to release full, unedited versions of its investigations and stories. To see the unedited videos from part one of the Voter Fraud investigation, click here.)

We just had an example of a Democrat Sheriff pleading guilty to voter fraud:

Former West Virginia sheriff, county clerk plead guilty to attempting to steal election
By Eric Shawn
Published March 07, 2012 | FoxNews.com

As the sheriff of Lincoln County, W.Va., Jerry Bowman is sworn to uphold the law. But the 58-year-old law enforcement veteran stood in a federal courtroom in Charleston on Wednesday and pleaded guilty in a shocking voter fraud case that has stripped him of his job and could send him to prison for a decade.

Prosecutors say Bowman and former Lincoln County Clerk Donald Whitten, 62, were part of a scheme to steal the May 2010 Democratic primary by stuffing ballot boxes with illegal absentee ballots.

Bowman admitted to falsifying more than 100 of the absentee ballot applications and even voting with some of the ballots himself, while Whitten, who also pleaded guilty Wednesday, acknowledged lying to investigators about the plan to try to throw the election.

“It makes you mad,” said Charles Brumfield, who ran against Bowman for Lincoln County circuit clerk, about having the election stolen from him. “It was hurtful. You just didn’t think that would happen in today’s society.”

Brumfield told Fox News that on election night, he was ahead by about 235 votes. That is, until additional batches of absentee ballots started mysteriously appearing, repeatedly, throughout the evening.

“We knew something was wrong, because the post office closes at 4:30 … you don’t go to the post office at 9 o’clock at night and find ballots.”

But for several hours on election night, “They kept coming out and saying ‘we found some more ballots’ … and they did this about three times from 7 to 11 p.m., and when the final tally was taken, we lost,” Brumfield said.

Brumfield was suspicious leading up to election night because he says he heard that more then 800 absentee ballot applications had been requested for the race, nearly six times more than normal number. He took the case to court, and after a judge threw out more than 300 ballots, he was declared the winner and was sworn in as the Lincoln County circuit clerk.

“An absentee ballot is a good thing, if it’s used correctly, the way it’s supposed to. And it wasn’t used that way,” Brumfield said.

The voter fraud allegations were investigated by U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin in West Virginia and West Virginia Secretary of State Natalie Tennant. An FBI agent and an investigator from Tennant’s office even allegedly had a gun pulled on them by one absentee ballot voter who is charged with making threats to kill them.

“We won’t tolerate elections violations,” Tennant told Fox News. “It makes me angry that someone would take our process, which is a good process, and attempt to manipulate it for their own good. … It is disappointing.”

“Voter fraud in southern West Virginia goes far and wide. It’s been bad my whole life,” the Lincoln County Republican Party Chairwoman Lisa Ramey said. She is now running for sheriff, and told Fox News that she once “saw someone buy a vote and get a bottle,” meaning whiskey.

“I’m appalled, disgusted,” she says. “We have good citizens in Lincoln County and we would like to have one, decent, fair election in our county, but I’m not sure that will be able to occur unless the federal government takes over the election process.”

She calls this voter fraud case, “the tip of the iceberg.”

[…]

After the plea hearing, Goodwin issued a statement saying, “A citizen’s right to vote is at the very foundation of our constitutional democracy. When votes are bought, sold or obtained by fraud, democracy itself is in peril.”

Election Fraud: If You Vote Democrat, You Are A Corrupt Dishonest Cheat By Proxy

Because you are.

And yet Obama Attorney General Eric Holder is bitterly fighting to prevent Texas from upholding it’s already passed and signed into law voter ID law.  Even though the Supreme Court has already ruled that voter ID laws are 100 percent legal and legitimate.

I say it again: if you vote Democrat, you are a corrupt and dishonest cheat and you want corrupt dishonest cheats to trample over America.

And all you have to do to prove me wrong is to (finally!!!) demand measures to weed out voter fraud.  But you won’t: because you are corrupt dishonest cheats right down to the cores of your shriveled little depraved cockroach souls.  And you want to benefit from fascist election theft because fascism is at the very core of your being.

And just to throw it in, if you are a Democrat, you are un-American according to scientific studies:

Just a brief exposure to an image of the American flag shifts voters, even Democrats, to Republican beliefs, attitudes and voting behavior.

A new Harvard University study finds that July 4th parades energize only Republicans, turn kids into Republicans, and help to boost the GOP turnout of adults on Election Day.

