While discussing whether New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will change his mind and run for President, the former New Yorker editor blurted, “Actually, I just hope he doesn’t, because in the end, you know, his tremendous misgivings, maybe he is right. I mean, We had this with Obama. He wasn’t ready, it turns out, really.”

On December 31, 2009, Brown mocked Rush Limbaugh, who just hours earlier had been taken to the hospital with chest pains, as a “bad fairy” who ruined the magical story of Obama. She portrayed the radio host as “the bad fairy at Sleeping Beauty’s christening” and added, “…Rush Limbaugh utters the words, ‘I hope you fail.’ ‘I hope he fails,’ he said, and from that moment, the sort of the Pandora’s box opened.”

TINA BROWN: It’s got to be that incredible inauguration of Obama….You started the year with this huge festival of hope and renewal and everything is going to be so different now, and then, like the bad fairy at Sleeping Beauty’s christening, Rush Limbaugh utters the words, ‘I hope you fail.”I hope he fails,’ he said, and from that moment, the sort of the Pandora’s box opened, and the rest of the year has been just this big discord and toxic atmosphere in politics and partisan divide and people shouting at each other and the Tea Parties and death panels.”

BROWN: Maybe Christie isn’t ready. Maybe he feels like everybody wants him to but perhaps he does need longer.
ANDREA MITCHELL: But, Tina, you could also argue that he might have a better chance at this moment of becoming the president of the United States than being re-elected governor of new Jersey and given all of the problems of running that state.
Chris Christie at one point literally asked if he had to die to assure people that he really, really, really wasn’t going to run for president. This has nothing to do with Chris Christie.
This has everything to do with the useless idiot who clearly has no business sitting in the Oval Office.

Of course I know that it was merely because Mr. Obama was a Democrat that you didn’t think that he should be the President of the United States of America. If he had been a white Republican then you would have been heartily in favour of him being elected.

Martin Luther King had a dream that his four little children would one day live in a nation where they would not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. But that day never happened, and it never WILL happen. Because there are racists like YOU out there who HATE the thought of a color blind society where we care about content of character and substance of ideas and actual performance rather than race, race, race, race, race, race, race.
I could care less what color Obama’s skin is. Herman Cain is TWICE as black as Obama, and you hate him, you racist. While I like the guy just fine and will vote for him and WORK for him if he’s the GOP nominee. But a vicious racist hater like YOU will demonize Cain on a racial basis and tear him down as an “Uncle Tom” or an “Oreo Cookie” or whatever other racist terms you can throw at him. Because you’re a vile, racist bigot.

If Barack Obama had been a white Republican conservative, you would have dumped hate on him because you are a racist loon. So you go wear your own damn racist shoes on your own nasty feet.
People need to learn history. Republicans were the abolitionist party, versus the official party of slavery a.k.a. the Democrat Party. Republicans fought a bitter Civil War and stomped you damned racist Democrats. But then you formed the first terrorist organization in America, the Ku Klux Klan, which attacked black people and white Republicans. After a Democrat assasinated Abraham Lincoln, his poor choice in vice presidents took over. Andrew Johnson was a racist Democrat who overturned virtually everything Lincoln had tried to do for black people. Democrats, Democrats, Democrats, racist, racist, racist. Woodrow Wilson was the father of the progressive movement; he was also a racist Democrat. This Democrat wrote that “self-preservation [forced whites] to rid themselves, by fair means or foul, of the intolerable burden of governments sustained by the votes of ignorant negroes” [Woodrow Wilson in Ray Stannard Baker and William E. Dodd (eds.), The Public Papers of Woodrow Wilson ( New York: Harper & Brothers, 1925-27), Vol. II, p. 18]. The racist Democrat rat bastard also proceeded to RE-segregate government service that REPUBLICANS had instituted. Then we get to 1924 and the Democrat National Convention – a.k.a. “Klanbake” because the Ku Klux Klan utterly DOMINATED that event. We keep going through the first major Civil Rights Acts that largely depended upon REPUBLICANS for passage. You know, versus Ku Klux Klan Democrats such as Exalted Cyclops Robert Byrd who set the record for his racist filibuster.
So you sit there like a lying vermin and insinuate that somehow being a Republican and a conservative makes you a “racist.” When YOU’RE the racist with 200 years of racist tradition behind you. By contrast, apart from your constant demaoguery, all you’ve got is Nixon’s Southern Strategy. The thing is that Nixon was a rat bastard who was far more PROGRESSIVE than he ever was “conservative.” Nixon created the Environmental Protection Agency; he instituted the leftist price and wage controls; he took America off the gold standard so Obama could spend $4 trillion in only 2 years. Why are you blaming us for that guy? He was a RINO who made a name for himself prosecuting a communist named Alger Hiss. Like JFK would NEVER have gone after a communist spy or something.