And there’s a damn good reason for that, you treasonous roaches.

As Democrats Play Games With The Democratic Process, It Turns Out Republicans Can Play Games, Too

February 21, 2011

First the facts:

Madison — As the budget stalemate drags on between unions and Gov. Scott Walker over his plan to repeal most public worker union bargaining rights, the National Guard has toured at least one state prison in recent days.

Last week, a half dozen National Guard members in plainclothes toured Redgranite Correctional Institution, said Lenny Wright, president of the AFSCME Local 281, which represents the prison’s correctional officers.

Walker spokesman Cullen Werwie initially said the National Guard had not visited Redgranite, but half an hour later confirmed it had happened. He described the visit as routine, saying unit commanders regularly visit prisons to understand how they operate.

“It wasn’t any specific contingency planning,” he said, referring to any possible strike.

Wright said prior to the tour he had already told the prison warden that his union local would not strike or have its members call in sick to disrupt security at the prison. But Wright said that the National Guard members had toured the prison with its security director and that he believed the purpose of the tour was to make sure the National Guard was ready to take over in the event of a strike.

“They were in plainclothes but they were there,” Wright said.

Daniel Meehan, president of the union local at Waupun Correctional Institution, said he’d heard the National Guard visited Redgranite and another facility in recent days.

Meehan said correctional officers – likely hundreds of them – would come to the Capitol in uniform to protest the bill. He said no officers would miss work for the protest, but those on vacation would come.

Walker has said that the National Guard is ready to deploy if needed to step in for essential public safety workers who don’t show up for their jobs. A spokeswoman for the state Department of Corrections could not be reached immediately Monday for comment.

Lt. Col. Jackie Guthrie, spokeswoman for the Wisconsin National Guard, said the National Guard does routinely visit Wisconsin prisons to prepare for providing “essential services” in the event of a work stoppage. Guthrie emphasized that Walker had not called up or deployed the National Guard.

Also on Monday, Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau) threatened to force a vote soon on a bill that would require voters to show ID at the polls, in a move meant to lure Democrats boycotting the Senate back to Wisconsin.

The move is the latest pressure point Republicans are talking about pushing to end a standoff over a bill that would take away union rights from most public workers. Senate Democrats vacated to Illinois on Thursday to prevent a vote on the bill, and they’ve been there ever since.

The Capitol drama is moving into its second week, as protesters again fill the rotunda and Capitol grounds. Monday’s protesters were dominated by those opposed to the bill, after a weekend on demonstrations that also drew bill supporters to Madison.

While Fitzgerald raised the possibility of passing the photo ID bill, absent Senate Democrats have their own leverage against Republicans. The bill on union rights is included in a sweeping budget repair bill that also includes a $165 million bond refinancing that must be acted on by Friday to make sure the state meets its bills in the fiscal year that runs through June 30.

Without this refinancing element, the state would have to take other steps such as cuts to health care programs to keep its budget balanced this year. Walker and other leading Republicans are holding firm despite the deadline.

“Regardless of Friday’s deadline, Governor Walker is going to balance the state budget,” Walker spokesman Cullen Werwie said in a statement. “If Senate Democrats remain out of state-. . . it will force more aggressive and painful spending cuts in the very near future.”

On Tuesday, the Senate will vote on measures to honor the Green Bay Packers and extend a dairy and livestock tax credit. Fitzgerald said the ID bill could come another day if Democrats don’t return. Without Democrats present, the Republicans have enough members to be able to hold votes on non-financial bills but not on a fiscal bill such as a budget.

Republicans took control of the Legislature and governor’s office after the November elections, and they have widely been expected to pass the bill on photo ID. It is one of the more controversial measures that will be considered, and Democrats would want to show up to make their voices heard as the two sides disagree over the extent of voter fraud and the importance of preserving voter rights.

Republicans have 19 seats in the Senate, but 20 votes are needed for bills that spend money. As written, the photo ID bill would need 20 senators present because it spends money to provide free IDs and for other purposes. But Fitzgerald said the bill could be changed to take out the spending elements.

The Senate Committee on Transportation and Elections is slated to vote on the bill Tuesday after the Senate meets. Another committee is voting Tuesday to repeal a law that requires law enforcement officers to collect data on the race of drivers for every traffic stop. Democrats approved that requirement in 2009 to help determine if agencies are engaged in racial profiling.

Fitzgerald floated the idea of passing the photo ID bill to reporters after a tense meeting of the Senate Organization Committee, which sets the Senate schedule. Senate Minority Leader Mark Miller (D-Monona) and Sen. David Hansen (D-Green Bay) joined the meeting by phone from Illinois.

“You have shut down the people’s government and that’s not acceptable,” Fitzgerald scolded the Democrats.

Just to state the facts.  It is already a fact that Wiscionsin correctional officers have used sick time as a gimmick to illegitimately boost their salaries.  So let us not kid ourselves that they’ll all be showing up with happy smiling faces to work all their shifts.  At best, there is a lot of double-time and shift-juggling going on to keep the National Guard from taking over.

Meanwhile, liberal doctors are violated their medical oaths and ethics to write bogus sick notes for thousands of teachers and yes – I don’t doubt for a second – correctional officers.

There is a vile disease going on in Wisconsin that is actually far nastier than leprosy.  It is called liberalism.  It causes irrationality and the sufferer loses all moral intelligence.  It is fatal to any society if enough people catch the contagion.

Here’s just one example out of hundreds: Oregon Democrat David Wu.  But just about every Democrat has the Kool Aid Crazy disease.

And of course it’s not acceptable.  These elected Democrats are undermining the democratic process.  In a democratic republic such as we’ve had at least until the age of Obama, you show up and you vote.  Democrats are undermining the democratic process and are in fact undermining the will of the people.

But there IS an upside to the Democrats being vile and un-American piles of slime.  It gives Republicans a chance to pass a ton of stuff.

It will give Republicans their opportunity to pass my dream bill.

I wrote this back in March of 2010 as Democrats were violating the process to ram their ObamaCare through:

Let me put it this way: if Republicans take back the country, and use reconciliation to impose the “Hunt Every Democrat Down With Dogs and Burn Them Alive” Act, do you want Republicans to be able to justify their actions by quoting Barack Obama?

I was still dreaming and scheming in June of 2010:

If people knew the truth, we would be hunting every Democrat we could find down with dogs and burning them alive.

And this is our chance.  If budget matters are involved, we can make it “The All-Volunteer Hunt Every Democrat Down With Dogs And Burn Them Alive Act.”

Pass it, Wisconsin Democrats.  I’ll be there to volunteer my dog and my burning services.  Nothing would make my dog happier:

I wrote an article titled, “Why We Need A Rottweiler For President.”  We might need our Rottweilers for other nation-saving tasks.

Mine is actually quite the impressive specimen, indeed.  The breeder liked big Rotts.  One of the three breeding males was “AKC”: 27″ at the shoulder and 125 lbs.  The other two were huge, with one looking like a power forward or a middle linebacker, and the other looking like a St. Bernard with Rottweiler markings.  I picked the middle linebacker sire, but he was bred with a big female, and my little pup actually grew bigger than the “St. Bernard” version: standing at nearly 32″ at the shoulder, actually standing a full 6′ tall on his hind legs and weighing in at in a healthy 185lbs.  And he isn’t friendly to people we don’t want him to be frindly to.  Not at all.  You will walk away having wet your pants if you come to my door unannounced.  And that’s if the door is CLOSED.  You wouldn’t walk away at all if the door was open.  We have signs, such as  “Danger: Rottweiler on duty” and “I can make it to the fence in 2.8 seconds.  Can YOU?” and “Kindly stay back – thereby refraining from donating your body parts to my dog” posted on the gate to make that point.  The mail and parcel delivery people, the meter readers, etc. know and understand that the beloved family pet is not for strangers to pet.  And he would love nothing more than to hear, “There’s one, boy – GO GIT ‘EM!”

Obviously, the Republicans aren’t actually going to pass the act I here jokingly suggest (and I’ll refrain from telling you if we’d actually show up for hunting season if they did).  But the Republicans CAN  pass A LOT of things that will make Democrats howl with outrage.  And the funniest thing of all is that it will be their own damn fault that we passed them.

This isn’t polite and high-minded civil discourse, because Democrats are no longer the kind of people one can have such discourse with.  As we see above, Democrats are now the kind of people who cheat and lie as a matter of routine.  It is nothing short of a war for America.  And it is long past time that Republicans understood that in this “game” there ARE no rules.  If they firebomb your cities, you firebomb there cities until they are afraid to firebomb your cities any more.  If they try to pass a “Fairness Doctrine” to limit conservative speech, you pass a Fairness Doctrine that will limit liberal speech; and then you monitor the airwaves for content and you yank the right to broadcast from any television station that doesn’t have as many conservatives for as much time as it has liberals.  If they try to massively expand the size of government with programs like the trillion dollar stimulus and ObamaCare, then you abolish every government department and bureaucracy that you can and you shrink the size of government twice as much as liberals expanded it.  You beat them like dirty rugs, because you know that’s exactly how they will treat you the first chance they get.  And the more you do to them when you’ve got the power, the less they’ll be able to do to you when they get power back.  And you fight them the same way they fight you.

And you keep fighting them that way until they maybe learn that Fairness Doctrines and trillion dollar stimulus and ObamaCare programs maybe aren’t such a good thing, after all.

If Democrats want to play their un-American games and start a war, then let Republicans finally play and fight to WIN.

Keith Olbermann Demonizes Fox News As Biased; Gets Caught Donating Max Amount To Über-Liberal Democrats

November 6, 2010

Fox News is biased.  It’s advocacy journalism.

But don’t believe me.  Believe Keith Olbermann.  Now there’s a fair-minded journalist for you.

Oops:

Keith Olbermann suspended after donating to Democrats
By SIMMI AUJLA | 11/5/10 6:00 AM EDT Updated: 11/5/10 6:22 PM EDT

MSNBC host Keith Olbermann has been suspended indefinitely without pay after POLITICO reported that he made three campaign contributions to Democratic candidates.

MSNBC President Phil Griffin said in a statement Friday: “I became aware of Keith’s political contributions late last night. Mindful of NBC News policy and standards, I have suspended him indefinitely without pay.”

Olbermann made campaign contributions to two Arizona members of Congress and failed Kentucky Senate candidate Jack Conway ahead of Tuesday’s election.

Olbermann, who acknowledged the contributions in a statement to POLITICO, made the maximum legal donations of $2,400 apiece to Conway and to Arizona Reps. Raul Grijalva and Gabrielle Giffords. He donated to the Arizona pair on Oct. 28 — the same day that Grijalva appeared as a guest on Olbermann’s “Countdown” show.

NBC has a rule against employees contributing to political campaigns, and a wide range of news organizations prohibit political contributions — considering it a breach of journalistic independence to contribute to the candidates they cover.

The network originally announced that Chris Hayes, the Washington editor for The Nation, was going to fill in for Olbermann. But the network announced late Friday that Hayes would not be the substitute host, after Hayes’ previous donations to two Democratic candidates in 2008 and 2009 came to light. […]

Olbermann is one of MSNBC’s most recognizable faces, and has emerged as one of the country’s most prominent liberal commentators. A former ESPN star, Olbermann’s “Countdown With Keith Olbermann” started in 2003 as a traditional news show but evolved into a left-leaning opinion program – and in some ways, led the network into its new identity as the cable-news voice of the left and an attempt to be a counterweight to Fox News. […]

Inside MSNBC, employees were shocked at the news of Olbermann’s suspension. Despite a reputation for a prickly personality off-air, Olbermann was given wide berth inside the network because of his stature – and his ratings. […]

In addition, Olbermann has been a critic of the political donations made by Fox News’s parent company, News Corp., which contributed $1 million each to a pair of organizations trying to defeat Democratic candidates.

You’d think that Olbermann’s head (and the heads of every liberal) would explode from trying to contain all the hypocritical contradictions.

I must point out that this story about Olbermann follows the revelation that “journalists” at a CBS affiliate actively sought to find stories damaging to Republican Senate candidate Joe Miller out of an obviously blatantly partisan and ideological mindset.

As for the News Corp. donation, Keith Olbermann, objective journalist extraordinaire, railed as follows:

Oct. 7 — On his MSNBC show, “Countdown,” Olbermann went after News Corp. and Fox News, highlighting the political donation and describing the network as “a national cable news outlet that goes beyond having a point of view … and actually starts to donate to partisan groups of one party.”

What’s it like to walk around without a single honest bone in your entire body, Keith?

And which Democrats did Keith Olbermann choose to give to?  Was it those decent, moderate Democrats?

Nope.  Rabid, rabid liberals.

Meet Raul Grijalva:

It is well-documented in this space that Raul Grijalva is known for stealing his political opponents’ yard signs, even back in the early days when he ran for school board and Pima County Board of Supervisors.

So should it surprise us that his congressional campaign uses the same dirty tricks?

Read the KGUN 9 story and watch their news report below:

Gabby Mercer, a naturalized American citizen from Mexico, went with a few other military wives to Raul Grijalva’s campaign office to ask Grijalva about his stance on the wars.

What she found shocked her: In the trunk of the car owned by Ruben Reyes — Grijalva’s chief of staff and husband to city councilwoman Regina Romero — was a stack of Ruth McClung signs that he had stolen. So she filed a police report.

Here is page one, page two, and page three of the police report.

Here is the Arizona Daily Star’s write-up:

A campaign volunteer for several Republican candidates filed a Tucson police complaint Wednesday, alleging theft of Ruth McClung’s campaign signs by a staff member of U.S. Congressman Raúl Grijalva.

Gabriela Mercer, 46, said she saw two political campaign signs in the back of district director’s Ruben Reyes’ vehicle.

Mercer, who has a daughter serving in the Marines on her second tour in Afghanistan, had visited Grijalva’s congressional office with a small group of military parents to ask for information about his stance on war. She and two others then headed to his campaign office, hoping to speak with him there.

As Reyes approached them to tell them their issue was being resolved, he opened the back of his sports utility vehicle, where two yard signs were visible.

Mercer, who has volunteered for both Republican congressional candidates McClung and Jesse Kelly, said when she asked why he had them, Reyes became defensive and eventually said he was going to “put them up.”

She said she found it “unbelievable” that a high-ranking staffer would steal a political opponent’s signs.

And what happened to Gabby Mercer?  She came out of a speaking engagement to find a rock had been thrown through her back window.

In addition, this noble candidate who is getting Keith Olbermann’s money was caught committing widespread voter fraud.

And Grijalva is the kind of race-baiter who is not above using racism to attack his Caucasian – or should I say “white bread” – opponent.

Jack Conway?  How about his “Aqua Buddha” ad that was so vile it probably derailed his entire candidacy.  Even the liberal New Republic characterized Conway’s vicious attack piece as “The ugliest, most illiberal political ad of the year.”

As for Gabrielle Giffords, all I have to say is “Nancy Pelosi.”  Giffords has been described as a Pelosi protegee, and was a doctrinaire liberal who voted with Pelosi 94% of the time.

You can see why Keith Olbermann would support such toad.  Because lowlifes flock together.

For a personal note, I don’t mind journalists donating to political causes or to politicians.  In fact, I’m all in favor of it.  It’s not like these “journalists” don’t have political opinions merely because of some network policy against political donations.  I prefer knowing where these people are coming from to having some bogus facade of “objectivity.”

Election Fraud: If You Vote Democrat, You Are A Corrupt Dishonest Cheat By Proxy

October 29, 2010

Everyone could see it right in front of them on live television.  Florida Democrat gubernatorial candidate Alex Sink was caught red-handed cheating in a debate.  Her excuse?  She blamed her Republican opponent (i.e., “blame Bush!).

Corrupt Democrat voter machine ACORN never truly dies.  It just changes its name.

In previous elections, any race that was close would be stolen from Republicans by Democrat cheating.  As Al Franken being elected on the illegally-cast votes of incarcerated convicts serves to demonstrate.

But that is no longer the case.  Now, Democrats are behind by larger margins due to their incredibly failed and incredibly fascist policies.  So they have to cheat bigger than ever before to steal elections.

There are all kinds of other examples to show that the Democrat Party is the party of cheating and corruption.

There are the strange goings-ons inside the voting machines in Nevada, which have a mysterious tendency to prompt voters to select Harry Reid.

Add to that the SEIU pro-Democrat voter-stuffing shenanigans, with clear evidence of massive fraud.

Add to that the 250 absentee ballots the Republican candidate tracked to a vacant lot.

Add to that an Ohio public high school that bussed students during school hours to vote after being given a ballot that ONLY had Democrats on it.  After which they were treated to ice cream.

Add to that the evidence in Bucks County, Pennsylvania that the Democrat candidate is flooding the voter registration office with fraudulent applications for absentee ballots.

Add to that voting machines in North Carolina which are “voting” for Democrats even when that is the exact opposite of what voters intend.  Which is simply the icing on the cake of all kinds of other fraud going on there.

Add to that Chicago, where Republicans are being disenfranchised of their right to vote by corrupt Democrat organizations.

Add to that still more corrupt Democrats in Pennsylvania who created a fictitious “Pennsylvania Voter Assistance Office” to commit voter fraud.

Add to that a public state university in Wisconsin that illegally urged students and faculty to get out and help the Democrat cause.

Add to that a woman who is literally under criminal indictment for past voter fraud with liberal A.C.O.R.N. now heading up yet another corrupt liberal voter fraud group.

Add to that Democrat Sen. Barbara Boxer both illegally and immorally requesting public high school teachers to send public school kids to volunteer for her campaign.

Add to that a Democrat organization in Virginia “shocked” that their free beer in exchange for votes was actually criminal.

Add to that the woman named Gabby Mercer with the Republican “Jan Brewer for Governor” sign painted on the rear window of her car getting a big rock thrown through that window in a clear act of political intimidation.

Add to that Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee committing voter fraud at a polling place.

Add to that First Lady Michelle Obama, who had committed voter fraud in the same way.

Add to that forged ballots and illegals registering to vote for Democrats via groups such as Mi Familia Vota, Border Action, and Faith.Hope.Vote!  Which all have ties to the SEIU.

Add to that a staffer for a long-time Arizona Democrat who was caught stealing the yard signs featuring his Republican opponent (see also here for the KGUN 9 story, at least until they delete it).

Add to that illegal immigrants who are actively working to undermine the vote in Washington State for Democrats.  Even as liberal Democrat bastions such as San Fransisco are currently seeking to undermine the sanctity of citizens and the vote altogether.

Add to that Democrat states such as New York and Illinois disenfranchising military service members – who vote heavily Republican – of the right to vote in violation of the law.

Add to that campaign ads by Democrat candidates such as Rep. Alan Grayson which so shockingly and deliberately misrepresent the truth that even MSNBC are taking them to the woodshed for their gross lies.

Add to that Democrat Rep. Barney Frank, accepting campaign contributions in clear violation of his own promise from banks that his committee regulates.

Add to that the incredibly vicious and misogynist attack against Republican Christine O’Donnell, as a man was paid to smear her with allegations of a one-night stand (i.e., “feminists” despise successful conservative women).

Add to that the earlier clear election corruption by the Obama administration in offering Democrats Joe Sestak and Andrew Romanoff jobs not to run against candidates preferred by the regime in clear violation of the law.

Nancy Pelosi falsely promised to “drain the swamp.”  Instead, her party is swimming in it.

But it’s not just in campaigning that Democrats are pathologically dishonest frauds; it is in governing.

There was the Generational Fraud Act otherwise known as the stimulus that was sold as preventing unemployment from rising above 8%.  What is it now?

There was the “sales pitch” that promised all sorts of “shovel-ready jobs.”  The problem is that there NEVER WERE any such jobs.  And now we have the admission that there never WERE any “shovel-ready jobs” coming right out of the lying mouth of the liar-in-chief himself.

There was the “sales pitch” that ObamaCare would bend the cost-curve down; that if you liked your health plan you could keep it; that the mandates weren’t a tax; etcetera.  And every single one of those promises was just an obscene lie.

Lately we see the Obama administration playing all kinds of monkey games with the TARP program finances, according to the TARP inspector general.

That’s just the way the party behind fifty-two million dead babies rolls.  I suppose you just shouldn’t expect baby killers to be decent people.

To be a Democrat today is to support institutional cheating, fraud and lies.  If you are a Democrat, you are a despicable cheating liar by proxy.  Just embrace it.  It is what you vote for.  It is what you support.  It is who and what you are.  And shame on you.

Democrats Abandon All Respect For American Voter And Electoral Integrity

October 11, 2010

The independent-minded American says, “Let the parties and candidates express their platforms in the open marketplace of ideas, and may the best candidate win.”

Unless you’re a Democrat, of course.

“If you’re a Democrat, it’s, “We stand for absolutely nothing but power over the people, we believe that ends justify means, and so go ahead and do whatever you need to do to win.”

Democrats need tyrant-power in order to shove terrible and evil legislation such as the $3.27 TRILLION stimulus which incredibly hasn’t even created any meaningful jobs; and ObamaCare, which is turning out to be so shockingly bad that even LIBERAL UNIONS tat supported this boondoggle are now pleading to be opted out; and Democrat environmental regulations that are destroying upwards of a million jobs and counting (and again, even UNIONS are begging for relief from these incredibly destructive policies).

You can’t destroy a country unless you have the total power to do so.  In America, the Constitution gives the people the right to rise up and throw off their shackles every two years.  At least, as long as we have a Constitution, and as long as judicial activists can’t interpret that Constitution any damn way they want to.

So Democrats have to cheat to get their “fundamental transformation.”  And cheat they do.

We think of Chicago and other Democrat strongholds, where dead people and inmates don’t only get to vote, they get to vote twice.  And apparently, Democrats are even paying dead people and inmates for their votes now.

We think of ACORN and years and years of voter registration shenanigans until they were finally caught on video doing something so vile that even many (but certainly not all) Democrats found them despicable beyond the pale.

We think of the Al Franken Senate election in Minnesota, in which a lead by the Republican candidate was overcome after new, uncounted ballots just kept magically turning up in the back seats of cars.  And then, lo and behold, we find that inmates’ ballots – well over the Franken margin of victory – were illegally counted.

We think of the vile Democrat Rep. Alan Grayson and the shockingly dishonest campaign ad that he ran, in which he deliberately tried to smear his Republican candidate for the exact opposite of what the man clearly actually said.

And now we’ve got Democrats trying to undermine the will of the American people by fraudulently running candidates to leech votes from the Republican and steal an election:

Report: Dems planted NJ tea party House candidate
By GEOFF MULVIHILL
The Associated Press
Saturday, October 9, 2010; 5:36 PM

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. — A New Jersey Republican congressional candidate criticized his Democratic opponent Friday amid mounting evidence that Democratic officials planted a tea party candidate in the race to siphon off conservative votes.

“My opponent, John Adler, represents everything that is wrong with politics in our country today,” Republican Jon Runyan said. “I would ask for an apology. But frankly, an apology from someone like Congressman Adler would be so meaningless that it’s not worth seeking.”

He spoke at a news conference as Adler, a first-term Democratic lawmaker, and his campaign remained mum about a report in the Courier-Post of Cherry Hill in which Democratic operatives speaking on the condition of anonymity confirmed what Republicans have believed for months: That tea-party candidate Peter DeStefano was put on the ballot by Democrats.

The operatives said a county Democratic employee is running at least the Web elements of DeStefano’s campaign.

Tea party organizations, which have denounced DeStefano since he entered the race in June, called on him Friday to quit. About 50 tea party activists gathered in protest outside a restaurant in Medford where DeStefano had scheduled a fundraiser Friday night.

DeStefano arrived at the fundraiser after the protesters left and told reporters he would remain in the race, but he would not answer specific questions about the newspaper’s report, dismissing the allegations as “hearsay.”

“I’m an average guy who’s running for Congress on the independent ticket,” DeStefano said.

One tea party group, the West Jersey Tea Party, said it plans to file a voter-fraud lawsuit against Adler next week.

Adler has previously denied the accusations. Adler and top officials in Adler’s campaign and did not return calls or e-mails from The Associated Press on Friday.

In an August interview with the AP, DeStefano excoriated both Adler and Runyan.

He fended off questions about Republicans’ accusations and tea party organizations’ claims that he wasn’t even a member, though he was running for Congress with the slogan “New Jersey Tea Party.” While there are several tea party groups in New Jersey, none goes by that name. Some tea party groups are supporting Runyan.

“Any American citizen can run for any office they want,” DeStefano said. “I think it’s time we get past this crap.”

He refused to answer questions about precisely when he decided to run.

In August, Adler told the Courier-Post: “I know we weren’t part of it.”

Runyan said his campaign was looking into whether there’s any legal action that could be taken against Adler.

The operatives told the Courier-Post that the plan was shared with members of the South Jersey Young Democrats, and some in that group gathered signatures for DeStefano – while others didn’t because they thought the plan was unethical.

Republicans started raising suspicions about DeStefano months ago when they found many of the signatures on his nominating petitions were from Democrats, including a former Adler campaign staffer.

I wrote about a related issue a little over a week ago, pointing out the fact that Democrats Don’t Give A DAMN About The Constitution Or Any Limits On Their Power.

In that article, I cited the audio of Democrat Robin Carnahan openly mocking the election process and the will of the voters in an exchange that went as follows:

Carnahan: “We’re going to also have a libertarian and a Constitution Party candidate running.  And I will tell you no one’s going to know who they are, but it’s not going to matter, because Glenn Beck says you’re supposed to be for the Constitution, and there is some percentage of people who will go vote for them.  And in our internal polling about six or seven percent goes like that to the Libertarian and Constitution Party.  So I’m quite sure that whoever wins is going to do it with less than fifty percent of the vote.” […]

Donor: “You just don’t sound like those Constitution Party votes are going to come out of your account.”

Carnahan: “What do you think?” (Audience laughter)

Donor: “I think you’re right.” (Audience laughter)

These Democrats don’t care about fairly and honestly winning elections; they care only about power and totalitarian control over government.  And they will use every UNFAIR and DISHONEST tactic to gain the power over the people that they seek.

And if you care about your country’s Constitution, why, you’re just an idiot schmuck to these contemptible Democrats.

I also wrote about some of the utterly contemptible examples of fraud that are besetting the Democrat Party, including the fact that ALL EIGHT of the vile little cockroaches in Bell, California, who stole millions from a town whose per capita income was only half the national average, were DEMOCRATS.

And it’s not a matter that Democrats did this a long time ago, or that they just did it recently; it’s about the fact that they are doing these things RIGHT THE HELL NOW.

If you think that Democrats have demonstrated that they deserve the right to continue governing, all I can say is that you personally are disgusting.

Obama’s $Half Billion In Small Donations Masking SERIOUS FRAUD.

October 8, 2008

Barack Obama is representing himself as a man of the people.  Why, he even has hundreds millions of dollars coming from millions of donors to prove it.  In fact, his breaking of his promise to accept public funding has been excused because – since so many of his donations are coming in small amounts from so many donors, his campaign transcends the morality of or need for public financing.

But what do you say when you find out that an unknown “Will Good” from Austin Texas (his employer is listed as “Loving” and his profession as “You”) gave 1,000 times? What do you say when you find out that a “Pro, Doodad” from Nando, New York gave 786 times?  And what do you say when you find out that these documented cases of obvious fraud were NOT discovered by the FEC, but by Newsmax in a random screening of a portion of Obama’s donations?

You say that Obama’s claims are a giant load of pig poop, is what you say.

Obama is refusing to provide the names of the doners for most of the nearly half a billion dollars ($429.6 million) he has raised.  John McCain provides all the names of all his doners.

We are also now learning of the tenth state in which ACORN – just ONE liberal voter registration organization working on behalf of Democrats – has been nailed for perpetrating voter fraud.  And this the same organization that Obama himself once served as a “community organizer.”

Barack Obama claims that he is a Democrat.  But the reality is he is the quintessential ANTI-Democrat.  He’s playing the worst kind of anti-democratic games directed against the very heart of our democratic process.

This is a guy who registered 125,000 voters for ACORN.  But the moment it suited him, he destroyed the candidacy of a woman who would have destroyed him in a fair election had she been allowed to run against him.  He got her – and every other candidate in the race – thrown off the ballot by purging voters.  He doesn’t want more voters; he doesn’t even want more Democrat voters; he only wants people who will vote for him, whether legally or otherwise.

But it gets even worse.  How does money pouring into Obama coffers from Islamic extremists and even terrorists strike you?  As Newsmax reports:

The FEC has compiled a separate database of potentially questionable overseas donations that contains more than 11,500 contributions totaling $33.8 million. More than 520 listed their “state” as “IR,” often an abbreviation for Iran. Another 63 listed it as “UK,” the United Kingdom.

More than 1,400 of the overseas entries clearly were U.S. diplomats or military personnel, who gave an APO address overseas. Their total contributions came to just $201,680. But others came from places as far afield as Abu Dhabi, Addis Ababa, Beijing, Fallujah, Florence, Italy, and a wide selection of towns and cities in France.

A lot of Democrats will scream, “We’re just doing what Republicans did in Florida when Bush stole the election from Al Gore.”  That is such a giant lie that only a giant fool would still believe it.  In reality, a Democrat-designed ballot in a Democrat county relied upon a terrible ballot design that had actually cost Republican presidential hopeful Bob Dole 3 1/2 times as many votes in 1996.  It is tantamount to arguing that Monica Lewinsky was a secret Republican operative out to get Bill Clinton.

We are seeing the most massive and most systematic effort in America history to steal an election by any means necessary.  It’s time we woke up and realized it.
